Summary
Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.
The text — seek him with the whole heart
- Preached at Apostolic Tabernacle in Georgia — Copeland's home state, a connection he notes with gratitude, along with his late father's respect for the church's leadership.
- His text is Psalm 119:2, the blessing on those who seek God with the whole heart, and the sermon is a sustained examination of the difference between performing Christianity and putting your heart in it.
Scriptures: Psalm 119:2
A spiritual mindset first
- Nothing is received in church without a spiritual mindset — a person has to get their spirit involved before God can do the work.
Scriptures: Jeremiah 48:10
The condition in both proof-texts
- Deuteronomy 4:29 and Jeremiah 29:13 promise finding, but both attach it to seeking with all the heart and soul.
- Everybody knows when their heart was really in a prayer and when it was not, because they get up from it knowing whether they had a real encounter.
- God is not looking in 2026 for half-hearted Christians who have mastered the mechanics — the confession sounding right while the heart is uninvolved — but for men and women whose energy actually follows their words.
Scriptures: Deuteronomy 4:29; Jeremiah 29:13
The counterfeits exposed
- A person can jump, run, dance, and shout while thinking about where to eat after church, and can kneel saying hallelujah with a mind a million miles away, and the room will call it praying.
- Against that he sets his own memory of being nineteen or twenty, praying without words, when he sensed God tell him that He understands the prayers prayed with the heart better than the prayers prayed with the mouth.
Scriptures: Romans (book-only, as spoken)
The altar pledge
- The close asks for a visible pledge: whoever wants to serve God with the whole heart steps toward the altar, hands stretched up, promising God their best praise and nothing withheld.
- The church sings of praising with all the heart and soul, and Copeland prays over families and prodigals as the service settles into altar ministry.

Would you lift your hands all over this room as the man of God comes? And I want you to lift up your voice and pray out loud as he comes. Come on, every voice lifted as he comes. Come on, get your voice out into the atmosphere right now. What a God. What a God we're serving in this place tonight. What a God.
Oh, come on. Would you love them all over this house tonight? Come on. Why don't you get your hands in the air? Front to back, side to side. And if you've got two hands, you ought to get them in the air in this house right now. Come on. Would you do that? That's a universal sign of surrender. God, not my will, but your will. Why don't you get your hands in the air right now? Hell yes. Come on. I'm going encourage you. Why don't you join up with somebody right where you're at? Would you do that? Come on. If it's appropriate, why don't you join hands with somebody in this house? Oh yes. Oh yes. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Would you open up your mouth in this house and begin to tell him how much you love him? Come on, Jesus. Come on. Why don't you feel after the Holy Ghost right now? I love you, Jesus. Now, why don't you give him a hand clap of praise? Come on, why don't you put your hands together? Oh, hallelujah.
What a sweet, a powerful touch of the Holy Ghost that is in this house tonight. I don't ever want to take for granted what I feel when I come to church. There's a lot of churches in this world today, they gather into buildings and they can sing a song you just heard tonight, but have no move of the spirit because it's not the words and it's not the song. It's the anointing that breaks the yoke. Hallelujah. And I thank God. I thank God and thank you singers. I thank God for singers that aren't just good singers, but they're anointed, and that's what makes the difference. Amen.
I want to turn your attention to the book of Psalms, chapter number 119. While you're turning there, I want to say how privileged I am to be here tonight. I'm so honored. I think the first time I made contact with your pastor was all the way back in 21. Scroll back and I read that. And since then, I have heard so many wonderful things about your pastor and your bishop and about this church. And I have so look forward to getting to be here. I know my dad was a fan of brother French and I am Honored to be here, thankful to be here. And it's so nice to get to preach in my home state. Told your pastor, I don't get to do that very often. But I am just so thankful to be here. So thankful to meet some fellow Georgians here tonight. All you wonderful people. Thank you for the invitation. Allow me to be here.
Psalms chapter number one 19 verse number two. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies and that seek him with the whole heart. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies and that seek him with the whole heart.
