turn with me in your Bibles to 1st Samuel chapter 16 and verse 11 1st Samuel 16 and verse 11 and then I'm going to go into the 23rd psalm and Pastor uh Pastor started it this morning I'm just going to finish it I uh it seems like the last few times I preached and got to preach the evening where where Pastor Carper preaches the morning uh I'm usually nudging my wife and saying oh my goodness he's about to preach my whole message oh my goodness Lord help me but I just believe that's confirmation of the Lord that he knows exactly what this church needs and I believe tonight I believe if you open your heart you will receive it but uh 1st Samuel 16:11 is going to bring me to Psalm chap 23 but the Bible just simply says and Samuel said unto Jesse are here all thy children and he said There remaineth Yet the youngest and behold he keepeth the Sheep that's important right there he keepeth the Sheep of course we're talking about David in Psalm 23 in your Bible there should be parentheses there and it says a Psalm of David and David says the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want he maketh me to lie down in Green Pastures he leadth me beside the Still Waters oh he restoreth my soul he he leadth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake yay though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for woo and thou art with me thy rod and thy staff they come for me thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies and thou anointest my head with oil my cup it runs over surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever woo I feel the Holy Ghost already I don't know I got to sing in the song and team I need you to help me just come on out here and help me sing I began I began to sing the song in my prayer time yesterday as I was getting ready to uh to to to to study to minister today and as I as I was re singing the song tears began to flow because I began to think you know Psalms are simply spiritual hymns they're they're more than just poetry they they're more than just they're more than just something you quote or recite they they're songs and I know when we preach them we just quote them I that's okay because we we don't know the melody that David put behind it but I'm thankful that there was a songwriter that used Psalm 23 and and put a Melody behind it we sing it around here you're going to know it and I need you to sing it with me and and not only sing it with me but I need you to think about this because my message tonight is simply entitled I am not alone and I I just so happen to know as we as we enter into this holiday season that to many it's it's a glorious celebration it's a time of Joy it's a time of festivity it's a time to celebrate and and and it should be it ought to be but I know to others this is also a time of loneliness it's a time where people feel all by themselves and there's a lot of reasons why they could be but I believe if we let this song minister to us I don't know where we're going to go from here I I told Pastor Hammond and we're going to pray for them in just a moment they're they're on their way to Nashville to to to lead our young people in the greatest conference we've ever had I believe but I told Brother ham and I said I don't really know what's going to happen with this message because I feel such a compelling of the Lord just to move in the spirit with this so why don't you just shut your eyes right here close your eyes tight we're to sing the Lord is my sh come on Vision David comforter in this place oh oh you're the comforter oh God in this house come on I don't want to get in a hurry yet come on I'm I just want to minister in the spirit right here just for a few minutes oh you're my comforter Jesus hallelujah hallelujah come on just talk to him in your own words maybe not in the lyrics of David's song but come on in your own words just talk to him for a moment come on we can't get uncomfortable in moments like this right here come on every single person and every single you ought to be able to just talk to him and say God Oho you're my comforter You're My Hope Oh My Hope is found in you Jesus Oh My Hope is found in you Jesus find My Hope Is In You Jesus my hope is found in you Jesus Jesus everything is found in you Jesus thank you Jesus thank you Jesus you may be seated in Jesus name in 2 Samuel CH 23:1 and we're not going to turn there but I just want to kind of tell you what's happening just keep on playing for a little bit it just it feels good I need that chapter 23:1 we find the mighty King David the man after 's own heart and he's lying on his deathbed and in chapter 23 the Royal stenographer comes in and he summons to record the last words of the dying King but it wasn't even the last words of the king that caught my attention I I'll just be honest with you it was the description that the stenographer gave the king that caught my attention because he said well look look with me or it'll be on the screen 2 Samuel 23:1 this is what he wrote about David he said David the son of Jesse and the man who was raised up on high the anointed of the god of Jacob and the sweet psalmist of Israel and Pastor Carpenter I got to think of there's a lot of things that he missed right there he said nothing about David being the king he said nothing about David being a giant killer he said nothing about the man who could kill a lion with his bare hands or kill a bear with his bare hands he he he said he said nothing about David the warrior or David the general he just described David for the reason why the people love David and they loved David because David was a psalmist David was somebody that could minister to people more than defend people physically more than defeat Giants for the Israelites he could minister to people oneon-one he could write songs that would absolutely bring people hope and bring the love of God into people's life this was the reason he was the greatest worship leader to ever