Don't know when, don't know how. You always do it somehow. Hallelujah. God, we worship you in this place. I trust you, Father. You've always been faithful, God. Do you believe that we serve a God who is more than capable of turning your situation around? Do you believe it? If you believe it, why don't you give the Lord a mighty, mighty hand clap of praise this time, keep that same spirit as you make your way back to your seats and praise team, please have that song ready at altar cuz I want to we want to we need to hear more of that. And I believe that song sets the atmosphere for God's word this evening. And I echo the same sentiments in welcoming Bishop and Sister Wilson. We love you all dearly. And what a tremendous privilege it is for us to have you here. I'm going trade you out right there. Oh, it's beautiful. Do I need to polish it at all? Thank you. All right. If you get to shout and run around, just be careful up here, okay? Just be careful. Uh what a tremendous privilege it has is to have Bishop and Sister Wilson with us. And what a great day that we have had in the Lord. As Pastor Mcool mentioned earlier, uh had the privilege of ministering on the Sunday afternoon revival of the anniversary of our PIA. And what an absolutely uh tremendous service that we had and they've had and have been having. And I mentioned I mentioned this morning uh that you know you get on social media and you see the different ministerings going forth and uh not just at our church but even at the Bethlehem church and around the nation. you can kind of just frankly get comfortable with what God is doing and you know you scroll and you see and I'm so grateful for technology to be able to keep up with other churches just right there at your fingertips and you hear sermon clips and you hear just tremendous singing. But then it just kind of hit me of, hey, you know what? What we were in revival with this week, we had been praying for for a pretty long time and now it's here. And I I don't want to just get too comfortable uh with the miracles that God is is providing to us. And I I mentioned this morning that speaks to us in a lot of different ways. the miracles that our our family and our church family and the jobs that God has given us to do, the ministries he's given us to do, the fields he's given us to labor in. We are truly truly a blessed people and I know you all know that. But I have to remind myself and like I say when I preach, I'm preaching to me first and foremost. I I give tremendous and the highest honor tonight to Bishop and Sister Mcool and Pastor and Sister Mcool and the choir and the praise team and musicians. Thank you for just ushering us in to God's presence. If you have your Bible, turn with me to the book of Mark, chapter 6, and we're going to read verses 46 through 51. I give honor to my wife tonight as well. She's down in Ridge kids working tonight and this is her third service as well. She's up here just singing so beautifully. I got to sneak a couple of videos. She's not in here so I can say what I want to, but uh and I said, "Babe, you know, I'm Why don't you find somebody that can maybe fill in for you down in Rich Kid so you can hear me preach?" And she said, "Well, once in a day is enough." So I'm not sure she sought out to trade her spot down there tonight. So Mark 6 verse 46. And when he talking about Jesus had sent them away, he departed in a mountain to pray. And when evening was come, the ship was in the midst of the sea, and he alone was on land. And he saw them towing and rowing, for the wind was contrary and opposition unto them, and about the fourth watch of the night, he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed them by. But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposeded it had been a spirit, and they cried out, for they all saw him and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer. It is I. Be not afraid. And he went up unto them into the ship, and the wind ceased. I want to preach to you for a few moments this evening with the title Heaven's Point of View. A subtitle, the overview effect. right where you're sitting. Why don't we bow our heads and pray over this word at this time? Heavenly Father, Lord, we thank you for the outpouring of your spirit. Lord, as we just declared, you're going to turn it around. Lord, as your word goes forth tonight, let it sink deep into our hearts. Let us put it into practice. And Lord, let it build our faith in the present that we serve a God who is watching. We serve a God who is listening. We serve a God who is exceedingly and more abundantly capable of meeting every need that we have. This is our prayer and we walk in faith. