turn with me in your bibles to the book of galatians chapter number one and verse number six galatians chapter one and verse number six just a brief history of the book of galatians paul is fighting the judaizers who were trying to add to the plan of salvation works of the law is trying to add to the plan of salvation the works of the law paul is battling this because there isn't anything that can render the church powerless like trying to add something man-made the church the gospel needs no additives ask ooza the presence of god doesn't need the hand of man so paul is fighting this and he says to the galatians i marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of christ unto another gospel would you say those last two words with me another gospel which is not another but there be some that trouble you and would pervert the gospel of christ but though we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you let him be accursed as we said before so say i now again if any man preach any other gospel unto you then then that you have received let him be accursed can i just poll the audience for a moment do we need any greek or hebrew here is everybody plain what paul is talking about in these verses i thought so for a few moments today i would like to minister on this subject when doctrine derails when doctrine derails father i praise you this morning jesus i thank you for your word it's our hope it's our anchor god in a world full of opinions your word is forever settled in heaven lord i ask you for the next few moments to allow me to do what you said proves my love for you you said if you love me you will feed my sheep lord anoint me for the next few moments that i will do just that that i will feed your sheep today we'll give you the praise and the honor for i truly love you and i truly need you in jesus name we pray amen give the word of the lord a hand before you're seated man that sounds good that sounds so good when doctrine derails according to the federa federal railroad administration there were more than 9 000 train derailments between 2010 and 2016. california during that same period had more than 440 train derailments 2016 alone there were 59 train derailments which was an improvement of 11 over the previous year in 2016 there were 787 lives lost in train derailment accident the number one the number one cause of death on the rails is track related issues track related issues cause trains to derail a train derailing can be as small as a broken whaled on one of the rails it can be a track interaction how the the the wheels on the train interact with the rails it can be that there's a buckle in the track it can be just small a little small minute issue with the rail and when the rail is not exactly correct it results in the train derailment and the loss of lives using the simple analogy of tracks in a train today we understand the importance of getting it right when it comes to the gospel we can't be almost right strong tower we can't be 99 we're just almost right when it comes to our salvation we cannot be almost right we've got to be exactly right some things you can build a house and live in that was almost right but you cannot allow your salvation to partake in anything less than 100 correct using the simple illustration of a train we understand that the lead train and now even the trains in the rear or the power trains they are the trains that have the engines there are the trains that have the power you'll find these two types of trains in the front either pulling or in the rear of the train either pushing all other cars are without engines disconnect those cars from the power cars and they were without any power at all the bible is full of different doctrines it's full of different doctrines and teachings but the power of the doctrine of healing the doctrine of the laying on of hands the doctrine of the fruit of the spirit the doctrine of the gifts of the spirit are all absolutely powerless unless they are connected to the correct biblical doctrine of god our power comes from god our power does not come from preaching unless preaching is connected to god i know this is very simple today and i may even insult what you dressed up to come out to church for but you hear me and hear me well this morning that if we ever accept less than a 100 biblical view of god we will find ourselves derailing there will be a derailment god is the engine god pulls us and pushes us no wonder jesus said and let us pray for those that are running the scriptures on the screen today i'm going to give you so much scripture and i have given you so much scripture brother tony that i probably owe you dinner after church today john 15 and 5. listen to jesus i am the vine and ye are the branches he that abideth in me and i in him the same bringeth forth much fruit for without me you can do say it nothing jeremiah 18 6 o house of israel cannot i do with you as this potter saith the lord behold as the clay is in the potter's hand so are ye in my hand o house of israel let's understand today that unless we are connected to god we can do nothing unless we are in the potter's hand i know you're in the potter's house but that's only half of it today the other half is are you in the potter's hand you see the clay doesn't have the power of his own to become a dish the clay of its own doesn't have the power to become a beautiful drinking vessel the power the pot the clay is nothing but a lifeless lump of nothing until it gets connected with the hand of the potter without me you can do nothing you don't find branches hanging in thin air not connected to a trunk you don't find fruit hanging on a limb that's suspended over nothing jesus said i am the vine and you are the branch the branch doesn't bring nourishment to the