praise the Lord everyone is anybody glad to be in the house of the Lord my pastor used to always start his sermon by asking a question question he would ask is has God been good to anybody here the next question he would ask is who's he been the best to oh that's they sang a song today that lets me know that I'm probably pretty close to being on target this morning morning because the words of the song said as they were singing like you know who your father is I want to help you to know your father today yes sir and I want you see him in a light you've never seen him in before if you have your Bibles let's go to the book of Colossians the first chapter let me begin reading in verse number two to the Saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at colassi Grace be unto you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ we give thanks to God and the father of our Lord Jesus Christ praying always for you since we heard of your faith in Jesus Christ and of the love which you have for all the saints for the Hope which is laid up for you in heaven whereof you heard before in the word of the truth of the Gospel which has come unto you as it is in all the world and bringeth forth fruit as it doth also in you since the day you heard of it and knew the grace of God in truth as you also learned of a path our dear fellow servant who is for you a faithful minister of Christ who also declared unto us your love in the spirit for this cause we also since the day we heard it do not cease to pray for you and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of his will and all wisdom and spiritual understanding that you might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God strengthen with all might according to his glorious power unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness giving thanks un the Father which hath made us me to be partakers of the inheritance of the Saints and life who hath delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated Us in the Kingdom of his dear son in whom we have Redemption through his blood even the forgiveness of sin for few moments this morning I I want to talk to you about family privileges the Lord bless you may be seated before I begin today let me say what incredible honor it is to be here it's always an honor to be with the family of God yes amen I have been traveling fulltime since 1985 I have almost three million air miles during all that time of travel and been to a lot of places and have met a lot of God's kids yes what an incredible privilege to get to meet more of God's kids we're all part of the same family that's right now we're not Blended cuz we have one father when you get here all that Blended stuff disappears we have one father and we have one mother and that's the church that we all get to enjoy and become part of and it's just an honor to be here today it's honor to be with your pastor and his wife and the family and um all of the staff that that I'll make this work I I hope I don't drive the camera people crazy today because I can't stand behind this Podium very long and I I'll Be Wondering quite a few places before I'm through today but it's just an honor to be here through my travels over the last several years I I have noticed that there seems to be a little bit of confusion among God's children 1988 the church encountered tremendous Panic a little book was circulated that sold 4 million copies the guy who wrote it become a multi-millionaire in just a very short period of time by writing this little pamphlet that I noticed terrorized the church I would walk in the service and hear people talking to each other and they were asking questions about if the Lord came do you think I would be ready to go because the title of that little book was 88 reasons why the Lord 's coming in 1988 in my home church that summer in the month of August because the book kind of indicated it probably happen in September and so in in my church in that month of August 500 backsliders prayed through 500 in one month incredible Revival took place just people who others read that book and and got concerned about the coming of the Lord and gave it to others and but by December there was only one left of that 500 all right right then Y2K showed up and we were convinced the end was over and here we stand at 2022 towards the end and looking at 2023 here in just a matter of days and we're wondering how we got here we got distracted we let life and the world distract us from who we are and where we're going right and as a result we kind of lost peace Joy began to disappear and we started Living our lives in a state of fear and fear and panic are necessary or or fear and anger are necessary because they're god-given tools to help us survive but you can't live in that state if you live in that state it starts to wreck your life you're you're not equipped to live in a state of high anxiety or Panic on a daily basis because it starts causing major problems within your body that causes disease to show up it so fear and anger are not good things to live in you you were given them to let you know you're in danger and and to be used to protect you and and help make sure your life's not destroyed but that's not how you live life you don't lived your life focused on this one event now when I read the book of Colossians and and I I I look at what's said here I had to start asking questions and the the questions that I have to ask is is why was this book necessary why was it written what intrigued Paul to write to this church first of all this church was dying it wasn't dying because it wasn't reproducing it was dying because people were moving away within a hundred years of this letter the city disappeared at that within 200 years of that time you couldn't even find the foundation that the city was built on because neighboring cities of heropolis and leod deia came there