thank you may be seated tonight again praise the Lord everyone Amen so good to see you this evening and so good Pam so good to see you this evening Suzi God love you see in the house of the Lord with us I want to say personally tell everyone that helped make GMC online a tremendous success I want to thank you this church really rolled up their sleeves and they worked hard and when they told me the amount of hours that was put into cleaning and getting ready brother Cooper and all that team and what all went on I just want to say to all of them tonight thank you so very very much for your labor and I want to thank everyone for helping pastor preach last Wednesday night and I preached on the the sin of a prayerless the sin of a prayerless preacher and I used that as an as a the incense a sensor that was a type of that was a type of Prayer and I brought it tonight because I'm not really through with the subject I think that we need to we need to teach tonight on on prayer I brother Erickson brother Erickson got got finished and I told you that I was going to start a series I was going to start a series and on finding your place finding your place and so I want to I want to start that series tonight on finding finding your place but the truth of the matter is this evening you first have to find prayer to find your place you have to find prayer I I'm gonna read something that I I put down today and I was very careful seems like we're living in a time that people are judging and may I add misjudging every word you say they're judging and misjudging every everything I have probably spent more time the last few weeks on phones and text messaging trying to put out the flames of people that totally misjudged what pastor was trying to say so I I'm gonna say something tonight and I put it down so I don't want to be misunderstood I am extremely you could say Amen at any time - I am extremely concerned and troubled about the events taking place in our nation at this very hour I'm really I'm concerned and I'm troubled as an American citizen I'm I hope you're ready for this as an American citizen I'm frustrated and angry as an American citizen I'm frustrated and angry at the actions we witness in the media but as a pastor and leader of God's people better known as the church I refuse to be distracted by current events because distractions are exactly that a distraction not only from our purpose as God's people we can get distracted from that you see a good magician a good magician tries to keep your eyes plural on his hand singular a good magician knows that he's got to get both of your eyes on one of his hands while the other hand is at work I want you to know that what's happening currently is not about what's happening the enemy wants us to get our mind on what's happening it's not what's happening that we should be concerned about it's what it's where this is taking us to it's where it's leading us to I'm concerned I'm troubled but I refuse to be distracted I've asked God to salt God pleaded with God and I don't want to come across tonight as a gloom doom preacher but I don't believe that this is going to pass like some other events have passed I believe that we're about to segue into the final moments of the church I believe that I believe that only one life to live and soon it will pass and only what is done for Christ will last so if you have your Bibles tonight would stand with me for a few moments I don't want us to live in fear I do not want us to live in fear but neither do I want us to live in ignorance this is bad this is bad no motivational speech is gonna get our minds this is bad so as the church we must not ignore we must prepare we must prepare as the church who must be prepared the Gospel of Matthew chapter 24 and verse number 15 I'll read one verse but keep your Bibles open because we want to continue to read down Matthew chapter 24 verse 15 jesus said when ye when ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet stand in the Holy Place whoso readeth let him understand just for a moment father I love you tonight I praise you tonight Lord I know that you have all things under your control nothing God happens but what it's not allowed Lord I want to be ready to hear your voice say well done and Lord I want these people that set before me young and old I want the people that are watching by the internet oh ho God no one should be lost no one has to be lost this is a day of invitation Lord for the next few moments help me to convey what I feel that you've put on my heart in Jesus name we pray amen you may be seated Matthew chapter 24 is a chapter that is devoted to the Jewish nation many of things that are written in the 24th chapter of Matthew it's to the Jewish nation for a future day as a matter of fact where I begin reading tonight Jesus was talking to the Jewish nation about an event that will take place that has not taken place up to this very hour he said that when you see the abomination of desolation which was spoken by Daniel stand in the Holy Place whosoever eateth let him understand now to understand what he means by the abomination of desolation that word abomination means filthiness vile filthy vile until the filthy vile creates desolation in the temple desolation means to be empty desolation means to be barren so Daniel spoke about a time that he referred to it as the abomination of desolation in other words something's going to happen that's so vile that's so filthy that it creates Berenice Daniel in chapter 9 and verse number 27 in the book that bears his name Daniel speaks of this and in Daniel chapter 9 verse number 27 and he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate even unto the consummation and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate Daniel is talking about an event that will happen that's going to happen three times it's going to happen three times in the temple in Jerusalem it's talking about a leader a man who comes into the temple and so desecrates and shames the temple to the presence of God is empty it's vile it's filthy and Daniel spoke about this and he spoke about a week which represents seven years and he spoke about in the midst of the week which is three and a half years that the temple would have the abomination of desolation now this came to past in the year of 168 BC what Daniel prophesied of happened history records it in 168 BC a godless pagan King ruler came in to Jerusalem and history says he brought an abomination into the temple he brought a pig into the temple and he roasted that pig on the holy altar of God the second time that had happened Jesus spoke about it it happened when the Romans besieged Jerusalem in the year of AD 70 to