I want to take you to the word of the Lord. The book of Leviticus, the 25th chapter. History of the word. the book of Leviticus, the 25th chapter. I want to read two verses. Leviticus 25. And I'll give you a moment to find that if you're following along with us. Thank you, Pastor Anthony, for marvelous word this morning. Thank you for leading us in uh in the word. And I want to thank First Apostolic Church. God has been doing special things for us in every service. Encouragement, strength, healing. Holy Ghost. Phil had one baptized today. Thank you for being attentive and letting the Lord use you. Leviticus 25, we'll read two verses for now, beginning at verse number 18. Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them, and ye shall dwell in the land in safety. Notice that you shall dwell in the land in safety. Verse 19. And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your field, and dwell therein in safety. I want to title my message with a question tonight. Do you have an emergency preparedness plan? Do you have an emergency preparedness plan? Let's pray. Jesus, I thank you for the wonderful experience that we've already had in this service with your power and the praise that have gone up, the blessings that have come down. I thank you for the freedom in spirit to worship that you given us. And Lord, I thank you for those who are unafraid to lift your name and praise and worship. and Lord for the blessings that you are pouring out. And God, I pray that your word would instruct us and lead us this night. Let everything that we do be for your glory and honor. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen and amen. passage of scripture that I read to you from Leviticus gives ecological instructions, if you will, by God to his people as to how to preserve the productivity of the land that he had given them. This was instructions that let the land rest every seven years from planting and harvesting. The instructions were that for six years you would work the land, you would plant, you would till, you would plant, you would harvest, but in the seventh year you would let the land rest from any plowing, from any planting and any harvesting. And then there was a promise given to this procedure. And you can read all of Leviticus 25 because this was talking about the post years of Jubilee celebration and all that took place there as well. But it was a promise that if God's people would do his statutes, it didn't say know them. It it said do them. If his people would do his statutes and keep his judgments, they would have a special yield in the sixth year that would sustain them through the seventh year when there would be no planting or harvesting. Let me tell you, when God even gives you a time of rest, he wants to have provisions for you. IF YOU'LL FOLLOW HIS STATUTES, you'll follow and obey his judgments, God has a special plan for your life at all times, even when the seasons do change. But in in addition to this promise of plenty in the sixth year to sustain through that seventh year, he twice told his people that they would live in a land of safety and they would be safe therein in the land. You see, safety has become a vital part of all of our lives today. The term safety means freedom from danger, security. Simple as that. We all want freedom from danger and security. And we are all keenly aware of the dangerous world in which we live. There are threats to our safety, both foreign and domestic. The risks that we face in our world today from terrorists have made public transportation a risky proposition. Health and risk awareness affects our job environments, our home environments, and our recreational activities. Food purity and health safety is preeminent in many minds. In short, we live in a dangerous world. To reduce our risks of danger and to alleviate fear, we have developed procedures and devices to help reduce both risk and fear. For example, we have security systems with alarms, security cameras, security guards. Need I remind you all of the protocols that we went through just five short years ago during the COVID pandemic that was for public safety. We have federal safety organizations. We have OSHA, which is the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for workplace safety. We have the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. We have the National Transportation Safety Board, the Federal Aviation, the FAA for Flight Safety. We have the Consumer Product Safety Commission that focuses on specific areas of safety. And we have something that most of us us have heard during emergency situations called FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency that the US government is supposed to respond and coordinate during a disaster. here at Apostolic Christian School and Apostolic Kitty Academy. Now, by law, we are required to and have presented to the state of Tennessee a comprehensive emergency operation plan. They