praise the Lord everyone praise the Lord everyone we greet you tonight in that Wonderful matchless Name of Jesus that name that is above every name aren't you glad that you know him tonight praise the Lord we're so glad to seize one of you in the house of the Lord tonight and uh well uh I guess tonight I'm probably going to be reading the last chapter in the book we started uh years and years ago I guess I'm going to have to start writing again and catch up because uh we're this is blessed burdens and last week we uh we read the the chapter about the completion of the upstairs of the 123 West Columbia and this one is blessed burdens we're now faced with a new but much more pleasant challenge we did not have enough seating for the crowd dreading to get into another building program I console myself with a statement if God wants us to build another building he will send a buyer for the one on Columbia the very next week the pastor of Scott Street Assembly of God called and asked if we were interested in selling our church building isn't that just like the Lord it happened just just that way well God had once again moved and called our hand I said do you want a selling price or a haggling price he assured me they wanted a selling price when I gave him when I gave him the price he said we'll take it we'll pay you in advance and give you six months to build a building I thought this was great we had purchased 12.7 Acres of property on Pleasant Ridge Road now with the 38 thousand dollars we'd gotten from the sale of the Columbia Avenue Church we could immediately start a building now when he asked me how much we wanted I didn't know what to ask I just I believe in Acts 2 38 so strong I just said I said 38 000. well later on they told me at that time that was about market price for the building that we had of course that's been many many years ago and 50 were years ago or so but was I ever in for a surprise I went to see the engineer architect he surveyed the property and Drew a topographical map of the building site he informed me that it would take at least thirty eight thousand dollars to do the grading before we could even start building I felt panic-stricken have I acted too hasty six months it seemed like a long time when we made the deal now it seemed like it was tomorrow I was driving South on Highway 129 just south of Knoxville and noticed that the Marine reserve Training Center there were several big Earth moving machines setting idle I turned in and asked to see the person in charge I met Captain Hall and he was polite but very military I asked what did they do with those big Earth moving machines he said they trained Marines to operate them I asked where do you train them he said patiently wherever we can find a place to move dirt I said I have just the place isn't God good I'm not making up a fairy tale this is exactly the way it happens we're building a church and a Christian School and we have much dirt to be moved he looked a little puzzled but interested he said if I could furnish him with a topographical map he would study it and give me an answer I said I just happened to have such a map with me I gave him the map and a couple of days later I called him and he set a date to start a few days later I was standing on Pleasant Ridge Road early in the morning before Daybreak and motion a caravan of huge low-boy trucks being led by a Jeep with flashing lights loaded with earth-moving Machinery onto our church property God had sent the Marines to our rescue we never applied for a loan to build the church we determined that we would build by faith until this very day God has supplied our every need Apostolic Kiddie Academy child care center and began in 1973 uh we were planning on starting a school system of cool insisted that we need to get started we talked about it she said why don't we start the child care center and operate it a year and we'll get some experience and then we'll start the school and uh we'll we'll run from grade one through eight and that's the way we'll start the the Christian school so she was the faith partner behind me and by the way she just was given an honorary doctor's degree for Christian education for what uh for the influence go ahead and give her a hand sheep she she has sitting in my office a beautiful a beautiful uh arrangement with a with the son of the college at live college uh Dr Betty McCool and a doctor of Christian education and then we we did just that we operated the child care center for one year I would she and I would get over here at six o'clock in the morning and uh there was one child one child and I would entertain the child system who would stay busy uh getting ready for lunch and she'd fix lunch for her whoever was here and we and then gradually the child care center began to grow and then my sister Rachel lamb uh and brother lamb they moved here and she became the daycare director sister McCool was behind the whole thing all this time so the Christian school started in 1974. today we have combined student body of approximately 300 students we have more than 40 dedicated Spirit-filled employees at any given service if you ask anyone to stand who has ever been a student or staff member of AKA or ACS there will be a good percentage of the congregation standing hundreds have been won to the Lord through this ministry and absolutely all the credit goes to our great Savior and Lord the Lord Jesus Christ and that's where we are now I need to get back to writing and and and get caught up on all the Miracles that God has performed from that time because about that time Brother Ali came into our life and moved his family down here and became a big help and and so many has contributed to this work down through the years and how I do appreciate it and while I'm saying that I want to say how much I appreciate brother Sherwin Harvey our head Usher we're in the process of installing an elevator they're working every day these men are over here