if you have your Bibles and would join me the Book of Revelation chapter number one 1 begin reading at verse number 12 as you're looking for that passage of scripture Revelation 1 and 12 I want to say to everyone thank you so much thank you so much for being in the house of the Lord tonight each and every one of you thank you for coming to the house of God tonight and um always Joy is my heart see people come into the house of the Lord and I thank you tonight I want you to know and I don't know how this will come across but this is such a loving place this is such a loving place and there's such love of God here among the people that if I ever lost out with God I'd want to lose out with God from this church and I'll tell you why it's so full of love somebody would come get me somebody would come get me so full of love Apostolic people Apostolic people are loving people contrary to what some may want to say about us we are not judgmental people we don't judge people based on the color we don't we don't judge people based on the clothes they have or it have not we don't look at people we don't look at people and judge them we're glad they're in the house of God with us we want them to come on the journey with us and help us serve God so we're not we're not a judgmental people at all we're a loving people and um because of that because we have great love from God and love for one another no one when a lot of churches have stopped having church on Sunday evening because quite honestly the the reason they'll give is nobody was showing up nobody was showing up but because we have such love for God and such love for one another and such love for Humanity this house is practically filled tonight and uh I thank you and I love you I love you dearly tonight I do want to say one one other thing thing brother Hammond had a scheduling a scheduling malfunction now let me tell you what happened to him um unbeknown to him he got asked to preach a a missions rally out in New Mexico and he agreed to do that on a Sunday when he didn't realize that he had agreed to do a um a spring youth Revival for the brother Garnett's Church which was this Sunday and he was all Le and and Pastor I'm missing two Sundays in a row but you know something we we don't like that but yet how many of us have been blessed by Brother Hammond's preaching come on have you really been blessed by his preaching so if we have been blessed by his preaching sometimes we have to share our blessings all right so we've been we've been sharing our blessing all right let's read and I turned to see the voice that spake with me being turned I saw seven golden candlesticks and in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like the son of man clothed with a garment down to the foot G about the PS with a go golden girdle his head and his hair were white like wool as white as snow and his eyes were as a flame of fire and his feet likened to fine brass as if they had burned in a furnace and his voice ases a sound of many Waters he had in his right hand Seven Stars and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword his countenance was like was as the sun shineth in his strength when I saw him I fell at his feet as dead he laid his right hand upon me saying unto me fear not I am the first and the last I am he that liveth and was dead and behold I am alive forever more amen and have the keys of hell and of death write the things which thou H has seen the things which are and the things which shall be Hereafter The Mystery of the seven stor Stars which thou sawest in my right hand and the Seven golden candlesticks the Seven Stars are the Angels of the seven churches the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches tonight for a few moments I'd like to continue to preach I would like to continue to preach to you this evening the greatest separation part two father I come before you tonight I ask you to so once again anoint your servants lips that I may speak the word of God to your people Lord these people tonight that have come and for the better part Lord of an hour we have given praise to your name we have given Lord of our finances and we have discussed ways to bring souls in on Resurrection Sunday Lord Jesus tonight would you just capture our hearts and our minds touch both The Young and the old tonight inpire ire us God to live for you through the preaching of your word Jesus wonderful name we pray and everyone said amen you may be seated tonight just a little recap of this morning that we serve a loving God that has always kept something ever since he had to separate from man in the garden God has always kept something between himself and man that man could reach up and touch God and God could reach through and touch man we talked about it was sacrifice how that Abel and Noah and Abraham and Moses how they offered up sacrifices we talk this morning about God then moved from it being a sacrificial animal till it being a man and this man was called the high priest we went on and we discussed how this high priest was the one that went in the holiest of Hol one day out of the Year there he took the blood of the sacrifice and he put it on the mercy seat and there the sins were not taken away but there the sins were covered we spoke briefly about how that the high priest had to come out of the tribe of Levi and had to come out of the family of Aaron we talked about how over time the high priest began to grow cold and callous and methodical and and uh not relating to the worshipper as they were coming we spoke to you for a few moments about a mystery priest by the name of MDC and how that this priest ministered wine and wine and bread to