and found Cheap Building Material so they dismantled the walls they took down the houses and everything they needed to build with they just went and pillaged this old city that people had abandoned because in the beginning somebody didn't count the cost of where they built they built it on the wrong side of the river right as a result when the spring came and the mountains the snow melted in the mountains and it flowed down to the valley and because it was close to the Sea all of The Alkali content that it the waters picked up was brought and deposited on this land and over time it lost its ability to grow things and as a result of not being able to grow anything it starts dying and when Paul writes this letter to this group of people according to history there's probably less than 50 people in this congregation there's more people in this section than was in that church at that time but yet being so few in number why did Paul write the most powerful epistle that he wrote to any church that he wrote to he writes to this little church that is distracted and they're living in in a state of anxiety and panic and fear and the problem when fear and panic and anxiety and anger start showing up you can't think rational you you can't have good conversations or or think things through because you're just surviving you get up Sur surviving go to bed surviving you get up Surviving go to bed surviving so every day of your life is just survival who's going to move off today who we going to lose today who who's going to be going tomorrow and and it's just constant state of fear that kept coming day after day after day yes sir as a result humans start trying to figure out how things work and what caused them and so h humans then start saying things that really not true and I'm I'm hearing us say those kind of things today right see we actually say things that indicate God is mean the way we talk about God indicates that he's not kind he's not loving he's not compassionate in a singles conference just a few years ago not a long distance from here I was standing inside the platform and they were singing and and there was a speaker there and I'm old so I'm having problem hearing anyway and I couldn't understand a word they were say but the screen was up here and I'm reading the words and as I'm read reading the words of what they were saying the Lord spoke to me and his words were If my people don't stop disparaging my name right and my character they will lose my blessing because we actually say things that indicates God's hateful sometimes life produces things that are painful God don't cause that to happen God's not at fault but our nature is to try to blame somebody for this taking place because I hurt there's got to be a reason so somebody had to do it so we we've created this doctrine of Satan that you can't back up with one scripture all right and we've created it from experience not Bible and and you don't base your life for God on experience you base your living for God upon the word of God the word of God is the lamp unto your feet it's the light and it is your road map it's forever settle it is not going to change you want an answer about life get your nose in the book because the book is the answer to every problem of Life there is no problem that you will encounter in your life that has not been addressed in the word of God but circumstances start causing us to ask questions everything is not the will of God I would dare say today that probably less than 5% of what happens in our world is the will of God the other 95% is the will of men you know what I've discovered you got to have a good devil if you don't have a good devil you can't exist because without a good devil you have nobody blame your problem on because it's never your fault the devil made me do it or the devil put words in my mouth or the devil put thoughts in my mind or the devil did this or the devil did that or or if you don't blame the devil you're going to blame God God you're going to go to your pastor and tell him I've been in the prayer room praying and it's the will of God the instant you say that he can't say one word to you because if he does then he's going against God because you declared God said it right that's exactly so you're going to find somebody you fall in love love with and then you're going to go to a prayer room and come out and tell everybody that this is the will of God but five years from now it's not the will of God anymore that's what this little church was doing this is the problem of colassi they had started creating this doctrine that the devil made me do it or some Angel brought it about so Paul has to write to them to declare I I I just need you to understand who you are and who your father is and what your father does not allow to happen in your life the first letter written to the New Testament Church is not a gospel it's not Matthew Mark or Luke the first letter wasn't written by Paul the first letter actually wasn't written by an apostle the first letter letter written to the New Testament Church was from a blended family his name was James he's the half brother of Jesus and he writes to the church because seven years after Pentecost after the experience has worn off and people are starting to have to live in the world they live in they start creating this same Doctrine except they didn't blame the devil they blame God so he has to start his epistle by saying to the 12 tribes which are scattered abroad count it all joy when you fall into the diverse Temptation for the trying of your faith worketh patience let no man say when he is tempted I am tempted of God cuz God cannot be tempted with evil neither tempteth he any man but every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own devil made you do it God did it the struggles we have in life are self-inflicted but we have a real hard time taking ownership and