And now the United Pentecostal Church has chosen Sister Tenny to be over the world network of prayer. We're on our way to the greatest revival the world has ever known. And it has to start with us. And in the prayer room, blessed are the people that know how to pray. They used to teach us in the early days, there's one thing you can do and you better do it and that's to pray. I always had in my young days as just a young fell I had my prayer place in the woods and I always had a well-beaten path because I went in the morning noon and night to that place to pray. There's always something about a place. You got a certain place. I don't know it get becomes sacred to you and you just walk there and talk to the Lord. I remember once building me an altar in the Ozark out of rock, a long altar uh on a high hill. And when things got tough, I'd always go to my altar and talk to Jesus. And there was things that I didn't know how to handle, but when I left there, I knew what to do. A word from the Lord. You know, it's good to have that sometimes from brothers and sisters. But for you to pray until you get a word from the Lord is the best way. That's the best way. And today, as I've already said, I believe in preparing, growing in the Lord, looking ahead, studying, preparing, and I haven't used anything so far. and uh and teaching. I got up this morning and just thought, here it is. And I had rather just give you that and then pray because when the Lord speaks something to you, a word from the Lord, then if you move in that, you're going to see things happen. The Lord has various ways You can pray your way into something. It may take days, weeks, months, years. There are other things you can get today. And there are some things you can get instantly. Sometimes he moves in and while you pray and he answers and then I have watched him answer before I could pray. He did it. You know while we were yet speaking sometimes he he just answers. So you can't pin him down the one way. You know, he likes for us to pray. But I'm reading and then you can be seated. And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them into a high mountain, and was transfigured before them. And his face did shine as his son, and his raignment was white as light. And behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it's good for us to be here. If thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles, one for thee, one for Moses, one for Elias. But while he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. And behold, a voice out of the cloud, which said, "This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear ye him." And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were sore afraid. My text is just simply walking with Jesus. Let's pray. Father, thank you for your holy presence, your great spirit gifts that are in operation on the old camp ground. Oh Lord, thank you. May this day be one of the glorious, wonderful days that we'll never forget. May the services tonight be so apostolic under a little spread throughout the country and around the world. Oh Lord, this is the day of great things. Bless us in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. God bless you. You may be seated. There's a time to everything. There's a time to pray. There's a time to battle. There's a time to fight. There's a time that we battle principalities, spiritual wickedness in high places. But there also comes a time the Lord will step in and say, "All right. I'm going to take care of you. Uh you I'm lifting you just a little beyond spiritual warfare, and I'm going to fight for you. You'll always fight spiritual wickedness in high places out there for other people. But you, the individual, I'm sending my angels to walk with you and protect you. You can sleep unharmed. You can travel without fear because I'm going to take over and watch over you as you walk with me. Now, walking with Jesus. Now, this is a a step further than just prayer and battling and fighting for other people. Us ministers are called to go to war for other people. We're always invading the devil's territory. And uh we have the word, the sword in our hand, the blood over our souls, and the name of Jesus in our mouth. So we go forth with a miracle in our mouth, the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. That's a miracle. Amen. Now, I have learned that if you want to just grow cold and and get to where you're just a knot on the log, just pray only for others and never walk with the Lord Jesus Christ personally. You can backslide leading a prayer meeting if you don't walk with Jesus yourself. You see, you can tell other people how tell other people what to do. I have people coming to me and say, 'I can pray for other people and they'll get healed, but I can't get healed. I said, 'Well, that comes by just walking with Jesus. Leave it all. Everything just walk with Jesus. Now, Peter, James, and John understood this. They were in the inner circle. They were in special miracle uh meetings that some of the other disciples were not. But John the beloved disciple love to walk with Jesus and lean on his breast. There's something about John that was just a little different. He loved to walk with Jesus. Now, there comes a time that perhaps we need to just uh lay it all aside, all of our wants and all of our needs and the church and everything else and just walk into his presence and walk with him and listen and feel and absorb his divine and holy presence until you're filled with all the fullness. ness of God. Usually when you come out of this, you have