Would you just or give them a high five? Would you tell them you're so glad to see them in the house of the Lord today? Man, what a day to be in the house of the Lord. What a day. What a day. You can go ahead and as you're finding your seats, really George is going to help me. He's uh if you've ever before you were saved ever watched an Adam Sandler movie. Um he's the water boy today. high quality H2O. I uh I I asked him to help me with this because how many how many has ever dug a well? Dug a pastor's dug a well. Oh my. He's the only You've dug a whale. All right. Now, don't throw me out of the church, Pokey. I know you've dug a well. You were there before whales were invented. So, I mean, hey, you got those cups. Oh, me. I'm sorry. I'm there. Don't Don't kick me out of church. I'm not talking about heresy. And if this brings back something for you, don't don't blame me. I don't know it like this, okay? I've only ever heard tale of this. But to find a whale pre essentially the last 50 years, I guess. I don't know. I I I don't know the history of whale digging, but people would hear tale they would witch a whale. You ever heard of whale witching? Yeah. Yeah. I don't know why it the reason they called it witching whales or whale witching was because that's pretty much what it was. I I really don't know. I don't know if there's any science to it at all, but they would you could take two coat hangers, believe it or not. You could take two coat hangers and you could walk and when those coat hangers would cross, you just put a mark in the ground and then you walk. When those coat hangers would cross, you just put a mark in the ground. If you dig, that's where they they said that's where you'd get water at. Now, up until a few years ago, wells had to be dug by hand. So, you better be real good at it if I'm gonna dig that well. I'm just saying. like you better be really good at witching whales. It it it's a very I don't know they you can also get a willow stick or something. It it's just a weird Now if you research it, they'll say, "Oh, it's just made up. Doesn't work." But those people also have never dug a well by hand. And I was just going to tell you, you're not going to listen to somebody that gets it wrong more than once >> because wells get really deep. I mean, they would dig them by hand. Uh, it it it made me think I grew up on on wellwater, in case you can't tell by my accent. I grew up on wellwater. Good well water, too. I didn't even know I didn't even know people drunk out of the out of a filtered water system. Okay, that was not a thing. We had great water. I would drink out of tap water out of the sink. It was great. My grandpa dug the well. It was two, not by hand. All right, this he ain't that old, but like it's 212 feet deep. It had had a pool of water that it rested in or a river or something. I don't know. Great water year round. Never ran dry. It It's been there for 50 years. Great well. You just go I mean, I would go down to Mississippi to to relatives in Mississippi and their water tasted like swamp water. It was terrible. I wouldn't even drink it. As a kid, I didn't even know what I had. And then at some point in time, we moved and I got city water and I couldn't taste anything but chlorine. It was awful. So I I I it just I well water is the way it is the only way. Well, turns out I live in a much more populated area now. And I'm sorry, but I I don't want to drink that well water. I don't know what's in it. I'm not in the wilderness anymore. But in the Bible, we there is a surprisingly lot of mentioning of whales. I mean honestly until like there was this one chapter I was studying through and I it was like 15 verses in a row that there was a whale mentioned in it. I was like what is happening here? If you look at it, it starts I'm going to start with Abraham because Abraham is he he was just a guy God called him. And he said, "I'm going to give you this land." In in Genesis 12:6, he says, "And Abram passed through the land and the place that is it looks like sickum." And I might be like a a dog with a bone today. All right, y'all going to get real tired of this. I'm tell you, it's