you have your Bibles and would stand with me in honor of the reading of the word of God and if you bring my monitors down just a little bit I would appreciate that uh Luke chapter 18 and verse number one and he spake a parable unto them to this end that men ought always to pray and not to faint saying there was in a city a judge which feared not God nor regarded man and there was a widow in that City and she came unto him saying avenge avenge me of my adversary and he would not for a while but afterward he said within himself though I fear not God nor regard man yet because this Widow troubleth me I will avenge her lest by her continual coming she weary me and the Lord said hear what the unjust judge said and shall not God and then she is on elect which cried day and night unto him though he bear along with them I tell you he will avenge them speedily nevertheless when the son of man cometh shall he find faith on the Earth I want to minister tonight under a burden and knowing that I have direction from God for this church the call to prayer the call to prayer father in the name of Jesus tonight I love you father in the name of Jesus tonight I praise you Lord in this hour that we're at in this hour God of you pouring out your spirit upon this church in this hour God where Ministries are being birthed God in this hour of unlimited potential that has come to the miracle Church God you have given me a message for the body that is here tonight a message God that will affect our lives the Lord use me for the next few moments to impart what I feel that you have given me in Jesus name we all pray amen and amen you may be seated the call the call to prayer I want as your pastor tonight to lead you and to challenge you to go with me and that's important that you hear those words because I don't believe in being a leader that says do this but I'm not doing this matter of fact there's nothing any more disturbing to me is a preacher that won't worship but gets up and wants everybody else to somebody that gets up and says to give that's not a giver or to be faithful that's not faithful there's nothing that gets under my skin any any quicker than than that I want to lead you and I want to challenge you to go with me to the next level of Prayer the next level of Prayer we are a Praying Church 6 30 a.m to 8 A.M this morning tremendous time of the saints of God walking around this Sanctuary on first Wednesday having prayer many of you will remember and I believe this is going to be as life-changing is what I'm about to remind you of many of you remember up on the hill when the church was packed with people and we were going to raise I believe it was a million dollars to add on to the back of that building and at that time with the finances that were coming in the best that I could do was lay out a five-year a five-year a five-year program that we would raise a million dollars to build on to the back of that building it was December 31st we were going to have watch Night Service and I had it all mapped out how much money we had to have every week every month every year until five years we would have a million dollars and he even went and had somebody calculate interest that would be added to that money in the midst of prayer that afternoon the Lord impressed strongly upon my heart he said my son my coming is soon I want you to begin to tell my people to give to missions as never before we were a missions giving church but we were not a dedicated missions giving Church I want you to begin to give to missions as never before and I will take care of the new Auditorium I brought that before the church many of you were here I brought that before the church that night and you bought into it hook line and sinker we begin to give to missions although we needed a new Auditorium we began to give to missions something unusual began to happen within six weeks time within six weeks time without the aid of an evangelist without going into Wednesday through Sunday revivals we baptized brother John Stone over 60 people in the precious name of Jesus Christ amen it was as if God it was if as if God was saying you're following my lead you're following my will and here we are tonight in this beautiful campus to the glory of God which is all the result of us obeying God and given to missions why don't we give God a great hand why don't we thank God tonight for leading us I feel as strongly of what I am presenting to you tonight about a call to prayer is I do about my son my coming is soon give to missions in this Parable that was spoken tonight there are three characters of this parable there is the unjust judge there is the Widow and there is the adversary let's first deal with the unjust judge this man is an unjust he has no moral compass he has no character about him he is unjust you add to that that he regards not God he has no fear of God he has absolutely no fear of God and he has no mercy has shows no pity on any man he is called the unjust judge he is the equivalent of a governor you see a governor controls a region a governor has the final say the governor the governor is the leader this unjust judge whatever his word is that is his word when he drops his gavel and he gives his sentence it is said it is done it is completed no person can overrule now I'll tell you at the beginning of this parable that this unjust judge is mentioned as an opposite as an opposite to who God is it's mentioned it's going to show through the parable that he has mentioned as an unjust judge doesn't care about God doesn't care about man to show you how opposite the god that we love the god that we pray to