is you're making your way back to your seats tonight they remain standing with me those that have my scriptures to put on the screen let me deviate just for a moment and have you go to The Book of Revelation chapter number six we'll begin reading at verse number one in just a moment praise God praise God surely the presence of the Lord is in this place And We Worship You almighty God we worship there's a tremendous word that we heard this morning from Brother Erickson pick up your bed carry your testimony I had a dream the other night I had a dream the other night and I battled telling you this dream because of the number one reason I don't want anybody to think more spiritually of your pastor I don't want to tell a dream and everybody think well I don't have dreams and blue Carpenter must be some Grand spiritual Pupa he must be something I'm not I'm just like you I prayed just like you I worship just like you it's just that God put me in the office of being a pastor so I tell this dream I don't want anybody to think I'm some great spiritual one but I had a dream in the dream that I had I like woke up and I was dreaming this dream and I was I was on a vessel a boat and I looked around at first I looked around at the vessel that we were on and I say we because I'll tell you that part in just a moment but I looked around at the vessel and you could tell that it had been set on fire you could tell that this vessel this floating vessel that we had we were on and went through war after War it was charcoaled it had burnt things around it and I looked behind me because I was on the what the bow of this boat and I looked behind me and I can't describe this to you but I saw you in my mind I knew who these people were it was the church that I've been allowed to Pastor please don't ask me after church tonight did you see me did you see me or didn't you see me all right all I know is that the people I saw was the church in the dream it was so vivid and so real so the vessel we were on I saw the you but I can't describe you but I saw you and then I looked over into the water and this is where the connection came it was the clearest water I'd ever seen in all of my life it was the clearest water that you could ever imagine and it dawned on me because I looked up and I saw other vessels and other men pastors and once again don't ask me to name the pastors I can't I can just tell you we were in a line of vessels and we were going down the River of Life and I looked up and I saw angels and again don't ask me to describe them I just know they were and as if honoring Us by a salute as we came into heaven and then it dawned on me Mighty God this is what it's going to be like this is what it's going to be like you see tonight Church the truth of the matter is we're going to a city where there is not a problem one there's not a burden one there's not a sickness one there's not a death one there's not the spirit of of expected disaster coming we're going to a city where the lamb is the light it is the Perfection of all Perfections you might be helpful tonight but understand you've heard the old phrase you can't get there from here can I tell you it will never be all right here if somehow you're believing a pie in the sky a myth that everything's gonna get all right down here you are sadly mistaken it's never going to get all right down here but oh I've got my eye on another city tonight I've got my eye on a Heavenly Jerusalem tonight as a pastor of this church I want to hear him say Well done as the pastor of this church I want the angels to salute us as we go by that come on praise him right now it's never going to be all right down here it's never going to be all right it was never intended to be all right down here Lord I worship you and I praise you Revelation chapter 6 and verse number one and I saw when the lamb opened one of the seals and I heard as it was a noise offender one of the four beasts coming and saying come and see and I saw and behold a white horse and he that set upon him had a bow and a crown was given unto him and he went forth conquering and to conquer and when he had opened the second seal I heard the second beast say come and see there went out another horse that was read power was given to him that sat there on to take peace from the earth and that they should kill one another and there was given unto him a great sword and when he had opened the third seal I heard the third the third Beast say come and see and I'll be held in low a black horse and he that set upon him had a pair of balances in his hand and I Heard a Voice in the midst and before me say a measure of wheat for a penny and three measures of barley for a penny see thou hurt not the oil and the wine when it opened the fourth seal I heard the voice of the fourth Beast say come and see and I looked and beheld a Pale Horse and his name and and and and his name that said on him was death and Hell Followed after him power was given unto unto them over the fourth part of the earth to kill with sword and with hunger and with death and with beast of the Earth and when he had opened the fifth seal I saw under the altar The Souls of them that were slain for the word of God and for the testimony in which they held and they cried with a loud boy saying how long O Lord holy and true Dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the Earth and white robes were given unto every one of them and it was said unto them that they should rest for a little season until their fellow servants also in their Brethren that should be killed as they were should be fulfilled and I beheld when he had opened the Sixth Seal and low there was a great