The Transition Zone

You can be seated. I'm gonna start a little differently tonight. I Praying today really felt like that there would be a ministering spirit That would happen and flow here tonight and no doubt during those last two songs anybody just feel like the Lord begin to minister to you In in study in study a few days ago or a few weeks ago I found something pretty interesting and it's something called the transition zone and as I was studying that I believe I gave him a picture of it I Found that deep beneath the earth's surface far beyond Anything that the human eye can see or hands can touch that there is something called the mantle transition zone It is somewhere between four and six hundred miles below the surface beneath us and in this place they suggest that there is a Ocean that is Three times the size of all of the oceans of the earth combined

As I begin to think about that no doubt the preacher in me begin to hear David talk to the church and saying the deep is calling unto the deep and I feel fill in the Holy Ghost right now But in the atmosphere of this world that the deep is calling and No doubt that as it calls many of us have stepped into what we feel is transition and I remember one time an elder that I was preaching for told me he said the emotion of transition will always be frustration and The reason that is is because if God does not frustrate you where you are you will not desire to go where he's trying to take you So we find that as God begins to transition throughout scripture He finds men men like Elijah and he'll find them hiding in a cave, and he'll say come out of your cave

I've got a word for you, and this is what he'll say. I'm about to transition to a new prophet I'm about to to set up a a new prophet that's going to take your place and for this to happen Elijah This is what I need you to do I need you to come off this mountain, and I need you to go find your replacement He finds a young man by the name of Elisha. We talked about this last Sunday He cast a mantle on him and Elisha Accepts this call by the burning of the oxen in the yoke, you know the story as well as I do But then it's interesting that the only thing we understand about Elisha is this it says in 1st Kings 19 and 21 that Elisha ministered unto Elijah It's all he did. He just ministered to him. So this call to be the prophetic replacement for a man that doesn't even experience death

This this young this young man who's receiving a call and anointing upon his life Where does it begin? It begins in a season of transition that looks like servant hood The only other glimpse we get into this is when Elisha is called upon by three kings in the Mildo of the wilderness And it says in 2nd Kings 3 and 11 here is Elisha the son of Saphat which poured water on the hands of Elijah So these are the two things we know about Elisha He ministered to him and he poured watered on the hands of Elijah This is what we got to understand about Elisha is this is that Elisha was there when Elijah prophesied the death of Jezebel and The death of Ahab he was there. He would have been there with the prophet He would have been there ministering to him We understand that he was there when Elijah calls fire down from heaven and it consumes the armies of 50

Elisha would have been there with him Elisha would have been there when he goes to Gilgau when he goes to Jordan and then when he's going to Jericho and all of these different places and this is what we learn about Elisha This is what we learn about a season of transition before God can trust you with the deep that he wants to take you He's got to put you in a transition zone and see if you're going to do these two things Are you going to serve and are you going to stay I? Believe that transition has two things that that that when God is getting ready to open up another dimension to somebody He wants to know can you serve and can you stay? Now you have to understand this is all we know about Elisha he served him But the other thing we know is that when other prophets were hanging out and watch this they could discern the rapture of Elijah

But they could not discern that Elijah's spirit was going to fall on somebody Let it never be said that we know more about the rapture than we knew about being connected to the man of God and what God's trying to do on the earth And so he has these two things about him. He knows how to serve and he knows how to stay this is what I believe I believe that you will never understand the operation of the miraculous and the supernatural without the spirit of servanthood in your life The Bible says this in the book of John of Jesus's first miracle only the servants knew that he turned the water to wine The servants knew what happened I find that there are two types of people in every apostolic atmosphere You have people that are hungry to be used in the miraculous and you have people that are hungry to spectate the