say, "I need to see your EOP." I didn't even know I had one till I figured out what that was. And it is developed in coordination with our local emergency response agencies. We, Sister Ashley, helped us revisit that and and uh we had meeting after meeting going over with our safety team here at Apostolic Christian School and Apostolic Kitty Academy, making sure that we had everything addressed uh from natural to technological to human cause hazards within the community. We're required to have regular fire drills and and dangerous weather drills and intruder drills. Important to all of us ultimately is that we dwell in safety. But let me ask you tonight, do we have a spiritual emergency preparedness plan in our lives? While we take all of these precautions in the natural and well, we should. I SUBMIT THE GREATEST SINGLE FACTOR WHICH THREATENS OUR SAFETY is not a terrorist, a virus, or a crazed assassin. Our greatest threat is an unsafe condition for our souls. EPHESIANS 6:12 SAID, "FOR we wrestle not against flesh and blood, BUT AGAINST PRINCIPALITIES, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness in this world, AGAINST SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS AND HIGH PLACES." How relevant is this passage of scripture to the world that we live in today? I desire above all else to live in spiritual safety and security. Jesus told his disciples in Matthew, "Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul, but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." I've got good news for everybody in the house. We have a comprehensive EMERGENCY PREPARED PLAN FOR OUR SOULS IF WE'LL FOLLOW THE WORD just as he TOLD HIS PEOPLE. IF YOU'LL FOLLOW MY STATUTES, IF YOU'LL OBEY MY JUDGMENTS, I'VE GOT A PLAN FOR YOU and you can live in safety. >> You see, our safety is found in the Lord. Proverbs 21:31 said, "The horse is prepared against the day of battle, but safety is of our Lord." In Proverbs 29 25, we read, "The fear of man bringeth a snare, but who so putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe." BUT YOU SEE, GOD'S people in the past have been guilty of finding safety outside God's will when there was really no safety at all. Over in 2 Kings the 17th chapter, and I will read this in a bit of a narrative, so just stay with me for a few moments. We find God's people have just been delivered from Egypt's bondage. In today's terms, it's a type and shadow of sin itself. But I want you to notice what had happened. Understand, they've been delivered from whips. They've been delivered from chains. They've been delivered from their children being taken from them. many of their children being murdered by the horrible Egyptian bondage. But in 2 Kings 17, we read, "For so it was that the children of Israel had sinned against the Lord their God, which had brought them up out of the land of Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and had feared other gods. They've turned from fearing the true God. Instead, they're fearing other gods. What or who made the decisions to give the statutes of these gods? Well, it's identified here in verse eight. And they walked in the statutes of the heathen whom the Lord cast out from the children of Israel and of the kings of Israel, which they had made. And the children of Israel did secretly those things that were not right against the Lord. And they built them high places in all their cities, from the tower of the watchmen to the fence city. And they set them up images and groves and every high hill and under every green tree. To summarize the point, God had delivered them from Egypt. But instead of following God's laws and precepts, they were walking in the statutes of a of the heathen. What's a heathen anyway? I wanted a dictionary definition, so I looked it up. Here's what a heathen is. A heathen is an unconverted member of a people or nation that does not acknowledge the God of the Bible. an uncivilized or irreligious person of or relating TO PEOPLE WHO DO NOT acknowledge the God of the Bible. Sadly, once known as a Christian nation, there are those EVEN IN GOVERNMENTAL LEADERSHIP WHO HAVE PROCLAIMED THAT WE ARE NO LONGER A Christian nation. It said they secretly did that which WAS WRONG. THEY WERE GOD'S PEOPLE, BUT THEY SECRETLY DID THAT WHICH WAS LONG WRONG. Sound like they had the internet like we do. THEY COULD WALK THE WALK WHEN THEY WERE OUT in public, but in private, they were doing things that were not pleasing to God. They were adopting the ways of the heathen. They had a perceived anonymity in secret. Let me tell you, it's not how much you can raise your hands and lift your voice in church if in secret you're doing things and you're viewing things and you're participating in things that do not follow the judgments and the statutes of God, but you're living in the way of the heathen. They elevated other things above in importance to God. Need I tell us more that most every night if