earthquake and the sun became black a sackcloth of hair the moon became his blood the stars of Heaven fell upon the Earth even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs when she is shaken of A Mighty Wind and the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together and every mountain and Island were moved out of their places the kings of the earth and the great men and the rich men the chief captains the Mighty Men And every bondman and every Freeman hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains and said to the mountains and rocks fall on us and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne and from the Wrath of the Lamb for the great day of his wrath is come and who shall abide who shall be able who shall be able to stand put your Bible down and pray with me tonight Lord I know that you're coming soon for your bride I know God that we are we your people Lord your bride that has your name and is filled with your spirit your bride Lord that's doing everything we can to live for you and to serve you and to witness for you and to work for you Lord this unusual Bride on this Earth that's gathered all around the globe today to worship you Lord Jesus tonight would you touch us and if there's any Among Us that have not yet been baptized in your name or feel with your spirit God at the conclusion of this message tonight pour out your spirit just as you did on the day of Pentecost Lord I want to be ready to hear you say welcome in I thank you Lord and I Praise You In Jesus name we pray could we give him a hand to praise right now come on give him a great hand of praise be seated with me tonight I want to read a couple of scriptures before we get into explaining the seals in Revelation chapter 1 and verse number 3 it simply says this blessed is he that readeth and they that hear the words of this prophecy and keep those things which are written therein for the time is at hand tonight we have been given to us a special blessing because we are reading out of this book the revelation of Jesus Christ it was a third verse in this book that God attached a special blessing to a people a congregation that would read and keep the words of this prophecy a special a special blessing is upon us tonight because of what we are discussing then in the last chapter of the Book of Revelation just about at the end just like Revelation 1 and 3 is that the is just about at the very beginning at the very beginning of the book of Revelation chapter 3 is a scripture that puts a special blessing upon people that will read from this book and that will keep the sayings of this book and this prophecy what was written in the Book of Revelation is so important that at the close of it one of the last things that was said in Revelation chapter 22 and verse number 18 and 19. for I testify to every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book If any man shall add unto these things God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book If any man shall take away from the words of the prophecy of the words of the book of this prophecy God shall take away his part out of the book of life out of the holy city and from the things which are written in this book look how important it is verse 3 of chapter 1 he says I am placing a special blessing upon the congregation that will read from this book I am placing a special blessing upon a congregation that will have its mind on the most important thing and that is my coming and then he closes this book by putting such a warning he says I testify of the prophecy of the words of this book if anyone would add unto these things you're going to add to this book God said I'm going to add the plagues that are along this book God said if you'd ever take away from this book he said I'll go ahead and take your part out of The Book of Life out of the holy city and from the things that are written in this book I don't know about you but I just want this book tonight I just want this book tonight there's no greater Prosperity that you can enjoy than the soul that you have to prosper I began to read I began to read chapters three chapter four of Revelation it's kind of it's kind of broken up it's kind of broken up into several different it's broken up into several different things if you would put Revelation chapter 1 and verse 19 on the screen for me for a moment it's just something that we need to see as we understand this book Revelation chapter 1 and verse number 19. listen to God speak to John about this book he says to John write the things which thou has seen come what have you seen John thus far I have seen the glorified Jesus Christ I heard a voice behind me as a trumpet of many Waters I turned and I see and I heard him say I'm Alpha I'm Omega I'm the beginning and the end I'm him that was dead but behold I'm Alive forevermore I saw the Risen glorified Lamb of God Jesus Christ comma he said John write what you have seen and then he said in the things which are the things which are comma or the things that we find in chapters two and three the things which are were the church the seven Church Ages was the church age in its completion things which are or the church but then he says in verse 19 and the things which shall be hereafter I want you to write up three things in this book what you have seen chapter one The glorified Lamb of God chapters two and three the church the things which are currently and then from chapter 4 on the things which shall be which shall be hereafter so as I begin to study my Bible for preparation we understand that when the church is raptured the bride is raptured that at the moment that we leave this earth