I heard of an ancient Reservoir in the Hills that that supplied a village Community with their water it was a stream that flowed slowly down a mountain into a small village it never caused much notice other than it was their water supply and they were thankful for the water that came down the mountain but one day a crack appeared in the reservoir's wall and soon after the reservoir collapsed and and the waters burst forth down the Hillside and they uprooted trees and pck picked up Boulders and the flood of water destroyed houses and bridges and anything in its path and it's a picture it's picture language for Revival it's spiritual momentum that we like to call Revival and it can just happen in one moment and it can break through things that would have taken years to break through that stream that that that little stream of water coming down the mountain side it would have over time it would have wore down the sides of the banks uh but oh when that Reservoir broke open when that Revival broke open things began to happen in the natural I want to go spiritual just for a moment I believe somebody in this place you've been drinking from a stream but God wants to do something great in your life but you've got to allow it to happen he wants to put marriages back together but you got to allow it to happen and it only happens with a breakthrough uh it might take 15 years to put your marriage back together but if you allow Revival to take place in your life uh if you allow that reservoir of the Holy Ghost uh to Break Forth Just in one day in one night things could happen oh my God things could take place in this house tonight uh children could come home children could return home young children that are rebellious they can put the Rebellion aside because God can take control in just one moment of concentrated Force Revival could take place in somebody's life and lives could immediately be changed uh healing could take place immediately or a lost child could come home I believe it could happen immediately I thank God listen I thank God for the steady stream of the Holy Ghost I thank God for every Wednesday night service we might do nothing more than come and learn of the word of God I thank God we've got to do we need that that's the food to our souls but sometimes we got to say God woo I Need A M I need a right now miracle I need you to fix it right now I can't wait till next year I can't wait another 10 years for things to go right in my life I need you right I need a breakthrough I'm preaching all that's what a break through truly is a breakthrough is getting through a wall that you couldn't previously get through God allow us to break through some things tonight in our lives somebody shout amen David I want to get quickly to my story here I love this backdrop David had he had 30 he had 30 he had 33 Mighty Men you can read about these Mighty Men in 2 Samuel chapter 23 but he had three that were refer to as the mightiest I want to preach about those three tonight these three were professional at breaking through physically and I think their experiences in the physical is going to help us in the spiritual realm but look with me in 2 uh Samuel 23 and: 8 because I want to read and and I want to describe I want you to hear these men described in the great feats and the great Wars that they fought singlehandedly these be the names of the Mighty Men whom David had the tech manite that sat in the seat Chief among the captains he was the top dog the same was adino asight he lifted up his spear watch this right here he lifted up his spear against 800 whom he slew at one time now listen a spear is a distance weapon it's not meant to be a hand toand combat type of weapon it's it's long it's a little bulky it's not Swift like a two-edged sword but Josh let's just call him chosh here he killed 800 Philistines in one day come on I want you I want you to try to wrap your mind around that he just got to the place where he thought you know what if we're going to have Revival if we're going to have Revival killing 800 Philistines in a lifetime is not going to do we got to do it a breakthrough is going to take place in one day at one time now listen if this man would have killed 800 Philistines in his lifetime that would have been impressive but he understood how to break through and he understood how to defeat the enemy and I'm so thankful in the spiritual realm that Revival looks a whole lot like this it's unexplainable but it's undeniable you can't explain how it happens the weapon you're using it might not be conventional to the Warfare that you're fighting with but somehow someway God gives you the ability to do things that you can not normally do I'm thankful for a god of the Breakthrough Revival takes place using the most unconventional weapons think about think about coming into the 20th century when racism was at its extreme and a black and white congregation came together and an africanamerican preacher named William Seymour stepped up into the pulpit of a storefront at Aza Street in Los Angeles California and hundreds in a Revival when it was not looked good upon to see see white people and black people coming together and worshiping together there was a man who stepped up and he said come one and come all he was an africanamerican man but he said all you white folks I want you to come in here too I want you to be filled with the same holy ghost that I've been filled with and the Holy Ghost was poured out in America and unlike ever before Revival began to spread across the country I'm talking about unconventional warfare it didn't make any sense people couldn't explain it how people could come together in the middle of the time of racism and they can get the Holy Ghost in fire it's unexplainable I honor this teite for being a fighter of unconventional warfare but what about the next one verse n says and