verse number 20 now I want to go ahead and preface this today and tell you that at this time in scripture God is very angry with the children of Israel because he has been God to them he has been good to them he has provided everything that they've ever needed but yet they choose to walk outside of his boundaries outside of his hand see the Bible says that God hath made man upright but that he has sought out many inventions in other words he's not content man's not content with how God has made him he has to seek out new inventions so here the word of the Lord verse 20 God says declare this in the house of Jacob and publish it in Judah saying hear now this oh foolish people and with and without understanding which have eyes and see not which have ears and hear not fear ye not me that's a question sayeth the Lord will ye not tremble at my presence which have placed the sea or excuse me which have placed the sand for the bound or boundary of the sea for by a perpetual decree that it cannot pass it and though the waves thereof toss themselves yet can they not Prevail though they Roar yet can they not pass over it but this people hath a revolting and rebellious heart they are they are revolted and gone neither say they in their heart let us now fear the lord Our God that giveth reain both the former and the latter in his season he Reser unto us the appointed weeks of the Harvest now what God is saying to these Israelites he is saying I want to use nature to help you all figure some things out he said I took sand and I made out of sand help me brother Erikson I made me boundaries and I used the sand I made boundaries and I used sand to keep the sea in its boundaries I I I put I put the sand around the the Earth and uh that gives the sea a boundary now he said the sea splashes up against it and Roars up against it and the tides come and the tides go but he said the the ocean just sosing in there he said but yet it stays right in the back boundary that I have given for it but he said man not so with man said I've given a boundary for man but said he's with foolish without understanding he revolts he Rebels and said the boundaries that I have set for man said he's overstepped those boundaries and he says there's a better life out here here that inside those boundaries that God has you see we all know the power of the sea when a storm drives it over its boundaries we all know that the proper place for the sea is it within its boundaries but you get the sea outside of its boundaries and lives are lost because the sea just doesn't belong outside of the boundaries and thus it is God was trying to tell Judah and God was trying to tell Jerusalem and God's trying to tell us that I have made boundaries for you I have made a boundary for you and if you'll stay right here in this boundary I'll give you a blessing I'll be a god that'll watch out over you your life will be blessed you'll be whole in your mind you'll be whole in your spirit you'll be whole in your family you'll be whole in your community if you'll just stay in this boundary see God started out in creation God gave a boundary of a man and a woman but you see man can't stay in that boundary he got to get over here and get over in another boundary you see you stay with the woman you have one partner for one Lifetime and you stay in that boundary you don't try to be a Las Vegas Playboy you don't try to be some kind of new man in town you stay with that woman God's given you man you're saved from veneral diseases you're saved from all kind of AIDS and all kind of things over here because if I stay in the boundary God has for me I can just stay I'm safe from all of these other things now we got them man's deciding who gets to live now that's right man gets to decide now who lives Supreme Court of the United States of America has given a woman the right God no longer appoints the time of their departure men does it's an unwanted baby there's that listen they make may be some unfit parents but there's never an unwanted child you hear me well it's my choice that yeah that was be that your your choice was to get in bed that was your choice but oh oh man now makes him a law God no longer decides when a person dies man makes him a Supreme Court ruling little children never get to see the light of day their partial birth abortions children bought brought almost out of the womb and their brains are jobbed out and their lives are their lives are ended and we wonder why America is in the shape she's in she's in the shape she's in because she's kicked away the boundary she's in the shape she's in because she said the word of God is no good she's in the shape she's in because that she she's pushed aside morals no wonder America has had the flood a feel P into US set my things back up would you brother no wonder we've had the things poured into us no wonder we've had things pour into this country you see if you serve God the Bible says when the enemy comes in like a flood the spirit of the Lord will lift up a you see just because the world has got more sinful does it mean the church is going to readjust its morals just because the world has decided that they can just about wear nothing out in public does it mean the church is going to readjust its value I use just because just because the the world says I fathered a child but I don't have to stay around and provide for the child doesn't mean the church has to accept that our problem is not the symptoms same-sex marriage abortion all these things you know the problem is we've removed the boundaries God said the ocean stayed where it should nature would teach us a nature would teach us a whole lot of things uhuh you don't find the animal kingdom going crazy like you see man's Kingdom going crazy is that right no man animal kingdom is still doing what God told it to do when he created it they still act boy dogs and girl dogs they still acting just like they did from the day God created them birds are still flying bees are still buzzing trees are still growing oh man man couldn't be satisfied being created upright he had to seek him out new inventions and let try this over here a little bit let's try doing this over here well I I can't speak for everybody today but I can speak for myself I'm going to stay in these boundaries I'm going to stay in these boundaries now but the thank you