you watch the news and you go to one break you'll see how many millions of dollars are being wagered toward a lottery ticket. Entertainment salaries are now in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Yet we find ourselves having issues feeding our nation. Scripture tells me that where your treasures are, there will your heart be. Also, the way of the heathen is that of the unconverted member of a people or nation THAT DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE the God of the Bible. YOU SEE, ONCE WE PROCLAIM proudly in our nation, IN GOD WE TRUST. WE PLEDGED one nation under God, INDIVISIBLE, with liberty and justice for all. NOW SUCH PROCLAMATIONS AND PLEDGES ARE QUESTIONED AND OPENLY DISDAINED. DIVISION IS PROPAGATED AND POLITICIZED. so-called interpreters of the law have endeavored to remove the Ten Commandments FROM ANY PUBLIC DISPLAY WHILE LEGALIZING PERVERTED INTERPRETATIONS OF MARRIAGE and even THE IDENTITY OF MEN AND WOMEN. I'M NOT BEING POLITICAL. I'M JUST PREACHING TO YOU. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ADOPT THE STATUTES OF THE HEATHEN. Satan would indoctrinate every one of us with the ways of the heathen and heathen ideology. NOTICE WHAT IT SAID. VERSE 11. And there they burnt incense IN ALL THE HIGH PLACES, as did the heathen, whom the Lord carried away before them, and wrought wicked things to provoke the Lord to anger. You see, it's bad enough when the world OUTSIDE is adopting the way of the heathen. But heaven help us when the church starts being a heathen church. When we mo no longer bow our knees to God. When we're looking to fit in with the heathen IDEOLOGY AND THE GODLESS things around us. YET THE LORD TESTIFIED AGAINST ISRAEL. Verse 13. and against Judah AND ALL THE PROPHETS AND BY ALL THE SEERS SAYING, "TURN YOU FROM YOUR evil ways." He was repeating his gospel through the prophets, through the seers. How many times must we hear it preached that there's a lost world out there and the enemy is attacking? God time and time again reinforces his word THROUGH THE PREACHED GOSPEL, through teaching. Yet there will be so many who have never developed a safety plan for their life. Their safety plan spiritually is the way of the heathen. He said, "Turn you from your evil ways. Keep my commandments and my statutes according to all the law which I command your fathers and which I sent to you by my servants, the prophets." But here was their attitude. Not withstanding, they would not hear, but hardened their necks like to the necks of their fathers that did not believe in the Lord their God. And they rejected his statutes and his covenant that he made with their fathers and his testimonies which he had testified against them. and they followed vanity. If we aren't living in the most vain world that anyone can ever ever imagine, I don't know how more vain we could be. IT IT SAYS THEY FOLLOWED VANITY. THEY BECAME vain and went after the heathen that were round about them. I call on we the apostolic church not to repeat the sins of Israel AND JUDAH BY FOLLOWING THE WAYS of the heathen. You will not be safe. YOU WILL HAVE A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY. THE heathen ways, THE HEATHEN STATUTES WILL NOT PROTECT US from the ws of the enemy. To be vain means of no real value, idle, worthless. It appeared to be the rage of the heathen to place place value on things that were of little value. The psalmist once asked, "Why did the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing?" Our society has put such great value on entertainment, athletics, and devalued the things that we should hold dear. Not speaking against entertainment or athletics, but I'm talking about putting things above God. Putting things above our walk with God. I am still preaching tonight. You better hear me. I realize this may not make you want to run, but we must be reminded OF THE TEMPTATIONS TO FOLLOW THE WAY OF THE HEATHEN. WE'VE GOT TO KEEP THINGS IN ORDER. GOD'S GOT TO BE FIRST. HIS STATUTES, HIS LAWS ARE WHAT WILL KEEP US SAFE IN A TIME OF TROUBLE. OH, AS LONG AS EVERYTHING'S GOING GOOD, YOU CAN ENJOY THOSE THINGS. BUT WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WHEN AN EMERGENCY TAKES PLACE IN YOUR LIFE? WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WHEN TROUBLE COMES? THE WAY OF THE HEATHEN WON'T KEEP YOU SAFE. THE WAY OF THE HEATHEN WON'T PROTECT YOU. It seems we have devalued things that should be priceless. virtue and virginity, truthfulness and honesty, a good name and integrity, trust and faithfulness in marriage vows. The ways of the heathen will not keep your soul safe. What has happened to us? Oh God, don't let us repeat what your children who had been delivered from Egypt did. It said they left all the commandments of the Lord their God and made them molten images, even two calves. They made groves and worshiped all the hosts of heaven and served Baal. For you see, here's where I really want