Sunday Evening Worship Service

we're going to go into the word of god today and i would like to leave you with with just a thought today with the word of god um you know i i believe it's important that you even in the mission service we're coming to hear the word of god right is that right amen you you don't want to walk out just just empty and and i feel like the lord has placed something on my heart today for this congregation so it will be just a simple message today but but if you would wouldn't mind would you stand up with me and i'll just do things like we do in germany i don't know if you stand up for the reading or not but for the reading today we'll have the book of acts chapter 15 um if you open your bible with me or just follow with us on the screen here uh chapter 15 amen verse one and i'm gonna have brother anthony mccool help me a little bit here with the reading so if you have it say amen amen if you're excited say amen amen anybody tired here no no no wow amen praise god we have if it helps you and he this is my third service and i preached three searches this is my third preaching service so i'm a little tired if it helps you but i'm gonna try to give my best how about that amen how about you amen you know believe it or not they brought me in louisiana through we had 10 services a week 10 services i told you guys are crazy hey man if i had my wife with me i said there was no way i would do that but we had good times good times amen acts chapter 15 if you have it's amen amen brother thank you and certain men which came down from judea taught the brethren and said except ye be circumcised after the manner of moses ye cannot be saved when therefore paul and barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them they determined that paul and barnabas and certain other of them should go up to jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question and being brought on their way by the church they passed through finis and samaria declaring the conversion of the gentiles and they caused great joy unto all the brethren and when they were come to jerusalem they were received of the church and of the apostles and elders and they declared all things that god had done with them but there rose up certain of the sect of the pharisees which believed saying that it was needful to circumcise them and to command them to keep the law of moses and the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter amen thank you so far we're going to skip down to verse 12. then all the multitude kept silence and gave audience to barnabas and paul declaring what miracles and wonders god had wrought among the gentiles by them and after they had held their peace james answered saying men and brethren hearken unto me simeon hath declared how god at the first did visit the gentiles to take out of them a people for his name and to this agree the words of the prophets as it is written after this i will return and will build again the tabernacle of david which has fallen down and i will build again the ruins thereof and i will set it up amen that the residue of men might seek after the lord and all the gentiles upon whom my name is called saith the lord who doeth all these things amen praise god i know that was a little bit of reading here but i believe this is a wonderful scripture today and i would like to speak to you today just about the hope hope in the name of jesus anybody believe in hope today in the name of jesus hallelujah i want you to lift up your hands right now and just pray with me right now lord in the name of jesus god i thank you god i thank you for hope lord god we heard about hope today and we believe in hope today and i ask you right now speak to me and through me lord through this this message lord right now and then use us lord today speak into our hearts and into our minds open our minds god and help us and give us understanding god lord let us have a hope lord lord be on everything else lord we thank you we give you all the praise in the name of jesus christ amen hallelujah you may be seated in jesus name hallelujah what a wonderful and especially what a interesting scripture that we have right here that we just read in the book uh in the book of acts chapter 15. now now i don't know if you know the scripture too well or not but it is a scripture that is not being talked too much about but it is actually a very interesting scenery that we find ourselves in here and it is actually happening in jerusalem and the scenery that we found here we call it the jerusalem uh council and this is a this is a a time where they actually come together and they discuss things this is like a conference as we are having now conference this coming week and and where they discuss certain things and disputes and argue about things and and make decisions and then finally go about those decisions and and and continue around those or about those decisions so this is what happened right here the apostles came together and they had some things to discuss and some things to talk about amen and it is a very important subject that they actually had to discuss and it is actually talking about salvation amen aren't you thankful for salvation today aren't you thankful that you know you are saved aren't you thankful that you have the confidence amen and and the peace of salvation in your life and in the life of your family amen so now we i want to go back a little bit though and to show you the book of acts is full of revival of course and we see people receiving the holy ghost and we see people being baptized in the name of jesus