I found in church that the only way I can ever receive anything when I come to church is if I get in a spiritual mindset. It is impossible to receive preaching, to receive anything in the word of God with a mind that is carnal. And if you're anything like me tonight, your default is a carnal mind. That's why it matters that we pray. That's why it's more than just songs, but what it is, it's preparing our hearts, preparing our mind to receive something from God. I may maybe not, but when I come to church, I really want to receive something. I think there's a lot of people in our world, they're tired of going to churches and receiving nothing from God where it was like, "Well, why did I even come?" That's not God's will for service. That's not God's will. You went through everything you went through this week and today to make it to church. It's God's will that you receive something tonight. And the only way it's going to happen is if we get spiritual. Bible says that the carnal mind it's immity or it is the opposite of the will of God. Says it's not subject to the law of God. Neither indeed can be. So if I want to receive something tonight, I've got to get in a spiritual place in order to receive. Does anybody feel that way tonight?
I want to talk to you. I want to talk to you for just a little while on a few final words of that scripture. With the whole heart. With the whole heart.
Lift up your hands with me all over this house one more time. Come on. Would you do that? Come on. Would you lift up your hands? God's come to speak to you tonight in this house. Oh, hallelujah. Come on, open up your mouth. Would you do that? Would you open up your mouth? Come on. Would you pray in the Holy Ghost? God, I need your anointing tonight, Jesus. Need your favor. Need your power. Asking you, God, that you would walk up and down these aisles. That you would speak to us tonight in this house. That your word would have free course in this house to do what it wants to do. Hallelujah.
I want to ask this church, I know you've never you never met me. I've never met you. You've never heard of me. But I believe the Holy Ghost is going to link us together in this house. And I get a lot of times it takes a while for us to warm up to somebody and to figure them out. But we're in the same boat. Y'all are trying to figure me out. I'm trying to figure y'all out. Why don't we just go ahead and skip all that and have church tonight? What do you say? Would you give the Lord one more hand clap of praise all over this house? Come on. Would you really do it? Would you put your heart into this hand clap right now? Oh, I love you, Jesus. Come on. Would you open up your mouth? He said, "Clap your hands, all ye people, and shout unto God with a voice of triumph." Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Be seated tonight. Thank you so much for standing and helping me pray. Hallelujah.
Bible says in one place that there is a people that they draw nigh unto me with their mouth. They honor me with their lips or they know how to talk the talk. Maybe they know how to look the part, but he said their heart is far from me. Modern Christianity today is so good at putting all their focus on the outside and all the while their heart is a million miles away from the place that God is wanting it to be. There's not much worse I found not much worse than half-hearted effort. One of the worst feelings I've ever had is laying my head down at the on the pillow at night and thinking back over my day and what I had to do and realizing, man, I did not give my all today. I gave the bare minimum that was required of me to just get through what I had to get through. Way I see it tonight is this. If you're not going to put your heart into what you are doing, then what's even the point of doing it?
It's a biblical principle that we read about all over the Bible over and over again that God does not like attitudes that are indifferent and that are unconcerned and that are lazy, not just with the things of God, but with anything. The wisest man that would ever live would write and say, "Whatsoever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." If you're going to do something, don't be lazy when you do it. If you're going to do something, don't give the bare minimum of what you've got to do to just barely get by. I know C's get degrees, but don't give the bare minimum of what is required of you and just hope you can get through it and move on to the next thing.
I used to play a lot of basketball growing up. You couldn't tell by looking at me now. But I used to love to play basketball. We play a lot of pickup ball at our church and I remember a lot of times I would have a teammate and really the most frustrating ones were the ones that were naturally good, but the ones that would not try. I decided and I figured out I would rather have a teammate that was not very good, but that would hustle and that would run and that would play defense and that would try rather than someone that was talented and was good but was lazy and would not put any effort into what they were doing.
