are you ready for the word tonight are you ready for the word tonight oh the Living Word of God if you have your Bibles and would join me back in the text we had this morning John chap 14 and verse number 7-9 and and we'll go to go to Ephesians chapter number three and verse number 20 how privileged We Are Tonight to hear the word of the Lord how privileged that we are tonight to belong to a church whose culture is to come to church we don't believe in belonging to the church we believe in coming to the church I'm glad to be a part of a church I looked around here tonight and of course I'm almost brought to tears every time that I drive in and I watch entire families make their way across the parking lot it's one of the most um moving things for your pastor to see families coming and um thank you tonight thank you so much for coming to the house of the Lord thank you for giving your time talents and treas measures to come to God's house tonight John chapter 14 we were there this morning if you had known me you should have known my father also and from hence forth you know him and have seen him Philip saith unto him Lord show us the father and it saith us Jesus saith unto him have I been so long time with you you and yet hast thou not known me Phillip he that ha seen me has seen the father and how sayest thou then show us the father Ephesians 3 and20 just one verse one verse Ephesians 3 and 20 now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or think according to the power that worketh in us for a few moments tonight and I hope to build your faith to where that at the altar we have a climax time of you interacting with God and God meeting your needs because I want you to know tonight God desires to meet your needs as a matter of fact he wants to meet your needs more than you want your needs met and so tonight for a few moments Pastor would like to preach on this subject Beyond imagination Beyond imaginations father I love you tonight oh God I thank you for your word that you have given us Lord thank you God for the verses I thank you God for the instructions that you have given us God Lord we truly know that we are transformed by Your Word God the entrance of your word giveth light Lord for the next few moments would you anoint your servant with your spirit that God I am not delivering a speech tonight and I am not delivering a lecture tonight but God use me to impart your holy powerful Living Word tonight in this place God touch people tonight let this be exactly what they need the name of Jesus Christ we all pray amen and amen before you seated could we just give a a praise to God a praise to God come on that hand clapping is good but there's nothing like your vocal cords oh there's nothing like your vocal cords hallelujah thank you Lord thank you Lord thank you Lord thank you Lord thank you Lord thank you Jesus you may be seated let me break down as I Minister tonight on beyond beyond imagination the book of Ephesians 3 and 20 Paul was wanting us to know about our God he simply said now unto him that is able yall know I love to engage you in my preaching uh and so I may ask you from time to time to say certain words with me and it's all because I want those words to sink in it's one thing to hear the word come from me but it's another thing for it to come out of your mouth now unto him that is able I wish somebody say able a unto him that is able to do Paul uses these words exceedingly abundantly above all that we can think and or ask the word exceedingly means to be greater or more than something to be better than something to go beyond the limit of something the word abundantly means existing or occurring in large amounts the word above means in or to a higher place in or to a higher rank or a number the word all just simply means the whole entire total amount quantity so Paul was describing Our God and just first starts out by saying unto him that is able un unto him that is able and then he wrote it out to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask and or think do you realize tonight that according to this verse we humanly speaking we don't have that we don't have the ability to ask God for something that it would challenge him we don't have the ability tonight we don't have the ability tonight to ask God something that would limit him as a matter of fact we don't even have the thought process because the Bible said help me now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask and or think now now if I stopped right there it would really be doing violence to the scripture but it qualifies it according to the power that worketh in us what is that power that's the Holy Ghost Inside of us the Bible said when you connect the power within us to the god that is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can ask and our think come on join the ranks tonight in Genesis 18-4 God had to say to Abraham and Sarah is anything too hard for the Lord at the appointed time I will return according to the time of life and Sarah shall have a son it hadn't they hadn't had a they had never had a child and when their faith began to waver God had to shake them to their Center by simply asking a question is there anything too hard for the Lord can anybody tonight anybody tonight imagine anything that is too hard for the Lord as his representative tonight let me go ahead and speak on behalf of the almighty God there is nothing that is too hard for the Lord to do there is nothing too hard for the Lord he had to say it again in Jeremiah 32 27 he said behold I am the Lord the God of All Flesh is there anything to hard for me it's a question God asked as a matter of fact when three Hebrew children boys stood up for their conviction and would not bow their answer to the King when he questioned whether their God was able to deliver them they responded back and Daniel 3 and 17 and said if it be so our God whom we serve is able somebody shout able Our God that we serve is able to Deliver Us From The Burning fiery furnace and he will deliver us out of thine hand oh King I got news for you tonight I want to have the faith of Shadrach mesak and abedo because when they stood with the possibility of being thrown into the fiery furnace they stood back and