us thank you brother Tenny and you are a gift from God to this our generation and everybody said amen amen you may be seated what a joy it has already been Gather in this place of Revival and consider together the role and the work we have in Ministry years are significantly referred to in the Bible in the year in the year in the year of Our Lord 1992 will be one of those significant and epical years in the year 1992 because of the times will send a message to hell and around this world Jesus Christ the Victor has an ally Jesus Christ the Victor has an ally Jesus Christ the victor has an ally because of the times 92 will provide the victor of the ages footing on the enemy's soil a new sub headquarters on the battlefield from which to work out through the power of the Victor's name Jesus and by the power of the Holy Ghost that Divine prophetic nature within us Satan is obliged to yield he must he will he is a stripped and a defeated foe Jesus Christ is the Victor he triumphed over him openly putting him to shame he won a massive Victory Satan knows it and he fears him but it is is a fiercely contested Conflict for Satan is a trained strategist and an obstinate fighter he refuses to acknowledge defeat until he must it is a fight for his life it is a bloody conflict of the wills thus he yields only what he must and what is taken must be taken step by painful step and continually he renews his attacks therefore the ground taken must be held against him in the Victor's name but it's a name that is named above every other name not only in this world but in that which is to come ever knee shall bow to that name in heaven every knee shall bow to that name in this Earth every knee shall bow to that name under the Earth everything's going to bow to that name he's the winner he's the winner he's the winner of the conflict of the ages his name is Jesus we're on the Winner's team he's the winner and listen we're his ally right oh I love that I love that therefore Satan you must yield before the advance of this church called by his name that's right and you must yield before the advance of any man or woman who stands in Jesus name and who won't budge an inch that's right you must move out of our way Satan we're the Victor's Ally if you won't give in Satan's attacks and if you'll just stand and when you've done all to stand just keep on standing that's right our Victor will sovereignly move for this Ally if Satan's will persistence and determination Outlast that of the Ally Satan wins a victory but the Victor's Ally has the advantage because of Christ's massive victory over Satan and we never need to suffer defeat if we will press the battle to the gate by incessant insistent extraordinary prevailing prayer of faith Satan will Retreat to the pit from when he came right he's already moving out of here he knows something is happening he feels it he is shaking and trembling if this church the Victor's Ally were fully convinced of her high and lofty position as Ally of the victor of the age prayer would be the main business of her life claiming the promises we are the Victor's Ally the Undisputed undefeated Sovereign lord of the universe the unchallenged victor of all the ages and the church called by his name is the chief biker of planet Earth she holds the balance of power the gavl is in her hand she can lower the scepter she can call the shots she's the alive the victor of the Angels the gates of hell can't Prevail against this church Jesus said it behold I give you authority over all the power of the enemy and all the gifts of the Spirit and every prophetic utterance is sent from heaven to help you win the war that's right these spiritual gifts are the spiritual Weaponry to be used to enforce the Victor's mission on planet Earth and what a mission and we're involved and because of the law of prayer it is the highest law of the universe it can overcome any other law by the sanctioning God's intervention thus God can act sovereignly over any situation any individual any family any City and this world America you may reduce your Warheads but we can never reduce our logistical tactical strategic Warheads until until until we will not reduce ours until that distinguished and honored Angel bind Satan and cast him into the bottomless pit oh happy day oh happy day happy but before that one Angel does his thing as Lee Stone King says his thing I have an envied spot too I have one little life to be used as a weapon against Satan and I'm going to use every ounce of strength I've got because all he can do is kill me and when he does it's a shortcut to Glory I'm a mighty weapon in the hands of God I don't apologize for saying that I'm a mighty weapon I'm a mighty weapon you're taking my time be seated hallu but my one little life is incredibly short it's a vapor it's a hand breath it's a passing post it is a tale that is told it is as a dream in the night you are giving it for something I ask you what are you getting in exchange is it worth it is it getting the job done a great Professor was being fied across a river he asked the Fairman do you understand philosophy no The Boatman replied the then one quarter of your life is gone do you understand astronomy no he replied then half of your life is gone do you understand geology no he answered then 34s of your life is gone and studying other things that he missed the main thing he missed the critical thing and CS Lewis said it all that is not Eternal is eternally out of date make disciples is the Mandate of the master we make ignore it but we cannot evade it right Jesus Christ left this Legacy Magnotta of