we see the book of acts chapter 2 how how there is a hope for revival that we see there and not just hope but it's a great revival that is breaking out 3 000 people and over 3 000 that receive the gift of the holy ghost being baptized in jesus name and then we see that in the book of acts revival is not just meant for jerusalem but it's actually breaking out and and through a persecution we see all of a sudden that there is actually a spread of the gospel and they go out and they they tell the gospel into the whole uh area into the whole land and and then we see that that there's a man named philippus who goes into samaria and as he goes into samaria he starts preaching the word of god philippus is one of them that was actually uh um that was actually voted in to feed the the widows actually and and he's one of them he was actually the very first evangelist in the book of acts actually and and he's going out as the very first you know sometimes you know he was the the guy that washes the dishes actually you know and then god is using that guy and sending him out into samaria into a place where there's a lot of people that would actually naturally turn him down but because jesus went there he was actually received right there as the dishwasher amen but he was the evangelist that spoke about jesus christ they finally were baptized in jesus and the apostles heard about it went into samaria laid their hands upon the people and they got the holy ghost and a great revival happened right there amen don't you love revival oh i don't know about you but i love revival i love the word revival and you know why because there is hope there is hope in revival amen and then we have this great man named barnabas barnabas was one of the guys that said you know i need to i need to go a little above and beyond and he didn't just go in the surrounding area he had a city in mind and he wanted to go to the city of antioch he was going to travel all the way up and antioch you need to know is 450 miles up north of jerusalem and antioch is a city that was not too easy to get to but he had it on his heart and he traveled all the way up to antioch and i believe that on the way to antioch he probably met several people telling him about antioch and about the great city it was a large city very very very well known city but let me tell you this city was not known for any good things it was actually known for its wickedness people didn't like that city because they knew there are so many different people that are following wicked customs and man and wicked procedures of praising and worshiping different kind of gods and temple prostitutes and all those kind of things have taken place in that city so nobody really liked that city and it was not very well spoken off but nevertheless barnabas had it on his heart and he went all the way up there into that dark city into that that city that is lost amen and you know i want to tell you he went into that darkness because god sees darkness different than what we see look amen he views it different than what we view it and i believe god views darkness as an opportunity an opportunity for god to work miracle signs and wonders an opportunity to bring light into darkness i don't know about you but there was a time in my life where i was in darkness man there was a time in my life where i was lost see man when i was walking in darkness but i know god came and he met me and he turned my life from darkness into his marvelous light hallelujah he's called me out of darkness into light and i came to tell you today whatever darkness you're going through whatever low valley you're going through i want to tell you today god sees that as an opportunity in your life anybody believe in that it's an opportunity for god to change your life it's an opportunity for god to release you from bondages and from anything that is keeping you from coming closer to god darkness we hate dark places we hate those kind of things and we try to avoid it but now this man went right into that city and as he went in there he went to the to the temple and he went into uh um to the synagogue and as he went into the synagogue we know he started preaching great revival broke out among the jew but not just among the jew and this is where the problem was it was a revival that broke out even among the gentiles non-jewish people you're with me and so these people were exceptional these people were people that believed that anything else before but thou came into the house of god and they believe what the apostles preached to them they believed this great message of repenting and of being baptized in the name of jesus being filled with the holy ghost and that's what they followed and they were happy when they received the holy ghost and great revival broke out so barnabas needed some help okay now i know i'm doing a little bit of teaching but i'm getting there so okay you with me okay so barnabas needed some help so he finally decided instead of going back to headquarters he actually went into a city named tarzus and tarzan was the birthplace of paul i don't know if you knew that but at this time right here paul was sitting at tarsus for about 10 years after his conversion on the way to damascus and he went back then after that into jerusalem and then he went into tarsus and he sat there for about 10 years and waited for god to use him now i want to tell you today we're talking about the man of god that wrote about a third of the new testament we're talking about the man of god that that converted thousands of people into christianity amen the man