the doctrines taught by and preached by the apostles so we're apostolic in doctrine but we're also apostolic and lifestyle we're apostolic in worship we're apostolic in holiness can somebody say praise the lord amen but there's another aspect to apostolic that i don't i don't want us to ever lose sight of and that is i want to be apostolic in power and in demonstration of the holy ghost lately my heart has been heavy because there are several people we all know somebody right now who falls into this category people who desperately need a miracle amen miracles are part of the apostolic experience amen the bible says god confirmed the word with signs following amen some bemoan the lack of miracles in the modern church but i beg to differ god is still working miracles now there might be a lack of faith but i don't believe god has ever changed i know he's never changed amen amen many could give similar testimonies uh to what i'm about to say i've lived now as an apostolic christian for nearly 42 years i personally in this in that span of time personally witnessed god do a number of notable miracles i've seen blind eyes opened on three different occasions i've seen more demons cast out than i care to keep track of i've seen deaf ears unstopped i've seen the mute speak i've seen cancers healed all glory to god amen i've seen paralyzed legs immediately receive strength on three different occasions people got up from their so-called death beds and went back to their families amen and one time sister namey and i witnessed a woman that i believe was truly dead i'm not a doctor but but by all appearances she was truly dead that we witness or brought back to life now people when a missionary says something like that so often the reactions are so funny oh all that happened overseas as though that made some kind of difference but i want you to know a lot of those miracles i mentioned happen right here in the united states of america amen somebody shout praise the lord amen so god is still working amen somebody shout praise the lord but to be honest and fully candid with you i've also seen many times when we prayed and believed and the healings did not come where the sick got sicker the cancer did not melt away and the dead stayed there's a dead i don't pretend to know the answer to and that is why do miracles happen sometimes and and not others some question does that mean god loves some people more than any other than others of course not god for god so loved the world he gave his only begotten son amen is it because of a lack of faith well perhaps sometimes but not always the fact of the matter is god is sovereign amen but i want to talk tonight about how how do we get a miracle well first of all we have to ask in prayer john 14 14 is one of the most beautiful and succinct promises in the word of god it says if you shall ask anything in my name i will do it wow it's a simple promise it's easy to remember amen and it's easy to believe amen so one is ask in in jesus name and two is believe that you will receive jesus said according to your faith be it unto you amen matthew 9 but what if it doesn't happen you pray you believe you ask what if it doesn't happen well first thing i would say is search yourself perhaps you're asking amiss james spoke about that asking for the wrong reasons asking for personal benefit that doesn't really glorify god so search yourself if that's not the case well then go back and pray again ask in jesus name again i like what pastor carpenter said on sunday night keep on praying amen keep on believing amen amen and the final analysis we just need to trust god but i've been asking myself is there anything else we can do beyond praying and believing that might some way facilitate miracles and i want to share with you something from the scriptures tonight i believe that there's at least one more thing that we can do beyond just praying and believing could you go with me now to luke chapter 23 beginning of verse number 32. and there were also two other male factors led with him to be put to death and when they were come to the place which is called calvary there they crucified him and the malefactors one on the right and the other on the left verse 34 then said jesus father forgive them for they know not what they do and they parted his raiment and cast lots going down to verse 44 and it was about the sixth hour and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour and the sun was darkened and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst and when jesus had cried with a loud voice he said father into thy hands i commend my spirit and having said thus he gave up the ghost now when the centurion saw what was done he glorified god saying certainly this was a righteous man let's pray together father we thank you tonight for your word we're asking right now god for you to anoint not only us tonight but anoint god the ears of every listener god here in the house but out in the around the world on the world wide web god we pray that you would move in every home in every location where people might be watching this broadcast let faith rise god let understanding god dawn on hearts and god let lives forever be changed by your miraculous power and these things we ask in jesus precious name i'll begin tonight with seven important lessons from the bible about forgiveness i'm going to go fast through most of this so stick with me the first is found in ephesians chapter 4 verse 31 it says let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and evil speaking be put away from you with all malice and be ye kind to one another now there's a there's a message right there for our age amen oh people would just be kind to one another we wouldn't have a lot of problems we're having right now tenderhearted then he said forgiving one another even as god for christ's sake hath forgiven you now i love how the