Lord everybody what an honor it is to be at First Apostolic church amen what an experience amen I believe everybody in Knoxville ought to experience what we feel in this room today don't you amen amen what a delight it is to be here I give honor to you uh bishop and Pastor mou and this wonderful church this isn't just a great church this is a Legacy church I leaned over to brother Woodward and I said Bishop was planting churches before planting churches was a thing and he planted them in his parking lot he went to Clinton he went to marille he just cared more about people hearing the gospel than fearing whether someone would take his Saints what a gift amen what a gift you have been to the apostolic Community thank you amen amen what a great church a life well liveed and what a legacy this church represents and I give you honor today and I consider it a high honor to be ministering in this service this morning amen Pastor Anthony and Pastor Nate what a gift you are to the church amen the Lord's anointed another generation in this city and I'm so thankful that the apostolic message will continue in very capable hands amen Amen brother Woodward I love you so much you have the gift of encouragement and my wife texted me when she found out you were going to be here she said would you please invite brother Woodward to come to Kansas City I only get to hear him on YouTube and I want to hear him in person what a great gift your family is and what a wonderful and Powerful Ministry you represent honored to be with you today amen God bless you the book of 1st Samuel chapter 17 my family's here my brother and my sister-in-law I love them very much and it's so good to have you here uh today my two aunts uh Phyllis and Pat are here as well if you see the Lord moving on them it's highly unlikely but if you see the Lord moving on them please rush to their side and pray them through it's been a while so uh but it is good to be here with my family amen and let's pray for the miraculous this morning amen 1st Samuel chapter 17 is where I'll read my text this morning 1st Samuel 17 verse number 48 and it came to pass when the Philistine arose and came and Drew nigh to meet David that David hastened and ran toward the Army to meet the Philistine and David Avid put his hand in his bag and took fence of stone and slang it and smokee the Philistine in his forehead that the stone sunk into his forehead and he fell upon his face to the Earth verse 50 so David prevailed somebody say prevailed so David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone and smokee the Philistine and slew him but there was no sword in the hand of David therefore David ran and stood upon the Philistine and took his sword and Drew it out of the sheath thereof and slew him and cut off his head therewith and when the Philistines saw their Champion was dead they fled there's a powerful powerful word in the scripture and I it's probably the wrong way to introduce an anniversary service I do feel like the Lord's given me a word this morning but we frequently are enticed by this non-biblical philosophy that somehow God is going to remove all of our adversity I I had a lady come to my church recently and she got the Holy Ghost and she called me about a week midweek she said pastor I don't think I got the Holy Ghost I said well re Renee why why do you not think you got the Holy Ghost I was praying with you when you spoke in tongues and she said because I've been having problems all week long and I said well sis the evidence of the indwelling of the spirit is speaking with tongues not the absence of adversity [Music] right the Bible said that God left adversaries in the land or I will give you a land that flows with milk and honey and I will drive out your adversaries from before you little by little but I will leave some lest the Next Generation forget how to fight Lord we're celebrating 67 years of powerful Apostolic giant killing Ministries in this region let me help somebody there are still adversaries in the land and God is Anointed another generation I didn't come to preach about the past we honor it but I come to preach about a powerful Apostolic destiny that is in front of this church 67 years is just the beginning it's just the platform from which the greatest Apostolic Revival is launched in this city your greatest days are not behind you but they are in front of you there are adversaries still in the land to be conquered but God's anointed another generation for powerful Apostolic Revival the Lord will help me for just a few moments I want to preach to you a resurrected giant a resurrected giant would you lift your hands and your voices to the Lord Lord we love you we thank you for your word today thank you for what we feel in this house already God I pray that you would speak to us today I pray that the Holy Ghost would do its perfect work and we give you glory and praise and honor in Jesus name would you clap your hands as you're seated God bless you you can be seated it was the challenge that caused one generation to die in the wilderness they were aware of the promises that God had called them to possess a land flowing with milk and honey no doubt they have experienced the hand of God as he would both part and roll back the Waters of the Red Sea they celebrate the progress of no longer living controlled by the tyrannical leadership of pharaoh this newly formed nation state is aware that God has more for them than a Wilderness Moses is God's man and he stands at the crossroads of wilderness and promise 12 representatives of the 12 tribes