going to get real quick. but unto the plain of Mora and the Canaan and the Canaan Canaanites was then in the land and the Lord appeared in the Abram said unto thy seed I will give this land and there he builded an altar unto the Lord who appeared unto him. You go on, you follow the story of Abraham and we he doesn't talk about him digging many wells but what you see is in Genesis chapter 26 verse1 15 for all the wells which his father's servants had digged in the days of Abraham his father the Philistine or the days of Abraham his father the Philistines had stopped them up and filled them with earth so so somewhere along the line Abraham started digging wells and I can imagine I couldn't help But I went to Walmart this morning and I couldn't help but think about the conversation that Isaac and Abraham had. H how many's ever been a teenager or had a teenager and try and get a teenager to do some work? Yeah. Yeah. Look, this is this is actual spring water, believe it or not. I want to give this disclaimer right now. spring water. You can buy a fancy bottle like that in Walmart. You've got all these different types of water here. Uh almost didn't buy Deer Park because it just tastes terrible. It says 100% natural spring water. It's They must have got it in Mississippi. I don't know. It was terrible. Awful water. Louisiana. It It's not yellow. Y'all ever been to those parts of Louisiana where the water's yellow? You're like, "Oh, how why anybody live here? I can imagine the conversation of Isaac as a teenager. Abraham, he's digging a well. Says, "Come on, Isaac. Let's dig a well, Dad. Why are we digging a well?" He says, "Well, it's your there might be a lot of those today." Says, "Well, it's our land. God's given to us possess." He said, "Dad, didn't we just dig a well?" Yeah, but it was deer parked and it was bad. So, we're digging another well. We got smart water. Who knew there were this many types of water? Smart. Sister Bonita, what you got right there? Look at She's bougie. Look at her. She's bougie. Abraham. Abraham says, "Son, we're digging a well." Isaac, Dad, why are we digging a well? Because it's our land. We're going to possess it. Dad, there's only one of me. I don't need this many wells. Son, God's given us a promise. A fancy promise. He said he's given us a promise. Wait, hang on. Hang on. It's just sounds different. Made I didn't even need any water today. I forgot to tell you. I've got wa ki water over here. It's a little salty. Okay. All right. Said he said, "Dad, why don't we why don't we dig in a well?" He said, "Son, the land God's given us the land. It's ours to possess." He goes, "The next year, Dad, why are we digging a well?" He said, "It's our it's our land. It's ours to possess." He said, "Dad, I'm 14. I've dug more wells than our me. Like, why? I'm I'm a professional well digger. Why am I still digging a well?" He said, "Son, this is the land that God has given us. It's ours to possess." But dad, there's only one of me. I can't even keep People keep filling in these wells. >> They don't want us here. They don't they don't want us drinking from this water. They and what for whatever reason they might be a little bit moronic because they keep filling in the wells. Dad, I don't know if you've noticed it or not. I don't know if you've looked at the Middle East or not, but this right here could just be literally anywhere in the Middle East. Dad, no one wants to live here. It's sandy. It's hot. Why can't we go back to He said, "Son, shut up." Sound like your mama now. Oh, I did it, didn't I? I did it, didn't I? Dig a well. He said, "Dad, that's a deer park well." He said, "Cover it back up." He said, "Son, we've got glacier water in the desert. Icelandic glacial water in the desert. Dad, why are we digging a well? He said, "Son, we're digging a well because it's our land and God has given it to us to possess, >> Dad. No one wants this land. It's sandy. It's rocky. It's hot. Why? Why? No. No one cares about this well that we're digging. Why are we digging a well, son? Dig a well." That's what he does. >> Isaac grows up and we find in Genesis, I read it in Genesis chapter 