Abraham we spoke that how that Jesus Christ being our great high priest Jesus Christ being our great high priest did not come out of the tribe of Levi that came out of the tribe of Judah because we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities and when you read that you got to understand that it's saying we do have a high priest which can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities who was tempted in all ways like as we are now imagine that tonight that our great high priest Jesus Christ faced every Temptation that you and I have faced or will ever face but the difference is it say as yet without sin but he was tempted that he could be a faithful and he could be a high priest we spoke to you and we ended and this is where I'll take back off tonight that currently Jesus is our great high priest in heaven he is walking in the midst of the church our scripture text tonight told us that John the Revelator on the aisle of patmas Saw symbolic things things such as seven candlesticks seven being the number of completion and a Candlestick being an instrument of light it was not the light the Candlestick was not the light it was the instrument of which light shine would shine through and how there was in the right hand of the Lord Jesus the glorified Christ there was in his right hand Seven Stars in his right hand we'll later find out we'll later find out that the seven candlesticks represent SE the seven churches or not just seven in number but seven in completion the entire church and one good thing about being involved in missions around the world you understand that the apostolic movement is far larger than what you've ever dreamed it being the apostolic movement is a worldwide movement it is a grow growing it is a growing movement it's on every continent it's in every country it's in every Province it's all over God's church is global amen it's a global Apostolic church so John saw the seven golden candlesticks and he saw first the seven golden candlesticks and then he saw the glorified Jesus Christ walking in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks what great comfort that gives us tonight to know that the Lord Jesus is here with us as you so beautifully Worship the Lord tonight and the choir so beautifully sang about his name can I tell you something he's walking in the midst of the church tonight he is walking in the midst of the church and then John saw the Seven Stars in his right hand and he said these are the Seven Angels or these are the seven seven Messengers these are the seven pastors the the seven leaders the seven leaders of the church and there he begin to speak to the churches he begin to correct those that needed to be corrected and I'm so glad that he can correct us you know why when he corrects us that's because he loves us a parent corrects a child because that parent loves that child not because that parent wants to inflict pain upon that child that parent wants to to correct that child so that the behavior becomes that which will be a blessing to their life and so there's times that the Lord in the midst of the church speaking through the messengers that are in his right hand and I want to be somewhere I want to be in his I want to be in his right hand amen as a matter of fact just a little typology here when John saw the glorified Christ he fell on his face as dead but the glorified Christ reach him reach down with his right hand now if he's got his right hand and he's got the messengers in his right hand he reached down and he touched John with his right hand and he said these words to John fear not there's a commandment there's a there's a word in the Bible that's given to us over and over and over again fear not fear not fear not fear not it's just all through your Bible from Genesis to Revelation fear not fear not I'm thankful tonight that God has the ministry in his right hand and when I begin to fear the things that I see around me I can come to the house of God and I can begin to hear somebody preach the word of God when I fall flat of my face I'm glad there's a word of God that's going to come and touch me and going to raise me up could you give him a hand of Praise right now so John John sees the glor ifed Christ now let me stop here for a moment and let me tell you that in Exodus chapter 19 and verse number six in the Old Testament this was God this was God's ultimate plan this was God's ultimate plan in Exodus chapter 19 and verse number six being freshly brought out of Egypt he says to Moses and ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests a holy nation these are The Words which Thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel now isn't it interesting here that he tells Moses I want you to tell the entire nation of Israel I want you to tell all 12 tribes that I am going to make them I am going to make them a kingdom of priests now stay with me for a moment I'm going to make them a kingdom of priests what is that going to mean I'm going to make you a people among all the people of the world but you're going to be a special people A peculiar people an unusual people but you're going to be the people that I'm going to use be to be between me and a lost world I'm going to put a nation between us and that nation is going to be a kingdom of priests and that nation is going to be the medium of which a world can reach to that nation and touch me or I can reach through that Nation and touch them and so he says you will be unto me a kingdom of priests but he has instructions for the kingdom of priest he has he needs to educate these people so in Exodus chapter 34 in verse number one he begins to educate these future priests