Miraculous and I don't think it takes long to figure out who is who and so you have this this young man Who knows how to do two things he knows how to serve and he knows how to stay Can I tell you that if you are willing to serve God will always be able to trust you with the operation of the miraculous in your life and the second thing is this if you get a spirit of stay with it You know what I've noticed especially in this younger generation my generation We get this attitude to quit the moment things get difficult and then we wonder why we're not seeing the miraculous like previous generations you are never going to encounter the miraculous when every time things get difficult or Every time things get hard you want to pack up and move somewhere else Can I just preach some stay with it into some of us? It's not time to change churches

It's not time to change cities. It's not time to change pastors just because things are getting difficult in your life You know what you ought to do? You ought to put some roots down and say I'm not going anywhere I've got to stay with this and see what God has on the other side of this difficulty We got to get some grit back in us because if you can stay and you can serve God says that's somebody I'll trust with the miraculous that's somebody I'll trust with seeing them lay hands on the sick and the sick recover That's somebody I'll trust with the gifts of the Spirit God is looking for people that will serve and stay and if you'll serve And stay even when it's not convenient and it's not easy God says on the other side of transition I'll open up a realm. You never thought you could operate in before

And so we know this about Elisha. What is Elisha? Do you realize Elisha survives three famines? Three droughts Elisha survives why because on the other side of transition. He's connected to a source that is not of this earth Elisha the first miracle we know about Elisha outside of imparting the waters of Jericho You know what it is? He goes and heals the waters of Jericho He goes into that city and he says I'll tell you what I'm gonna do I'm gonna heal these waters why because Elisha has a special connection now to a source That is not to the naked eye It is beyond the realm of the satisfied and the comfort It is in a place that only those that are willing to serve and stay will encounter And so he taps into this realm and he starts Operating in this in this new dimension that only the hungry can operate in you find it's not for everybody

But for those that are hungry even when he dies his bones never prophetically dry out He is in a grave and he is dead, but his bones are not dry They are saturated in living water and the moment that dead soldier touches him He comes to life. Why because somewhere in his life Elisha made up in his mind I am not leaving until I tap into a source that is not usual and that is not for everybody Is anybody hungry to tap into something that is not Maybe I'll just preach to me. I'm hungry to tap into something more. There's got to be more There's got to be something beyond my mind This was the whole deal Jesus was trying to talk to the lady at the well with he's he's coming to this lady at The well and you know the story he's talking to her and they're having this conversation and and he's telling her if you knew

Who I was you would ask of me to drink and she looks back at him and she says wait a minute How are you gonna get me something to drink when you didn't even bring anything to draw with he said you're looking at this all wrong You're thinking that I'm gonna give you water from a natural source the water that I have is not natural I'm talking about tapping into something that is beyond anything you've ever encountered You know what happens? He starts telling her all that she's done He reads her mail as we like to say and at the under end of that she says I perceive thou art a prophet Oh, really now that he's told you all you've ever done you think this man's a prophet and then Jesus begins to minister He looks right at her. She says I I know that that the Messiah is gonna come and she says he says I am he

I'm the one that you're talking about and watch when the disciples come back the Bible says they marvel They don't have the gumption to ask why are you talking to this lady or what are you trying to accomplish here? They're just standing there marveling that he's having an encounter in a conversation with this lady at the well And the Bible says this and I think that this in my opinion is the most powerful verse in that whole interaction She leaves her water pot and runs into a city Notice she leaves what she used to measure the ability to tap into the flow with she says I'm gonna leave what I used to be able to contain the measure of water that I'm used to handling but on the other side of a Transitionally conversation with Jesus. She says I don't need this anymore I'm now tapped into a source that will never be reached with a water pot

Can I tell some of you something God's trying to bring you into a something that you can never reach by your own? Understanding or by your own might or by your own strength you got to empty yourself out and say I'm trying to tap into a realm that others have never tapped into before And so she taps into this this this depth she taps into this realm that no water pot will ever ever be able to reach And can I tell you something that's what God's trying to do with some of us And we're in this season of frustration and uncomfort and we're getting frustrated at God And God's trying to tell you if you would quit griping about where you're at and start Giving in to where you're at instead of asking why God and start asking what God he says I'll show you what I'm trying to do in this season in your life