the god that we worship how opposite as a matter of fact in Matthew Chapter 2 Verse 6 Jesus Christ prophecy about him speaks and says and thou Bethlehem in the land of Judah art not thou the least among the princes of Judah for out of thee shall come a governor which shall rule my people a governor or a judge church tonight God rules over all the Earth God rules Over All of the Earth you see the Bible tells us in Isaiah nine and six about this God it simply tells us in the opposite of being unjust in Isaiah 9 and 6 For unto us a child is born unto us a son is given the government and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name Shall be Called wonderful counselor the Mighty God the Everlasting father the Everlasting father I want you to know this call to prayer tonight is a call to a relationship with God if you could just understand God is Desiring a relationship with us and God God wants that relationship it is his idea that this relationship nobody's having to talk god into it God wants a relationship with us and the relationship is only connected through prayer through prayer in Luke chapter 11 verse 11 Jesus in trying to show you and I how much he desires a relationship and how opposite he he is of the unjust judge he says in Luke 11 and 11 if a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father will he give him a stone or if he asked a fish will he give for a fish a serpent or if he asks an egg will he offer him a scorpion look at he said any of you father has been asked about your children for a piece of bread for an egg any of you been any of you been asked for fish food then he says this in verse 13 if you then being evil now what he means about that when we compare ourselves to God you see what number I'm not evil you're evil in comparison to God now you may not be evil in comparison you may not be evil in comparison with your brother but when you go to comparing yourself with God we're evil he says if you then being evil know how to give good gifts unto your children how much more shall your heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him he said let me do the contrast here he said if you've got a child wanting a piece of bread a piece of fish an egg to eat if you've got a child wanting something to live by and you being evil would not give them the opposite how much more shall your heavenly father give the holy ghost or the Holy Spirit as it says there to them that ask can I tell you God is more anxious God is more Desiring to give us things it's not that God doesn't want to give it's are we lining up in prayer have we answered the call of prayer to receive the things that God has for us let me tell you about our God tonight in Psalms 103 verse 12. Psalms 103 verse number 12. as far as the East is from the West you ever heard that as far as the East is from the West so far have he removed our transgressions from us like as a father pitieth his children so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him for he knoweth our frame he remembers that we are dust you want to get a good picture of what the father looks like tonight read the story of The Prodigal Son you want to know how God what God's character is what God's action is let a boy that's rebellious and leaves home and squanders Untold wealth on all kinds of of harlots and all kinds of addicted living and later being a pig pen and he comes to himself and he says in the pig pen how many servants in My Father's House have bred enough to spare my father is good to serve us I think I'll just go back and see if I can be a servant but nothing new in right Church nothing doing right when the father saw him afar off he ran fell on his neck ordered the fatty calf to be killed brought forth the best road put her ring on his finger and shoes on his feet and said strike up the man why is all this excitement my son that was dead is alive my son that was lost has been found that's our God that's our God that is our God let me introduce you to the second character in the parable this is the widow woman she is desolate she is empty she is helpless she is she is a picture of you and I without God we are desolate without God we are helpless without God we have no way of knowing the direction to go without God but can I tell you that Widow knew where to go and although he's an unjust judge in this parable that Widow knew where to take her helplessness to she knew where to take her desolate to she knew where to take her attack she knew she knew where to go I'm glad tonight that God is showing us that we need him now more than we've ever needed him before we need him now more we'll never have enough money not to need God you'll never you listen You'll Never exercise and get a good enough doctor's report not to need God things won't be going so good in your life that you can step out and say I don't need God I just want you to know tonight that when life comes apart when life comes apart at the scene thank God we have an opposite of an unjust judge that we can go to him he is our father he will give us good gifts he will give us oh I'm gonna spin two verses on the Widow because the Widow is a picture of the church and I know that we're a bride waiting for that marriage been in a lot of ways tonight we're a widow our husband is not here with us but yet in John 15 and 5. Jesus said these words I am the Vine ye are the branches he that abideth in me and I in him the same bringeth forth much fruit you got to get this in your spirit this is what God has delivered me to give to you you got to get this next phrase in your spirit for without me you can do what without me you