after him was Eleazar the son of Dodo the Anahit one of the three mighty men with David and when they defi the Philistines that were gathered together to battle the men of Israel were gone away and he arose and smoke the Philistines until his hand was weary and his hand clave unto The Sword and the Lord wrought a great victory that day and the people returned after him only to spoil let let me read how the how The Message Bible explains this it says Eleazar was with David when the Philistines poked fun at them when the Philistines Drew up for battle Philistines showed up saw this little band of Renegades that David had with him and they poked fun and said look look at these jokers look at this weak little group of of davidito fun at him and all of Israel all of David's men retreated but Eleazar stood his ground and killed Philistines right and left until he was exhausted but it says he never let go of his sword he would not give up if we're going to have end time Revival even greater than the day of Pentecost even greater than AA Street Revival we got to spiritually fight and when everyone else drops their sword and Retreats listen let me preach this for a moment I really don't care who pokes fun at the apostolic movement uh this church uh we not retreating just because someone decided that it's not cool any longer to have demonstrative worship just because people look at us listen we sing songs all the time about it ask me why I worship the way that I worship some people think I'm crazy some people call me a fool if you're wondering why I worship the way I worship you got to look back over my life and see where I've come from and see what I've been brought out of and see where God has brought me from uh you just got to understand I can't go with the status quo if all the other Christian denominal churches are going to go listen I oh God help me I've seen this happen you may be seen I've seen this happen too often we're getting into this hole Seeker friendly Movement we want to be a church where the unchurch feel welcome listen I want everybody to feel welcome here but I'm just going to be honest with you we don't come to make people feel welcome or feel good that's not what we're here we're here to worship God and we're going to worship him the way he desires to be worshiped this whole come and have 20 minutes of worship have a 20 minute sermonette spend about 20 minutes in the call coffee shop and getting a cup of Joe and being in your car within an hour from when you got there let me tell you what's happening churches are trying to put a God that's Eternal into a stopwatch and and they're saying okay God we're giving you 60 seconds starting now do what you're going to do in about 60 seconds okay okay all right that was pretty good we're to give you another minute starting now but God whatever you do we can't give you more than 60 minutes because if we give you more than 60 Minutes NFL football's about to come on it's Sunday football we we got to be home for Sunday football we got to be in the recliner in time when Sunday football begins when kickoff begins but oh God a god that is eternal doesn't live in time and he's not looking for us to put him into a box called time we just got to say God have your way we're going to follow the auction of the Holy Ghost where you lead us we're going to follow if we have to stay in the altar until the spirit Falls will linger in the altar until the spirit Falls brother Josh I never want to get to the place where our service is so programmed that God doesn't even feel welcome in the house I could just I could just visualize God looking down and saying listen I I hear you singing songs about me you're even using my name but I don't feel welcome there now everybody else feels welcome there you create a culture where everybody else feels welcome but God is saying but I don't feel welcome because I want to do something for you I want to cause a breakthrough to happen in your life but you're not going to give me enough time to have a breakthrough in your life because breakthroughs take time you can't rush a breakthrough a breakthrough happens when you continually cry out to God you continually intercede until you get to a place where God breaks you through things that you're struggling with and things that you're going through and when you break through those things you begin to do things that nobody else around you is doing and that's why the three were the mightiest men of David you may be see it because when everybody else ran and when everybody else retreated And when everybody else canceled their Sunday night and they canceled their midweek Bible study when everybody else said hey we don't have time for all this there's too many school ball games and and what we don't have time for small groups we don't we don't have time for any of those things uh oh but God has brought a church uh into marville Tennessee uh who's going to be a catalyst for the apostolic movement to say we're not canceling our Sunday night services we're not canceling our Wednesday night services I've had pastors tell me Well we had a Sunday night but people stopped showing up so it just made sense to cancel and I got to thinking why did people stop showing up you got to give them something to show up to you got to create an atmosphere of worship where their lives can come and they can be changed forever more my God a lot of times it's in our Sunday night service where breakthrough really happens uh we hear the word on Sunday morning we get fed on Sunday morning we get to a level on Sunday morning but on Sunday night we break through into a place uh a place of Deliverance uh a place of Salvation a place where the Holy Ghost is poured out Revival is not going to come to churches that water down their worship when the spirit of the Lord moves upon my heart come on we sing the song I'll