I can tell you after 38 years of doing this it's the hardest thing for a human being to do is to take ownership because it it's never my fault you just don't understand if she hadn't said this then I wouldn't have done this or he hadn't did this I it it's never my fault I've always got to have an excuse and so we start laying it all at the feet of God or at the feet of Satan and it's I have no power o over this or I didn't cause this to happen so Jesus writes through Paul because the scripture says that all scriptures given by God when men of God under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost begin to write so Paul writing to this little church at colassi says I I just want to point one little thing out to you you have been not with will be or possibly be but you have been delivered from the power of Darkness you have been liberated from the control the dominance the influence of darkness and you have been translated into the kingdom of his dear son you have been removed from Satan's control control and Satan no longer has any control over your life what you think what you live he has no influence in your life he has no power to control you or dictate what you do you have been removed from his power control and authority and you have just been removed you have been translated yes translated what's translate mean what does that mean oh that's if I speak in English and there's someone here speak Spanish there's someone in the back Translating that means to interpret life try to interpret what somebody it's a term that came from Rome and when Rome conquered a nation they gave them an option of becoming part of Rome if they would pledge allegiance to Rome then Rome would allow them to become part of their empire and they would get to elect a senator that they could send to Rome who would vote in the Roman senate on the business of Rome and there would be no Soldier station there and the tax they were required to pay would not be as great as tax of other people who refus to go Al if you refused they took you to the closest sea port and they put you on a boat and they sailed you across the Mediterranean Sea to the city of Rome and they were force you to live in Rome until you learn the Roman way and that's what the word translates mean he takes you to the closest Seaport you go down and water in his name and baptism and when you come up out of that water having been buried in his name and all your sin removed that attached you to an old lifestyle and now you have become a brand new creature or creation and old things have passed away and all things have become new now you have been separated by water from an old lifestyle and that old lifestyle and influence has no control over your life anymore you have been delivered from the power of Darkness but he didn't just leave you there so he could attack you at his will he took you on a journey to a new place to live where you will no longer be influenced by him or his authority oh y'all y'all I've lost two-thirds of you today see you can't exist without a good devil and I'm messing with your Doctrine so bad you won't know how to live your life starting tomorrow so you we've got to create this devil that keeps doing things and Paul goes on to say in the third chapter that you are HID with Christ in God you are HID what kind of father invites his enemy over and says here's my kids wreck their life well that's how you talk about God that God allows Satan into your life and he just lets him rip it apart and tear it all the pieces and then you drag yourself back here and he'll put them all back together the Humpty Dumpty is going to fall off the wall and break into pieces and you and you're going to come back find this magical place where you get it all put back together right God's not evil that word hid the closest word in our language to its camouflage Satan can't even see see you the day you become a child of God he no longer has a visible contact of who you are when he starts looking for you he sees him so you're covered by Jesus Christ so that he he and he's terrified of him so he's not about to attack you when you are wearing Christ when you put on Christ he's not going to dare attacked you because he's terrified of who you are and what your abilities are and what the possibilities are in your life of becoming if you just ever discovered who your father really is I'm going to have fun today anybody remember a story of a Jesus speaking and they accused him of casting a devil out by devil remember that how' Jesus respond if I'm casting the devil out by the devil A house divided against itself will fall but if I with the Finger of God cast out Devils no no doubt the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand and when a strong man keeps his house his goods are at peace but when a stronger man who's the strong man Satan who's the stronger man Jesus Christ if a stronger man comes he takes his house he captures his house and he takes his armor wherein he trust us and he divides the spoils Jesus said Satan I come to get your house and I come to get every weapon you've got yes and when I get through with you you will have nothing left to attack my people with because I will remove every weapon you have and you will be in Chains until I come back to put you in the bottomless pit yes sir yes sir the Angels which left their first estate Jude are bound in Chains until the day of judgment now am I out of the book oh but your devil Doctrine is so we we've got to have this Devil he's got to be talking to me every day let me introduce you to the devil go look in the mirror go stand in front of that thing and look at what you see and have a conversation and tell what you see you are my enemy you are not my friend you're what's causing me all my problems nobody else is causing this problem you are my enemy and I am at war with you and we're going to fight every