One thing I know is that my God is in control. There's one thing I know is that he's God. I am not. Would you just establish that within yourself right now? God, you're God. God, you're almighty. God, you're holy. God, you're righteous. God, you're awesome. God, you're amazing. God, you're my Lord. You're my Savior. God, you are God. I am not. You're above all. You are in all. And you are through all. You are the creator. You laid the foundations that I walk in right now before time began. You are almighty, all knowing, all powerful, almighty God. Jesus, I'm calling on you today. You are God. I am not. Jesus, you are God. I am not. And today I'm here to worship. I'm here to be in your presence, Jesus. Would you all across the house, would you lift up a praise? What a good God. What a mighty God. What a just God. What a holy Lord. Jesus, I worship you. Jesus, I praise you. Jesus, I love you. Jesus, I worship you. Oh, what a good God. Has God been good to you this week, church? Amen. Jesus. God's been good to us. Today, we're continuing our purpose series. You can't see it very well, and honestly, I'm not really entirely sure it works, but I have a compass here. Can y'all see that there's compass? And honestly, earlier, no matter where I looked, this was always north. So, I don't think it works well. So, what good's a broken compass? Hashtag. Good sermon title right there. It's not my sermon title today. Uh today, today we're going to talk about dis discovering our purpose because it's different for each of us. It it it it it's challenging at different points in time in our lives. It sometimes we found our purpose and we missed our purpose and now we're wondering what's next. What do I do? And sometimes we're just looking for that first time to figure out what in the world did God put me here on this earth for? I know I look around. I I that about y'all all the time. I mean, Herb, man, what did God do to us? What did we deserve do to deserve? I'm just kidding. Thank you so much. As you're being seated today, would you shake someone's hand? Would you hug their neck? Would you tell them how glad that you are to see them? Thank you. Thank you, brother Don. Thank you guys for your diligence. Thank you, Tech team, Dylan and Jessica. Thank you guys so much. Thank you teachers for teaching the word of God. Amen. I I do want to start by saying last week was Easter. What a wonderful Easter it was. Thank you so much for every I mean we had a full weekend, guys. And it didn't feel like that much because we weren't moving churches. We weren't doubling up on services. It just felt like a just a easy breezy weekend. I don't know if y'all noticed, but we had a full weekend. I mean, a good weekend. Thank you so much for all that you did. Uh to the ladies, honestly, y'all, there's not a speck of dust. It was scared to come back. Sister Ununice, she took the building apart and put it back together before we even knew what happened. Not a speck of dust left. Thank you all so much. I know. I know. Sister Ununice. We were worried the guests were going to come in and open the vents up and be like, "Oh, there's us there. It's what my wife does. Y'all must colluded. She's like, they're going to look at our baseboards, the bottom of them. Like, what? Any other man? Man, don't just Y'all just left me out to dry there. They hung me out to dry on my own. Thank you, brother Rob. Appreciate that. How many How many have ever used a compass before? Anyone ever? All right. Now, we know who the old people are. All right. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It was a compass was a very interesting It's a very interesting tool. You think, well, why would you ever need a compass? Until you're out in the middle of the woods and everything looks the same and you're like, which way's up? And you wander around and you're like, man, what in the world? How do I get out of here? I don't Has anyone ever been lost? Like truly lost. Yeah. One time I I grew up, Lauren says I was a freerange child, okay? I grew up there was 22,000 acres of woods around my house, okay? It was timberland, good hunting. And honestly, guys, I just kind of roamed. Like, I don't know how else to say that. Like, I didn't like I mean, that was just for as long as I can remember. My mom was like, "Go outside. Don't bother me in the house and I just roamed. No one knew where this I didn't have a cell phone. Wow. This all right. We're doing we I'm going to preach about different stuff now. I just got a new new message right here. Didn't have a cell phone. My mom was like, "Be responsible. Act." Didn't I drunk out of the water hose, believe it or not. I mean, where I went, there wasn't even a water hose. I had to drink out of the creek. Oh yeah. No, it clean, clear water. I mean, God's country. Beautiful. I wandered and wandered. I mean, like, honestly, I could make it all the way to town or all the way from town and never touch a road. There was just woods just everywhere. All right, the trees. I know the