26. It says, "And Isaac dug again the wells of his father Abraham." Can you just imagine the conversation between Isaac, Esau, and Jacob? >> Hey, Dad. What are we doing today? We're going to dig a well. He said, ' Didn't you and grandpa dig that well?' We did. Why are we digging a well? Because God's given us this land. It's our land and we're going to possess it. But dad, that's a smart water well. Yeah, it's a good whale. What about this Fiji whale? I don't even know what that is. Yeah, came across the ocean. It's a good whale. Keep digging. Well, can you imagine trying to convince two 17 year olds that are a little hard to deal with anyway to go dig another whale? Dad, we're 25. Can we stop digging whales yet? >> No, son. This is your There's only two of us. We don't need that many whales, Dad. There's only two of us. And if you haven't noticed, Dad, the land's pretty terrible. He said, "Son, just dig a well. Just keep digging a well. Just keep digging a well." And then you go through you go through the whole cycle with them again. And then you come across Jacob. We have a story of Jacob's well that Jesus stands at and ministers to a lady. So can you imagine Jacob coming back through the line, coming back through the land, and he's got 12 boys that are very hard to deal with, very strong-headed, very mean. Hey boys, we're going to dig A WELL. DAD, WHY ARE WE DIGGING ANOTHER WELL? THERE'S ONLY 12 of us. >> He said, "Wait a minute." He said, "THERE WAS ONLY TWO OF US WHEN I dug the well." >> He's like, "Hang on. We got to dig the well." He's like, "Why are we digging the well, Dad? We've got 12 whales. Why do we need more, son? This is our land. God has given it to us to possess the land. We're going to dig some whales." >> Dad, where's Wiki at? I don't know. We don't have maps yet. Dad, why aren't we digging a well? Do you know that Jacob's well isund It's like 123 feet deep. It's still there today. Through rock, through bedrock. They had to dig these wells by hand. It was not an easy process. And some kept filling them in. Dad, why aren't we digging the Deer Park well out again? I don't know, son. In fact, I hope they just fill it in and hide it from us next time. Said, "God has given us this land. It is ours to possess." You see, the well was the secret sauce to possessing the land. The land was rocky. It was barren. And and if you hear you hear tale about it later on, it was a land flowing with milk and honey. But the only reason there was a land a land flowing with milk and honey is because somebody had went and dug some wells. THE CONVERSATION THAT THESE GUYS HAD generation after generation after generation AFTER GENERATION, WHY ARE WE GOING TO DIG SOME WELLS? BECAUSE IT'S OUR LAND. GOD HAS GIVEN IT TO US AND WE'RE GOING TO POSSESS THE LAND. BUT THERE'S ONLY TWO OF US. IT'S OUR LAND. GOD HAS PROMISED IT TO US. HE'S PROMISED IT TO OUR CHILDREN AND WE'RE GOING TO POSSESS THE LAND, BUT THERE'S ONLY 12 OF US THAT IT'S OUR LAND. GOD HAS PROMISED IT TO US AND WE'RE GOING TO POSSESS THE LAND, BUT THERE'S ONLY 77 OF US. IT'S OUR LAND. GOD HAS PROMISED IT TO US AND IT'S GOING TO POSSESS WE'RE GOING TO POSSESS THE LAND, BUT THERE'S 4 MILLION OF US. IT'S OUR LAND. GOD HAS PROMISED IT TO US. WE'RE GOING TO POSSESS THE LAND. WE'RE GOING TO BE FRUITFUL AND WE'RE GOING TO MULTIPLY. WE'RE GOING TO MAKE THE LAND THAT NOBODY WANTED, THAT NO ONE CARED FOR, THAT WAS ROCKY, THAT WAS SANDY, THAT WAS DRY, THAT WAS TURNED OVER AND PLOWED UP. WE'RE GOING TO MAKE THAT THE PROMISED LAND OF GOD. IT'S GOING TO BE FLOWING WITH MILK AND HONEY. That's the land. ABRAM SAID, "I'M GOING TO DIG A WHALE." WHY, DAD? I got to dig a whale because God's given me the land. Well, they just keep filling it in. Well, they can. I'm gonna dig a well. >> I am looking at a people today that were not a people, but God has made into a people called out, separated, PURCHASED BY THE BLOOD OF the lamb and the word OF THEIR TESTIMONY. A PEOPLE OF THE NAME, A PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN REPENTED, A PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN BAPTIZED TO UNTO DEATH WITH CHRIST, A PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN SEALED IN THE HOLY SPIRIT. I AM LOOKING AT A PEOPLE THAT GOD HAS GIVEN THE LAND TO. >> I I'M TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW, PSALMS 37-29 SAYS, "THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL INHERIT THE LAND and dwell therein." >> THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL INHERIT THE LAND AND DWELL THEREIN. YOU MAY HAVE COME FROM SYNAGOGUE TO TO SOUTH AMERICA. >> YOU MAY HAVE COME FROM HERE, THERE, AND EVERYWHERE. BUT CAN I TELL YOU RIGHT NOW, GOD HAS GIVEN US THIS LAND. HE HAS PROMISED IT to us. IT'S UNTO OUR CHILDREN, AND IS ON US TO DIG SOME WELLS AND POSSESS THE LAND. >> Where's that running team at? If I only had a cup of water. I believe that God I'm going I'm going to this is where it get a little repetitive, but I feel like a dog with a bone today. Okay? So, y'all just hang on with me. I believe that God is calling us at this church body to not just exist in the in the things that exist when we walk into the place. >> Okay. Now, that sounds a little bit a little bit hairy, but hear hear me out. Anybody can reap from the blessings of God. >> It rains on the just and the unjust. >> It God will pour out his blessings and it'll just hit everybody. >> But let a generation that maybe we all are existing in it just a little bit that are okay praying for rain, BUT WE'RE A LITTLE HESITANT TO PICK UP A SHOVEL AND DIG A WELL. BECAUSE IN THE GOOD TIMES AND IN THE BAD, THE WELL STILL PUSHES OUT WATER. >> BUT SOMETIMES THE WELL HAS TO BE DUG THROUGH SOME HARD THINGS. IT HAS TO BE DUG OUT OF SOME SOME HARD ROCK AND SOME HARD PLACES. >> SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO BUST THROUGH SOME FOUNDATION OF THINGS THAT WE THINK OR OUR LIFE IS BUILT ON AND WE HAVE TO SAY MY LIFE IS BUILT ON NOTHING ELSE BUT JESUS CHRIST. SOMETIMES we have to bust through some of our pride AND OUR SELF-LOAESS, SOME OF OUR SELFISHNESS AND SOME OF OUR WAYS AND SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE WOULD HAVE AND WE DIG THROUGH THOSE THINGS UNTIL WE GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THE MATTER. AND IT'S THAT I WAS CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD. I WAS CREATED TO REFLECT his glory. I WAS MADE I WAS MADE TO BE A MAN OF GOD. I WAS MADE TO BE A WOMAN OF GOD. I AM PURCHASED. I am block. I am his. >> WHY, DAD, ARE WE DIGGING A WELL? WHY, DAD, ARE WE GOING TO CHURCH AGAIN? >> WHY, DAD, ARE WE GOING TO PRAYER MEETING AGAIN? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. >> WHY, DAD, ARE WE VISITING THE WIDOWS AND THE FATHERLESS AND their affliction? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. WHY, DAD, ARE WE DRIVING 30 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY TO PICK UP SOMEONE FROM CHURCH? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. WHY ARE WE PRAYING AGAIN, DAD? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. WHY ARE WE FASTING AGAIN, DAD? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. WHY, DAD, ARE WE LOOKING WHY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT THE ONENESS OF GOD? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. >> OH, SOMEBODY HEAR ME TODAY. WHY ARE WE HELPING THOSE WHO'VE TREATED US WRONG? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. >> WHY ARE WE OH, SOMEBODY HEAR ME. WHY ARE WE TURNING THE OTHER CHEEK? WE'RE DEALING DIGGING a well, son. >> Can I CAN I JUST GET REAL PRACTICAL WITH US? WHY DO WE PRAY BEFORE WE EAT? WE'RE DIGGING a well, son. >> Why do we gather around the supper table, Dad? Why do we HAVE FAMILY TALK? THAT'S GODLY TALK. >> We're digging a well, son. Why do we study the word of God? We're digging A WELL, SON. WHY DO WE PRAY IN THE SPIRIT? >> WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. >> WHY DO WE WORSHIP TILL THE HOLY GHOST MOVES UPON US? WE'RE DIGGING A WELL, SON. COME ON, SOMEBODY. I NEED SOMEBODY TO GRAB A SHOVEL WITH ME TODAY. I NEED YOU TO START DIGGING. I BELIEVE GOD'S GOT A GENERATION THAT HE IS ASKING, he is begging, HE IS CALLING OUT OF YOU TO DIG SOME WELLS IN YOUR LIFE. IT RAINS ON THE JUST AND THE UNJUST. BUT WHEN GOD HAS A BLOODBOUGHT