be exact the Romans had came against Jerusalem in the year of AD he sees the Jews fortified themselves inside the city of Jerusalem and the anger of the Romans boiled and finally in the year of seventy eighty seventy they penetrated the walls of Jerusalem but Titus the Roman captain gave strict orders do not destroy the temple but Josephus the historian says there was four years of pent-up anger in those Roman soldiers and they ignored what their chaplain had ordered and they set the temple on fire as Titus walked in to the smoldering ashes of the temple he erected an altar to a false god on the Temple Mount runs now it's going to happen one more time it's going to happen one more time a temple will be built in Jerusalem they will continue they will begin again animal sacrifice altars blood priests because they're going to believe that the building of that temple will hastening the coming of their Messiah they will build that temple and as they build that temple second Thessalonians chapter 2 and verse number one is going to give us the order of the third abomination of desolation 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 and verse number 1 Paul said to the Apostolic Church at Thessalonica now we beseech you brethren by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and by our gathering together unto him that ye be not soon shaken in mind or be troubled neither by spirit nor by word nor by letter as from us as that the day of Christ is at hand let no man deceive you by any means for that day shall not come except there come a falling away first and that man of sin be revealed the son of perdition who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God or that is worshipped so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God showing himself that He is God remember he not that when I was yet with you I told you these things and now you know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time for the mystery of iniquity doth already work the mystery of iniquity doth already work only he who now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way and then shall that wicked be revealed whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming even him whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish because they received not the love of the truth that they might be saved and he stopped there didn't say they didn't receive the truth said they didn't receive a love for it it's not enough to know the truth the only way we're going to withstand the spirit of the Antichrist is to love the truth not just know the truth but we got to love the truth they show because they received not the love of the truth that they might be saved for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie that they all might be damned who believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness now Paul was having to talk to a troubled church because there was a false rumor that was going through the land and that was Jesus has already come he's already taken his church and those of the Salonika got very troubled you can imagine that they got very troubled that they had missed the coming of the Lord they had missed the coming the rapture as a matter of fact we know in the book of Thessalonians where Paul corrects it and says for the Lord himself shall descend from heaven not has but shall and he's trying to comfort this church he's trying to tell them no no no no no no the rapture has not happened the coming of the Lord has not taken place because there first has to be a falling away a falling away and we can look at this falling away in a number of things has in our country one nation under God haven't we in the last 50 years seventy five years fallen away morally from a lot haven't we fallen away from the definition of marriage haven't we more I'm not talking about just Hollywood I'm talking about denominations that claim to preach the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and claim the Holy Bible as their guide sanctioning two men standing together people people in men women stand and marry to when two men two women in the name of Jesus and watch them embrace and an unholy kiss men with me and women women but you know what we don't want you will buy the bait that we've got to be politically correct and we can't say those things anymore because we're liable to offend somebody maybe if we'd say it they may get offended enough to get mad and they might get up mad enough to read the book you know after all saul of tarsus was he was mad he was frothing at the mouth mad at these apostolic people but he got mad enough and God met him on the road to Damascus and before it's over we've got one of the greatest apostles never preached we've had a falling away morally the last several decades it was made legal by the highest court in our land that a woman could get pregnant and if she didn't want that pregnancy she could go have that term of that pregnancy terminated so breath carbon don't you understand by the carpenter that we've got people in the church that's been through that and it just makes them feel so ugly it doesn't make them feel ugly if they know the blood it warms them because they understand I did an ugly thing I did it in absolute ignorance but all thank God for the blood thank God for His mercy and not only did the highest court in our land say that it was alright to do it legally but then our government turned around and finance it can I tell you the Antichrist he's got to have a certain platform to be revealed and there's not to first be a great falling away I want to say that against the world but not the church not the Apostolic Church at least we still need to lift up the banner of the word of God and the ways of God we still and and not ashamed not ashamed that that's us that's it's not what what's your stance I I get asked sometimes what's your stance it's not my stance it's what thus saith the eternal written word of God that's my stance that's God made Adam and Eve that's my stance that's that's where we stand young people that's where we stand but in order for the end of Christ to come there has to first be a falling away but then there has to be something there is something that is restraining him now the Bible says in 2nd Thessalonians in 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 5 remember you not that when I was yet with you I told you these things and now you know what would hold it that he might be revealed in his time something is withholding him like a dam holding him back for the mystery of iniquity death now death death already now work he's already at work only he who now letteth will it in other words Satan is only working fully with