let's go to matthew get your bible we're going to matthew uh while you're turning there are uh when we speak of the second coming which is our foundational topic for this month uh we there's a whole lot of speculation has anybody ever heard that jesus is coming anybody ever heard that okay there's a saying out there that says jesus is coming okay now you heard it uh generations and generations have i mean you see signs on the side of the interstate you know and here and there um people talk about the coming of the lord the the truth is even that there are books about it people come up with uh dates that they they do all the the numbers and they crunch all the holidays and the seasons and the moons and the full moons and the crescent moons and the harvest and between this and the blood moons and whatnot and and a lot of folk have a lot of interest in the second coming but i feel like i mean it only stands to reason that something that we quite honestly don't know when will happen it's it's it's very challenging to speculate would anybody here tonight in the room care to share a date with us that the lord's coming back anybody care to that i mean you know we we thought it was y2k back when i was uh i had not been married very long and there was a book came out 88 reasons why he should come in 88. uh and then then it didn't happen so it was 91 reasons why he should come in 91 god just kept coming up with you know um we thought that the uh turning of the 2000 1999 2000 we thought the computers would freak out that would be on and on um then recently we even talked about this earlier this year and even in the last year because of the cover the pandemic a lot of speculation looks like we've got this why this festival you go to the old hebrew and go to the old testament you find in your trade the fact is is all that is very interesting to me uh speculation is deep and wide the truth is we don't know when matthew 25 13 you ready for it 25 13. everybody knows this you've read it 100 times in fact you probably referred to this verse many times when you're talking to folk about the second coming watch therefore for you know neither the day nor the hour wherein the son of man cometh we don't know when but what is the the first words there of that particular verse to what to watch there has to be something in your heart in your mind in your spirit that says i've got to keep my eyes open for it even though i don't know when for humans that's a challenge that's a huge challenge do we know when uh do we know when your birthday is amazing birthday yeah december 22nd you just ruined christmas didn't you oh you you you blessed christmas that's every year you celebrate that right probably all month like the one sitting right behind you does yeah okay uh uh um christmas when is it december 20th thanksgiving okay you see there are some dates that you and i we we know cause they they're on the calendar but we can't go and put this date on the calendar so we're simply told he's coming watch all right stay with me when we look at the second coming if you'll recall last week anybody here last week we talked a lot about genesis revelation and the whole plan in between was that god did this from the beginning all the way to the end everything that happened between those two that we have written in our bible points to the fact that the culmination of what you and i understand as humans is there is a place prepared for us we don't know quite honestly when it will happen we're not sure quite honestly what it's going to look like because i'm not i've seen gold before but it was in in little pebbles or or and i don't even have a gold ring you know so yeah i don't know but to have a street of gold to have walls of jasper gate of a pearl do you see my point can anybody fathom that but we're supposed to watch for all that so what can happen in the heart and mind of of humanity even somebody that's blood-bought child of god baptized in jesus name what can happen in our hearts and in our minds because we don't know when it's going to happen what can happen to us do what we get distracted in fact some of us we know folk that that have lost heart in the whole process yeah it may or may not they might not say it but they they they act acted in other words they they stop believing that god is able to fulfill his word if you don't believe in heaven how can you believe that he can heal your body how can you believe that he can save a soul why would you even want these things if there was no heaven you know there have been in history i'm going to go to hebrews 9 just a second if you want to get your turn there hebrews 9 but there has been in history several groups of people that have decided in amongst themselves that heaven was not real at all and that you live you're born you live you're here and now then you're dead and you're gone and the only thing that people remember you for is the books or the the stories or the things that you tell after that there's nothing and some have even even gone as far to say that the rats are the second coming the taken away of of the church is something that humanity has made up hang on to me for just a moment hebrews 9 24 let's read a few verses here for christ has not entered into the holy places made with hands which are the figures of true of the true excuse but into heaven itself now to appear in the presence of god for us nor yet that he should offer himself often as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others for then verse 26 says must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself notice 27 and as it is appointed unto men wants to die but after this the judgment so christ was once offered to bear the sins of many and unto them that look for him shall he appeared the second time without sin unto salvation men have wondered about it looked at it we notice here the writer to the hebrew says jesus came and if he had to die over and over and over again for the sins of man it would never end for him why because humans are sinful people our nature if you will is sinful according to scripture and so hang on to me if we feel like that we want to believe another doctrine contrary to what the scripture says guess what we just did we placed jesus back on the cross we told