not a miracle worker but the miracle worker is here he is here so if you need a miracle we're you're in the right spot the right spot to receive amen you you can be seated I do want to say it is a pleasure to be here I uh speaking to Sarah just a few moments ago and uh of course I know we're parents but uh I probably know her uncle a little bit better that they were there with us in woodbear for a couple years incredible people if you ever had a chance to meet her uncle and they're wonderful people my wife and I fell in love with their family and they're still in contact with them a lot throughout the weeks and stuff different places it's good to see everybody I mean it's good to see my my my friends of Robinsons all of them just about you know if you want if you want to get the parents to move somewhere take the grandkids the parents will follow you know and so far all of our grandkids are in Woodbury so we're still in Woodbury we we've not felt released we're still the Lord is still calling us to work there do want to uh I I brought some things with me today and I I want to share some of these with you but uh uh it's some really cool stuff I got this got this from my son and uh it was a he told me that this is this was better than PVC so he gave that to me I guess to help me remember and I've been holding on to that uh but yeah but also I got well just let me pick up the whole thing here uh yes Crystal bag I got this from from my daughter and her new husband uh I probably y'all don't probably know Jeremy do you but anyway I got that from them very very special to me I got uh I got this from my wife I've been holding on this for a long time as well don't use it just hold on to it I got this from one of my I call them my niece daughters because they've been in my life for now in my house actually for almost 14 years and got this from one of them but uh these these things are are real cool stuff they're important to me very important to me matter of fact uh matter of fact I can't remember how long I've had all this stuff but I think it's important you know that if uh someone's going to preach to you you should know a little bit about them so I just kind of want to introduce a little bit about me today and it's going to be could be very weird okay but I'm attached to this stuff it's part of my life has been for a while a piece of pipe and the the empty cooler well actually it's not empty it's just unfrozen cooler thing and the I got this uh patch over here and this uh somewhat used bottle of spray for my body uh now I know some of y'all are sitting back there with lust in your eyes and you're wanting this stuff but I'll tell you right right now this stuff is not for sale it's press to me I cannot nor will I sell it not going to give it away never throw it away it means too much to me way too long and so now I will debate with you over it if you don't think it's important I mean I guess we'd actually call that argue I know we fancy words debate AR but debate is a just an argument with you know with parameters I guess but uh I'll get angry with you if if I need to a matter of fact if push com to S I will cut you completely out of my life over this over this this is my stuff my y'all with me it's my stuff now I would tell you this now me and your pastor we've known each other like you said for probably getting on close to 50 years uh but uh and we'll remain friends as long as you don't mess with my stuff we'll do just fine okay I've been married to my precious wife almost 33 years and things are going well and they'll continue to go well as long as she don't touch my stuff start messing with the stuff anybody understand what I'm saying anybody got stuff in there anyway back to point in hand matter of fact I've told my I've given my kids instructions about my funeral and I won't give you all those instructions because I'll never get the service back because I'm going to put the fun in funeral but anyway I told one thing I do want though is when I'm buried somebody needs to put this stuff in my casket cuz I'm taking my stuff with me all the way into eternity because it's my stuff see I think it's I told youall think I was weird but I just thought it be neat for you to know nice for you to know that who's preaching to you it's always it's always good to have that information right be a little scary sometimes some strangers show up but I do I do honestly I want to thank brother Sloan and he we were texting him back and forth told him I want to come be in service with him and he said do you want to sit or preach said well I'm a real good sitter and I preached a few times in my life so I'll let I'll let you and the Lord make that choice and so I guess I guess after Michelle prayed sorry sister slone prayed they had a move a God in their house or something I don't know but uh um but it's like this we we we do en enjoy the the slones as well as the Robinson we've been friends for a long time and and there are things we can tell about each other but we're not going to do that because we don't we don't get each other in trouble and uh we got life since we could lose but uh but uh uh matter of fact I wish I will share this with you because I think this is something you need to know uh honestly your pastor is one of my favorite preachers he really is in he I know he's prob out Charles but he's one of mine my f my wife and I were're talking about just the other day coming over how much we enjoyed hearing brother Salone preach he came and did a uh Tennessee North American missions rally in section three a couple years back let's just say I don't think he I don't think he didn't do that message but he should have pointed