seek to find the weakness and formulate the battle plan for an already conquered people however this miracle Nation could not see past the Giants in the land in fact the promise is the power and the people of God in their own sight will pale in comparison to the Giants that inhabit the land in fact through sheer intimidation Israel will leave in retreat with the fruit of the land as a WI wi that the prophecy of Moses is true 40 years will pass and a generation will die because the Giants of anakim caused the nation to feel ill equipped and intimidated can I stop here and just make this parenthetical statement and that is that possession of a promise will always require a battlefield you can't win without a battle right you'll never take territory without facing your enemy 40 years in a dead generation brings us to Caleb that Faith filled anointed and Powerful Caleb will ask for the land the mountain where Giants dwell can I stop here and say that the church ought to be filled with enough faith that we're willing to ask for something that that's bigger than what we are we ought to be willing to ask for something bigger I don't believe that God ever intended for his people to settle when God sent the bishop here 67 years ago we would not be in this beautiful edifice worshiping today if he had settled for what the enemy was willing to surrender I've come to preach to families and individuals and people at first Apostolic church about a destiny that is a foregone conclusion already in the mind of God but your faith has to be big enough to not settle for the present but to believe in something that's bigger than what you possess this morning there's a greater Church there is a greater level of possession there is another dimension of destiny that First Apostolic Church will step into if the people of God have faith to believe for bigger bigger in fact this ain't even my notes but I believe the reason that Jonah perhaps there are other greater indepth theological reasons but I I believe that the reason that Jonah fled to Tarsus I I understand all of the all of the significance here of his familial connection and no one had ever preach to pagan people I I understand all that but I I really believe that Jonah was intimidated because the truth was is that the city God sent him to was bigger than what he was he was something that no one had ever done no one had ever gone and preached to a pagan people outside of a Hebrew Temple no one had ever gone into surrounding ing like that but it was so intimidating and so overwhelming for him that he ran from before the face of the Lord because it was bigger than him God help us that what the Lord is calling our families to is so big and so insurmountable that we run from the greatest gift that God could give the church I don't ever want to run from revival I don't want to run from miracles signs and wonders I don't want to run from demonstrative worship I don't want to run from healing and power and anointing because I'm intimidated about what it might turn into I'm going to tell you the greatest hour of the church is in front of us and we cannot fear what God has called us to it's our [Music] destiny it's our destiny God called Caleb to possess something bigger than what he was however we can't find a Biblical or historical account of Caleb ever killing a giant that's right that powerfully anointed Faith field Caleb who asked for the land where Giants dwell never has an account of killing a giant he drove them out according to Joshua 15 he cut them off from before the land and history records that they took up residence in gath in the land of the Philistines and the nation of Promise kept fighting what they could not kill a land known as the land of refraim better translated the city of old Giants was nothing more than the habitation of a giant that Caleb could not slay David stands peering into the land of refereum as he is Anointed The King of a unified Kingdom the inhabitants of refereum come to war against David when they heard he was anointed can I stop here and just make this statement as I'm headed somewhere Bishop is that the enemy is always attracted to the anointing he's not attracted to your gifts he's not attracted to your abilities he's not attracted to your wisdom he's not attracted to your Insight he's attracted to your anointing I'm going to tell you your business sense or your financial prowess or your education or your understanding will never attract the anointing but I'm going to tell you right now when the holy ghost shows up in your service then the enemy gets his attention turned to what you're doing I feel a little word for somebody in this room the enemy's attracted to your anointing the reason that you're having to fight Giants is not because of your intuitive nature your gifts your talents your abilities but it's because the power that the anointing represents in this city we need the anointing brother Jones the Bible said it will destroy the Yol whatever it is that's been controlling you will have to dissipate under the power and the authority of the anointing the church needs the anointing our community needs the anointing 67 years of anointing is not near enough but every time you show up to choir practice every Sunday morning every Sunday night every Sunday broadcast we need anointing but don't you think you're going to be anointed and not attract the attention of the enemy your family's not going to be anointed and not attract the attention of the enemy David is Anointed The King of a unified Kingdom and he attracts attention of the