the nation he says for Thou shalt worship no other God no other God for the Lord whose name is jealous is a jealous God lest thou make a covenant with the inh AB habitants of the land and they go a whoring after their gods and do sacrifice unto their gods and one call thee and thou eat of his sacrifice and thou take of their daughters and of the unto thy sons and their daughters go a whoring after their gods and make thy Sons go a whoring after the their gods now here's what he begins to say you're going to be a kingdom of priests but you're not to mingle with the world you're not to worship ship their gods you're not to get among their gods as a matter of fact you're not even to allow your sons to marry their daughters or their daughters to marry your sons why because they would have a tendency to turn their hearts from the one true and living God can I just tell you tonight God doesn't allow any parttime priest we're either Allin or we're not in at all we're either sold out to him totally in love with him or we're not at all he doesn't allow boyfriends and girlfriends God is not going to allow you to be his girlfriend or his boyfriend he is engaged to you he is going to marry you he wants not most of your love he wants all of your love why it's his will that the church be the vehicle through which God can reach a world and a world can reach God there's no part-time priest the Book of Judges chapter 2 tells a sad story Judges chapter 2 and verse number 16 nevertheless the Lord raised up judges which delivered them out of the hand of those that spoiled them you see Israel began the roller coaster ride the roller coaster ride was this in the midst of prosperity ity they would forget God they would go whing after other gods or put God second in their life God would raise up adversaries that would come in and they would begin to fight with Israel and put them into captivity when Israel would be at a low point in captivity Israel would cry back out to God God would bring them back out and they were just like a Perpetual roller coaster up and down and God would still send them prophets and judges but look at verse 17 and yet they would not hearken under their their judges but they went a whing after other gods and bowed themselves unto them isn't it amazing how people can give strength and enthusiasm to other things other than God I've never heard anybody that was a sports fanatic say well that's just not you know I I just don't do that that that that's just not me but but but can I tell you tonight can can I tell you tonight when God gets a hold of your heart he gets a hold of your emotions I'm not saying that we can't shout when they make a touchdown over here at nean Stadium but if you can't shout when we begin to sing about The Old Rugged Cross if you can't shout when we begin to talk about the name of Jesus and how powerful the name of Jesus I want to submit to you you've done went whoring after other gods and yet they would not hearken under their judges but they went a whoring after other gods and bowed themselves unto them look at that emotion they turned quickly out of their way which their fathers walked in obeying the Commandments of the Lord but they did not so so here God's got a kingdom I want to make you priest I want to I want to make you I want to make you people that a world can touch touch and that you can touch a world but they begin they begin to become like the world they begin to mingle with the world they begin to mingle yet they never denied the Tabernacle they never walked away from the Tabernacle they never deny Jehovah God they just begin to mingle they just begin to mingle among the world Zephaniah 1 verse number 8 tells us a little bit about the mingling and we kind of have this and even in our culture today where the church is at in 2025 we still battle this today look at it in Zephaniah chapter 1 verse number8 and it shall come to pass in the day in the day of the Lord's sacrifice that I will punish the princes and the King's children and all such as are clothed with strange apparel and don't tell me that God doesn't care what you wear because here God is talking to Israel and he says you've been mingling among false gods you've been mingling around the wrong people and you're not only acting like the wrong people behold you have started dressing like the wrong people he said I'm going to come with vengeance let me let me tell you another translation of that it says it like this on that day of judgment says the Lord I will punish the leaders and the princes of Judah and all those that follow Pagan Customs can I tell you tonight it is not the world that should be influencing the church it is the church that should be influencing the world can I tell you we got some of that going on Even in our own house tonight well how do you know I can look at some of you I can look at some of you how you dress how you act and I can look at you and know the world has got more influence on you than the Church of the Living God you are more concerned with what people think about you than what God thinks about you but I've come to sound the alarm tonight we are a priesthood we are a priesthood somebody help me to preach tonight strange apparel strange clothing strange apparel worldly clothing I'm so tired of seeing a woman's dress on a baldheaded mannequin so what you mean our culture our culture is trying to tell us there's no difference between a male and a female and our culture slowly trying to mix things up and you you you go where's the men's section you you go to some of these woke department stores and where's the men's section well it's it's unic clothing well I'm on a you to get