walk the earth the greatness was in the songs he composed the way he danced and shouted before the Lord it was his consistent persistent Never Dying admiration for Jehovah God that made the Israelite people love David and what made David the greatest King that Israel ever had was that he was first a Shepherd before he began to lead people he understood what it was like to lead sheep and so that's why it's so easy to understand why when he began to pin the words to the 23rd psalm he saw those sheep as a Shepherd but then he began to see himself as a sheep come on we got to understand we we got to understand how sheep think and how sheep Act and the Very mannerisms of sheep to really understand why David led the people of God like David led the people of God we read in Luke chapter 15 we we read the parable of the lost sheep and to us who are not Shepherds it makes no sense why you would leave the 99 and go after the one but to a Shepherd a Shepherd understood that sheep never want to be alone sheep always want to be within the flock they want to stay within the fold the only sheep that ever goes astray and oh sheep do go astray are the sheep that have their head down for too long and don't realize that the flock is walking away sheep they don't have very good eyesight and and so a sheep has to stay within the fold because a sheep understands that the Predator will find that one lost sheep that's all by himself and so the shepherd understands I've got to go and find the one lost sheep because there's only two reasons why a sheep would ever not be in the fold either it wandered away or it got stolen away and whatever reason a Shepherd a good shepherd understands I can keep the 99 together and I can go after the one but we understand that a sheep and and the Bible over 190 time over 190 times the King James version mentions sheep it it's the most talked about animal in the Bible because even the word of God even Isaiah said oh we like sheep have gone astray there's a lot of there's a lot of similarities between us between people between the humanity and these sheep and and David caught on to this and and he begins to write he begins to write of the great Shepherd in the relationship he had with his Shepherd matter of fact I just want of want to execute uh Psalm 23 and you can just start off in in verse one and we're going to I'm not going to preach very long and I know a lot of you probably don't believe me when I say that but I'm not going to preach very long but I just kind of want to walk through this because there's a lot within this chapter and within this Psalm that I believe that we can take tonight and I can I believe we can leave this place and if you are feeling lonely tonight if if you're feeling all by yourself and and let me tell you something you can be lonely even in a crowd of 500 you you can be lonely even when you're in your small group you can feel loneliness you could feel loneliness you might have a a large extended family but you could feel loneliness on the job in the school it's not that you're by yourself in a cabin in the woods somewhere on the Great Smokies it's not that it's that it's a state of being it's a state of mind a feeling of being all by yourself but I'm so glad to tell you that King David wrote this Psalm and he saido you're never alone if you stay within the fold and if you know who your shepher shepher is matter of fact he starts off and he says the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want you catch that right there he did not say the Lord is the shepherd He didn't say the Lord is a Shepherd even the Lord is the Good Shepherd he said the Lord is my shepherd come on somebody we got to personalize things we got to stop looking at God as if as if we're just a a church family and he's just looking out over the body I believe he's looking down at each and every one of us he knows the Bible says he knows the number of hair that's upon our head he knows every single thing about us the Bible says that he knew us before we were born he knew us in the womb of our mother god listen it has to be a personal relationship David had a relationship with his god with his great Shepherd he understood it's not I don't worship the god of Jesse I worship my own God we we've heard it said so many times oh we've heard it said so many times that God doesn't have grandchildren right you've heard that so many times and that's simply saying we can't rely on the Walk of God that our parents have or that our grandparents have I'm so thankful for Granny's walk with God I'm so thankful for Mom and Dad's walk with God but every single person in this place have got to have their personal Shepherd that they say I'm submitt I'm fully submitted to my shepherd oh you are my the Lord is my shepherd He said I I shall not want I'll tell you what that means right there it doesn't mean you'll never have you'll never had of a need in your life that's not what it means it says I shall be content and this is hard in the 21st century in the United States of America when we have everything in our fingertips when when our economy is hustling and bustling we're getting up on the Christmas season and it's really easy to be discontent but this is where David simply says uh if I'm in the presence of my shepherd and I'm in submission to my shepherd I will be content uh I will be satisfied I refuse to be a complainer oh compl what is the definition of a complainer well I'm glad you asked because complaining is verbal expression of discontentment with what you have where you are and what's going on in your life and I look around me and I just feel we're too blessed of a people we're too blessed of a people to be stressed come on listen I I want I want to I want to preach where people are living today because a lot of people that they're taking a lot of medication because they're stressed and a lot of times it's all because we're stressed because we're not content with what's