dance like David dance it was David that said oh clap your hands all ye people and shout unto God with the voice of Triumph we can't be ashamed to shout shouting is a part of Deliverance uh shouting is a part of breakthrough clapping our hands and making a Joyful Noise that's a part of breakthrough Psalm 27 and6 says and now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies around me therefore will I offer in his Tabernacle sacrifices of Joy I will sing yay I will sing praises unto the Lord why do y'all got a choir y'all tell me you sing on Sunday morning and Sunday night we thought Weir doing good singing for Easter and Christmas my God what better plac is to come in the house of God coming together as a choir singing in one mind in one Accord with every testimony in that choir loft singing a song of Joy singing a song of Celebration singing a song of Thanksgiving it was s oh 134 and one it says behold bless ye the Lord all ye Servants of the Lord which by night stand in the house of the Lord it says lift up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord the Lord that made Heaven and Earth bless thee out of Zion I'm thankful we still believe in lifting up our hands uh and worshiping the god that Reigns over us uh cuz where the spirit of the Lord is there is Liberty uh that can be read when the spirit is Lord of your life uh there's going to be Liberty in your life uh you're going to receive breakthrough when you allow the spirit of God to Reign Over You Psalm 149 let them praise His name in the dance does it doesn't say just let them dance it says let them praise His name are you glad to be a people of the name we are the people of the name when we praise him if you've been baptized in his name when you begin to Praise Him in the dance you're praising his name in the dance it says let them sing praises unto him with the timberl and with the heart my God I'm thankful for music that glorifies God I'm thankful for loud music you can't you can't get loud enough from me you say well brother Eric said I wish we would turn it down a little bit it'd be more comfortable if it was just softer in here you know sometimes we turn the music up because the praise needs to be turned up a little bit and I I don't know about you I just have trouble I have trouble singing along to a song that when I start singing I can't hear the song and I thank God thank God for our sound our sound text man God thank God man they put it right in your face I want it in my face when when we're singing when the choir is up here singing once in a while I get to stand in there fromont people I want it right in my face because I just want to be able to worship freely I want to sing to the top of my lungs and nobody around me going to care what I sound like I might try to sing listen I might try to sing on key in the microphone brother Joel but there are times when I just don't care if I'm out here and I'm just singing I'm making a Joyful Noise and sometimes I'm like they don't sound good but thank God the sound is loud enough to nobody can hear me and thank God the Bible doesn't say make a good sound of the Lord or or make a a pitch correct sound to the Lord it just says Make a Joyful Noise unto the Lord and so that's why we just come together and we sing unto the Lord with everything inside of us you don't have to be a great singer you don't have to be a solist you just got to be a worshiper that's willing to sing uh God gave us vocal cords uh he gave us a voice uh he gave us oxygen this pumped out of our lungs for the express purpose to give him praise uh and to sing unto him somebody shout yes you may be seated one more I got one more I got one more where is he at where you at there you are let's go let's go I got to find this last I'm I'm moving through I'm moving through moving through oh 2 Samuel 23:1 and after him was sha the son of agie the harodite and the Philistines were gathered together in a troop and there was a piece of ground full of lentils beans Bean patch and the people fled from the Philistines but you guessed it but this dude stood in the midst of the ground and defended it and slew the Philistines and the Lord wrought a great Victory do do you see that every one of these stories that always ends with the Lord rought the the the Lord wrought the god of the Breakthrough wrought a great Victory now you say well what about the guy killing 800 what about the guy defending the bean patch what about the guy that wouldn't run oh thank God for the guy thank God for one of the fre that stood up and said my God is well able to help me defend what's true and right and righteous and holy but it's not my victory it's the Lord's Victory it's not my battle but it's the Lord's battle it was the Bible says that these guys were such Fighters they held on so tight to their swords as they fought the Bible says that their hand clave to the sword that their hand would not even let go of the sword I don't know what they did they they might have had to find a lake of water or a river of water and put the man's hand down in the water until his fingers finally let go I don't know if they had to do some kind of surgery to surgically remove his fingers from that sword but all I know is that these three men understood where the power they understood where the power hourl and that was in the might of their God and their God wrought a great Victory through each one of them I honor sh for taking a stand in the center of what meant the world to him Strong Tower students uh you better get in the center of the field this week at NYC and take a stand for what you believe in I said you better take a stand for what you believe in when the preacher calls the altar call please I beg you don't just walk up and look around and see what everybody else is doing get your hands up uh get your head tilted back uh and begin to say God deal with