that a clock begins to tick of a seven year tribulation period so why not start with the revealing of the seals the book that has seven seals and as each seal is broken tribulation comes in or tribulation starts its process why not just go from Chapter 3 of the ending of the church and go right in to chapter six it's intriguing chapters 4 and chapters 5. chapter 4 and verse number one simply says after this I look after what after the church was completed after this I looked and behold a door was opened in heaven and the first voice which I heard was as it was a trumpet talking with me which said come up hither and I will show thee things which must be hereafter and immediately I was in the spirit and behold a throne was set in heaven and one on the earth now I want you to see this with me tonight 14 times in the fourth chapter attention is brought to the throne of God 14 times the writer is directed to look to the throne as a matter of fact in the entire Book of Revelation the word throne is only used 46 times 14 46. 14 of the 46. is in chapter 14. or chapter 4 alone immediately I was in the spirit that's another thing in chapter 4 that we understand John John was in the spirit John was in spirit the Bible says Not only was John in the spirit here in chapter 4. but John tells us early in chapter one we hear this from small children growing up in the Apostolic Church John said I was in the spirit on the Lord's Day matter of fact there's four times in the Book of Revelation that John will note that he is in the spirit he begins in chapter one by simply saying this Revelation happened to me because I was in I was in the spirit you know there is a great deal we hear a lot of preaching don't we about being involved in the work of God we hear a lot of we hear a lot of scripture talking about you need to get involved in the work of God Church or we hear a lot of scripture we need to be witnessing Church but do we really hear a lot of scripture that before we ever work for God and certainly before we ever try to witness for him you need to know how to worship Him because if you don't know how to worship Him you really can't work for him if you really don't know how to worship Him you really don't know how to present him so John says we need to start this all out by simply saying I was in the spirit church we must know how to worship him we cannot become Church attenders only church attenders only become Church Pretenders I don't want to be a church Pretender I want to be a person that attends church but not just attend church I want to be a worshiper when I get here into the house of God because there are some things you in God you will never see unless you are a worshiper there's some things in God there's Holiness things you'll never see there's spiritual matters you'll never see until you become a worshiper this is the explanation when people simply say I just don't see it that way don't be surprised see if they're a worshiper because people that don't worship cannot see and comprehend spiritual things we must be worship Jesus said they that worship me must worship me in spirit and in truth I want to tell you one reason I think people fight worship is because they don't have a clear Revelation that God truly is in control God truly is in control God truly is in control he said when women look at how the world is right now don't don't be misled by how the world is acting because the world one day will give an account to the God who is on the throne he will give we will give an account to the God we're just doing everything we do what we we do what we will right now but there's coming a day that God's kingdom thrown Will Rule and Reign I want you to follow this with me as I go through chapter four verse two again immediately I was in the spirit and behold the throne was set in heaven and one set on the throne and he that set was to look upon as a Jasper and a sardine stone that's a clear that's a clear reflection and a red reflection and there was a rainbow round about the throne and the sight likened to an emerald there was a full circle rainbow there a full circle rainbow and God wants a rainbow to represent his throne because a rainbow represents it God keeps his word we understand I know what this crazy world has done to the rainbow but let me tell you what God intended the rainbow to stand for what God intended the rainbow to stand for God didn't intend the rainbow to stand for perversion God intended for the rainbow to stand I'm a God of my word and if I tell you that the world will not be destroyed Again by a flood I want you to have confidence in my word somebody give him a praise right now verse 4. round about The Throne were 20 and four seats and of all the seats I saw four 20 or excuse me Four and Twenty Elders sitting clove and white Raymond they had on their heads crowns of gold and once you understand Daniel saw 24 empty chairs around the throne Daniel saw him in his book and they were empty but John sees them now and they're full now it is my belief that these 12 elders represent both the Old Testament 12 tribes and the New Testament 12 Apostles of the Lamb both of them performed their jobs both of them did what God wanted them to perform and there they are seated they are seated around the throne 24 of them 12 from the Old Testament 12 from the New Testament they have white raiment which represents righteousness and they had on their heads crowns of gold please understand when we talk about God's Crown Jesus Crown it's a different word it represents deity but here this Crown in a Greek word represents a reward it's something that they live for and something that they received