him what he did before was not sufficient and he has to go through it again when the truth of the matter is he already went in he already played the pride paid the price he already did what he was supposed to do and it covers the sins of humanity now the part that you and i are challenged with can we truly believe that his second coming is for us is the plan of salvation enough when jesus stood the day in the the holy place if you will on that day everybody sitting around him somebody had to read the old old scrolls they handed it to jesus because they knew this guy's got something going on as a young boy he was in here blowing our minds as a teenager almost a teenager at 12 and then his whole life has been wrapped around doing this great stuff and now he's here jesus would you read the scroll he gets up and says and he begins to read and right after he began to read he coils it up hands it back to the priest that was in charge that day and went and sat down and the whole place did what now you can't do that you start reading it's disrespectful if you stop and jesus simply said well hey all of that that i just read guess what today i've come to fulfill this in other words everything that was spoken of was pointing to me and now everything that you hope for wanted desired from the old testament into this up to this point right now and into the future is going to be because i jesus says am fulfilling all of those prophecies and all of those things that were established listen friend who are we at this hour to say you know lord you might want to rethink this because a lot of folk are doubting you right now uh and they may not say for an example uh i doubt there's a heaven but you know what they're doing with their lives they're throwing their lives away acting like there's no value to their life now i don't know about you but here of late i've been very very i don't know disturbed about the suicide rate anybody noticing this i i read a news article and and so but such and such they found him had committed suicide and three of his friends and one guy just recently a young 12 year old because he was bullied at school didn't know what else to do so took his own life military guy said i can't go back to that so he took his own life on and on i'm like what what is that when you do that it's as if hope has been taken from from you now again we're talking in the month of october about the second coming when jesus came into this world he came into the darkness the sin the junk the garbage if you do a study of old testament we get up to the end of the old testament there is no seer no prophet okay for generations and generations it's called the dark age according to what we understand between old and new testaments in other words nobody's prophesying and saying thus says the lord this is what the lord's saying this is how it's done they are in though fulfilling still the old law we see that in matthew mark luke and john because what's zechariah doing he's in the tabernacle he's in the temple he's in the place he's burning incense he's doing what he's supposed to do when the angel of the lord spoke to him right and said you're going to have a kid so we know that the processes were still in play although it had come through this incredibly long period of drought and now the voice of the angel begins to speak the word of hope begins to to be shed abroad why why was it that the the shepherds were so joyful when the angel came and spoke to him what did the angel tell him was gonna happen this night in the city of david what's happening there's a child there's a baby boy that's born and he is going to bring hope and salvation and deliverance to the people of god now why were they hungry and thirsty and looking for that were they evidently so because the bible says those shepherds who made their livelihood watching sheep what did they do let's get up and let's go see now you don't leave your job your livelihood to go find something that's so far-fetched unless what you're convinced that the message from the angels was true he was born into a world listen to this they had no moral compass they did i mean it's evident when jesus grows up he's going through the temple that day and what does he notice you guys are in here selling and buying and and you're changing money you're doing all kind of stuff in here you have stopped praying in the house of prayer he was so upset about it we talk a lot about man he puts together this whip and he starts lashing out and turning over tables birds are flying animals are screeching and tables are flipping over and stuff's going up in the air this guy walks in and says wait a minute you missed all of it you missed it and what what do the people do what do the folk in the church do at that point man you can't do that this is our livelihood this is how we make our living we are using the church in order to live and survive and jesus says no this place has to be a house of prayer now hold on a minute hold on a minute when the priest from the old testament went into the holy place the holy of hole the most holy place into those chambers if you will did they go in there to pray was that their purpose in going in they didn't have to pray what did they have to do they had to at that point do what yeah they had to make sacrifice they had to obey they simply had a law they had to obey it that was their premise this is what they did there was no reason for them to go in and and travail and pray and spend hours in prayer wasn't necessary they had a law do the law if you don't do the law then your sin is not going to be wiped away washed away and dealt with for the year so you're going to have to die in your sin so they were very very certain that they followed every detail of making sure that their trespass their sin their something against the 613 laws that had been established they made sure that they were clean so that if they were to die they would somehow fulfill the promise hang on to me for a moment jesus now comes into this earth by a divine plan and when he is born the whole world goes a stable i mean come on you were born in in a place for animals i mean surely there would be a higher place in fact when the shepherds came what did they bring a drum rum pump sorry it was