Seems like in our world today that the vast majority of people they go through life and they're unconcerned and they're indifferent. If there's any business owners in the house, you can probably testify. In fact, it's probably something you've said within the last few months. Boy, it's hard to find good help these days. Nobody's heard that. That's the world we're living in today. I want to give the bare minimum and I want to get the maximum results from putting in the smallest amount of effort that I can. People are casual about work. They're casual about responsibilities. They're casual about commitments. And we must understand as the church that whatever spirit dominates the world will eventually always try to push its way into the church. And I want to tell you that if we are not careful that casual, laidback, lazy spirit is going to try to push its way into the apostolic church. And that spirit is going to try to make its way into our services and convince people, well, it's Wednesday night. It don't really matter if I respond or if I don't respond. It don't really matter if I worship or if I don't worship in this house.
I read a scripture a few weeks back and it was one of them scriptures that I could just feel the Holy Ghost the moment that I read it. It's Jeremiah chapter number 48 and verse number 10. He said cursed. Everybody say cursed. Now, I don't know about you, but when I read that word in my Bible, I stop. I slow down and I stop and I read it because I want to make sure I'm not doing whatever the Bible says that this person is doing to become cursed. And he said in Jeremiah 48 and verse number 10, cursed is he that doeth the work of the Lord deceitfully. Now, look that word up, deceitfully. And what that word translates to is slothful, slack, and with idle hands. He said, "Cursed is he who does the work of the Lord, but does it with a half heart. Cursed is he who does the work of the Lord, but does not put his heart into what he's doing. I've come to preach to you tonight. I can't afford to come to church and to not put my heart in it. I can't afford to sing and to not put my heart in it. I can't afford to preach and to worship and to praise.
You know, I'm seeing it all over and I'm sure that you are, too. You go to some of our meetings, you go to some of our conferences, you travel around and you'll begin to see apostolic and Pentecostals that have learned how to go through the mechanics of worship and they've learned how to go through the mechanics of praise and they learned when to shout and when to jump and when to run. But I'm telling you, you can tell there is nothing in them that is moving and stirring and changing. I'm preaching to you. When I worship, I want to really worship. When I pray, I don't want to get down and pray a cute little prayer. I want to get in my heart. I think about all the times, Brother French, that I've gotten down on my knees and I've gotten down and I've prayed, but the Lord knows and I know that my heart was not really involved in what I was doing. That I was more concerned and marketing it off my box than I was about getting a hold of God. I'm telling you, I've repented in recent monthsh for the time that I've woripped, but I didn't do it with all my heart and the times that I went to church, but my mind was a million miles away. We're wasting our time tonight if our heart's not here. I'm telling you, if your heart and your soul and your mind and your energy and your effort, if it's not in this place today, I'm telling you, you're not going to receive anything from I'm going to tell you, the people that receive things from God, it's the ones that can worship, no matter what they're singing, the ones that respond, no matter who's
Remember several years ago, I was 14, 15, 16 years old and I got to go on a trip with my dad down to Honduras. We have a daughter work down there and Honduras is a place that I've been a couple times and one thing I learned was I love to visit but I sure don't want to live there. And I went down there with my dad, just me and him. And on this trip, there was one rule that my mother put into me over and over and over again anytime we was going to go overseas. And that was this. Whatever you do, don't lose your passport. And I'll never forget that day, Bishop, that I was there in Honduras with my dad and I started looking around thinking, boy, where did I put my passport? And I started looking all over my hotel room and boy, I couldn't find it. And I started calling restaurants we had been to and coffee shops we had been to. And with every place that we called that they could not find it, there was a fear that was starting to grow in me. And I made up my mind. I don't know what's going to happen if I don't find it, but I better find this thing. With every place that I looked that I did not find it, I'm telling you, that fear began to grow. That stress began to grow. My God, I've got to find what are they going to do if I don't find this thing? And I will never forget the relief that I found when I wrapped my fingers around that beautiful navy blue passport that said United States of America on it. And the relief that came washing over me. And I was so thankful. I was so glad that I had finally found what I was looking for. And I felt the Holy Ghost speak to me and say, "Hey, Clark, when was the last time you sought for me like that?" I know you get desperate when you can't find your passport, but can you get desperate when you can't find your God? I know you get serious when you get down and you lose your passport. But I wonder if you get serious when you get down and pray. And no matter how much you pray and no matter how much you seek, you cannot f