as a reward out of the throne proceeded Lightnings and thunderings and voices and there were seven lamps of fire burning Before the Throne which are the seven which are the seven spirits of God seven spirits of God are the seven attributes of the spirit of God when we talk about the spirit of God as a blanket if you go ahead if you would give me very quickly on the screen Isaiah chapter 11 and verses 1 and 2 Isaiah 11 verses 1 and 2 although there's only one spirit of God there are seven different attributes of that spirit and just determining on what you need determining on what you need you can draw from that one spirit of God Isaiah prophesied and said there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse and a branch shall grow out of his roots and the count them with me now and the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him and the spirit of wisdom and understanding and counsel and my the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord that seven different Spirits not seven different spirits but seven different attributes and I want you to know that sometimes I just need God in my life I need the power of deity to be in my life there's other times I need to make decisions I need the spirit of wisdom and I need the spirit of knowledge and I need the spirit of understanding and I'll tell you what we all need it's the foundation for living for God we need a good baptism of the fear of the Lord we're going to give an account for our lives how we live how we act what we do we're going to stand before God we need to have a reverential fear of God tonight and the fear of the Lord Before the Throne were seven spirits the seven spirits of God Before the Throne verse 5 verse 6. of chapter four Before the Throne there was a sea of glass like into crystal in the midst of the throne round about The Throne were four beasts full of eyes before and behind the first Beast was like a lion the second beast like a calf the third Beast had the face of a man and the fourth Beast was like a flying eagle these creatures these Angelic creatures that are beings of God created by God created to represent an aspect of God created to represent a characteristic of God can I tell you that God is a ferocious lion when it comes to sin if there's if there's a sin in your life that you want God to help you with turn it over to the lion of the tribe of Judah When sin has torn you up turn it over to Jesus Christ and let the lion of the tribe of Judah get a hold of him the second the second is as is like a calf it's a bearing instrument it's a burden bear instrument God can bear our burdens The Thirst the third Beast excuse me had the face of a man that's the face of compassion what a God we serve it's only because his compassions that we are not consumed great he is his faithfulness for his Mercy is renewed every day of Our Lives his Mercy is fresh you better thank you God he's a god of compassion you better thank you God your neighbor is not your God because if your neighbors was your God he would have already Zapped you a long time ago but we serve a God that has tender loving compassion and a flying eagle that deity that flying eagle that Overcomer that Overcomer I read the other day I read the other day of a crow of a crow and small pesky birds that are allowed to light on the back of a mighty eagle had a picture of a crow and that Crow had lighted on the back of an eagle that eagle did not Shake itself that eagle didn't do anything to try to tip that Crow from off its back the only thing that eagle did Brother Burkett was to fly higher and higher and higher and higher to a place where only the eagle can breathe and the crow loses oxygen and falls off the back of that eagle can I tell you tonight that if we will stay on the back of our flying eagle with all the Demonic forces of hell that try to distract us God is going to take us how higher and higher and higher Merced in the fourth Beast each of them had six wings about him and they were full of eyes Within and rest not rest not day and night saying holy holy holy Lord God Almighty which was and is and is to come then those beasts give glory and honor and thanks to him that set on the throne who liveth forever and ever wait a minute I'm seeing this now why we have chapter four because God is trying to tell you the power of his throne God has never been nervous God is never one moment if there's not a moment in eternity but God is never in eternity wondered if this was going to work out he is God and he is God alone but he says in chapter 4 I invite you into this throne room because things are going to get crazy confusing chaotic on the the Earth but I want you to know in heaven I am in full control oh I would like to preach to a weary child of God tonight that he is questioning why you're in a season that you're in I gotta tell you tonight your questioning will lead to your backsliding you just need to leave it to God get in the throne room tonight and begin to magnify and glorify him tonight if John can get in the spirit we can get in the spirit oh watch this in verse 9 with me and when those beasts give glory and honor and thanks to him that set on the throne who liveth forever and ever the Four and Twenty Elders fall down before him that set on the throne and worship him that liveth forever and ever and cast their crowns Before the Throne saying Thou Art Worthy O Lord to receive glory honor and power for thou has created all things and for thy pleasure they are and they were created the end of chapter of chapter chapter 4 chapter 4 is put there to help us understand when chapter 6 come to this Earth as a matter of fact he said well