of god that took three three travels and man all the way around the world to proclaim the word of god and the gospel of jesus christ but he was sitting there for 10 years waiting let me tell you that might be seasons that will have to go through where god is preparing us for even greater things you might be going through one of those seasons you might be going through one of those valleys in your life but i want to tell you today it is a time of preparation it's a time of molding because god is getting you ready for even greater things hallelujah god is getting you ready for a great revival an outpouring of a spirit and sometimes we go through those times you know what i'm talking about some of you have gone through some of those times and some of you are in the midst of it but i came to tell you today don't you give up because there is hope there is hope in jesus amen there is hope that god will use you even today and you never know so i believe whenever barnabas went over and told him hey we got revival over there i don't think he was hesitant he i think paul got up and said let's go ten years right let's go so he went over in antioch now once again antioch what what kind of a city celusius is the guy that actually founded antioch and lucius was an emperor and he was just a a crazy guy a crazy guy that did all kinds of crazy things he was not a believer of lord jesus christ but he was a crazy guy that loved his father so much and his father's name was antiochus and so he loved his father so much that he named this city after his father but he didn't just name this city after his father he named another 16 cities all around that area there after his father so we have all kinds of anions there in that surrounding area in the roman empire so we know that this city though is the city of antioch in syria or better to say on the orantis which iran this is the river that flows right there and antioch so uh but but you know the city as i told you was a city that was so well known for his bad things though that i read a saying the other day in a commentary they said that anything flowing down the river of verantis is no good so they didn't like to have anything to do with that amen a wicked city but they had revival god turned around paul went into that city hundreds and thousands of people received the gift of the holy ghost were baptized in the name of jesus and here is the problem they were gentiles and so jerusalem had a problem with that jerusalem turned around a man and as they turned around they went to the back to antioch and they told him hey guys you are not saved they say why because in their mind you can only be saved if you are jewish if you are a jew and so there is a way how you can beat you or you become a jew and and so they had to follow certain rules first of all there's three ways actually to really be a jew and that is if you are born as a jew or if you're not you have to get circumcised the guys didn't like that and then you had to follow the dietary laws well they didn't like that either so they didn't follow those and so the people from jerusalem finally went up there expecting them to follow those laws amen and that's what caused the big dispute you love to worship god really you you love to worship god he deserves our worship amen he deserves our worship before i go back to jerusalem let me tell you this real quick in germany in oxford we have 27 different nationalities people with 27 different nationalists so we got two languages as i told you earlier and you know you can imagine people are different some people you know in their manners and their in their emotions you know how they worship sometimes some people are a little crazy to run around and some people are a little bit more relaxed you know and and and just kind of you know just clap their hands don't do a whole lot of emotion you know and so so you know what one day they asked me to play the drums and i was playing the drums back there and i was watching the congregation and as i was watching i saw this one guy on the far end on the right hand and this guy he's actually from iraq and this guy is that kind of guy now he was baptized filled with the holy ghost but he's that kind of guy that doesn't do a whole lot of motion and he's just back there and usually just claps his hands but but now that day i watched him how he stepped out of his pew and i thought this is different so i got really excited but now he got excited he started clapping his hands and he got he got with the worship man and he was so excited he started clapping his hands started jumping and also i saw him he started running around and he ran around the church and he goes like one two three and then he runs out i mean straight out right so i'm looking back there i'm like what's he doing out there he comes right back and does the same thing again runs three times and he runs back out so try to figure out what he was doing there you know he was out in the foyer and so i looked out there i couldn't see nothing there so he came right back and he does that and next sunday he did the same thing again so i thought you know he must be hiding something out there what's he doing out there sir so i thought you know you know what next sunday i'll come a little earlier and i'm going to follow him and see what he's hiding out there right so i did come a little earlier you know i was i was acting like i was busy you know like a spy you know right behind him and he walked in i saw him going into the kitchen over there he got into the kitchen he got himself a big old glass and he filled