to the you know to the the stadium whenever he got ready to hit the ball it was it was it was out of there did an incredible job matter of fact he preached a message a long time ago and I still remember about how we are too even when the ship comes apart we're to stay all in the ship by grabbing a hold of a piece of the wood to survive and I still I still remember that I'm pretty sure that was preached actually preached in Woodbury um but uh anyway it is an honor to be with you brother s thank you so much for this privilege let's stand together we're going to 2 Samuel the 13th chapter verse number one so now that uh you know who's preaching to you when we go to pray over the message you'll pray a lot harder won't you you'll pray with sincerity but SE 2 Samuel uh 13 verse1 says it came to pass after this that absam the son of David had a fair sister that means she's pretty okay whose name was Tamar and amnon the son of David loved her I want to talk to this a few minutes under the unction and direction of the Holy Ghost he started deal me on dealing with me on this message on Thursday afternoon Thursday night I want talk just about Broken Love Can we pray Heavenly Father we come before you and we're very thankful for the presence of the Lord that's been throughout this service this is incredible church God I love the way the what I feel and the worship and the praise and and all the celebration of worship and all the things you're doing and the blessings you're pouring out and I'm just honored to be here among these wonderful people I pray today as we attempt to deliver what you put into our spirit that I your son your servant can get out of the way and God you'd be the minister you'd be the preacher you be the one that teaches and speaks in this house today I give this time to you Lord may I decrease so you can increase and we pray these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ somebody say in Jesus name you may be SE the presence of the Lord um brother I know you're not much taller than me but this pull pit is it's up here my notes are real nice and close they're right there it's amazing I don't even need my bi Focus today this is this is is good but amnon the son of David loved Tamar the daughter of David let me read that let me say that again to you you don't think you caught that yet amnon the son of David loved not like J's love but loved the daughter of David who was the beautiful sister of absam amnon's brother amnon absam and Tamar were brothers and sisters now if you read down through there you see that his love was well we call it a twisted love but matter of fact it I thought about I thought about calling the message Twisted love I you know what that's going to get everybody's brain really off and left F somewhere so but then out of the more I read this love is so Twisted that it was broken you going to twist something so much and pretty soon it's going to break so we went with broken love but you see let me let me give us a little bit of understanding about this abelam and Tamar had the same father and mother David was was the dad but amnon had a different mother David was still the dad but amnon had a different mom so they were basically absam and Tamar was amnon's half brother and sister okay so uh I don't really help think that really helps the situation but that way you you understand a little bit more okay now John the John the Beloved taught us this we'll jump in the New Testament real quick he taught us that that in this life we're going to deal with the lust of the flesh the lust of the eyes and the pride of life and often these three can be confused with love especially those two lust of Flesh and lust of eyes can be confused with love when we're going just by feeling and not by truth now I think amnon s of love I think that's the right word I think Amon lusted after Tamar I think that was the more of the truth there matter of fact so much as it was can just say keeping him awake at night without messing up what the Bible says but but say he was vexed with this I mean it it bothered him matter of fact it bothered so much he got to talk to his first cousin about it found out from his first cousin that okay if you do this certain thing you can get her in the house with you by yourself his his first cousin was not his friend at all but anyway and and we find that that James mentions in James 1 and 13 excuse me 14-5 he says every man is tempted listen closely gentlemen and ladies especially gentlemen every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed and here's The Clincher then when lust ha conceived it brings forth sin and with sin when it's finished it brings forth death we still together now the story in SE Samuel is actually one of extreme tragedy and I'm just going to go through this story we may be here 10 minutes maybe an hour and 10 but just stay with me so amnon follows the advice of his first cousin he and he has David his dad send Tamar into his house to bring him bring him food because he's supposedly sick and so when she comes to his house and she fixes in food he goes well bring in here to the inner chamber so to speak and you know let that I may eat of your hand which I thought was kind of strange anyway but that was the way back then I guess so so he put all the men out of the house servants out of the house and out that inner chamber and his his sister came in to bring him food the Bible says that he he grabbed her and wanted to lay with her she argued with him and she struggled against him that this wouldn't happen matter of fact she gave him several reasons why this shouldn't take place to the fact that this may sound a little weird to us but to