enemy it's not a new enemy it's an old foe an old foe that has been driven back but never defeated it's a resurrected giant this enemy has intruded and intimidated Saul is fearful of him the nation's Army is afraid and Goliath stands in the valley of Eli blaspheming God and mocking his people because no matter how many times they push Giants back they keep getting back up in verse 49 of our text it's nothing different than what Israel has done for Generations Goliath steps on the field of battle and he barks out his blasphemy send me out of man that we might do battle the Philistines are not intimidated because a Giant's never been defeated oh they've been knocked down but they've never been killed and Israel perpetually lives in this cycle of fighting the the same giant over and over and over and over again and they knock him down and he gets back up and they push him back and he keeps coming forward and they move him out of the land but he keeps coming back after the initial Retreat and they're fighting The Same Spirit and the same issue and the same intimidating force over and over year after year generation after generation I've come to preach to somebody today that's fighting The Same Spirit in your family that you have fought year after year after year after year and you knock it down and you have a moment of reprieve but you're fighting the same addiction you're fighting the same battles you're fighting in the same struggles you're navigating the same Spirits over and over and you knock them down on a Sunday night but come Wednesday evening you need to find a little more reprieve because you're fighting the same Giant on too many times we knock our issues down but we're still fighting the same resurrected Giants we've pushed him but he keeps getting back up the same giant that you fought for years and generation you pushed it back but you've never killed it you keep letting the same giant an old giant some generational curse get back on its feet and you do the same War without ever eliminating the issue not only does David kill the giant but he teaches the Next Generation that you can kill Giants too thank you Bishop we not only going to kill a giant but your generation can kill their Giants too not only can you kill a generational curse in your family but you can teach the Next Generation that they can can kill their Giants too you don't have to keep fighting the same issue generation after generation after generation and I understand that that old giant may have gotten back up on his feet and been resurrected but they let the world know that not only can we have a brief reprieve from the battle but there's something coming that is greater than anything this nation has ever experience and that is we will perpetually walk in Victory yeah [Applause] David David peers into the valley and as the giant blasphemes the people of god notice that when David knocks him down with the stone the Army does not Retreat Israel does not pursue and the reason is because we've been here before Giants been knocked down before this isn't a big deal but when David waited up there on that coat of mail and unath that sword and decapitated that giant Israel got some strength that they had never had and they began to pursue and the Philistines fled because on that day something had been defeated that had never been defeated in all the previous generations combined I want to tell somebody you can win today I said you can be delivered today your family can have restored hope today there can be strength in your world again you can have peace you can have healing you can have hope today because God wants to do something in you that has never happened in any other generation before and you can walk out with a degree of Victory no one has walked in in your family family previous to today [Applause] Hall I I can't say that I'm that spiritual I want to be better I was sitting on the platform at Oklahoma youth convention in Tulsa it's happened three times in my Ministry three times and while I was sitting on that platform I had a vision and in the vision brother Woodward I was walking through our old building and I had said to the Lord on the platform that night God what in the world am I doing in Kansas City all I'm doing is fighting I don't even want to be the person I've become I've dealt with more trouble I've been through more struggle I've fought More Hell I have no idea what I'm doing here what is it that I'm here for and the Lord took me right into our church building and the Lord showed me in our building and I had my hands like this and I was pushing Darkness off the people and the Lord showed me pushing the darkness off the people and the Darkness was going out into the forer into the front door out the front door and I was rejoicing because I felt like the Lord was giving me a little vision of what my purpose was in the city and that was to push the darkness off the people here was the problem is I'd left the door open to my office and the Darkness that I was pushing off the people I'd left the door open and it was coming around the building and coming right back in behind me and I was walking in this Perpetual Circle trying to defeat what I had never closed the door on I feel a little worried for somebody in this room God's going to give you Victory but you got to shut the door on some of the stuff that you've let come back to [Applause] life there are some of those things that God will give you victory over but you can't live in a cycle of fighting the same battle over and over and over and over again the same