it up with water yeah and then he took that glass and he hid it out there in the foyer behind the decoration plans you know this guy came to church with some expectations he expected the service to be great amen let me tell you that's what our problem is nowadays we are coming to church without no expectations but i don't know about you i came with some expectations today i know god wants to do something today i know it's a mission service but god can do something too many times we walk out the same way as we walk in because we got no expectations i'm expecting god to do something you need a miracle expect god to do a miracle you need god to bring a prodigal back then expect god to bring it back expect god to do something today well let me tell you i know this is about my sixth year services in the last three months but i'm not going to waste the service i will not waste the service i know god can bless us today and i'm expecting a blessing for myself today amen how about you amen i'm expecting god to do something just like that guy see that guy he came to church he knew worship was going to be exciting he knew he's going to get his clothing going he knew he's going to get excited he's going to get us running going and he knew he needed a break pretty smart huh so sure enough i watched him he got out there and he got his clapping going worship going he started running goes one two three runs out of glue glue comes right back that's the same thing again hey man we got to expect god to do something hallelujah are you expecting god to do something today in your life today don't you ever waste a service don't you ever so we find ourselves in jerusalem and we find that they are going through an dispute here and they were fighting and arguing about this matter whether they are say yes or no salvation i don't know about you but salvation is important it's not a minor thing it's an important thing if you tell me that i am not saved you got to prove that in the bible right amen and so they were talking about salvation you have to understand they got together and they were starting to argue about it and and they were they were having this dispute you have to understand in the middle east when they argue they don't just talk the way we do around here they don't just pull a number you know and then everybody has this five minutes and then we'll vote on it now i mean they were going at it crazy i mean it must have been really crazy and these people don't play around have you ever been to the middle east i went to see brother that was already here today i i when i when i when i landed there the brother czar wrote me i got there a little early so czar wrote me a text and he said brother krause whatever you do don't leave the airport i go well okay so i sat there i was wondering why you would say that you know and and and so finally he picked me up and we're driving down this road there's like a 10 mile road going from the airport all the way over into the city that was separated basically and and it was separated because as we were driving through on the right hand side you see all of these checkpoints and these people with armed with guns and and they were completely armed and they were just fussing and talking and going back and forth and and brothers are was trying to drive through there really fast so i asked what's going on over here he said well this is the hamas over here he said we don't want to mess with the hamas let's go i was like all right yeah we better go and so finally i looked over on the left on the left side and there's buildings there and and as i looked over there there was nobody there so what's going on over here he said well that's the palestines so there's nobody there who said that's because nobody wants to go there so you know when these people fuss around i mean you know there's some fussing going around man so anyway i don't know if the apostles were just as extreme but anywhere in the middle east it's just a little bit different so i can imagine it was heated and it was really going on right here and then finally the pastor of the jerusalem church he stood up and he talked and we read earlier that as he stood up the multitude kept silence let me tell you when the man of god speaks into our life it might be time for us to be silent and just listen i'm sorry it might just be time to listen let the man of god speak into your life and i think it is just amazing what kind of a wisdom god gave the pastor aren't you thankful for the wisdom god gave your pastor well i'll tell you a secret 20 years ago i was 21. well here i was pastoring with 21. brother i didn't know what i was doing i'm just being honest i had no clue in fact i don't even know if i have any clue right now and i was supposed to be pastored but there was moments where god gave me wisdom and maybe it wasn't my wisdom but it was wisdom of somebody else's that i listened to my pastor and to my elders amen there's wisdom that god gave me because if i would have done some things i would have handled him and just tore down the church in oxford i can tell you that amen but thank you jesus thank you jesus for the office of a pastor and so we say james got up and god gave him the wisdom to quote a scripture out of the old testament and this was not just any kind of scripture but this was a scripture that would just suit the situation perfectly amen it was a scripture out of amos and he spoke to them about the scripture quoted that scripture down now now please stay with me this is a prophecy out of the old testament speaking at a time in the new testament