the fact she said if you'll just talk to the king he'll give me to you as a wife you can you I mean he he'll do that which again it sounds weird in our world but I guess in their world it was you know a okay but but again I mean so she gave him argument debate and struggle so this would not happen of course he would not listen to her he was stronger than her and the Bible says that he forced her in other words he abused and he raped her and then made it worse by the fact he threw her out of his house the Bible says that the hate that he hated her with after this was done was greater than the love that he had loved her with so he threw her out of the house and absam noticed when he saw his sister that her her beautiful D diverse colors that she wore as a as a king's daughter that she had tore those or rent those herself self and that she had ashes on her head that she had placed there and he saw her and he says has amnon been with you and she of course acknowledged that he had he took her into his home and the Bible says that he hated amnon and she remained desent in abon's house and when David heard about this the Bible says David was angry and that's all it says it never says that David did anything about it now there were two courses of action that could have taken place according to the Mosaic law he could have made amnon take her his wife or he could have killed him that was the law either either way so so so hear me when I say that David allowed this to just go unresolved and just sweep it under the rug so to speak now just imagine with me how this affected and broke the heart of Tamar that that her dad did seemingly nothing about the offense that was done to her now we know the culture then was totally different than the culture now but but still emotions are emotion and hurt is hurt and pain is pain and no matter the culture the pain is still real and the rejection is still the same rejection doesn't change no matter just because your culture and I'm sure she felt the rejection not only of amnon but also of her father because there was nothing being done to to to do anything about this and I'm sure she also knew that in the laws of of Moses there are certain things that could have taken place and should have taken place but they did not so we we see the love of this family being broken and Shattered by the actions of amnon and it seemed like that was the end of the story but it's not the Bible again said absam hated that's a strong word but he hated amnon for what he had done and would not speak to him in a good way a bad way wouldn't even talk to him at all but if you go and reading you find that that the Bible says two full years later absam invited amnon and all his brothers out to where he was shearing sheep and uh he was they were going to of course Feast at the time drink wine going to have kind get kind a celebration out there and he talked to David and his father into allowing all the all the brothers to come um but he had secretly commanded his servants amnon his servants that when amnon got a little tipsy a little free spirited in the wine that they were to rise up and they were to kill him and to not be afraid because he had commanded them to do so did you hear that it was two full years later this anger and this hatred was building in abon for two years sitting there Brewing stirring because of the pain that he had seen his sister suffer again now he was physically nor emotionally nor any way touched himself but it entered into him and he held on to it and he he he kept blood again just kind of fester inside of him and now then it was manifested in the fact that he murdered or had his brother murdered which he had determined read the Bible he determined this the day that Tamar was violated he'd been holding on to this work letting it work up stirring it up so to speak planning it however he could because he was looking for the day and two full years later it came to be absum when he when he after this happened he didn't go back to his house but rather he he ran off to his his his mother's dad's house who was the king of G of go gisher and he was there for three years so he left his home I guess his family whatever he was gone for three years and while he was gone away finally joab which was a leader of David's Army said he did this kind of his tricky way but he he got David he convinced King David to send to bring joab back to J send sorry send to bring absam back and so ABS has been gone for three years joab fixes it up so that he can go get absam and bring absam back to Jerusalem so now now abin is back in Jerusalem and for two more years David would not go see him and finally after five years now they actually meet up and talk and so on and so forth and seemed like everything was fine but it really wasn't because there was still anger and hatred living inside of absam because number one he also knew what his dad should have done to amnon but did not and he had also in his own way banished himself and David in another way had had banished him as well from being a part of the family for at least 5 years now and so all this is happening in the heart of of of absam so abam absum begin to begin to turn the hearts of the men of Israel he begin to begin to trick them guess con them if you would and he begin to turn their hearts to him and he he did this for years year after year after year he would sit at the gate and he would he would get the men to come to him that had a judgment or question whatever and I mean he he he went he was the Bible says that that absam was was only way to put is beautiful he he didn't have the Bible says he have one blemish from his foot to his head I like