CHRISTIAN THAT DIGS A WELL AND SAYS, "THIS IS WHERE I POSSESS. THIS IS MY LAND AND I AM CLAIMING IT. GOD HAS GIVEN IT TO ME. IT IS MINE." WHEN WE HAVE A CHRISTIAN THAT SAYS, "I AM SOLD OUT INTO THE DEEP THINGS OF GOD." >> God then says it's their land. >> Why, Dad, are you pushing me to lead to to learn to read and write? That wasn't always common. I think we forgot why sometimes. Do you know why the Northeast is the settlement of all major learning? Why Princeton and Harvard are such a such prestigious universities? They were founded to study >> the word of God. >> There's there's you want to go into the you want to go into and understand why there there's a very practical reason. Okay. outside of just the word of God. You can trace this in the word of God in in just in history of why the Jewish people have been a blessed people. They at a time when no one else is learning to read or write, they were required to be able to recite the Torah >> and their scriptures and learn to read and write those things and memorize those things, train their minds and sharpen them to focus on the word of God. And what that did was that opened doors for them to be the rulers of empires that they did not build >> because they put the word of God at the center. >> At the center of their motives, >> at the center of their motives. I'm I'm going to get up. I'm going to get up on some young people today. I'm sorry, but I'm going to tell you, I have watched enough of you start and stop a bunch of things BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT CENTERED YOUR MOTIVES on God. When you SAY I HAVE PUT GOD FIRST IN THIS. WHEN I MAKE THE DECISION THAT WHEN I GO TO WORK THAT I AM WORKING AS UNTO GOD. >> WHEN I MAKE THE I AM DIGGING A WELL OF THE GOOD THINGS OF GOD. >> WHEN I MAKE A DECISION THAT WHEN I TAKE A TEST AT SCHOOL, I'M DOING IT AS UNTO GOD. >> I AM LEARNING SO I CAN BETTER THE THINGS OF GOD BECAUSE GOD DESERVES MY BEST. I'M DIGGING A WELL FOR THE THINGS OF GOD. I'M DIGGING A WELL FOR THE THINGS OF GOD. OH, GOD, HELP US. GOD, GIVE US THE BACKBONE. GOD, GIVE US THE DETERMINATION. GOD, GIVE US THE THE DECISION TO PUT HIM FIRST. >> WHY, DAD, ARE YOU PUSHING ME TO GIVE MY BEST AT WORK? WHY, DAD? ARE you >> Why, Dad, are you not accepting payment from the widow lady? >> Or from the older couple? >> Oh, that might be that might be lost. >> That might be lost. I'm digging some well, son. >> Why, dad, do we talk the way we talk and not talk the way we don't talk? >> Why, dad, do we do the thing we not do the things that everyone else is doing? We're digging a well, son. Why do you tell me? Oh, be careful little eyes what you see. >> BE CAREFUL LITTLE MOUTH WHAT YOU SAY. BE CAREFUL little feet WHERE YOU GO. WHY DO YOU TELL ME THAT? I'M DIGGING A WELL. SON, YOU BETTER KNOW THAT THE WELLS THAT WE DIG IN THE HOUSE OF GOD THROUGH THE THINGS OF GOD FOR THE PURPOSES OF GOD WILL PRESERVE US when everyone else around US IS FALLING AND FALTERING. WHEN THERE IS DROUGHT IN the land, WHEN THERE IS PESTILENCE IN THE LAND, >> WHEN THERE IS NOTHING BUT DESOLATION, THE WELL OF GOD WILL PRESERVE US. >> WHY ARE WE DIGGING A WELL, DAD? BECAUSE, SON, God's given us the land. >> Why are we digging a well, DAD? IT'S HARD ROCK. IT'S A LOT OF WORK. I DON'T NEED THIS MANY WELLS, SON. You'll know where this well is and you'll uncover it when the time comes. Dad, Dad, don't you think we got enough whales, son? There's going to be enough. There's going to be so many of us that the stars in the sky. It's going to be more than the stars in the sky, more than the sand of the sea. We got to dig some wells. Can I tell you? When we as a church realize what God has given us, what he has promised us, why he has purposed us here, and we start to possess the land, we'll dig some wells. will say, "You know what? It's not just Monday night prayer on the first. IT'S >> IT'S NOT JUST ROUTINE. IT'S I'M DIGGING A WELL FOR MY FAMILY. THEY'RE GOING TO NEED TO DRAW from this WELL SOMEDAY. >> THIS IS GOING TO BE GOOD. WATER WATER. It's going to be pure water. It's going to BE CLEAN WATER BECAUSE I'VE DUG THE WELL FOR IN IN THE LAND THAT I AM POSSESSING." When