us to understand. It's not just about this generation. Because you see, when they left the safety of God's statutes and judgment, it says they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire and they used devonation and enchantments and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the Lord to provoke him to anger. We have a generation of children in our world today that are being sold to heathen ideology. Godless pasts that promote physical and emotional destruction and mutilation. FIRES THAT ARE BURNING TO DESTROY another generation. That's the way of the heathen. Deonation defined as trying to use the power of Satan to accomplish one's desires. Enchantment is a feeling of great pleasure and delight. The state of being under a spell of magic. Sadly, if we do not learn from the mistakes of God's people from the Bible, we are doomed to repeat them. For verse 20 of that same chapter said, "And the Lord rejected all the seed of Israel." I don't want to be rejected of God. and afflicted them and delivered them into the hands of the spoiler until he had cast them out of his sight. Oh God, I don't want to be delivered into the hands of the spoiler, the one that would take ALL THE THINGS THAT we so wonderfully and and so dearly value to follow the way of the heathen. Some might at this point say, "Well, pastor, oh, I would never follow the way of the heathen." But I do have my own intellect. I'm smart enough to know what's going on in this world without so much spiritual influence. I live by my wits, by my scruples. That's called the philosophy of secular humanism. The view that emphasizes reason and ethics. Don't that sound good? Human flourishing without relying on supernatural or religious beliefs. The idea of depending on that man is basically good. Humans can lead ethical and fulfilling lives based on compassion, critical thinking, and science to solve your problems. The core principles of secular humanism include valuing human agency and progress, promoting a separation of the church, if church at all, in any leadership, and advocating allegedly for human rights. Could I confess to you tonight? I do not personally trust my own judgment without the power of God leading me. When I get to thinking, I've got it all together. I'VE GOT IT ALL figured out. I'm headed for destruction. When I think I can lead God out of my decision makingaking, I'M SO SMART. I'M SO INTELLECTUAL. I KNOW SO much more than anybody else. I'm headed FOR DESTRUCTION. >> PROVERBS SAID, "TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL THINE HEART. LEAN not to thine own understanding. In all thy WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, AND HE SHALL DIRECT THY PATHS." Be not wise in thy own eyes. Man, when I think I've got it all figured out, I'm throwing away God's emergency preparedness plan for my life. Be not wise in THINE OWN SIGHT. FEAR THE LORD. DEPART FROM EVIL. IT SHALL BE HEALTH TO THY NAVL and tomorrow to thy bones. You see, the spirit of the Holy Ghost will give you guidance if you will allow the Holy Ghost to teach you. I have been incomplete in my statement a few times and I need to continue it and and let you understand the whole philosophy. I made the statement quoting another minister that the Holy Ghost doesn't always fix stupid. Now, what that means is some folks think you get the Holy Ghost, get filled with the Holy Ghost, and everything's just a-okay and instantly, miraculously, everything changes. But what scripture lets me know that when I get the Holy Ghost truly in me, I will be teachable. I don't lean on my own understanding. I want to be taught by the word and by those who God has anointed to teach me. In fact, Jesus said it this way in John 14:26. But the comforter, which is the HOLY GHOST, WHOM THE father will send in my name, who's talking Jesus, by the way, there's a little insight. The comforter, which is the HOLY GHOST, WHOM THE FATHER will send my name, he shall teach you all things. >> IF YOU AREN'T TEACHABLE, YOU HADN'T GOT FULL OF THE HOLY Ghost yet. >> I'm here to tell you THAT RECEIVING THE HOLY GHOST, THE INITIAL EVIDENCE, THAT'S THE FIRST EVIDENCE. YOU DON'T HAVE A FIRST unless there's more. I'm still preaching. Some folks are seeking for tongues. You remember Elder Johnny James said you don't need to seek for tongues. He said that's like when you go into a shoe store said you if you go into a shoe store to buy a pair of shoes. He said you don't go in and say I want to buy a pair of tongues. He said, "You go in and buy a pair of shoes and the tongues come with it." >> If you want the Holy Ghost, yes, speaking with tongues is THE INITIAL, THE FIRST evidence of receiving THE HOLY GHOST. BUT AFTER THAT, YOU WILL BECOME TEACHABLE. YOU WILL BE LOOKING FOR AND SEARCHING FOR MORE REVELATION BECAUSE HE SAID, "HE SHALL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS AND BRING ALL THINGS TO YOUR REMEMBRANCE WHATSOEVER I SAID UNTO