vine but the vine brings nourishment to the branch oh we need this god connection i hope by the end of the message today that you may understand why we are so fanatic brother rodriguez about telling people who jesus is you may understand maybe it may come to light i i'm beginning to see now why you all make such a big deal about the biblical 100 identity of jesus christ you see to start off with we must understand god and god is a spirit god is a ever present spirit an omnipresent spirit get out of your mind man-made descriptions of god god is not three persons god is not three persons he is not person number one person number two or person number three those are all statements that are man made and they have led to tremendous spiritual derailment what would this world be today if we were all one connected to god how would the landscape of our country look today if it wasn't sprinkled with different churches that are all saying different things about god well the bible says that god is a spirit jesus said in john 4 24 i just reckon jesus would be a pretty good teacher of who god is jesus said in john 4 24 god is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth now let's hear the description of what a spirit is a spirit is not a person jesus has resurrected from the dead they witnessed him dying on a cross but three days later he appears in their presence very much alive and in luke 24 37 when jesus appeared to them in luke 24 37 but they were terrified and frightened and supposed that they had seen a spirit they saw jesus walk in the room and they were terrified horrified afraid because they thought it was his spirit listen to jesus verse 38 and he said unto them why are ye troubled and why do thoughts arise in your hearts behold my hands and my feet that it is i myself handle me and see for a spirit hath not flesh and bones as ye see me have so jesus said god is a spirit and god does not have in his essence flesh and bones human thinking always is far less than what god is you see to preach the bible that god is an omnipresent ever-present spirit is far greater than saying god is made up of three persons it's hard greater in acts chapter 7 verse number 48 the apostles were preaching the mighty presence of god in acts 7 48 apostle said how be at the most high he's talking about god dwelleth not in temples made with hands i sayeth the prophet heaven is my throne earth is my footstool what house will you build me saith the lord or what is my place of rest they were so full of religion that they were building almighty god houses to live in why because humanly speaking they were trying to bring god down to something they could comprehend in acts chapter 17 and verse number 24 once again paul stood on mars hill mars hill was sprinkled with so many different idols idol gods idols made to all kind of gods many gods and i don't know what the committee got i don't know what the the committee had on their mind but somewhere on mars hill the committee got together and said you know we have got a god to this one and a god to that one and a god to the rain and the god to the wind and a god to the rivers but you know it may be possible that we have forgotten a god we have we have overlooked to god and so they had erected there an altar with this inscription to the unknown god isn't that amazing they said you know we just might have left one of the gods out well it was there where paul took his pulpit and in acts 4 17 and verse 24 listen to paul god that made the world in all things therein seeing that he is lord of heaven and earth dwelleth not in temples made with hands neither is worshiped with men's hands as though he needeth anything see if he giveth to all life and breath and all things and hath made of one blood all nations of men to dwell on all the face of the earth and had determined the times before appointed and the bounds of their habitation that they should seek the lord if haply that means by chance they may feel after him and find him though he be not far from every one of us listen to paul now talking about god for in him we live and move and have our being as certain also of your own point poets have said for we are his offspring paul got up there and said you've got it turned around you're up here painting statues you're up here building securing statues and you're causing god to appear that he needs something he says god doesn't need anything from you is a matter of fact it's turned around the the potter doesn't need anything from the clay and the the the the vine doesn't need anything from the branch but turned around can i tell you today i'm not here to prop god up i'm here to join god today god is god and and he doesn't need my help but he has given me and you an invitation to come and that ought to cause you to rejoice this morning that he's given us an invitation me joined to god doesn't make god special me join to god doesn't make god unique quite the opposite i'm average until i get joined to god and then god makes me above average i'm just ordinary until i get joined to god and then god that makes us extraordinary could you praise him with me this morning come on would you praise him lift up your voice let a little voice of praise at you're joined oh god i'm so glad i'm joined to you today oh through the spirit of god i'm so glad i'm joined to you today lord and look out hallelujah hallelujah god doesn't dwell in a puny temple listen to the psalmist in psalms 139 verse number 7 listen to the psalmist describe god psalms 139 verse 7 whether shall i go from thy spirit where could i get away from your spirit whether shall i flee from my presence if i ascend up into heaven that were there if i make my bed in hell behold thou art there if i take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost