respond to the word of God how we respond to God's word probably the most important part of the service of any time of any time of any time that we could really focus our mind I know we shouted the walls of Jericho coming down I I know we had a fantastic time with the choir but we heard more than a choir song tonight we heard the lifechanging word of God what's saying you what's saying you to the word tonight come on what sh you to the word now I know now I know some of us say well I'm I'm up here just waiting on God to move I'm just waiting on God to move in my life I got news for you news flash and it ain't fake news either news flash right now we ain't waiting on God to move that's right God's waiting on us to move God's waiting on us to move do you realize tonight that our attitude about what we've heard tonight will be whether or not our lives are changed and that our bones will help change other people how be it what you think about the word tonight no I I I'm not no no okay let me let me let ask your pastor as your pastor I'm going to ask you that question again but don't use your hands to express it all right cuz that's easiest thing you can do is clap your two hands what think you about the word tonight it didn't say the power of life and death is in the hands it said the power of life and death is in the tongue you see our attitude do you hear what he said about daily you hear what brother Hammond said about daily tonight he talked about uh I I think the statistics were something B you only read the Bible once a day and and I'm just have a sorry life is how I figured it if the stats are right then you read the Bible four times a week that did I catch that right where where' brother Hammond go I C praying did I catch that right you know so I'm talking about daily you know you you know the Bible said that in Judges 16:16 that Delilah press Sams daily I just reckon that if the devil can mess with us daily we ought to drop this weekly stuff I think if we only talk to God weekly we K I guess that would make a bunch of w a people all right if the devil's going to mess with us daily I think we ought to mess with him daily part pardon me tonight but I want to preach so bad right now might do it cuz I know most of us are off tomorrow but you see praise is your attitude and your attitude is either your cologne or your body odor your attitude is either an OD odor you admit that CA people say I won't follow him I won't follow him or body odor call you say hey can you can you sit over here beside this other person let me sit down here you see our attitude is body odor our attitude is cologne our attitude for the ladies is perfume and the Bible talked about a man that said he said in chonicles 23:30 I'll Stand every morning and I'll give you praise and I'll give you thanks but you see that one time a day just really doesn't change my life then the psalmist said in Psalms 55:17 he said morning noon and evening well I pray and cry aloud and he shall hear my voice said man I changed it from just getting up in the morning and thinking about Lord I started thinking about him in the morning and I start thinking about him at noon time and I start thinking about him in the evening time now most of us want to quit right there but the writer said I I I'm not satisfied with mourning only I'm not satisfied with morning noon and evening only because Psalms 1191 164 says seven times a day do I praise thee because of that you see when you get up and you start praising God and it feels good of the morning when it come to noon time I say hey God I'm running a little low right now I think I'll praise you a little bit more and then when it comes to that new evening time I think God I think and then I say wait seven times but evidently evidently one time a day didn't cut it three times a day didn't cut it seven times a day didn't cut it until the writer in Psalms 34 and one said I Will Bless The Lord at all times his praise shall continually be in my mouth I don't care what happens to us we are in the hands of a good God I don't care what happens to you tomorrow what happens to me tomorrow what happens to this church tomorrow we are in the hands of a good God and something good is heading our way where you heading to I'm heading to a miracle I'm heading to a resurrection I'm heading to an answered prayer I'm heading to my loved ones coming to God I'm a man giving to detail I couldn't help when brother Hammond was walking him out of Egypt I couldn't help but see his hand flap in the background yes can I tell you tonight we need to Say Goodbye World goodbye goodbye World goodbye goodbye sickness goodbye depression goodbye sadness he came that I might have life he came that I might have life and that I might have life more abundantly and I'm glad tonight to have the bones I'm glad tonight to have joy in my heart I'm glad this evening to have the Holy Ghost and if you don't have the Holy Ghost you can receive the Holy Ghost tonight I'm glad to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of my sin and if you're have not baptized you can be baptized tonight I'm glad to be taking Jesus home with me tonight and if you don't have him you can take him home too father in the name of Jesus Lord I Thank you for the word that we heard tonight father I thank you Lord that we're in your hand and no man can pluck us out I thank you tonight God that you've given us overcoming power I thank you tonight Lord that you've given us a peace that the world didn't give to us and the world can't take it away I thank you tonight Lord for the worship I thank you Lord for the choir I thank you for the musicians I thank you tonight God for the singers I thank you tonight for the young men that brought us the word I thank you for your promises tonight I thank you for your word tonight I thank you that you're alive God your promises are just as real as when the prophet spoke them I I thank you I thank you I thank you I thank you I thank you Lord I praise you and I thank you Lord I magnify you would you raise your hands tonight want you receive the blessings from the Lord this happened in the Old Testament under Moses and I'm going to act I'm going to be your Moses tonight in a certain way lift your hands and listen to these words the Lord bless you and the Lord keep you and the Lord cause his face to shine upon you now get out of here and walk in the fear and the favor of the Lord God Almighty see you Wednesday night at 7:30
