praise the Lord every everybody would you clap your hands into the Lord One More Time come on would you just make it just a little bit louder for our great God what a joy to be back in the house of God this morning uh I leaned over to uh pastor mle and I just said what a beautiful crowd what a beautiful Spirit uh I look around and as I stated Wednesday night I see so many familiar and faithful faces and I honor you uh but I also see so many new and fresh faces and that excites me I'm so grateful for what God is doing um not only in this church uh but in your school and through your Youth and Young adults uh God is just doing amazing things through your Spanish work uh there are so so much vibrancy and aliveness that is happening you are a part of something that is in motion amen you're a part of something that is moving and growing and I'm so grateful uh that God has uh not co-stars but co- laborers in this city that are willing to partner with him to see his kingdom come I just I can't help but be challenged and inspired and grateful I never want to take it for granted I I know you know this but um there's some people uh they they just go to a church you get to be a part of a family I see you mingle I see you pray for each other I see you do life together and it reminds me that if you get to call this place home uh you truly have become adopted family and so I honor your leadership um as I affectionately say they are the ones that are responsible or irresponsible uh for letting letting me come back and be with you all and uh I just feel like God's going to speak to us today uh I I want to remind you of a a sweet little lady if they have the picture I want them to put it on the uh the screen um her her name is Sister Frankie she lives in sper Oklahoma and uh sister Frankie is a uh wonderful lady of God uh she is a little over 90 years of age and just just an amazing lady and so on on this particular Sunday morning she had uh made it to the house of God via a police car now beloved sister Frankie is not in uh the passenger seat of a cop car because of a of a drug usage or a felony um but simply because her ride to church was late so sister Frankie decided that she was going to call 911 and she was going to let the sper Oklahoma Police Department know that there was no chance that she was going to miss Sunday morning service it's one of my favorite stories I keep telling it and retelling it and the reason why is because there's just some there's just some days where you just feel an urgency in the spirit and today is one of those days and as far as I know I I don't think Knoxville uh police brought anybody to church uh but I do believe the spirit of God ordained every single person to be here you believe that I really believe that I really do and I just believe the Lord's going to speak to us so with that expectation I want you to go with me in your Bible to the book of Acts the book of Acts Chapter 20 The Book of Acts chapter 20 and we are going to begin at verse 7 the book of Acts chapter 20 and verse 7 thank you so much to the musicians and singers and the wonderful choir for leading us into the presence of the Lord um since last I've been here y'all have updated your platform the screens and the lights and the technology and um just showcases all the more the spirit of Excellence that your church and Leadership desires to move forward in and I love it I'm so grateful for it acts chapter 20 and verse 7 if you're there say Amen if you're not there say Amen appreciate your honesty verse 7 says on the first day day of the week when the disciples came together to break bread or as another translation would say to celebrate the Lord's Supper Paul preached to them ready to depart the next day and he continued to he continued his sermon his speech his teaching all the way until midnight there were many lights in the upper chamber where they were gathered together there sat in a window a certain young man named udcus being fallen into a deep sleep as Paul was long preaching he sunk down with sleep and he fell down from the third Loft and was taken up dead Paul went down and fell on him and embracing him said trouble not yourselves for there is life in him and when he therefore was come up again and had broken bread and eaten and talked a long while even until the break of day so he departed and they brought the young man alive and they were not a little comforted which means they were greatly comforted by the help of God's spirit and I do need his help this morning uh I just want to preach to you for the next few moments on this simple subject the Lord's Supper The Lord's Supper would you turn to your neighbor and would you tell them those words the Lord's supper now some of you didn't say it but I believe in second chances so I want you to look back again and tell them the Lord's Supper I want you to turn to someone else beside you behind you and I want you to tell them in fath atically the Lord's Supper one more time would you put down your Bible would you put down your phone your notepad your iPad and would you just lift up your hands with me and could we just agree that God is going to do something special in the next few moments Jesus thank you for your abiding presence God thank you for your word that will not return void we thank you oh God for the Angelic host that surrounds us God we thank you for your mercy and your grace I I feel hope in this house I feel encouragement in