trees. It's why I am the way I am. I would just wonder. That was just life. But one day I got out and and usually I would know the hills or the valleys and I would know because it was it was hilly country and I got out and it was flat and I was like what in the world? What happened here? I was not prepared for flat land. All right. I don't know how you guys in Missouri ever got anywhere. Okay. But like I was lost. I It freaked me out. I mean it really did it. I was like what in the world? Everywhere I looked looked the same. I was like, "Oh no. Is this when it happens?" That was like three seconds. Okay. But I remember it. So I was just like, "Nope, you just keep walking." And so I just did. I just kept walking. Found my way out of the woods. Believe it or not, so many times we go through life like that. We just wonder. In 1492, Christopher Columbus sailed the ocean blue. Does anyone know where that comes from? Spain. Well, all right. Good. But I didn't know where that came from. But you've probably heard that before. Here's the thing is Christopher Columbus, he had he he he did not just randomly get on a boat in 1492. All right? You can have all your opinions about him. I don't care. This is not I'm not doing a political speech about Christopher Columbus. All right? But I am talking about this was a man who who for at least a decade of his life was obsessed with finding a shorter passage to Asia. Never found it. He thought he landed in India and called them Indians, but he never found and honestly never admitted that he didn't find it. I don't know. He was stubborn. you had to be stubborn to get on a boat in 1492. All right? He was raised in a fishing village. He he studied maps. He he did all these different things. He didn't have money. He wasn't a rich man. He actually went to the king of and uh the king of Portugal and and asked for uh for money to outfit a ship. He said, "I think I can find my way." And they said, "No, we're just going around the the south of Africa. We're going around the Cape of Good Hope down here, and we've got bases established. you don't we're not going to go your route. So he went to the king of of Spain in queen of Spain and and they rejected him and so he was going somewhere else and he was doing this and every he tried and he tried and he tried guys. He studied maps. He was not he was not a like an a super educated guy. He wasn't Galileo here over here that could calculate the circumference of the earth. He was just a regular guy that was just like I I think there's something over there. In fact, he was a lot like you and I who may or may not guys that have obsessive YouTube hobbies. Ladies, do any of your husbands when they're like, "I'm going to start a project watch a stupid amount of YouTube videos on it." A stupid amount. Is it still woodworking? It's cars now. Okay. All right. I was wondering what I was wondering what Duron's was. I mean, Seth, well, he send me steak videos. He's like, "Here's how you cook a steak." Well, Seth, I don't want the video. Cook the steak. Come on, man. He's not even in here to defend himself. I I just wonder, you know, and it's probably every one of us. I mean, God God have mercy on on on our poor wives, men. But we will latch on to the most random dumb thing in the entire world, and we will obsess over it for months. Am I wrong? No. No. No. This whole these guys right here, trust me, it's it's just it just happens. I don't know why. We're just really good at that. It's like, well, why do you know in 149 mine's history, right? Go look at my YouTube history and it ain't it it's not entertaining. No one's gonna be like, "Wow, that was some cool videos." No, it's just boring history in politics. I don't know why George George is real good at that. He he he started a garbage cleaning garbage can cleaning business the other day and went through all kinds of stuff on he just obsessed over it for like a month and I was like all right I'm going to avoid him for this this month time. I mean that's that's what we do. This was Chris Christopher Columbus for like 10 years. Everything he did he had to live he didn't have any money. He had to live in a monastery because he had no no money. He left his kid there and he went before the king and was like, "Dude, I I I know there's a route. We can find it." They checked his math. His math was all off. It was It was bad. It was like, "Yeah, I can do it for 10 bucks." He could not do it for 10 bucks. It was bad. He did not He was not very good at that. But he was very focused. He was very focused. He wanted gold. That's that's pretty and in my in my studies on him, it pretty much come down to he was wanting to get rich quick. All right. He was he was the Ponzi scheme guy before the Ponzi schemes were invented. He was like, "Let's go." That singular focus pushed him to to push and to learn and discover. Here's the thing. He he went fishing and and and on different voyages in trading. He went up to Iceland. All right? and and there if you if you know anything