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen. Heaven's point of view. There is a phenomenon experienced by astronauts that has become so widely documented that it's been given a name and it's called the overview effect. Everybody say overview effect. >> Overview effect. The term was coined by Frank White in 1987 to describe a profound shift in perspective reported by astronauts after viewing the earth while in space. From the surface of the earth, our world feels enormous. We divide it into continents and nations, states, COUNTRIES, CITIES, NEIGHBORHOODS, PROPERTIES, and addresses. We draw boundaries and we build fences. We argue over territory. WE SLING BOMBS BACK AND FORTH WITH THOSE WHO TRY TO TAKE OUR TERRITORY. We identify ourselves by the little portion of the planet upon we which happen to stand. BUT SOMETHING REMARKABLE happens when human beings leave the surface and they look back. At the altitude of the International Space Station, more than 250 miles above Earth, the planet beneath you no longer appears primarily as countries and territories. There are no political borders visible from orbit. THERE'S NO LINES SEPARATING ONE nation from another. INSTEAD, THERE IS A MAGNIFICENT sphere suspended against the darkness of space. Astronauts describe seeing the curvature of the Earth along its horizon, an extraordinarily thin layer of atmosphere. That thin layer is essentially the boundary between almost everything humanity has ever known and an environment in which the human body cannot survive. Every person you have ever loved, every person who has ever irritated you, every argument you've ever had, every bill you've ever worried about, every church service you've ever attended, every funeral, every wedding, every victory, every disappointment, EVERY HUMAN CIVILIZATION that's risen fallen. All of it happened on this little sphere. And astronauts have repeatedly said that seeing it from above changes something inside of them. NASA astronaut Christina Coach described looking at Earth and realizing that everyone she knew existed within that extraordinarily thin atmospheric boundary. Astronauts have spoken about how borders disappear and how interconnected humanity suddenly appears. It is not that the problems on Earth cease to exist. It is that perspective changes >> their proportion. And I've been considering this a lot lately. And Pastor Whitley mentioned it last Sunday night. So, he gave me just enough space, pun intended, to bring my telescope out. Because lately, I've taken some photographs of the heavens myself, and I've been so eager to show them to you. I've pointed my telescope millions of miles away, and I've photographed a few planets. I've watched Saturn emerge from the darkness. those. Oh, yeah. We're going to be here a while. I've watched Saturn emerge from the darkness. Yes, I took all of those. Oh, y'all are so impressed. Great. Great. Thank you. No, you don't have to. Okay. NGC7293. And you can see the coloration. Venus, our closest and beautiful neighbor. Mars doing what Mars does, knowing why it's called the red planet. Light that you're looking at that's been traveling toward us before any of us were even born. There's something humbling about looking through a telescope because astronomy has a way of connecting your sense of scale. You can spend all day consumed by something somebody said about you. Then you look up at the universe containing hundreds of billions of stars in our galaxy alone. And suddenly you realize maybe I've given something small, far, far too much room in my soul. >> I wonder how differently we would live if occasionally we could see our lives from above. >> Not geographically, BUT SPIRITUALLY. WHAT IF YOU COULD RISE ABOVE AN ARGUMENT for five minutes >> and see how it affects your temperament? SEE HOW IT AFFECTS THOSE around you. See how it affects your children as they're watching you. What if you could see your marriage from 30,000 ft? That might not be something you should participate in. Or that might not be something you should engage in. That might not be a conversation that you need to have without your spouse with you. What if you could see the disagreement in your family without standing inside your own emotions, knowing that you just have a limited time upon this earth? And every moment with your family is precious. And in this moment, as James said, life is but a vapor. In this moment, you're spending it tearing down and hurting those that you love the most. What if you could see that church conflict from heaven's point of view? Because when you are standing in the middle of something, everything looks enormous. The comment. Oh, that person said it seems really big. The offense seems enormous. The inconvenience, oh, seems enormous. I I'm going to lose it in this moment. But distance has a way of restoring proportion. Some things that seem like mountains from the ground are just small little bumps in the air. >> Some things we treat casually on the ground become much more important when viewed from above. >> The insults hurled. The words piercing through the hearts of those tearing down, breaking down. 20 years of friendship, 10 years of friendship