this house let your word redeem us let it restore us let it provoke us God let it bring solidity to our spirit and I thank you for what you will do today we give you all of the glory we give you all of the honor we give you all of the praise and somebody said in Jesus name would you shout in Jesus name if you believe that prayer would you just clap your hands one more time into the Lord before you're seated God bless you and you may be seated this morning it is a painting by the Italian High Renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci it is dated to the Circa 1495 to 1498 and it is housed in Milan Italy the painting represents the scene of The Last Supper of Jesus with the TW Apostles those closest to him specifically the moment after Jesus announces that that someone close to him will betray him it is historic in its handling of space perspective motion and complex display of of human emotion it is one of the western world's most recognizable paintings it is one of the most celebrated piece pieces of artwork however I begin to delve into this painting just a little bit more I begin to to research it I begin to look into some of the context that that made this story so unique there's something that uh began to arrest my attention because of Leonardo da Vinci's High pace and intense schedule it is said that with this work with this painting Leonardo would would begin to innovate he would begin to seek out new ingredients that would allow for a fast drying permanent paint it was with these new ingredients that he would um he would paint this renowned piece of artwork that would be celebrated for eons to come however once displayed painting would show that these ingredients those so Innovative would not withstand the temperature and the atmosphere that it was displayed in it would prove that through his methodology he would have to innovate further as this renowned painting would need restoration after restoration after restoration it was not just the painting it was not just the allegory it was not just the meaning it was not the many nuances that surround this story that are in my attention most it was it was really the name of this painting it is deemed by Leonardo da Vinci the Last Supper however when I look through the text and I look through the gospels and I look through holy RIT I cannot find these words I do not find the words the last supper I can only find the words the Lord's Supper so today I have come with a simple perhaps Elemental message and sermon this is my simple declaration to the spirit world on behalf of every believer on behalf of every child of God on behalf of my brothers and my sisters the Last Supper is not the last supper that's my message I want to say it just a few more times because I want it to resonate in your spirit the Last Supper is not the last supper it is the Lord's supper and if the Lord is the Lord of your life and I do believe that he is then nothing in this world human or hellish has the authority to deem your situation your story as the Last Supper [Applause] I'm not come this morning to preach about a picture surrounded by a frame but I have come to address a frame of mind because there is a copycat artist that wants to paint a picture for your life there is a copycat artist that wants to bring a picture of Doom and Gloom and decadence to your spirit but I I I I I want you to understand that that his lies though they be fast drying they like Leonardo da Vinci's methods will not be permanent it it is said that that that painting could not withstand the atmosphere the the test of time and so I believe it is with the lies of the adversary that though they may they they may be fast drying and though there may be something in your spirit that wants to hold on and and believe all it takes is an atmosphere like we are in on a Sunday morning where the pro Promises of God are reminded of in your spirit and the Prophecies of old are rekindled and the word of God becomes alive I just happen to believe that no matter the picture that the adversary has painted over your mind over your marriage over your home over your health it cannot sustain an atmosphere where the word of the Lord is going forth it was a beautiful picture it was a beautiful picture it really was Thomas's finger is is held up signifying his doubt Judas is clutching the the money purse there's so much Nuance there there's so much complexity there's so much meaning but but it was a picture it was a picture that was deemed the Last Supper however after this bloody crucifixion after Jesus has taken nails through his hand hands and a nail through his feet and a spear has been thrust through his side and after he has been laid in a tomb for for for for for three days and nights there there's something that takes place there's something that that begins to happen there there are there are two on the road to emus and and they they they are they they are discombobulated they are overwhelmed they they do not understand the events that have taken place but all of a sudden there is a a stranger that slips up beside film and and he he he he seems as if he does not know anything that is happening in their world and yet they invite him to stay just a little longer and all of a sudden they behold this stranger break bread in front of them and all of a sudden they recognize a a a realization a revelation take place and and they begin to understand this was more than a stranger did