privilege for me to share in your 25th anniversary celebration you know the uniqueness of this moment is someone said all moments are not equal I mean II know this is the only twenty-fifth you will have and when you think about all the people that you could have had and selected you granted me this high privilege and I'm thrilled to be here I appreciate pastor Charles kind exaggerated overemphasized enlarged otherwise stretched introduction one man step to a pulpit after an introduction like that he said repentance is in order he said repentance for the man who introduced me because he enlarged it repentance for me because I enjoyed it so it's a thrill to be here tonight and I do counted a high high distinct honor and privilege to stand in this most magnificent edifice dedicated to one God Jesus name apostolic truth on behalf I'm not I'm not authorized to speak but I will on behalf of the United Pentecostal church fellowship thank you for building such an edifice that makes us all look good you have blessed us all and we're thrilled to be able to say yes those that's our people that's that's us and you have lifted the appraisal of Apostolic Pentecostals around the world not only that you have challenged us with your example of revival evangelism church growth kingdom mindedness and of course I greet your Bishop and his wife and family and our Bishop and his wife and family and thank you for training such a marvelous general superintendent you did an outstanding job the miracles that were given by God to this assembly carried with him over to the fellowship and under his distinct unusual highly anointed gift administrative skills God has elevated the United Pentecostal church to unprecedented dimensions of victory favor and great blessing and we thank you for that I had a few moments to spend today with pastor Shaw and sadly enough I must say it's the first time I've ever had opportunity really to speak with him but it doesn't take with just a few minutes to know these very passionate visionary he sold out is committed and he loves austin texas and i would say i love Austin Texas I love Texas I'm married to a Texan and I love techies and indulge me just a moment I love the heel country I love the heel country I think Mary spent some time in the hill country read my Bible correctly and I love the hill country and it's a high privilege to be here brother Saul I commend you for the marvelous job you have done to take the medal of anointing granted to you from the bishop and take the church to unprecedented and yet to be continued dimensions of revival and growth I thank you for that thrilled to be here highly honored and humbled by the privilege then I give honor to my good friend brother Charles Stevens he and I were friends in Bible College right after the merger no went quite that far back was it way back there we were friends at Bible College and we've remained friends and I deeply respect and appreciate him as your presbyter and thank God for people that are continuing in the gospel and brother Kline dance will do a fabulous job preaching he is temple of Pentecost perhaps favorite evangelist and a mighty man of God and I'm thrilled to share this meeting with him and of course brother Gurley your superintendent will be speaking now my wife is not here tonight but I'm well trained I'm well trained and media has ruined in my life because my wife has taught me that a message does not have to be eternal to be immortal and so you're blessed but I'm married to a good lady you ought to give her a hand clap right now she's not even here and I would be so remiss if I didn't recognize some special people that I loved in this room tonight Luke Lam troupe is here and Logan and her husband Josh these are fantasies family and I love these people they're precious and what a joy to be in church for them I hardly get to see them but I love them and appreciate them brother battle sterols my son law has a unique wit that he gets from his father and when his family comes the introducing like that he'll say I love these people they're just like family and of course they are family but nevertheless it's great to be here tonight I am I'm not a member of bunch and breeze but I could join them tonight because I am awesome eyes at the grandeur of this temple and place of worship Thank You choir for a great job you kind of set my ministry up for what I'll say tonight and I'm thrilled to be here job chapter 1 verse 15 is where we will read job chapter 1 verse 15 and the Sabine's fell upon them and took them away yay they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword I like you notice the next phrase it will be the heart of what I will preach about you know the Bible couldn't be but so thick contained but so many words so I don't believe there's any wasted words in the Word of God and especially as a young preacher you need to know this that if God says something more than once there's a message in that because he couldn't put by so many words in the Bible and would repeat something there's you a message if you'll just look at it notice the last phrase would you read it with me and I only am escaped alone to tell thee continuing with 16 while he was yet speaking there came also another and said the fire of God is fallen from heaven has burned up the sheep and the servants and consumed them would you read with me now and I only am escaped alone to tell thee continue continue and he was yet speaking there came also another and said my sons and my daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house and behold there came a