thank you brother Duron thank you all so much you can be seated to all of you who have a part at CAC I thank you the Lord is not finished here right I know that in this service time today we had class time where we could learn and then we had prayer time where we communicated with the master we've sung songs we have asked for God to intervene in our lives did anybody today cry out to the Lord and ask for him to do something in you come on identify I know I did and it could be a hundred different things in this room today what I really want us to see today is the simple truth of his word working in our life just simple Faith to believe that he works we can see his hand working as we lift him up and and then we begin to minimize ourselves and we we exchange the focal point and a lot of times in my life if I'm looking at me I get so distracted and I get so disgruntled because I'm the failure and the fault and all but if I'll turn my eyes towards Jesus things look a little different you know what I'm talking about come on God is still working in your life and in my life look at your neighbor and say God's working on you oh come on some of y'all feel like you need to tell them again God's still working on you tell them oh you got to let somebody know because somebody's lost the faith come on God is working on you he remains in control of all things his arm's not short because of the junk that you're trudging through every day but if we'll get our eyes off of the situation and focus on him the fact remains God is faithful God is faithful the writer of lamentation said it this way in chapter 3 verse 22 it is of the Lord's mercies that were not consumed it's compassions fail not they're new every morning everybody see this last phrase out loud with me you ready for it great Is Thy Faithfulness oh come on lift a hand Lord you're great God you're faithful you're faithful you're faithful the psalmist wrote it like this in 100 Make a Joyful Noise unto the Lord all you land serve the Lord with gladness come before his presence with singing no you're not the Lord he is God it is he that hath made us and not we ourselves we are his people and the Sheep of his pasture enter into his gates with Thanksgiving and into his courts with praise somebody you know it be thankful unto him and bless his name for the Lord is good his Mercy is Everlasting it's truth endureth to all Generations that's old testamenty things for those who would desire more of a modern if you will new testamenty thing the writer to the Hebrew said in 13 and 15 by him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name to do good and to communicate forget not for with such sacrifices God is well pleased to the Philippians and 4 and 4 it says rejoice in the Lord alway and again I say say it Rejoice let your moderation be known unto all men the Lord is at hand be careful for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God verse 7 and the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and Minds that through Christ Jesus how many are thankful today that God has a purpose for your life come on God has a plan for you he's working things out he knows what's going on if we praise him and love him according to his greatness then we'll always have something good and positive to say Amen we'll always be able to say you are God and you will always be God anybody here have a struggle in your life anybody here ever fall down wondering what was going on anybody here ever have a problem come your way and not know what to do with it I know I sure have look at your neighbor and say you too I want you to know some friend God has not updated his message board because he has a better thing that he wants to do God did not change his email address because he was tired of hearing from you but I've come to encourage somebody today God remains he's the one constant thing in this world he's the one constant thing in your life God remains as we sit here right now I'm asking you a question how big is God to you how great is God in your life how great is his name in your vocabulary where does God stand in your order of things in your life come on he's got to come to the place to where he leads you every day every day he gets honor and Glory no matter what come on loving him loving his word that has to be Paramount in your life because when you fall and when you fail you're going to need somebody to come and pick you up and put you back on the road hear me and it might not be your neighbor nor your friend but it will always be God who will be there you can call on him at any moment and he will demonstrate to you his connectedness to you I believe God's still on the throne and in control