me whatever the preacher just preached about deal with me God I need a breakthrough this week uh I need a breakthrough this week uh God if you don't help me I don't know if I can even stand it any longer but if you'll give me a breakthrough I'll stand right here in the middle of this Bean p and defend what I know to be true you may be seated I'm almost done I'm almost done I just want to read the rest of the story but I want to read it from The Message Bible because I read it from the King James and it didn't make sense verse 13 says one day during the Harvest the three I like how it calls them the three the three parted from the 30 and joined David at the cave of edum and a squad of Philistines had set up camp in the the valley of rfim while David was holed up in the cave the Philistines had had their base camp in Bethlehem David had a sudden craving and he said would I ever like a drink of water from the well at the Gate of Bethlehem so the three there it is again penetrated the Philistine lines and Drew water from the well at the Gate of Bethlehem and brought it back to David but David wouldn't drink it he poured it out oh sh he poured it out as an offering before the Lord I want you to visualize this right here the enemy have encamped at Bethlehem they've taken bethle Bethlehem over as their headquarters for their army but it was David that remembered back to his days in Bethlehem and the Beautiful cool streams of water The Well of water there was there in Bethlehem and all he had to do was make a statement and say I wish to God I could just taste here I am I'm I'm in a cave I'm holed up in a cave with a bunch of men with a bunch of Renegades but if I just had a drink of cold cool water oh but the three I love that it says the three said hey if David wants itth we're going to go get it are we going to have to risk Our Lives you better believe believe it we might die going after a drink of water but if David wants a drink of water if our leader wants a drink of water if the one that's brought us through so much already wants a drink of water we'll go get him a cup of cold cool fresh water but when they brought it back to him David said there is no way in this world these men risk their lives and as bad just like as bad as I would like to take a drink of this he said I'm not going to take a drink uh but instead he poured it out and he poured out and said God I pour this out as an offering to you for these mighty men who risk their lives for a drink of water I was somebody in this place felt a breakthrough was worth your time was worth your energy was worth the risk of the enemy and saying God whatever needs to happen that's what I want to do whatever my man of God asked for if he needs I want to be the help come on the need is the call I said the need is the call God help us have people that see the need and hear the word of the pastor and hear the hunger and the burden of the pastor and say no matter what I'm going and I'm going to help my God my God I feel the spirit of breakthrough that's already in this place today I feel Revival that wants to break out in this place today uh somebody there's an Apostolic spiritual Warrior that's going to fill this altar tonight and just say God I declare unto you uh woo the 30 might retreat but I'm going to be one of the three that says no matter what I'm going to get in the middle of this uh and I'm going to fight with everything that I am and time Revival is going to be jump started by the three stand with me if you're not already standing Psalm 110 and3 says thy people offer themselves willingly in the day of thy power let me tell you something today is that day right now is that time Revival is here the power is here the time of breakthrough is here listen Philippians 4 it says I can do all things through Christ uh which strengtheneth me it's not about you it's not about what you can do it's not about your power in your might it's about Christ that lives inside of you that strengthens you 1 Corinthians 15 but thanks be to God which gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ Romans 8:37 nay in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us first John 5 for whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world and this is the victory that overcometh the world even our faith and second Corinthians here we go chapter 10 ver4 for the weapon the weapons of our Warfare are not carnal woo what is what is it but Mighty through God to the pulling down of whoa somebody needs a breakthrough right here casting down imagination every High thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God there's lies being told to you right now in your mind everything that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to The Obedience of Christ my question to you tonight is this and this altar is very open but what area of your life needs a breakthrough because we need a spike and settle moment right now you can't wait till next week young person you can't even wait till National youth convention you ought to start right here just think where you you would be on Wednesday night of NYC if you're already spiked right now if you already allow God to to break through some things in your life and already allow God to open some doors of your mind and change your attitude uh and change your whole Paradigm come on somebody where's the Breakthrough that's needed we need a concentrated Force called Revival inside of us right now God let a spirit of Revival break out in every husband let a spirit of Revival break out and every wife let a spirit of Revival break through uh and every young person come on you got to be part of the three you are to be part of the kingdom of God that says I will I will break through break through in my mind breakthrough in my spirit uh woo breakthrough in my soul uh breakthrough in my weakness uh breakthrough in my