I wonder what would happen in the greater Atlanta area if every apostolic saint would make up their mind. I'm going to seek you and I'm going to seek you until I find you. I'm going to seek you and I'm going to have a fear in what might happen if I don't get a hold of you. I'm going to tell you tonight, church, there ought to be a fear in us if we don't allow God to do everything that he wants to do in this house tonight. There ought to be a concern in your heart and in your spirit and in your mind that's thinking, "What's going to happen? What if we leave tonight and God does not do everything that he wants to do?" I'm preaching to somebody. If you'd get your heart in it, if you'd get your mind in it, God would be able to do in this he'd be able to do miracles. He'd be able to fill people with the Holy Ghost. He'd be able to give people I wish I had a witness in this house. I wish I had somebody that would testify. This is the honest to God truth tonight. There's never been a time that I come to church and I was serious about it and I made up my mind. I've got to get something that I did not leave without help. Does anybody else had that I haven't always gotten the answer that I wanted, but God always has given me peace and he's always helped me to understand. I'm telling you, I don't want to come to church. God has so convicted me. It's easy. I'm being honest with you tonight. It's easy sometimes when you come to church a lot for it just to become so routine. Well, we're apostolic. We're in the church. We're Christians. We go to church on Sunday. Go to church on Wednesday. This is what we do. This is who we are. And to go through the mechanics of church and not have anything changing in you. I'm telling you again tonight, that's what church is intended for. Church It's not about you coming and hearing a little lecture and going home and not having anything move in your life. Maybe y'all down here south of Atlanta are a little different than us north of Atlanta. But I'm telling you, when I come to church, I don't come with all the answers. I don't come with all my ducks in a row. I don't come because I don't need help. I come because I do need help. And there is one way I can re there. There is a posture through which I receive help. And it's never been like this. And it's never been like this. It's always been with hands open, hands raised, and a mouth open and a heart and a mind that's ready to receive the word of. And if you'd get in that position tonight, God's going to help you. Hallelujah.
This principle is all throughout scripture. In fact when they would come to Jesus and say tell us what is the greatest what's the first of all the commandments he would answer he would quote the shama which is something that to this day observant Jews they still recite several times in a day. Here's what Jesus said is the greatest the first of all the commandments. He said, "Here, O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord." And the church said, "And the problem is that is the Shama, but that is not all of the Shama." We've got apostolics today that can tell you that there's one God, and they can tell you what his name is, and they can they've got all the head knowledge there is to know, but I'm telling you, the Shama does not stop with the Lord our God is one Lord. But he kept on going and he said, "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heartth and with all thy soul and with all thy might." I've come to preach to this church. You know what he was saying? It's not enough to know there's one God. You've got to love him with all your heart and with all your soul. There's going to be a lot of people that are lost, not because they didn't have it here, but because they didn't have it here. They knew there was one God. And they could quote it, and they could tell you about it, and they could tell you how to be saved, but it never went from here to here. It never went from verse four to verse number five. Hey, thank God we know who he is, but it is not. And I know you're apostolic, but it's not enough to know who he is. You've got to love him with all your soul. Come on. I wish you'd lift up your hands. Come on. I wish you'd lift up your hands in this house. Come on. I wonder if I've got somebody that would say, "I don't want to just know this doctrine. I want to love this doctrine. I don't want to just know the Bible. I want to love it.