day I get up I'm going to battle you on a daily basis because your desire is for me to act like my first father Adam instead of my second father and the second Adam Jesus Christ so if I put on the second Adam then I can control the first Adam called flesh and the day you become a child of God is a day you start a battle not between you and Satan but between you and you because your spirit lusteth against your flesh and your flesh lusteth against your spirit and they are contrary they are at war with each other your flesh is the enemy of your soul and your you're you're going to war with it every day of your life some days you're going to win and some days you're going to lose that's right but according to scientists the best way to control your flesh doctors have discovered this it takes control of the lyic system of your brain which is the very bottom layer of your brain that controls everything going in and coming out of your brain where fear and anger reside where your need for food and water reside where your sex dry where your animal Instinct reside the best way to control that part of your brain is to starve it fast you'll take control of you quickly so before you go to bed at night you need to go stand back in front of that mirror and say okay who won today did I win or did you win if by chance you win tomorrow you don't get breakfast you don't get lunch and you don't get supper if that don't get your attention next day you don't get breakfast you don't get lunch and you don't get supper if that don't get your attention next day you don't get breakfast you don't get lunch I can promise you you won't have to go more than three days you'll get the message real quick but if you will just simply do what the Bible instructs you to do you'll start having a Victorious Life where you are not controlled by the the flesh which is the devil you won't admit you own so the day I discover who I am and who he is Is The Day My Life starts changing and I have been delivered from an old lifestyle I have been translated now on this side of the water I don't sin because I made that way I don't sin by Nature I sin by choice there's nobody made me do do it I just decided that's what I want to do and if sin shows up it's my fault I can't blame nobody else I can't blame a devil now the devil is not deaf he can't see you but he can sure hear you so whatever you prophesy out of your mouth you can expect for him to use the world he Stills to control to start bringing attack against you because of the word you said right just let the two of you say bad things to each other holler at one another call each other names and then walk out your door get in your car and show up at work and I can guarantee you Jezebel will be the first one who meets you all right why he didn't see you but he heard your words and he heard what you said to that little lady when you left the house and so he's going to bring what's necessary for your eyes to see because it's a human you won't even think twice about what you're encountering if it's not Jezebel it's da one oh you'll find a slick tonged man that that that can make you feel special oh yeah come on I got some advice for you there's not a man in this room knows how to court God didn't give him that ability he don't have a clue how to do it if he's learned how to do it he's that fox and sheep he he's the devil yeah he responds to what he sees sir yes sir so all you got to do is just dress a certain way and whom his eyes are they're locked in see there's never been a car wreck produced by woman down down street in a man in front yard bathing suit it has never happened there have been billions of car wrecks produced by a man driving down the street s lady in front yard but he's run over trees cars dogs parked his one of them parked his vehicle in the V Vu of the church because the church was at a te in the road and he's looking at the sidewalk went right up the steps right through the front door without even open them and parked his vehicle inside and he he had to sheepishly explain how he got there we better take ownership of us that's right see Satan doesn't have the power over you you think he has Jesus said I come to get his house yes and come to get his armor let me just jump ahead here for a moment and and let's go to the Cross when Jesus was dying on the cross what happened what was his last words well you can't go to Matthew Mark or Luke and find what his last words were because they didn't show up to understand they were hiding well Luke wasn't even present he was a gentile so where's Peter that's Mark's story where's John hi well John wasn't where's John he's the only one at the cross so John is the only one who can tell us what happened while Jesus was dying and John says that Jesus's last words were it is finished and he bowed his head and give up the ghost well in the Greek there's one word it's not three words it's not like our translation in the Greek Jesus just screamed one word and the word he screamed was testi and according to William barlay who is the greatest classical Greek scholar of the 20th century he says that the term he used there is a term that came from the olympi and it's the term used to describe the behavior of someone who just won an Olympic event Jesus last words on the cross wasn't it's over he screamed I Won Won I Won Won and the instant he screamed I won all of Earth celebrated dead Saints came out of graves in Jerusalem and started walking back through that City the the birds quit singing the sun hit its face because he had conquered death hell and the grave all in one event when he screamed it is finished by one he's not conquering Satan in the future he conquered him at the cross he didn't go to hell and find Satan hell showed up at the cross and gave him the keys back and he drag hell to Heaven because he who first descended in the lowest parts of the earth