just crushed over a fiveinute escalation of tempers. Perspective does not simply make things smaller. Perspective tells you what deserves to be big. >> If we could develop a spiritual overview effect, I think we would argue less. I think we would forgive faster. I think we would show more empathy to my brother and to my sister. I think we would become slower to anger when we we see what the potential repercussions could be when we when we uh what's it called in war, when there's game theory and we AND WE STRATEGIZE OUT WHAT COULD POTENTIALLY ESCALATE. If this NATION HIT THAT NATION OR THIS STATE HIT THAT STATE, THEN THERE'S THIS RETALIATION. WHAT COULD WE DO WITHIN OUR family or WITHIN OUR PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WHEN WE SEE ALL OF THOSE WHO ARE AFFECTED? OH, but I I had to tell her off. I had to tell him off. I you know, I just get so angry. You step back and look that just a little bit. If you were able to see yourself on camera, you might not be as big and as bad on that surveillance as you do see >> the moment. Oh, if you could take your marital relationship and in the heat of that that fierce war of words that the son or the daughter here in the next room. If you could step back from that and see what it looks like, man, it's so so very pity or the relationship that I no longer have or the friends I cut off. We we live in a society that's you know you get online and somebody's always posting about you need to set your boundaries, you need to see who's in your ship. You need to cut them off and Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You know, you you do need to have boundaries and you do you do need to be wise. But but man, man, oh man, I I I do think that some relationships can be resolved and reconciled. And I I do believe that the the spirit of God can work in Holy Ghost fililled individuals in their marriages and in their relationships. I I believe that God can restore I I believe that God can restore families. I won't get a lot of clicks online though. I I don't think a lot of people will share that. I'm going to try anyway. I'll just buy the likes if I have to. We would become less obsessed with proving that we were right if we could just look down on the situation because sometimes the question is not am I right? The better question is from heaven's point of view, how important is this? >> Is this going to matter next week? >> Is this going to matter next year? Is this going to matter in 10 years? Is this going to matter in eternity? Some of us are sacrificing relationships that took 20 years to build over conversations that lasted 20 minutes. We allow temporary frustrations to create permanent divisions. Sometimes we need to climb the mountain of prayer until we can look down ON OUR CIRCUMSTANCES FROM A DIFFERENT ELEVATION BECAUSE YOU SEE DIFFERENTLY. >> You see differently from higher ground. If you would put that slide up from the side of our church building. Do you have the There we go. Many of you might be familiar with this story. I guess over 30 years ago. Now, if you go to the field behind our church, Bishop and Sister Wilson, you probably been back there before, it's elevated on the side. And if you're watching a soccer or softball game or whatever, you can kind of sit there kind of a burm and be elevated down. One time, Bishop and Sister Mcool were sitting up on that hillside enjoying the uh the game that was taking place. And Bishop Mcool saw one young man just sprinting as fast as he could on this side. And he saw another young man SPRINTING JUST AS FAST AS HE could on the other side. Neither young man was up to no good. Neither young man knew the danger that lied ahead. They They were just running. They They're good kids. They're just running. AND BISHOP MCOOL SAW THE TIMING OF THE situation and he be to yell AND SCREAM AND SAY, "BOYS, BOYS." But they couldn't hear his voice. BOYS ARE GOING TO RUN INTO EACH OTHER, but they weren't able to hear him. And those two young men sprinting just as fast as they could collided with one another just perfectly at that corner. I believe they ended up having to call an ambulance and there were broken bones. The point being is that from a higher elevation there was a perspective that was able to be discerned. There was a perspective and a vision that was available that obviously was not available on the ground. Cuz I promise you, had either one of those young men KNEW WHAT LIED AROUND THE CORNER, what was about to contact them as they met at the corner, THEY WOULD HAVE SLOWED DOWN. THEY WOULD HAVE STOPPED. THEY WOULD HAVE CHANGED THE TRAJECTORY THAT they were on. >> Yes, sir. Which tells me also we have to be so eager to listen. We must be so attuned to God's word and to the leadership in our lives. The voice of a pastor, the voice of a senior saint, the voice of one who's been elevated and can see the potential dangers that that can happen from the