then listen to me carefully I'll watch the clock we're okay restaurants are still open there once was a man who was very powerful very influential this man could speak and people would jump at his words his word was law of people followed in David was his name anybody ever heard of King David perhaps you know him or heard of it it was David who could who we can read about he desired to have fellowship with God so much so that even in the midst of his struggles we can read about worship and praise that he gave unto God you you read all through the psalms about those things oftentimes though we forget the details of how David came with such words and how he became a Wordsmith of his day listen carefully to Pastor it was through his struggle and his hurt that he developed a relationship with God in the midst of his pain and suffering from the choices that he made that he would see light and he would see God's possibilities for his life why does it matter what God says if you're working contrary to his plan I'll tell you what David would declare you can read about it in the Psalms that he penned in the music that he wrote why because the fact of the matter is this we're all going to make a mistake now and again we're all going to stumble and fall now and again we're all going to have failures and faults that will hit us in our lives but I've come to tell you today friend listen carefully to Pastor sin better mean something in your life because you better understand the payday of the sin that you might inquire parents when you teach your children why are you teaching them what are you trying to help them understand you're trying to instruct them to be better people trying to help them not to be selfish and self-centered you're trying to help them when they fall and falter to get up and to continue to move forward that's what a parent does with your child is that right therefore you have to let your children understand Rights and Wrongs and how that it can't be suggestive come on you can't be right today wrong tomorrow about the same thing as my wife and I've said to multiple people if it was against the rule today it needs to be against the rule tomorrow is that all right but why you're trying to teach your child limits and boundaries you have to establish that every one of us God knows that we need boundaries we need no to know how to walk in this present world we need to know how to make decisions in this present world that's why the word of God is so vitally important in your life David he was anointed to be the king wasn't he as a as a Young Man but he also while being anointed to be king made mistakes so many of life's lessons that you and I can extract from the lives and the mistakes of Dave from the life of David his mistakes as I stand here today I want to remind us that there are powers that are working in our lives forces if you will that are trying to distract have you ever been distracted have you ever been driving down the road and be distracted you ever been doing your job at work and become distracted have you ever been sitting in church and never mind come on the stuff that drives you in and out of your daily walk how you decide thing come on there is salvation to be considered and there is sinful lifestyle to be considered and you've got to make sure that you've got those into a perspective in your life I would that none would perish the scripture reveals to us but you've got to make a choice you've got to make a decision am I going to let God be God or am I going to let myself become the god of my life how do you do good and then how do you handle it when you do wrong David taught us a lot give me just a moment here this afternoon to explain one of these situations the Bible tells us II Samuel it's one of the accounts in the Old Testament written like this this is the account of the Kings chapter number 12 verse 1 and the Lord sent Nathan unto David came to him and said to him there were two men in one city the rich one and the other poor the rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds but the poor man had nothing saved one little you lamb which he had bought nourished up and it grew up together with him with his children did eat of his own meat drank of his own cup laid his bosom and unto him he had him like a daughter at him like I had like a daughter and there came a traveler under the rich man and he spared to take his own flock and his own herd to dress in the way for the wayfaring man that was coming to him but he took the poor man's lamb and dressed it for the man that was come to him verse five notice what David did the Bible said David's anger was greatly kindled against the man and he said to Nathan as the Lord liveth the man that had done this thing shall surely die they shall restore the lamb fourfold because he did this thing and because he had no pity verse 7 simply says this Nathan said to David Thou Art the man thus saith the Lord God of Israel I Anointed The King over Israel delivered thee out of the hand of Saul I gave you thy Master's house thy Master's wives did I bosom bosom gave Thee the house of Israel and of Judah if it had been too little listen to this I would moreover have given unto thee such and such things wherefore hast thou despised the Commandment of the Lord to do this evil in his sight thou has killed Uriah the hittite with the sword has taken his wife to be thy wife and has slain him with a sword the children of Ammon David was deceiving himself because of the actions that he had taken listen carefully to Pastor it actually killed somebody because of his own personal desires David had sinned he brought a reproach to himself into the kingdom and Nathan was the prophet was the Seer was the voice of God that spoken to David when David needed a voice from God listen carefully though did you notice what happened in this rebuke as Nathan spoke the words unto David David did not rise up with righteous indignation David did not rise up with his hand to Simply stop what Nathan was saying but what David did according to the scripture you take the time you read it in second Samuel and you'll discover this is what he did he recognized that he was wrong and he accepted the rebuke