they said if it happens you got to realize everything that threatens you doesn't mean it's going to happen too many people run scared in their life because of a threat but the Hebrew boy said if it happens our God is able to deliver us why because there's nothing too hard there's nothing too hard for the Lord oh it was the king that scurried down early that morning to The Den of Lions that Daniel had been cast into the night previous surely it would have happened Daniel would have no doubt been eaten alive by these Lions but the next morning something caused the Heathen Pagan King to want to go down as a matter of fact on both occasions on both occasions you see those three Hebrew children should have been in incinerated in the fiery furnace they should have been reduced to nothing but ashes in the fiery furnace but the Bible said the king came down and looked into the furnace why in the world did you look into a furnace that had the ability to incinerate these three boys that had been cast in I can only tell you what one tradition says one tradition says that the king got a report that he heard singing coming from the direction of the furnace and the singing caused the king to get up and look into the fiery furnace and when he looked into the fiery furnace of something that should incinerated the three Hebrew children he had to turn around and say did we not cast in three bound did we not tie three Hebrew boys up and cast them into the fiery furn and all of the men said true oh King he said then how come I see four walking around in the midst of the fiery furnace and the four is lik uned to the Son of God can I tell you tonight I've come to tell you he is still able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can I I wish somebody would shout Abel oh King why why do you Scurry down to the Lion's Den that morning surely Daniel surely Daniel has been eaten alive by these Lions but in Daniel chapter 6 and verse 20 and when he came to the den the king he cried with a lendable voice unto Daniel and the King spake and said to Daniel oh Daniel servant of the Living God is thy God God whom thou servest continually able to deliver thee from the Lions I'm going to tell you something this is why the church needs to have an able because if we have a faith able we just may preach an able to the world and the world just may begin to say you think God is able to deliver me from this addiction do you think God is able to put my family back together do you think God is able to have listen if the church doesn't have an able the king doesn't have have an able but thank God for a Daniel that has an able because the king said is your god able he didn't know it but the next verse says from the bottom of that Lion's Den Daniel cried out and said oh King Live Forever The God that I serve has sent his Angel and has shut the law jaws of the Lion's mou tonight I wish somebody would say that God is able God I I hope I preach you I hope I preach something in your heart tonight that some of you that are carrying burdens and some of you are carrying situations that on this Sunday night Faith would erupt in your heart and you would say he's my God and he's able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can ask Romans 4:21 and being fully persuaded you see if you really want to serve God you got to be fully persuaded I'm sorry God doesn't work for the half-hearted God only works for the fully persuaded and being fully persuaded that what he had promised he was able man that word keeps popping up don't it he would I wish somebody shout it right now I wish somebody really needs God to move would shout it right now now I'm going to tell you something come to me in prayer today as I Was preparing this message I felt I thought I felt like I heard the gentle voice of God say son of man my people my people in private will cry out to me because they're in need but when they get in public Pride takes over and they won't cry out to me in public but you got to remember the Lord said if you're ashamed of me before men I'll be ashamed of you before my father I got news for you tonight some of some of you that have cried yourself to sleep some of you that have cried out in your private prayer time you need to learn how to lose your pride on a Sunday night in a congregation and say I don't care what you think about me and I don't care what you think about me and I don't care what you think about me I got news preacher I need a help tonight God is able God is able don't have any Pride God is able if a woman with the issue of blood it had Pride she have never got healed but because she had no Pride she was willing to get down on her hands and knees and she got her healing maybe tonight your touch isn't determined about God's will but maybe we got to get Pride out of the way maybe what's me I do know that God resists the proud but he gives great to the humble I do know that tonight do you realize it could be Pride somebody cry out he's able a somebody cry out he's able if you really need him tonight I want you to cry out he's able He's Able He's Able well that word keeps coming up Hebrews chapter 7 verse number 25 Hebrews chapter 7 verse number 25 look at this brother Nolan wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for the for for them can I tell you he's able to save to the uttermost and the utter is cousin to the gutter amen you tell I'm going to tell you something tonight you can't be so far away from God that God isn't able to reach and get you you oh you've not went so far that God isn't able to reach and get you there's not been a habit upon your life that God isn't able to reach you he said I want you to know I'm able to reach to the uttermost I'm able to reach way out there and get you I can bring you from the gutter of addiction I can bring you from the gutter of poverty I can bring you from the gutter of sin because I am able come on give him some more praise tonight come on give him some praise tonight I believe somebody's going to get what they need tonight in this place God is able to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him you said well man you're talking about the addicts and you're talking about people really messed up brother carbon I'm a