about the ice the the Icelandic fishermen they were going to the new land long time before anyone else was. They were going to North America there. If you look at I know you're like man this guy is just he's living his dream giving a history lecture right now at our expense. We're going somewhere. They they they would go to like Nova Scotia off the off the coast of New England. and they would fish and they would come back, but they wouldn't tell people about it because that was their good fishing grounds. That that's just they would just do that. I personal opinion here. I think he heard about the land from them and then like looked for maps to prove it out. Okay, that's personal opinion. Wild hot take here on history. Tough crowd today. All right, tough crowd. when when when he came back, he finally got the king and queen of Spain to to agree to outfit him with some boats, the Nina, the Penta, and the Santa Maria. And they went went down and they had to do like a fiveweek voyage on these tiny little wooden boats. How many of the homeschoolers went to the see the replica? Did any of you guys get to do that? They're not homeschooler. How many of y'all they bring it to like Chattanooga and you're like, "Man, that's a really small boat. I really would not want to cross the ocean in that boat." They did it. They were focused. They were purposed. From that, we now we we we celebrate Christopher Columbus not because he was a perfect man, but because he was a purposed man. His drive brought the news of the old the old world and introduced it to the new world. It wasn't a new discovery. It wasn't a new thing, but his drive did it. There were fishermen that were that were back and forth for centuries in the new world, but they wouldn't tell anyone about it because they discovered a good thing and they kept it to themselves. But he said, "Hey guys, there's something over here. It's new. Why don't y'all come check it out? Now, he was motivated by different things than them, but he was purposed. Societ society speaking here. I And I I said I said something on purpose here. He was not perfect. He was purposed. Because we think our current culture says everyone has to be perfect in order to be worth anything or we tear them down. That's not the truth. That's just not it. No one's perfect. That's what the blood of God's for. >> Amen. >> I as I was looking at the story of Christopher Columbus, I started thinking about how the representation of these two different uh types of people of of the people that would just go and fish and then they would come home. They would keep to themselves. They were living the good life. They were just, if I may, they were just good people. They were making a living for their family. They were doing the right things. They were doing everything. But what they had failed to do was understand that there was a whole new land. There was a whole new that would affect and change history. They were just good Christians. That had found a gold mine and kept it to themselves. They were just good people. Just the good old boys. Can't sing that. I'm sorry. Didn't mean to put a tune on that. They were just good old boys who just did what they were doing every day, but somewhere along the line they no one else knew about it. And then you have a scoundrel, if you if I may, of Christopher Columbus, who was a scoundrel, but he had a purpose. said, 'Hey guys, I found something. And all the people that were living there were like, "No, you didn't find this. We've been living here." All the people that were fishermen were like, "No, we known about it for centuries." He said, "I found something. I found something. Come check it out. I found something. Come check it out." And all of a sudden, we had an explosion, a change of history. The whole course of history was changed because he found the North American continent. He found the the Caribbean islands. He found all those things. and he and he started to to push it. Can I can I say that the that that analogy of those two types of people, there are people that are just good people that do good things and they live a good life, but they're just casual in their Christianity. They're just a casual passive approach to God. It's not enough to to to hate the world, but there there is a point that we have to not just hate something and run from it. We have to find what we love. We have to love and fall in love with our God. More than any desire this world can have, more than any punishment or bad thing that happens in this world, more than any blessing that God can give us, we must fall in love with the nature of God. You see, when as a man I get to go to work, maybe some of you women go to work and get to I I don't have to love my job in order to go to my job. I have to love my family in order to go to my job. I do not have to love what I am doing in order to get out of bed every day. I have to love my family in order to do that. You see, I think so many of us have approached our our relationship with God that