that the voice of God gave to him he knew he was wrong therefore the Bible tells us specifically that he bowed his face towards the ground and with regret and shame he knew that he had done incorrectly he had done things contrary to what God had told him you can read the story for yourself but listen carefully to this according to the story the scripture says that the one that he took was Bathsheba removed her from her place brought to his place the Bible says he laid with her and she bear him a son but it was in that time when things should have been joyful because a child is born to the King instead there was shame and reproach the Bible said that the child was sick the child was barely hanging on to life and David as a man took off his Priestly robe and his kingly robe and he put on the the fasting and the the sackcloth and the ashes and he wept and he fasted and he laid on the ground and he wept and he prayed and he asked God to intervene only to find out that after a week of doing this the word came to him the baby has died David stood washed his face went back to his Palace put on clothes went in the Bible says that he ate we know the story there y'all stay with me for just a moment I want to share something with you David knew that he was wrong and it was God that came in and pointed a finger at him and said you have done this wrong and what you have declared has been a mark against you when David though knowing that he should have been put to death at that point knowing that life because of the sin that his whole nation would re would receive the same reproach understand something after that child died that when David's attitude and when his Spirit when his desire to want to love and to serve God when it came to him and when he declared that he would no longer walk in that way but he would walk according to the statutes of God listen to this carefully that Bathsheba now the wife that he had taken out of a wrong relationship listen to this she bore him a son it called his name Solomon I stand today at this podium and I declare to you that even in the midst of sorrow and shame the God of all creation can work even if you have failed faltered and Fallen flatter your face that there is a God Of Heaven that can come in and he can raise you up and he can establish your goings and he can make of you something that brings honor and Glory unto the Lord God the God of all of creation can indeed still move mountains the God of all creation can indeed still put lives back together I want somebody to hear what the preacher's saying today that if you will allow God to be God in your life regardless of the sin the mess that you've come through God can pick you up and he can make something out of your life that brings honor and Glory unto the Lord God

listen carefully please notice how David now writes a song in Psalm 51 have mercy upon me o God according to thy loving kindness according unto the multi two to thy Tender Mercies blot out my transgressions Wash Me throughly from mine iniquity and cleanse me from my sin for I acknowledge my transgressions my sin is ever before me against thee the only have I sinned and done this evil in thy sight that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest and be clear when thou judges verse 5 behold I was shaping in iniquity and incended my mother conceive me behold thou desire is truth in the inward Parts in the hidden part Thou shalt make me to no wisdom Purge me with hyssop and I shall be clean wash me and I shall be wider than snow make me to hear joy in gladness that the bones which thou has broken May Rejoice hide thy face from my sins blot out all of my iniquities create in me a clean heart oh God in renew a right Spirit Within Me cast me not away from thy presence take not thy Holy Spirit from me restore unto me the joy of thy salvation and uphold me with thy free spirit I stand at this Podium today and I declare for somebody sitting in this room God can restore God can restore why through all of the junk and all the mess and all the problems and all the sin and all the heartache and all the struggle that David had mentioned here why was it David's Chief concern to have lost the joy of God's salvation I need you to restore me God why because Joy in this present world can get you through all of life sufferings and heartaches and hurts I didn't say happy I said Joy no matter where you are right now God can pick you up no matter what mess your life is in right now David is a clear indication that God can restore Joy can return as God's hand works in your life if you will look to him he will let you know what to do with your mess if you'll make an honest effort to allow God's plan in your life he can set you on the right path as I stand here today at this Podium I simply am reaching for somebody's who perhaps you feel like that Joy has been stolen from you I'm not talking about happiness I'm talking about contentment and knowing God's plan is perfect for your life he can restore that understanding and knowledge to know God I can be brought back into your court David S King had every opportunity to invite into his courtroom anybody he wanted to could come into His presence any time he wanted we understand that don't we but the fact remains this that when you separate you hear me sin will separate you from God and when you feel separated from God you need joy to come back and the only way to get restoration into Joy is to understand