praise god there's been a lot of things changed since i was here before in fact i preach at a different location those that were there act like you don't hear what i'm saying i preached about storms yeah i wasn't i really didn't want to say that but with that being said can i tell you that everything that has happened here did not catch god by surprise he didn't wake up the day after the tornado and say oops got that wrong he didn't wake up after 2020 after covid and say whoops i messed that up too god has a plan and i have discovered in my life the hardest thing for me to do is to put my hand in his and say let's do this together lord and he's here today to bless to change thank god today for the power the presence of the lord he's not finished here today amen come on somebody give god praise in the house here today give god praise in the house here today while you're turning in your bibles to job chapter 3 let me just say to this church and this church family thank you for your sacrifice for the revival in the things and we pray that god prove to us what his intentions are here i have no doubt he will you know i don't know what god will lead me during this month but i will tell you that i may mention something about my bible that i carry sometime but there's a lot of miracles and things associated my dad had this my grandma had this i carry it with me there's lots of things i can tell of miracles and things but recently something happened to my wife and i and i'm sharing this because if we're not careful we'll tell a lot of things that happened 30 years ago but my wife and i was at a place recently and somebody came up and shook her hand and shook my hand and put some money there to tell and was talking to a guy and he said wow he used to do that's a lot of money he was paying attention got in the vehicle and i'm telling this to build faith here today i told my wife i said you might need to count that and she did it was 10 100 bills yeah i'm telling you that because that was not something that happened 30 years ago to somebody else it happened just in the last couple of weeks and i say that we god knows what you have need of here today he knew it before you even got here he knew that yeah and the funny thing about that miracle is the adversary tried to convince me it didn't happen and here i was holding the money yeah he's a liar yeah i was holding the money he said that guy didn't mean to do that now let me ask you a question brother tim if you had a thousand dollars in your pocket right now would you accidentally give that to me that's what a pastor told me when i called him up he said it's the adversary trying to cheat you out of your blessing he said nobody just accidentally walked up and so can i tell you today in the holy ghost you're not just going to accidentally get blessed today god's not going to accidentally do a miracle here today whatever he does he's going to do it intentional and on purpose everybody that gets blessed here today god meant to bless you everybody that gets healed today he meant to do that he meant to do that huh oh my goodness we love the sloanes love your pastor and wife we do go back to the days job three is where we're at but we do go back to the days of being teenagers but uh in jesus name we love this family love this church love you let's see what god would do here today really quick amen job chapter three good to see faces that we know and i'm looking for one guy here that if you're here you'll have to identify yourself because i was preaching about 500 miles from here he said he might be here he's from arkansas he really does need jesus being from that state am i anyways uh he told me he had ties here and i told him where the church was and and so i looked for anyways job chapter 3 verse 25 the word of the lord says this job made this statement he said for the thing which i greatly feared has come upon me and that which i was afraid of is coming to me for i was not in safety neither had i rest neither was i quiet yet trouble came job chapter 14 and verse number one says man that is born of a woman is of a few days and full of trouble now don't get mad at me about these scriptures because they sound really bad everyone hollering at me trouble that's what he's talking about that's what the word of god's saying so we're going to preach about that this morning there's life after trouble i feel the help of the holy ghost already turn to your neighbor and say there's life after trouble i'm gonna need you to talk to me today when i'm preaching why don't you lift your voice your hands and ask the lord to help us today the remainder of this service mighty god we need you today lord hallelujah we need you mighty god in jesus name in jesus name we love you mighty god and we give you glory and honor and praise you today jesus hallelujah in the name of jesus in the name of jesus we pray god you touch our hearts and minds in jesus name praise god and you may be seated in jesus name let's just start out here with the definition of trouble to get us on the same page here today it's a state of distress affliction difficulty or need it's a distressing or difficult circumstance or situation a cause of source of distress disturbance or difficulty it's a condition of pain disease or malfunction i think it goes without saying that most of us in this room we have encountered trouble i think it even goes without saying that probably none of us in here would say that we like trouble or even welcome that fact