what you want anyhow without ever asking. He amazes me at the thoughts he can put into your soul and the touch that he can give when you're in your darkest valley. Suddenly it's not a valley. It's not a war because when you're with him, walking with him very close, there's no devils around. Amen. You're not plagued with all kinds of negative thoughts. There's just something about it. You fill up. And that's what happened here on the Mount of Transfiguration. They saw him in all of his glory. His face shined, his clothes glistened, and they wanted to stay there. But no, Jesus said, "No." In essence, he was saying, "There's someone in the valley that needs help. My disciples is wrestling with a demon down there now." And because they hadn't fasted and prayed like they should, they're not getting anywhere. So Jesus took Peter, James, and John from the high place after they had walked with him down into the valley of darkness where demons were everywhere. But as he spoke, they came out. You see, that's the great thing about it. When you walk with Jesus, they took knowledge of the disciples that they had been with Jesus. Amen. The blind saw, the the deaf heard, the lame walked because they had been with Jesus. Peter and John said to the crippled man, "Silver and gold have we none, but such as we have, we're going to give you." And he said, "In the name of Jesus, rise up and walk." And the man arose completely healed. This is what we get when we walk with Jesus. You'll return to the valley with love for a lost world. Love is the most powerful force in all the universe. Oh yes. Because God is love. Once real love, you're full of that and it flows out of you. There's no human shield so thick that this cannot penetrate. It just flows right on through the crowds and through the evil minds of men and they suddenly feel conviction and repent of their sins because God is love. And as you walk with him in high places, just walking along like the disciples on the road to Emmas, they didn't know that he had joined. Their eyes were so holden. They were so full of doubt and fear. Their Lord had been crucified. Some for some reason they didn't hear when he said, "In 3 days I'll come forth." He walked along with them and they later said, "Didn't our hearts burn within us as he explained the scriptures to us and told us things that we hadn't listened to before." There's something about walking with him. When you come out of the woods or wherever you've walked for hours with Jesus, you're going to be full of his faith. Did you ever run out of your own? I have. I've had mine leave me right in the middle middle of a healing service and I had to say now Lord I just run out here comes one that uh I've just run out of faith. You know I need yours. Amenise God. Boy are you Lord? I need you now. And then I remember that scripture. There's one thing he he really actually swore to us. Lo, I'm with you always, even under the end of the world. So right in that raging battle, facing demonic powers, suddenly I remember he's with me. Not only do I go and walk with him, he comes down and walks with me. And there's times that he's there when I don't know it like this two disciples on the road to Emmas. Suddenly he's there and I call on him and I feel his faith take a hold of my little faith. And when he adds his faith to my faith, we're going places then. Things are going to happen then. Amen. Oh, let me walk with you, Jesus. Don't ever leave me alone. He won't. Just let me walk with you. Let me let you talk to me. I don't want to do all the talking on these special occasions. I say, Lord, just let me walk with you today. I'm not asking you for anything but your presence. I just want to be close to you. And you know the Lord likes that. He always came down before Adam and Eve fell and walked with him in the cool of the day. He loves our fellowship. Don't forget that. He longs for his children that's so busy to stop for a while and just walk with him. Amen. We get too busy sometimes and we forget the most important part of it. Walking with Jesus, fellowship with Jesus. You know, he planned all this. You know, we didn't. He planned to walk with us. He planned to have fellowship with us. He planned to have some special times with us and we need to plan with his plan and walk with Jesus. Amen. Can you love him now? Jesus, let us walk into your presence today and just flow with you and go with you. Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Amen. One of our ministers just a few months ago, he said, "Brother Barnes, my first grandbaby, he was born with this place in his head, closed, grown together. And the doctor says he will have to have an operation because it would cause him to die in just a few months because his as his brain grows it can't expand. And I have the letter back from him. And you know right here you realize this is going to take a a miracle from God. This is this is a creative thing. This is u you know this is beyond just gifts of healing. We got to move into a somewhere else and and get the Lord to speak to this and uh we prayed earnestly. They took him back to the doctor. The doctor said something's happened. It's separated. Needs no surgery. I was in Texas the other night and one of the ministers said, "The ladies here that you prayed for a few years ago, one leg was 4 in shorter than the others and while you prayed, it lengthened out the same length of the other one. Now this these kind of miracles comes by walking with Jesus. This is his faith and your faith together. He's trying to get us to see if we'll