And so you see it all through the Bible even with Isaac of which we heard about today You can read in Genesis chapter 26 the Bible says to Isaac he says now Isaac I'm not just going to be the God of Abraham But now I'm going to be the God of Abraham and Isaac and I love this you read this in Genesis 26 and 3 it says sojourn in this land now watch what he says Prophetic tense I will be with thee He says you're not going to go to Egypt like Abraham did I need you to stay put right here You've got to stay in this land and then we all like the next verse the Bible says that he sows in the land And he reaps a hundred fold, right? But then the people in the land get frustrated at him and drive him out of the land and the next thing

You know Isaac is in a valley He's in a place of transition He's stuck in a valley digging up wells that were filled in by the people of the land and you start reading the names of these valleys and evidently evidently this this Encountered that he had to go through Frustrated him because when the men of the land come back to him Elisha says what are you doing here evidently? You hate me because you drove me away from you so he's harboring resentment and frustration and bitterness Towards the people of the land when in reality he should have been thinking him for driving them into the place of transition And so now he's in this valley and the Bible says while he's in this valley He starts digging up some wells in the name of the first well Esec Which literally means contention and then the name of the second sit no which means hatred and the Bible says he is

Striving with these men in this valley. He's contending. He's struggling with these men in this valley But watch what the Bible says in Genesis 26 and 24 on the other side of the valley on the other side of transition It says and the Lord appeared unto him the same night and said I am the God of Abraham my father Fear not for I am with thee Before the valley prophetic tense I will be with you after the valley present tense I am with you if God didn't put you in a place where he could Frustrate you and cause you to struggle and fight through some things You would have never come out on the other side walking with what drove you into that valley You need to quit forsaking what puts you where you are at and start Rejoicing at the struggle God put in your life because if it wasn't for the struggle you wouldn't have the testimony

He is with me here my Lord have mercy Let me tell you something anytime you see the hand of God on somebody's life anytime you see God walking with somebody I'll show you a man that has struggled somewhere in a valley because if you're willing to struggle and contend for things God says I will not prophetic tense be with you I will present tense be with you and that's where some of you are at you're struggling you're fighting You're in contention, and you don't know why it's the way that it is Can I tell you why God's trying to change you from I will be to I am he's trying to put an anointing on you He's trying to put favor on you My Lord I feel the Holy Ghost right now quit fighting transition Except the valley you're in and let God show you who he is in it

Somebody lift your hands the Holy Ghost is moving right now I'm telling somebody in the Holy Ghost You've been in transition and the reason is God's trying to bring you out with a new anointing With a new touch and his hand on your life He comes out on the other side He comes out on the other side, and this is what the Bible says He goes now to the birthing place now. He's in bear sheba, and he digs a new well Before he's digging up old wells But on the other side of transition. He's digging up new wells He's tapping into something that he has never tapped into before he was there when daddy dug those wells to begin with But now he's tapping into something. He's never tapped into before God is trying to bring you to a place off the other side of the transition zone where you tap into an ocean of

Living water where you tap into a realm you have never encountered before Maybe that's why David or the psalmist writes to us in Psalms 84 and 6 who passing through the valley of Bacchal The Bible says he make it a well Don't miss that make it a well also the rain fill at the pools now When you look at this valley That that I began to look at it and and they think that this is the valley of Rafaim Now that's important Because when you start studying that valley you find out it's a dry and it's an arid valley There's there's no water in this valley. There's not a lot of rain in this valley But the psalmist says when you're in this valley and that were Bacchal literally means weeping When you are in the valley of weeping make it a well make it get a shovel out and

Dig down beyond the natural my Lord Now why is the Valley of Rafaim important because you start reading in the book of 2nd Samuel chapter 5 You'll find out that it's in that valley That the Bible says all of the Philistines when they find out David is king They come to him and they're ready to do battle where in the Valley of Rafaim Not only is it that but the Valley of Rafaim is known as the Valley of Giants Not only is it a dry place, but it's the place where your giant lives And so God says I'm gonna put you in a place where there's no water and the giant my Lord That you've been trying to ignore in your life lives and It's there that all the Philistines come up against David It's there that all the enemy starts trying to come up against David and David hits his knees