wow that's pretty incredible not one blemish but that's pretty amazing but he was he was beautiful the scripture says and so it was easy for him to turn people's hearts to him I'm sure because of his nature of his his looks his personality all those things so they begin to begin to follow him everything looked really good from his standpoint matter of fact it got so much so that he read he led a revolt against his own dad he had himself crowned king or named King in Horeb the same place his dad was years ago and he had the people following him now so now then here we are that abson got all the people following him and they're all chasing along after him and you know and matter of fact to the point that David got scared loaded up his household his army everybody headed out of town left house he only left 10 ladies at the house to keep keep keep care of everything rest of it they were gone ran from absam and I guess they finally got to the place that Jo was like no we're through running let's this this this is not going to work you know so a b a battle ensues abim comes chasing after David and a battle ensues well where the battle took place was the Bible says was real thick wooded area and it also says that more people were killed by the woods that day than it was actually by by the army so they're fighting in this and and before the fight though David now listen closely David had told everybody about absum be merciful be kind to the young man the one that red him out of his off his own Throne so to speak be kind be gentle with him you know I know we love David King David but sometimes I scratched my head some some things he did just didn't make sense asked you can you imagine that meeting in heaven anyway that'll sink in a little bit but so so here we have here we have David wanted to be gentle with him well joab had a little trouble with this just a little trouble and so whenever app was riding through these thick woods with all his long beautiful thick hair his hair got caught in the trees that would have never happened to me I might have some scratches but I would have been hanging by my hair but the Bible say he literally was he was he got caught by his hair and his his mual just took off left in there so here hear you swinging by his hair so to speak and a guy sees him goes back and tells joab Jo's like did you kill him well no you heard the word of the king there's no way i' put my hand on him so joab being joab went out there and took three Spears and shoved into his heart I guess I hate for for joab to be non- merciful or non-ind to somebody because I guess that was joab showing showing Mercy to poor poor absam but he but he but then the young men with him cut him down and he had this beautiful funeral they threw him in a pit and pile stones on top of him family wasn't invited there was no you know no long three-day visitation process nothing no morning nothing just he's dead pit cover him up it's over with and done but let's letap this real quick amnon raped his sister daving David her father seemingly abandoned her and what had happened to her absam murdered em on David seemly abandoned him for at least 5 years absolum led a revolt against his own father and then absam died alone thrown in a pit and covered with stones a broken family so Tamar is broken physically emotionally and heartwise David is brokenhearted amnon is dead and absam is dead I see I believe we just read a few moments ago there's a scripture what did it say when lust ha conceived it brings forth sin and When sin is finished it brings forth death lust killed the love in this family in more than just one person or two people it tore a family apart it was a broken family and where families at they're supposed to be love so there was broken love in the midst and and something that's so amazing to me maybe I'm just as simple but something so amazing to me that after out of all of those years a minimum of seven years all the way up to 40 years not one person that was the r recorded asked the other person to forgive them amnon to my knowledge never went back to Tamar and asked for her forgiveness never went to absam David never went to the end of them and asked for their forgiveness for just totally abandoned no one tried to make anything right it's like if we don't talk about it if we just bury it if we just ignore it it's like it didn't ever happen everything's okay everything's fine amnon's killed nothing's done nothing's nothing's said about it nothing's really done about it matter of fact when the word came they were told him that they they told David that all his sons have been killed by absam but again that that that first cousin is always so so full information he did let David know no not all of them just amnon was the only one that was killed for what he had done to Tamar but I love the word just just one so again but there there was there was no one holding anybody else accountable and there was No Remorse there was no forgiveness there was no uh trying to to get the family put back together everyone was just holding on to their silence they were holding on to their hatred they were holding on to their hurt and their resentment and their bitterness they were just holding on to it never doing anything about it never trying to resolve it never trying to go to anybody and figure how what they could do how they could make it right it was like it was like they were just you know they were just brewing in they were just just over and over and over just like Ling to Fester inside of them and grow inside of them and get worse and worse and worse and worse I mean again ABS waited two full years before he killed his brother how long