of matter i don't even go looking for trouble it has a unique way of finding me so i don't look for it it just finds me on purpose and accidentally recently i was having a conversation with my pastor and i was headed to one of my preaching engagements and as i did this morning we text him and let him know where he was at and he always prays for us and how tells us to have good church and and but on the this particular morning as i was headed to my preaching engagement i really felt a need to just vent to my pastor i felt it was really safe i thought well i can just really unload on him right now and and so i did that i just gave him both barrels at once and when i finished the conversation the pastor in his wisdom said to me this he said hopefully and i feel my holy ghost right now hopefully what you're going through is just for a season can i tell this church here today that what we're experiencing and what it is that we're going through is only for a season why don't you just holler at your neighbor right now and tell them it's only for a season come on say it with a little bit of action like you mean it just tell them it's only for a season what does that mean that means it's only going to be there a little bit it's not going to hang around very long it's only for a season yeah yeah and i and the funny thing about it is pastor had no clue but i was on my way that day to preach about seasons he gave me a good little for instance to use on the way he said hopefully what you're going through is just for a season well that prompted me please yesterday says it this way and we're going to go somewhere here just hold on a minute to everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven the international standard version says this there is a season for everything the new english translation says for everything there is an appointed time everyone say everything that leaves the door open for whatever blank there is in your life what it is you want to fill in in fact the matter look what the word of god says the writer said there's a time to be born a time to die time to plant a time to pluck up now this is what happened to me pastor when i hung the phone up i thought well if this is truly you god help me out because i knew what the lord had already spoken to my spirit some things and so i had even preached along some of the lines of this but you know how some things can get past you so here i go time to kill a time to heal a time to break down and a time to build up does anybody happen to know what that theme is around here everyone say to build and the lord said that's all you need to know if you don't feel anything else from me just know that i orchestrated this that i put this together i'm the one in charge i'm the one about seasons can i tell you this morning you need to understand seasons are god's idea seasons come from god he goes on and tells us there's a time to weep but time to laugh a time to mourn time to dance time to cast away stones time to gather stones time to embrace a time to refrain he just tells all of these things so let me just kind of jump ahead here for a minute and tell you there everyone say there's a season for everything everyone say night seasons dry seasons wilderness come on somebody this message is for the saint the sinner the lukewarm the cold the indifferent it doesn't matter what status you are in life you're going to find yourself somewhere in this message and god has put something with your name on it this morning there is hope for everybody in this room there is hope today it's not over there is life after trouble there's life today it doesn't matter how bad your situation is doesn't matter there's hope everyone holler at me night seasons dry seasons can i tell you if you're here today and you're dry get ready for a downpour get ready for an outpouring your season is just about to change the wilderness season painful season silent season frustrating season i'm gonna tell you in the holy ghost the lord let me walk in some shoes of some of you here yesterday it wasn't a very pleasant day for me in some areas and i thought god why is that i mean you wouldn't believe some stuff happened me yesterday i went to wash the car and clean it up pull into the bay vacuum it out all full down through there and some lady just pulls right in front of me and wiggles her way and goes in the bay i knew i had to preach revival today so i couldn't get arrested but but it did cross my mind call up pastor and say look you got to get you another evangelist my wife didn't have enough money to bail me out but i i'm like she looked at me i said are you gonna wash your car she said yeah she said i pulled up far enough i won't get you wet yeah i'm not i lie not to you i'm thinking we're gonna have good church today i won't tell you the other stuff that happened but everyone say frustrating seasons i did walk in some shoes sometimes the lord has to get us to where we can just understand that we're all in this together we all experience the same things we all go through the same situation you know when i was in the hospital the doctor said could you tell me on a scale of one to ten what your pain is i said does it really matter one hurts two is pain i don't care the scale one to ten everyone say pain is pain say hurt is hurt because anybody relate to what i'm preaching this morning i don't care if it is on a scale of one to ten can i tell you pain is pain and these things they bother us all lonely seasons long seasons