Lord thank you Jesus thank you Lord thank you thank you Jesus you may be seated but now we all must admit today that the church has done its fair share of changing and I am even I'm even addressing the apostolic church today we have seen our Fair change in the apostolic movement the apostolic movement there's change going on in there and folks that once had boundaries folks wants to believe certain things man we cross the tracks now my boy done went and got edicated now I'm here to tell you we know how to use the king's language now we and you know what we we've done gotten financially secure we we've got all of these things and we're even being recognized by the city well our choir's even being invited to sing at certain openings and sing at certain government uh things and we we've been man we we're we're no longer now the the the Holy Rollers we've stepped across the tracks that's all right choir let's get invited to go to the White House let's get invited to go to anybody's house but let's don't take them boundaries down let's keep these boundaries right where we've always had them let's not move our boundaries oh we we got too sophisticated for that holiness stuff we got s too sophisticated for that separation from the world business we got too sophisticated for the M Papa standards I know of some Apostolic churches and thank God it's not here but I know of some Apostolic churches if you mention the word standards or Holiness that it gets so quiet John James said you could hear a rat licking an ice cube it gets so quiet they look at you like a deer in the headlights I got news for you I'm trying to find out how these folks are getting out of these the boundaries I think I've got I I've stumbled on to something brother orwood I think we we get out of these boundaries because here's the world come on over enjoy us I think we start getting out of these boundaries when the first step I think the first step of getting out of the boundaries is not being thankful it's hard to make a thankful man backslide it's hard to get a praise or a backslide it's hard to get a worshipper to backslide it's hard to get a man I'm so thankful that God has saved me I'm so thankful for the hand of God and for the love of God I'm so thankful for the ways of God I'm so thankful for the blessings of God I'm so thankful for the Holy Ghost I'm so thankful for what God my marriage my kids I'm so thankful huh huh what's that you want me to go watch x-rated no I'm thankful for what God has done I'm thankful for the hand of God and the ways of God and the plan of God you want me to cheat on my wife no I'm not going to cheat on my wife I'm thankful for all God's way you do realize you do realize there is a Bible text to that thought in Romans it says it says when they knew God they glorified him not as God neither were they thankful you know you know one way to turn the volume up in the world is turn your volume of Praise down in the church if you want the world to be louder just turn your praise down in the church if you want the world in its ways just just just stop praising God just stop being thankful and I'm I'm here to challenge and charge every person in this building that's got the holy ghost or every person watching by way of television in the worldwide web if you have got the baptism of the Holy Ghost dare you never go to the house of God and not lift up your voice in praise and thanksgiving lift up your hands and thank the Lord dare you never dare you never go and not lift both your hand have you lifted both your hands this morning have you lifted both your hands this large day well let me end this let me end this very quickly um experience just look around the church at the wheh headed saints of God that we've got that have weathered storms interview interview these wonderful saints of God that have served God I I Pastor some people here that have served God longer than I am old today you don't hear them talking about regrets regrets I regret give them no when they see the sun setting in their lives Heaven is M that much sweeter to them man they're not looking back regretting the days they went every Sunday to the house of God they're not looking back over the tithing and offerings and giving and working that they've done no sir they're looking forward to Heaven saying my reward is soon got several friends over Over Yonder on the other Shore got several waiting on me over there would an experience tell us today from our older people that this is a life worth living that's why I want to charge our older Saints today we got our eye on you older Saints we got our eye don't you let the enemy tell you that you're wore out and and you've outdated you you you you're of no longer use oh yes you are of use we're looking at you you and we're saying look at them they've spent their years in the house of God and they're still coming to the house of God surely if it was a waste they would spend the last years of their life partying you know why I'm not going to get out of these boundaries is because I got to get over praise and then I got to ignore experience and then the last thing I got to ignore the word of God the soul that sinth it shall die didn't say Maybe Might it didn't say you'd hit the you you'd be the lucky person God would not punish it didn't say oh it won't happen to me David you sin and God will chasen you I don't care if you are a man after my own heart you commit adultery and I will punish you uh your household will be troubled you will be punished Samson you he man with a she weakness go ahead ignore my voice they'll gouge both your eyes out you'll grind meal you'll replace a mu you'll grind meal for your for your uh captors Judas you'll hang by the neck Deus you'll leave me you see church today the reason I'm going to stay in here is because I want to be thankful and I'm looking at the older people and I'm looking at the word of God but isn't that exactly how you got to get in here you got to listen to the word of God and you got to look around and say man these folks look happy to me and then all of a sudden you start praising God and you start thanking God I'm going to stay in these boundaries God's got a good boundary I'm going to stay right in these boundaries today why don't we just stand for a moment why don't we just thank God for these precious boundaries today