did he start on this how many nights did he think about this how eaten up was he for to waste two years of his life two years of his life focused on killing this one brother that that's horrible that's horrible not to mention the ni that that the things that Tamar dealt with in her emotions and her mind trying to sleep in it's horrible that no one did anything to try to fix all this and mend all this and put this back together somehow some way but but they were again they were holding on this resentment and this AB bitterness just just worthless us useless items being loved more than the people of the family my they were saying my business is more important than my family my my my hatred is more important than than my dad my my my my forgiveness is more important than than my sister my daughter I'm I'm going to hold on I'm going to hold on to this stuff because it's valuable to me why do we why do we hold on to worthless hurts like a hoarder and never release never release that hurt to find Healing why do we do that now we can point at that family all we want to but yet in this room today and I know without any shadow of a doubt in this room today there's some people holding on to some stuff and you've never talked to anybody about it you never you never tried to find a healing for it you never say well well well well hold on just a second buddy you got you got into my business now well I didn't get into your business because this what the Lord spoke to me that he's going to open your business so tell him to get out of it but he shared with me that in this house today there's some people he wants to heal he wants to help he wants to to to take care of some stuff that you just allowed to Fester inside of you for a long long time so again why do we hold on to to the worthless hurts like that like again like that hoarder and never release them never let them go never look for healing why do we do that well I was hurt I I was I was I was offended I was I was whatever and why do we hold on those worthless useless hatred and strife what do we hold on that stuff for we hold on to it like it's gold and hide this back here so nobody knows where it's at put that in the safe keep that away from everybody and we never reach for deliverance a restoration we're we're we're now you pull my code time time you need to but in in the world where I pastor we have a tendency to to to cover it all up with a Band-Aid and going about our business everything's all right I'm fine how you doing oh I'm good I'm good and the whole time we're lying because there's Brokenness there that don't mean we need to go around complaining all the time either well things are just horrible life don't do that either okay that's what Facebook's for and that way you get all these little comments oh we love you you're beautiful we like and I said all that didn't it's like I told you I'm weird I hold on to weird stuff okay but but we also sometimes we grab a hold of unforgiveness and we grab a hold of bitterness and we never seek the power of forgiveness by forgiving those that's can I just use the the Bible word transgressed against us those that have offended and hurt us and I'm not talking offended like the world she's offended you know you go to church you offend me or you're bald you offend me I mean I don't talk about that kind of offense I'm know about really being offended you know the real thing like where the Bible says a man offended is better to harder win than a gay City that kind of offense I mean true offense but we hold on to this stuff and people that have hurt us and they and they've abandoned us they've abused us I said they've abused us those that have devastated our personal lives our world our family they've attacked them say old preacher I you you don't know what I've been through you don't know what my life's con how can you stand there and judge me well first of all get off social media I'm not judging you we're in the church but I am telling you also please let me say this hopefully in a way that it doesn't come across wrong but neither do you you know what I have forgiven people of and what's happened in my life you don't know what brother Sloan or sister SL has forgiven people of that's happened in their life you don't know what my wife had to deal with this forgiving people that's happened in her life so so again if if I'm not allowed to judge what's going on in your life don't Jud don't judge what's going on in my life in the fact you have no idea where I came from you have no idea what I faced my you don't know the demons I fought you don't know the people I've had to forgive and that hard time I had you don't know the the the night that I I was at an altar and literally felt like I was ripping my heart out to forgive one individual for what they had done you you wasn't there that night when tears were streaming down my face and pain was shooting up down my back because it was so hard to let go of what had happened to me so therefore I Don't Preach you about something today I've never experienced I Don't Preach you today about something that I've never walked through I Don't Preach you about about I don't come from a family that doesn't have was I'm broken and have broken love I am the son of a backslid p Pentecostal preacher that divorced my mom when I was 10 years old by cheating on her I've been down a few roads in my life and I faced a little bit of junk and I've I've I've dealt with the criticism of being a back lighter son but I can't live in it brother Sloan I can't live that way I got too much to live for I can't let my past hold on to me like that I got a tomorrow coming up and if tomorrow's coming up I