Rebellion the same issue the same addiction over and over again God wants you to un sheath The Sword and defeat the enemy you can have Victory today and not live in a cycle of fighting the same battle over and over and over again I'm going tell you how to do it number one if you're going to overcome the giant that you have lived perpetually in a battle with the first thing you must do is overcome the pressure to stay where you are you know what David's first battle was his brother I understand that that felt good I got the mic and he don't elab sat on the edge of the Chariot and said David I know what you're here to do you're here to just watch the battle you're here to just experience the the whole festivity of the war you're not here to engage in battle and the first thing that David had to do was overcome the voice of a brother who didn't think he could accomplish what God had called him to accomplish let me tell every brother and sister in this room you are everything that God called you to be don't you dare let some intimidating Voice come to you that you have to live in a Perpetual battle with telling you that you can't do it for I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me you are anointed you are divinely positioned you do have God's purpose in your life you are anointed for your destiny [Applause] don't you dare let someone tell you that you can't be in the kingdom of God everything God has positioned you for David said the first thing I got to do is get over that voice that's in my ear that's telling me I can't do it I wish somebody in this room would silence all the voices that have ever told you that you can't accomplish that you can't be and that you cannot succeed in the kingdom of God you can do anything that you are called to do for God has divinely positioned you with purpose number two now you just bear with me through this and I'll preach you happy before I'm done but whether you like him or not you cannot be blessed without being in proper position with your Apostolic covering Saul's backslid but David knows he can't take on a giant that has persecuted their Nation for Generations unless he gets in a right position with Saul there are too many of you that are waiting off into Wars and fighting battles and you're out of position with your man of God and you can never defeat a giant that's been positioned by your enemy unless you get in the right alignment and posture with your anointed leadership oh now I'm really going to preach I feel my help go read the story about the widow woman you know what she did she built the old man of God a house yeah yeah she did and she said here's what I here's what I'm going to do we're going to put a bed and we're going to put a little table and we going to put you a little candle but she didn't build him a house adjacent to her because that make too much sense in our modern Western culture cuz we don't want the man of God intruding on us I'm in it now boy I feel it too it's good you ain't getting this on TB in but the Bible said she built a room on her house yes sir and when he came by he could come and go as he pleased because she gave him access to the house hear me I'm going to skip way ahead but what that access gave her access to was the miraculous and the Bible said because she built a man of God a place in her house and when he showed up he could come and go as he pleased that the man of God came by one day and said because of your generosity that you have shown me what would you have God to do for you and the old man walking with the man of God said she don't have a son and the Bible said he told her God's going to give you a baby about this time next year you're going to have a miracle I'm going to tell you the reason some of you in this room do without the miraculous operating in your house is because you've never made room for your [Applause] Prophet I got like four hand claps I'm just going to preach here till it breaks we want a miracle but we want to Miracle our way and David you're going to keep fighting the same battle in a Perpetual cycle and you're never going to have victory over what God's anointed you to have victory over because you're not in the right position with Saul but when you get in the right alignment with a man of God then you're going to have a miracle that's not only going to affect your generation but generations to come because you're in proper position with Spiritual Authority but it wasn't done that's right she had her Miracle but her Miracle died that sweet little woman went right back in her house she said you take my boy you put him up there and let him lay there I'll go get the man of God because the first one was my Miracle but I built this room so that my boy could have his Miracle too yes I'm going to tell you your victory that you're getting is not just for your generation for one generation shall praise thy Works to another not just teach it to them not just tell it to them here's how you do it I'm going build a house but not only am I building a house so that this generation can have a miracle but in the building of this house my boy one day is going to run into an obstacle that he don't have the answer for and the doctors aren't going to know what to do and the psychologist and the banker working together can't figure it out but because I made room for a man of God there's going to be victory in the Next Generation because I built a house for the prophet Hallelujah you better thank God for your preacher you better thank God for your man of God you're going to live in the same battle