He says Lord, what do I do? Do I fight this fight what and the God says? Yeah, this is your battle draw swords and go to war and this is where David says I will call this place bell para -zeem for the Lord has broken forth as the breach of waters He said what I'm in the driest Transition of my life. You know what I did. I found a place to pray I found a place of consecration and God said let me show you what I can do in a drop I'll become the water that overcomes your in my Lord You feel outnumbered you feel overwhelmed, but there's a breach of waters coming Now watch the next verse Psalms 84 and 7 they go from strength to strength You will never find the next dimension of strength that you're looking for Until you're willing to walk through a valley that's dry and shed some tears

But when you get in that valley of transition God said there's a mountain of your old strength on that side and there's a mountain of the strength I'm trying to give you on that side. Make it a well I'm telling somebody in the can I say it like this make it well Make it well quit belly -hacking in the valley and get glad in the valley They would come to the prophet and they would say is it well meaning is it good tidings God was saying make it well make it glad when you're in the valley and there's no rain Make it joyous when you're in the valley and it looks like nothing good God Start digging start pulling things up and I'll release a breach of water You're never gonna get the victory you're looking for if you continue to complain about the valley you're in

But the moments you start accepting where God has you he says I've got waters in this valley I've got a victory in this valley that you have never encountered before And it's one moment of make it well away. I Can't help but think about the men of Edom When they start digging in a valley and water starts coming and It feels that land and it was the very water that came that brought them victory over the kings that were against them You are never going to obtain the victory you're looking for until you accept the transition God has you in I feel the Holy Ghost right now I'm telling somebody stop being frustrated where you're at Let God minister to you tonight in the name of the Lord because there are waters. He's trying to lose There's a my Lord. You've got to go beyond the mantle beyond the transition and tap into the oceans

That he's trying to lose in your life. You find that Peter is the same thing Peter Peter's this really excitable Young disciple of Jesus You know Peter. He's the guy that'll draw a sword and cut off an ear He's the guy that after he says you're the Christ will also rebuke him one verse later That's Peter It's what I find interesting in Matthew 14 25 This is what the Bible says and in the fourth watch of the night read this with me Jesus went unto them read it with me walking on the Now let's read verse number 29 when he gets to Peter It says when he gets to Peter and he said come and when Peter was come down. What does it say Peter did? Jesus walks on the sea Peter walks on water What's the difference? That word see literally means the deep or the abyss

Jesus says I've got dominion over things. You can't even imagine You don't even have dominion over water, but wait Peter There's a transition coming Satan's going to desire to have you and he's going to desire to sift you as wheat He's coming for you, but I prayed for you Peter that your faith fell you not and if your faith won't fail you You'll come out on the other side and you'll be a strength to your brother in and Then the next thing you know Peter you'll be preaching Pentecost your shadow will be healing people You'll be the catalyst to the Gentile revival. You'll be the one I give the vision to you'll go back And you'll tell all your brethren about what God's trying to do on the earth But right now Peter I can't even get you to have dominion over the shallow things

But there's a transition coming Now I need you to go with me just for a little bit because I really feel like the Lord has talked to me about what he's doing on the earth right now God is trying to shift the body of Christ right now From having water dominion to see dominion But you can't have that realm without a sifting God's got to put you in places Where you feel like you're on the verge of breaking Ah Where you feel like you're on the verge of I don't know how much more I can handle But right in the middle of it God said I'm praying for you. I'm praying for you come on Job I got to take the hedge off because I got to make you a testimony to Satan that where he will fail me you won't Now watch Rick go go with me Luke chapter 9 verse number 1