way. We say, "Well, you know what? I don't I may not have to love God, but I love my family, so I'll show up. I I may not have to I may not have to be fully solded out to God, but I I you know, mama's happy. We're better off. She She fusses less when I show up." boys, little boys, young boys. Y'all hear me? You see, it's the relationship with God is more than just a resp responsibility. The responsibility, sure, it gets us up. It gets us there. Gets us out of bed. We do what we're supposed to do. We become a good person. We we think we're doing right. But what I've seen over time, or I've been I've been in church for a few years now, and and most of you have, too. But what we see over time is that that that that responsibility while it is good, it is not relationship. And at some point in time there's a fork in the road to where it becomes well what are we going to love the most? Because the reality is is that is that we are driven by what we love. We we that's that's just it. Ladies, y'all don't understand it. But but guys like cars or woodworking or fishing or hunting. We're object-oriented people. All right. We we we focus on the things that we love doing. We focus on that and that drives us. You guys are like super focused. I mean like if you like charted out your life, you would you would be like, you know what, 18 to 25 guys? 25 to 30 to five kids and you're like laser focused on that and then in the middle of it got to have that house and he's like oh easy now. I mean it it pretty much just drives us that we're we're in that cycle of life but we we focus what we love drives us. It does. I I don't know how else to to make that plain. But I do I do want you to know this that d I'm going to speak directly to the men because here's something the ladies are smart enough to know how to apply it to themselves. All right. In our walk with God, in our Christianity, in our love for God, we we do what we know to do, but we do not do what we want to do. But like Paul says, I know to do. I know to do, but then I I want to do, but then sometimes we do what we want to do for so long. But it shows up. It shows up in what we produce. Wednesday night, I talked a little bit about faithfulness and fruitfulness. It shows up in our fruitfulness. It shows up in in and and in and a lot of that is driven by passivity. casual Christianity. As we are walking with God, as we are going in week in and week out, it is easy for us to become passive about what we have discovered. Is easy for us to take for granted the blessings of God and the goodness of God and the peace of God without loving God. It is so easy for us to to exist in the in the sphere that God has allowed us to exist in without fully loving him, without fully having a relationship with him. It is easy for us to to live our life as in passive manners, but then it shows up in all the things that are connected to us in our fruitfulness. Can I tell you that pride presents itself as passivity? This comes from our fear of absolutes or standards or whatifs. What if we are wrong or what will I now have to live up to? This is often bred from a man who lives out of appeasement instead of out of relationship. This is bred from a from a point of passivity built in pride. Man was not made to be passive. Man was not built to to to be passive about anything. Man was made to be purposed. Can I say that one more time? God designed man to be purposed. >> Casual or passive Christianity will lead us to the point to forget why we are here. >> BECAUSE WHAT I LOVE drives me. WHAT MY SOUL LONGS FOR DRIVES ME. WHAT MY DESIRES are drives me. There is a reason that Jesus said, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind." This is the great and first commandment. THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT FALLING IN LOVE WITH GOD that will lead us to discover our purpose in God THAT WILL DRIVE US TO GOD. I cannot SHAKE YOU OUT OF YOUR PASSIVITY. PASTOR CANNOT SHAKE YOU OUT OF YOUR PASSIVITY. YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT DRIVE YOU TO GOD. THE ONLY THING THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE IN GOD IS YOUR LOVE FOR GOD. You see, LIFE COMES AND IT HAPPENS. IT'S GOING TO BE GOOD. IT'S GOING TO BE BAD. It's going to be ugly. IT'S GOING TO BE HARD. IT'S going to be fun. IT'S GOING TO BE HAPPY. IT'S GOING TO BE ALL THE THINGS THAT THAT CAN HAPPEN. BUT OUR CIRCUMSTANCES ARE TEMPORARY. THE POSSESSIONS ARE TEMPORARY. WHAT GOD HAS BLESSED US WITH IS JUST TEMPORARY. You don't believe me? Ask Job. BUT WHAT WILL PRESERVE US AND WHAT WILL PURPOSE US AND WHAT WILL PLACE US WHERE GOD WOULD HAVE US IS OUR LOVE. Our undying, OUR OUR HOLY, OUR RIGHTEOUS, OUR DETERMINED, OUR purposed love. >> Our love. >> You see, the love of gold drove Columbus. >> It drove him to the depths of madness. It drove him off the edges of the earth. that drove him into the abyss and the unknown. What more can our love for God do for us? Acts chapter 21, we find that Paul is is in the midst of revival and throughout my Asia Minor. He is he is in the midst of revival. 