the church he provided both the model and the method follow me he urged his men and I will make you to become Changers of men then he gave them a staggering promise lo I Am With You Always even to the end of the world but you that do not embrace the promise you will not receive the blessing for you cannot get the promise if you do not embrace it you cannot I do not come here today as a person who understands all things about evangelism and building a prayer base in a local church but I come as a practitioner with you I come as an encourager with you we're going to talk about prayer and multiplying disciples what it can mean for your ministry and your church I do come emphatically to tell you that your ministry and your church will go no further than the depth height or width of your own personal relationship relationship relationship with Jesus Christ on a daily basis our spiritual life never never ever exceeds the quality and quantity of time we spend in prayer and Bible study the supernatural work to which we have been called demands Supernatural help and if we spend our spiritual strength and fail to renew it we're failures if we multiply engagement and curtail our prayers we are pretenders Hypocrites and on our way to becoming reprobates and apostates everything else that your ministry will become is related directly to the strength and depth of the foundation that you are building spiritually in your life and the life of the church we must catch a vision of what Prayer Ministry can be and keep that Vision before our people every Church in every city must build a foundation of extraordinary prayer United prayer private prayer corporate prayer a concert of prayer weeping and groaning prayer prayer that breaks out all over our church our homes our city our state our nation extraordinary prayer say it with me extraordinary prayer say it again because of the times 92 a discipl making Ministry must be launched from a Launchpad of unceasing extraordinary prayer in every local church that is literally a House of Prayer if we intend to fulfill not the little commission but the Great Commission my subject because of the times 92 is the Master's master plan is a discipl making pastor and a discipl making church built on a foundation of extraordinary prayer a discipl making Pastor building a disciple Mak Church on a foundation of extraordinary prayer regretfully I tell you I fear we have failed and failed tragically thus our Rich inheritance remains unpossessed and we are coexisting for the sake of ease and luxury this local church is intensifying and extending its prayer base the Launchpad and involving more practitioners for developing disciples disciples are made not born read it all of God's Giants have been weak men most of whom were ignorant and unlearned but who did great things for God because they themselves were available and discipled by the master and then they discipled others they possessed their possession this local church has for more than four decades engaged its members in some form of a concerted perennial prayer effort for more than half that time they have prayed unceasingly in three-hour shifts plus every Saturday night a churchwide prayer meeting recently to accommodate the uninvolved and the uncommitted a 24hour prayer sheet with names to be signed on a one-hour prayer commitment to be Prayed by anyone anywhere anytime any place has been distributed among this congregation requesting that they sec Ure names of their family and their friends to fill in the prayer sheet prayer request sheets are strewn in the altars of our prayer room to be prayed over all week long but the latest emphasis you will see as a focal point in the prayer room you will find a local map of Alexandria and this whole area with key prayer captains and prayer warriors scattered all over our community taking the lead and involving others to pray for every family every home on every street for God to deliver unshackle open prison doors heal save all who will come to him we would like to have one person for every three or four blocks and train them how to organize a prayer group in every three or four blocks a trained prayer leader and a militant prayer group calling our community back to Christ and invoking the blessing of God upon our community and covering it and blanking it with prayer every Pusher lives in somebody's block every drug addict lives in somebody's block every crook lives in somebody's block every criminal every child abuser every rapist lives in somebody's block and if we would organize it like it ought to be not one of them would be more than a block away from somebody praying for them or against them Plus in our prayer room you will also find a map of our world our nation and our state there will be a book with the names of our national state and local political leaders and the names of our national and state and spiritual leaders for whom we will pray as we've been commanded to do in 1 Timothy 2 1-2 also a Rolodex of all the membership of this church that will be prayed over by the pastors and their wives prayer request sheetss along with a book of all of our missionaries will be in our prayer room and after every session Sharon couples and the prayer warriors will meet you back there at the focal point in the prayer room to explain to you how it works it will work if we'll work it why because extraordinary praying has been the Hallmark of every Spiritual Awakening there has never been a Spiritual Awakening without extraordinary prayer Say Never Say Never Never the men and the women who have carried forth great movements for