you dig a well >> in the Middle East, you might hit oil. And up until 100 years ago, that didn't really matter. In fact, the history they they the British Empire was looking to where they could find oil at because America had the monopoly on it. We found it up in Pennsylvania. little little bit of history facts here for you. And so they went through the history books. They said, you know, in the Middle Ages, the Middle East, they had oil running in their streets. They had lights at night. And they went out there and kicked over a rock. And guess what? There was oil there. So when you dig an oil, you got to know what's underneath. Can I tell you? I've watched a lot of people start digging wells and I can say what's underneath that well. I'm not It doesn't take a doesn't take a a genius to figure it out. It doesn't even It can be inspired from the Holy Ghost, but it doesn't have to be. Just some good practical reasoning there. What you digging there? I'm digging well. You know you're going to hit oil. No, no, no. My family's going to live off. No, that's going to be sulfur water. It's going to smell like rotten eggs. Ain't going to be much to it that you can do with that. It's just it's going to make your clothes smell bad. Anybody's Anybody's ever smelled sulfur water? You know what I'm talking about. Can I tell you? I think we're all digging wells. It just depends on what type where we're digging at and what we're digging for. >> I think in every action, in every every every principle in our life, every attitude we take, every every discipline we have or don't have, we're digging wells. And I can tell you something, you might need to witch some ground for a well. You might want to find out where the water is at because the water, the living water that will bless everything around you. Can Can I just encourage you for a minute? The things that where you're at right now may look barren and dried up and overrun and nobody else wants to be there with you because it's a terrible place to be. Will you dig a well? Because what happens is when you dig a well, all around it, life starts flowing. Life starts coming. Green appears out of nowhere. Animals make trails to it. The neighborhood gathers around and says, "Wow, what a beautiful place. What a wonderful well. What peace there is here." A whale. Something as simple as a whale. We focus on the altars. We do and I think we should. But can I tell you it looks like when they built an altar, they built they dug a well. >> And the morons that came behind them and filled up the well. I want you to think about that for a minute. Jacob to his sons. I can just imagine Levi or Reuben. Dad, that's a stupid well. This is Joseph's well. And they're mad because he didn't even help dig it. Joseph, why do you get that well? I don't I don't know. Dad gave it to me. Joseph, you didn't even dig that well. See, I know. You got water everywhere. I didn't dig that well. That's some good water. Oh, I did that so y'all couldn't steal my water. He said, "Why? You didn't even dig that well, Joseph." No. But he said something here. Genesis chapter 33, we find that that the very place that Abraham in Genesis chapter 12, the very place that Abraham started his journey in the promised land at Sheikum, we find that Jacob, Genesis chapter 33, he bought a lot of land outside the gates of Sheikum. Now, it doesn't say he dug a well, but in John chapter 4, we find Jesus goes to the well, to the lady that was living in adultery. He goes to her. He said, "Lady, give me some water from this well." She said, "Well, this is our father Jacob's well. You can go to that well today. I even watched a YouTube video on this well just to make sure it was there. They said this is one of the most concrete, the most known knowns that they know about historical evidence of the Bible. That this was in all likelihood the very well that Jesus went to in Genesis chapter 48. He gave that well to Joseph and and and in and Joshua, that's where Joseph's bones were buried. Why are we digging a well, Dad? Why are we digging a well? Why are we making a mess? Why are we digging a well, Dad? Because you don't