you're going to fight the same struggle your children are going to try to na navigate through battles that you let live because you never made room for a prophet you're going to kill a giant you better have Spiritual Authority I don't mean this in any way disparaging Pastor my dad hated tithing he hated it didn't think it was necessary you know what I grew up when $5 we didn't have it to go on a field trip Bishop I called my wife last night I said we're gonna come back to Knoxville we're g to stay in the old city and I'm going to take you and we're going to do all the things that I grew up too poor to do let me tell you if you'll get in right alignment where your man of God your destiny will change oh yeah you get in the right position where your man of God you start giving and you start serving and you start living under 67 years of spiritual covering and I promise you it'll turn around cuz that's what that book said would happen I'm going to tell you some of you are out there fighting battles you don't have to fight and you're navigating struggles you don't have to struggle through and the reason is because you've never gotten in the right position with Spiritual Authority but the day you do you don't have to live with that generational curse perpetually lording over your destiny number three David put his past in proper perspective now I read this and I thought I was going to jump out of my seat and here's why brother Nate I've never seen a generation that have more Church hurt than what we do now I'm not listen I am not belittling or taking away from from anything you've encountered that was painful and I certainly over the next three few minutes don't want to cast a shadow on any kind of hurt or struggle that you've been through I'm G to tell you what I've heard about as much as I can handle of people talking about church hurt everybody's been hurt in fact I told my wife one day I said babe here's what I'm going to do I said I'm going U everything you say today I'm just going to say you hurt me she said babe can you take out that no that hurts can't take out the trash that hurts I'm on the way home from the office she calls babe can you stop by this no that hurts I can't stop by the store today that hurts hey babe can we buy no that hurts that you hurt me babe you hurt me anything someone ask us to do that we don't want to do is the equivalent of being hurt oh my and God forbid that you have to navigate through a season you don't understand because if you ever have to navigate a season you don't understand it ends up in church hurt which is a good reason not to go back to church I wonder what David felt while he's on the back side of a desert when the Bible said that a lion came out against his flock now folks I've never fought a line but I have watched a bunch of those reals on Facebook about what they do in those parks and I can tell you right now I don't want to fight one and I can guarantee you I don't care how weak the lion or how strong the man you're not going to go through that battle without some scars that are left to prove that you were in the battle and David's on the backside of a desert keeping his father's sheep and he's praying and singing and writing Psalms to the Lord and a lion comes out of the woods to steal a lamb and David has to navigate a battle with a lion if I'm David you know what i' have said I can't believe God let this happen to I'm hurt I've been out here I've been out here fighting this line and I got scars physical spiritual and emotional I've got spiritual scars because the truth is I'm a little upset at God because after I did get through the battle with the lion just really close in timing was a battle with the bear and God could have stopped it but he allowed me to fight the lion and he allowed me to fight the bear and I'm just out here singing Psalms and I'm going to church every Sunday and I'm paying my tithes and I'm playing the harp and I'm on the worship team and I show up early to practice and I've been involved in Bible quizzing my kids go to a Christian School and we pray at home and we got a fast day every Wednesday and God allowed all this stuff to come out of the Wilderness and attack me and I don't know why God would allow it to happen and he not only leaves embittered he could easily be mad at God because God didn't stop it mad at dad dad put me out here to keep these sheep potentially knowing what the hardships were I was going to go through but he let me go through it and God let me go through it and now I'm walking around with all these scars in my body from the battle and when David approached King Saul because now it qualified him to fight Goliath and when David stood in front of King Saul if he'd have been one of us he'd have said but I ain't fighting that giant you send somebody else that ain't been through what I've been through I'm not physically spiritually or emotionally able to fight Goliath because I've been through all of this in my past and the scars that I bear in my body keep me from ever wanting to get in another fight and God allowed it and if God would allow a bear and a lion to fight me and he wouldn't keep that problem out of my path then what's to make me think that he's going to give me the wherewithal to defeat Goliath and he's struggling in his faith and he's struggling in his spirit and he's struggling emotionally and he's dealing with hurt by God and he's dealing with hurt by his Spiritual Authority and his father and he's dealing with hurt from the enemy and David has no idea what to do except to put it in proper