great wind from the wilderness and smoke the four corners of the house and it fell upon the young men and they are dead ready and I only am escaped alone to tell thee I want to preach to you tonight in this great time of celebration Thank You choir for setting my message up with your final song when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will prop your hands because what has seen impossible has become very real in Austin Texas what it look like could not be done has been done god bless you and you may be seated you are to be commended for setting aside these next few days to celebrate what I feel to be a very rare characteristic found in this generation we are here celebrating continuance consistency and commitment those are rare qualities in North America tonight continuance consistency and commitment but we celebrate not only the preservation of the apostolic message but we're also going to celebrate the propagation of the apostolic message we have not gathered to merely celebrate a church surviving but we're celebrating a church thriving I want to tell you we're more than conquerors and you haven't seen God's best yet and I got bad news for the devil he hasn't seen God's best yet nor has he seen you life's best yet if you believe that would you give the Lord a hand clap right now no matter how aggressive massive or encompassing Satan's attack may be the devil never has nor ever shall give us all because there's one that I quote often and you know who said upon this rock I will build my church and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it how many know you're in a victorious churches evening the gates of Hell shall not prevail Luke 10 and 19 Jesus gave us a unique verse of scripture and it says behold I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing about saying nothing shall by any means hurt you ooh Jesus gave us his valuable scripture and I like to relate it to modern times he said you're going to tread on serpents and scorpions serpents attacked with their head and scorpions attacked with their tail and Jesus wanted a New Testament church to know heads or tails we win it really doesn't matter Satan is seen in Genesis as a hips hissing serpent but he's revealed in Revelation as an intimidating dominating desiring dragon we are facing a foe at flood stage but I've got good news for you tonight that when the enemy shall come in like a flood the Spirit of the Lord shall raise up a standard against him ladies and gentlemen they're a part of North America it's time for us to celebrate the fact that our God is striking back our God is speaking now our town is moving now America is on the precipice of the greatest revival the world has ever known let me just add this and I don't mean to be you know words or words and I understand all that that's what we use but a lot of folks are said God has opened a window for us hear me wait wait till I finish this God has given us a distinct little window of opportunity I want to tell you that windows are Old Testament because the unbeliever said might this thing be if there would be windows in heaven I preached to a church that's not designated or relegated to Windows we're not in the Old Testament of windows we're in the new testament of doors jesus said I have set before thee an open door we're not going to stand outside the window and just look we have a door of access and availability into the promises and power of God the enemy's plot ploy and plan is this to try to compromise us and conquer us with hell's anthem and hell's anthem is simply this everybody's compromising that's hell's theme song right now everybody is compromising I rise in this pulpit and I will say it more clearly and more distinctly later but I want the devil to know he has made a bad bad mistake I rise to say not everybody I said not everybody I wish somebody would shout not everybody with smugness arrogance and conceit he feels his plan is unconquered ball his net is inescapable however I'm happy to report to you and to remind him that when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will because the devil never has or never shall get us all from the day of Pentecost unto the rapture there will be a one God Jesus name apostolic holy living fire filled Church that will be rapture ready now the devil hates the entirety of the Word of God but I'm convinced there are two books he especially despises first of all is the book of Genesis because it tells where he came from how many know in the book of Genesis we're going to find out that the devil is a loser he doesn't want you to know that but Genesis tells us he's a loser how do you know that because he walked into the garden and he crawled out because God put him on his belly and said dust shalt thou eat all the days of their life he walked in but he crawled out you I'd say he was defeated I want you to know you serve a defeated adversary the devil's not going to be defeated he is defeated I said he's not going to be defeated he is defeated your victory is not coming your victory is here the second book he hates is the book of Revelation because the book of Revelation tells where he's going somebody said like this when the devil torments you about your past torment him about his future the book of Revelation tells of one angel that has a chain if I say one just one angel who has a chain and the key to the bottomless pit and he will shut the devil up for a thousand years there are some things that are forever settled they are not before the jury they are not open for debate or discussion they are not conditional filled