definitely w't be Tethered to yesterday I'll never make it to tomorrow so somewhere along the life you have to let things go and the only way to truly let things go often is to forgive and that is one of the hardest things in the world to do I'm not saying it's easy it's hard so again let us understand that it's those that we love or that we've loved that can hurt us the deepest hear this if someone don't if you don't Tru love someone what they do really doesn't affect you but when you care about somebody and you love someone or they're supposed to love you someone in the family usually someone close to the family that's when the hurt becomes real goes deep because we do love them and this is why the pain is so real and so sincere so deep within us is because we care about them but yet they hurt us they why would they do that to me now we hear from the words of a prophet he's talking relating the story of Jesus but it's an Old Testament prophet and the prophet Zachariah writes to us in 13-6 and says this no one shall say unto him excuse me one shall say unto him what are these wounds in your hands and he'll answer them those which I was those with which I was wounded in the H wounds in the house of my friends that with which I was wounded in the house of my friends those that were supposed to love me watch out for me Judas comes walking to Jesus in The Garden of Gethsemane that night and what did Jesus first comment to Judas be or was it hello friend hello friend now we understand a lot of spiritual significance around that but it was still his friends that betrayed him it was Peter one of the closest disciples say I don't know the man it was all the others that could be nowhere found around the foot of the cross except for John the Beloved nobody else was there rejected by his own disciples wounded by his friends have you ever thought about the fact that it's very possible that people that he had healed in the city also stood in the crowd crying crucify him but they were walking whole that day because of that man could it I'm just I'm just doing could it have been out up here but could it have been that there was blind men that could see what was going on that they cried crucify him when before they had never been able to see what was was happening that day see we don't we don't always see the full picture the Bible gives us glimpses of the picture and I'm not saying these things are true I'm just saying could it have been could it have been and from the prophetic writing to the reality of the crucifixion where we see the blood of Jesus running down the cross and dripping if you would from the wounds in his body and we hear this broken body this this this this broken man if you would he's suffering for for sins he did not commit he did not commit utter these words in Luke when he said father forgive them for they know not what they do now often we we think and sometimes we have the misconception that the cross is what killed him the cross did not kill Jesus matter of fact if you do l a little bit of research through through the medical medical ways of looking at and the spear was shoved in his side blood and water flowed so just a little bit of research you find that that also can come from a broken heart could it have been that when Jesus was hanging on that cross and you realized what you had to deal with in your life on a daily basis and The Temptations and the things and the struggles you had in your life that literally broke his heart that his Masterpiece the creation the apple of his eye was suffering with those kind of things and he tasted every sin that was ever committed there's no sin that you'll ever deal with that he doesn't know exactly what it feels like to commit that same sin that's what killed him for see the wages of sin is death he had never sinned he couldn't have died but it's our sins that killed him so talking about having a right to be offended by something having a right to be to be unforgiving about something he had the right because he was taking on something that he had never done personally himself but yet on the cross we hear him say it father forgive them forgive them they don't know what they're doing would you stand with me this morning this afternoon I me to preach morning time sorry so how long young man young lady brother sister friend how long will you hold on to the worthless broken worth wor it says worthless items of Broken Love how long will you hold them how long you hold on to your resentment how long are you going to hold on to the words that were said to you that they cut deep how long you going to hold on those humiliating slurs that were made about you how long you going to hold on to those things that were done to you in private and maybe even in public that broke your heart embarrassed you shamed you how long will you hold on to those worthless things how valuable is the unforgiveness how valuable is your unforgiveness that you will not let go of those things how Priceless is it how much is it worth how much is how much is the anger and hatred mean to you that you you were not that you you're not willing to let go you want to cling on to it hold on to it like it's like it's like it's Priceless and we do this how precious to you is your own bitterness it's precious maybe even to your soul that you're unwilling are you determined to never relinquish it this is mine and and may I ask one more question when they bury you will someone need to put your stuff your worthless stuff in the casket with you because they are yours and you were determined to take them with you taking my unforgiveness with me for the SL it's going with me I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to