that salvation comes from God it is his salvation that he gives to you come on bring a new testament I'll allow you to walk in there it is through the blood of Jesus Christ and the anointing of the Lord God that sin is dealt with that the thing that you have done can be cleansed and washed come on anybody understand the power of baptism those sins are remitted the price is paved is taken care of you don't have to walk under the weight of sin under the weight of all of your shame and regret but instead with upright arms and a mouthful of praise you can say I have been restored with joy knowing that I am content in you in my mix you did not leave me in my sin you did not abandon me but instead I understand now full well when I wake in the morning I better give him praise and glory and honor when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I don't have to be afraid why because I know that my God is in control of my life and I recognize the fact that God will remain oh God would you restore us today to a place where we really understand and comprehend God you're in control and we are submitted to that

whether Duron come help me please for a moment one of the greatest weapons of the enemy in this hour is shame and reproach you don't believe it go back to where it began in the Garden of Eden anybody remember that place I've never been there no okay God's word his voice and when the couple began to listen to another voice what did they try to do right Adam where are you buddy oh Adam Adam where are you bud I've hidden myself from you why Adam because I was naked I was exposed who who told you that you were who told you you were exposed uncovered who who told you that Adam did you partake of the tree that I told you not to did you touch that tree it how many knows there's nothing wrong with knowledge huh you gotta know things I mean you know how to drive I'm so glad you know how to drive and you're not just running around in cars on the road and just banging on things some of you do anyway anyway come on knowledge is not the problem but what God said to him was do not touch the tree of the knowledge of good and of evil because when you touch that evil will overtake you and you're going to need a way to get past that condemnation listen to me it is I'm telling you there is no new thing under the sun the enemy has no new weapons he doesn't drag out new stuff that he's inventing back in his r d Department no sir you know what he uses is the same weapons that he used back then he's using today if he can confuse you with God's promise and he can cause you to believe something that's a lie listen to me if the enemy can cause you then what you're going to do is have to try to hide yourself because you don't want God to be God in your life because what does God do with sin I won't touch it I can't come near it sin will separate us but you and I today have an advocate yeah we have a lawyer who will come into the courthouse into the courtroom and stand between you and death and he will declare I recognize that they sinned but I paid the price for that sin I know they deserve to die but I did so they could live very aware but they came against you but I stand here today with them and I restore them now the facts remain stand with me please everyone the facts remain we struggle with our Hang-Ups help me Justin Hertz and our yeah fitting we struggle with those because we deserve to after all the Hang-Ups and the habits and the hurts that we have there are no one else's butt ours and the fact remains is God only helps those who help themselves so much of that is of course somebody's way of trying to help you and encourage you and so we we begin to believe those things listen carefully to me please there is not one thing that I could ever do to deserve the blood of Jesus except submit myself to the blood of Jesus is the blood of Jesus enough to wash away your sin and today you need to submit yourself to that blood is the spirit of God strong enough to keep you in all of life situations then you better submit yourself to that spirit do you know what spirit is going to claim you and call you out of this world it's going to be that self-same spirit so today it's interesting that when when David knowing he was a mess up and knowing he was a failure knowing he's sinned outright murder outright adultery outright lie outright all of that junk what David did was take the position of Prayer I'm here Lord at your mercy and the truth is is that I did wrong and I am so sorry for that Bible gives us clear indication that David was a man that was after now wait a minute I thought God was a spirit How could a man go after the heart of God when God technically doesn't have a heart that okay I know we understand the the meaning behind it is simply this what God loves what he holds dear what he cherishes what he Cleaves to David was the one that said God more than anything I want you I want to know what how you feel what you do what you go through I want to embrace that it's interesting that that same man David his request was this restore to me the joy I've lost my contentment in you I've misplaced my security in you dropped my ability to believe you for everything I need to restore Joy thy Salve you're doing the work in me this altar is open right now it's this front place I want to invite everybody that will come would you come come on it might be right now your whole life is a mess and you've sinned