did not our hearts burn within us I I I I I I thought this was the end I I I I thought it was over but I'm telling you the last supper is not the last supper they were fishing they were going back to what they knew to do they were going back to what they could compute they were going back to what they were professionals at but the Bible says that night they caught nothing but yet there are nail scarred hands that are sitting down on that beach watching them as they are running and as they are fleeing but as they make their way back to land they realize that their nail scarred savior is waiting on them he has a fire he has coals he has bread and he has fish I've come to tell you the last supper is not the last supper the Lord Jesus Christ is the only one that can declare and decree when the end is here I just need someone to clap their their hands and agree in their Spirit I'm going to just keep repeating it all during this service the Last Supper is never the Last Supper The Last Supper is never the Last Supper it doesn't matter the diagnosis it doesn't matter the pain doesn't matter the trauma it doesn't matter the spiritual warfare it doesn't matter the odds that are against you uh the Last Supper does not have to be the last supper I just need someone to believe on a Sunday morning that there is more way waiting for you uh I need to speak into somebody's Spirit it is time to taste and see uh that the Lord he is good tell your neighbor the Last Supper is not the last supper tell your other neighbor the Last Supper is not the last supper I want to take your I want to take your attention to to John 12 And1 John 12 And1 is a it's a powerful passage of scripture to me that inspires me that en encouraged me it says in in John 12 let's actually begin at verse one it says then Jesus 6 days before the Passover came to Bethany where Lazarus was which had been dead whom he raised from the dead there they made him a supper and Martha sured but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him I need you to notice that the Bible says that that there is a there is a meal be prepared and Lazarus the one who has been dead is is now at the table this is what I love about coming to church when you come to church and and you and you sit on the Pew uh you're sitting with people that used to be dead they were dead in their sins they were dead in their trespasses they they were dead in their mistakes they were dead in their failures but but but you you you you are sitting by people that that have now been made Alive by the gospel you are sitting by people that have been resurrected by the truth of Jesus Christ so so this is this is what I wish this is what I wish you would tell the spirit world this is what I wish you would tell fear this is what I wish you would tell despondency uh I'm going to have dinner after I die right I'm GNA say it again some of you need to issue a word to the spirit realm I'm gonna have dinner after I die life may come mistakes will happen failures will take place but I will rise again in the newness of Christ there is more on that table that I will partake of there is more for my Ministry there is more for my giftings there is more fruit to be made manifest in my life turn to your neighbor and tell them again the Last Supper doesn't have to be the last supper anybody remember the protocol the protocol is in such a Decon state that that he has now left his father's house he has left his father's protection he is he he he is tempted to eat food that belongs to the pigs he is literally surrounded by trash and now he is about to partake of trash but but the Bible never records that he ate the pig's food that it it just records that he would have that he almost almost that he that he really wanted to eat the pig's food and so it is that something begin to happen in his memory he he begin to go back and he begin to realize I remember how good the servants have it I I remember that even the servants they they have leftovers and and here I am in want there is no man that will give to me and so now he goes back in his mind and he begins to recall those meals he he begins to think about breakfast and lunch and dinner he he he begins to reminisce there's something powerful about your memory I said there's something powerful about your memory the the adversary wants to leverage your memory and and allow it to segue to condemnation but God has given you you a memory so that you can remember him and you can remember his good works and you can remember his nature and you can remember his sovereignty and you can remember every miracle that he has done individually and collectively that son begins to think back the Bible says that he came to himself and he came back and he said if I could just get back to the table he said I don't I don't need to be I I don't need to be called a son I I'll just just be a servant I I I just I just need to get back to the table if you just you'll just let me get back to the table I I just happen to believe that that that that that the trash that I'm wanting to eat right now doesn't doesn't have to be the end for me I I I just I just believe that if I can get back to my father's table there is more for me there is more for me I I want you to I want you to go with me to the book of First Kings First Kings 19 has another powerful P passage of of scripture I want to read in your hearing I I think it's encouraging we find we find In this passage that