corner. Oh, when I when I'm in marriage uh counseling or or the pastor's giving us uh good teaching on marriage of uh you you might not be able to see what's taking place from the ground, but if you'll listen, it's going to keep you from a collision. Oh, I if if you'll if you'll take to uh God's word and how to manage conflict in your life and how to manage temperament and how to manage YOUR EMOTIONS AND THE INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN YOUR FAMILY, it's going to keep you from the collision at the corner. Oh, in heaven, help us if we can't hear that elevated voice cuz we're so furious in our run >> or heaven, help us if we ignore it. If you study wanting to climb Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world, what a feat that would be. But in order to climb Mount Everest, aside from the financial investment, when you get a portion of the way up the mountain, you have to hire a people They're called sherpas. And actually in the outdoor clothing world, you'll see many different uh gear, outdoor gear, climbing gear that's called sherpa gear. And this is where it's derived from the sherpas. If you'll notice that sherpa there at the bottom, he's not wearing any type of mask for his oxygen. The sherpas have lived at such a high elevation for so long that their bodies have biologically adapted to that elevation. In fact, even in their DNA structure, they have genes, the EPA1 and the EGLN1. They're genes associated with the body's response to low oxygen. They have biologically adapted from generation to generation that they are able to climb to the very top without the aid or assistance of any breathing device or any breathing apparatus. My >> and I think it's appropriate tonight as we talk about bishop being elevated from the high ground or our senior saints or or our church mothers and our church fathers that we need to listen to their voice. We need to listen to their EXPERIENCE BECAUSE WE HAVE SOME spiritual sherpets in our life that's lived at a high elevation for a long time. And if you want to GET TO THE TOP in your calling, IF YOU WANT TO GET TO THE TOP IN YOUR MINISTRY, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE ONE of them BY THE HAND. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO LISTEN TO PASTORAL COUNSEL. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO LISTEN TO GOD'S WORD. YOU'RE GOING TO LISTEN HAVE TO LISTEN TO SOME SENIOR SAINTS THAT'S CLIMBED SOME MOUNTAINS BEFORE. How did you GET THROUGH THIS? HOW DID YOU WORK SO LONG AND PROVIDE FOR YOUR FAMILY? HOW DID YOU SHOW UP TIME AFTER TIME? HOW DID YOU PRAISE GOD THROUGH THAT THAT THAT DOCTOR'S REPORT THAT you received? We need to get a hold of our senior saints testimonies. We need to get a hold of their faith and say, "Thank you. Thank you." And I promise you, when you show the proper respect to our senior saints, when you show the proper respect to those spiritual sherpas in our life, God is going to elevate you to heights that you cannot even fathom. GOD'S GOING TO ELEVATE YOU TO HEIGHTS THAT YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET on your own. I'M THANKFUL FOR MY PASTOR'S VOICE IN MY LIFE. LORD, lead me and guide me IN THE WAYS THAT I SHOULD GO. BISHOP, THANK YOU. THANK YOU FOR CRYING OUT, LORD. LET ME NOT BE GOING TOO FAST IN THE HUSTLE AND THE BUSTLE OF LIFE THAT I CAN'T HEAR YOU SCREAMING OUT FROM THE MOUNTAINTOP. OH, LET ME LET ME LET ME BE HUMBLEHEARTED ENOUGH THAT I DON'T ignore >> that I don't ignore the warning >> from the watchman. The watchman is elevated up high. So he or she can see the the watchman has an elevated perspective. >> Not trying to harm you, not trying to prevent you from running fast, but they're saying, "Hey, >> there's danger around the corner. IF YOU DON'T SLOW DOWN, YOU'RE GOING TO get hurt. Your marriage is GOING TO GET BROKEN. YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE YOUR KIDS. YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE YOUR WIFE. YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE YOUR JOB. HEY, >> before we run around the corner in our life, we ought to listen when somebody sitting higher on the hillside starts shouting. These sherpas aren't simply tourists on the mountain. high altitude is part of their inheritance. And we have some mighty spiritual sherpas in this house. Spiritual sherpas that say just keep praying. I know you might think everything's collapsing, but I've been where you're at before. Just keep climbing. Just keep climbing a little higher. Oh, just keep staying faithful. Oh, just keep praying. Just keep showing up. Oh, and you'll take that spiritual sherpa by the hand and God's going to lift you up. Some revelation only comes from elevation. >> And I think that'd be a good Well, you don't tweet anymore or X. He maybe somebody throw that out or something. So, if you want to climb higher, find somebody who knows the mountain. Ask them, "How did you