church member here brother carbon I've been going to church here I I'm one of these church people that keep coming to church around here die you couldn't qualify me as the uttermost he qualify me as being close well Jude 124's got something for you Jude 1 and 24 now oh Lord God get your shou and shoes on now unto him that is to keep thee from falling you see he ain't talking about people that have fallen he's talking about people that are standing that could fall and he said God is able to keep thee from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of the glory with exceeding joy and I'm going to tell you something tonight if you privately cry out Lord God you ought to publicly cry out if you got a i if you got a prayer time that cries that cries out oh oh friend I I feel the Holy Ghost right now you got to learn how to publicly you got to learn how to publicly cry out now I tell I'd like to go back for just a moment I'd like to examine and re-examine again the fact that Philip witnessed Miracles done by Jesus oh yes he did the feeding of multitudes Philip witnessed Miracles done by Jesus and yet he would ask Jesus to show us the father how many here tonight have had miracles in your past M matter of fact let's just do this tonight let's it through because I'm want to engage I want to engage this if God's done a miracle for you and let me tell you the the ultimate of all miracles is salvation if God's done a miracle for you get up on your feet right now look around here tonight don't you doubt God can't do a miracle don't don't doubt that God can't do a miracle we've all had mirac mirales you may be seated we've all had Miracles but how many of you tonight here have had miracles happen in your past but something is gnawing on the inside for more would you not think that watching him feed the multitudes with a boy's lunch wouldn't have been enough for him to say man I've got all I need but there was something in brother Phillip that when he said you've seen the father there was a holy knowing you better pray to God there's nothing wrong with you there's something wrong with you if you don't have a holy knowing there's something wrong with you if you don't have a desire for more if you don't have a desire to want to come to the altar you you you really need to shake yourself tonight there's nothing wrong we seem to the enemy wants to play it backward to the person that doesn't feel like they need to come to the altar the enemy Pats them on the head and says good boy good girl but to the person that has a need God I know I've seen Miracles God I know I've seen you heal and I I know you have saved me and filled me with the Holy Ghost but God I just know I'm hungry God for more in your life the enemy says well there's something wrong with you it's turn it around there's something wrong with us when we don't have a desire for more and there's something right with us when we're saying God I simply want you to show us the father can I tell you the hungry get fed in in God I said the hungry get fed in God the Thirsty get a drink in God but you can come here not hungry and not thirsty and you'll leave here the same as you come but give me a man woman congregation that gathers us tonight and says God I know we do this 52 times a year but I'm hungry I got to see the father I've got to have more in my life somehow shout God is able Philip said show us the father show us the father and it sufficeth us show us the father I gave you the definition of that this morning the word suffice means to possess has an unfailing strength it means to be strong it means to be enough to defend to word it off to be satisfied Philip said show us the father and I'll have unfailing strength show us the father and I'll be able to ward off all the enemy show us the father and you know what you've never sat down hungry at God's table that he hasn't fed you and when Phillip said said show us the Father the Lord thought this man wants more than a past Miracle this man wants something current in his life so we go on down to John 14:12 brother Nolan John 14:12 Jesus is specifically talking to Phillip he says verily verily I say unto you the you right there the you is Phillip verily verily I say unto you he that believeth on me the works that I do shall he do also and Greater Works than these shall he do because I go to my father and whatsoever ye Phillip shall ask in my name that will I do that the father may be glorified in the son if you Phillip shall ask anything in my name I will do it if you love me Phillip keep my Commandments and I will pray the Father Here Comes more here comes more and I will pray the father and he shall Give You Phillip another comforter that he may abide With You Phillip forever even the spirit of Truth whom the world cannot receive because it seeth him not neither knoweth him but you know him Phillip for he dwelleth with you Phillip and shall be in You Phillip I will not leave you comfortless Phillip I will come to you he says you are more I'm going to give you more than a miracle of Loaves and fish I'm going to tell you about the baptism of the Holy Ghost I'm going to tell you Phillip I've been with you but I shall be in you I want you to hear it tonight you can settle for a God that's beside you or you can settle for a god that is in you it's all determined oh come on worship him right now you hear me right now that whole discourse right there is because somebody got hungry for God they went and they said you know what he talked about a comforter he talked about a comforter how do you know about a comforter Phillip asked a question show us a father he start talking to Phillip can I tell you that your desire your desire to show us the father can go on later in your family and your family can be touched because you got hungry to God's desire is to blow your mind with what he wants to do for you it is God's desire for you to look around at your life 10 years from now and say I never imagined I would be here it is God's desire five years two years one year for you to look back over your life and say it's unbelievable what God has done in my life you really mean that preacher I really mean that because just as I had this entire congregation stand up how many of