there is a there is a prophet that he is he is on the run and the Bible says in First Kings 19 and one and Ahab told Jezebel all that the prophet had done and how he had slain all the prophets with the sword and so Jezebel sends a messenger unto Elijah saying so let the gods do to me and more also if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time it is Jezebel who is sending a message to the prophet and she is saying in 24 hours you are going to die in 24 hours your life is going to be over and verse three says and when he saw that it doesn't say when he heard that the Bible says when he saw that as soon as the words from the messenger of Jezebel were spoken a picture was painted in the prophet's mind he saw it and so I I just have to submit to you if you can believe a hypothetical based upon a worst case scenario if you can believe the fears that are propagated into your spirit by your scenario why can't you believe a promise from God a messenger from from Jezebel said in 24 hours you are going to die it had not even happened it was it was it was not even come to pass but the Bible says that the prophet began to run the Bible says that the prophet saw it here's what I love here's what's so amazing to me Jezebel said that the prophet would die but let me ask you this morning how the prophet died he didn't die the Bible says that God took him up in a chariot I just need to remind somebody this morning the devil is a liar the devil is a liar the devil is a [Applause] liar the only way the devil tells the truth is if you live out the LIE he said you weren't going to make it he's lying unless you don't make it he said that you were going to give up that's a lie unless you give up he said that you were going to live defeated that is a lie unless you allow yourself to be defeated I refused to let the liar tell the truth he was a liar when he said I wouldn't make it and I rise on a Sunday morning to remind him he is still a liar I will live and not die and declare the word of the Lord the Bible says there's a young man by the name of MTH he he is lame but David is calling him back to the table David is asking is there anybody that I can bless is there anybody that I can show favor to and mbth says I am as a dead dog I think a picture was being painted he had he had believed the lies of a copycat artist he he said I am as a dead dog he was lame he was not dead some of us are allowing the the the adversary to speak lies into our spirit but he is not the Lord of our life he is not the Lord of our table he does not have the authority he does not have the jurisdiction he does not have to he he does not have to have the final say in our life I got to take you to one more passage of scripture this all right I want to take you to the Book of Genesis Genesis chapter 21 Genesis chapter 21 for another uh story for another passage of scripture that just inspires me I I I I need you to to understand what is what is taking place the Bible says in Genesis 21 and verse 14 and Abraham rose up early in the morning and he took bread and a bottle of water and he gave it unto Hagar and he put it on her shoulder and the child and he sent her away and so she departed and wandered in the wilderness of berseba the water was now spent so she cast her child under one of the shrubs and she went and she sat herself down over against him a good way off as it were a bow shot someone say a bow shot for she said let me not see the death of this child I'm I'm I'm out of water I'm out of food we're in the wilderness and now now my son is about to die she said I can't even handle to see it and so it was that she began to weep in verse 16 she began to cry and lift up her voice and verse 17 says and God heard the voice of the lad and the angel of God Called to Hagar out of heaven and said unto her what elth the Hagar fear not for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is I just got to stop right there for just a moment and I I just I just need to exalt God for just a moment because God has not just heard me he has heard me where I am God does not just listen to your prayers on a Sunday morning inside this Sanctuary God is a God that loves you and responds to you uh and hears you you right in the lowest of Low Places hear God God had heard God has heard God has heard the voice of the lad right where he is it gets better to me watch he says arise lift up the lad hold him in your hand for I will make him a great nation I want you to take them by the hand if you're if you feel like you're dying this morning then you've got to link up with somebody's that's living that's why we have Community that's why we have the body of Christ that's why we come to church that's why we worship together that's why we pray together because if you're dying this morning I need you to know that you're around somebody else that is living and we will agree with you for every prophecy and promise that God has given you what he says I want you to take them by the hand I'm going to I'm going to make them a great nation verse 19 and God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water and she went and filled the bottle with water and she gave the lad drink and God was with the lad and he grew and he dwelt in the wilderness and he became an Archer what are you saying he grew where he was supposed to die what are you saying he lived where he was supposed to die I don't care what it is in your past that says you cannot