english standard version renders verse 32 the last part of that verse it says forgiving one another as god in christ forgave you another one god scripture even the way they've rendered it amen so what's the lesson here lesson number one is we are to forgive others because god has forgiven us that's not too deep to understand next let's go to matthew 18 21 then come came peter to him and said lord how oft shall my brother sin against me and i forgive him until seven times jesus saith unto him i say not unto thee unto seven times but unto unto seventy times seven all right so lesson number two is not not only are we to forgive one another we're to be very forgiving of one another amen now sister namey no doubt gets tired of me reminding her about this verse because i'm a frequent offender amen amen but aren't you glad that that god practices what he preaches amen amen i'm so glad for the forgiveness of god amen don't let the devil ever trick you into believing that because you you made a mistake because you committed a sin uh because you got weak in the flesh and and you failed god that that it's all over and there's no more hope for you that's nothing but a lie from the pit of hell what do you do when you when you get knocked down you get up amen learn from your mistakes amen make up your mind not to repeat them amen and go on and live a productive life for god next is matthew chapter 5 beginning at 23 therefore it thou bring that gift to the altar and there and there remembers that thy brother hath ought against thee leave there thy gift before the altar and go thy way first be reconciled to that brother and then come and offer thy gift lesson number three an unforgiving spirit will hinder your walk with god it'll hinder your worship and your walk with god i want you to notice that in god's eyes reconciliation takes precedence takes priority over worship people get the wrong idea they'll they'll get sideways with one another they'll come to church and they'll just put try to put that out of their mind and try to press through and worship but they wonder why they can't get a breakthrough like they'd really like to get it it's because you need to reconcile with your brother before your worship will actually begin to click with god he puts a priority precedence on reconciliation amen let's go to the next one matthew chapter 6 14. if you forgive men their trespasses your heavenly father will also forgive you but if you forgive not men their trespasses neither will your father forgive your trespasses lesson number four we cannot receive forgiveness unless we forgive others forgiveness is not optional well it is unless you want to go to heaven if you want to go to heaven it's really not optional all right let's move on mark chapter 11 verse 25 and when you stand praying forgive if you have ought against any that your father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses lesson number five we must forgive even if the other person never acknowledges his fault some people are like well i'll forgive once he comes to me and begs for forgiveness that doesn't work with god you need to forgive even if he's if that person never asks for forgiveness it doesn't matter either whether you feel justified in holding that grudge the truth is someone may have really done you wrong i get that that happens it happens too often but you still need to forgive even if that person never asks for forgiveness never makes a move towards god never never humbles himself you need to forgive if you want to go to heaven somebody shout praise the lord it usually gets quiet when i preach on forgiveness but it might just be because the house is not so full tonight lesson number six i wanna is the bible way to settle things is found in matthew chapter 18. beginning at 15 moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone if he shall hear thee thou hast gained thy brother but if he will not hear thee then take with thee one or two more that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established and if he shall neglect to hear the church let him be unto thee as a heathen man and as a publican oh if people would just follow the word of god if they would just follow these instructions how many problems would the ministry be able to avoid having to deal with so often the problem is is people are they're doing everything but following jesus's instruction jesus said if you've got a problem with the brother go to him now notice he didn't say text him he didn't say call him on the telephone he didn't say you know send him a letter or anything like that he said go to him you see there's there's no substitute for an eyeball to eyeball meeting when it comes to reconciliation and let me just tell you it's worth the effort it's worth the effort because the brother gained is a trust it is a treasure when you when you win backer brother now i i've had occasion to put this in practice now more than one occasion amen and it's it's a wonderful thing when two brothers can can sit down together there's been some kind of friction between them what i found out more often than not it's all over misunderstandings it's usually some kind of this just somebody heard something wrong or totally took something in in a way that it wasn't intended and and and then when the brothers sit down and talk about it they they realize oh my goodness i i got it all wrong i understood it all wrong so jesus he gives us the answer if you've got a problem with the brother a problem with the sister seek them out go to them sit it down sit down face to face and work it out just tell them what what it's all about and let me tell you something else jesus never said tell everybody else about it first and that's the problem most of us that just ends up just multiplying the problem you you neglected step one which was tell your brother and then you started to tell well