the the wise guys that came i mean i'm sorry but the nativity movie thing you see where they come right it didn't happen they jesus was already a couple years old by the time they got to him but what did they bring the purpose i'm not going to get sidetracked on it we're going to talk about that in december but gold frankincense and myrrh all three of those had significant value when they were as the wise guys in other words as the priest bringing these gifts to they were the ones that understood astrology and the stars and the scriptures and the scrolls and the readings and they come in they said there's only gonna happen one time in a lifetime that these stars come together these lights in the heavens come together and make this declaration and so when these wise guys found jesus and they brought these gifts to them you know what they were saying we submit to the royalty of this child listen to this jesus comes into the scene with a whole lot of doubt and fear and questions that were surrounding the world at that present time culture was blown apart in that you can read in your new testament matthew mark luke and john you can read the account of jesus i challenge you to go outside of those four chapters or those four books excuse me and do some research on the customs and courtesies of that time and why they did what they did and why and how it was accomplished at that point you'll begin to understand the picture of jesus coming into earth do you realize that it was his own people that crucified him after all that he had done after all that he had accomplished listen he came into this world he was laughed to scorn he was beaten within inches of his life he was forced to carry uh this tree if you will he had this crown of thorns on his head he was mocked and he was i mean beaten and you couldn't hardly recognize him he didn't complain about it he didn't rebel against what they were doing he didn't strike out against them why because he had already settled within himself as a human not my will but yours and when he declared i will submit he knew at that point i will become salvation for this world the scripture even tells us who for the joy endured the cross went through all the persecution he did but he now sits in the place of authority his purpose to come to earth was to save humanity okay that was his purpose in all this messed up world salvation came because jehovah had become our salvation jesus all that he did for 33 years here on earth he took all listen to that he took all of the natural items things that were created by the voice and he used those in day-to-day life to help connect people with the coming rapture we call it huh multitudes hungry what did jesus do bring me what you have fish bread these the fish came out of there they took wheat out of the ground made this and jesus took it and multiplied it it was the natural things that he multiplied move the stone out of the way a rock put over a hole where a body was move that out of the way lazarus come on on and on and on we see the natural things that had been created by the god of glory jesus comes on the scene in shoe leather and now he is speaking to these things storm water all this peace be still walking on top of the water throw your net on the other side the fish you understand jesus is taking the natural things that was created by his voice in the beginning and he's using that to get people to comprehend and to understand why he came something blows my mind jesus walks into the temple i mentioned to you about turning over the tables and all they were selling animals in there and there were there was a reason for it the culture had had moved people were about not a whole lot of nomads at that particular time that just kind of walked from place to place so they may or may not have been farmers they'd have to take their earnings and go buy a spotless animal in order to fulfill the law is it that in the beginning god created animals came out of the dirt fish came out of the sea fowls came out of the sea and then he requires what he created to be killed for a blood sacrifice so that they could have sins pushed away does that make sense does that do anybody see this jesus created the way for them to find connection to the creator now jesus is standing here in shoe leather we're talking about the second coming hang on to me he worked with what had been prepared for the eternal plan notice g jesus did not bring anything into this world with him he was born just like you and i but he came for an eternal purpose the only thing that was given to him was his name and with that name he got his purpose and with that purpose his family and his friends connected to him why was it that that his mom said hey these guys they're out of drink whatever he says do it jesus says to her hey wait my time hasn't yet come whatever he says you do it jesus says stanley is jesus trying to negate his his plan is he trying to negate everything say i'm talking about second coming no you know what jesus was doing jesus as as man was trying to establish everything new that was needed for salvation and when he changed the water to wine friend he didn't he didn't change it how did that miracle transpire the first one how did it transpire you remember the story he did what all he did was spoke do they obeyed took and a miracle there and the whole place goes whoa it even says he did there began his miracles and then man things were happening i'm telling you all this for hear me last week we talked about genesis to revelation and how the plan of god was to have a place prepared where people his bride those that were ready those that submitted and obeyed could go and be with him tonight i'm talking about the the plan and the purpose that jesus came into this earth for the whole reason was to come back and get his bride he died with nothing except for shame and reproach and when he said on the cross it's finished he did a work that no one else could do listen to me friend he hung there that day on that cross and who was hanging next to him anybody remember two thieves they associated jesus with thieves they didn't even probably recognize and realize that that's exactly what he was going to become because he was going to come like a what in the night