out of here is what I'm what what I what I'm going to do because that didn't come out of the word of God the word of God says in Deuteronomy 22:5 that a woman shall not wear that that pertaineth to a man now God said that a woman shouldn't wear what a man wears then a man shouldn't wear what a why why you preaching like this tonight we we are a priesthood in this city oh if you believe it I wish you'd clap your hands aen you got delivered from Egypt didn't you aen you got a good family don't you achen you got a wife and kids and prosperity but watch where ain's going to mess up Joshua 7 verse number 20 and achen answered Joshua and said indeed I have sinned against the Lord God of Israel and thus and thus have I done what did you do aen what did you do Judgment of God is about to fall on you the Judgment of God is about to fall on you here's what I did Joshua here's what I did Pastor when I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonian F garment and 200 shekels of silver and a wedge of gold of 50 shekels weight then I coveted them and I took them and behold they are HID in the earth in the midst of my tent and the silver under it oh brother achen when you were walking through the runs of Jericho and you look down and saw a babylonish garment a Babylon don't tell me clothes don't matter because the Bible speaks of strange apparel and the Bible speaks of babylonius garment but the Bible also speaks of holy garments achen get a hold of yourself do you realize that if you take this babylonius garment that it's going to lead to your death the death of your wife and the death of all of your children and it all started with a babylonish garment we are a priesthood in Maryville Tennessee it is never the will of God for us to start worshiping like mingling with dressing like talking like and working worshiping like the world that is around us we are A peculiar people we are A peculiar treasure when they look at the Apostolic Church they're going to say there's something different about them people there there's something different about them 1 Timothy Chapter 2 and verse 9 in like manner also that women Adorn themselves in modest apparel I'm going to tell you I'm not just going to pick on the women tonight but not only should the women Adorn themselves in modest perel the men ought to Adorn themselves in modest perel also our clothing should identify whether we're a male or female and our clothing should also identify our modesty clothing should identify you're a female but it also ought to identify that you're a modest female it's word of God can I tell every unmarried woman in this place tonight do not decorate your body like a piece of meat at the meat market for people to come by and say oh I I want I want that right there you Adorn your body with modest apparel and you will attract a man that wants your heart and not your body you will attract a man that his passions are not stirred he loves you he loves to hear you talk he loves who you are come on young ladies Pastor's going to I preach to you tonight don't bow to this culture don't bow be proud to be Apostolic be proud to be an Apostolic young girl wear that dress with style and with class I love the story of a little Apostolic teenager in high school who was being made front of by other girls in the high school how what she wore and they found out that she was a virgin and they began to make fun of her because she was a virgin and she finally it had enough of it and she faced him off in the bathroom one day and she said this she said let me tell you something at any moment on any Friday night I can go and become just like you but you will never in a million years ever become just like me I'm not being judgmental tonight I just want to preach to every Apostolic young lady here tonight that feels the heavy hot breath of a culture that wants to scorn you I want you to lift your head up high because the people that matter that doesn't even know the Lord are looking at you saying I don't understand all their ways down there I don't understand the part about the godhead I don't understand the part about baptism I don't understand the part about tongues but you got to look at them there is something different about these people there's no part-time priest can I correct something tonight can I correct something we do not dress to show a world who we are we dress the way that we dress to keep us REM minded of who we are anything I do anything you see right here from my haircut to pants down to my ankles anything I do is to remind me of who I am and who I am I never do anything to walk down and be judgmental and look at the world and say look what a nice haircut I got look at how messed up you are that's not the reason I do and that's not the reason our women do what they do we dress the way we dress to keep us reminded of who we are powerful statement brother Mayo should we have a little scripture to back it up I believe that we should Numbers chapter 15 verse number 37 if you love love the message tonight say Amen if you don't don't say anything all right numbers 15:37 listen to this and the Lord spake unto Moses saying Speak unto the children of Israel and bid them make them bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their Generations that means let me tell you something let me stop right here cuz it's too good to pass up well Grandma used to do that well that was my grandma's Church why can't it be your church MMA mma's Mama's generation didn't have drug sniffing dogs at the high school Mama's generation never knew about a Sho a school shooting if Mama did this and it worked good for their culture why don't we just bring it back to our