YOU. PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU. MY PEACE I GIVE UNTO YOU. NOT AS THE WORLD GIVETH GIVE I UNTO YOU. LET YOUR HEART BE LET NOT YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED. Neither be afraid. That's Jesus words. WHY IS IT WHEN WE'RE FACING A STORM WHEN WE'RE FACING A TRIAL, WE'RE NOT GETTING TOTALLY DESPONDENT, BUT WE'LL RUSH TO AN ALTAR LIKE WE DID TODAY AND SAY, "GOD, I NEED YOUR PEACE. THE HOLY GHOST IS DOING A WORK IN MY LIFE. THERE'S GOING TO BE TROUBLE. THERE'S GOING TO BE EMERGENCY NEEDS in your life. NEVER MISTAKE. YOU'RE GOING TO FACE TRIALS, TESTS, DIFFICULTIES. But you see, when you've got the Holy Ghost in you, the Holy Ghost will teach the heathen out of you. That's called revelation. >> We must be te teachable. Remember, every one of us have a heathen background. I'll say it again. If you're finding little white speckles on your shoulders, you might need dandruff shampoo. That's not angel dust. 1 Corinthians 6:9 says, "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God. Be not deceived, neither fornicators, nor idol idolattors, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, NOR DRUNKERS, NOR REVILERS, NOR EXTORTIONERS, SHALL inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you, and such were me, and such was my bloodline, and such was MY ANCESTORS, AND SUCH IS WHAT I AM. I WAS ALL PART OF THAT LIST. >> BUT YE ARE WASHED. >> YE ARE SANCTIFIED. YE ARE JUSTIFIED. HOW? IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS AND BY THE SPIRIT OF OUR GOD. LET ME TELL YOU, WHEN YOU GET THE HOLY GHOST DOWN INSIDE YOU AND LET HIM START WORKING THROUGH YOU AND TEACHING YOU, HE'LL BRING YOU PEACE WHEN YOU'RE UNCOMFORTABLE. HE'LL BRING YOU JOY WHEN YOU'RE SAD. HE'LL BRING YOU DELIVERANCE WHEN YOU'RE BOUND. AND MOST OF ALL, HE HAS SALVATION FOR YOU. THAT'S MY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN. >> You see, here's that comprehensive safety. We're washed. We're cleansed. How? First John 1:7. BUT IF WE WALK IN THE LIGHT AS he is in the light, WE SHALL HAVE FELLOWSHIP ONE WITH ANOTHER. AND THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST, HIS SON, CLEANSETH us from all sin. There's the cleansing. The blood of Christ. Now, if we're still stuck on how smart we are, if we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess OUR SINS, HE IS FAITHFUL and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Confessing your sins is going before the one that can conf that can forgive your sins. That's not getting up and giving a a public proclamation. I've done this and I've done that and I've done good for you. I can't do a thing about it. You need to confess your sins to the one that can cleanse you and forgive your sins. You need to find an altar of repentance. SAY, "GOD, I'M SORRY FOR MY SIN." And if you need TO ITEMIZE IT, TELL HIM ABOUT IT. He knows. But tell him about it. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS I'M GOING TO REPENT. I'M SORRY FOR MY SINFUL WAYS. >> If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, CLEANSE US FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS. IF WE SAY THAT WE HAVE NOT SINNED, we make him a liar and his word's not in. That's called repentance. We're sanctified. That means we're made holy. We're consecrated. We start living a life free from sin. We're justified. We're conforming to that fact and reasoning. We're taking on his name. We're obeying the Acts 2:38 message. Our own human intellect will not save us. It takes the power of the Holy Ghost to do so. But let me hasten. If we aren't careful who have experienced this wonderful plan, we we can become lazy and cavalier with the plan he's given us. Jeremiah 10 1 said, "Hear ye the word of which the Lord speaketh unto you, oh house of Israel. Thus saith the Lord, learn not the way of the heathen. Be not dismayed at the signs of the heavens, for the heathen are dismayed at them. Some of the things that this old world gets so upset about. We need to be smarter than that. We've got an emergency management plan for our souls. For the custom of the people are vain. For one cutth a tree out of the forest, and workketh of the hands of the workmen with the axe, and they deck it with silver, and with gold. They fasten it with nails and with hammers that it moveth not. They are upright as a palm tree, but speak not. They must need to be born because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, neither also is it much is it in them to do good. Don't be intimidated by the idols of this world, either good or bad. They can't help you and they can't hurt you. For as much there is none like unto thee, oh Lord. Thou art great and thy name is great in might. Who would not fear thee, O king of nations? For to thee doth it appertain? For as much as among all the wise men of the nations, and all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee. But they are altogether brutish and foolish. The