survive? How did you keep your MARRIAGE TOGETHER? HOW did you RAISE YOUR CHILDREN? HOW DID YOU FORGIVE? HOW DID YOU KEEP BELIEVING? HOW DID YOU PRAY WHEN HEAVEN SEEMED SILENT? >> And then listen, believe it or not, you might not be as smart and as wise and have it all together as you think you do. >> You might you might be able to keep learning something. You might be able to improve a portion of your life. You might be able to go a little bit higher. because they may see something from the hillside. You cannot see where you're standing. I'm reminded of one of my favorite songs written by Carol McGrder and you can look it up tonight and you'll hear Priscilla sing it. I think there's one of her at uh because of the times and you know when she starts singing she's out in the audience and grabbing people's hands and people getting the Holy Ghost just from I wish I could do that but the song says today I faced a mountain >> that I have no strength to climb. I can't sing as good as Carol though. And the struggle of the journey >> left me weak both in body and in mind. >> From where I stand to peak is a distance on my own I cannot reach. So this journey of a thousand steps begins right here on my knees. And then it goes soon I'll soar like an eagle >> high on wings of grace >> far into the heavens. I can almost see God's face. Your perspective begins to change when you look down. Rising in his splendor to heights I NEVER KNEW. WHAT ONCE LOOKED LIKE A mountain is just a hill. Oh, from heaven's point of view. Oh, I came declare to you tonight, church, there's some circumstances and some obstacles in your life that where you're standing LOOKS LIKE A MOUNTAIN. OH, BUT IF YOU'LL GET ON YOUR KNEES AND PRAY, PRAISE TIM, COME ON UP. IF YOU'LL GET ON YOUR KNEES AND PRAY, OH, GOD'S GOING TO GIVE YOU A HEAVENLY PERSPECTIVE. AND WHAT ONCE LOOKED LIKE A MOUNTAIN IS JUST A BUMP. IT'S JUST A HILL FROM HEAVEN'S POINT OF VIEW. WHAT SEEMS LIKE A GIANT THAT'S STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. OH, THAT'S JUST JUST A LITTLE DOT. OH, WHEN I RISE UP ABOVE IT, WHEN I GET UP ABOVE IT, WHEN I BEGIN TO PRAISE, WHEN I BEGIN TO WORSHIP, WHEN I BEGIN TO LIFT MY VOICE, I BECOME ELEVATED. OH, WHEN I SIT DOWN AND BEGIN TO TAKE SOME NOTES FROM A SPIRITUAL SHERPA IN MY LIFE, I START TO ELEVATE MY LIFE. I START TO ELEVATE MY PERSPECTIVE. >> Stand with me. And I want you to know there is a higher perspective >> still. >> So I take us back to our key text. >> The disciples were toiling toiling in the middle of the night. That watch is about 300 a.m. They were out. If you look at biblical commentaries and look at the geography, it's likely they were out in the middle of the sea just as far out as you could be from any exit point from any shore. But there was a man who HAD GONE UP ON A mountaintop >> and the WORD OF GOD SAYS, "And he saw them. THEY SAW A CLOUD, HE SAW THE WHOLE STORM. THEY SAW A WAVE, HE COULD SEE the whole sea. OH, THEY SAW immediate trouble. He saw peace that was right behind the storm. I want you to KNOW TONIGHT, FIRST APOSTOLIC CHURCH OF KNOXVILLE, JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T see him doesn't mean THAT HE CAN'T SEE YOU. WE SERVE A GOD WHO NEVER sleeps nor slumbers. AND WE SERVE JESUS who is watching him. AND HE'S WATCHING YOU TONIGHT. You might be out in the SEA AS FAR AS IT COULD BE. OH, BUT BE ASSURED, HE SEES YOU. HE SEES the trouble that YOU'RE IN. HE SEES THE CONFLICT OF THE RELATIONSHIP YOU'RE TRYING TO RECONCILE. He sees the hurt. He sees the pain. Because Jesus can't stay away from his the ones that he loves. He just can't stay while they're out on the boat. He's climbing up on the mountaintop. Oh yeah, there they are. There they are. You go to Bishop's house, he's got a big old screen TV and on every corner. I've always wanted to stand on the pew while I preach. So here we go. Since Bishop Wilson's here, I'm trying to impress him. Every corner is cameras for all aspects of the facility. And you know why they're watching it? They're not really watching it to see if somebody's running down the hall or doing something they're not supposed to. It's because they love this place. They love the people. They're wonder they're wondering, "Anthony, why are you late every day?" No, they they they love they love the people. Jesus can't help himself in the middle of the night. He he he's he's out THERE ON TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN LOOKING DOWN. YEAH, THERE were my disciples. OH, THEY'RE IN A STORM RIGHT NOW. OH, but there's peace right behind him. Let me go out there to him. Oh, and they thought he was a spirit. AND HE WOULD HAVE HE'S JUST KIND OF GOING BY HIM AND HE WOULD HAVE PASSED THEM BY. HE WAS JUST WAITING FOR HIM TO SAY JESUS. HE OH, THEY SAID MY NAME. LET ME HELP YOU. BE OF GOOD CHEER AND BE NOT AFRAID. ALL HE'S ASKING YOU TONIGHT, ALL HE'S WANTING FROM YOU TONIGHT, HE'S JUST WANTING YOU TO CALL ON HIS