God's put in in our life of what God has given us oh you're going to have to talk back to me for a little bit here because I believe I'm I'm preaching to bless people tonight and if we're not careful greed can get inside of our hearts if we're not careful we're going to think that things are old to us we're going to raise up a generation of young people that feel entitled oh come on I'm not going to pick on the Strong Tower students my age group can feel in titled at times like we're owed something like this is what we deserve and I was raised this way therefore I ought to be treated this way and I've done this and I've done that and therefore I ought to be treated in the same manner but all David said I I shall not want I'm not going to complain I'm not going to Grumble I'm not going to be like the children of Israel when they're going through the Wilderness and not realizing that they were just in a season from the Wilderness into the Promised Land oh I will be content uh I shall not want uh but let's take a step further because we're coming into Thanksgiving week right I shall not want and I'm going to be thankful for what I have not just content oh no I'm way too blessed just to be content I choose to be grateful listen I just believe I just believe that we're going to live a better life and a stronger life if we Cho to be grateful oh maybe the lord gave me this for a for a different congregation maybe youall maybe y are so thankful I'm just preaching to the wrong people today but I don't know I see some Smiles on faces because I know sometimes if we're not careful I read a study the other day and it said this personality and individual differences it was a study on personality and individual differences it said it found that people who are grateful experience fewer aches and pains wait a minute and Report feeling healthier than less grateful people I don't know I'm just throwing this out here that could be there's people that might be in this house today who are taking a lot of Tylenol and ibuprofen and you're taking a lot of painkillers when all along you ought to just be grateful instead if there had a if you had an attitude of gratitude it might fix some physical ailments in your body you might not have to go to the doctor quite as some of y'all don't believe me that's okay CU I kept on researching I thought well if it'll help you physically let's keep on looking because I found some more studies that show that grateful people tend to take better care of themselves and they exercise more and eat healthier well that's going to fix a whole lot of stuff right there now I know it's a pot calling the kettle black I get it but I'm trying y'all I'm doing the be I'm doing the best I can I've lost 10 pounds in the last three or four weeks now forget that I gained 20 since the last time I talked to you is that funny like it only comes to my mind when I've lost weight it doesn't come to my mind when I've gained it but you start feeling better you you start watching what you eat and all of a sudden your health improves it's not magic it's not science well it is science it's not rocket science there it is it is medical science so you eat right you're going to feel better but but then I looked and and and and it said the mental health experts associate gratitude with a host of psychological benefits they they they said that that being thankful can improve relationships it eases depression it takes the toxic emotions out of your mind such as envy and resentment and watch this right here it enhances empathy which caus you to want to do things for other people it causes about 25 to 30 people to show up on a Saturday morning and put boxes together and fill them with with turkey dinners it causes people to to to to go into high schools now now we got a school why are we going to these other high schools we why we I'll tell you why because we have over a thousand young people and we have probably about a 100 teachers across them these people over here are filled with the Holy Ghost and I believe they're going to make it to heaven and we're going to do all we can to get them to heaven but I got about 1,200 people over here that are in a school every single day who have probably never heard of The Gift of the Holy Ghost they've never heard of Acts 1 and8 they don't know about any power that they're filled with They Don't Know About the Name of Jesus and the power of Jesus but I'm thankful for brother step in the group that went into that went into a breakroom and teachers stepped into a break room teachers that are high stressed teachers who have students that don't treat them good and disrespect them they walked into a break room and were blown away why because people had empathy and said I know how it feels to be disrespected I know how it feels to come into a break room and have nothing to eat and so I want to bring something to bring you Joy put your hands together thank you brother step thank you matter of fact every single one of our groups are working on initiatives to help our community but that's what happens I I tell you what that does when they walked out of here I guarantee we we had students that helped out students that gave away uh the boxes of food today and put it in people's cars I guarantee when they walked off and drove off this campus today they felt better about themselves things that are going wrong in their life all of a sudden it doesn't seem to matter as much anymore because when you do something nice to people you're you're you're you're emotional and your your psychologic everything increases but it's all about being grateful David simply said I'm not going to want I'm not going to be discontent but I instead am going to be thankful for everything the great Shepherd gives to me then he says in verse two he makes me lie down in Green Pastures he leads me beside the Still Water do you see that right there he maketh me to lie down now that's a force full action