Miller Carpenter you're saying we're already gone and that is the truth but I'm preaching this tonight and teaching this tonight because we see the attributes of God if God is cool calm and collected and got everything in control in heaven during the tribulation how much more than right now in heaven is everything in a very calm State because there is worship going on in heaven and worship is that thing that simply says God is on the throne it'll help us all out tonight not to just focus upon our problems because boy don't we have truckloads of them to focus upon our dilemmas because man don't we have a lot of dilemmas things we can't figure out things we don't have the rhyme or the reason of why this happened or why this didn't happen but I've come to stand flat-footed until the church that I believe I'm going to lead into heaven to tell the church tonight I can't answer your problems I don't have the rhyme or the reason to why it's happened or not happened but I can tell you if we can worship God and get our mind upon the throne everything is going to be all right oh everything is going to be all right I want you to notice something with me tonight I want you to notice something with me tonight the creatures begin to worship and when the creatures begin to worship the Four and Twenty elders begin to worship worship in your family is contagious I wish we could see that worship is more powerful than coveted worship is more powerful than Kobe because worship has a breath that'll cost somebody else to worship worship has a breath that when it's breathed on you you can see somebody that has buried their son the last few months and I don't think Brendan Tommy know how much they mean to people here to see them back there and they would simply say oh brother Carver don't use this we're believing we're failing this test Tommy and Brenda you're not failing this test every time you walk into the house of God you are a witness of worship that God is on the throne you're a witness of worship that God is in control things are Haywire down here but every time I align myself with heaven I'm saying God you are on the throne God is the creator to every tree hugger every person that believes we're going to ask fault so much grass one day that we're going to the the the planet is gonna and and don't you know right now brother Carpenter don't you really kind of start believing and this global warming stuff because after all after all California's having snow storms they've never had after all the carpenter Los Angeles had a tornado the other day after all after all study your Bible the global warning the global warming message is only to explain why things such as earthquakes storms you know while the Bible says in Romans 6 that the whole creation growneth and travail not only are we groaning he Paul said we even grown because we're groaning for a change that is coming mortality to put on immortality but not only are we creatures of God this planet is a creation of God and this planet is groaning because there's coming a new Heaven and a new Earth where there will be righteousness let's don't fall prey till the global warming platform you're not going to ask about enough grass to knock it off balance you know why the god that said let there be light controls it with the power of His World oh somebody worship him tonight the sun's going to shine as long as God says the Sun is going to shine so chapter four 11 short verses God just simply says let me tell you and I am in control chapter 5 verse 1. and I saw in the right hand of him that said on the throne of book written and on the backside sealed with Seven Seals The Book of Revelation is a symbolic book it's not to be taken literally you cannot take chapter five literally if you knew you've got a lot of theological explaining to do what chapter 5 is as if you're seeing a drama play unfold before your eyes it is the drama the play of redemption Oh How He Loves Us and I saw in the right hand of him that set on the throne a book written written within and on the back side shield with Seven Seals I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice who is worthy to open the book and to loose the Seven Seals thereof no man in Heaven Nor in Earth nor under the Earth was able to open the book neither to look thereof one John said I witnessed it God had a plan for man God had a plan for man sealed up in a book with Seven Seals God had a plan for man but the heartbreaking wrenching thing about it no man was found worthy in Heaven Nor on the earth nor under the Earth no man was deemed worthy to and loose the seals and reveal the plan of God and I wept much because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book neither to look there on and one of the elders saith unto me weep not Behold The Lion of the tribe of Judah the root of David hath prevailed to open the book and to loose the Seven Seals thereof and I'll be held in low in the midst of the throne and in the midst of the four beasts and in the midst of the elders stood a lamb as it had been slain having seven horns and seven eyes which are the seven spirits of God sent forth into all the Earth this is not literal this is symbolic if you try to take this literal and people trying to prove plurality of the godhead will say one took the book from the right hand of the one on the throne that's two this is symbolic here surely if you're going to take it literally you don't believe that the second person has seven horns and seven eyes you don't believe that the the second person resembles a lamb that had been gutted and slain having seven horns and seven eyes which are the seven spirits of God sent forth