if you have your bibles and would stand with me tonight i'm very thankful for modern technology i'm very thankful for the internet congregation that we have that faithfully watch first apostolic church services and this is my fourth fourth time brother john this is my fourth time to preach today i preached this morning i preached in sevierville and i preached at the argentina general conference a few hours ago i preached in argentina to their general conference a few hours ago and i'm back here tonight and i love god so that's a that was a quick plane that you were on it's called the internet it's called the internet we were able to we were able to stand here a few weeks ago and preach uh the general conference of the apostolic church in argentina and boy they're really going through some things right now and if there's ever been a need for there to be an apostolic church in argentina it's now and uh the bishop of argentina he just sent me a text and told me that they had a tremendous move of god and i'm excited about being able to be a part of the work of god just for a few moments tonight something interesting come to my mind today the book of genesis chapter number seven and verse number four how many would just mind pastor kind of ran in first gear tonight and just just want to talk to you about what's ahead for us what's ahead for us genesis chapter seven verse number four for yet seven days i will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights in every living substance that i have made will i destroy if i'm off the face of the earth this may not make any sense right now but just let me tell you what my title is my title is the 41st day the 41st day jesus i love you tonight thank you for the revelation of who you are thank you lord that i have been water baptized in your saving name for the remission of my sins as the bible says so thank you god that for the holy ghost and a lifestyle that speaks of a holy presence of god inside i ask you tonight lord to be upon this nation this coming week oh lord god let your will be done through the election on tuesday god let angels lord be dispatched across our nation and god when the demonic world would like to bring chaos to order i bind the adversary tonight in the name of jesus christ i pray peace over our nation in the name of jesus christ tonight oh i pray your your presence over our nation tonight oh god i pray your presence over our nation god lord i ask god that you would be upon us god lead and guide us lord be upon all those that are sick be upon all those that are here tonight god keep us safe lord jesus name we pray amen and amen you may be seated tonight the 41st day 40 is a number in the bible that has great symbolism many times the number 40 is mentioned throughout the bible that it's undeniable that 40 has a special symbolic meaning we understand that israel's first three kings all reigned a space of 40 years from saul to david to solomon they all reigned the space of 40 years we understand as we dissect the life of moses that his life is divided into three 40-year periods as scripture tells us the first 40 years he spent in egypt the second 40 years he spent in the wilderness and the last 40 years of his life he spent leading the children of israel to the canaan the canaan land 40 40 40 throughout the bible the number 40 comes in as a matter of fact here in my opening verse it would be that god would tell noah that he would send rain upon the earth 40 days and 40 nights it would be later in exodus 24 18 that moses would go up into the mountain to receive the law and the plans of the tabernacle and in exodus 24 and verse number 18 you guessed it he spent 40 days and 40 nights on the mountain we know that when he sent or that joshua sent the spies into the land of canaan how long did they search the land of canaan well numbers 13 and 25 tells us exactly how many days they searched the land of canaan and they returned from searching of the land 40 days we understand that sometime later in the history of israel there was a philistine by the name of goliath that came out and challenged israel he challenged israel and in first samuel 17 and verse 16 and the philistine drew near morning and evening and presenting himself what 40 days it would be later in israel's history that the prophet ezekiel would be used brother nolan you'll like this you're the king of illustrated sermons god needed ezekiel to illustrate a sermon so in ezekiel chapter 4 verse number 6 simply says and when thou hast accomplish them lay again on thy right side and thou shall bear the iniquity of the house of judah 40 days i have appointed thee each day for a year ezekiel was to be an illustrated sermon he was to lay on his right side for 40 days man that must have been some kind of something to come by and look at what you do in prophet ezekiel i'm an illustrated sermon for god i'm laying on my right side how long are you going to lay there on your right side 40 days god would speak to his prophet jonah and god would tell the prophet jonah that there was a city by the name of nineveh that had come up for judgment from the almighty hand of god and god would give nineveh an opportunity to repent and the bible says in jonah chapter 3 and verse number 4 and jonah began to enter into the city of nineveh a day's journey into the city a day's journey and cried and said yet here we go again how many days 40 days and none of us shall be overthrown in other words his preaching had a time limit to it forty days from the time he said the first thus saith the lord the clock began to tick and jonah said you have the time of forty days some time later almighty god became human flesh lived for a space of 30 years and then in matthew 4 and verse number 2 he went into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil and the bible said in verse 2 and when he had fasted how many days 40 days and 40 nights he was afterward he was afterward a hundred and then that same god-man hung on a cross and threw the flesh and the blood paid the sacrifice for sins he rose again on the third day and when he rose again on the third day brother joyce he stayed around he stayed around a few days and the bible says after he arose again now don't please don't get tradition in this because he didn't he didn't rise on the third day and ascend into heaven on the third day oh no the book of acts tells us in acts chapter 1 and verse number 3 to whom also he showed himself alive after his passion that a passion was the death on the cross by many infallible proofs being seen of them you guessed it 40 days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of god now i begin to think about this 40 day it's a period of testing it's a period that god puts them under some kind of a trial god just picks this number and many times 40 days represent a season of time that we go through sometimes a trial or a test is not a few days i have been in a i have been in a few few days of a trial or a test in my walk with god and how about you how many of you have been through something that just lasted just a few days but now we see that there is a time specified in the bible that represents a season it's a 40 day season god said going back to my opening text god said i'm going to cause it to rain upon the earth for 40 days and 40 nights but then today as i kind of thought i was going to deliver a message based on the the 40 days it was as if i heard the holy spirit of god speak to my heart and say the 40 days are there so that you can emphasize the 41st day because if there's going to be a 40 day that's important there is without fail going to be a 41st day i want you to know tonight that i believe the shift that we have felt in the spirit at this church has been because god is saying that you have accomplished your 40 days and it's time i want to launch fac into its 41st day how many would like to go into our 41st day i've had enough of 40 days i've had enough of the test i've had enough of the trial it's time now for us to enter our 41st day you see in genesis 7 14 yes it did rain upon the earth 40 days and 40 nights but some time later in genesis chapter 8 and verse number 6 it said and it came to pass at the end of 40 days now if 40 days has ended then what is the next day the 41st day because it says here emphatically and it came to pass at the end of 40 days so the 40 days has ended if there's symbolism in the 40th day there's got to be symbolism in the 41st day because it says that noah opened the window of the ark which he had made i believe tonight i'm taking this tonight that our 41st day is going to dawn and the 41st day is the opening of something that's going to be brand new because it was when noah opened the ark up he opened it up on the 40 first day that he sent a raven bird out and the raven bird did not return and then a few days later he sent out a dove and the dove came back with a twig of an olive branch in his beak and noah knew that there was dry land somewhere i've come to say to a congregation tonight and a congregation watching that covet is going to come to an end and the apostolic church is about to have its 41st day i believe the heavens are going to be open we have fought with the raven long enough god is going to open and i'm believing him for a baptism of the holy ghost like never before i want to see the gifts of the spirit of operation i want to see miracle signs and wonders he's still a healer he's still a deliverer he can still sober up the alcoholic and he can still deliver the heroin attic he can still oh yes friend and i march an end to my 41st day hallelujah to god i'm marching how many of you tonight want to march into your 41st day it's been a long climb but it's worth it it's been a high reach but it's worth it if i have to wait i'll just pray if i have to wait i'll just praise sounds like a song we heard tonight i'm getting ready for my third forty first day i'm getting ready for people to get the holy ghost that you'd never dream would get the holy ghost i'm getting ready for the god to move across maryville i'm getting ready for god to baptize our city with a revelation of his name i'm getting ready for the apostolic church to have its greatest revival it's our 41st day i wish i wish some weary home missions pastor i wish some weary home missions pastor would get up on their feet tonight wherever you're watching this and tell your wife honey we're about to have our 41st day we've come through our 40 days we've come through it's rain day and night night and day it's rain continually 40 days but god says i've got a 41st day i wish some missionary watching me tonight would get up on your feet and begin to realize it's our 41st day i wish somebody tonight that is quarantined here in maryville would get up on your feet and begin to shout around your living room because it is our 41st with some woman that has been coming to church for years without a husband sitting beside her i wish she would begin to realize i'm about to walk into my 41st day i'm about to walk into my 41st day you're gonna wake up one sunday morning and your husband's gonna have his clothes laid out and he's going to want to come to church with you because it is authority oh yes come on you got to believe in the 41st day you got to believe i i don't want to just get locked up in the 40 days i know we got to go through the 40 days but brother benjamin i'm looking for my 41st day oh hallelujah oh hallelujah oh hallelujah oh hallelujah what are you doing though it's my 41st day it's done rain for 40 days and 40 nights what are you doing noah opening up the