those that are allowing him if we are allowing him he's at full steam ahead but do we have anybody in the house tonight that is withstanding him I come against by the authority of Jesus Christ not my mortal man but by the authority of Jesus Christ I come against the demonic forces of this world that wants to infiltrate the church and put a spirit of perversion upon our children and put a spirit of worldliness upon us I come against that spirit in Jesus name come against the spirit of oppression I come against the spirit of destruction I come against the spirit of only you know what withholdeth that he may be revealed in his time for the amidst the mystery of iniquity if not already death already work only he who now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way what's the he the church the church is the only thing today that's stopping Satan from going full-throttle the church look at the news tonight look at the most vile things that are happening in our nation's capitol and around the world and think about this they're not even at full throttle man is not even at full throttle because there's something in the way of the mystery the mastermind of the mystery of iniquity there's something standing in the way there's something withholding and that's the church the church the spirit-filled Church the name of Jesus Church the people that the Bible said one can put a thousand to flight but two can put 10,000 to flight I don't know about human somebody powerful things in this room tonight if we will just realize it the adversary wants us to think we're just a little small group of outdated people with no power you can buy that if you want to but I choose to step out and say to the wind not here not on our watch tonight not in my family tonight not in this church tonight and I choose to bind the spirit I choose the fight against the spirit oh I'm telling you if Satan had his way some of you would already be six foot under the dirt waiting to go to hell but because somebody's been praying somebody's been standing the enemy cannot work his word my god you may be seated let me tell you what I prayed today you're a youth group let me tell you what I pray today I ask God that he would allow for just a few moments for us to push back the evil voices of influence from our lives the voices that are leading us astray the voices that are leading us astray I ask God helped me push back the evil influences that are leading children young people adults astray and let me add for about forty five minutes nothing but me the Holy Ghost and your open mind it may be you're being led to make decisions that you're not in your right mind you're being led to do things you're under the influence of the wrong influencer but if somehow it tonight for just a few moments we could shut the mouths like God did the lion's jaws in the Lions Den if we could shut up those voices that say outdated not applicable I don't want to live that way and we can get you in your right mind for just a few moments you they just very well begin to say Jesus would you help me Jesus would you help me Jesus I really don't want to do that I just want to go along with the crowd Jesus would because when the church is raptured Satan puts the full throttle down but the Bible says he'll be consumed with the spirit the mouth of God Satan is a deceiver he cannot show you truly his nature he has to deceive you he has to cause you to think that unrighteousness is the way you need to live he has to cause you to believe that a righteous path is a pathway of bondage and all because you didn't receive a love for the truth verse 11 of that chapter chapter 2 of second Thessalonians verse 11 of that that second chapter if you put that up there on the screen for me please second Thessalonians 2 and 11 for this cause for what cause because you didn't receive a love for the truth you see tonight tonight even while I'm preaching even while I'm teaching there are those that are so far tuned out of what's going on up here it's so far tuned out and somewhere you believed alive that when the Lord comes maybe us preachers you know maybe we're a little bit to blame you know we just preach these funerals and the way we were things everybody goes to heaven what if we just had some funerals where the pastor just was bluntly honest what if they just got up and said that man or woman laying there that young person there had absolutely no signs they knew Jesus Christ I know I know what if I got up and said you know there's nothing about this person's life I'm gonna read some poems and I'm just gonna read some scriptures because there's nothing about this person's life that would lead us to believe they had a relationship with God if you have a relationship with God you're going to have a lifestyle that backs it up nobody have to make you worship your mama daddy don't have to threaten you with the car cheese or the cell phone and then you dare you know if you don't get into quite now if you've got a relationship with God nobody has to threaten you you can be brought up in a hellhole and you can lift up your hands and you can worship God come on boats the Lord's coming the Lord is coming now I'm not gonna stand on Judgment Day with your blood on my hands it'd be easier to preach to you about your destiny it would be easy just to ignore the people that are not listening it'd just be easy not to care if you praise God or not but I took a mandate to be a man of God and I'm gonna have to give an account and when I stand before him on that day I'm going to say God I did everything I could I did everything I could to get that boy living for God I need to get that girl I did everything I could god you don't know how I feel I'm very convinced that I'm right you know why you feel that way because verse 11 says for this cause God God but that verse up please second Thessalonians 2 and 11 for this same cause God see you may be feeling like you're just you know I'm right with God you may be feeling that because the spirit of deception God allowed it to be flavored with his presence so you're feeling like I'm alright but you're not alright for God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie Church would you open your eyes this world is crazy Washington doesn't have the answer am I the only one tonight that has stood an absolute spellbound wondering wins our government gonna do something she's weird can a bunch of demon-possessed people with an agenda to turn over our country oh you think it's about that he ain't and stand out and say I'm believing this is gonna be a summer of love well you tell them to dead people they drug out of that building night before last it's a summer of love but the church