perspective and that is that the battle I went through in my past did not disqualify me but it qualified me for the that's in front of me you trust what God allowed in your life and you may have to navigate a season where you're battling The Lion and the bear but it didn't disqualify you your past prepared you for what God's going to do in your tomorrows yes Hallelujah my past is not to keep me out of the battle my past was to qualify me for the giant that has Afflicted Generations God prepared me for the thing that's going to pave the way for my children to be saved I'm almost done you know what that means nothing number four stop trying to be something you not stop trying to be something you're not now I'm going to help y'all I know what I am I have never gone to Dillards and tried on a pair of skinny jeans not one time I've never walked into a men's store and said where's the slim fit section I've asked where the Slim Fast section is but never the slim fit section you know why brother Whitley because I know what I am and me and a pair of skinny jeans looks like four miles a bad road but hopefully I got the good sense to know that I'm 6'4 275 lbs because that saves me and you both a lot of embarrassment and the truth is in the kingdom of God we need to know what we are and what we're not and you need to be okay with what you are no I'm not talking about sinfulness I'm not talking about whatever it is but we need to get out of our modern day insecurities about what we can't be and what we can't do and understand that we are enough in the sight of the Lord and we need to be okay with a sling and a stone even if Saul's armor doesn't work for us yeah I said this in Maryland my father-in-law was one of the greatest pastors I ever met one of the greatest preachers I'd ever heard and my Ministry has been a whole lot better when I realized I wasn't racing the clock to be him yes I was never going to be him I Don't Preach like he does I don't worship like he does I don't Pastor like he does but I had to come to this realization in Ministry and life that I was hucked and I was always going to be hucked and I had to use the gifts that God gave me and not the gifts that God gave everybody else I want to help somebody in this room David you weren't built for Armament you were built for a sling and a stone and as soon as you realize that you are capable you are anointed you are called you have God's favor on your life and you use the talents that you have for the kingdom of God and quit trying to compare yourselves among yourselves to try to be something that you're not Hallelujah I'm never going to be Saul but as soon as I am alerted to the fact that I'm David I'll always be David and God called me to be David and my greatest victories in front of me are at the hands of the things that God gifted me with not someone else I'm comparing myself to you're enough number five start fighting in the strength of the Lord this is where I'm headed stop trying to fight in your own way I'm I'm going to tell you something that I feel like is an epidemic in the Apostolic Church oh you foolish galatian what began in the spirit you have made perfect in the flesh I'm going to tell you the way we're going to win the battle is in the spirit we can't have dead church we can't have dead Sunday morning we can't have dead Sunday night we can't have dead Wednesday night we can't have dead prayer meetings we need a move of the spirit we need the Holy Ghost to show up and do what we can't do and David you're going to walk into that field of battle you take your gifts you take your talents you take your past you take all the things that you are but recognize that that's never going to be enough but when you walk into that field of battle with that giant where I come not against you with a sword and a spear but I come to you in the name of the Lord I'm going to tell you the Holy Ghost can do more in just a few minutes than what we have the ability and the Armament to accomplish in our own way and our own will this church was not built in the flesh it will not survive in In the Flesh and its Destiny is not in the flesh but when we allow the [Music] [Applause] spirit Hallelujah number five number six you need to have a strategy for your giant David walked into Eli and this is what he said this day will the Lord deliver thee into my hand David's a trash talker I love that about David he talks smack don't care how big how intimidating how outmatched outmanned and outmaneuvered he is he's talking trash because he knows he's got something on his side that Goliath don't have on his because when you walk in the power of the spirit now you can create a strategy because you know that the Lord is behind you you know that the armies of the Lord are working on your behalf I want to help somebody in this room you're not going to win in and of your own abilities but when the Holy Ghost starts moving there is no battle that is too great that you cannot defeat the enemy have a strategy for the giant verse 46 this day will the Lord deliver thee into my hand and I will Smite you and I will take thy head from thee and I will give the carcass of the host of the the Philistines this day unto the fouls of the air and to the wild beasts of the earth you ready and all the Earth may know that there is a God in Israel he just outlines for the giant a step process a strategy for defeating the enemy that has intimidated Israel for Generations he's about to break a generational curse but if you're going to break generational curses and you're going to defeat Giants that