Thrive where you are you cannot overcome where you are h I've come to tell you through Grace and grit through deliverance and discipline that God can cause you uh to live and to pray and to witness and to not just survive but to thrive where the adversar said drugs would take you out pornography would take you out the sins of your father would take you out the sins of your mothers is there anybody that would say I can live and I will not die there is more on on the table the Last Supper is not the Last Supper The Last Supper is not the Last Supper The Last Supper is not the last supper I refuse to believe it the last supper is not the last supper I'm G to say I'm not just saying it to you I'm saying it to myself the Last Supper does not have to be the last supper the Bible says in our text that that Paul is is heading towards his Earthly death he he is on one of his last missionary Journeys he he is making his way throughout the body of Christ teaching and preaching and imparting and and the Bible says that that he he he is going he is going to die in this lifetime he is going to he's going to die on this Earth well what do you mean I I thought you I thought you said the Last Supper wasn't the Last Supper what what happens if if I do die in the wreck what what happens if if leukemia does take my life what what what what takes place if I do take my last breath in this life let's let's let's make let's make a deal if you or I die in this life how about we meet up again where should we meet up I say we should rendevu at the marriage supper of the Lamb because even if I die in this life there's a table waiting for me in that life I'm telling you my faith and my confidence and my trust is not dependent upon time it's not dependent upon Earth it is dependent upon the sovereignty of God it is dependent upon the faithfulness of God and the word of God so Paul is about to face his Earthly death but before he does he is making his way to preach a little longer to impact a few more people and the Bible says it's the first day of the week but it's about to be the first day of someone's new life you see the Bible says that the disciples that the Believers that the family of Faith have come together and they have come to break bread they have come to share in communion they have come to celebrate the Lord's supper and so it is that Paul is getting ready to depart the next day and the Bible says that Paul is preaching and Paul is teaching and now it is midnight and so it is I think that probably there's some people that are getting a little ansy and I think there's some people that are probably slipping out the back but the Bible says that there are many lights in the upper chamber and and and there there's there's there's this window and and by this window is this man named udus and I had to celebrate udus because I I I'm I'm convinced that there's probably some people that have not stayed until midnight but udus is still there udcus is listening udus is is is taking in what Paul is speaking and preaching and teaching and imparting ticus means fortunate how many of you realize at any time that we come together with the family of faith and any time that we hear the word of the Lord that we are most fortunate and we are most blessed and we are most favored amen but how many of us also recognize and realize that just because you are fortunate it does not exempt you from unfortunate things happening in your life and while udcus is very blessed very fortunate and very favored something very unfortunate is about to happen the Bible says musicians come the Bible says that as Paul is preaching the uus is sinking the Bible says that as the word of God is going forth udus is being overtaken by Slumber as the word is going forward udus is going downward and the Bible says that udus falls from the third story he falls to his death I need someone to be ticus this morning I need someone to help me can you be ticus you the blonde hair the Christmas tide I want you to run up here run up here here y'all give it up for uus what's your name wrong ticus correct the Bible says that udcus fell down I need you to do something really simple for me right I need you to fall down there we go all the way down the Bible says that uus fell the Bible says that uus is dead now I need you to do something for me um I need you to get back up and uh and I need you to I need you to fall again very graceful now I need you to get back up one more time and I I need you to fall again now I just showed you a picture of my life is that anybody else's story I fall and I get back up and then I fall and I get back up and then I [Music] fall and sometimes I stay there and sometimes if I I wonder if I'm ever going to get back up and then I begin to remember this verse this passage in scripture that says Rejoice not against me oh my enemy I make it personal Rejoice not against me depression Rejoice not against me suicidal thinking Rejoice not against me sins of my past Rejoice not against me for when I fall I shall arise and when I sit in darkness the Lord will be a light unto me sometimes I believe the lies that I'm going to fall and I'm going to get back up but then I'm going to fall again and if I get back up I'm going I'm I'm going to fall all over again but then I start remembering another picture I start remembering a picture of what the adversary's future looks like because the Bible says that an angel is going to take our adversary