with contingencies or even the possibility of failure they are irrevocable irrefutable and immutable no matter what the world says or does some of these things are just gonna happen and there's nothing that can stop it number one God is going to be praised whether I do it or you do it is really immaterial but somebody is going to praise God and in the beauty of this Cathedral I think we all have elevated praise in the Apostolic Church like we have never praise God for how many know you've got more to praise him for tonight then you've ever had in your life turn around somebody so don't give me that poor pitiful story you got more to praise God for than you have ever had in your life and I might say this you got more room to praise you then you have ever had in your life there's not going to be a dumbed down Church there's not going to be a quiet Church there's not going to be a compromised Church the Church of Jesus is going to have is a church is going to clap their hands lift their voices dancing the spirit run the aisles and be all fashion Apostolic worshipers it's time to take our praise to another level that such a thing is it the devil is and will even further be defeated the third thing is the church will be victorious the fourth thing is there is and will be and in time Holy Ghost revival the gates of hell can't stop it nothing can stop it matter of fact I just want to tell you case you don't know if you don't have your finger on the pulse of this spiritual body if you're not in tune with what the Holy Ghost is doing the last few years I want to broadcast and announce to you tonight something has happened in the spirit world in the last few years and this is it the Apostolic have had a breakthrough and it keeps the devil up at night because we're out of control now there's nothing that can stop us but us there's nothing that can hinder us but us because God has given us a bright room who ever thought we would worship in buildings like this who ever thought we would preach the people like you but God has given a church a breakthrough clap your hands for a breakthrough the feel thing is this there will be a victorious rap - ready Church of Jesus Christ tell Ari said come out - no he said come in but soon he will say to this church come up that's right where we are and the church is not going to fizzle out the church is going to blast off from the first flickering light of creation stone the devil has schemed design and fabricated ways where about he might for the great wheel and work of God I'm happy to report to you tonight that every attempt has ended in futility and failure with a devil retreating and murmuring to himself curses foiled again I thought I had it this time I thought I had the plan I thought I had it all later let me tell you something about your God our God loves for the devil you doll lift it up that he's pleased won this time for sure he hey let me tell you this that that one doesn't mind you believe in what God did ten years ago or even yesterday but what he wants to convince you is not this time I'm not gonna say didn't bring you through last time I'm not gonna say didn't come through the last time but the devil just wants us to believe but not this time I won't this church - no he gave you your lion and he gave you your bear for this very reason so you could believe he will give you your giant I gotta tell somebody I don't care how high your Mountaineers you're gonna get over it I don't care how low your Valley is you're gonna walk through it I don't care how great your giant is you're gonna bring him down because when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will notice the Old Testament Cain slew his brother Abel it was Satan's attempt to destroy the righteous lineage thus aborting the birth of the Messiah Seth surfaced in Satan space because when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will the Bible said the sons of God knew the daughters of men the result the contamination again of the royal bloodline the results freaks were born Giants but Noah floated out of the flood and God started all over again because when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will they rode past the decree to destroy the baby Hebrew boys but Moses slid through the net and many years later he was the mouthpiece of deliverance to announce God said let my people go because when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will Herod devised the plan for all males two years old and under to be destroyed he was willing to kill every baby boy so that he might get to the one but Jesus slipped through the devil's grip one got away and in Luke 13 32 he said go ye and tell that Fox behold I cast out devils and I do cures today and tomorrow and the third day I shall be perfected I Got News for you sir you missed me you didn't get them all somebody got through and what we did today we're gonna do tomorrow until that glorious third day when we're going to be raised up in his likeness and presence because when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will job's trial is penetrated by a sustaining star of consolation notice Joe 1:15 and I only am escaped to tell thee 16 I only am escaped to tell these seventeen I only am escaped to tell thee every devastating blow someone survived to tell the story somebody is always going to come to a pulpit and say hear o Israel the Lord our God is one God somebody's gonna walk to a pulpit and say you must be born again of water and spirit to enter the kingdom of God somebody's going to walk to a pulpit and declare that without