you've messed up you've dropped the ball you've brought embarrassment whatever shame it doesn't matter this altar is open I want you to come right now with hands lifted High I want you to recognize the fact that God is still God he is still moving he is still in control come on he's still on the throne he still knows what he's doing he still has a plan come on somebody come on stretch yourself right now Lord I'm gonna believe in faith that you've got the answers that I'm looking for I love you Jesus I believe you can wash me Lord today oh come on somebody he can restore you right now yes he can come on somebody pray Jesus in the morning there will be Joy in the morning if it's not good then he's not done he's not done with it yet there will be joy in the morning in the morning there will be joy in the morning come on let's try come on you want the Holy Ghost it's here today it's a gift it's a gift come on come on get out of the way let God oh God I believe in you for great things right now Lord I believe in God Jesus you can wash me Lord you can make me right oh come on somebody Jesus I certainly do need you Jesus I'm sorry Lord for the mess that I've made my life would you please come it's not done with it oh God would you please come and move in my life morning oh come on that's right let the Holy Ghost work oh come on that's right power in the name of Jesus there is contentment in the name of Jesus come on let him bring you one more time unto his phone if it's not good Jesus I don't have to walk around with a frown sorry attitude Lord but I can I can love you and I can worship and serve you oh come on that's right in the morning I'm content in you Lord I am satisfied with you in the name of Jesus that's right come on come on prayer warriors thank you there will be joy in the morning there will be joy in the morning oh come on that try come on come on restore the joy Lord bring it back I know there's been mess-ups I know there's been hindrances I know that I have struck but I know that I have failed I know that I fell apart I know God that I've let you down I know Lord that I oh but God I'm coming to you I'm hungry for you today I need you holy God I need you holy God come on why don't you reach over and pray with somebody close to you today come on let's try pray with somebody close by here somebody's hungry for the holy ghost power to work in their lives that's right come on somebody's thirsty for the spirit of God to move in their situation in the name of Jesus oh that's right come on somebody run into the presence of the Lord I've come to love you Jesus oh I've come to love you Jesus I've come to bless your name Jesus come on that's right shout to somebody pray with them they're trying to come on in the name of Jesus thy kingdom come thy will be done thy kingdom come thy will be done Jesus in the name of Jesus that's right in the name of Jesus come on the word of God is truth today in this place the word of God is powerful today in this house the name of Jesus is glorious I bless your name I worship your name I magnify you God I magnify you God I lift up your wonderful name that's right come on Jesus I've come to love you Jesus have come to praise you come on would you pray with somebody come on me and go find somebody pray with ladies find somebody to gather up to pray with them in the name of Jesus Only God Can restore only God can bring back only the name of Jesus can restore today hallelujah hallelujah thank you that's right that's right that's right that's right come on we are completing him we are complete in him Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus the name of the name of Jesus glorify the name of Jesus we worship the name of Jesus restore Joy thy salvation today through all of the mess God you can bring us back foreign holy is your name holy is your name holy holy holy oh come on that's right come on God's restoring today God's putting things together today yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah you're holy God your word you're worth oh that's right come on I want to feel your glory I want to know you're real I want to embrace you Jesus I wanna fall in love with you again Jesus Jesus yeah yeah yeah yeah Worthy is the name Jesus sweet Jesus glorious savior to thankful you know the Lord today won't you take a moment right now and just love him come on lift your voice lift your hand to him salvation comes from you Jesus comes from you Jesus come on thank him for it Lord it is your name it is your hand it is your promise your word Jesus I love you today glad you know the Lord today praise God won't you reach around somebody there and just tell them how much you love them how much you believe God is doing great things in their lives come on encourage somebody today come on let somebody know you're praying for them that's right come on we need one another at this hour that's right holy is the Lord God so glad you came to the house of the Lord if you're a guest with us today if you've joined us online we are so glad that you did amen we've got a very busy week this week please pray for the kids that are at camps tomorrow night prayer Tuesday night celebrate Wednesday night bible study amen here we go here we go here we go stay as long as you want pray as long as you want I love you all have a wonderful week in the Lord greet somebody let them know that you're praying for him and believing in them come on in Jesus name go with God today