You know, we can't forget that in the last days, it's not just going to be the truth that's going to be attacked. It's going to be your love for the truth. Because the enemy knows they can know it, but if they don't love it, there's people I grew up Bible quizzing. Y Bible quiz here. Okay, Bible quiz in the house. I love it. I did it 10 years. I know young people today that have done the same thing I've done. They have memorized word for word thousands and thousands of scriptures. They can quote book after book after book of the Bible. I'm talking word for word without missing a letter. They've got it right here. It's not that they don't know the truth. It's that they don't love the truth. I'm talking to you about people that know that, but they turn and they walk away from God despite having it here. It never was able to get that. That's why when I pray, I'm telling you, God, that that's why I need an altar call. That's why I need prayer. Cuz if I don't practice what I'm hearing preached, if I don't get down on my knees and pray, I'm telling you, that's when that evil enemy is going to come and he's going to pluck away what I've heard. I've forgotten a lot of sermons I heard preached that I never prayed about. But I'm telling you, those messages that I got down on my face and I prayed until it became a part of my DNA. That's why some of us can't remember one of the last 10 messages we've heard. Why? Because we're not getting it from here to here. I don't want to just hear this message. I want it to get right here. I'm telling you that's the beauty of walking with God. When people get sour in their relationship with God and they get bitter in their relationship with God, it's when it stops becoming something that they love and only becomes something that they know. One of the most beautiful transitions that ever happens in your life is when it goes from something that I know to something that I love. Joy is found in living for God when you love it.
I don't have to be given a list of can do and cannot do. I don't have to be given a list of can go here and you can't go because when I love him when I love him I want to please him. And when I really love him and I really want to please him, God can talk to me. And I don't have to have a preacher say, "Well, you better not do this. You better not do that. I'm telling you, when I know God, when I know him, when I love him, when this truth is in my heart, I'm telling you, I don't have to pray, I get to pray. I don't have to come to Wednesday night Bible study." Come on. Some of you look like you had to come here tonight. I've come to preach to the ones that said, "I get to come to church. I get to worship. I get to praise. I get to sing. I get to dance." Come on. Let's love them again in this house. Come on. Would you lift up your hands? Come on. I'm asking you. I'm asking you. Would you lift up your hands? Would you love them in this house? Hallelujah.
You know, the truth is God went through a lot to find me. When I think of and some of you, you got some testimonies in this house. The ways we've tried to run from God and we've tried to get away from the will of God and the purpose of God and the call of God and the way God chased us down. How many in this house don't raise your hand. I wonder how many in this house today that knew God was chasing you and you did what Jonah did and you deliberately turned and went opposite from the way that God was telling you to go. But the reason you're here today is because God kept chasing you even when you didn't even want to be found. If God went through all that effort and all that energy to find me, why in the world do I think I can come to church and put in no effort to find him? If he sent me the trouble he sent me to try and get my attention and the pain he sent me to try and wake me up, why in the world could I come to church and sit there and not pray and not move and not respond and think God should come and give me a miracle and show up? I'm telling you, I want to go through what God went through to find him in this househ. If I've got to wave, if I've got to run, if I've got to jump, I'm going to do whatever I've got to do.
He said in Deuteronomy chapter 4 and verse number 29, "But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him." We do. We want to find him in this house. Everybody say if. That means if you don't do this, then you're not going to get what I just said. So he said, if you want to find him, thou shalt seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. Jeremiah 29:13, "You shall seek me and find me when you search for me or you seek me with all your heart.
Now, the reality is you know when your heart is really in it. I know the times that I've preached and my heart hadn't really been in it. I know the times that I've prayed and my heart hadn't really been in it. Why? Because I get up and know that I didn't have a real encounter. You shall seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart. I'm telling you, that's who God is looking for in this house tonight. That's who God is looking for in 2026. It's not half-hearted Christians. It's not Christians that learn how to go through the mechanics of what it looks like to be a Christian, but not really be a Christian. Not the ones who said, "You confess it. You say it so good with your mouth, but your heart's not even involved in what you are doing. That's not who God is looking for today. That's not who the revival of this day is going to come through. It's going to come through men and women that can get their heart in it that put their energy. And hey, thank God. Thank God you got to have a job. I understand that. You got to make money. That's what I'm talking to you about tonight. You got to put your heart into it. But I don't want to give more to this world than I do to my God. I'm not just trying to harp on a physical response. I'm really going a lot deeper than a physical response because I'm talking to you. I'm telling you, you can jump and you can run and you can dance and I can do all that while thinking about do I want McDonald's or Burger King after church. I can do all that. I can get down on my knees and I can come to prayer and say, "Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah." and my mind is a million miles away and apostolic may look at me and say, "Oh, he's praying." But there's a difference between praying with this and praying with this.