part of the sea even there shall thy hand lead me and thy right hand shall hold me if i say surely the darkness shall cover me even the night shall be light unto me yea the darkness hideth not from thee but the night shineth as the day the darkness and the light are both alike to thee listen to the psalmist how am i going to get away from you because god is not relegated to human that he lives in this spot does he live here yes he lives here does he live over here yes he lives here and do you know around the world today other people are praising god and do you know that god is in their sanctuary do you know brother rodriguez where your mom and dad are having church today do you know our god is there how in the world can that be it can't be if you regulate him to persons oh somebody ought to shout but when you connect him to who the bible says he is the wisest man solomon set out to build got a house it wasn't until the house was completed the solomon figured out the house wasn't big enough in first kings 8 and 27 these words are spoken but will god listen to solomon but will god indeed dwell on the earth behold the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee how much less this house that i have built he figured it out after he built the house how foolish the wisest man is ever that's ever been is i have built him a house a magnificent house but then he stepped back and he said he named the three heavens he said oh god the heaven of heaven of heavens cannot contain thee god even wanted to get in on that later with the in the book of jeremiah in jeremiah chapter 23 and verse number 23 god wanted to kind of like some of these boys have been working out you kind of want to show off a little muscle god kind of wanted to show his stuff off and god said in jeremiah 23 23 said these words he said am i a god at hand in other words am i just right here saith the lord and not a god afar off in other words he played with them and he said am i near am i close to you yes am i far away from you yes can any hide himself in secret places that i shall not see him saith the lord do not i feel heaven and earth saith lord look how he said it he said am i close to you yes am i far away from you yes can anybody hide away from my presence no that's because he's the god of the scripture now let me tell you about this god today there's not two spirits there's not three spirits and i'm sorry i'm sorry pastor benny hen there's not nine spirits i'm sorry there's only one god not two not three not one that is three you ever tried to put a toy together at christmas time without reading the instructions because you were way too mature and there was a part there that you made fit only to get it all together and find that barbie's house was tilted the wrong way and that if you'd only put it together the way this the way the instructions said it would have been right man has so tried to cram three into one until they have to write a blank check at the end of the day and it's a terrible derailment because listen to me today if we don't get god correct nothing else fits if we don't get god correct we do not give the name of jesus the dew that it should be and if we don't get god correct we don't give the name the dew that it should be and then we don't give the act of water baptism to do that it should be and then we don't give spirit baptism the do that it is and then to add power to the church or try to add power to the church we have to add doctrines that tell us that we're overcomers when we're not overcomers our god is one over seven thousand times in the scripture the scripture emphatically teaches the church to believe in one god not two gods not three gods not four gods but somebody said the governing papers of the delivered children of israel what was to be their constitution what was to be their declaration of independence from egypt was a simple verse in deuteronomy 6 and 4 hear o israel the lord our god is one lord you're going to live in a society of many gods but i want you to know as my people how many is interested in being his people i want you to know as my people you're going to live in a society that worships many gods but you're my people and you're to believe that the lord our god is one lord well it's really not a big deal is it well again let's take that question to the bible jesus what's the greatest commandment of all chapter 12 and verse number 28 mark chapter 12 verse number 28 one of the scribes came and having heard them reasoning together and perceiving that he had answered them well ask him this scribe came and listened to jesus he is dropped on jesus doing some counseling he eavesdropped on jesus doing some teaching and he perceived in himself there was a jesus answered them well and he asked him which is the first commandment of all which is the first commandment of all jesus answered him the first of all the commandments is hear o israel the lord our god is one lord why would that be the first why wouldn't you add love your neighbor why wouldn't you add other commandments i'll tell you why is because if we don't get the god doctrine correct there is a doctrine of derailment it doesn't matter how much you love your brother if you're not connected to the god that can give you the love oh i hope i'm making sense on this sunday morning the old prophet malachi and malachi chapter 2 and verse 10 the old prophet malachi said it this way and you know what shouldn't that be what we should strive for today that if the apostles were resurrected and could walk into this building 1331 william dr maryville tennessee if the apostle paul was seated in the audience today he would be saying that's right amen that's right that when someone gets baptized today and they say upon the profession of your faith