driving down the road the other day i saw a sign said delay street i went really anybody ever been into delayed the late season stormy season look what the word of god says here in job i got some other things here i need to job chapter 30 job chapter verse 17 look what job said my bones are pierced in me in the night season two things two seasons in this one verse everyone say painful season and a night season that's what he said psalm 22 and 1 says my god my god why is that forsaking me why if they're far from helping me see i wonder if anybody we don't like to admit we get in these situations we don't like to we don't like for people to know that behind the scenes that we really have prayed to god and say my god my why have you i feel like i'm forsaken right now why aren't thou far from helping me and from the words of my roaring oh my god i cry in the daytime thou hearst not and in the night season am i not silent everyone hollering in the night season say the painful season but i'm going to tell you in the holy ghost today that's not just the only verse that has to deal with some of that stuff the psalmist also said for his anger endureth but a moment in his favor is life weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning can i tell you that night season is not going to last forever it's not going to be around that long joy is coming in the morning your weeping is just about over it's just about over pack the matter maybe even before this service is finished huh yeah somebody can get that revelation that there's life after my trouble troubles come to us in many forms just like it did here in this text that we read we put all these scriptures together we find this morning that we're all knitted together by a common thread and that thread is called trouble so you know the story of job most of us in this room at some time in our walk with god have put picked the bible up and went to that book and read through it should i dare even tell you yeah scripture says it all started started with a storm in his life blew a blue stuff away killed his family children had problems there with his health now that we've established look at this here this verse of scripture has been burning i didn't put i don't think i put this in the note job 1 20. but this verse of scripture had been messing me up all week job chapter 1 verse 20. the bible says this then job arose come on somebody turn to your neighbor and say he got up the connotation is everything that happened to him knocked him down huh do we need to sugarcoat it today i think that there may be some people that's wandered in here and you've staggered and you're in a down position can i tell you that's not the posture that god wants us to be in today turn to your neighbor and say it's time to get up tell them it's time to get up i know that all the trouble that you've been through has knocked you down it's knocked the wind out of you it's knocked yourselves loose but it's time to rise up in the middle of the trouble say brother julian what do i do when i get up here it is it tells us it tells us then job arose shaved his head no you know we don't have to do all that noise fell down on the ground everyone's saying he worshipped this knocked me down it knocked the breath out of me but i'm going to tell you i'm going to get up adversary and when i get up i'm getting up with a praise on my lips i'm getting up with the praise in my mouth i'm getting up with the praise in my mind naked came i into this world naked shall i return thither the lord gives and he takes away why is it that we always love to praise god for what he gives now this you can rejoice in this or not he took away some things everyone say he gives he takes away blessed be the name of the lord now i'm just going to tell you here we say he gives what does he give he gives good things he gives the holy ghost eternity and never say he gives the holy ghost he say he takes away what does he take away he takes away your sin he takes away my sin he's a giver and a taker there needs to be somebody thankful today and give god i'm getting up in the midst of my trouble and i'm thanking you god for what you've given me and i'm also thanking you for what you've taken away well praise god yeah he is the giver somebody hot at your neighbor there's life after trouble see the adversary is so upset today that you're here he's upset that you've got a praise on your lips he is upset that after all and you gotta understand this particular account he did it he had permission of the lord to do it but he did it and he just he's amazed that everything that you and i have gone through that we have found a way to get up and in the midst of it still praise the lord can i tell you i don't care what the adversary does i have found out that as long as i've got a praise in my heart long as i've got a praise on my lips there is still hope there is still a light at the end of that tunnel so now that we've established the thing about trouble let's look what the word of god says about it i'd i didn't push the right buttons here today typically it don't matter my wife's with me though y'all have hope she knows sign language i don't know that it's good sign language but if y'all see her doing stuff like this typically she don't feed me on sunday she fed me today but normally there's a method to her madness she wants me coming in the pulpit hungry so that we can get out of here quick but she begged me to eat today and so i said thank you for that but