you have lived in a cycle of fighting you're going to have to have a strategy for the battle I will Smite you I will take your head from you I will feed your body to the fouls of the air and then all the rest of the Philistines I will feed their carcass to the Beast of the field you ready and then I'm going stand and testify and I going say there is a God in Israel I could not have done this alone I could not have defeated this enemy alone but part of my strategy for winning is celebrating the testimony of how God showed up yes sir stand to your feet all over the room Holy Ghost number seven Bible said Bishop to David went out and he decapitates a giant he takes his head as a trophy we know he takes the sword as a trophy remember he'll come back for it but he takes his head as a trophy and he picks it up and he runs all the way to present day Jerusalem and history says he sticks it on a pole Outside The City Gate and he points if I could in my way he points to all the jebusites in Jerusalem and he said you're next I had a strategy for this giant but I ain't done you're next I tell somebody in this room not only you going to kill one giant not only are you going to teach the Next Generation to fight but the battle you're about to win today is going to put you in the right position to conquer the next city I feel a word in this room God's prepared through 67 years of giant killing but he ain't done with what he's going to do in this Apostolic church and many of you in this room represent the heads of victories in the past but there are cities that around this region that need another Apostolic work that is build another witness in that City and there's a Victorious triumphant entry into the gates of that City that says we're going to win we're going to win lift your hands all over the room would you I'm done but I felt little something last night sitting at the table with our district secretary he said hu he said uh do you know the story of how the church in moark Missouri is built I said no Bishop you probably know where MO work is down there in your old stomping grounds in Southeast Missouri he said CP Kilgore built that church he said brother Kilgore was a church Builder he said he went all over the place building churches said it was a unique Ministry he said he would just be somewhere and the Lord would speak to him and say hey go get on the train and I'll tell you where to stop and build a church he said one day brother Kilgore was working said he went out and got on the train Lord had told him get on the train with his tools he rode the train he got to moar Missouri just a little railroad town on the state line as you can imagine of Missouri in Arkansas he got off got off the train said for four months he knocked doors he tried to get people interested in Bible studies he invited them to a little service that he was trying to put together on Sundays and four months nobody showed up he worked and witnessed all over town his wife and family had joined him at that point they've lived four years in MO arkour or four months in MO arkour he said he told his wife one day said babe said we're going to pack he said I missed it I've never missed it before but I missed it he said they're packing so while they're packing their things there's a knock at the door there's a lady it's in the 20s the early I think the early 1900s she's dressed mour there's an old hor drawn ambulance out in front of the church or out in front of their little house she said preacher she said you've been going around this city saying that your God can do anything she said if your God can do anything then you come out here to this ambulance and you pray for my husband that his dead body will be raised back to life brother brother Carr said he said I'm leaving Anyway said they went back there he climbed up in the back of that ambulance and he pulled the sheet off that dead body and said he put his hand on his head began to pray in the name of Jesus that the Lord would put life back into that man's body and said sitting in the back of that ambulance that dead man sat up in that ambulance and he handed that man back to his wife and brother Carr said to me he said Huck the story is that in one day every seed that he had planted come to harvest they built a church in moark Missouri they built a building in moar Missouri there's still a church in moar Missouri because one man in one day had every seed he had planted come to fruition in a harvest I want tell somebody in this room you've been praying prayers and you've been wondering if God even knows where you are I feel no word for somebody in this room you planted you've sewn you've fought Giants you've lived in a cycle of battle over and over again but I'm telling you that in a moment just in one day what had caused trouble and tribulation for the entire nation for Generations in one sling of one stone and in the UN sheathing of one sword they taught an entire generation that you can live that you can have faith that you can have Harvest that you can have Revival that your prayers can be answered woo one day one altar service one prayer meeting I've been fighting I've been struggling I've been staying in the battle but in one [Music] moment an entire Harvest came to fruitfulness [Music] I'm telling you there's a supernatural move in this altar here this morning he can do anything I said he can do anything I wish somebody just take a step of Faith right now and knowing that God is going to do something in one moment that is going to reverse generations of struggle and [Music] battle