can do you can do nothing oh God help us to realize tonight in this world that we're living in being desolate being helpless all the things going on around us I am not going to give up I am not going to throw up the White Flag because he is the Vine we are the branches as long as we can abide in him and he and us we can ask for without him Paul said in Philippians Philippians chapter 4 verse 13 Paul said it this way I can do all things through what I can do all things which what strengthens me the final character of this Parable is the adversary is the adversary the widow woman came to the unjust judge and said I need you to avenge me of my adversary I need you to avenge me of my adversary now of all the people the adversary could choose to torment he torments a widow why not no one's there to defend her why not torment a widow she has no one there to Ward me off the heartless the heartless cold calculating adversary doesn't care that she's a widow doesn't care that she has no one there he said avenge me she went to the only one this is important she the church went to the only one God that could Avenge the adversary Satan you can't avenge Satan you're a widow you don't have enough mentality you don't have enough education you don't have enough smarts so I'm pretty smart you understand that Satan has probably had somewhere between four to six thousand years to study man's mind from every conceivable angle you'll never be smart enough to outsmart the devil you'll never be clever enough that's why when the adversary comes when that adversary that enemy comes please don't fight him on your own you'll never get free from sin on your own you'll never break a habit on your own you'll never get out of life's dilemmas on your own it is only and I feel so compelled to preach this tonight you have got to go to the judge it's only the judge that can avenge you of your adversary it is only the judge let's cut to the chase the unjust judge is the opposite of our God who is in control the Widow represents the church the believer you and I the adversary is the devil as a matter of fact the name Satan means adversary first Peter 5 and 8 be sober be vigilant because your adversary the devil who is your adversary the devil as a roaring lion walketh about seeking whom he may devour John chapter 10 and verse number 10 talking about your adversary Jesus says here's your adversary the thief cometh not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy but I have come that you might have life and that you might have it more abundantly your adversary comes to steal to kill and to destroy but your judge has come that you might have life and that you might have there's the there's the there's the colliding there's the colliding of two spirit beings one our adversary that has a hatred for Humanity that wants to kill and steal and to destroy the other is the great God Of Heaven who is in control of all who has come that we might have life and that we might have it more abundantly and we are caught in between the adversary wants us the great God Of Heaven wants us but it all depends on where do we run to for our dependency where do we turn to when we need something do we turn do we commit to our God here he is again in second Corinthians chapter 11 and verse 14 in no Marvel for Satan your adversary himself is transformed into an angel of Light he comes to give us information that is false information Matthew chapter 4 verse number 3 the Bible simply says about the adversary and when the temperature came he's the tempter he's the tempter he works through your flesh to tempt you he is the tempter I can tell you a lot of other things the Bible says about him murderer Father of Lies the serpent the Accuser of the brethren and the list goes on and on he is the accuser of the brother of the brethren the Widow is no match for her adversary and her only hope is for the judge to avenge her that's the word she cries out to the judge sister Carpenter avenge me avenge me this word avenge is an interesting word this word event simply means would you please punish my adversary would you punish him would you would you punish the adversary for what he has done in my life would you please punish him as a matter of fact God has already punished our adversary we find it in Genesis 3 14 and 15. and the Lord God said unto the serpent because thou has done this Thou Art cursed above all cattle and I'm going to tell you when the supreme god curses you you are cursed when the god the Creator the one who has unlimited power when the god that has all the control curses you you're cursed he says to the reptile he says to this reptile that yielded itself to this demonic spirit that had been expelled from heaven he says to this reptile he recursed upon your belly shall you go and dust shall you eat all the days of your life now I want you to follow this with me I want you to follow this with me Satan never has come in his pure raw form he has never come and spoke into any of your ear and said hey I'm the thief hey I'm the father of Lies hey I'm the murderer hey I'm the one that destroys hey I'm really wanting to wreck your family I'm going to wreck your life I see you sitting on that Pew you're so happy with your wife but if you let me get in between you all I'll have you all in divorce court hey those little kids are bouncing on your knee right now would you just kind of give them to me and let me let me pervert their minds well would you would you would you give them to me and let me put all kinds of destructive spirits in their heads he has never nor will he ever come to you in his rare form he always