culture tonight if it work for Mama it'll work for us for God is no respect God said to Moses what I'm about to tell you I want it to go from generation to generation that they put upon The Fringe of the borders a ribbon of blue it shall be unto you for a fringe that you and I I could I could really pardon the pun but I'm going to tell you what when you're Apostolic you have a lot of fringe benefits and it shall be for a fringe that you may look that ye may look upon it and remember all the Commandments of the Lord and do them and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes after which you used to go a whing that you may remember and do all the Commandments and be holy unto the Lord your God I am the Lord your God which brought you out of the land of Egypt to be your God I am the Lord your God let me tell you what he's saying here he said I want you to take a ribbon of blue and I want you to sew it around the H the the The Fringe of your garment I want it to be a fringe there you're going to look different the heathens don't have a fringe of blue that they don't have what you got but you don't have that Fringe of blue on your garment so that you condemn the Heathen because anytime you start to walk and go somewhere you're going to be reminded of who you are every time your foot hits that gown and that blue ribbon comes out you're going to be reminded that you are a child of God don't dress the way that I dress to condemn the world no no no no no a thousand times no I dress the way I dress and you should dress the way you dress because God has no part-time priest and we got to be remembering who we are we live to reach a world we live to love God we live to be used of God there's no Greater Joy than to be a soul winner There's No Greater Joy than to have a long list of names that are invited to Sun Sunday school on Easter Sunday you'll be reminded of who you are said man that's I don't know about this church I know about this church go to a courtroom tomorrow and when the b gets up and he says all rise the honorable Chad Ericson priding you know you pretty well been to the courtroom a lot right the man coming out of that side corner sister Lee doesn't have Bermuda shorts on he doesn't have a bandan on he doesn't have sunglasses on he don't have a ball cap turned sideways and turn behind he doesn't have his underwear pulled up around his armpits and his pants are bagging what's he have on a ro because they want him to be distinguished as the judge in the courtroom you may be seated this who we are and if we ever lose sight of who we are we become no different than any other denomination in this city the Baptist are not the Methodist and the Methodist are not the Baptist and the Baptist are not the presan and the presan are not the Catholics we just become another title in this town but I didn't come here to be another title I came here to be the church I came here to be the church what a small price to pay to be the church what a small price to pay to be his people if you love it tonight I want you to give God a thunderous praise I want you to give God a worship tonight I'm glad to be the church a judge wears a robe a police officer wears a uniform a doctor wears a white clo coat a fireman has a uniform a nurse has a uniform flight attendants have uniforms Factory workers have uniforms why would we have all this and not think one thing about it years ago had no boy I'd get in a choir I'd get in the choir if it wasn't for that handbook yeah it ain't going away and by the sound about the sound of brother Erics about sound of brother Zach Hammond did you hear Nolan preach last Sunday night well I think they believe this thing more than I do that ought to be a comfort to you you don't know how many churches in America today in the apostolic movement that good Holiness people set in and they say we never believe that we would see this on our platform we never believe we would see this be being being paraded around aren't you thankful tonight that you are in a church and I'll just tell you right now I don't care what they're saying about me on the internet I don't care what group of reprobates are getting together and saying legalist legalist beat your keybard to death I am part of the Church of the Living God that's who I am I'm part of the Church of the Living God oh yes you know why I got to tell you something tonight I hear the sound of the abundance of rain there's going to be some of our prodal that have went out here and they're in charismatic churches but when they get cancer and when they need a prayer answered they're going to know where to come home to they're going to know where to come back to I'm glad my God have mercy I'm glad to be the church come on let the power of God move us right now come on if you're glad to be the church you're glad to be the church you may be seated lift your hands and give him praise right now Lord I love you I said I love you Lord this is the apostolic church because God used a sacrifice God used a high priest but now God's using a church judge wears a robe police officer wears a uniform oh well let me get back to my story with the guy with the Quiet handbook that that haircut business that he made a fatal mistake he got hired on at Alcoa and he want to come to Pastor W the blessings of the Lord said oh blessings of the Lord say do you know they're going to make you wear Steel Toad shoes you ain't showing up to work in flipflops either I'm I must be disconnected tonight they going to make you wear long pants you ain't showing up and be shorts ain't going to make you wear hard hat well so H me God I told him you better believe I told him I said they're