that's the womb of a woman that's not hell he who first became a baby he led captivity captive he didn't lead the captives captive he led the guards captive he led captivity captive and he gave gifts unto men and Paul said in the colossian letter that he ha triumphed over them in it and that's a Roman general celebration of Victory when he's conquered a nation and brought it to peace Jesus conquered Satan at the cross he's not conquering him in the future he conquered him in the past from the garden to the cross from the garden to the the cross Heaven had waited to see what God was going to do about Satan Angels were waiting to see what's going to happen to those two thir or third of us that fell at the cross they got to see him bring the Fallen back to heaven in Chains and prayed them through heaven and show Heaven I have conquered sin Satan once and for all and he will no longer have the power to torment my children one day longer I have been delivered from his power and his control from the cross till the present God's kids get the torment Satan did you hear what I said from the cross till today you get to torment Satan because he took his AR armor away so who' he give it to it's my opinion he gave it to us and the whole armor of God that we put on is just the armor he took off of Satan he said here's what I want my kids to wear so that every day he sees them in it he's reminded of where he's going and what he missed because he decided to leave Paradise to try to become something bigger than paradise and I want him to be reminded every day by my kids he's tormented my kids up to the cross from the cross till I come back I want my kids to you know why we're still here because he still wants us torment him so your prayer ought to be every day God what part of the devil's territory do you need rearrange today just point me in the direction I I want to rearrange whatever it is Jesus I just just show me what you need rearrange today and I will walk boldly into there and I will do everything that you give me the power to do Jesus would you please send Revelation remember Jesus freeing a demonic Jesus never did anything just to be doing it what were the conditions of that demonic being freed the day before Jesus had taught a large crowd at evening time he took the disciples those 12 Apostles and put them in a boat he said all right we need to go across to the other side because I can't get away from these people the only way I'm going to have we're going to have to cross the lake so they get in the boat start AC cross Storm shows up you think Jesus didn't know the storm was going to be there what' Jesus do went and got in the back of the boat what' he do he went to sleep they start across they're fishermen their lives is built on boats they know how to fight storm but Galilee can produce some incredible storm because it's 600 ft deep it's like being out in the ocean when when the wind starts blowing you don't need rain it's just the wind starts blowing and those waves I I was on it one day when the waves we we left the shore and by the time we got out 100 yards from Shore and turned north towards tiberious that the the waves were 10 12T high they were they were busting across the front of that boat splitting it and and water was going in everywhere and I'm thinking wow I understand they're in a much smaller little boat they're they're bailing water finally at 4:00 in the morning they awaken Jesus Jesus we're we're exhausted we're going to die we're all going to drown do you not care when we perish Jesus didn't say a word see he had prepared this moment why because because he wanted to demonstrate to 12 men the true power he had and he walked in front of that boat and he stood in the front of that boat and he said shut up wind it's actually what he said and the wind instantly quit blowing and the waves instantly laid down and 12 disciples nearly jumped out of the boat because they said what kind of man control the wind and the waves at just the sound of his voice see he had served notice Satan you've controlled my kingdom you you took Adam's Kingdom from him and you've been in control of all this stuff but tonight I'm giving you warning I have come to take your kingdom from you and you will no longer have the power and control you had before because I'm taking back what belongs to my children thank you instantly they are on the shore instantly it's 4:00 in the morning out of the darkness comes a screaming man and throws himself at Jesus feet what' he do he worshiped him worshiped he there that's a description of what he did he literally threw himself on the ground in front of Jesus and worshiped him and Jesus started a conversation said who are you we're Legion we know you're going to cast us out so would you give us the right to just go in that herd of pigs over there he knew what was they knew so much of the Bible's Lost in Translation because it's difficult go from one language to another language and get it all done correctly in the Greek language if you have a verb and you want to make sure that everybody knows that this verb needs to be translated in the neuter sense not masculine or feminine then you put a little Greek alphabet on the end of it called a removable new it looks like a V you attach that to the end of the word so that the translators understand you don't translate it as masculine and you don't translate it as feminine and that verb has a removal ne new on the end of it it's not he ran and fell at Jesus feet it's it ran and fell at jesus' feet and it worshiped him who's the it at least 6,000 Devils it why because angels in their fallen state still must worship the creator that created them so when Jesus steps on Shore he just took the wind out of Satan's Sals when he told the wind to shut up and he stepped on Shore every devil there knew they had to come and worship the Creator that had made them