and brother brother Sherwood Harvey he's been overseeing our side of it used to I'd be right in the middle of everything but now I do good to get up and down the steps so they better hurry with that elevator but anyway brother Sherwin Harvey is overseeing this he's in the the building business and he knows a lot about those things and he has been such a tremendous blessing and I appreciate him so much tonight our Bible Lesson it's um normally would it would have been a Sunday school lesson and it would be for this last Sunday October the 9th but the uh the title of our lesson is calming the storm calming the storm now there are many kinds of storms it don't have to be a storm of wind and rain we go we went through several storms getting the church started I I shall never forget uh when we had 34 trusses up I told you about that last week I believe in in the history and I was up there catching the the trusses at 35 feet wide and a little over that or had a two foot overhang on each side the building was 35 feet wide but um I would get they'd pull them up with a with a pole and that had a y on the end of it they made it and I'd catch it and nail them off and we had them nailed off to the back wall of the the building we'd already built and built the the walls of the the building and um babe Brothers told me some brothers and cool we're not going to send any more trust us up to you the wind is the month of April and a very windy and they said this it's too dangerous so I I came on down and I had no more got down on the on the floor told the Augusta wind came up the valley of a happy holler it was called back then and the back wall that we had it brushed through the wall gave away the whole block wall gave gave way and 34 trusses came down and uh I I ran brother uh crap brother Robin um craze uh and then brother Pappy Newcomb they they ran to all corn and well brother Nukem didn't make it and those trusses fell right down on top of him and I just knew uh the precious soul brother that the Lord had led us and take the truth to up in Louisville Kentucky I just knew he would be was killed but from the timber stopped falling he come out from under that and and those those trusses they have the angles just like they'd throw a hoop around his head and kind of said his glasses are crooked and he came out and I said Papi newcomer all right he said well I I think so and he was he was fine but I was that was one of the low points last storm I said when I sat back and looked at those at 34 trusses all tangled like matchsticks I felt so uh embarrassed for one thing as though maybe we were not good enough Builders or maybe wouldn't made a mistake but the action of the wall to give away but that I came home that night and it was a very very low point but let me tell you something he knows how to calm the storm and the insurance the man said that didn't cover that but then I took it to another in church and then he said according to this insurance policy right here they do cover it and now are they covered they gonna they're gonna clean up the the oven and and lift the new ones back up on there and so the Lord came to our rescue and that was a a great storm in our life but Jesus comes the storm First Timothy 3 16 says that without controversy great is the mystery of Godless God was manifesting the flesh justified in the spirit scene of angels preaching the Gentiles believed only the world received up into Glory well only God can do the things that we're talking about tonight calming our storm I couldn't help but think as I my mind was talking thinking about the storms we've gone through uh when that had that terrible fire up in the smokies and and brother Kennedy just barely escaped and and he took Pastor Mark and myself up there that hadn't stop smoldering it and his place of business was burnt to the ground there was a vehicle just melted and machinery and and uh it was just unbelievable all the stuff that was just just melted down to the ground and I thought what a what a storm what a storm but God had spared his life and some might would get a little bit angry and or upset with something like that but he never he never questioned God he put that all in the hands of God and God brought him through it and I want you to keep in mind tonight every one of us has got our own storm that we are going to go through and there are folks here tonight in this very building as going through your own storm it might be your health you could be feeling uh well and healthy and just like that you can get word and it can be a terrible storm in your life uh it could be a loved one it could be in your business it could be in in many many Fashions many ways your marriage could be in a storm your uh your loved ones could be in a storm but let me tell you this Jesus knows how to calm the storm let me read this to you in in the book of uh Psalms uh chapter 65 and verse starting in verse 1. praise weight of for thee I believe I've told you last week I was going to tell you about a program that was outstanding and fantastic well I want you to notice here praise now David is talking to God and he said praise is waiting for you now years ago they used to have the uh I think they called it they belonged to the uh what was a Christmas part A Christmas savings or something you start putting money aside to way up in the year to save up for Christmas so you'd have money to buy Christmas presents with and now they've got what they call uh uh Sweat Equity that's where you work in the house you put a lot of work into it and it becomes more valuable the more you do to it and then there's home equity I hear advertisements now that uh you've got you've got equity in that house you can get money you don't know but you got you got money there because you've got equity in in this house and all you've got to do just say are you already approved well David was telling God God I got some praise Equity I got some praise saved up for you and I'm just