going to make you wear a hard hat he said what what do you mean Pastor I said you wouldn't sign a chir handbook to sing for the Lord but you'll go here with the Alcoa and you'll say yes to everything they say oh but that's that's money I got to have a job I guess that's where we part ways here tonight your walk with God is more important to how much you make I'd rather work from minimum wage and be saved then work for $200 an hour and Lose My Soul because y'all got to help me tonight you got to help me tonight come on Maryville we haven't even stretched the surface we haven't even stretched the surface we're going to have to build a bigger Church we're going to have to P start thinking why we are the church I'm going to tell you this I'm going to tell you this oh my God I'm going to tell you this I'm going to let you be seated but can I tell you you talk about you talk about church growth can I tell you the churches that are growing in North America are not the compromising churches the churches that are growing in North America the churches that are growing in the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ the churches that are growing in the United Pentecostal Church the churches that are growing in the independent Apostolic movement are not the compromising churches they are the churches that are preaching Holiness they're growing and growing and growing and growing would you give him a deep worship right now woman you mean to tell me that you'll knowingly wear a tight skirt and a tight blouse to get the attention of a man but you won't wear a modest dress and a modest blouse to get the attention of the almighty God you're lost I said it you're lost you're lost when we don't love Holiness we don't love what God loves we're lost why would you want to go to heaven it's called a holy place place it's not called the compromise John didn't say and I John saw the compromising City coming out of Heaven Adorn like a harlot waiting for her pimp no that's not what he said he said I saw New Jerusalem descending Out of Heaven like a bride Adorn for her husband woo I feel the Lord here tonight hey I feel the Lord here tonight they don't do that in compromising churches they don't have this in compromising churches hey they may sing our same song they may have our same lights they may have our same smoke but they don't have our anointing there's an anointing that comes with Holiness I wish somebody just praise him right now praise him praise him I said praise him a judge wears a robe a police officer wears a uniform a doctor wears a white coat and the church we Adorn ourselves in modest apparel why Revelation 5 and9 musicians would you come re Revelation 5 and N Revelation 5 and9 and just in case there's any of you here tonight and you're thinking oh Lord we've got guests here tonight got guest here tonight can I tell you more guests come up to me email me reach out to me in the community and say thank you for preaching the truth but if this kind of preaching makes people say you know what I may not be obeying it but I appreciate you preaching it if it's making you nervous it's not making me nervous because I don't care how they dress I love them I don't care how they look I love them I don't care how short this is or short that is or long that is I love them and can I tell you something people outside this church feel the love Revelation 59 and they sung a new song saying Thou Art Worthy to take the book to open the SE the seals thereof for thou was slain listen to this closely church and Hast redeemed us to our God by our by thy blood Hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every Kindred here's a global Apostolic Church out of every Kindred and tongue and people and Nation get ready for verse 10 now and Hast made us unto our God Kings and Priests and we shall reign with him God says I tried to make Israel a kingom of priest but Israel mingled with the Philistines and the Hittites the Canaanites the my people went to their places of worship my people be to dumb down that I was the only true God they lost the ability to be a priest but I'll shed my blood I'll fill them with my spirit and I will make the church Kings and Priests and we shall reign on the earth 1 Peter 2 and9 why don't you stand with me right now 1 Peter 2 and9 Oh I Feel the Lord here I feel the Lord reaching for somebody tonight I feel the Lord I feel the Lord is someone has been slipping away you've not missed church you've not even missed your tithe and offering you're still doing that that you're dressing like you're talking like you're worshiping like The World God sent your pastor here to tell you tonight tonight sell out tonight see your true purpose in life see your true purpose you see money's not going to make you happy you can switch Partners as often as you want that new partner that you're going after is not going to make you happy because the only way you'll have Happiness is when you're sold out to him first Peter 2:9 but you are a chosen generation let me add First Apostolic Church a royal priesthood First Apostolic Church a holy nation First Apostolic Church A peculiar People First Apostolic Church why that ye should show forth the Praises of him who have called you out of darkness and in To His Marvelous Light God has placed us at 1331 William Blunt Drive In the year of 2025 to be a living testimony of the power of the almighty God put your hands like this tonight everybody put your hands like this you know what these are these are his hands these are his hands do like this tonight you know what this is that's his body he works today through your hands he works today through your body oh god there shouldn't