NAME. HE STANDS AT THE DOOR AND KNOCKS AND HE'S READY TO COME ON IN. BUT YOU GOT TO CRY OUT TO him with every head bowed and every eye closed. I want you to get in your mind tonight. What's the need in your life? That's just a mountain that stands in front of you. And my prayer for you tonight is for you to pray to give me a heavenly perspective. Give me that overview effect where I walk out OF HERE WITH PEACE OF MIND. WHERE I WALK OUT OF here knowing I'm going to get a good night's rest. Well, I walk out of here tonight knowing what the next step is where I walk out of here by faith tonight knowing that God is watching over me and I have that assurance and I have that faith. Would you pray that right now? Only you know what the need is. Let's take a moment to pray that prayer. Oh God. Oh God, you see the needs of your people. You see the conflict. You see the broken heart. You see the hurt. You see the tears. You see the restless nights. And right now, if you just simply call on his name, Jesus. Call on his name, Jesus. Oh, he sees you. He sees you. I want to open and give you an invitation to this altar right now. If you have a need, you're not going to come alone. There's going to be some spiritual sherpas that surround you that say, "Keep praying. We're going to get to the top together. We're going to climb this mountain together." And what seemed like a mountain is just a hill from heaven's point of view. And we serve a God who's on the mountaintop right now. And he's watching his people. He's watching those he loves. He's just waiting for somebody to cry out to him. He's just waiting for somebody to call his name. And he's ready >> to turn it around. Open my life and I think how good you are there. My soul seems great is great is your faithfulness when I get your love on my mind. I get grateful. Oh, >> don't let anybody pray along my soul. Don't let anybody pray along. >> Great is your faithfulness. When I look back over my life and I >> There's a spirit of forgiveness in this house. There's a spirit of reconciliation in this house. There's a spirit of resolution in this house. >> You know what you need to do. Only you know what you need to do. You and God and he sees you. elevating you soul. >> He's elevating you. >> Great is great is your faithfulness and my soul sings. Great is great is your faithfulness. You'll turn it around. You'll turn it around. Don't know it. Don't know how. You always do it somehow. You'll turn it around. You'll turn it around. Don't know where. I want to get really focused right here. And I want to I want to press just a little bit. I ended a little earlier than normal. I want to press with our prayer just a little bit. If you need healing in your body, why don't you lift your hands right now? Is there any spiritual sherpas in the house? Are there any spiritual sherpas in the house that see those hand raised? I don't want anybody to pray alone right now. If you're a spiritual sherpa, if you have a testimony of being healed, I want you to find somebody with their hand raised right now. And we're going to pray together. We're going to cry out to the name of Jesus together. This first prayer is going to be specifically for healing. Let's pray right now. Heavenly Father, Lord, we know that you are watching those that you love. Lord, you see the ailments and the needs of your people. You see the healing that needs to take place. Father, we know that you're trained and your glory just fills this temple. We reach up and touch the hem of your garment right now, identifying with the power in the name of Jesus. Your word tells us that by your stripes, by your stripes, we are healed. We declare healing right now under the authority of the name of Jesus Christ. We declare wholeness right now in the authority of the name of Jesus. Oh, would you cry out? There's people need healing in their body right now. spiritual circle. Find somebody and pray with him. Pray with him. Oh, he's going to turn it around right now. >> You'll turn it around. >> Don't know. Don't know. Heal right now. Heal right now. Rise up above. Rise up above. Rise up above. Turn it around. Don't know. Don't know how you do it. >> This next prayer, this might not be a prayer that gets focused on at conferences and camp meetings. I want to pray a prayer of resolution. Maybe it's somebody you work with. Maybe it's a family member. Maybe it's a friend. I don't know. But I believe that we serve a God who can restore and who can resolve situations. So we're praying a prayer of unity. What did Bishop get up here and say? Behold, quote that verse for me because I'm about to butcher it. How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. Is God divided? Is do we serve a divided God? Can his people be divided then? Absolutely not. So, we're going to pray a prayer of unity right now. Why don't you grab your brother or your sister by the hand and let's pray with one voice. Heavenly