God have been men and women preeminent in extraordinary extraordinary extraordinary prayer I didn't say extraordinary preaching I said extraordinary praying but when they preached Sinners would fall helpless to the ground as if they' been Smitten by death it wasn't so much their preaching it was their praying so this local church for years has discipled people in Bible study courses I'm going to ask you to say it with me do it again Lord again shout it do it again Lord there's been an orientation class for one hour here every Sunday morning for approximately nine weeks new converts and newcomers or to go to that orientation class but that's not enough recently a new disciple making class for all who will hear The Master's Call follow me and I will make you to become catchers Fishers Changers of men has been introduced on Saturday evenings following One Hour of Prayer hear me and believe me according to the New Testament the Master's master plan is a discipl making pastor and a discipl making church on a foundation of extraordinary prayer you don't need to look any further that's it am I want you to say that that's it that's it that's where it is it that's where it is it the Master's master plan is a discipl making pastor and a discipl making church on a foundation of extraordinary prayer no it isn't easy nothing that changes this lost world and drives back Satan's forces is easy but say it's time to do it time to you say it better than that it's time to do it it's time to do it time to do it I want to repeat it again it's time to do it no you're not doing it good enough it's time to do it no everybody's not saying it with you oh yeah and I want to pause there because let me tell you something folks this is where it is this is where it is it's got to be a discipl making Pastor building a discipl making church on a foundation of extraordinary and don't just shout about it it's hard work go home and do it don't home man do it turn to your neighbor and say you got to go do it I've heard it said that the first church prayed 10 days preached 10 minutes saw 3,000 Souls added to the church in a day we pray 10 minutes preach 10 days and see a handful maybe come to Jesus Christ with no followup with no discipling program for them we leave them alone and expect them to thrive by themselves you better hear me if we want to reach this world you better hear me I believe what we will discover on this very first morning are because of the times 92 is the foundation the base upon which everything else we will learn will be built you and I will come to a fresh gripping understanding about the Master's master plan for reaching this world and we will learn again the power and role of Prayer in our individual lives and Ministry once we have that Foundation laid everything else that you will learn these next two days and nights discipleship edification exaltation evangelism social Ministries youth Ministries children's ministries faith building Ministries maturity Vision burden purpose preaching everything we do will be built on the foundation that you and I lay from what we hear this morning that's right and we will leave this place of Revival with some very definite guidelines with principles for developing our own extraordinary Prayer Ministry and multiplying disciples in the life of every member of your congregation hear me when the church exhales disciples it in halals converts but the decision you make today right now is only 5% following that decision is 95% what you hear and learn you got to do it and I'm going to say that again and again you got to go do it because we've heard and heard and we haven't gone and done it say do it do it it's easier to listen to motivating sermons and tapes than it is to go do it quit listening and not doing it that's right quit buying all the tapes and then not doing it it's time to do it it's time to do

it time is running out you've heard and heard and heard and heard change change change change spiritual multiplication say that spiritual multiplication through a process of discipl making with the ultimate objective of reaching our world for Jesus Christ is something anyone can do anywhere that would start a dynamic process by which we would reach our generation and even into the next Century but the scripture strongly links the ministry of discipl making to the local church there's not a greater entity on the face of the Earth than that local church you better give serious consideration to that local church pastors you better take a good long hard look you're going to answer for that local church it's the greatest thing on the face of this Earth right the institutionalized Church gives direction to the local church but it still hangs as brother Anthony put it last night it hangs right here church that local church where practitioners as you and I create a vision and action in the life of every Christian toward the ministries of prayer evangelism followup and Leadership training the goal of discipling is the developing of a committed group of believers who will effectively penetrate a lost world who will find a need and fill it and find a hurt and heal it anyone who is extremely useful in the kingdom is committed to fully obeying the Mandate of the master multiplying themselves through others there is explosive power in multiplication multiplication is one of the foundational laws of the universe and each time anybody fails to reproduced spiritually he cuts his results half someone has said that we are 20 are 30 years behind in followup and Leadership training why because telling isn't teaching and listening