has to have a covering Satan always has to be undercover to work he'll work through any situation he is now at Full Throttle in our political system here in the United States of America hey you can you can get mad at men and women say can you believe this man said this can you believe this man said that and the devil sits back and he walks he barely laughs you know why he is saying look at them they're mad at people if they would ever learn that it's really me behind all of this they could stop me in their tracks why because we can go to the great God Of Heaven that sets up Kings and takes down Kings we Satan Satan will work through circumstances he can find a precious woman sits over here to my far right he can find a precious woman that loves God with all of her heart and because we still live in sin cursed bodies and our bodies are not yet redeemed our bodies are still under the curse of death and somehow cancer can invade the life of Linda Thompson and you know what Satan will do he is a roaring lion going to and fro seeking whom they may devour he's heartless he doesn't care he'll slip into that bedroom when she's so sick she can't hold her head up and whisper and say is this cow God treats you he'll tell her oh two Sunday nights ago when everybody gathered around you and you felt chill bumps that was all just emotion you're a Seeker now than you've ever been you see Satan will use any situation that he can he'll find two he'll find two people at a restaurant that just get to decide they just decide they're going to start talking about somebody else in the church and they're going to start telling this on that when they're going to say well you know he did this or he she did that and and have no idea you you're sitting there talking that stuff number one you shouldn't be talking it but number two you have no idea that Satan is going to come by there and he's going to pick up that tail and you don't know that Satan has been on that sister or on that brother that you're talking about they're already got a hard way at home they've already got a hard way on their job they're already kind of stumbling a little bit a little bit and the last thing they need to hear is somebody in the church he is gossiping about them or somebody's went under the blood and pulled something out from under the blood and they're big folks be careful don't give any place to the adversary oh let me let me keep on going tonight let me keep on going tonight he cursed that at he cursed that serpent but then in verse number 15 he said I will put enmity between hatred between thee and the woman between thy seed and her seed he shall bruise thy head and thou shall bruise his heel this is a statement that is made about when God became a man and God hung on the cross and on the cross God gave Satan his ultimate defeat come on at the cross if we could understand that we need to work from our position of Victory I'm not going after Victory as a child of God standing at the foot of the cross I already have the ultimate victory I already I'm not listen I don't face the devil in hope God you're going to give me the victory I stand upon the finished work of the cross of Jesus Christ he has already dealt to Satan his ultimate his ultimate let me go quickly Ephesians chapter 2 and verse number one and you hath he quickened Ephesians 2 and 1 and you hath he quickened who were dead and trespasses and sins wherein in time past you walked according to the course of this world according to the prince of the power of the air Satan is a principality a prince a ruler a principality of the air the spirit that now worketh in the children of Disobedience he is a prince he is a force he is a power who is invisible that's in the airwaves somebody said that's why it's important that we praise God do you understand tonight in order for you to hear me Airwaves has to be disturbed in order for you to hear my voice invisible as it is Airwaves are being disturbed that's why if he's the prince of the power of the air we don't need to give him any rest I don't need to play music that he's comfortable with I don't have I need I don't need to have entertainment that he's comfortable with I need to sing at the cross at the cross where I first saw the light where the burdens of my soul rolled away at the cross I need to disturb that air foreign Colossians chapter 2 and verse 12. Colossians 2 and 12 buried with him in baptism it's you sister buried with him in baptism buried with Christ and baptism when also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God who hath raised him from the dead and you being dead in your sins and uncircumcision of your flesh have he God quickened together with him having forgiven you all trespasses blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us which was contrary to us that's all the sins that you've committed not only all the sins that you committed that's all the Old Testament law that you couldn't live up to that's all the sins you've committed and all the Old Testament that nobody could live up to but Jesus blotting out the handwriting of ordinances against us which was contrary to us took it out of the way nailing it to his cross and having spoiled that word spoiled there means to take away having spoiled principalities and Powers he made a show of them openly triumphing over them in it can I tell you we are a walking testimony that God has the ability to pull us out of darkness and pull us into The Marvelous Light because of the victory given to us as Sons and Daughters of God because of the victory given to us of Sons and Daughters of God listen to this because