hold on to my my anger and my hatred I'm not let go of it can't do it it's mine it's mine you need to put it in the casket with me it's going with me I'm not I'm not forgiving them I'm not forgiving them for what they did to me uhuh I'm not I'm not I'll go to I'll take it to my grave I'm taking my bitterness To My Grave you can't have it it's it's it's staying with me it's precious to me it it's it's is and the whole time they're worthless they're worthless they're Nothing But Trash let me tell you where I really got this stuff out of the back of my truck Nothing But Trash that's where it really came from things people were throwing away and so often we hold on to these same things of unforgiveness and bitterness and trash if you would saying they're so precious to me and to the fact I'm taking them all the way into eternity with me well brother and sister let me tell you if you're determined to take them into eternity with you they'll go into eternity with you but you're not going where you think you're going because the Bible says you and I cannot be forgiven unless we forgive those that have trespassed against us they will go into eternity with you your stuff's going with you or you can decide on this on this side of the Grave I'm letting some stuff go on this side of the Grave I'm going to go to an altar I'm say God I forgive them I forgive them because forgiving someone does not make them right it makes you free so let it go let God have his way in your life why allow them any any second longer of control over your life cuz the longer we hold on to unforgiveness and the longer we hold on to this stuff the longer we give them control in our life I'm through having people control me I'm through having people hold on Tether me down it's not happening today it's not happening ever again because Life's too short for me to hold on to yesterday life too short for me to hold on to last week life too short me on last month I got places to go I got things God wants me to do and I cannot hold on to my yesterdays so today in a way of speaking I invite you to bring your trash I invite you to bring all that worthless stuff you've been holding on to and let's just leave it here with mine let's just leave it here in mine anybody got some unforgiveness they want to leave up here anybody got some bitterness they want to throw down here anybody got some hurt that you'd like to let go of and be free from you don't have to come by yourself because I know I know I know I know we all do so why don't we all come why don't we all come and just bring our stuff with us just bring our stuff with us anything anybody's ever said that hurts your feelings I I'll give you one as you're coming when my parents divorced this is what my dad the man that I looked up to and respect this is what my dad told my mother you're going to he's going to be a you couldn't you cannot raise a man a a woman cannot raise a man and you're going to make him into a he's going to be a all of his life well guess what didn't didn't work I'm not I'm definitely not a matter of fact I may have a littleit too much male ego going on sometimes but again you talk about when I heard that you talk about the cut as a 10-year-old boy it cut deep but somewhere along the way I had to let it go go Dad I love you but I'm not allowing that to hold on to me any longer I got I get hear me I got things I need to do I got things God called me to do I got things that that that I I want to see happen in the Holy Ghost and I've been blessed so I invite you I'm you to hand this back over to your pastor but I invite you would you lift your hands would you bow your heads have whatever you're comfortable with and would you talk to God and sometimes is today it may hurt to let go of some of this stuff but would you grab a hold of it with your hands say God I've been holding on this way too long I know I know you're here I know you're here I've been holding on this way too long today I'm pulling it out by the roots and I'm saying God you have loved me enough that you can heal me from what vacancy this leads in my life so therefore I'm yielding it to you and I'm letting it go I'm letting it go for he is your healer that's it across the room that's it your mind's going back and you're touching situations in your life that you've not touched in a long time and you're saying you know what God I've been I've been holding on to this way too long I'm turning loose of it I'm turning loose of it God I forgive them God come on somebody has got it somebody God forgive them forgive them I want I want to be free I want to be free I want to be free from what can I just just be so bold from what my brother did again to me I want to be free from what my my my uncle did or my dad did or my mom did I want I want to be free from what happened to me in my child I Want to Be Free God this it hurts too deep it's too I Want to Be Free God I Want to Be Free forgive I forgive I forgive I forgive and here is why because I have been forgiven I have been forgiven freely I have received freely I will give would you lift your voices come on and talk to God talk to God Hallelujah come on somebody heard a word today for your life right now you need to respond don't you move an inch until you respond come on Lord God just because I forgive them does not let them be right Lord but it makes me free come on somebody y come on the Lord's reminding you of the walls that you've built he's reminding you of the windows you've closed he's reminding you of the locks on the doors in your life what you need to do today is let forgiveness work come on somebody it's prayer time you better be calling on the