holiness no man shall see the Lord somebody's going to come to a pulpit and declare that god is great and he is greatly to be praised there never will be a time when the devil gets us all somebody's going to be alive to tell the story clap your hands and celebrate there with me right now so notice our typology after every devastating blow someone survived to tell the story after the sabaeans of persecution after the fire of God allegedly devours the sheep and the servants I rise to tell you God's fire doesn't kill sheep after the deception and the imitation is what that's about in typology of the compromise movement after three bands of the Chaldeans which represent false doctrine of the Trinity after the winds of sin have flattened the house and the sons and the daughters are dead somebody came out of that and was able to tell the story because when it looked like no body good somebody did and somebody always will let me encourage somebody that's got it Elijah's spirit on you night the only thing worse than compromise is somebody that thinks they're the only one that brotherman hain't he ever preached real Charlie my hey yeah brother Mahan he used to have his famous saying he'd say well anyway whenever anything would go wrong in his life he'd say nothing but the devil trying to kill me for holding up such a standard nobody be able to blow out his vehicle hang up him but the devil trying to kill me for holding up such a standard the only thing wrong than being a curse I'm in a compromiser is to be convinced by the devil you're the only one that's got it right you're the last bastion of holiness in the world you're the only one that's waving the flag you're the only one that's got standards you're the only one that knows what it really means to live for God Elijah had that attitude but God told him in first Kings 19 and 18 yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel all the knees which have not bowed under bail and every mouth which hath not kissed him I've come to preach to you tonight don't think for thirty seconds that this church is losing this battle don't think for one moment that we're going down in our stand for who we are and what we are because when it looked like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will stand up and clap your hands and bless the name of the Lord with me row after hazard get it praise right now Church I want you to know God's church is still victorious and no matter how dark it may remain standing no matter how dark it may look no matter how dismal the reports may be it's making news yeah I just thought of that thank you it's fake news everybody's come for my I'm gonna make a statement you say fake news everybody's compromised nobody really believes it anymore everybody's given up on theirs 10 nobody's having revival that's fake news coming out of the plains of hell and out of the mouth of a lion devil this church is growing this church is driving this church is having revival this is the greatest hour we've ever known clap your hands and celebrate 25 years of would it look like nobody could somebody did and somebody always will anybody determine are you that one that will is anybody committed tonight no matter what everybody else does I will serve him I want us to pray right now would you lift your voices Lord Jesus god I pray that your reassuring call would settle on this congregation tonight I know we have many guests here tonight but Lord ask for new life often we always will we will proclaim truth we will proclaim righteousness we will see a mighty outpouring of the Holy Ghost we will give we will sacrifice we will have revival in the name of Jesus Christ hallelujah we will praise God I want you to bow your heads I know it's late we have a wonderful reception I want you to stay I know it's late but I want to give somebody that needs Jesus right now an opportunity to encounter him in this place right now if you've never ever received the gift of the Holy Spirit I want you to know right now is your time your night is tonight we have water in the baptistry if you've never been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ will baptize you tonight there's a whole bunch of the rest of us that have and I want you to reaffirm some things in your life tonight that I am going to be a part of revival we're not the only ones but we're the ones here and as for us in this house we're going to serve the Lord I wonder if anybody feels what brother Huntley saying tonight I want to be used by God I want to be the building blocks for 25 more years I want to see revival tonight if you feel that would you respond to the Lord right now for a few minutes before we go have the cake in the punch and all that would you lift your voice right where you're at maybe some of you would like to come and pray for a few minutes I want you to be encouraged by the word of the Lord tonight y'all moving in this house God's encouraging people right now I want you to feel that space I want you to feel that come on talk to him for a minute right now God we want you to renew right now God we want fresh vision to be born in hearts right now you need a miracle I want you to claim it in Jesus name right now come on you need a miracle he is still in the miracle working business tonight that's their response to it if you feel a tug on your heart you feel a call in your spirit would you just take a few minutes and say yes to Jesus right now they're gonna sing as we worship and in a moment you're going to go out and have a wonderful time of fellowship but could we pray for a few moments right here