know the generations and the stories that will occur around this whale. You do not know what you will preserve. I know you're freaking out. It's all right. It's going to be okay. Jesus. Jesus. Don't turn it to wine. Lord, I'll never get it out of the carpet. You don't know what the well you're digging today. How long that well is going to affect and change affect humanity. humanity. You and I in 2026 and October the 4th of 2026 are talking about Jacob's well somewhere over in the Middle East surrounded by dirt and rock. But that well is a cornerstone of our knowledge of what our Lord and Savior did and where he walked. God is calling this church to dig wells. I don't know how else to say it. We We're comfortable praying for the rain. We trust God enough to pray for the blessings of God. Somewhere along the line, we've got to dig some wells that when the blessings run out, because they do, they'll come back, but that it doesn't kill our family. It's pretty hard right there. What about over here? You might want to go back. It's pretty hard right there. Got to dig a well though. I got to dig a well though because God's given this to me. It's mine to possess. Can I tell you? Can I tell you? It's you're going to have to redig some wells and you're going to have to dig some wells because that's the only thing that will keep you when nothing else will. >> That is it. >> Dad and mom can dig a well, but somebody's going to fill it in. You're going to fill it in with some junk. >> And you're going to have to go to the altar and you're going to have to pull that junk out and say, "You know what? Every probably me, that filled this well in, I'm going to have to get it out of here. >> Mom and dad, there's some wells that your children because I'll JUST TELL YOU, IT'S A LOT EASIER to redig a well than to dig it for the first time. >> Your children need some d some wells to redig. >> This land will not be possessed. This will not be a blessed apostolic area. This will not be have the spirit of God flowing in a sustained fashion in a sustained manner. We will not see the campuses and the churches and the souls received IN THE HOLY GHOST AND THE BAPTISM AND REVELATION OF JESUS NAME. WE WILL NOT SEE IT UNLESS WE DIG SOME WELLS. >> I PROMISE YOU THAT GOD WILL SEND HIS BLESSING. BUT WE CAN'T DEPEND ON THAT. HE IS CALLING US TO DIG some wells. HE IS CALLING US TO POSSESS THE LAND. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW PRACTICAL THIS IS BECAUSE it it looks like men starting businesses. >> It looks like women starting prayer groups. It looks it it looks like righteous, holy living intentionally and on purpose. It looks like every decision I make before I make it. How does this bring glory to God? >> How does this affect the things of God? >> Would you stand with me? I told you I was going to be like a dog with a bone today. The righteous shall inherit the earth. God is I understand the the juxiposition here. The next sermon I preach or pastor preaches, we're going to talk about looking to the heavens for the rain. I I get it. So take me in context here. Let's take our eyes off of praying for rain for just a moment. And can we put our hands and our backs into some backbreaking, soulcrushing work of digging wells rains on the just and the unjust, but the righteous shall inherit the earth. We possess the land when we dig wells. We possess the land when we plant trees by the living waters from those wells. We possess the land. Would you right now? Would you would you find a place to pray with God and ask him what well is he asking you to dig? You can come to the front. You can stay where you're at if you will just find a place to pray. God, there's some wells that I need to dig in my life. some things my family needs to depend upon that I have dug out of the deep things of God that I have dug out and God I pray Lord that in each and every one of us Lord >> Jesus belongs to you myior The one I hold on to for the beauty of your name. My soul will live to say Jesus I love you and you be the center of it all. My heart belongs to you. Myior all and all. You're the one I hold on to for the beauty of your name.