y'all the ones that had to put up with this long-windedness today so the the word of god says this the psalmist said the lord also will be a refuge the be a refuge the oppressed a refuge in times of trouble let's just read through some scriptures psalm 27 and 5 for in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion and the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me he shall set me up on a rock did anybody hear that in the midst of your trouble the lord has got a safe place for you and i have you ever heard those people that when the tornadoes are coming they'll tell you to go get in your safe place well the lord had that all figured out way before you know the the tornadoes started coming and all these things he said i've got a place for you that's reserved for you and the time of trouble i've got a place i can hide you you're going to be okay it's not going to take you out thou art my hiding place 32-7 thou shalt preserve me from trouble thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance selah 46-1 i love this verse of scripture god is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble i don't know how you get more present than being present but he everyone say he's very present did y'all hear me now listen to me you've got to get this does anybody remember back in the school days when he was in school and i used to call ro we had some of those little nice little ladies present all the guys were like here her here we'd answer for each other we'd answer for the guy that wasn't present we're probably sure he wants to be here not really i'm going somewhere so everyone say in my trouble i feel the holy ghost here right now say in my trouble why don't you call ro why don't you call ro why don't you just start calling ro and when you get to the name jesus say jesus he gonna say here here i'm present in the middle of your trouble just because you in fact no matter i'm not only here i'm very here i'm not only present i'm very present so somebody needs to call roll right now just call row trouble you have trouble's here heartache here here here trouble trouble and trouble and sickness and pain here here but while you're calling all those things out don't forget to call him don't forget to call his name jesus here i'm here i'm right there i love that everyone say he's very present he's very present psalm 107-6 then they cried unto the lord in their trouble he delivered them out of their distresses 13 of that same chapter then they cried him of the lord in their trouble he saved them out of their distresses then they crying to the lord in their trouble he saveth thou them out of their distresses they mount up to the heaven they go down again to the depths their soul is melted because of trouble then they cry unto the lord in their trouble he bringeth them out of their distresses i want you look at this one this one here applies to us right now psalmist said though i walk in the midst of trouble thou wilt revive me everyone say revival in my trouble revival it's okay that i got trouble i've learned how to have revival in my trouble i've learned to call roll in my trouble i've learned to do a few things to get the attention of god in my trouble he said i'm gonna yeah you're gonna have trouble but you can have revival in you're trouble nahum chapter 1 verse 7 says the lord is good a stronghold in the day of trouble he knoweth them that trust in him now i don't i don't really have a lot of time to tell you when the lord spoke this into my spirit but i could if i had to drive you to the spot when god brought a revelation into my spirit about this particular passage of scripture these scriptures that we've read this morning lets us know that trouble is very real and present in our life but the word of god declares to us that in the midst of our trouble god hasn't forsaken us he knew everything that was going on in job's life he was very aware of everything that was taking place in job's life i want you to pay close attention to it we read and we preach about the beginning of all those things that happened to job but i want you to turn to job chapter 42 and this is going to be on the screen for us but i want you to look at this job chapter 42 and verse number 12. this is where we're going to end up today maybe a couple other situations but notice what the word of god says so the lord blessed the latter end of job more than his beginning for he had 14 000 sheep if you understand in the beginning he only had seven six thousand camels he had three thousand yoke of oxen and a thousand shias's the lord doubled that he also had seven sons and three daughters that's another lesson but the fact of the matter is if all of his children was was uh ready and these seven and three that he got and when he gets there he's got seven and three those were doubled job 42 and verse 16 says this everyone holler at me after this if you don't hear anything else i say holler at me after this after what after all that trouble there's life after trouble holler at me after this i read that one day and about fell right out of my chair everyone say it again after this job lived 140 years you see these things that sometimes we're going through we don't think we're going to survive it we don't think we're going to get through it the adversary wants us to think you're going to die in the midst of your trouble it's going to be over but after this job lived 140 years notice what it says he saw his sons his son's sons even for generations