waiting for an excuse to give it to giving the Lord a hand clap he said God prays I I got I've got some praise Equity have you got any praise Equity built up that you need to praise God for and there's some things that you need to ask God Lord help me God I want to I've got something to praise you for I've got something to praise you for I was talking about the storm we went through with that the the trusses blowing down and uh the the terrible fire we had up here at uh Gatlinburg and so forth and brother uh Kennedy uh had so much stuff burned down and just escaped with his life but I got to thinking um when I was I was just just 19 years old and I went through a storm now you can laugh at me if you want to but I was 19 and it was a terrible storm um I I thought I'd found the love of my life and that Tent Revival in Johnson City and I wanted to show her off to everybody I wanted everybody to see her and one day we were working on the building in Johnson City and they had several preachers that came in and they were helping us that week and we was going to have dinner at Bob and Shirley Bobby Bobby was married and um well I wanted I wanted to show my new uh uh fiancee off I mean I'd already proposed to her and she had accepted some I went by her sister's house and told her I want you to to meet us at Bob and Shirley's house or I'll pick you up and I I want you to have dinner with me and all the preachers and and oh no no I now I'm not going to do that she was one of these old-fashioned girls and didn't want to be thought of as chasing the boy she didn't want to look like she was chasing me and but I I couldn't convince her to to meet us that evening for for supper and I thought it was a very reasonable request and then this 19 year old young preacher I I went to the tent I didn't even go to Bobby's I didn't I went to the tent where the tent up was working to get a building and I I got down on my knees at the altar and I prayed the most stupid prayer that anybody ever prayed in their life if if anybody could pray a stupid prayer I prayed a stupid prayer I said God and I'd seen a preacher's family as I'd seen preachers their wives not get along and how it would wreck their Ministry and there's one thing I I wanted but I I I loved my Ministry more than anything else and I didn't want anything to hinder my Ministry and as beautiful and as lovely as she was I said God I'm going to ask you to help me to forget this woman she's beautiful and I think I love her but Lord she's she's disobedient she won't come and and I don't know I don't know if God was laughing or frowning at me and um but anyway I got up from that Altar and I went home and packed my clothes and took off to out of Revival schedule uh and a week or so and I took off to Arkansas he had a date with that and and I stood her up you talk about a storm I guess you'd call that a weeping storm because every time the wheels of that Oldsmobile turned over I I knew I was getting farther away and farther away and and I I drove through Nashville back then we just had to Highway 70 and we didn't have the interstate and got on the other side of Nashville and I was going up that hill out of Nashville Nashville and that song I sung to her that first night but if you should ever stray 10 million miles away to a secret how do I I'll find you surely God in his Heaven knew I loved you from the start and if my eyes tell you I'm crying it's just joy that fills my heart and if two lives we have like this there'll never be a parting kiss Heaven's gain I will not miss I found you well that's what I sung to her that first night well that is that Oldsmobile start out of Nashville up the winding room I turned on the radio I thought well I'd get my mind up and Stuart Hamlin came on singing that very song I broke down and like a whip baby tears I couldn't hardly see the road I hear I was leaving the the one I loved and you know I didn't I didn't know if Ellis would step right back in my place and I didn't know whether she'd be married but I I really I really had to pray and God put me through it and taught me less than she did too she did her part to it but what I'm telling you these young folks your problem is not small if it's courtship or or you newly married couples or whatever that could be a storm in your life that you need God's help and I I've I've really divulged some of the some of the deepest secrets of my life boy I wish I could stand up tell them I could see you folks over here and these folks over here too but anyway uh God is the one that can calm the storm and and now then I can say God praise is waiting for you I've got I've got stock up some praise it'll take me from now on Praise on the Lord for what he's done then David said praise waited for thee Oh God in Zion and unto this shall the thou be performed oh thou that hear his prayers I am so glad that God hears prayers but I'm glad that he knows which ones not to answer and which ones to answer he um that was a that was a prayer God never did answer and I was so thankful that he didn't oh thou that hear his prayers unto thee shall All Flesh come and then in Psalms 107 I want you to notice something here uh word David David knew just about every um uh swing of life he knew the ebb and flow he knew the ups and downs and he could he could put it so so and picturesque language and and songs and this was one of his songs and Psalms 107 23 said they then go down to the Sea and ships that do business and Great Waters these see the works of the Lord and his wonders in the Deep now now notice this he's not actually talking about actual Mariners it could be but he's talking about uh the situation in people's lives and every one of us sitting here tonight if you listen to this you'll find yourself he said they that go down to the sin ships and do business in Great Waters these see the works of the Lord and his wonders in the Deep for he commandeth and raiseth a stormy wind which lifteth up the waves