the accuser of the Brethren and one he's got a lot of punishments coming but one of his punishments is that an angel is going to arrest him and and going to throw him into into a pit but it's not just any pit the Bible said it's a bottomless pit so I fall and I get back up and I fall and I get back up and I fall and I get back up but when when Satan is thrown into that pit it's it's symbolic it's symbolic of his future you know what he's going to do he has fell from Grace he has fell from Mercy he knows what it's like to fall he will never know what it's like to get back up again here's the picture of your life you fall and you get back up and you fall and you get back up and you fall and you get back up and you fall and you get back up let me show you a picture of his future he's going to fall and he's going to fall and he's going to fall and he's going to fall you notice he's not getting to do what you get to do you get to believe again you get to pray again you get to Rejoice again you get to you get to get back up again oh as Believers we fall in the pit but I my pit is a little different than his pit I have the ability to get back up again stand with me stand with me oh not you ticus you're still dead stand with me me the Bible says the Bible says that there are two that comes to where he is and they help get them back up can I can I get your help this morning can you run up here and help me can you help me both of you I want y'all to help me now uus is not alive ticus is not alive but the Bible says there there's the men they be ticus where he is I help no doubt stand him up he's got to have your help he's got to have your help he's got to have your help and the Bible says that the Apostle Paul the Apostle Paul runs down Joseph can you be the Apostle Paul and still stay humble it's just for the illustration we used to go to youth camp together that means we're old the Bible says that the Apostle Paul runs down he falls on unicus he gives them a hug he said hey hey there's there's life in him there's life in him now now wait wait wait wait wait wait wait the Bible says that he was taken up dead the Bible says that he was taken up dead so that means there was there were people that met udus before Paul got to udus and that means they they they got him off the ground and they probably got them standing up and they were embracing him but but he still did you got to be aware those Spirits human and hellish that raise you up but they don't revive you there's a whole lot of things that will meet you in your lowest of lows I'll pick you up there's friends there's influences there's addictions things in this Earthly life they will will pick you up but they won't revive you Paul comes down he says I know there's Bruises And I know there's Brokenness and I know there's blood but thank you thank you so much thank you thank you thank you so much thank you thank you thank you he's got to live he's he's got to live he can't we can't just pick him up off the ground he's got to live and Paul said there's life in him now I don't think udic is probably remembers the first message but I do think he remembers the second message hey hey udus can you tell me what the Apostle Paul was preaching about when you were in the upper chamber I I can't tell you we we had come together to share communion and we we'd come together to share the Lord's supper and we we had Paul was preaching and parting and he there was an urgency we we knew we might never see him again he he was preaching until midnight and there was some people that left but I just I stayed but I I I I still fell asleep by the window and he said but I I don't remember it all tell me what you do remember well I remember I remember the second sermon what what was the second sermon there's life there's life there's life there's life some people say Paul preach so long that someone died I don't say that I say Paul preached so long that somebody got back up the word is eternal your shortcoming doesn't have to be the word is eternal your mistake doesn't have to be the sins of the father they they visit the Third and fourth Generations but his Mercy visits thousands and his truth is towards all generations there is nothing more long- winded than the Eternal Word of God the Bible says that Paul was preaching until midnight [Music] but when uus fell Paul didn't stop preaching that's what a word will do a word will take you from one day to another day a word will take you from death to life watch here's what the Bible says I want to read it for your hearing the Bible says in verse 10 of Acts 20 Paul went down and fell on him and embracing him said trouble not yourselves for there is life in him so when he therefore was come up again and had broken bread or partook in communion and eaten and talked a long while even till the break of day then he Departed I just I I I just happened to think that when Paul went back up I think udcus went back up too because the Bible alludes that they don't go home until the end I I just I don't know I just don't see Paul raising him from the dead only to leave him I think I think uus goes back to the upper room so how does he get there I I think he takes the the stairs and I think that means he he goes back up one step at a time because isn't that really how each and every one of us get back to where we fell from one service at a time one prayer at a time one prayer forgiveness at a time one accountability call