maketh me to lie down because here it is sheep they're they're they're busy wandering oh they're very busy she kind of reminds me of me very busy just doing stuff I can always find something to do busy busy busy but I'm thankful for a sheep Shepherd that at times makes me to lie down it's a it's a forceful action now he's going to lead me to steal water that's not forceful but he maketh me to lie down and and I I I want to I want to I want to preach this here because I've heard it preached before where where a Shepherd would break the leg of a sheep in order so that sheep wouldn't wander off and and I got to doing some research and here's the answer I received when I was doing research they said no that's not true it is a common misconception or misunderstanding about shepherding practices Shepherds do not break break the legs of sheep to keep him from wandering off such an act would be considered cruel and unnecessary in actuality Shepherds use various methods to keep their flocks together and prevent them from strain they may use train sheep dogs or or they might have fences or enclosures or they might employ other techniques to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the sheep but the goal of a Shepherd is to guide and protect the flock not to harm them God's not looking to break your leg and make you do anything when David said he maketh me to lie down he was simply saying he's putting me in an environment that makes me want to lie down he's putting me into a green pasture he's putting me into a place where there's provision in a way that I desire to lay down I don't know about you but I'm thankful for a God who puts me into an atmosphere of people puts me into a church family that makes me want to serve him this is no drudgery I'm not here because I have to be here I'm not here because somebody made me be here my God is not that kind of God that would be cruel and unnecessary but my God creates an atmosphere so beautiful it makes me want to stay right here in his presence and soak in everything that I can soak in he maketh me to lie down in Green Pastures then it says he leadth me beside the still water you you got to know sheep they're uh they're they're spooked very easily they they don't want to be in in an area with moving water Rushing Water they they want to steal they want to steal water stream to to to drink from and to receive their water from and I'm so thankful that God leads us to the very perfect place uh he calls us and then he leads us y y'all see how that works every single one of us have been given a calling by God and I I guarantee that that most of us have been given different callings we're not giv the same calling and thank God for that but he gives us this calling but he doesn't just give a calling and say hey go find your calling he says oh no I'll call you but then I'll also lead you to a place that I've called you to minister I'll lead you to a place where I've called you to make disciples to reach oh H I'll call you and then I'll lead you into the atmosphere where your ministry will flourish because he wants to see us succeed it's not just provision it's not just food and water but he wants to see his sheep succeed in everything they do verse three he restoreth my soul he leads me in the path of rest of righteousness for his name's sake he restoreth my soul there is nothing quite as beautiful as restoration listen you want to go buy some expensive expensive furniture you want to go and buy an expensive chandelier for your home go to to a little store called Restoration Hardware now now you go down to Lowe's and you can spend about I don't know 280 bucks and get you a get you a nice chandelier or you can go to Restoration Hardware and you can get one of their cheaper models for about $2,800 $3,000 and it's just things that have been restored things of of Beauty they were once built and designed but over time they've lost value but somebody o somebody with an entrepreneur mind that saw dollar signs said I can take that I can restore it and I can sell it for about 15 times what it originally sold for and I just believe I'm looking into a house of people tonight that is filled with people of restoration people who who yeah maybe 30 years ago at a camp meeting you were filled with the Holy Ghost and you were baptized in Jesus name and maybe you lived for God for a good five or 10 years but you fell away but I'm so thankful for a god of restoration who saw you who said I can make you worth more today than you were worth 30 years ago at that camp meeting I could give you more of a life I can give you more hope than you've ever had I can make you feel Lov like you've never felt it before I can restore you Heather condre I can restore you into something more beautiful than you ever were 20 years ago I'm thankful oh I'm thankful for the restoration process that he can take something that's been worn out something that has been used and abused and make it beautiful and not only make it beautiful but make it valuable you're here tonight you aren't spiritually where you used to be physically where you used to be maybe emotional where you used to be I just believe God is going to restore you in this altar service tonight I believe if you will take this Psalm if you'll take this the song that David wrote and you apply it to your life uh and you apply it to where you think you really have needs in your life I just believe you're going to walk out of here with a brand new walk and a brand new talk maybe you're here tonight and sicknesses overcome your body maybe you have an ailment maybe have a disease I I just believe God is a restorer of Health that's what he talks about he's the great healer he's the great physici he restores Health Restoration is so much more listen I'm thankful for every drug addict who we've won in these alts and who have changed their life and turned their life around oh thank God for it but that's just one process of