21 and verse one. If you have your Bibles, go do this with me because it's there's some there's some points here I want you to see. It said in the writer Luke here he says when we had parted from them and set sail we came by the straight course to cost and the next day to roads and from there to partura and having found a ship crossing to Phoenicia we went aboard and set sail we and when we had come in sight of Cyprus leaving it on the left we sailed to Syria and landed at Ty and for there the ship was was un was to unload its cargo. Verse four says, "And having sought out the disciples, we stayed there seven days, and through the spirit, they were telling Paul not to go on to Jerusalem." Paul had a compass about him. Paul was in the middle of revival. He was changing the world, turning it upside down. And he felt a need. He said, "I must needs go to Rome." And in the spirit, the disciples, they said, "No, Paul, you can't you can't go to Rome." They were, "No, you don't know what's going to happen. You can't go to Rome." A man that's not purposed would have said, "Okay, I hear you. But the same God that had showed them that had showed him what he was to do. No, Paul, you can't go to Rome. Verse five, when our days were ended and we departed, we went on our journey and they all they all with their wives and children accompanied us until we were outside the ceiling kneeling down on the beach. We prayed, said farewell to one another. We went on board the ship and they returned home and when we finished the voyage from Ty we arrived at Palamus and we greeted to the brothers and stayed with them for one day and on the next day we parted and we came to Cesaria. We entered the house of Philip the evangelist who was one of the seven and stayed with him. He had four unmarried daughters who prophesied. While we were staying for many days, a prophet named Agabus came down from Judea. And coming to us, he took Paul's belt, bound his hands, his bound his own feet and hands, and said, "Thus says the Holy Spirit, this is how the Jews at Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt and deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles." Paul was purposed. Paul had spent some time with God. Paul had been on many missionary journeys. Paul had spent a lot of time working and praying. He knew what was to come. He knew that he was going to be delivered up before Caesar. He knew that he was going to have one shot to convince the courts. He knew he had and if if that was what it was, that's what it was. In fact, we find we find that later in the chapter it actually the very next verse when he heard when we heard this we and the people then urged them not to go to Jerusalem him to go up to Jerusalem. Paul answered said what are you doing weeping and breaking my heart for I am ready not only to be in prison but even to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He said he later wrote he said what to live is to is Christ and to die is to gain. He was looking at we were looking at a man here who was not just halfway living for God. We're not we're looking we're not looking at a man here who who had just lived the law and and allowed the law to guide him. We're looking for a man that went beyond the law and to love. There is there is something I want I I I want you to know here that legalism is easy. It's real easy. It's real easy for to to know that this is right and this is wrong. It's real easy to know this is up and this is down. It's real easy to feel like, well, we've got to do everything to protect everything and so we're going to be real legalistic about it. That's a very natural human response. But I will tell you in the love and the admonition of God that that's not the answer. The answer to all our problems, the answer to all our issues, the answer to all our mess ups, all our failures, the answer to FINDING OUR PURPOSE WITH God is falling in love with God. It is FALLING IN LOVE WITH GOD OVER and over and over again. IT'S KNOWING THAT I GO TO JERUSALEM TO BE SENT CAPTIVE. IT'S KNOWING THAT THOUGH HE SLAY ME, I WILL TRUST HIM. IT'S KNOWING THAT DAY IN AND DAY OUT, I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN. I'M NOT GOD, BUT I JUST LOVE HIM. I JUST DRAW CLOSE TO HIM. I JUST SAY, "GOD, WHAT PLEASES YOU? HOW CAN I GET SO CLOSE TO YOU THAT YOUR THOUGHTS AND MY THOUGHTS ARE THE SAME? HOW CAN I GET SO CLOSE TO YOU, GOD, THAT I FEEL YOUR WEIGHT, I FEEL YOUR BURDEN FOR THE LOST AND THE DYING?" HOW CAN I GET SO CLOSE TO MY GOD? THEY ALL THAT THAT I DON'T FEEL THE STRIPES. I DON'T FEEL THE BEATINGS. I DO NOT FEEL THE CROSS, BUT I SEE THE GLORY OF GOD. HOW CAN I GET SO CLOSE TO MY GOD THAT I PICK UP WHERE SOMEONE ELSE HAS LEFT OFF and I say, "It's my turn now. IT'S MY JOB." NOW, can I tell you, I prayed FOR SOME OF THESE young people Friday night and I prayed a burden on them on purpose because if this city is going to HEAR THE WORD OF GOD, IF THIS CITY IS GOING TO SEE ANYONE