and in obedience to the word of god i now indeed baptize you in the name of the lord jesus christ for the remission of your sins i can see the apostle peter standing up and said that's right what would he do if he went into some of these churches that got a small six-ounce bottle of water and sprinkled on them what would they do when they went in somewhere and heard anything but the name of jesus hey that's not the right way do you realize that i know that our worship may be odd to some people but do you know if david king david walked into this place today do you know the king david invented and created all kinds of things to beat and play so he'd make music like disney has a room filled with artists doing nothing but drawing david had men that was doing nothing but carving trees making flutes i mean david just said if it could make noise make it don't you know david walked in here today and when we started leaping and praising and walking and clapping david would say whoa i'm right at home because i could run through a troop and i could leap over a wall dance like david dance but i'd see david walk into some of these places that are as cold as a cemetery they said a woman died in one of those churches and the paramedics came out on sunday morning to get her and said they emptied half the church house before they found the dead woman there david sat around said what's wrong with y'all we talk about jesus we're talking about god we ought to strive that the old testament prophets can sit among us today and say that's right malachi 2 and 10 said this have we not all how many fathers hath not one god created us why do we deal treacherously against every man his brother one god created us come on isaiah would you tell us about god truly isaiah if there's persons and separated ones surely you'll introduce this isaiah can we listen from to you today in isaiah 44 6 isaiah chapter 44 and verse 6 thus saith the lord the king of israel and his redeemer the lord of hosts i am the first not we are the first he is the great i am that i am not the great we are that we are i am the first and i am the last and beside me there is no god and who as i shall call and shall declare it and set in it in order for me since i appointed the ancient people and the things that are coming and shall come let them show unto them fear ye not neither be afraid have not i told thee from that time and have declared it ye are my ee are even my witnesses is there a god do you think he's trying to get a point across is there a god beside me yea there is no god i know not any come on isaiah isaiah 45 verse number 5 i am the lord and there is none else there is no god beside me i girded thee though thou hast not known me that they may know that from the rising of the sun and from the west that there's that there is none beside me i am the lord and there is none else why can't we leave him like he is why do we have to have man-made things we're going to derail the doctrine there's going to be a tremendous derailment i am he isaiah 45 and verse 21 till ye and bring them near yea let them take counsel together who have declared this from ancient time who had told it from that time have not i the lord and there is no god else beside me a just god and a savior there is none beside me look unto me and be saved all the ends of the earth for i am god and there is none else i have sworn by myself the word has gone out of my mouth and in righteousness shall not return that unto me every knee shall bow and every tongue should swear or confess i hear another scripture in the in the new testament that says at the name of jesus every knee is going to bow and every tongue is going to confess apostolic church this morning rejoice in the fact that we are connected to the god isaiah chapter 46 verse 9 remember the former things of old for i am god and there is none else i am god and there is none like me declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times the things that are not yet done saying my counsel shall stand and i will do all my pleasure in the old testament let's begin the new testament come on paul tell us about the god of isaiah ephesians chapter 4 and verse 4. come on paul separated into persons for us come on paul ephesians 4 and 4 there is one body that's a church one spirit even as you are called in one hope of your calling one lord one faith one baptism one god and father of all who is above all and through all and in you all that's a god i want to be connected to i want to be connected to that god first timothy 2 5. first timothy 2 5. for there is one god and one mediator between god and men please notice this the man christ jesus come on brother james in james 2 19 thou believers that there is one god thou doest well the devils also believe and tremble come on john you went to heaven tell us what you saw in revelation 4 and 2 and immediately i was in the spirit and behold a throne was set in heaven and one and one and one and one not two not six not twelve and one that's the god i wanna be connected to that's the god i wanna be connected to set on the throne now to understand who jesus is you must understand his dual nature his dual nature to understand you must understand his dual nature he is not the second person of a three-person third century catholic development that's a derailment do you know the reason that religion is confusing and bars and drugs are flourishing is because religion derailed it has not delivered what it promises it preaches a resurrected christ but it doesn't deliver a resurrecting power because it's not connected to the god of the bible isaiah 7 14 prophesies about jesus christ and understand this is an old testament prophecy about jesus christ therefore the lord himself shall give you a sign behold a virgin