isn't learning the church obviously has failed at this point and failed tragically great preaching is simply not enough we have depended too long on great Pulpit preachers because of the times camp meeting conferences great preaching but it's not enough every great church in the history history of the world who failed to be a discipl making Pastor building a discipl making church is now history right Anthony in your recent baby dedication message you reminded us to go to Cale Tabernacle in Indianapolis AB Simpsons Tabernacle in New York Paul Raider's Tabernacle in Chicago spurgeon's Tabernacle in London and Wesley no perpetuation now there are history and that's sad this church has got to become a power for making church that will Outlast the mangun and the kill gos and the williamses Jesus Christ was never easy on anything that would neutralize reaching future Generations the Master's master plan is so simple we've missed it Jesus the master was a disciple making did you hear me say Jesus was a discipl making Pastor who built a making church say he did it he did say that was his method that was his method and say he modeled it he and then he commanded us he command go do it go do it look at your neighbor and say go do it from the manger to the Cross not a moment's time was lost his plan was always before his mind he intended to save out of the world a people for his name's sake and to build a church of the spirit that would never perish he planned to win his whole life was ordered by his objective everything he did and said was a part of the whole pattern this was the motivating vision for covering and governing his behavior every step he took it was ordered by his burden for the world not for one moment did Jesus lose sight of his goal there was nothing haphazard about his life no wasted energy not an idol word was ever spoken it all had to do with winning the Lost he was about his father's business he ignored every other Temptation and every other voice he lived he died he rose again according to the schedule like a general plotting his cause of battle he knew his mission he knew his enemy this beautiful world he created never captured him his disciples saw that and they forsook it all and they followed him Jesus Christ the son of God calculated to win he could afford to take no chance weighing every alternative and variable factor in Human Experience he conceived a plan that would never fail thus the master with the master plan disclosed God's strategy for World Conquest he lived in the flesh as God would live and it is so unassuming and Silent that it is going unnoticed by the hurried churchmen Jesus gave it to us 2,000 years ago say it's time to do it time do it when the realization of this control rolling master plan finally dones upon every one of his disciples we will be amazed at its Simplicity and we'll wonder how we could have ever failed to see it before for when the Master's master plan is reflected upon the basic philosophy is so different from that of our modern church that its implications are nothing less than revolutionary he chose from them 12 only 12 he concentrated 3 and 1/2 years on 12 a few unlearned ignorant men according to the world standard the master with the master plan with the World Vision hangs his strategy for World Conquest on the training of 12 available teachable obedient men he said availability is more important than ability his concern was not with programs to reach the multitudes but with men whom the multitudes would follow yeah Jesus gathered these men before he ever organized an Evangelistic campaign or ever preached a sermon 12 men say it 12 say it again with whom he Associated constantly and discipled to whom he imparted his will his Spirit his name his word his Joy his peace what the father had given him he gave them he gave them all he had he gave them his life he delegated his authority he Sanctified them for reproduction yes they seemed contemptible against the imminence of Rome but the 12 but the 12 but the 12 became fools on fire totally abandoned forsook all forsook all forsook all and followed him and reproduced in others lives what had been imparted to them by the master and then they shook their worlds they lit a light of this glorious gospel in every corner of Rome's vast domain that outlasted 10 Emperors and crumbled Rome nothing stopped them but death not geographical religious or racial barriers not even the needy widows kept them from giving themselves to the word and prayer and discipling others they captured their world for Jesus how they followed the model and the method of the master and they went and repeated it and reproduced the might God in Christ was a discipl making Pastor building a discipl making church on an extraordinary Foundation of prayer that's it that's it that's it so that makes evangelism and discipl making and prayer more than Theory or a slogan it brings it into Focus as a necessity other Ministries and approaches can augment it but never replace it activity is no substitute for production and production is no substitute for reproduction everything in the church Rises and falls on leadership that's where we are today that's right that's where we are I'm not here seeking to make my name I'm telling it's hanging on you leaders hang it on you say it's on me if you're a preacher or a leader say it's hanging on me if you want your people to be a loving people then they got to see modeling you that love if you want your people to be Soul winners and discipl makers then they need to see Mo modeled in you that heart for soul say just do it just do it say the whole concept the