and resolving a situation and a question immediately because then as soon as he spoke about what he spoke right here they got up and said so be it and then they went out you're with me prophecy still works right amen so we have the scripture right here and just bear with me it says here in verse 17 it says that once again the question is are they saved yes or no and he says that the residue of man might seek after the lord are they saved yes or no so in other words anybody who is seeking after the lord amen any human being that is seeking out to the lord has a chance to be saved let me tell you who will have a place here in this church it's people that are seeking amen if you are seeking the lord you will find him hallelujah if you knock it on his door he will open that door this church is a church for people that are seekers you need salvation and seek after salvation you'll find it anybody with me here i believe this is so important because the people that are seeking will have to find a place to find and that will be the house of god that will be the house of god if people are not able to find salvation in the house of god anymore we're just a club it's good to see you praise god amen but we need seekers in the house and we need finers in the house amen and i believe this prophecy is so important for us to understand if you are seeking anybody let me tell you wherever you're coming from whatever color you're on you're at i mean whatever background you're you're from whatever country you're from wherever you have been in your life if you are seeking the lord you have a place right here and you will find god right here amen we need to find those people that are seeking and bring them into the house of god hallelujah because there is a chance for them in the house of gods people are seeking all kinds of stuff trying to please their pleasures amen and seeking all kinds of stuff in the world but none of that is giving them fulfillment well what we we know that fulfillment will only be found in jesus anybody believe that hallelujah and then he says and all the gentiles upon whom my name is called hmm saith the lord who do with all these things now upon whom my name what name well you guessed it right amen jesus is the name right now remember this is an old testament prophecy and he's speaking about whom my name is called so what name again and where is the name of jesus called upon people baptism baptism this is a prophecy about jesus name baptism that james is using and giving us a revelation that if you are baptizing jesus then you shall be saved and why because there is power in the name of jesus there is power your salvation and salvation excuse me salvation power and man there is there's just sin cleansing power amen in the name of jesus hallelujah and i believe this power the name of jesus comes when it is called upon our names i don't know if you've been baptized in the name of jesus but it is time for you to be baptized today you need to have that name called upon your life today because it brings hope into your life there is hope in the name of jesus there is hope in the name of jesus anybody believe that hallelujah so it's important for us to understand that when we call the name of jesus there is hope so finally they took this whole matter and they said yeah there's hope in the name of jesus and it took that and went off and never bothered about the circumcisions and anything else but i want to tell you today that we find hope when we call upon the name of jesus i don't know what darkness you're going through i don't know what situations you're going through and you might find yourself in a 10 year period amen that you're going through but i came to tell you today there is hope when you call upon the name of jesus there is hope for your loved ones hallelujah for your lost loved ones amen there is hope for your prodigals there is hope for your family there's help for your children there is hope for your life there is hope and forgiveness of sins when you call upon the name of jesus i know about you but i believe in the name of jesus i believe in calling upon the name of jesus i know there's power when we speak in the name of jesus i know there is anointing and there's authority when we call upon the name of jesus god is intentional about you he's intentional about you why don't you get intentional about him sometimes when we pray we don't pray too intentional but i'ma tell you if you pray an intentional prayer in the name of jesus there's power there's power because he's equipped us with a marvelous power a huge power and i'm thankful for that we have hope in the name of jesus in closing i want to tell you this story real quick beginning of my deputation i went through arkansas and there was a a church actually that i've been basing out of and they let me stay in an evangelist quarter over there in arkansas and as i uh was gonna as i arrived there actually they showed me the evangelist quotes which was right across it was in the gymnasium right across from the church itself and so the pastor took me up there and showed me everything and then finally he took me out to eat and we went out to eat into a mexican restaurant we had a good time and and and now that very night i was supposed to be preaching at a different church actually and so the pastor of that other church called me and said brother krause you know unfortunately we have a so-called tornado warning and uh he said we don't want you out in the street so we're gonna have to camp that service for you so just stay in that evangelist quarter and then