shall conceive and bear an s-o-n sun that's flesh and shall call his name emmanuel the interpretation is found in the book of matthew the word emmanuel means god with us so this child the son that is given is both the son of god and the son of man what makes him the son of god it is because the spirit of god caused his divine miraculous conception it was the holy ghost or the holy spirit or the spirit of god that overshadowed a virgin girl and from that overshadowing come forth the son of god was he called the son of god because god caused his conception why is he called the son of man because mary gave him his flesh don't confuse that isaiah 9 6 for unto us a child is born flesh unto us a son is given flesh and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called wonderful deity counselor deity mighty god deity the everlasting father deity and the prince of peace deity do you understand when you look at jesus don't think in terms of first and second persons but think in terms of flesh and deity that answers all the questions well who was he praying to on the cross it was the flesh praying to deity those are the answers it was the flesh he was as much man as he was god and he was as much god as he was man it was god and man brought together made by the holy ghost now i'm going to deviate just for a moment but the holy spirit or the spirit of god is not the third person it is god in his essence it is god in his essence we reduce god when we start talking about persons do you know what caused mary to conceive the same spirit of creation the spirit of god moved upon the face of the waters and god said let there be light and there was light and god said let the earth bring forth and it did that same god who is spirit who is omnipresent spirit that same god knew that man needed to be redeemed and so for the purpose of redemption the holy ghost field mary and mary miraculously conceived in her womb and was as pregnant as any woman in this room has ever been pregnant with one exception she didn't know a man because god was the father the spirit of god was the father of what would be born but what would be born would be god in flesh now it took the holy ghost to bring us our salvation for without the shedding of blood there is no forget remission of sins it took the holy ghost to conceive jesus christ in the womb so that he could hang and suffer and ultimately to the fullest of extent pay the great sacrifice for our sins and when he paid that sacrifice it was that same god that ascended into heaven and made a way for the holy ghost to come and do a work did the holy ghost can i hear it amen did the holy ghost do a miraculous work on mary did the holy ghost cause her to be something and produce something that was impossible because she never knew a man then god has given you and i the infilling of the holy ghost but not for the purpose of bringing a savior into the world but for the purpose of us presenting a savior to the world we are his witnesses today almighty god i can this this make a dead man shout today aren't you thankful that you're connected to the god of the bible what power is in his name what power is in the name of jesus i'm going to tell you i'm going to use that power right now if anybody is sick in this building upon the authority of the name of jesus be healed this morning ribasha if you're watching online today and you are being harassed by the adversary you listen to me today it's not my prayer but it's the god that i'm connected to because neither is there salvation in any other for there is not other name under heaven given among men come on you better rejoice today we are connected oh come on praise him i ain't i'm not through preaching john 1 1 john 1 1 in the beginning was the word and the word was with god and the word was god the word here wrd is logos it is thought plan and the idea in the beginning was the thought plan the idea and the thought plan the idea was with god and the thought plan the idea was god verse 10 please he was in the world and the world was made by him and the world knew him not john 14 please 114 and the word the thought the plan the idea was made flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory the glory is of the only begotten of the father full of grace and truth can i tell you the eternal importance is in believing in the correct identity of jesus christ and as long as i've got breath in my body i will never yoke my mule to any kind of second person theology i will never allow people to say aren't we saying the same thing if you're not saying what the bible is saying then we're not saying the same thing he is not jehovah jr he is almighty god that's who he is that's who he is you know how important it is to believe on the identity of jesus christ you better understand his words in john 8 24 john 8 24. listen to jesus john 8 24. i said therefore unto you that ye shall die in your sins for if you believe not that i am he ye shall die in your sins when you yoke up your life to a doctrine of derailment that denies you the purpose of baptism that says baptism does even play a role in your salvation and let me tell somebody let me tell poor god i want to keep i want to present this but words like ignorance came out of my mouth but when they go to galatians and they start talking about we're not saved by words by the grace of god you know what paul was talking about there when he talked about works he wasn't talking about water baptism he wasn't talking about spirit baptism those are gifts not works he was talking about them saying you got to be baptized in jesus name get the holy ghost and if you're a man you got to travel down to the surgeon and be circumcised that's what paul was talking about but when you yoke up your life to a doctrine that