of the victory given to us at Calvary serpent you're already cursed on your belly you'll go and that serpent might have walked into that Garden but that serpent slivered out of that garden and serpents no longer walked they Slither and their diet is dust but that ultimate victory that ultimate crushing of the head was a spiritual one and that happened about 2 000 years ago when God became a man and God gave his life at Calvary and destroyed not most of the works of the devil but all of the works of the devil and now tonight church I feel as strongly about this as I do missions giving because of the victory given to us as Sons and Daughters let me tell you here's how we roll now here's how we roll now Mark 16 15 and he said unto them go into all the world and preach the gospel to Every Creature he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved he that believeth not shall be damned here's how we go now and these signs shall follow them that believe I wish somebody would say that's me I wish somebody said that's me and these Sons shall follow them that believe in my name shall they cast out Devils they shall speak with new tongues they shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover can I tell you tonight it's time that you and I take our rightful place and go before our God and say God I've got an adversary and I need you to punish my adversary I need you to punish my adversary it is not God's will that God's people are living with fear it is not God's will that God's people are living with anxiety it's not God's will that we live this way we need to go before our judge and say avenge me of my adversary eventually Luke chapter 10 19 Luke chapter 10 verse 19 Jesus said behold I give unto you power to tread on serpents and on scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you we live on the higher ground but wait a minute remember there was something about the Widow she was a persistent Widow incessant Widow she comes to a judge that doesn't care day after day opened up the courtroom and in the evening when the sun was setting she was the last one to stand there with one simple request avenge me of my adversary punish my adversary the Bible says when God when Jesus gave the interpretation of the parable that he said hear what the unjust judge said listen to this man that regardeth not God feareth not God and has no regard for man listen to what he says he says although I fear not God and I have no respect for man she troubles me she's wearing on me I'm just going to go ahead and avenge her I'm going to go ahead and punish her adversary I'm going to go ahead and knock on his door I'm going to go ahead and knock on his door and when I get through with that adversary he's going to think twice of coming to my house coming to her house and bothering her I don't know matter of fact why don't you just mute me for a minute give me give me thumbs up when you mute me because I'm gonna tell something that I don't I don't want to go out and it'll sell a lot a lot of folks who gets phone calls right now like what's he saying right she said put you give me the thumbs up if I muted I want to protect I want to protect that you know the thing is I don't think that we've really got serious enough in prayer to let God know that he needs to send some angels it's time that we need to give fear a good beating I am tired of anxiety and fear and all this pepper and things down on me it's just time God will you avenge me of my adversary will you avenge me of my adversary come on am I the only one here tonight how many of you you've got an adversary he lies on you he tries to tell you you're no good he tries to tell you it's the end he tries to tell you there is no God it's time waiting listen don't try to go to him on your own you need to go to God in prayer and say God avenge me avenge me avenge me come on right now lift up your hands God avenge me God avenge me I'm not rebuking the devil I'm not talking to the devil right now I'm talking to the one that can avenge me of my adversary God avenge me God avenge me God avenge me sister Carpenter why don't you go ahead and take sister Vera and you you go be getting ready to baptize I'll be seated for a moment but remember the story was the widow woman persistent huh well she persistent incessant wasn't she continuing day and night crying what was she crying how many times is she doing it huh day and night right day and night no wonder first Thessalonians 5 17 three simple words pray without ceasing no wonder Romans 12 12 rejoicing in Hope patient and tribulation continuing instant in prayer no wonder Ephesians 6 18 praying always with all prayer no wonder Colossians 4 and 2 continue in prayer folks if the job didn't get done today keep going to God keep going to God if it didn't get done today imagine me of my adversary now listen to me now listen to me now the end of time will be marked the end of time will be marked by Luke 21 26 Luke chapter 21 verse number 6 26 the end of time will be marked by this Jesus is speaking in the end of time Luke 21 26. he said this is what it's going to look like men's hearts failing them for fear and for looking after those things which are coming on the Earth for the powers of Heaven shall be shaken Jesus said in the end of time fear is going to be the tool that Satan uses in order for him to strike fear in my heart he has to First Strike fear in my mind he has to put it in a thought he has to paint a picture of something that's going to happen I have to start thinking about it and the more I think about it the more it drips down into my heart and the more it drips down