thereof they mount up to the heavens they go down again to the depths the soul is melted because of trouble now he didn't have any particular Mariners in mind but he was talking about situations now your situation might fit this it it can be it can be a business venture as I said it can be family problems it could be neighbors uh I I had one brother to to call me aside uh one time and tell Tony said I want to thank you probably kept me out of the penitentiary he said to the uh my neighbor so-and-so did so much that made me so angry I wanted to take a a weapon and kill him but something your teaching has taught me to control my my temper well I I hope I hope I I helped him with that way but what I'm saying to each one of us tonight decisions that you make in your life it may be uh it may be where you're going to live the job you're going to take uh the the course in school you want it could be a problem with the neighbor it could be it you you just you just create the scenario yourself but all of us go through these storms it it could be with a child of yours it could be uh one of your family members I've seen families have such difficulty that here's what it said they mount up to the heavens they go down again to the depths the soul is melted because of troubles sometimes it can get so difficult it just feels like your soul is melting they reel to and fro and stagger like a drunken man and are at their wits in have you ever been there that that you're at your wits in I hope you haven't and I hope you don't ever go that way but I told you a little incident in my life foreign I was sincere I loved my Ministry so much and and and uh the uh the the picture I had in my mind uh I had it all figured out the way it should be but a system of cool saw a a bigger picture she didn't want it to look like that she was chasing after a young evangelist and I didn't have sense enough to to realize that she she was actually doing it for for my good and now I can look back and I can thank the lord well I was I was staggering like a drunken man before it was over then he said then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble and he bringeth them out of their their distresses we were coming in from a Revival in Louisville Kentucky out here the other side of Clinton the little town they now call Rocky Top I guess it brought in there but we was coming down and didn't have the interstate and uh it was it was way late and Mark was a little boy was in the back seat asleep and now the car came around the curb and he came over on my side well I got over on the shoulder I went all the way over on the showroom and he went all the way over on the shoulder now this seems like it it would take five minutes to take place but it was happening in real life and uh when I got on the other side he got over on that side and sister McCool said oh Jesus honey he's gonna get us and when she said oh Jesus he's going I just turned the wheel to the left and I traded sides with him but he also did the same thing he came over on the other side well I didn't have any place to go I turned away I didn't know if there was a telephone pole I didn't know if it was a cliff I went down in the ditch and mailboxes was going by me on this side and and a power pole on the other and I got back up on the road now I don't I don't know how it came about we actually when we got home that night when I got daylight we went back to to see what had happened because it was such a uh it couldn't I I could just see her uh the story in the paper pastor and his wife killed in a head-on collision well but it might have been her prayer right then when she said oh Jesus honey he's going to get us and God spared our life and we're here tonight praise God now go ahead and give a little hand clap thank you then they cry unto the Lord in their trouble and you bringeth them out of their distresses he can calm your storm he can come to your rescue in a moment's time don't hesitate to call upon him then it said he maketh the storm of calm so that the waves thereof are still and the troubled situation that you may be in God can calm that down then are they glad because they be quiet so we bringeth them unto their desired Haven oh how many times and and you've you've heard me tell of a miracle after miracle and things that that God has done here in many of you or your your personal examples of what God has done well what a peaceful comet is when God does something like that and then David said all that men would praise the Lord for his goodness oh how much do we have to praise God for tonight all that men were just praise God just praise God for his goodness we've got so much to praise him for if you'll start counting your blessings you'll be like David praise is waiting on you Lord God I've got a stock pile of Praises I've got super whoa hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah I've got a I've got a stockpile of praises haha I've got praise Equity built up there's so many things I've got to praise him for oh Hallelujah well let me let me gather myself up here oh that man would praise the Lord for his goodness and for his wonderful Works to the Children of Men you know what that rock that you stumped your toe won't pick it up Sweet Honey in the Rock did you hear that sermon sweet honey of the rock oh it tastes like honey and The Rock quote taste and see that the Lord is good or tastes like Honey in the Rock God can turn you a rock into a beehive of honey he can give you the what looks bad and and and uh dangerous God can turn it into something beautiful it said all that men would praise the Lord for his goodness and for his wonderful Works to the Children of Men Let Them exalt him also in the congregation let them exalt him in the congregation of the people and praise him in the Assembly of the elders the Bible said forsake not the assembling of yourselves together now I believe in the internet I'd love to watch it when I if I can't be in the house