I'll never forget when the Holy Ghost spoke to me. I was 19, 20 years old and I was praying and it was a time, you know, the Bible says in Romans, there's going to be times that you begin to pray and the spirit's going to make intercession for you with moanings and groanings that cannot be uttered. And it was one of them times I was laying before the Lord and I felt that I did not have the words to say and I felt the Holy Ghost thunder in my spirit and say, "I understand the prayers that you pray better with your heart than I do the prayers that you pray with your mouth." The revelation is God is looking here, but God is looking deeper than here. He's looking here. And if I can honor him with this, if I can seek him with the whole heart, if I can pray with a whole heart, if I can sing with a whole heart, hallelujah, I'm telling you, that's the moment that I open up myself and God is able to unleash the creative power of the Holy Ghost in my life. If I can just get my spirit involved in what I'm doing, God will do the work. Would you lift up your hands with me one more time? I'm about to move on, but I want to ask you, would you lift up your hands one more time in this house? God, I need you to help us tonight, Jesus. Oh, I need your anointing to help us tonight, God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Two brothers that we read about scripture. You can be seated tonight. They were twins. But isn't it something how twins they could be so different? Even though they were twin brothers, everything about them was opposite. In fact, it was so opposite that there's one place in scripture where the Bible would say, "One of them have I loved, but the other have I hated." Now of course we understand this isn't talking about the man. This is talking about the attitude that man had and that man lived with. One God loved the other God. The other God despised. Not because of talent, not because of ability, not because of personality, but because one pursued the things of God and the other did not care about the things of God. We don't read that Esau was wicked, immoral, rebellious. Really his problem was worse. He didn't care about the things of God. He was handed everything on a silver platter, but he would rather satisfy a temporary appetite than to receive an eternal inheritance from God. But I'm telling you, his twin brother by the name of Jacob, he was one that he came into this world. And from the very moment that he came into this world, he was reaching out and grabbing and saying, "I may have been born with this, but I am not satisfied with this." I may have been handed this, but I will not stay where I'm at.
Can I tell you, I'm bothered. And I don't understand people that can come to church and be indifferent about the things of God. I don't understand. And I don't have to know not one person's name in this house to be able to look in this congregation and to tell you there are people that have serious needs here tonight. I don't know of not one sick person in this house tonight, but I guarantee you there's somebody sick in this house and there's somebody in this house that needs a miracle and needs something in your body done. I'm telling you, that's why I cannot afford to come to church and to be indifferent and to be unconcerned and to not No, no, I'm telling you, God has given me a responsibility. We've got to set the atmosphere. We've got to set the tone. My God, I wish you'd help me in this househ. We've got to set the tone for somebody to get what they need. Well, let's pray. Come on. Come on. I wish you'd help me pray in the Holy Ghost right now in this house. Come on. I wish you'd lift up your hands and pray in the Holy Ghost tonight. Come on, saint of God. I wish you'd get your hands in the air. I wish you'd start praying in this house. There's things God wants to do. Come on. I wish you lift up your Do it tonight, Jesus. Do it in my life. Do it in my church. Do it in my family. Come on. I want you to help me pray right now. Come on. Come on. Come on. I want you to lift up your voice in this house. Come on. Then they cried unto the Lord with their voice. You've got to open up your mouth and pray in the Holy Ghost. Oh God. Hallelujah.
I'm telling you, when I got the Holy Ghost, I didn't get the Holy Ghost cuz nobody was praying and nobody was shouting and nobody was worshiping. I got the Holy Ghost because even though I didn't yet have the power, there were saints around me that knew how to intercede. I wish somebody would travail with your pastor's wife in this househ. I wish I had somebody that would pray as your pastor prays that would worship in this house. Hallelujah.