he was going to come and get his bride like a thief in the night go to luke chapter 9 i mean sorry luke chapter 2 verse 9 excuse me everybody knows this story this is so cool the angel of the lord came upon them the glory of the lord shone round about them they were so afraid the angel said unto them fear not for behold i bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be to all people verse 11 we know this for unto you is born this day in the city of david a savior just christ the lord from the very outset the angels declared him the savior what you needed called in christ which translates to the messiah christ the lord shall this is going to be a sign to you you'll find the babe wrapped laying in a manger suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of heavenly hosts praising god and saying glory to god in the highest peace on earth good will toward men the whole purpose for him to come was to be salvation for humanity now listen to me carefully as we're going through this jesus is the only way that you'll ever get to heaven if you're going to make that eternal home heaven your eternal home heaven it's going to be because jesus made the way for you you can't figure it out on your own you can't arm wrestle it out of somebody you can't buy it you can't go pick it up because you can't get it because of your last name your lineage or anything else like that it is only going to happen because of jesus listen carefully when john's dad in the temple that day he was in the priesthood he was in the lineage of the priesthood it was his name's sake that got him to that position his greatest of greatest of grandfathers would have indeed been connected somehow some way to the levitical law therefore he stood there that day doing what he did burning incense when the voice of god came through that angel and said you're going to have a son and he is going to be the forerunner of salvation but jesus comes he comes from what from a carpenter and a virgin girl and through that came salvation for humanity is it any wonder that folk doubted is it any wonder folks scratch their head how can this be well they even said isn't this the carpenter's son but we've never heard such things why even on the road that day john's out there baptizing folk what does he say man i'm baptizing you in this water but there's one coming after me i can't even untie a shoe look wait there he is that's him right there and jesus is walking up the road you know the story listen friend the second coming is wrapped all around what jesus did for you and i we got to know it we got to wrap our minds around that when you declare who you are as an apostolic you know what you're telling them as i believe in the apostles doctrine and teaching and you know what they taught there's one lord one faith one baptism that's all they they understood very plainly hear o israel the lord our god is one lord they knew beyond the shadow of a doubt that one day messiah would come his own people denied him walked away from them and to this day what do they declare we are waiting on our messiah we understand we know through the scriptures through the listen to me through the experience of going down in water in the name of jesus is there anybody in this room that is full of the holy ghost raise your hand don't be ashamed of it come on throw a hand up anyone in here got the holy ghost what happened to you when you received the gift of the holy ghost what happened you spoke in tongues well what big deal is that what does that mean it's evidence of what you now have evidence through you and your body and your mind and your your sin and your junk and the garbage in your life you have just heard for yourself a language that you did not know and you did not learn and god through the spirit put that into you to let you know you're a different creature old things past new things are here last week we mentioned the old heaven the older the new heaven the new earth when when you get in touch with jesus things are going to become new what the second coming does for you and i is our hope of eternity with him now while jesus walked in shoe leather what was his message where he would go he would he would he would teach and he would instruct and he would he would he would demonstrate to the people hope he would when he would sit down for an example in matthew we see on the mount he's sitting there and he's teaching and he is he's giving them instruction of things blessed are blessed our blessed are blessed our blessed are such is the kingdom of heaven this is the kingdom of heaven it was something so very strange and new because they did not know anything about heaven but in in one moment in one generation on one day after jesus had died and ascended into the heavens there's a group of people that had gathered into an upper room for the feast and in that moment when they were in one accord and they were unified with what the plan of god was the spirit of god fell cloven tongues like as a fire sat on them in the midst of the wind blowing that it was such a supernatural event there was no denying it and the 120 standing there that day the gift of the holy ghost came to them and without denying it when they stumbled out if you will into the streets thousands uh saw what was going on and what did they say men and brethren what shall we do look how quickly the story flipped over come on they hadn't even had a word from god over 400 years jesus comes on the scene and boom everything just explodes and the spirit realm things begin to wake up and moving and there's revelation going on there's entire cities that are flipped upside down and the people of god are working and doing i mean the the book of acts is it's the acts of the apostles they're doing the work that the spirit is now leading them why don't we have the book of acts 1 or the book of acts 2 in the book of acts 3 the book of acts 4 in the book of i mean you would think that the churches would be doing all this stuff but we only got one this is what the apostles did and at the end of that one after the 29th chapter what do we have now we got a bunch of letters going out to these people i'm sitting there saying man if this thing were really that good then why didn't we just why didn't it just keep