Then he calls his 12 disciples together and says I give you power and authority over the devils and to cure diseases Verse number 6 and they departed and they went through the towns preaching the gospel. That's what the Bible says now This this is not this is not really Wild this is not really out of the box Because God working with people from Israel is not a big deal And in fact, it's not even a big deal because it's it's the 12 notice that with me 12 is an important number There were 12 sons would make up the 12 tribes. There are 12 apostles heavens going to have 12 foundations Pentecost couldn't happen until they replaced Judas and they got 12 apostles before the fire falls with Elijah He gathers 12 stones 12 is foundational to what God's going to do But it's not out of the box

So God says I'm getting ready to do something extraordinary So I'm going to show you I've laid the foundation with the 12 But then the Bible says this in Luke 951 and it came to pass when his time come That he should be received up He steadfastly sets his face to go to Jerusalem. He says there's a transition coming He really doesn't care about anything else that happens. The Bible says his eyes are set like a flint. I'm going to die now There's a covenantal transition about to take place I'm about to step out of Israel and into all the earth. My Lord help me And so then you read in Luke 10 and one and then the Lord appoints other 70 also This is where it gets Extraordinary because when you go back to Genesis 10, you will find that there are 70 that are born in the shim ham and j -feth which represents the nations of the earth

So the reason God says I'm going to appoint 70 after I appoint 12 is because I'm about to Transition from the way I've always done it to a global thing I'm about to shake things up and I'm about to get it out of what you're comfortable with Because I'm tired of always moving among the ungrateful Israel. I got to get to a hungry world Lord help me right now, and I am telling you in the Holy Ghost hear me I have heard the voice of God Something is shifting over the earth and God saying I'm tired of always showing up To the ungrateful when I've got a hungry world out there. That's ready to have a divine demonstration So I'll shake up colleges out my lord And so Jesus he says I'm going to die and his last words are this go ye into all the world

Preaching and teaching the gospel get out of this place Get out of here. Stop boxing it to where it's at. There's a hungry world out there There's people that are looking for what we are experiencing in this building And if I got to shake things up my lord, I'll do whatever I got to do, but it's time to get it to all the earth I'm telling you in the Holy Ghost. God's about to do the same thing right now. I Am telling you I've heard from the Lord this thing is about to become global on a way that we have never encountered it before It's about to become global in a magnitude and in a way We have never experienced it before and so God is shaking his church right now saying don't be the comfortable 12 I've got 70 that are ready to step up right now

This is the whole thing the Lord's trying to get the Pharisees to understand. I'm almost done This is the entirety of what he's trying to get the Pharisees to understand he comes to them And this is what he says he says this he says listen you better not try to put a new patch on an old garment Please hear me church. I'm telling you if I've heard from God. I've heard from God You better not try to put a new patch on an old garment. I told you last week We need to quit worrying about what happens to the harvest He is the Lord of the harvest and we better take ourselves off the throne of the harvest and be harvesters He never called us to be the Lord of the harvest. He called us to be harvesters He said I'll handle the harvest. You just grab a sickle and get to work

He did not say that there's a Lord of the harvest shortage. He said there's a labor shortage So this is what he's telling him. I'm gonna put an entire new way of operating over you I'm transitioning Pharisees and if you try to sew this into how you're always doing things It's gonna rend the garment He says it does not agree with this garment that word agree literally is where we get the word symphony from There's no unity in the orchestra the band's not playing the same beat I'm here bringing a message that is counterintuitive to what you're trying to do and if you don't allow the change to come You're gonna miss what I'm bringing and then he goes one step further and this is what he says He says and you better not put new wine in an old wine skin He says because the elasticity is gone out of the old wine skin and it can't handle what I'm trying to do

I'm telling you God has stretched us as far as he can stretch us We need something new to come over us. Behold, I will do a new thing I will make rivers in the desert I've got waters that are ready to flow in places that have not seen waters I have got harvest ready to come in places that have not seen a harvest I'm telling you in the Holy Ghost tonight East wind this church is integral to what God wants to do globally Allow God to stretch you allow God to renew our thinking allow God to change the way we operate in this hour Lift our hands and receive the word of the Lord right now You can put Luke 5 17 Telling me there's a transition that's about to happen in this service right now I want you to read this with me and it came to pass on a certain day as he was teaching everybody say he was teaching