restoration there's a whole lot more restoring that God wants to do in our life oh God I just believe there's somebody here today that is not at the same spiritual temperature they used to be at and God said I want to restore you back I want to give you used to wake up in the morning and just couldn't wait to get on your knees couldn't wait to have your devotion couldn't wait to open up the word of God couldn't wait to get to work and share with somebody at work uh you couldn't wait to to to I hope somebody asked me about the Oneness of God today I'm I got some new scriptures I'm going to share with them that I just I heard pastor preaching about on Sunday oh but now all a sudden people talk about God and you want to change the subject and talk about UT football oh that was a bad example you change your subject but but I believe that person that I'm talking about that I'm preaching to right here you could be a restored person and God could bring that same fire and that same Zeal that you had as a new convert it's a crying shame if only new converts are the worshippers in the house if only new converts are the ones sharing their testimony it's a crying shame if only new converts are the ones that realize what God has done for them and what God has brought them out of but I just believe we have a church filled with people that are in this place tonight who realize who they are and what they are and they've been restored out of so much of the the world that they can say woo he restoreth my soul leadth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake yay though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil David did not say I will face no evil he said I will fear no evil and here's why he said because you for thou art with me David understood the protection of a Shepherd because David was a Shepherd let me clear this up a little bit and I know and there's nothing wrong with it I believe we quote this at every funeral and there's nothing wrong with it because that is a valley that people go through and there's death in that Valley but when David was talking about this death there was actually what was called a death Val Valley it was a place that shadowed the Sun and predators could find hiding places in the valley that the Sheep could not see and so as sheep love to do sheep want to be up on a hillside sheep want to be in a high place uh sheep love the mountains because they can see for distance uh because sheep are low to the ground uh a lot of times uh a lot of times a lot of times they they they will have sight issues and and they'll become blind and they can't see low to the ground and so they want a high place where they can see the Predator but here is what David was saying David said there's always going to be a season between the seasons it doesn't say though I though I uh though though I graze in the Valley of the shadow of death oh no it says though I walk through it's a place where you're trying to get to the other side this Valley place these sheep have to go through from one Hillside to the next Hillside it's a place of death it's a place where they're used to walls coming in oh they're used to the Lions and the Bears because they can find hiding places in the valley but here's David and David says yay though I walk through the valley of death he said I will fear no evil because I know you are with me because I know that I am not alone that's what I come to preach about right here I know that I am not alone I know it's it's not me and the other sheep I've got a Shepherd that's watching over a Shepherd who can see long distance uh who can see into the Shadows who could protect me from the Ws and the evil ways of this world I was in conversation with Brother Bill Burkin oh just the other day I went to pray and see sister Yoko Burkin and we prayed for just a few minutes and I could tell she was getting restless and and she was wanting to be moved in her bed and so I I slid out into the living room and and brother Bill burin followed me and said I can I talk to you for a moment and he began to tell me he began to say listen Yoko has enough Faith she has more faith than all of us that she's going to live he said but my fear is what the doctors are telling us he said he said my fear is that this cancer is in her body and the cancer is eating away her body and my fear here it is right here he said my fear is that I will be alone but I've got something for you tonight brother Burkin because God gave me a word just for you he wants you to know you're never alone yay though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death although although your wife has live for God all her life and been faithful to the kingdom of God uh I want you to know brother Bill you'll never be alone whatever God's will is for her life to heal her or to give her the ultimate healing which is to make it to Heaven you will never be alone I wish some in this place uh you might have just lost a loved one recently I wish you would just throw up your hands uh and you would cry out and say I am not alone woo I know I'm walking through some Uncharted Territory uh I know I'm walking through a valley a dry season of Life uh but I am not alone my shepherd come on somebody say my shepherd is with me my she not the shepherd my shepherd is with me you may be see it I wish I would have had I wish this would have came to my mind when I was talking to you brother Bill burket but I'm going to sing it to you right here I would just sing I would sing to you Hallelujah I am not alone he's my comfort always holds me close oh Hallelujah I am not alone no no for he my comfort always holds me close woo come on somebody just praise him right now I feel the Holy Ghost in This Place I feel if you would actually open your heart tonight if you would respond to the word there's people that are hurting in this place there's people who have lost who have lost love ones recently I believe God wants to minister