going and the whole whole world just flip upside down you want to know why is because some folk didn't grasp the understanding of it doesn't stop here but there's a coming jesus went away i'm going to let's look at it john chapter 14 verse number one let not your heart be troubled you believe in god believe also in me in my father's house are many mansions if it were not so i would have told you what a powerful statement i would have spoke to you and i would have said to you there's nothing about heaven but it's not true i would have told you i go to prepare a place for you notice what he says if i go to prepare a place for you what'd he say i will come again and receive you unto myself that where i am there you may be also and whether i go you know and the way you know now we know at this point somebody says what how can we know the way you you didn't say hmm over there go in there you didn't give us an address you didn't tell us which rock to go around and which tree and what path to go jesus you didn't do none of that jesus says what how long have i been with been with been with you in your environment in your presence walking around you talking with you spending time with you and you say that i haven't shown you and they're scratching their head probably like a lot of folk today in our society saying wait a minute you mean when jesus comes around you revelation comes there's a whole lot of fellowships and assemblies in our world today that claim that they understand jesus but they're not looking for him because they don't they don't understand him haven't i been with you haven't i shown you things and they're going wait huh man i did this and i multiplied that and i did that and i put that there and this and that was changed you heard the testimony you were delighted you saw the woman when she was healed you saw the child when they were taking you saw the people eating you saw all these things i sat and talked with you and i spoke with you and i instructed you and i shared my heart with you and you slept in the same room with you i i took passover with you we we were together when this happened and that went to a marriage together went to a funeral together all these things that i've done they're saying wait a minute but those were just actions and places and things and jesus is saying the whole time because i came to you i revealed i revealed to you who i am and my plan is i don't want to leave you but i want to go make a place for you and i want you to come and be with me forever anybody call that the second coming brother john come help me please jesus proclaimed to everyone who would listen listen listen this is what i'm telling you guys when i walked on the water when i healed the blind when i raised the dead when i spoke to the demon when i did the things that i did and the people ate and the multitudes and things began to happen i wasn't doing those things simply because i was a sideshow in a circus trying to excite the people and get them all frizzled up into a place to where they could say that guy's a cool guy friend of mine listen to me carefully as a church as the apostolic church that we are today we better hope and pray every single day lord god do not ever let the all and the reverence of your word speaking to us never go away lord let us let us ever ever be excited and thrilled about your word when when a child stands and recites scripture it'll just swell up inside of you that's that's the word when when an old old folk feebly quotes a scripture that they've memorized as a child it ought to swell something within you why because it is that word that's going to get you from here to there see last week we talked about the plan of god genesis revelation we talked about how everything was done for this reason and all this connected tonight i wanted to spend some time talking about when jesus came he came as salvation if there was if you weren't if you're not looking forward to heaven why do you care to be saved and if you don't realize the value of salvation the price that was paid for every single for you individually if you don't recognize that then you are so selfish and self-centered to think i don't need that you may not ever say it but it ought to humble you every time now i'm almost done i'm watching my clock it's not even eight o'clock it's almost eight listen carefully does anyone in this room anyone online do you live it live in a house raise your hand that's a silly question why yeah i don't live in the street okay you live in a house you're gonna go home after service tonight and whenever you walk through the door and you go in you lock the door behind you you turn on the lights you get into your bed club whatever your routine is we all have them everything's okay with you the challenges and the difficulties of the day and so forth you you remember some of those and then you kind of press through and go on and and you get ready for tomorrow because tomorrow's and that's life is it not is it it's life what how do you respond though when you go home tonight and the electricity has been turned off and there's no water running in your home in the bathrooms or the sink the internet doesn't work phone doesn't work facebook shutdown slap chap is not working talking to toe is not working all of those things are gone what will be your response your reaction to that huh i dare say none of you would say wow this is cool yeah okay whatever and just go lay down and i know what some of you do you go get all 947 612 candles and light every one of them in your house and then you'd be scared to go to sleep because all that fire in your house and so your life would be messed up would it not but we take for granted so much the flip of the switch the turn of the knob the push of the button and it just works but if it weren't there you don't even know how you would respond you would try to recall the hollywood video the movie that they made that said they all did this and they all came together and they survived and they had a bunker and they got into it and they were prepper so they had food and i'm in my mind i'm sitting what are they trying to stay alive for because they were yeah we won okay now what now what do you know i mean now what what i don't know but i won and uh