window don't open up the window don't you know this is the new normal don't you know dark and rain and thunder is the new normal and noah said oh no it's not my new normal because it's my 41st day and hallelujah how am i telling you i i got me some 41st day do i have any 41st stairs any ain't got any 41st state people here tonight hallelujah hallelujah it's the new normal you've got to understand church is never going to get back to what it was in january church is never going to get back to what it was in 2019 church is never going to get back to what we were you can believe that if you want to but you're looking at one oh god that says this is my 41st day i'm going to open up the wind i speak against the spirit of alcoholism i speak against the spirit of drug addiction i speak against the spirit of perversion i speak against the spirit suicide man i wish somebody gets some t-shirts planned uh printed i wish somebody get some t-shirts printed it's my 41st day it's my 41st day come on let's let the holy ghost move right now let's just see if the holy ghost wants to take over right now i don't have to finish this message tonight i don't have to finish this message tonight i see it my holy ghost will take up come on i'm just gonna lay the microphone down if the holy ghost wants to take over let him take him so so so so so so so so so foreign so evidently the 41st day dawn somebody got the holy ghost tonight and got back getting baptized right now oh i think there's some 41st days that are happening around here right now lord i love you lord i love you lord i love you lord thank you lord thank you god thank you god let's just step out step out tonight and step out and i don't want the holy ghost i want the holy ghost first samuel 17 16 the philistine the philistine drew near morning and evening and presenting himself 40 days verse 17 jesse said unto david his son take now thy brother and he thought of this parched corn and these ten loaves and run to the camp to meet thy brother if goliath has been forty days blaspheme in israel what day did david show up on i believe there's something to this tonight what day did david show up on come on somebody shouted out what day did david show up on what day did goliath come down goliath came down on what day the 41st day jonah preached for 40 days but at the end of 40 days what day is it now it's the 41st day and in jonah chapter 3 verse 5 so the people of nineveh believed god and proclaimed a fast put on sackcloth from the greatest of them even to the least of them what day did they believe god the 41st day for the word came unto the king of nineveh he arose from his throne and ladies robe from him covered him with sackcloth and said nashes and he caused it to be proclaimed and published through nineveh by the decree of the king and his noble saying let neither man nor beast heard nor flock taste anything let them not feed nor drink water but let man and beast be covered with sackcloth and cry mightily unto god yay let them turn everyone from his evil way and from the violence that is in their hands who can tell if god will turn and repent and turn away his fierce anger that we perish not and god saw their works what day did god see their works that 41st day brother schilling does shielding come up here tonight but shilling mentioned something about prophecy the number 40 the number 40 you cannot deny the spiritual significance of number 40 but brother schilling shared with me something about dates and what date that we're on as of this night by the shilling would you share it as i was praying there i began to feel in the spirit that only twice a year you will get the numbers one one one and we're in the year 2020. 2020 adds up to 40 as pastor has preached 20 is a year of separation the number two is always in the bible you always find it separated always and is a dividing i believe this whole year god has set us up the only time the first time that you will find the numbers 1-1-1 in the in the in our calendar is january 11th 1-1-1 but just like jesus like god is the alpha and the omega he doesn't start a pandemic and bring his church into a time of testing in a time of us getting ourselves together he's divided the ones that are true and the ones that are false and now he's brought us to 11 1 november the 1st which is today not coincidental one one one but it's still 20 20 40. that is the division god is bringing tonight is a prophetic night for those that will say god i'm not going back into the wilderness i'm not going back into the wilderness i'm going forward dear god i'm going forward to what you have taken me out of what you have brought me through now i'm gonna look out to the 41st day and revival is coming in my home in my life in my city in my world thus saith the lord oh my are you hearing that it starts tonight it starts tonight people it starts tonight david it's your 41st day david it's your 41st day amen this precious lady got her 41st day today sister celina for the professor of your faith obedience to the word of the lord i do now indeed baptize your name of jesus christ for the remission of your sins and thank the lord you've already received the gift of the holy ghost in jesus name go ahead go ahead sister go ahead sister go ahead oh hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah thank you lord thank you lord i don't know i don't know i don't know if you can they i i don't know sometimes they i i don't know sometimes they sing and and and sometimes i want it it's sometime like like the old days you know i i i used to say come on and now there's there's equipment has to be rebooted and maybe it needs to be booted out or something like that and but that song y'all saying about if i have to reach higher i'll pray longer don't you do you feel something tonight if