everybody else you know what this brother did to me let me let me tell you what he did to me and and then and then you tell you then that one tells somebody else and then you before you know it what could have been worked out very simply and very easily becomes a really much larger problem than it needed to be in the first place amen amen you know what else jesus didn't say he didn't say post your grievances on social media now i know folks in america don't do that so i'm talking to the folks in asia right now that's no don't don't don't be posting on facebook or twitter with somebody with your issues with somebody else follow what jesus said go to them and what you'll find is that more times than not you won't have to go to the next level the two or three witnesses you won't have to take it before the church because you're able to settle it one-on-one when you meet with them amen somebody shout praise the lord someone said to error is human to forgive divine that's not a bible quote but it sure rings true the lessons we've gone over are not hard to understand they're not hard to understand but they can be very difficult to put into practice it really isn't in our human nature to forgive we struggle with forgiveness probably more than anything else the bible says that they were first called christians at antioch that's because they were christ-like i want to be christ-like how about you and i can't think of anything more christ-like than forgiveness than forgiveness amen that leads me to lesson number seven where i want to spend most of my time tonight when you begin to look at forgiveness closely in the bible you might note that there's usually a miracle nearby let's go to mark chapter 2 beginning at verse number 5. when jesus saw their faith he said unto the sick of the palsy this is when the friends of the crippled man tore open the roof and lowered him down before jesus so in that dramatic moment jesus saw that sick man and if i'd have been jesus i'd i i would have surely grabbed the moment and said be healed or something like that but i'm not jesus no jesus saw much deeper than than me than than we would have he said son thy sins be forgiven thee the man is crippled he needs a healing but jesus said son your sins are forgiven you you see this man had more disabilities than just his physical ailments he had a sin problem but there were certain of the scribes sitting there and reasoning in their hearts why does this man speak blasphemies who can forgive sins but god only that's a great question and immediately when jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reason within themselves he said unto them why reason he these things in your hearts whether it is easier to say of the sick of the palsy thy sins be forgiven thee or to say arise and take up thy bed and walk but that you may know that the son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins he saith unto the sick of the palsy i say unto thee arise and take up thy bed and go into thine house and immediately he arose took up the bed and went forth from them all hallelujah amen in so much that they were amazed and glorified god saying we never saw it on this fashion jesus addressed the most important problem first the man had a sin problem then he addressed his physical problem and i'm so glad that he demonstrated that he has power on earth to forgive sins amen who can forgive sins but god only that's right because that's who forgave the sins that day jesus christ is none other than god manifest in the flesh amen so there you have forgiveness and a miracle following let's go to john chapter 8 beginning at verse 3 and the scribes and pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery and when they had set her in the midst they say unto him master this woman was taken in adultery in the very act now moses in the law commanded us that such should be stoned but what sayeth thou this they said tempting him that they might have to accuse him but jesus stooped down and with his finger wrote on the ground as though he heard them not so when they continued asking him he lifted himself up and said unto them he that is without sin among you let him first cast a stone at her and again he stooped down and wrote on the ground now wouldn't you love to know what jesus wrote on the ground the bible doesn't tell us but i note that he wrote twice and i'm just gonna let my mind run a little while my imagination if i if if i might the the scribes and the pharisees they brought this woman into before jesus it was all a setup they were trying to catch him in an impossible situation if he if he was gonna uh say yeah that's what the law says he had a stoner well then he would lose they calculated he would lose his following and his popularity among the people but if he but if he said uh though well we're just going to forgive the woman we're going to overlook that then they would accuse him of not honoring the law of moses they thought they had him in in this trap and they said the law says stoner stone this adulteress and he just got down and he starts writing and my mind runs to leviticus chapter 20 verse 10 as i'm thinking that's not exactly what the law says what the law says is it says stone both the adulterer and the adulteress so maybe jesus is like well that's not exactly right here's what it really says adulterers meaning the men and the adulteress he got really quiet while he was riding then he said he that is without sin among you let him first cast a stone at her and he got down again and wrote on the ground now i'm thinking he's writing out names dates places okay rabbi number one girl number two such and such a date rabbi number two girl number three and one by one all the accusers vanished lo and behold it's just jesus and the woman left on the scene amen the bible says verse 9 and they which heard it being convicted by their own conscience