stock is a doctrine of vanities. The doctrine of vanities is simply finely crafted and decorated idols that cannot speak. They can't go. They're nothing to be afraid of. You know, some businesses post signage to tell how many days they have operated free of accidents. You seen those? We've been this many days. Maybe we as the church need to put that up spiritually. For if we aren't vigilant, we can adopt bad habits and we can become cavalier or lazy or apathetic in our walk with God. You see, safety procedures are sometimes cumbersome, and to many, they appear to limit one's freedoms. Steeltoed boots, they're probably not the most comfortable till you drop a heavy pipe on your foot. Hard hats, safety glasses, seat belts, and car seats, TSA lines, metal detectors, visitors passes, and locked doors. But in the spirit, biblical separation from the world, habits of consistent church attendance, financial disciplines in giving, active praise and worship, disciplines of consistent prayer and fasting in our lives. These are all spiritual safety MEASURES WHICH PROTECT US and keep us spiritually safe. Ephesians said it this way. Finally, my brother. I said finally. Praise team musicians. Get ready. I SAID FINALLY. HE SAID FINALLY my brethren be strong in the Lord and in the power OF HIS MIGHT. PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR of God that ye may be able to stand against the ws of the devil. THE WILDS DEFINED as the devious AND CUNNING STRATEGYS EMPLOYED IN MANIPULATING OR PERSUADING SOMEONE TO DO WHAT one wants. Satan is trying every way to manipulate us. His attack is consistent and constant. And you see, statistics show that many accidents occur when individuals are on vacation. In part because of the carefree, light-hearted, reckless attitudes that we can develop when we're out of our routine. It's not wrong to vacation. It's not wrong to take a respit from time to time. But if you take a respit from serving God, if you find yourself lowering the safety things that God has put in place to protect you spiritually, you can become spiritually vulnerable and head to a catastrophic spiritual accident. Stand with me tonight. I would tell you I want to find safety in the name of the Lord. The Psalmist said, "Some trust in chariots, some in horses, but we will remember the name of the Lord our God." Proverbs said, "The name of the Lord is a strong tower. The righteous runth in to it." and what is safe. Aren't you thankful to know the name of the Lord? Aren't you thankful for the revelation of who Jesus is? Our security and our safety is in him. The Psalmist finally said, "I will both lay me down in peace and sleep, for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety. No matter what you've done, no matter where you've been, no matter where you're coming from, you are not too far from the safe hands of Jesus tonight. The things that have troubled you in your life, Jesus wants to give you peace. He wants you to have the security to be able to lay your head on a pillow and rest and to be able to proclaim that I am safe in him. I can sleep well in him. Our praise team sings a song and I've asked them to get that song ready that says, "Falling in love with Jesus." Falling in love with Jesus is the best thing that I've ever done. And there's a phrase in that song that says this. It says, "In his arms, I feel protected. Aren't you thankful for the safety that you feel in the arms of Jesus? Aren't you thankful even right now in this house with all the tumult with all the troubles that are around us that we can come together in his house? Lord, in your arms, I feel safety. Listen, IF YOU'RE IN THIS HOUSE tonight and something's been troubling you, there's been a storm, there's been a catastrophe in your life, I'm here to tell you, YOU'RE SAFE IN HIS ARMS. IF YOU'LL FOLLOW HIS PRECEPTS, IF YOU WILL FOLLOW AND BE LED BY HIS JUDGMENTS, he has a plan of safety for you. As the praise team begins to sing that song, I would open this altar for us. Say, "God, I want to be safe in your arms this night. Lord, I want to once again review the safety that you've set for me and my family. It's the greatest thing I've ever done is falling in love with you, Jesus. >> Falling in love." >> Sing it. with Jesus. >> Would you fall in love with him over and over and over again? >> Falling in love. >> Yeah. >> With Jesus. >> Falling in love with Jesus was the best thing I've ever ever done. >> Sing it out to the Lord. Savior, I praise you. Savior, I thank you for the safety and security that I feel in your house with the knowledge of your direction, your protection. Lord, the procedures of safety that governs and protects our families and another generation. God, let me never grow lax. Lord, let me never be afraid to follow the things that you have set aside for me to be safe and secure in your life. God, I believe you. I thank you. I praise you. Jesus name I pray. Amen. And amen