and i have a video i downloaded where it shows me how to plant a garden and build a fire and cooking and so i'm gonna watch my video and i know i'm painting this really obscure picture and you're sitting there going around here's what i'm trying to get over to you in a very simple 2021 way friend of mine you you can breathe the name jesus and he's there you can whisper the name jesus and he you feel him you know he's there but if you take him for granted you will miss the reality of the power of his name and when the trumpet sounds to get us out of here in the second coming you won't know what it sounds like and you'll miss it and you'll have nobody to blame but you friend i'm here to tell you if the power goes off at your house and the water stops working and your phone shuts down there is a great possibility that very soon after the power will come back on the water will come back on your phone will start working again you understand what i'm saying it'll probably happen that way but when the trumpet sounds that's it there ain't no ho ho whoa whoa hang on come on back up get me you want to know why because you didn't write the plan you can't save yourself you can't write your name in the book it's going to take jesus the second coming ought to thrill your heart every moment of the day the possibility jesus is coming i don't want to be so wrapped up in this that i forget that the whole purpose of creation from beginning to end was for heaven eternity with him pastor how can you say that i'll tell you why because the bible we're going to notice this next week we're going to get a couple of scriptures in the new testament that the dead will rise those who are alive and remain will what be caught up it says together to meet him and they'll go so even those who are dead are going to have to answer don't think you're going to get away don't think you're going to jump in at the last moment you better make your plan now lord jesus you established a way you came to this earth to change lives and the whole purpose in it even in all of my mixed up life and all of my plans and all the things that i'm doing trying to be successful and have an education and trying to make my money and trying to pay my bills and trying to have a family and all those things the bottom line to all of it friend is jesus is coming jesus is coming now the question i'll end with tonight 805 are you ready are you still excited about it does it still strike a cord can i get very real with you like the old time preachers used to do you walk out this door tonight and you never get another opportunity to come to the house of the lord what's your eternal home look like when i was a teenager i used to shake me in the middle of the night the words of my pastor would echo through my brain and i'd say god i don't want to die and go to hell i want to make sure that i do what i have to do to hear that trumpet pray with me right now jesus we believe lord that you're coming as soon there's a whole lot of things happening in our world daily god the moments the the hours the days lord they go by very quickly and next thing you know lord we're getting older and our plans and the things that we wanted to do god they they kind of waver and next thing you know lord we're the other side of life and we look back and wonder where the time going then we're faced with reality have i done everything that i'm supposed to do so that when the trump sounds i'm ready to go when that when that call comes that i am ready looking waiting searching watching just like you said we don't know when it'll be but we're watching am i ready lord is my family ready are my children ready my grandchildren ready i got so many distractions and obstacles right now lord that i couldn't get to heaven if i if i had to right now jesus i pray tonight lord in in this bible study that a reality check lord would come to us and we would realize lord every moment in your presence is so valuable anybody want to stand tonight on this wednesday night before you go home and just just tell him you love him lord it might be tonight i don't know god and i i want to i want to know that whenever it is that you're coming lord and i'm i'm going to have a i'm going to have a place with you i'm going to have eternity with you but i don't i don't want to be cast into a lake of fire i don't i don't want that i don't i don't want to be tossed into a pit lord with the devil and his angels lord i don't want to tumble and fall and weep and gnash and wail and cry and never never reach the bottom but always be in anguish for eternity lord i have no desire for that but i know you're coming lord to take those who are ready watching praying i want to be in that number jesus i want to i want to be in that number come on somebody you need to pray right now lord help me help me god to get my mind right and my heart right and my spirit right i don't want the selfishness and pride and arrogance of life to keep me lord from hearing you come and take your bride home i love you jesus i thank you i love you i want to encourage all of you tonight you better make sure there better not be any doubt at all you better know that you know that you know the word tells you what to do the promises are here and there for us we've got to follow jesus thank you for our time together tonight lord in the word we do believe there is a second coming and we believe jesus that very soon lord i don't know when but you're going to call the bride home forever lord we'll we'll be with you in heaven the place you've prepared for us it's not a fairy tale it's not a fable it's not an old wives tale god but it is your plan from the beginning through the blood of jesus lord i pray god you would help us lord to always be expecting and looking for you let us get past all the fear and the doubt and the distractions of this world and let us look to the heavens i pray lord for your church god bless cornerstone apostolic church help us god to be the church of the hour lord that we will rise to the occasion our focus will be on you our vision lord lifted to you let us draw closer to you every day keep us safe this week lord we're going to come back this weekend loving you we're going to come back for prayer time on saturday we're going to come