and they all fell at the feet of Jesus and started worshiping him and he did cast them out and they went in that herd of swine and destroyed that herd of swine do you realize one Gentile with no God control 6,000 Devils so he's not very powerful quit making him bigger than he is those Devils tried to kill that man all his life but he moved to a cemetery so he couldn't hurt nobody but the day Jesus showed up because he's God in flesh that's a greatest statement of the deity of Jesus Christ in the entire New Testament Jesus walks in the synagogue and a man possessed of a spirit sir and he stands up and says I know who you are Thou Art the Christ and again Jesus said shut up you have no right to declare my peace are my kingdom sit down and be quiet he cast cast him out yeah because Satan has no power over God's kids that's right that's right okay I I'm not really sure you followed everything I just set you up for so let's just look at this carefully if by chance Satan does show up to harass you what do you do do you cast him out do you stomp on look look at the songs we've written you going to stomp on the devil he put him under my feet no he chained him he's conquered what do you do if he does show up just invite him to church why because the instant you do this and Jesus shows up because Jesus said the day come now when true worshipers shall worship the father in spirit and truth and the father seeketh such so when his kids just raise your hand start worshiping him he's instantly there and when he's instantly there the devil has to bow down at his feet and worship him while you stand there and worship he's got to Bow Down and Worship Him too so if you just want to wreck his world and wreck his life then learn how to get your hands up whenever things not going the way you want them and start worshiping God and the day you start worshiping him Satan's going to have to fall at his feet because he's just a fallen Angel he didn't get any more power by Falling he didn't get anything special by Rebellion he is a fallen angel that still required the Creator that that created them to worship him so when you come into this house you come for two reason that's so you can worship God that's to let everybody around this place know that if there's a devil around that Devil's got to stop wherever it's at and start worshiping the Creator that starts showing up here as a result of what we do in this house because we've got the greatest father in all the world and there's just none like him he there is none who can compare to him why because he delivered me from his authority and control and then he put me on a boat and he's taken me to his kingdom where I get to live there and understand what what it is all about please stand I'm through gracious father thank you today thank you for your incredible gentle presence that has been here from the very beginning you orchestrated the song that was sang today you talked to a heart before I even got here today that put together the right things to sing about and to say so that your spirit would have the ability to move thank you for your incredible gentle presence it's here Lord I there's a tormented Soul that's here today I I don't know who it is but you do and this peaceful environment Jesus what would I pray that they'd have the courage to give you an invitation you've stood in our heart's door on numerous occasion Desiring to get in you never carry a crowbar there's never Sledgehammer in your hand You Never Tear a door down getting in you just simply wait and knock and when we finally respond and open the door you promised that you would come in and suck with us and we could Su with you so Jesus I I'm I'm not sure who the struggling person is and truthfully I don't need to know who that struggling person is today you do Lord Jesus I pray that I have helped introduce them to you in a way that they haven't seen you before because you're not a mean Dad you love us more than we'll ever know you're so compassionate so longsuffering so gentle so kind and you've done everything in your power to equip us with every resource necessary for us to live a Victorious life for you today thank you today Jesus if you're here today and you don't have the baptism of the Holy Ghost today would be a good day to start a brand new life today it be a good day to start that journey of Deliverance where you're delivered from the power of Darkness Darkness no longer can torment you today would be a good day for that journey to starts I I open these altars to you today if you'd like to come stand here in the presence of the most incredible father that has ever existed the one who's the most loving and kind compassion if you'd be buried in his name he'd separate you from that old lifestyle so that that that old lifestyle no longer has the ability to control or dominate your life he's here if you're here today and you're in need the miracle worker is here but there are some conditions to him healing and delivering you today and you got better make sure you get rid of all those conditions you expected to happen and the condition that keeps him from being able to heal you as unforgiveness so you've been ask yourself you need healing Jesus is there any unforgiveness in my heart today if you'll ask him if it's there he'll remind you he'll trip that door your mind open so quick you won't know what happened and then you say Jesus help me I take your blood go to there Lamb's Book of Life you erace that sin don't judge in what they did to me and then he has the power to heal you today and deliver you because now you've done like he has you forgave those that were indebted because he forgave you and healing starts showing up in our lives as result the Healer here does anybody want to be a witness today do anybody want to make the devil worship God there's nothing to keep that from happening he's here worship Him Jesus is