to Your Heart Right here he wants to bring peace right here he wants to comforter to step into your life and bring you comfort right here I'm not alone somebody cry that out I'm Not Alone come on little bit louder I'm not Not Alone come on I know there's people in here that you ain't never been through nothing you might have never lost a loved one and you may have never lost the job nobody's ever walked out on you and you might be looking at me like oh brother Heron you just wasted you just wasted 40 minutes of my life there's going to come a day when you're going to have to go back and watch this message and say to yourself I refuse to be isolated I refused to be by myself spiritually when my shepherd he's walking beside me I am not alone David said Your Rod and your staff they come for me now some of you you may be see that some of you have the wrong perception of your God and your Shepherd you see they used to talk about the man upstairs with the big stick just looking a Beat anybody that made a mistake and that might be your perception of your God but that's not the perception of my god when I see my shepherd my shepherd's not holding a rod over my head oh you go ahead you take one step in the wrong direction I'm I'm going to pop you right between the ears that's not my God that's not my shepherd but my shepherd that rod and that staff they come from me cuz I know that's the weapon of the shepherd I know that's what's in his hand and anything starts to come my way he's going to use that rod and that staff he's going to use it as a defense for my life that's a comforting thing to me to know my God loves me so much it's not to hit me or to beat me or to abuse me but my God says I love you I want to see you have an expected end he told his people my thoughts are towards you that means see there's a lot of people that even in that day there a lot of people that thought well God must be mad at us as a famine God must be mad as my child died God must be mad I had a parent die but that's not our God our God's thoughts are toward us uh he wants to see us have an expected end he wants things in our life to succeed that's comforting that's comforting to know that that my shepherd loves me I'm not just another sheep in the flock my my shepherd love loves me come on you got to get personal my shepherd loves me my shepherd cares about me my shepherd's watching out for me your rod and your staff they Comfort Meo watch this Everything Changes here right here in the second half of the psalm because David he begins writing with the perception of a sheep but then somewhere right along verse five David seemingly begins to feel the anointing and the rest of the song that he writes the rest of the psalm he writes it as a personal testimony he goes from the perspective of a sheep of people that couldn't stand David they either jealous of him or they're scared of haters his own he's some of his own kids none of y'all got kids like that but David's kid he said you set a table he didn't say you feed me he said oh no you set a table before me while my enemy is a watching while my enemy is taking notice you you anoint my head with oil before Old King Saul even gives up the the car she's driving twice with the money with the commission that she would have gotten off this property but thank God the blessings her cup runneth over because she's been good to God and God is good to her you can't look at face value and look at people and judge people what they have you don't know what they did to earn from God what they have today in their life you don't know the years and the Decades of service and faithfulness and giving you don't know the tithe offerings and the missions offerings the building fund offerings you you can't look at people he's been so good to me I you can't figure it out I'm blessed I'm married up I got beautiful kids God's blessing me a beautiful home I got a beautiful car I got I I got best place to work in all the world got the best church family and all if you don't know I'm blessed you just don't know and brother Murphy I I wish I could take credit for it but see I I've got parents that have been faithful tiers for over 40 years I've got in-laws who have been faithful tithers for over 40 years I got a I got a grandmother in heaven right now who died at the age of 99 and a half who tied her little government income until she died the year of her 100th year you don't think my cup's going to run over we don't even know how we're setting our kids up that's right we we think of NBA players making millions we think of Donald Trump's leaving tens of millions and billions to F oh no who cares about that when I think of how my parents and grandparents have set up my family and how I my wife and I are setting up my kids and my kids are going to set up their kids listen in in three or four generations I don't know what this place is going to look like I don't think we're going to be able to fit the amount of buildings on this campus that are going to be built debt free because our cup runthe goodness and mercy I'm going stand with me I'm almost done surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life we've got two things in Hot Pursuit Of Us we've got goodness and we've got mercy and I don't know about you but I need them both really bad I sure can't live without goodness and and God Alone knows I house of the Lord forever see David David walked his talk it was wasn't enough just for him to worship he wasn't satisfied just telling other people how to worship and you you ought to get in the presence of God you ought to go to the house of the Lord you you ought to go to gibian and go to the Tabernacle you you you ought you ought to oh no no no David's like you know what the first thing I'm going to do when I become king I'm going to erect my own Tabernacle he just said you know what probably easiest thing to remember just call the Tabernacle of David he just named it after himself