can i tell you in the holy ghost cornerstone listen to me you just think god's finished around here he's not he just now got going there's a after this taking place there's an after this taking place right now and you are going to see things you never thought you would see there it is he saw his sons sons he saw grandchildren can i tell you you're gonna see things you never even dreamed you were gonna see god's gonna let you see things you thought was over and done holler at your neighbor so there's life after my trouble so there's miracles after my trouble there's blessing after my trouble there's fruit of my labor ah somebody ought to be excited right now yeah so we were talking about the seasons everyone said there's a season for everything remember that galatians chapter 6. verse number one let us not be weary and well-doing everyone say due season shall reap see the the connotation is there's going to be weariness say due season is here is anybody like me huh i'm telling you i feel the holy ghost when i get bills in the mail there's a particular thing i look for on that bill anybody know what it is but is it due date because i'm not giving them chumps my money one day too soon it's mine it's not theirs they told me when they wanted it that's when they gonna get it i sat in there at my desk the other day looked at my little folder april 27 my electric bill was due i thought whoops today's the 27th i forget about i forgot went painted the due date that's when the company expects their money jesus said i have a due date on your season i got to do that and he said in due season you shall you shall reap you shall reap hey can i tell somebody yeah there's been those painful seasons there's been them night seasons or there's been them long seasons there's been those dry seasons but can i tell you there is a due season on its way and he said you're gonna reap you're gonna reap you're gonna read you are going to reap if somehow in the midst of this you don't get so weary you quit no i'm not quitting come on let's stand to our feet right now i'm not quitting i'm not giving up i'm not throwing in the towel yesterday that lady got real close to messing with my due season she really did i told my wife i said i don't really know what i'd have done if jesus hadn't took over but it was just like the devil he knew what was going to happen here i can't even tell you all the pardon of an act all the hell that broke out no no fighting nobody got shot nobody got killed nobody got cussed not that happened but but the adversary no he he knows you got a due date come on somebody there's a due date on a promise somebody's been praying for your child a long time and we're going to deal with some of this in this meeting god help us we're going to deal with it we're going to deal with it i feel revival and i i don't be i don't mean to be mean or rude pastor but when you start setting up things to for revival mentality and all that you're going to make every devil in hell mad everything's going to get up but that's all right it's okay he's not in charge of my future he's not in charge of those things the lord said i got a due date on your prayer i got a due date it's gonna be answered don't get weary yeah so i'll just interject this part here about noah god remembered noah genesis eight one ever say remember noah somebody here thinks god forgot you every living thing cattle in the heart god made a wind to pass over the earth the waters assuaged y'all want to see a good scripture genesis 9 28 noah lived after the flood it's amazing how you can read something 100 times and then all of a sudden it just jumps off the page everyone say he lived after the flood 350 years say tell your neighbor said the sun's gonna shine again it's gonna shine again yeah some of something happened to my wife just the other day with her sister we've been caregivers for 11 years and something took place she got a phone call dave's talking about a door it opened and my wife looked at him she said what do we do i said we kind of just walked through this then then i asked her i said let me ask you a question babe i said have you been praying about this situation she said yes i have i said you think god might have answered your prayer it did amazing sometimes i'm just being blunt today isn't it amazing sometimes how shocked we get when god answers our prayer really lord you did that for me god tell this church he's heard your prayer he's seen every night season you've been in he's seen every dry season you've been in every long wilderness season it's changing he's the one that changes the seasons not you and i and so do season is here did anybody hear me it's not coming it's here in the name of jesus somebody needs to step out by faith on this side here in the front on this side just step out by faith lift your voices lift your hands and thank god for your due season come on somebody he's heard your prayer he's seen how dry you've been it's okay to weep in his presence it's okay to shed tears this morning it's okay all over this house in jesus name it's okay to do this do like job did rush to your feet and begin to worship the lord in the midst of your trouble because there is life after trouble there's life after trouble jesus name come on somebody do you know your situations why don't you together two or three just bind together right now husband wife brother sister why don't you join hands with somebody right now and agree together that you are entering into your due season