You know, I know and understand and I want to be careful tonight. This is my first time at ever preaching this church, ever be privileged and honored to get to be here. But I want to preach to you what I feel in this house tonight. The Bible says this. If a man does not work, what's it say? He don't eat, does he? If a man does not work, he don't have the right to feed himself. I can't afford to take care of myself and take care of my wife. If I don't want to get out of bed in the morning, if I don't want to do what I've got to do, but I'm telling you, the principle applies in the spirit world. If a man does not work, he does not eat. I can't afford to come to church and expect you to pull the load and me sit back and be blessed and coast off of your effort and your prayer. No, there's got to be a time I get under that load and say, "I'll help you carry it. I'll help you pull it. I'll help you get under the load of revival and harvest and prayer and inter. I'm not expecting you to do something I'm not willing to do. I'm going to help you pray. I rebuke that Esau spirit that says I can sit back and let everybody else do it. No, I'm going to put in the work. I'm going to put in the prayer. I'm going to put in the time. And if I do it, I know God will reward my effort. Boy, I feel something moving in this house. I wish you'd lift up your hands. I wish you'd open up your mouth. I wish I had somebody that would pray. You know what? If it's appropriate, I want you to reach up. Reach out to somebody in this house. Would you do that? Come on. Come on. I want you to join up with somebody in this house. Come on. Join hands with them. Put your arm around their shoulder. Whatever's appropriate. I want you to pray. Come on. Pray that the anointing of the Holy Ghost would break some yolks of bondage in this househ. Some of you come here tonight and you got addictions in your life. You've got immorality addictions. You've got drug addiction. You've got alcohol addiction. You've got a nicotine addiction. I'm preaching to you, it's going to be the anointing of the Holy Ghost that's going to break that off of you. I've come to tell you tonight if we'll get anointed, he can break it in this househ. If we'll get in the Holy Ghost, there is nothing he cannot do. Hallelujah. Come on. I feel something shifted in this house. Would you help me push it a little bit more? I said, would you help me push it a little bit more? Would you? Some of you ain't open up your mouth yet. I wish you'd open up your mouth in this househ. God, give us an old time move of the spirit in this house. Give us an anointing that would loose the bounds of the oppressor in this househ. Give us an old time move of the spirit of God.
Come on. I wonder if I've got somebody in this house that said, "I come to seek you with all my heart. I've come to seek you with all my mind in this house. I've come to seek you with everything I've got. Come on. I don't feel to move on. I want you to help me pray. I'm going to go ahead and take the music. Come on. I don't mind cutting this thing short tonight. I feel like we need to have a prayer meeting in this house. I hope that's okay. I know you don't know me tonight, but God sent me all the way here for us to have a prayer meeting in this househ involved in the things of God. To get your spirit involved in the That's where your joy is going to come from. You've got to get your heart
Come on. I want you to bow your heads and close your eyes in this house. I want to speak to somebody in this house. Come on, keep your eyes closed. I want to speak to somebody in this house and tell you some of you have been wondering where your joy in life went. I'm telling you what I felt in prayer for the Holy Ghost in the Holy Ghost for this service. There's people in this house, you've wondered where your joys gone. You've been looking around at life saying, "There's got to be more than what I'm experiencing. I'm tired of going through the motions and going home and struggling with the same thoughts. Still dealing with suicidal thoughts. Still dealing with thoughts of depression. I'm telling you, I've come to preach under the anointing of the Holy Ghost. Your answer is found when you get your heart back in the work of God. Somebody needs to be sensitive to the Holy Ghost in this house. Bow your heads. Close your eyes. Help me pray right now. Come on, somebody help me pray. Come on. Come on, help me pray. I'm not asking you to pray a cute prayer. I'm asking you to pray a heartfelt prayer. I'm asking you to pray with your heart in it tonight. Could you do that for me in this house? Come on. I want you to lift up your hands. Come on. God's going to speak to us in this house. I want you to lift up your hands. Come on. Why don't somebody step out of where you're at? Make your way to this altar. Come on. Come on. I wish somebody would stand to your feet and come into this altar in this house. Come on. I wish I had somebody that'd be sensitive to the Holy Ghost tonight. Come on. I wish I had somebody that would help me pray right now. Come on. Would you lift up your voice? Let your voice be heard. Come on. Let your voice be heard in this house.