struggle you you are the god of the Breakthrough breakthrough in My Worship breakthrough in my praise uh break through when I lift and glorify your name uh breakthrough when I dance uh breakr when I shout uh come on we're serving the god of the Breakthrough there's not going to be breakthrough until you begin to worship until you open your mouth uh you're not going to break through with your head down in your mouth closed uh you got to begin to speak uh and say God I need you my mind I've got thoughts running through my mind of doubt and despair and depression but I rebuke those thoughts uh I pull down those thoughts uh I'm going to break through those thoughts in Jesus name uh my spirit needs a lifting my soul needs a lifting come on somebody you got to begin to praise him whether it's a dance whether it's a shout whether it's just lift in your hands whether it's clap in your hands you got to just start to praise him and say God you are the god of the Breakthrough you are the god of the Breakthrough you're the God you are the god come on breakthrough breakthrough breakthrough breakthrough breakthrough breakthrough breakr breakthrough breakthrough breakthrough come on lift up your voices a little bit louder come on let there be a breakthrough in this place come on concentrated force uh we need a praise to erupt in this house uh we need the attention of God right here right now holy ghost right here right now Lord God we're not in a hurry we don't have you on a schedule we don't have you on a Time Clock God you just have your way let the unction of the Holy Ghost lead us right here have your way in every life uh Lord let marriages be put back together Lord a husband and a wife oh God that struggling in their marriage God they're fighting Lord God just to stay together Lord God they're at odds with one another God I'm believing you're going to give them a breakthrough uh you're going to allow him to love her like he's never loved her you're going to allow her to love him like she's never loved him uh in Jesus name build people build families strengthen Family come on right now right now pray over your children come on parents if you got kids going to NYC come on you got to pray over them right now God uh Lord instill in them God a desire to know you a desire to respond to the word they hear this week uh God give them Lord the desire Lord God to want to please uh not only their parents not only their pastor but to please you God Lord give them that desire in Jesus name let Revival let it be stoked inside of them yes yes yes yes yes yes Woo You Are The Undefeated one my light and my salvation when the wicked my enemies and my foes Came Upon me to eat up my flesh they stumbled and fell Woo you're omnipotent you're Almighty you're my Defender you're my Victor you're my refuge you're the one I run to you're the god of the Breakthrough come on come on come on we're going to sing about it in just a moment because I want to praise him before we sing about it in our own words I want to say God you are the god of the Breakthrough before we sing lyrics uh come on somebody in your heart you got to cry out in a way that says God I need you right now I can't wait another day I can't wait another day I've waited too long already I can't delay any longer right here right now come on you ought to pray in the Holy Ghost you ought to let that tongue just flow out of your mouth come on if you don't have the Holy Ghost tonight if you'll just worship him if you just begin to worship him that's the first step right there if you'll begin to start to praise Him woo you start praising him and you start thinking over your life and saying God I'm not going to be what I used to be that's repentance uh you start worshiping and saying God I want you to be Lord over my life come on that's repentance uh and then you oh my god things begin to happen inside of you you begin to worship it and things start coming out of your mouth you can't explain words start coming out that you didn't come up with uh a language breaks forth uh wo come on the Holy Ghost wants to fill you but you got to be Begin by worship Begin by Praise let a breakthrough take place in the spiritual realm right here woo Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes woo breakr break Bre Bre you the God God come on breakr break my come on breakr God is still remitting sins every removing sins and an old lifestyle he can still cleanse he can still make new again and create a new creature out of us amen so thankful oh AR we thankful for the fs and First Apostolic Church of Cleveland man they're on fire they are on Fire come on they hey they got another one thank God let's go woo Revival taking place in Cleveland Revival taking place in Madisonville Revival taking place in marille several God is doing great things breakthroughs are taking place in Jesus name I'll take a breath all right Lisa R Renee Norris upon profession of your that moment Jesus what better breakthrough than getting baptized in jesus' name if that doesn't change your life nothing's going to change your life Oh What a Beautiful line it's like a BC it's there's a line there before Christ be before I was baptized everything from this point on for these two precious people are going to be like hey remember that November night when I got baptized and my whole life was changed and everything changed from that moment on breakthrough woo thank God come on I I believe in I want to end this by praying over our young people and I know moms and dads we got a lot invested and we're believing for Great and Mighty things but can we just pray that God would give our students the greatest breakthrough this week they've ever they've ever had in their life come on I know we've had great moves of God I know we've had great Rush Services and we've had great rallies and great everything but come on I believe