be safe and so i was like all right you know i don't know what that is and you got you got to understand i'm from germany and we don't have anything called tornado in germany right i mean i don't know the only tornado that we see is movies in the in a video or something or whatever like that but but we don't know anything about that you know so finally i kind of picked his brain i was like you know a tornado i mean brother what happens when there's a tornado coming around and he explained to me he said well you know that's we're in the tornado alley and well he said well it's not really bad because we're just right on the on the edge of it you know and it doesn't really get bad around here and and then i said well okay but what if if there was a tornado coming i mean what what what would be to be to be done and he said well you know one thing for sure if there was a tornado coming i sure would want to be in that evangelist quarter i said what thank you what are you talking about well he said you know you you come down if that happens and get into the church get underneath a pew or something you know and just find a shelter and i'm like oh jesus said but you know that number it's not really bad but he said it really gets bad when the sirens go off and he said but that just never happens you know so i'm like all right you know that's all right so uh so finally we we sat there and then after a while it kind of got a little serious and and and the pastor was telling me he said uh remember the crowds he started tearing up a little bit and he said brother christ i need to tell you something and and and he said uh you know i need you need to know what you're getting into and he said uh yeah you know you need to know that i've been passing for many years but my wife had backslid 10 years ago the pastor's wife what hit me and he started crying and he told me about the whole story and about the situation and and in fact you know pastor i didn't even know that you could actually pass it without a wife to be honest i mean the only reason why we still have a church in oxford because my wife's over there right so but seriously i mean it just hit me right there and and i i felt like i felt so sorry and and and that moment as he was explaining everything that next moment i felt like you know i needed to pray for him so i reached over grab his hand in that restaurant and as i was praying for him i really felt like there was an intentional prayer there was some power right there the holy spirit moved in that place and i started praying and i remember how i prayed very intentionally he said god bring his wife back this week in the name of jesus christ hallelujah and you know sometimes you have those intentional prayers sometimes you have those prayers well you know something is shifting amen something is happening right there and that was just a moment like that it was so powerful people were looking at us at the restaurant and we were talking in tongues and it was just amazing overwhelming but then finally it was kind of over you know so we went back and i went back into an evangelist quarter i was reading my bible and as i was reading my bible my phone goes my phone never did that so i look over and turn it off and a few minutes later i hear the storm going off and i hear the sirens go off the guy told me that will never happen you should have seen me i was like a wild chicken just get up and i was running around and grabbing something and wanted to go downstairs to the church and get myself under a pee i didn't know what to do and so finally i looked at my phone and the pastor writes me a text he says brother i'm sorry but it looks like a tornado is coming your way i'm like well thank you i was terrified terrified guys this is funny for you right now but it sure wasn't funny back then i'll tell you i'm a german that didn't help any so i run downstairs i i was i was like i said talking about your car just running downstairs i tried to find the shelter got myself under a pew and finally caught my mama brother mango texted me he said red cross hey make sure you share your location i'm like why so well just in case something happens we know where to find you i mean none of this helped me right it was just terrifying i was sitting there under the pew crawling up and and then talking to my mama crying i'm like oh god help me lord and so finally i sat there underneath underneath that pew i i hear the wind was over and i sat there for hours after and once again i know it's funny but it wasn't funny and uh finally the storm goes over i'm peeking out i'm looking all right everything seems to be fine walking out walk back up to the evangelist quarter pastor calls me and he says red cross looks like the storm is over and i'm thankful i pray to god and say thank you jesus i made a whole lot of promises i still haven't kind of kept up [Laughter] you know when you're close to death you know you so anyway but uh so finally uh the pastor said well brother christ why don't you yeah i know you got that other service cancer why don't you preach for us tonight i said all right you know i'll be okay i was shaking but i was like all right i'll be okay until tonight so i got up there and i started preaching in the service we had a powerful service got moved in that service just about halfway down as i was preaching there is a lady that walks into the church and she walks in and she sits right there in the back and she had no happy face she had an attitude i mean bad really she came in and she's like and so i i didn't care i'm the new kid in the block i