into all the earth I can't help but tonight I'm doing no disrespect to the Bible That's freakish seven is the number of completion a horn is a symbol of power seven is the number of completion eyes is the symbol of knowledge and what God is saying he's not only a lamb slain Humanity he's also deity seven horns and seven eyes in him dwelleth the fullness of the godhead bodily he's given us the role of redemption as he comes no man Moses wasn't worthy Abraham wasn't worthy Isaiah or the prophets were unworthy that's why God became a man God became a man to give us his master plan you don't have to live a miserable life Jesus came that you might have life and that should not have it more abundantly you can't give yourself a better life I can't give you a better life but the Lamb of God Came To Give come on give him praise hallelujah hallelujah verse 7 he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that set on the throne and when he had taken the book before Beast and the Four and Twenty Elders fell down before the lamb having every one of them Harps and golden vials golden vials full of odors which were the prayers of the same now let me tell you what's missing with the elders in chapter 4 that they have in chapter five in chapter four they're worshiping God to create her God the Creator they're worshiping the Creator but in chapter 5 God has become the Redeemer creation alone ought to see ought to cause us to see he's a powerful God the very fact that he's a Creator ought to cause us to look at any minute pigment problems we may have and say God is able oh choir years ago used to sing a song God rides on the Water God rides on the flood ain't no power from Hell gonna stop the Mighty Wings Of Love can I tell you you nor I have any problem that's any match for our God only if we don't worship him if I don't see him as a Creator I'm going to see me eye to eye with Devils I can't face but if I can see him as a Creator I can see him as the Mighty God let me tell you what they have in chapter five they didn't have in chapter six chapter four they only worship because of his creation but chapter 5. they worship because of his Redemption and that's why in verse 8 when he had taken the book Redemption came the foreign the four beasts and the Four and Twenty Elders fell down before the lamb before the lamb every one of them and every one of them Harps having every one of them let me read it correctly having ever one of them harps and biles full of odors which are the prayers of the Saints can I tell you since Jesus has come he's put a song in my heart I got music now that Jesus I've got melody in my life now that Jesus has come in I've got a song of Praise I've got a song in the dungeon at the Midnight Hour I got a song that can bring me out he brought me out of the Maori clay he set my feet on the Rock to stay he put a song in my heart today a song of praise and they sung a new song saying Thou Art Worthy to take the book to loose the seals and thou Hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every Kindred tongue people and nation and has made us unto our God Kings and Priests and we shall reign on Earth and I beheld and heard the voice of many angels about the throne and the Beast and the elders and the number of them was Ten Thousand Times Ten thousands and thousands and thousands sang with a loud voice Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing and every creature that which is in heaven and on the earth under the Earth such as are in the sea and all that in them heard I sang blessing and honor and glory and power unto him that sitteth upon the throne and under the lamb for forever and ever and the four beasts said amen and the Four and Twenty Elders fell down and worshiped him that liveth forever and ever I have spent the majority of my message tonight on two chapters you're supposed to tell us about the seals tonight but I'm simply going to tell you about the seals very quickly tonight because the meat of seeing anything that God has is worship we don't worship to get our problems solved please you won't worship long if you only worship to get everything all right down here look at me tonight Church put your hand inside my heart it's not going to be all right down here that's pessimists that's not what I want to hear I want to hear I want to hear something of Victory and overcoming that's what I'm trying to tell you the ultimate Victory comes when the trumpet sounds are you ready are you in a relationship with Jesus Christ you want to know how you can know do you worship it's not a personality thing it's a God thing do you worship no wonder you can't see God if you don't worship I worship you because you're the Creator I worship you because you're almighty God I worship you because you created light I worship you because you created the earth I worship you because you're my redeemer you're my savior I oh come on tonight oh come on tonight oh mighty God oh mighty God Mighty God Mighty God Mighty God in the city in the city where the lamb is a light in the city where they're coming no night it's a mansion over there with a lamb is the light if this kind of preaching bores you I feel so sorry for you I do I don't want that to come across sarcastic from your pastor tonight that you're coming to church for the wrong thing If Heaven bores you you're coming to church for the wrong thing if this subject of the rapture causes you to we should talk about my marriage let me tell you something I believe I believe we have the number of dysfunctional marriages in Pentecost because we the pulpits have not adequately preached about worship we have we have we have simply got we