went out one by one beginning at the eldest even unto the last and jesus was left alone and the woman standing in the midst when jesus lifted himself up had lifted up himself and saw none but the woman he said unto her woman where are those then accusers had no man condemn thee she said no man lord and jesus said unto her neither do i condemn thee go and sin no more amen so the miracle here jesus forgives the woman and all of her accusers are gone amen of course the other miracle is jesus totally turned the situation around they tried to trap him but he turned the situation completely around the woman's accusers disappeared isn't that like our god amen when he when we receive his forgiveness all the accusations not only vanish god himself forgets our sins hebrews 10 verse 17 it says their sins and their iniquities will i remember no more now you and i think of forgetfulness as being a human frailty but because as people get older i won't mention any political uh candidates running for president they tend to kind of lose their faculties maybe lose their lose their thinking ability amen and uh and we think oh it's so sad to see them losing their memory but the fact of the matter is you and i do not have the ability really to forget when things happen we can we can't really put them out of our mind we have no mechanism but god is greater than this somehow god in his infinite power has developed a way where he can forget our past can somebody shout praise the lord he said i will remember them no more no matter what you've done you talk about a miracle amen well all your sins amen they're no longer before god he doesn't see them when you receive his forgiveness he doesn't see them anymore hallelujah amen i want to go back to our original text in the book of luke chapter 23. we wrote the scene there of course is the crucifixion when you look at the different uh versions matthew mark luke and john all record uh the crucifixion of christ in in pretty extensive details but every every one of those accounts is somewhat different and it's it's very very enlightening to look at each of the accounts and and compare them uh carefully and stu and and study them when you do so things begin to to come out and you'll notice that each of them has a a part here and there that the others don't seem to have matthew for example he is he's the only one that mentions the graves opening and the and the and the old testament dead being resurrected wouldn't you love to know more about that amen mark along with matthew and and luke mentioned simon the cyrene as being the one that carried jesus's cross but but mark is the only one that mentions that he was the father of rufus and alexander two names that show up later in the gospels john on the other hand he's the only one that mentions the conversation between jesus and his mother mary and and the disciple that jesus loved no doubt john so you've got to look at it all together to get a complete picture and luke interestingly is the only one that records the words father forgive them for they know not what they do amen now it's important to understand that the gospel writers were not always concerned about arranging their material in a strictly chronological order luke though has frequently been recognized as being a very precise historian and more than any of the others his gospel seems to be arranged with careful attention to chronology in fact if you read his introduction he talks about setting forth in order the the events of jesus's life both matthew and mark also mentioned the tearing of the veil and they place it immediately after they mention it immediately after recording jesus's death but it's interesting to note that luke carefully places the rending of the veil just before the death of jesus christ now i always preached i taught that the tearing of the veil happened when jesus died on the cross but if we are to take luke's order for the event that's not quite precisely correct now jesus was dying on the cross and he did die in that period of time but here's the the series of events as recorded by luke jesus says father give them for they know not what they do the sun goes dark for three hours from noon till three o'clock there's a great earthquake the graves open the dead of the old testament are walking the streets of jerusalem at the time of that earthquake there's a rending of the veil in the temple what is the significance of the tearing of the veil i think we most people under the sound of my voice probably understand but that veil in the temple it was a barrier between the holy place where the priests ministered every day keeping the fire burning on the altar of incense the candle lit on the on the golden candlestick fresh bread on the on the table of showbread the priest ministered in the holy place every day but there was a veil that separated the 20 by 10 foot holy place from the smaller 10 by 10 foot cubic area behind the veil which was called the holiest of holies and the ho and that veil represented a barrier between man and god it signified that no one was worthy to go into the presence of the almighty and only one man the high priest for that year was allowed to go into the holiest of holies and it was to happen on the holiest day of the year the day of atonement and he was to bring blood with him first of his as a sacrifice for his own sins and then also for the sins of his people and only one man in all of creation was allowed to go pass the veil into the holy place and ex and experience the presence of god but as as jesus was dying on the cross as his blood was being shed forgiveness was flowing from his mouth and blood was flowing from his body and during that time miracles are happening the sky is turning black the heavens are groaning the earth is shaking and god tears the veil making a way for all mankind to be able to go into the very presence of the of