didn't know who she was and so i'm just gonna do what i do you know and so i started praying we went on preaching and i preached it and finally we had an altar service and as we had an altar so god just started moving and we were kind of over to this side and and the whole church was there and and we were just praying together and all of a sudden there was a word of prophecy that came and it started touching just everybody it was just a moment of a god moment where god just was moving with the whole church i mean i i'm like i'm the missionary brother i don't know what i'm doing i'm just preaching right so i'm just there and i'm just going around and praying for the people and now i don't know what they're going through i don't know what they're doing but you know that's kind of the cool thing about being a missionary you can come in and if you say something stupid you just walk out and you know so but i just did my thing and so we had a powerful move and god was just prophesying some things around there and i finally watched that lady over there in the back and i saw she was tearing up and i mean she was just crying and she i've never seen this in my life i'll tell you but she got up and and she was just so touched and as she got up she literally ran into the altar on this side i saw her rocking running up there so i got over there and started running over there and i ran up there and touched her and prayed for her and i was excited i prayed for her shook her and do all those things that we do so people get the whole negotiate and finally she got the holy ghost she was speaking in tongues and she was throwing her arms up there crying and just being being all totally dedicated to god i'm like praise god somebody got the holy ghost right now hallelujah this is awesome so all of a sudden the church moves in over right behind that lady she got the holy ghost i'm excited they're excited everybody moves in they start praying and it just breaks loose and god is moving and then i look over and i see how the pastor's running over to me and he's stopping he's crying he comes over pulls my coat he says brother grouse this is my wife let me tell you god can do anything in just a moment what we cannot do in 10 years hallelujah god cannot do anything there is hope in the name of jesus would you stand up with me right there oh there's hope in the name of jesus there's power in the name of jesus hallelujah jesus i have no idea what you're going through no idea what's happened in your life but i feel like there's people here that have sons and daughters that need them to come back to church i came to tell you today there's hope there's hope don't you give up on him there's hope in the name of jesus god is intentional about you let's start getting intentional about god there's hope in the name of jesus hallelujah after the service we had a little fellowship afterwards and it was just a family and i and the wife she stood over and we talked and i started talking with her had a conversation and we were just talking about ministry and she just enjoyed it and the past was sitting right there on the side i mean it was pretty sick i've never seen her being this way i've never seen her been this way how would you react if god would do such a miracle in your life how would you react if god would turn something in your life today that you need him to turn around wife got on the facebook she wrote on facebook publicly she said support your pastor i've not done it in 10 years but i'm back only god can change somebody like that only god can do that in a twinkling of an eye so i went back to germany for eight days to marry a couple during my deputation while i was in the states i noticed we've not had an altar service for a whole year in germany i was wondering what's missing we tried to turn the whole congregation into an altar service it just wouldn't work brother and so as i went back i knew we needed an altar service i told the church we're going to turn off the internet say goodbye at the end of the service to turn it off i told we're going to lock the doors so no police nobody can come in and i told them we're going to give corona a break you should have seen they flooded the altar young kids grabbing each other praying with each other there's been some kids that have struggled over the last couple weeks months with all kinds of stuff including my own children all kinds of stuff but they were up there in the altar and i'll tell you what any psychologist that money we would spend on psychiatry and medicine would have never been able to do what was done in that moment in that altar that alter moment is a is an altar of hope because there's hope in the name of jesus there's hope for you in this altar i would like to ask you to come down this altar today i know it's mission service and things are different but b please be so kind we're gonna pray a little bit together if you need come on if you're in a situation like that if you are in a dark place today this is this is an altar of hope right here there's hope for you come on let's be intentional and let's speak let's have a god moment and speak in the name of jesus right now hallelujah why don't you call to jesus why don't you call his name and upon his name about that situation whatever has come to your mind as i first spoke about a dark place once you call that situation out what you call that boy that's situation pray to god right now god in the name of jesus god i pray for this church god there's people right there right here god that they are miracles to receive the holy to the ghost of god