but the church that'll be the church because until the trumpet sounds were the only damn between the flood of immorality so tonight if I've ever preached to you for God's sake be the church be one dog Vinny Apostolic be Jesus name turn talker me your holiness person don't try to act like dress line talk the world be apostolic let's say you maybe say well you you you all say you have to be baptized in and when in the world are we going to stop trying to be a spiritual goulash with every denomination that comes to land just mix a little bit here mix a little bit there until a generation of young this church but if you're learning a goulash Church you're not going to be charitable around here well uh I'll just take my money and move on somewhere else I want you to know you can take your money come down to take anything out of his house neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes he said when you see these things begin to happen you've got to make some decisions you're going to be attracted to home but you've got to make some decisions you see tonight you have to make those decisions you have to decide I'm on flee to the mountain you have to decide I got some decisions and it's just got to be the church's fault listen if your boy and girl don't wanna live for God I can't hire enough youth pastors if you've got a boy that's old enough or a girl old enough to drive but I just think if somebody from the church talk to him more he'd live for God get a life you are in denial mama in the devil standing all there making you think what's the church nobody's called him he that he's not been there for a few services and nobody's called him and that's what he's saying nobody's called me come on mama daddy get a life if that boy wants to live for God nobody can call him and he would come and if we don't watch it if we don't watch it we don't want you will create almost a pampered spirit now I don't mind taking the bottle and feeding people but when I got to put the what when I got to part the whiskers to get the nipple in I hadn't been in church for three or four Sundays and pastor's not called me he was in church before I was even born if we don't watch it enemy make you think oh we got an insensitive pastor what we just got it no no no no if you don't live for God you got to make them to see you you hear me you got to make some decisions when you see the abomination of desolation coming you out there in the field you got to decide I'm running to the mountain you see the abomination of desolation heaven you got to decide I know I've got some gold rings done in the house I got a bunch of silverware I need to take with me but you got to say I got to be saved I got to get out of here everybody say I have to make decisions I have to make decisions he says in verse 19 woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck in those days he said man he said if you're pregnant I'm not making this up this right here in the Bible he said woe to the woman that's pregnant in that day she's got to carry something she's got to carry something it's not mature we need to let our spirits get little maturity great peace have they which love God's Word and nothing shall offend them you know that nothing covers somebody that walks by you and don't shake your hand that nothing covers somebody talking about you and putting a knife in your back drink I wish something I'm gonna pull the David pool I wish somebody help me here tonight great peace have they will use something yeah I've been going church nobody's talked to me have you talked to somebody I mean I mean I will I will work overtime with new people getting folks y'all know yeah some of you to hear y'all know I've come around so hey y'all need to go get attached over here how y'all get over but I mean when folks have been in church for years you ought to be mature enough to be looking for somebody to talk to lord have mercy you just see that new family over there gonna be a bad time for you but pray that your flight be not in the winter neither on Sabbath day now notice he didn't say pray about going down in the house and getting that stuff out and he didn't say pray about going back into the city he didn't say pray he said make a decision make a decision and then he did say pray about things you have no control over you know the weather is one of those things we have no control over he said pray pray that your flight is not in the winter pray over things you have absolutely no control over neither on the Sabbath day what did that mean restrictions pray over things you have no control over and said when you feel like you're restricted that's the time to pray then he said this for then shall there be Great Tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time no nor ever shall be and except those days be shortened there shall no flesh be saved but for the elects sake those days shall be shortened you think about that God has to cut short time so that Satan can't fully destroyed mankind he has to cut time church tonight we've been hit hard with Kovic maybe our number don't show it that much but we can't let our spiritual fervor show it we are the church times are dark times are bleak but we must pray we must pray why don't we pray tonight be the will of God again for it be the will of God if you pray be the will of God that you would pray it would be the will of God that you would pray right now Oh God I pray your will right now God your will is that I'm saved God you are not it is not your will that I wheel it is not your wheel God that my family's lost it is not your wheel that my boy is on alcohol it is not your wheel that my granddaughter is morally deprived come on church you can make the decision but you got a problem out things you can't change I believe we oughta bombard hell for a few moments before we get home it's not God's will for my wife-to-be all prescription drugs is a be addicted is not mine it's not God's will for you to be addicted to pain man it's not God's will it's not God's will for you to be addicted it's not God's wielding for you to be twisted in pornography come on I can decide not to go down to the house I can decide not to go into the city but I gotta pray about the winner it's a craving it's a desire I don't want to I don't want to go there that's what you gotta try em out man come on I wish somebody help me pray I believe a devil's got intimidating some of you that's past 9 o'clock he's already told you it's past 9 o'clock he's hoping we shut it down he lose his customers when we pray in the spirit come out pray right now if you gotta go home and you get up early in the morning y'all bless you for coming if you get before a clock like some