says well baptism is not even essential to salvation you're wrong sir you're sitting in this audience today and you've never been baptized in jesus name and somebody has told you that baptism doesn't even play a role in your salvation you have been informed wrong i'll be the best friend you got and connect you to the god of the bible it's not to join a church it's not some kind of you're joining first apostolic church when we baptize you we baptize you in the name of the one who died for you and we baptize you for the purpose of the remission of sins does it come to light unless you believe that i am he you will die in your they about stoned him that day they about stoned him that day in john 8 58 when he made this statement jesus said unto them verily verily i say unto you before abraham was i am as a man he was about 30 some odd years old but as a god he was eternal john 14 6 jesus saith unto him i am the way the truth the life no man cometh unto the father but by me no man comes to the father but by me if you had known me you should have known my father also and from henceforth you know him and have seen him philip saith unto him lord show us the father and it sephieth or satisfy us jesus saith unto him have i been so long time with you and yet hast thou not known me philip he that has seen me has seen the father house sayeth thou then show us the father believe us thou not that i am in the father and the father in me the words that i speak unto you i speak not of myself but the father that dwelleth in me he doeth the works believe me that i am in the father and the father in me or else believe me for the very work sake can you all understand there there's no place for first second and third persons second corinthians 5 19 to wit that we're there means to wit to know that god was in christ was in christ god was in christ reconciling the world and to himself not imputing their trespasses unto them and have committed unto us the word of reconciliation the mighty god in christ as our brother made reference to the mighty god in christ when you see jesus you see both the son and the father the son is the flesh the part you can't see the father is that part that god says no man has seen god at any time as a matter of fact jesus plainly said no man can come unto the father but by me in first john in first john first john chapter 2 verse 22 listen to these words first john 2 and 22 who is a liar but he that denied that jesus is the christ he is antichrist that denieth the father and the son now that's pretty plain isn't it you know who the antichrist is people that now the father and the son who so denieth the father now watch verse 23 now who so deny it the son excuse me who so denied the son the same hath not the father see you can't deny one and accept the other he said if you deny the son he the same hath not the father but watch this but he that acknowledgeth the son hath the father also how's that because they're not two separate persons they're one god who was manifested for our redemption glorified for our regeneration he is both flesh and he is god who was he talking to on mark mark 15 34 who was he talking to in mark 15 34 and at the ninth hour jesus cried with a loud voice saying eli eli laban sabbath and i which is to say my god my god why hast thou forsaken who's talking the flesh who's he talking to deity john 2 19. sorry brother tony i'm getting these turned around john 2 19 jesus answered and said unto them destroy this temple everybody say his body destroy this temple and in three days who's going to raise it up who who's going to raise it up destroy this temple and in three days i will raise it up then said the jews 46 years was this temple in building and will thou rear it up in three days but this spake he of the temple of his body i'm closing i'm closing with this mark 12 35 couldn't be any clearer than this right here if your eyes have been opened if your eyes have been opened for the last 45 minutes or so set beside jesus now in mark 12 35. and jesus answered and said while he taught in the temple how say the scribes that christ is the son of david he said excuse me audience excuse me excuse me sir excuse me uh mr white excuse me could you tell me how that the scribes say that christ is the son of david verse 36 for david himself said by the holy ghost the lord said unto my lord sit thou on my right hand till i make thine enemies thy footstool david therefore himself calleth him lord and from whence is he his son david jesus said can y'all tell me how that jesus is both david's son and david's lord how is it that david prophesied and said the lord said unto my lord sit on my right hand till i make thine enemies thy footstool how is this how is this i'm going to stop right here revelation 22 just a few chapters just a few verses to go and the bible's complete and appearing and amen jesus said but before i go i want to say one last thing i am the root and the offspring of david the bright and the morning star before david ever was i was god the creator before david was ever born in his mother's womb i was the almighty jehovah creating miracles but in my master plan of the geodeologies geologists i came through the earthly lineage of david so that through the earthly lineage of david christ jesus would be born and he said i just want you to know i'm the root the offspring of david but let me carry on verse 37 david therefore himself calleth him lord from whence is he then his son and the common people heard him gladly and said unto them in his doctrine and he said now what let me stop right there for a moment the common people sounds like to me that there were some folks that deemed themself just not common but they were some old down-home poor folk like you and i that just said mighty god i