whole concept is the same for prayer the same for prayer one living sermon is worth more than a 100 explanations the poet said it I'd rather see a sermon than to hear one any day I'd rather one would walk with me than merely show the way the eyes is a better pupil and much more willing than the ear fine counsel is confusion but examples always clear the best of all the teachers are those who love their Creeds for to see the good put into action is what everybody needs I'll soon learn how to do it if you'll let me see it done I can watch your hand in action but your tongue too fast may run and the lectures you deliver may be very wise and true but I'd rather get my lesson by observing what you do for I may misunderstand you in the high advice you give but there's no misunderstanding how you act and how you live if you want a discipl making church you've got to be a discipl making Pastor if you want a Praying church if you want a Praying church if you want a Praying church if you want a Praying Church turn to your neighbor and say if you want a Praying Church you got to be a Praying Pastor there's no need to say the people won't pray if we can't challenge them with definite prayer plans and example it they got to see you pray they got to hear you pray some of them have never prayed if we are to have praying churches we must be praying leaders prayer prayer prayer is a Launchpad say it don't ever forget that prayer is the Launchpad of a spirit powerered individual family or church ministry and I want you to get this if you don't get anything else a launch pad just like canaval you see there those great launches and the places where the missiles and the rockets go up but there is a particular pad that is so historic it's called pad number 39 that's the place where most of the Rockets went up to the moon for satellites and then eventually men went out from pad number 39 and yet when those great rockets take off much of the information given is about the length of the rocket and the thrust of the engine and the weight of all the fuel very little is ever said about the Launchpad you who have been there have seen Launchpad number 39 there's something so tremendous about that Launchpad listen if you were to measure it you would find it to be 390 ft long by 325 ft wide to a depth of 48 ft 390 by 300 by 325 to a depth of 48 ft of solid reinforced concrete is that awesome is't that awesome now I'm not a scientist but you know what that tells me if that pad had not been there that rocket never would have taken off in space right all that you would have left would be a rocket that would that fell over and exploded and you would have a crater left in that part of Florida and because there was no there was a depth and there was a strength and there was a reinforcement to the Launchpad then the Rockets could take off and break the barrer and get into outer space and that has everything to do with what we're talking about here today the depth of your spiritual power the depth of the prayer life of your church the depth of the Launchpad of prayer directly relates to how far the Rockets of your ministry will go in your church the depth of the fellowship of your people the depth of the praise and worship the depth of evangelism and discipl making directly relates to the depth of the Launchpad of prayer to too many Rockets are falling over and exploding we don't have nothing left but craters craters because we don't have a Launchpad big enough wide enough deep enough to launch our Rockets that's right right better examine the Launchpad repeat itam say it again say go home and measure it go home and measure go home and measure your launch pad me the devil is not concerned about our ecclesiastical credentials religious certification or theological degree our photostatic minds how smart our brain is or how big our vocabulary is all he fears as a holy ghost fill Jesus name individual or church involved in extraordinary prayer oh yeah say look out devil look out I'm going to measure my launching pad I'm going to measure my launching pad number 39 no craters are going to fall over I'm going to get my rocket through the barrier we have depended too long on great pull pit preachers how many have tried to start a rocket of evangelism and programs and failed miserably it is directly related to the foundation on which our ministry is built sometimes it's so so thin we will reverse our process this week I didn't hear I didn't hear enough I didn't hear enough say we will reverse it we will go home and measure it we will leave here and go back and look at our foundation first we will look at how the foundation is we will look at how reinforced our ministry is humbly I tell you the best thing you can do preacher is surround yourself with a Praying group of people that's right Jesus said it doesn't take hundreds say it doesn't take hundreds say where two or three are gathered in my name every Spiritual Awakening did not begin with large groups praying it began with one two or three people say just a group they just a group don't let the rest of them make you mad or angry just keep on praying build a fire under them build your launching pad I'm convinced that Jesus and his ally is a majority I'm convinced I don't have to get that information from you I'm convinced I don't care he knocks me out I'm still in the majority I don't care what he tells me or what comes or goes I'm an ally To the victor of the ages I got his name there's nothing that cannot be accomplished according to the will of God in your city there is no Community outside the