you would stand up tonight that you can relate to that phrase I just said when you look back over your life it blows your mind what God has done for you sister who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can ask come on why don't you get on board why don't you get on board why don't you let one week turn to two weeks and two weeks turn to a month and a month turn to a year and a year you begin to look around and you say Look What the Lord come on if you believe it oright lift up your voice come on come on get back up try again God's going to blow your mind God's going to blow your mind tonight oh Moses may be seated tonight Moses Moses had witnessed let's look at brother Moses let's look at Moses for a moment Moses had witnessed God's hand of safety and protection on his life life should have been killed should have died Pastor a brother up in the severville church brother Israel man he'll tell you a test he tell you his testimony of being in the drug World down in Texas he'll tell you one night they chased him all over town shooting into his car he felt I'm going to die tonight I'm going to die tonight they're going to get me tonight the drug dealers are going to get me tonight on the drug dealers it's going to happen they're going to get me they're going to shoot me chased him all over town shooting into his car tears will flow down brother Israel's face when he says I should have been dead but I'm here I wonder tonight how many people in this room I wonder people how many people in this room tonight are relating to that very phrase right now you know I should have been dead you I should have died in that car wreck when I was intoxicated oh I should have died when I took too many of those pills out of that bottle I I should have died when they pump my stomach I I I should have died when I run off the road I I I I should have died when I when I when I did I should have died but you know why you didn't die because God had a plan for you the devil doesn't set the day of your death God does and you're not going to die until God says it's time going to blow your mind Beyond imagination Moses Moses witnessed the hand of safety the hand of protection on his life while Moses witnessed the burning bush heard the voice of God received the call of God Moses watched 10 plagues hit Egypt and devastate the most powerful nation in the them Known World you think that's something Moses stood and watched the Red Sea divide Moses stood and watched it divide Moses was leading God's people out of Egyptian bondage God's people came out of Egypt but Egypt didn't come out of them and that's why we're here tonight we're here tonight because we've come out of Egypt but the truth of the matter is Egypt hasn't come out of a lot of us tonight they've made a golden calf strip their clothes off naked danc before the calf but something was gnawing on the inside of Moses something was gnawing and in Exodus 33:12 you want to stay with me for a few M moments Moses said in Exodus 33 and12 Moses said unto the Lord see thou sayest unto me bring up this people and thou Hast not let me know whom thou will s with me yet thou Hast said I Know Thee by name and thou Hast also found Grace in my sight now therefore I pray thee now this is Moses talking to God if I have found Grace in thy sight show me now thy way that I may Know Thee that I may find Grace in thy sight and consider the that this nation is thy people and God said my presence shall go with thee and I will give thee rest Moses says back unto him If thy presence go not with me carry us not up hence for wherein shall it be known here that I am thy people have found Grace in thy sight is it not in that thou goest with us so shall we be separated I am thy people from all the people that are upon the face of the earth now listen this is what he says here this what he says he says God it's not enough for me to have people that doesn't separate us what will separate us from all other people is that you're with you are with us that will separate brother Ericson said something tonight and I so believe it and I so I so stand on it invite people to church this is the place of hope but do you do know that hope has to be nestled and fastened to truth you need to invite people to church because this is where the truth is Wilderness we need you to go with us verse 17 and the Lord said unto Moses I will do this thing also that thou H has spoken for thou Hast found Grace in my sight I Know Thee by name and he said listen to Moses I beseech thee show me thy Glory it's almost as if Phillip is in the Old Testament Phillip said show us the father Moses said show me the glory Phillip had seen previous Miracles before he said show us the father Moses had seen many miracles before he said show me thy glory and he said I will make all my goodness pass before thee and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before thee and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious and will show mercy upon whom I will show mercy and he said this is God thou cast not see my face for thou shal no man see me and live and the Lord said behold there is a place by me Thou shalt stand upon a rock and it shall come to pass while my Glory passeth by that I will put thee in the Cliff of The Rock and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by and I will take away my hand and thou shalt see my back Parts but my face Thou shalt not see now get a person out of your mind this is symbolic because you can't have a God that's got a hand that's got a hand and it stretches so far that he can walk by you just can't see my face what God was really saying there I'm not going to show you the future to motivate you I'm not going to show you the future to motivate you I'm going to show you the goodness of my past and the goodness of my past fast should motivate you to want to follow me wherever I lead you if I show you what I have got in store for you you will follow me for the blessing and not the blesser but if I can just show you the past I can show you I'm a good God I'm not going to hurt you I'm not going to curse you I'm going to do you nothing but good it's the devil that wants to damn you it's the devil that wants to wound you it's the devil that