the lord fred amen we are so blessed to live in the apostolic age amen because we can come boldly anytime we want amen before the throne of grace we can lift our hands at any time and feel the presence of god oh somebody on a shelf praise the lord and it all began with forgiveness it all began when jesus said father forgive them for they know not what they're doing thank god there is miraculous power and forgiveness and i want everybody to understand both here in the world wide web you have the power to work to loose miraculous power amen in your life how by forgiving people by forgiving people you can create a miracle that will change their life for the better and when you forgive people it'll also change you for the better on november 16 1998 cindy murakami and her 11 year old daughter chelsea were pulling out of a parking lot on hillsboro avenue in tampa florida when they were hit by a speeding car cindy's husband bruce happened to be in a nearby to be nearby in another vehicle as he approached the scene of the accident he saw his family's minivan engulfed in flames i can't imagine the horror as he began to realize that was his very own wife and daughter trapped inside there were conflicting witness reports the police initially concluded that cindy carelessly pulled out into oncoming traffic but bruce never believed it he spent the next three years pursuing justice he went to extraordinary lengths to uncover the truth he hired a private investigator he sought out and interviewed eyewitnesses and eventually he was able to establish that the driver of the other vehicle had been speed racing with yet another vehicle when the accident happened the police finally arrested the the teen offender as the trial begins mr murakami asked for a meeting with the defendant you see when he saw the boy he didn't look like the monster that he had imagined him to be justin cabezas was just a normal teenager who made a terrible mistake he's thoroughly guilt-ridden and terribly sorry for what he did his life's also been turned upside down and now he's facing 30 years in prison the meeting deeply affected bruce murakami he thought about his own sons who were similar in age to justin how easily it could be maybe one of them in the same situation he finally comes to grips with the fact that his wife and daughter are never coming back and sending justin to prison just seems like another waste terrible waste and tragedy under the law justin deserves a harsh penalty he's responsible for two deaths and bruce has every right to demand it but he decides instead to forgive he pleads with the court not to sentence the boy to prison an idea begins to form in his mind in his mind about how to possibly turn the tragedy into something good he asked the judge he said he said perhaps justin and i could work together to talk to young drivers about the dangers of speed racing and the judge was moved also justin ended up getting a light sentence three years of house arrest in 300 hours of community service working with mr murakami they end up doing hundreds of school assembly talks warning about warning high schoolers about the dangers of street racing instead of 300 300 hours of community service justin ends up putting in more than 3 000 hours together bruce and justin speak collectively to more than 500 000 students all across america justin ended up dying of cancer in 2018 but before that he established a successful real estate career forgiveness is is truly miraculous one man's forgiveness completely changed the course of a young man's life you have the power today to change somebody's life by forgiving them and in the process no doubt you'll also be changed think about joseph old testament joseph he forgave his brothers and in so doing he doubtless changed the course of history would there even be a nation of israel if joseph had not forgiven his brothers think about it if he had been spiteful they were likely perished in the famine jesus nailed them jesus forgave them who nailed him to the cross amen that's not only the centurion and the soldiers but that's you and i because it's our sins that nailed him to the cross he did no wrong that he should have been punished for but because of his forgiveness the whole world can enjoy salvation tonight whosoever will can experience the mercy of god stefan think about him acts chapter 7 he was stoned to death at the feet of a young man by the name of saul that event pricked that zealous rabbi in his heart he couldn't get it out of his mind perhaps he'd seen other stonings and those that are being injured yelling cursing those who are throwing the rocks at him but not stefan as he's dying stefan's dying words are lord don't let this sin don't lay the sin to their charge so like our jesus who said father forgive them i believe the pricks that were going at saul's heart were the words of stefan how could this man forgive those who are killing him i don't get it i don't understand it what is it about these christians no matter what we do to them they're they never revile they never fight back they're always speaking about forgiveness i don't understand this and as these things are going through his mind he has an encounter with jesus christ on the road to damascus and you know the story of his conversion the great persecutor and tormentor of the church is converted and becomes the greatest missionary the world has ever seen it all began with forgiveness hallelujah i'm telling you tonight there is miraculous power and forgiveness think about it peter preached forgiveness on the day of pentecost he said repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of jesus christ for the remission for the reform the forgiveness of sins and three thousand were baptized on that day amen let's preach forgiveness let's practice forgiveness let's promote forgiveness and miracles are sure to follow amen i'll try to