touch of God there's no Ministry that can't explode in this our day be gone with those it says it can't be done because it is being done it can be done and we're doing it you ought to shout louder than that now I do believe in the last decade of the 20th century I think we should build the greatest churches since Pentecost if we will do it God's way we've got to lay the foundation say deep and wide wide deep and wide say I should have learned that in the primary class I should have learned that in the primary dig deep deep dig deep if you're going to build a great church dig deep deep and wide prayer power unlimited extraordinary prayer wise men dig that deep it was Andrew Murray who said over a hundred years ago words that ring as true today as if they were spoken even this morning he said about prayer it was the master stroke of the devil to bring the church to the point of laying us side prayer he said if we give up praying the devil could care less about any structure or program we would dare to ever build as long as the church does not bring in the mighty power of God through Earnest extraordinary persistent believing prayer there's very little for the devil to fear but a church or a Ministry that will unite in common purpose on a foundation built with bold extraordinary prayer will find an uncommon power with unbelievable extraordinary results you want it does anybody here want it I want I want you may be seated honestly but pungently I tell you

that we have yet to see a real vital alive Spiritual Awakening Awakening Awakening say Awakening say our spiritual awakening a we see pockets of Revival breaking out but there's never been a spiritual awakening yet there's never been a revived church yet there's never been a revived life yet that is apart from concerted extraordinary specific praying People Extraordinary prayer that breaks out all over the church the city the nation in various ways it's extraordinary prayer ex it's extraordinary prayer extraordinary said we've got to go on further we've got to get extraordinary prayer going say it hasn't broken out in my church yet hasn't broken out in my church yet well if if it hasn't why don't you say it it hasn't broken out in this church yet I don't care what you it hasn't broken out in this one maybe it has in yours it extraordinary prayer has not broken out I'm talking about breaking out where every everybody I don't believe nobody here believes what I'm talking about I believe it I really don't believe they do extraordinary prayers where we got to start extraordinary prayer is the foundation extraordinary prayers is where you got to build everything extraordinary extraordinary extraordinary oh we've got 24-hour prayer 3our Pray everybody here is not involved in that our pastors pray all night long that's good but that's not extraordinary I'm talking about when it breaks out to where you can't stop it goes like a prayer fire nobody has to ask for it nobody has to encourage it get up and say it brother hail get up and say it brother ha I want it somebody out here get up you may be seated oh God oh God one time in my life let me be a part of a spiritual awakening let me I don't have many years left but let me help to birth a spiritual awakening with extraordinary prayer extraordinary prayer if I don't see him and he don't see me if I don't see many here I would have get into extraordinary prayer extraordinary prayer in this church or God give them something to lead them into extraordinary prayer extraordinary praying for Extraordinary times is that what it is say these are extraordinary times these are extraordinary times listen folks don't sit here and wait for somebody to just say something for you to scream or yoller you stay with me extraordinary times demands demand extraordinary praying extraordinary praying we've had 24-hour praying all night praying but Lord let it break out all over this church Community State Nation let our governor tremble in the Mansion let our mayor tremble in Alexandria let them God they called brother Anthony this morning wanting him to take a position that's open I'm sorry I didn't mean to do that I'm sorry I take it all back Anthony it's too late A Spiritual Awakening A Spiritual Awakening say A Spiritual Awakening it's got to break out all over this country it's got to break out all over this world it's got to break out of this church it's got to the breakout extraordinary prayer we're talking about building a foundation of extraordinary prayer a Launchpad upon which every program idea and Evangelistic thrust will be built prayer yields Vision the word yields strategy commitment yields discipleship there's a definite link between praying people and evangelism and discipleship it'll automatically happen if you get extra prayer going when we release the power of Prayer in the church we can yield a vision we can develop a strategy we can do the follow through it's the whole concept of laying a foundation of extraordinary prayer in your church there can be no reducing of our Warheads we must ensure Global spiritual security Acts chapter 4 is a model for that kind of prayer power extraordinary praying how desperately in need we as a church and as a people are in these critical times to ReDiscover this art of prayer five Concepts there are based on this early church power of Prayer in the Holy Ghost would revolutionize any church do you want your church revolutionized go home and study acts 4 say it will revolutionize if those Concepts could be integrated into the activities of our church say will change my church it will change my church and you