wants to take away from you but I'm going to do you good so he takes him up puts him in the Cliff of The Rock and he passes by and exodus 34 and5 here it goes and the Lord descended in a CL in the cloud and stood with him there and proclaimed the name of the Lord and the Lord passed by before him and proclaimed and proclaimed the Lord the Lord God merciful gracious longsuffering abundant in goodness and Truth keeping Mercy for thousands forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin and that by no means will clear the guilty visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the children and upon the children's children upon the third and fourth generation God said Moses said Show Me Your Glory I want to see your glory and God said you want to see my glory I'm going to tell you how good I am you want to see my glory I'm going to tell you how gracious I am you want to see my glory I want to I want to tell you how longsuffering I am you want to see my glory I want I want you to see what I have done to the people if you want to see my glory verse eight Moses made haste and bowed his head toward the Earth and worshiped listen to Moses this is very important you listen to him and Moses said if now I have found Grace in thy sight oh Lord let my Lord I pray thee go Among Us for it is a stiff necked people pardon our iniquity and our sin and take us for thine inheritance now just buckle up for a few moments they just stripped off naked made a golden calf and was worshiping like they did back in Egypt they were stiff necked they were hard to preach to they were hard to listen to God to but when Moses sister Thorp got a vision of the glory of God it didn't matter what his congregation looked like when the leader got a vision of what God is and what God could do it didn't matter they were naked and going back to Egypt and stiff necked and full of iniquity Moses said God a good God can change the bad behavior of people and he stepped out and he said God would you take this bunch of naked Egyptian worship sh shiing stiff necked I if you would take us and make us your inheritance now just just get your Halos adjusted just get your little angel wings tucked back in real good because you know there's a lot of messed up people that go to church here there's a lot of people in this church and listen I've got flaws and you've got flaws and none of us can nitpick at one another we can just get together and say God Show Me Your Glory Show Me Your Glory God I got news for you there's nobody sinful enough that I ain't going to preach to there's nobody down enough that I ain't going to reach to because God can make us I said God can make us I said God can make us oh yeah I know these little suits look good I I know these little suits look good that we got on I I know I know these little old suits look good that we got and all of that tonight but we can't have confidence in these nice little pretty suits tonight we got to understand that we are a messed up people and we need the hand of God we got people here that are struggling I don't know if I need a mic or not we got people here that are struggling we got people here that are trying to overcome don't leave the church get in line stay in line stay in the church stay with us I don't care what they say we're going to Zion we're going to be delivered we're going to be Rapture stay in the church stay in the church stay in the church hear me tonight Paul said be not deceived neither fornicators nor idolators nor eminate nor thieves nor whoremongers nor harlots shall enter the kingdom of God but such were some of you but you've been washed you've been SA Sanctified come on get in line show me thy Glory you showed me how good you are you showed me how merciful you are I can wo Hallelujah come on y'all got to help me preach tonight show me how good you are God Son of Man son of man I interrupt your sermon tonight to tell you that my goodness has a limit to it what's the limit God I don't touch them homosexuals or them lesbians it's not the right voice of God now unto him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly and above all that we can ask and or think can I tell you I've asked God to deliver people from perversion and he has so I got news for you tonight it doesn't matter what you're struggling with if you know you've got a problem get behind me just get behind me if you know you got an issue just get behind me we're going to Zion we're going to talk about how good God is and how great God is and what a merciful God we serve God y' y'all take a praise y'all take a praise praise I'm going to sit down for a minute Moses didn't pray kill him God when he saw the glory of God he said make them your inheritance God make them your inheritance God I wish somebody need help I wish somebody need help that lose all your pride would just get would just take a walk around this building right now God is good I said God is good God is good I'm not asking you to kill them God I'm not asking you God to kill them I'm not asking you to put a disease on them make them your inheritance make them your inheritance your goodness will change our Behavior hallelujah hallelujah come on as you're walking tonight think about the goodness of God when I think about his goodness and all that he's done for me I should have been dead I should have been in a lake of fire I should have died in that car wreck I should have died with that overdose I should have died when I had that gun cocked in my head I should have died I shouldn't even be here hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah oh my God Hal come on God is moving tonight make us your inheritance God God I know I got problems in my life God I know I got issues in my life God I know I got things in my life God that I'm trying to get victory over God I really don't want to be bound to be I don't want to be I I want to be I don't want to be I don't want to be I don't want to be I think tonight why don't you just stop for a moment put your hand over on somebody and pray for have forgiven them the devil says there goes a woman that had an abortion that God said oh no I have forgiven them my God my God my God my God see yourself as God sees You Tonight Show us the father