pull away from everything and get alone with him, God can do anything, anything but fail. These are natural physical miracles. But right now, the Lord is wanting to show the church the greatest miracle, the one he planned from the foundation of the world, the greatest revival the world has ever known. Over the years, I've prayed earnestly. I said, "Oh Lord, make Calvary plain. It seems to be hid. Billions of people, they don't even know that it ever happened that you ever died on the old rugged cross. We We've got to have something different. I said, "The way we going, the population of Earth's going faster than we're getting them saved." Something's got to happen big, big. He's a big God. And he won't let the cross, Calvary, the power of Calvary stay out there in just a corner of the world. He did that for the whole world. So the whole world must hear about it. The whole world will hear about it. Amen. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. It's coming. Hallelujah. It's coming. It's here. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Praise God. You say, "How are we going to handle it?" We can't. The Holy Ghost will. Amen. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. This is the greatest day to be alive since the world began. While we look at evil things getting worse and worse, we forget that Daniel prophesied that his people would be lights and it'd be multitudes and his people is going to get better and better and more holy instead of less until we walking in the presence of God. And we're going to see it gushing down. How about us going home and starting it in our church. Amen. You can figure it all out in your own mind. But if you'll walk with Jesus, just walk in his presence. You'll give nobody any trouble. It'll be easy to forgive. It'll be easy to get healed. A lot of times you'll get healed without even asking. You'd be surprised how many of us are alive because it healed us and we didn't know. We didn't know that this thing is working on us and the Lord just said, "No, get out." Now closing, I asked the Lord once. There was times I'd get right in his presence like this and there's times I'd fade out. I said, "What happened?" And he said something very plain to me. He said, "When you're coming into my presence, you come into my presence knowing that you're covered with my blood. that you wear my name in your spirit, soul, and body. And he said, "Don't come into my presence and then let fear come." He said, "You can't doubt the power of my blood and stay in my presence." We need to wake up. The blood enables us to walk into his presence and stay. Amen. Now, stop letting the devil tell you, "Oh, you can't walk with Jesus. You get way off down there on earth to the corner of that 40 acre field and pray as far away from him as you can." No. He wants you to walk with him side by side. Listen to him. Faith has taken hold here now. It's time to pray for the service today and tonight. Faith took a hold. And you folks are walking with the Lord. I know that some of you doing the very thing that I'm talking about. You know how you've learned that. You just have to drop it all and go and walk with him. Amen. Forget about your hurts. I told you last year the Lord asked me one morning about 5:00 the Holy Spirit says who who comforts God when he hurts. I said I never thought about him hurting but he does when he sees a lost world rejecting Calvary. Now, the one thing as we pray, stand. From the foundation of the world, the Lord saw Calvary and planned it, didn't he? Oh Lord, release all the power you ever intended to flow from Calvary upon this generation and upon the world and upon this campground. Let the power of Calvary be demonstrated today and tonight. And the power that flowed from his stripes in Pilot's Hall, let it be demonstrated tonight with signs, wonders, and miracles. Would you pray? Father, we come into your holy presence, thanking you for the Holy Ghost and the word of God and the power of your presence, oh Lord, this day. move mightily throughout the services in Jesus name. God we pray in Jesus name. Spirit in your power. Hallelujah. You will stir every heart release. Amen. All right. Would you say this with me? Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, for the baptism for the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Holy Ghost. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. For the faith for the faith once delivered once delivered under the saints under the saints. And because because I have the Holy Ghost and the Holy Ghost. I have the faith. I have the faith. Once delivered. Once delivered. And now, Lord, now Lord, I exercise that faith. today and tonight. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Amen. Praise God. So, you just told me you had faith to be healed. Yeah. If you have the faith once delivered, you have faith to be healed. If some of you needs a prayer answered right now, yourself or your family, remember what I said last night, the Lord said to me, the reason so many of my people are not healed, they won't exercise their own faith. They're dependent on somebody else's faith. They're beggars. And he said, I want them to grow. I want them to use their own faith. Say it again. I have the faith. I have the faith. The Lord gave it to me and I'm going to use it. Amen. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Be healed. Be delivered. Say it with me. I receive it. I receive it. And I thank you for it. Thank you for it. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. [applause and cheering]