at a time you you can't you can't convince me that there wasn't a few bruises can't convince me there wasn't a broken bone I think there was I think there was a little bit of wincing but uus I think now uus is at the table that's what I think I think now ticus is at the table and see living for God it doesn't mean that we don't make mistakes it doesn't mean that we'll never fall again we will but it matters where you fall there the whole whole lot easier to fall from the edge than it is the table it's a whole lot harder to fall when you're living in carnality than when you're at the table sharing in Covenant and [Music] communion ticus falls down there's Bloodshed there's Brokenness but call Paul keeps preaching they share in communion until the breaking of day what if your breaking wasn't the end what if I told you a word is going to sustain you until your breaking turns into the breaking of a brand new day PA PA said uus I know you fell and uh you're resurrected that doesn't mean you're you're fully recovered you still got some bruises and you're still going to need help I'm going to send some people to help you're not going home by yourself I'm going to have some people go home with you but now we're going to break bread and now we're going to drink wine and now now now udus we're going to shift the focus from your Brokenness to his Brokenness see every time that I gauge upon and I focus on and I fixate upon my Brokenness nothing really changes but every time that I remember his Brokenness if I can share in his death I can share in his life Paul said I know you fail ticus but uh we're not going to focus on your Brokenness we're going to focus on his Brokenness the Bible says they they broke bread they shared in communion Paul kept on preaching Paul kept on teaching watch until the breaking of day and the Bible says udcus went home but he didn't go home by himself the Bible says they brought him home alive and they were not a little comforted that means they were greatly comforted that means that the people that took him home had a comfort that seemed to be beyond the comfort that everybody else had you know what I've learned in my short time plopped on planet Earth there's something about when you help carry somebody else there is a strength there is a healing bomb there is a restoration that not only comes from God and His grace and his Mercy there is a comfort that comes when you help carry somebody else that's why we don't come to the altar alone we come with somebody we come with our family we come with our spouse we come with our babies you may say I don't I don't have spiritual family in this room I don't have biological family but you do have spiritual family you a kiss is it is it true that is it true that you you died at church is it really true that you fell from the third story is is is it is it is it is it true that Paul had to come down and and resurrect you yeah yeah church is where I fell but church is also where I got back up because there was a word it says there's life I don't know your story I I don't know if disease has come to your family I don't know if condemnation has come to your mind I don't know if you've been facing spirits of Oppression depression suicidal thinking I I I I don't know if you if you have prodical family members that haven't come back to the table yet but I'm just here to I'm just here to tell you a simple message the Last Supper is not the last supper I'm just here to tell you it's the Lord's supper and if the Lord is the Lord of your life there's more waiting on you I want you to close your eyes all across this room I want you to raise your hands I want to pray over you before you come to this altar right now Lord by the power of your word and the authority of your name I speak over every woman of God I speak over every son I speak over your children right now I pray in the name of Jesus that you would open their eyes and that they would realize that you have prepared a table before them even in the pr presence of their adversaries I pray today they would partake of that table you are the Lord that will supply our every need whatever they have need of I just happen to believe it's on the table this morning God I know you're going to do something significant tonight but it's not tonight yet it's Sunday morning and you have ordained your people to be in your house on your day so today we come to your table today we come to your table aable and we partake and we receive of everything that you have for us would you just step out wherever you are come on would you bring somebody else it doesn't matter how Bloody you are how bruised you are how weary you are how tired you are it doesn't matter how anemic you are it doesn't matter what you're lacking I want you to come to the table there's fullness of joy at the table there's oil of gladness at the table there's healing bomb of Gilead at the table there's wisdom and Clarity at the table there's provision at the table there's forgiveness at the table there is New Life at the table woo my my my come on ask come as close as you can there's people coming in behind you if you're in the front com in a little closer come on today somebody can be healed today somebody can be filled with the spirit somebody can be baptized someone can have their mind renewed come on the Last Supper is a painting it's a picture it doesn't have to be reality for your life come on that's it lift your hands receive