Heat. Hey, Heat. Heat. I'm going to lift up your voice. I want God to know my heart's involved in this tonight. God, I didn't come to church cuz I have to tonight. I come to church because I love you. I come to church tonight because I love you. I love your anointing. I love your word. I love your power. Oh, Come on. Would you lift your hands and press right now? Come on. We're breaking through into something right now in this moment. Come on. You're right there on the edge of a breakthrough. But you got to get out of your head and you got to start worshiping with your heart. You got to start worshiping him with your emotions. You've got to start worshiping him not just in your mind, but with your mouth. You need to begin to praise him. And as you worship him with your mouth, you're going to feel the Holy Ghost begin to move through your heart. And when it hits your heart, you're going to break into intercession. And God's going to let you pray things that you don't even know how to pray. And it's going to happen right now.
If the highest place I reaches at your feet, then I've done it all. If the best thing that I've seen is your glory, then I've seen it all. Your love has changed my life forever. Satisfied. God, you are my everything. If the highest place I reach is at your feet, then I'm done it all. If the best thing that I've seen is your glory, then I've seen it all. Your love has changed my life. Forever satisfied. You are my everything. And if one word is the only thing you speak, then I've heard it all. If I feel your heart and never see your hand, I still have it all. No treasure of this life could ever satisfy. You were everything. God, you are my everything. What a God. What a God. What a God. What a God. Oh God.
Oh, come on. With those hands lifted. With those hands lifted. Praise him with all your heart. Come on. Come on. I've seen it happen in my own son. When his emotions were unlocked, he began to speak a language he'd never spoken before. Oh God, do it again. Come on. Is there anybody desperate in this room that will cry out like David and say, "Oh God, oh God, do it again. Oh God, if you can do it for my son. God, if you can do it for me, then you can do it for anyone in this room. Oh, come on. You need to agree with somebody in the Holy Ghost. You need to link up your faith with the faith of a brother, with the faith of a sister, and miracles are going to begin to flow. Come on, release your faith and let it get into this atmosphere and say, "God, I'm not leaving this place until you bless me. God, I'll wrestle with it as long as I've got to wrestle with it. But God, I'm not leaving here tonight until I've given you everything I've got. Oh, come on. It's happening in this room. Jesus is reaching for a heart, but God won't take it. You've got to give it. God won't take what you will not give. Come on, stop asking God to take something that you're not willing to give him. He will not take what you will not give. Oh God, I feel the Holy Ghost in this room. Come on. Give him your worries. He'll take it. Give him your cares. He'll take it. Cast your cares upon the Lord for he cares for you. Cast. Give him your anxiety. He'll take it, but he won't take it if you won't give it. God's not going to take your praise from you. You got to give it to him. God's not going to pull worship out of you. You've got to give it to him. God's not going to pull sacrifice out of you. You got to give it willingly unto him. Come on. It's got to be a willing sacrifice of praise. It's got to be a willing you got to give it with a cheerful heart.
Worthy God. God. What a God. What a God. What a God. What a God. What a god. What a god. Do we God? All of my heart, with all of my soul, with all of my heart, with all of my soul, With all of my heart, with all of my soul, I'll praise you with all of my heart. With all of my soul, I'll praise you. With all of my heart, with all of my soul, I'll praise you with all of my heart. Hey With all of my heart, with all of my soul, I'll praise you.
The Holy Ghost is moving. And I feel a nudge in the Holy Ghost. I think if we're all honest, we've gone through seasons of going through the motions and our heart not really being in it. But I wonder if there's someone that