There were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by which will come out of every town of Galilee and Judea and Jerusalem Read this last part with me and the power of the Lord Was present to heal them This is the story where they lower the paralytic man through the roof This is also the foundation to when he looks at the Pharisees and says I'm trying to do something new But you're not hearing me The Pharisees and the doctors of the law are sitting there to hear But God was not there for them to hear The Lord was there to heal But they were so accustomed to hearing They had missed he was there not for them to hear, but he was there for him to heal He's telling the church right now. I'm trying to get you out of a hearing church to a doing church

But if we keep showing up to hear, I'm not talking to new converts. Please hear me in the Holy Ghost I'm talking to the body of Christ right now We keep showing up to hear when God's there to heal Right now the word of the Lord has spoken to this church about what he is going to do on the face of the earth And I'm telling you there is an undercurrent of the supernatural that has been pulsing through this place Since those last since the very first song if I can when they started lifting up the name of Jesus And I know I know I've preached and it's I'm not saying get out of order There is a word that needs to go forward, but we are so accustomed to hearing we are missing. He is here to heal Right there. What happened that that that new patch that you tried to fit to your garment just started tugging on the old fibers

Because it's counterintuitive to what he's trying to do right now But if we're not careful Just like the Pharisees missed it the Apostolic Church is going to miss it I'm telling you God is not bound to the church as we know it and He warned us through the Apostle Paul if I'll forsake the natural branch. I'll also forsake the grafted branch and I know we get excited when we see all of this happening on the college campuses all over the earth But it should also come as a warning to the church Because he's showing us I will go around you if I have to I Don't want to but I will and I'm telling East wind You are Integral to what God is doing on the face of this earth God has given us a man with vision and he is giving this body an anointing a special anointing

Oh Something just moved in here If you're hungry, would you lift your hands right now it's fallen Would you stand with me right now Ha ha ha Come on somebody moving the Holy Ghost right now Somebody he's here to heal somebody moving the Holy Ghost right now Come on somebody begin to operate in the Holy Ghost God starting to speak to some of you What he wants you to do you need to step out right now like this gentleman has just stepped out and start flowing in the Holy Ghost Ha ta ya ra kata ya la paha Come on lay hands on somebody are you here to hear or are you here to let God move through you and let the healing flow Come on. Come on something shaking in the atmosphere. I said something's shaking in the atmosphere right now Come on. Let's administer to somebody Throwing the Holy Ghosts just for a little while lay hands on somebody ha ta ya la paha Yeah, Roku told him I'm telling you he's present to heal. He's present to heal right now Hey, I rack up. I don't be the Pharisees. That's here to hear when God said I'm present to heal Come on. There's a prophetic weight. That's resting on this service right now. I said there's a prophetic weight That's resting on this service right now And I rack up. It's about to hit you right now. You're about to start seeing why Listen, I'm telling you in the Holy Ghost God said I've heard your petition You need to allow that virtue to flow back into you right now. There's something breaking on you God's gonna open something up in you and your husband and I in the Holy Ghost Come on. I want you to lift your hands and receive it in the name of the Lord God's opening something up in y 'all right now. Come on. That's it operate in the Holy Ghost step out in faith do what you feel Jesus Come on, I'm telling you God wants to heal some diseases right now God wants to dry up some cancer right now

God wants to remove some pain from some people right now Hatayala, he's present to heal church. Come on. Let him do what he wants to do for a little while Come on, I know it's almost 8 o 'clock, but I wonder what would happen if we would let God do it He wants to do just a little while longer Come on young people. You don't have time to play games. Let there be a fresh anointing fall on you right now Come on. Let there be a fresh anointing fall on you right now shataya. La Baja.