into my soul until I become a believer that is filled with fear but not me I've got a judge that hears prayer I've got a judge that'll answer and second Corinthians second Corinthians chapter 10 and verse number three oh praise the Lamb of God second Corinthians 10 verse 3 for though we walk in the flesh we do not war after the flesh for the weapons of our Warfare are not carnal But Mighty through God Mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds casting down imaginations and ever a high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to The Obedience of Christ oh my friend I'm telling you it's time to give anxiety a good beating it's time to give fear a good beating it's time to give all these things you're not going down you're going up if the devil tells you you're lost you ought to get out in the island shout because you're right with God Hallelujah this is the message of the hour you may be seated but did you remember did you remember what Jesus ended the Parable with he said although I will avenge them speedily do you remember the last verse but when the son of man cometh shall he find faith on this Earth you know what he's saying he's saying I know I'm going to answer them speedily I know I'm opposite of the unjust judge but when I come again in the sky when I come again in the rapture will my church be a persistent Church will it be an incessant Church would it be a church that continually comes before me with one prayer and one prayer only avenge me of my adversary I'm tired of having no joy I'm tired of having no dance I'm tired of having no praise I'm tired of what the enemy has been dishing out it's time let me end this tonight let me end this tonight let me take you back to First Peter chapter 5 verse number seven for a moment casting all your cares upon Him free care for you be sober Vigilant because your adversary come somebody help me now your adversary who is he the devil as a what is the devil roaring do you know that a devil has to you do you know that a lion and I hope you get I hope you get this the way I got this because I'm telling you something I just about ran out the front door of my house and ran around the block shouting Glory Glory Glory but Hallelujah now I know this is this is it's not real deep okay you ready for it do you know the only way for a lion to Roar is for his mouth to be open so what do you think will shut his mouth well let's go to an Old Testament there was a man there by the name of Daniel that prayed three times a day and as a matter of fact it's a testimony from hell that prayer is powerful because they did not address Daniel's diet they didn't say oh King if somebody doesn't eat this for the next 30 days let him be thrown to the Lion's Den they said if a man prays for the next 30 days let him be thrown into the lion's den I think there's a connection here but the Bible said when Daniel heard that the decree had been signed he went back and opened up his window toward Jerusalem and prayed as he had done a fourth time they came and they found him praying and they said we gonna feed you to the Lions again another deep subject a lion can't eat unless a lion can open his mouth and they took Odin you maybe see them about to run around this I'm about to run around the block right now I I I know this might not be deep but I just about took a lap around the house today he said he said Daniel the king did the Heathen Pagan King looked at him right before they threw him in the Lion's Den and the Heathen King said these words o Daniel the god that you serve is able to save you can I tell you prayer is such a powerful thing that Heathen people will even look at the church and say I know you're going through it right now but y'all gonna make it even pagans even Heathen even people that don't know God are saying ah no you're gonna make it I know there's something about you're going to make it you're gonna make it staying with me tonight brother Perry hey Chuck O'Daniel and they throwed him in the Lion's Den and the King spent the rest of the night Walking the Floor and early the next morning early the next morning sister tell me early the next morning the Old King went down and they took the stone away from the Lion's Den and the old king with a Lambda voice he says a Lambda Memorial oh is your god able to save you and from the from the Lion's Den came a vibrant voice oh King live forever how are you still alive God sent his Angel and shocked the lion's mouth come on come on are you ready to pray one more time are you ready to ask God one more time are you ready to get up around the altar one more time avenge avenge avenge ideas I don't care how much chaos I'm going through one more are you ready to come one more time are you ready to come one more time are you ready to bring your sickness one more time to an altar are you ready to bring your situation there's one I wonder if there's anybody else is there anybody else that'll say one more time of injury of injury avenge me avenge me Shut the mouth of that lion punish that lion if you only knew what I was going to be After the Storm you would not even bothered me avenge me of my adversary turn it around hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah that's gonna avenge me of my adversary but Paul couldn't leave it alone Paul couldn't leave it alone Paul had to tell a Roman Church Paul had to tell a church that was in the city of Rome that church was in the same political Vice that we're in but Paul couldn't leave the Romans alone he told the church in Romans chapter 16 and verse 20. he told this church that had a wicked government he told this