of God but it'll never take the place or gather them together where I can see your face it'll never take the place of us gather together he said forsake not the assembling of yourselves together you need men I need you we need each other give him a hand to that praise let them exalt him in the congregation God loves a congregation did you know what Jesus said he said go out into the highways and hedges and compel them to come in that my house may be full he wants his he wants his house full he wants what did we we uh we talked the other night or maybe I maybe I just gave this as an example and uh at the youth rally um we we used to use this scripture a lot when we had a little bitty crowds we said well the Bible said if we're two or three are gathered together and his name is there in the midst but what I was uh when I was testifying the Bible they asked me to testify at the at the at the youth rally he said if as many as two will agree on Earth as touching any one thing it shall be done for them now I don't know why he said as many as two he didn't say one but he said two if as many as two now now God Jesus said it God said it Jesus is God so for some reason he said two and then the very next verse he said for where there are two or three together in my name there am I the mess now what that is telling me the exponentially that big word exponentially which it means to multiply radically if one can put a thousand to fly two could put ten thousands apart so God wants the more of us together the more we can do for God I didn't do this by myself somebody said one time if you ever catch a turtle sitting on a Donald post you'll know that he didn't get there by himself it was either a terrible flood or somebody helped him up there well I want you to know that this preacher didn't build this church didn't mean this preacher had an awful lot of help and I still have a lot of help and God has given us such a great staff of pastors that that we are blessed to have Pastor Mark McCool and sister Jamie and and brother Whitley and sister Ashley Whitley and brother Anthony and sister Kelly and God has given us such a great group and with that I thank God for it so now I'm zeroing in on Congregation of the people and praise him in the assembly now you can praise God listen to the radio and you can praise God uh reading your book you're reading your Bible but I can praise God sometimes a little bit better when I'm here with you folks and I see your faces I see your hand raised I hear those hands clapping it it encourages me well Psalms 51-15 oh Lord open thou my lips and my mouth shall show forth thy praise for thou desirest not sacrifice else would I give it thou Delight us not and burn offerings the sacrifices of God are our broken spirit and a broken and a contrite heart oh God thou Wilt not despise David said ah oh Lord open my mouth show forth I praise for thou desirest not sacrifice that's what they give well now David gave all kind of sacrifices you remember how much he laid aside in gold and silver and iron and uh wood for for Solomon to build the temple he gave he gave much much but there was something else he needed besides all his uh gifts that was saving up you see David had had committed a grievous sin he he committed a grievous sin and he said God Don't Want My Sacrifice what God wants out of me is a broken and a contract God wants me to be sorry for my sins and ask his forgiveness because God just loves to forgive God loves to forgive you if you've done wrong he's wanting you to ask his forgiveness because he will do just that for thou desirest not sacrifice else would I give it thou delightest not only burnt offerings the sacrifices of God are a broken Spirit a broken and a contrite heart oh God thou Wilt not despise now back to Psalm 65 verse 3 said iniquities Prevail against me now he's David started this chapter off by saying that that Praises are waiting on you I've got I've got an equity of Praises built up I'm wanting I'm wanting to praise you now then he said iniquities Prevail against me as for our transgressions Thou shalt purge them away now listen God is saying that to you and you and you and you and you and me David said iniquities Prevail against me as for our transgressions Thou shalt purge them away blessed is the man whom thou chooseth and causeth to approach unto thee that he may dwell in my courts we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house even of the Holy Temple now do you see where we're coming from now this praise that we're we're hoarding up or we're saving up of the equity of Praise we've got because I've got plenty of iniquities it needs to be purged and he said he's going to purge my transgressions and then he said blessed is the man whom you choose to to walk in your courts and then he goes on to say we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house even by Holy Temple you know and one of the loneliest feelings that I have in in normal everyday life and now often I get caught in a situation like this but there's a few times I find I have found myself having to travel on Sunday and sister McClure and I've I've driven down the highway because of the reason I had and to drive by Church houses and see cars worked out there it's the loneliest feeling I feel like there's something bad wrong I need to be in the house of God the house of God is part of my life it's part of me we shall be satisfied with the goodness of I'm not satisfied without the house of God I guess the Bible spoke of the of the addiction of the Saints I'm addicted to the house of God I just sister McCool and I spent three years in two months taking care of brother Mack and I don't regret a minute don't regret one minute but the only thing I the thing I miss more than anything was we were unable to be together once we we could get him ready but nobody knows how much what a difficult it was to get him ready to bring him to church but then for us to get to be together again