baptized in the name of Jesus, if anyone's going to BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, IT'S GOING TO BE BECAUSE SOMEONE PICKS UP THE BURDEN AND THE LOVE OF GOD AND SAYS, "I MUST NEEDS GO TO ROME." I prayed YOU SEE, PASSIVE CHRISTIANITY IS GOING TO SAVE no one. >> IT SAYS, "I FOUND A GOOD THING AND I'M KEEPING IT TO MYSELF." But purposed, purposed, purposed, purposed. It says, "I've gotten close to my God as I know how to get." It says, "I've picked up the HEART OF GOD." AND I know the heart of God is to seek and to save the lost. I KNOW THE HEART OF GOD IS TO CARRY THE GOSPEL TO THE WHOLE WORLD. I KNOW THE HEART OF GOD IS TO CARRY THE BURDEN NO MATTER WHAT COME NO MATTER WHAT MAY. I KNOW THE WORD OF GOD. I KNOW THE LOVE OF GOD. I KNOW THE THOUGHTS OF GOD. I HAVE THE HEART OF GOD. You see, we'll look at this and we'll say we're NOT DESIGNED FOR IT. WE'RE NOT GOD. But Ephesians 2 verse 10 says something. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. And you see, we were made from the very foundations of the earth to walk in the love and THE ADMONITION OF GOD. We were made from THE VERY BEGINNING OF TIME TO walk in communion with God. It's real easy. But thou shalt and thou shalt not. Would you stand with me? We think with the thou shalts, thou shalt not. We take a left and we take a right. Take a up. We take a left at the tree and over by the creek and we take the crooked road till you get to the big split tree. Every time somebody starts giving me directions like that, I just give up. I don't know what you're talking about. go over there past the store. What? Sometimes go to God in our prayers. God, I need to find your purpose in my life. And you're like me with this broken compass. turn the world's north. You can't wait on the sun to come up. Some of us, it wouldn't help anybody, would it? Go to God in prayer and we say, "God, I love you, but I I just don't know what to do. God, I need you. I just I just don't know what to do. I'm with you. I'm right there with you. Sometimes I go to God, but I'm not God. I'm sure glad I'm not. That's a whole lot of surrender and a whole little bit of time. That's a whole lot of understanding that God is in control. Here's the piece. I don't know where your compass is today. I don't know what you're looking for. I do know this. You're searching for purpose. I do know that. I can't tell it to you. It'd be real easy if I could. If I had a spreadsheet and said, "All right, this is this person's purpose." Typed in a nice little formula. Boom. There it is. Microsoft Excel is not God either. The only thing that you will find your purpose in today is by getting as close as you possibly can to an almighty God. Saying, "God, I love you." See, a lot of times we spend a preacher spends a lot of time convincing you that God loves you, but I I today I need you to to determine in your heart that you love God through and through. Guys, I've seen I I I've seen the gamut run on everything you can you can imagine. But it doesn't matter. You know what matters is I love God. You know what keeps me warm at night? Not just my beautiful wife, but I love God. What wakes me up in the morning? Not just a one-year-old, but I love God. I wished I had every answer in the world. I wished I did, but I don't. I wish that I could I could walk into a jail and say, "Well, if you did this, this, this, and this, I could do it. Wouldn't do them much good, would it?" Because it didn't change them. I wished I could I wished I could sit down right here and just say do this. I wished I could I wish I could come to every one of y'all. I wish but I'm not God. You know who is God. And I need you today to understand me. Get as close to him as you possibly can. Crawl up in there and annoy them know the life out of him. God, I just need you today. Hey, it's me again, Lord. >> I got a prayer I need an answer. It's me again, Lord. I got a problem I can't solve. >> BECAUSE THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT FALLING IN LOVE WITH him and knowing that he is the answer to every issue and every problem, every success and every failure. When I FALL IN LOVE WITH MY LORD AND MY SAVIOR. >> OH, somebody hear me today. >> Hallelujah. >> Prayer time is praying without ceasing. >> When I fall IN LOVE WITH MY LORD AND MY GOD, my life steps are ordered by him. When I fall in love with my Lord and my God, all the other things fade away. You see, today, you're going to be driven by something. You're going to be driven by the love of something. I really wanted to get a table and just set up all the terrible things in the world that you could be driven by. But then some of that was illegal, so I I didn't do it. But why be distracted by all that mess when you've got an altar where you can just come get close to God? Would you do that right now? All across the house, everyone that possibly can find a place to to crawl up next to God. God, I just love you. God, I just need you. God, I just love you. I just need you. God, I love you.