hurry to a close amen i'll never forget november 16 2011. i was in the country of nepal with pastor roberto nino from the philippines at the invitation of missionary paul moorefield at that time we're also with bishop narendra baral bishop baral asked us to go and pray for a woman who was a backslider from his church as we were walking to this lady's home he told us her story she was a hindu woman that was converted but because of family pressure she little she just finally caved in quit coming to church allowed the idols to come back into her house years had passed and now something happened to her you never explained the the cause of her paralysis but but he explained that she she'd been to many doctors spent all her money in fact she'd just come back from a trip to india to go to specialists and they had no answer they had no solution and when we went into her home she was laid on her bed and she was so pitiful just somebody propped her up but she had no use from basically the hips down no use of her legs couldn't feel them and we felt led of god to speak through pastor baron to her and what we told her was this god can truly heal your legs we're confident that god can heal your legs sister and we're going to pray for that but before we do there's something more important than the healing of your of your legs and that's the salvation of your soul we want you to know that no matter what you've done no matter how far from god you feel like you've gotten god still loves you and if you'll turn your heart back to him he will forgive you as we were speaking through the interpreter her eyes welled up and tears began to roll down her face just a few moments we encourage her to lift her hands and we watch as god gloriously filler with the baptism of the holy ghost all over again she was shouting oh we all were rejoicing in that room it was it was something to behold and in in that in that moment when faith was high and forgiveness was flowing we felt led of god so we just let's see what god will do let's stand her up and let's believe god i'll never forget as three men maneuvered her so that her legs were dangling off the bed one man on one side i believe was bishop brawl here and brother moorfield on the other side two big men one on each side she's probably not much more than a hundred pound lady but they were on each side because they didn't want something bad to happen they didn't want her to collapse or anything bad and i'll never forget watching those limp lifeless dead legs as they as they they were just flopping as as they moved her off as they moved her legs off the bed and i'm i'm positioned directly in front of her and i'm looking down at her feet and the moment her feet touched the ground instantly she received strength she let out a shriek i don't know what she was saying because it was not in english but she she planted both of those feet she threw her arms back those big men went each direction and she began doing this shouting dancing praising god amen and somebody shall praise the lord amen i tell you that tonight just to remind you god is still a miracle worker amen if we want to have miracles miracles follow forgiveness for get get all the bitterness out of your heart maybe we've got i don't know if we've got a picture of the woman if they can put it up on the screen there she is i snapped this picture just a moment maybe within a minute of the time she received her healing right there in her bedroom in gorai dong province lee paul amen i am coming to a close hebrews 9 22 says and almost all things are by the law purged with blood and without shedding of blood is no remission the blood of jesus was shed for the remission of sins is what he said in matthew 26 28 remember remission means forgiveness the word in the greek is ephesus and it means forgiveness release deliverance and pardon jesus shed his blood so that we could experience his forgiveness and we know that miracles follow forgiveness forgiveness comes through the shed blood of jesus christ so it's no wonder that miracles follow preaching about the blood there's a reason the old-timers saying often about the blood of jesus christ amen i love new music i think the fac music team is the best well there's a few in the philippines are right up there with you all but there's some of the best in the world amen y'all doing great i love the new songs amen but i also like some of the oldies amen but i don't think we ought to put them completely out to pasture the old rugged cross there's power in the blood power power wonder working power then there's all the blood of jesus nothing but the blood the blood will never lose its power hallelujah oh we need some miracles there are many tonight who need miracles you at home i know there's many that are seeking god for miracles as we come to a close tonight i want us to lift our hands before god i want us to thank god for forgiveness i want us to thank god for the bloody oh because when we magnify jesus when we when we plead the blood amen forgiveness begins to flow and when forgiveness begins to flow miracles follow our nation needs a healing amen our homes need a he need healing amen we've got friends that need a miracle oh god we call upon you tonight we thank you for the blood of jesus we thank you for your wonderful miracle working power we thank you for your forgiveness tonight amen jesus's final commandment to his disciples as recorded by luke was that repentance and remission of sins forgiveness of sins should be preached in his name among all nations beginning at jerusalem mark records it this way and they went forth preached everywhere the lord working with them and confirming the word with signs following repentance and water baptism for the forgiveness of sins was preached and the lord confirmed the word with signs following we want to see miracles let's continue to preach repentance turning