Father, with a unified voice, we lift it up to heaven. Lord, we know in the example given on the day of Pentecost, they were all in one place and they were all in one accord and then suddenly suddenly there was a sound of a rushing mighty wind and it filled the house they were sitting. God, let your Holy Spirit just move through us right now. Oh, let your Holy Spirit just move through a marriage right now. Let it move through a family right now. Let it move through a a work conflict right now. Oh, we feel your spirit. Oh, turn these dry bones into our mighty army. Oh, give me a heavenly perspective. Give me a heaven's point of view. Oh, would you rejoice for a little bit? Oh, I thank you for what you're doing. Oh, I feel in my spirit. Oh, I feel you. Yes, Jesus. Yes, Jesus. Yes, Jesus. Yes, Jesus. Yes, Jesus. >> >> You'll turn it around now. Rejoice like he's going to do it. >> You'll turn it around. Don't know how. You always do it somehow. You'll turn it around. You'll turn it around. Don't know when. Don't know how. You always do it. >> One more prayer. >> I want to pray a prayer of peace for the mind. Peace for the mind. We can be attacked by a lot of different things. I'm trying to weigh my words appropriately. We can be attacked by a lot of things. A lot of real things. real things that can really attack our minds that we can ruminate on things with depression and anxiety. These are real things. Counseling's good. Therapy is good. Medication prescribed in the right dosage by a physician is good. Is good. I am for all of those things. And if that offends you, you've got bad theology. No offense to you. But I also believe that we can only go so far on our own. And then there's God. Does that make sense? That make sense to everybody? I believe in doing everything we can do. But then like in the building of the temple, the six cubits leave room for that seventh hand for God to step in. I want to pray for peace of mind tonight. peace in situations that God give us a heavenly perspective in our relationships, in our reactions, in our conversations, in our viewpoints, instead of saying I, I, me, me, maybe it turns to we and us. Let's lift our hands across this house and this will be the last prayer for tonight. Lord, your word tells us by the renewing of our mind. Lord, when we went down in your name, you said we would become a new creation. There would be a renewal of the mind. And Lord, we believe that tonight, Father. Yes. Yes, we seek assistance. Yes, we seek counsel, Lord. But we know that you are able to do a miraculous work. You are able to do a touch. You are able to heal. You are the peace speaker. You are able to make a way when there seems to be no way. You are able to give us soulless in the midst of catastrophe. And we believe tonight that this can be done by allowing us to elevate ourselves, by allowing us to rise up, by getting on our knees and to see that that mountain that stands before us. Whether it's the mountain of a relationship, the mountain of a bill that's due, the mountain is just to heal from heaven's point of view. Lord, I pray a prayer of of protection around the mind and around the hearts of your people. And Lord, we know that you're going to protect us. You're going to have your spirit give us discernment and wisdom and lead us and guide us. In the name of Jesus, we do pray. Would the church say amen across this house? And if you believe God's going to answer our prayers, why don't we just take a minute and rejoice for just a little bit? Oh, why don't we rejoice for a little bit? Maybe clap your hands. Maybe jump a little bit. God, thank you for what you're doing. Thank you for what you're doing. Thank you for healing my body. Thank you for protecting my life. Thank you for bringing us back together. I've got a different perspective. I got a new look. I've got a new way to walk. Oh, thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Families are coming back together. Marriages are getting stronger. People are getting elevated because of you. >> Don't turn it around. Don't know. Don't know how. you always do it. Somehow you'll turn it around. You'll turn it around. Don't know when, don't know how. You always do it somehow. When I look back over my life and I think how good you have been, my soul seems great is great is your faithfulness. When I get your love on my mind, I get grateful all over again. And my soul sings. Great is great is your faithfulness. And my soul sings. Great is great is your faithfulness. I believe God's touched lives tonight. And I believe seeds have been planted as well for this week. He's going to show up. We're looking at things from a heavenly perspective. As you're dismissed, why don't you greet your brother, greet your sister. If there has somebody that you haven't spoken to before, introduce yourself and let's walk out of here encouraged tonight. Encouraged with a heavenly a heavenly perspective.