to come back to the house of the Lord and meet with you precious folks that's the that that's made me appreciate so much and and for three years and two months uh I I had to I had to miss that well let me go on because we're getting out of time he said by terrible things in righteousness will thy answer us now that got my attention by terrible things and righteousness will thou answer us now wait a minute he said terrible things well that that that put me on a search and here's what I found out that word terrible in the in the Hebrew it don't mean bad like you normally think of it means to morally to Revere to cause to be held in deep reverence now when he said by terrible things in righteousness will thou answer us oh god of our Salvation who are the competence of all the ends of the Earth God has got such awesome blessings for you and for me it's just awesome it's too awesome it'll scare you to think of what God can do for you it's absolutely scary the uh the awesome way that God has of answering prayer if you if you'll just believing so that that's that's what he was talking about when it said terrible which by his strength set us fast now this is how strong our God is we talk about uh him coming the storm he said which by his strength satisfies the mountains being girded with power which still up the noise of the Sea and the noise of the waves and the tumult of the people oh what victory praise God followed by the name of law a-r-a-k-a-k-i I will not try to pronounce his last name uh he lives in Hawaii and he shares his insight listen to this in Hawaii because of the time difference with the continental United States the NFL Monday Night Football game is played in mid-afternoon so the local TV stations delays his telecast until 6 30 in the evening when my favorite team plays I'm too excited to wait for television so I'll listen to the game on the radio which broadcast it live then because they're my favorite team I'll watch the game on television too if I know my team has won the game it influences how I watch it on television if my team fumbles the ball or throws an interception it's not a problem I think that's bad but it's okay and the end will win I I got a kick out of that he's already heard it on the radio but now then he's and and his team makes a bad move fumbles a ball or or he throws an interception that's a bad thing looks bad but I know what the end's going to be I want to tell you something and we need we need to look at things through the eyes of Romans 8 28 for we know that all things work together for good to them that love God who are the called according to his purpose oh we may stumble on a rock but thank God we know there's honey in that rock we may have our problems we may have our ups and downs but we know how it's going to end John 16 33 these things I have spoken unto you that in me you might have peace in the world you have tribulation but be of good cheer I've overcome the world I got to use some of my praise Equity he said don't be a afraid because I have already overcome the world and Romans 8 28 says for we know that all things work together for good to them that love the Lord and who are called according to his purpose we just stand your feet with us Psalms 89 89 oh Lord God of hosts who is a strong Lord likened to thee question mark or to Thy Faithfulness round about thee thou rulers the Raging of the sea when the waves thereof arise thou stillest them and Mark the fourth chapter the same day when the evening was come he settled on them let's pass over to the other side and when they had sent away the multitude they took him even as he was in the ship and there was also with him other little ships and there arose a great storm of wind and the wave is beating the ship so it was now full and he was at behind a part of the ship asleep on a pillow and they awaken him and say unto him Master carest thou not that we perish and he arose and rebuked the wind and said to the Sea peace be still and the wind ceased and there was a great calm Jesus said let's go to the other side Jesus knew there was going to be a storm he knows everything when Peter said Lord when the Lord said you love us thou me and Peter said yeah you don't love it Jesus said you look feed my sheep and then finally Peter said Lord you know everything and he does and he knew there was going to be a storm but it said let's go to the other side God knows the storm that you're going to be in but he says let's get to the other side of that storm let's go I'm going to be your boat might fill with water the wind May rock it and the man the the wind may make you think it's going to sink but God's God is Guy eye on you and he's going to at the when the the hour gets the darkest it seems the most dangerous Jesus is going to say peace be still God has wanted to say peace be still to your problem tonight no matter what it is please don't doubt him please don't doubt him God had this message for you tonight I don't now if you're not going through anything now believe you me you will or probably have and maybe now but he wants you to get on the other side of that problem because he wants to come that storm he wants to rise from the what seems like a sleeping situation and say peace be still and the Bible said immediately there was a great calm and and the disciples said what manner of man is this that even the Winds of the Seas obey him when going through trouble knowing the final outcome will all be different father we thank you tonight for your goodness and mercy we thank you for bringing Pastor Whitley back safe I pray that you'll keep your hand on Pastor Mark and sister Jamie and Pastor Anthony and sister Kelly bring them home safe and all of our other people that's taken advantage of this uh week of fall breaking and getting a little rest and a little respite God I pray that you will protect them and bring them home safely for this weekend service dismiss us from this place but not from your presence
