Summary
Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.
Eyes opened to the consequences of sin
- Adam and Eve ate of the one forbidden tree, their eyes were opened, the glory that clothed them was lifted, and they sewed fig leaves together to cover their nakedness.
- God came walking in the garden not to say I told you so, but because He is more than a creator and more than a lawgiver — He came to reveal more of Himself.
- The consequences are spoken plainly: to the woman, multiplied sorrow; to the man, a cursed ground, thorns and thistles, bread eaten in sorrow and in the sweat of his face, until he returns to the dust he was taken from.
Scriptures: Genesis 3:7-10; Genesis 3:16; Genesis 3:17-19
Driven out, yet a promise tucked away
- God sent man forth from the garden and drove him out, placing cherubims and a flaming sword turning every way to keep the way of the tree of life.
- Tucked into the same chapter is the first promise of a Messiah: enmity between the serpent and the woman, and her seed bruising the serpent's head while his heel is bruised.
- The promise is greater than the consequences; no one is too far gone for the promise to reach them.
- Eve bore Cain hoping she had gotten the man from the Lord who would crush the serpent, and after Abel's death Seth was appointed as another seed — generation after generation watching for the promised one.
Scriptures: Genesis 3:23-24; Genesis 3:15; Genesis 4:1; Genesis 4:25
The seed singular who blesses all families
- God called Abram and promised that in him all the families of the earth would be blessed; the gospel is not for one income level or one group of people.
- Abraham had many sons, but the blessing runs through a seed singular: in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed.
- When the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law.
- Jesus Christ is the only true and living God — a God who can be touched, who hears prayer and answers it, and who identified with Adam and Eve in their sorrow.
Scriptures: Genesis 12:3; Genesis 22:18; Galatians 4:4-5
The man of sorrows takes our sorrow, sweat, and thorns
- The promised seed came as a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, despised and rejected of men.
- The first Adam earned bread by the sweat of his brow; the second Adam, in agony the night before Calvary, prayed more earnestly and His sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling to the ground — sweating not for bread but for everlasting life.
- The soldiers platted a crown of thorns and put it on His head with a purple robe, and Pilate brought Him forth saying, Behold the man — sorrow, sweat, and thorns were not coincidence but the consequence of Adam's sin taken onto Himself.
Scriptures: Isaiah 53:3; Luke 22:44; John 19:2-5
The veil torn and the way opened
- Cherubims guarded the way on the ark and were embroidered on the veil, as if God were guarding mercy itself; when Jesus cried with a loud voice and gave up the ghost, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.
- Death thought it had cut the Messiah down, but three days later He came forth on the other side victorious over death, hell, and the grave, and the cherubims' guard is unemployed — the road is open.
- We have boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way consecrated through the veil, that is to say, His flesh; there is no reason to beat yourself up or stay down.
Scriptures: Mark 15:37-38; Hebrews 10:19-20
The eyes of the Lord run to and fro
- The eyes of the Lord are not strolling but running to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward Him — no one on earth is out of His sight.
- Jesus, alone on the land at night, saw the disciples in the ship in the midst of the sea in the storm after hours of rowing: the Lord sees you in what you are hiding and crying through this very week.
- The service closes with sorrow turned into joy, an altar call, and a baptism in Jesus' name administered by the pastor.
Scriptures: 2 Chronicles 16:9; Mark 6:47

when you think about life and all the challenges that life brings and sad news seems to be a daily thing and when we have hope in jesus christ sad news is just temporary it's just temporary um i'm going we're going tomorrow to preach the funeral of our missionary brother potter to ireland who passed away last sunday in the pulpit he was preaching brother croucher he was preaching on the subject i'm climbing the mountain to see jesus got somewhere in his message and leaned on the communion table and asked the congregation to pray for him and he had a massive heart attack and went out into eternity got news yesterday that sister jackie sizemore had passed away what a tremendous woman of god in the city of cincinnati ohio i thought about that and then just before service got word that brother larry ferris had passed away another minister friend he used to be the ohio district superintendent years ago so there would be a lot of sadness if it wasn't for the gospel there'd be a lot of sadness if it wasn't for the gospel but i am so glad for the blessed gospel of jesus christ jesus christ is the one true and living god and besides him there is no other god his name is the name above all names his power is the power above every power so go with me tonight for a few moments while i exalt his name through the word the book of genesis chapter number three and verse number seven and the eyes of them both were opened genesis 3 and 7 and the eyes of them both were open and they knew that they were naked they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons and they heard the voice of the lord god walking in the garden in the cool of the day and adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the lord god among the trees of the garden and the lord god called unto adam and said unto him where art thou where art thou for a few moments tonight i want to speak into your hearts when your eyes are opened when your eyes are opened father i love you tonight i thank you jesus for your love i thank you for your word i thank you tonight that as we have praised you your presence has come down and now lord i ask as i begin to minister the word that there would be signs following the word tonight lord as i am ministering the word may the holy ghost move upon the hearts of men and women god may there be a great transformation take place lord god may lives be changed tonight may the victory be won tonight lord anoint me for the next few moments father in jesus name we pray amen amen you may be seated when when your eyes are opened of course this passage of scripture here is talking about when adam and eve disobeyed god and sinned and ate of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil of which it was the one commandment they were not to eat of that fruit and they were told of the consequences they were told there will be consequences if you eat of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil there will be consequences there's no way a there's no way around it he is a god of consequences there will be the consequence of sin but as i began to read that passage of scripture it said and their eyes and the eyes of both of them were open now i understand their eyes were open they knew they were naked the glory the shekinah glory of god that was their clothing the shekinah glory of god that was their clothing had been lifted due to the fact that they had sinned and now adam and eve's eyes are open and they understand that they're naked and they go to work to cover their nakedness by sowing fig leaves and making aprons to cover themselves but then they heard the wonderful voice of their creator they heard a familiar voice and here's where i would like to begin to inject something god didn't have to come down nor did god come down strong tower god did not come down to say i told you so god didn't have to come down at all they had broken his law and consequences were following but god came down because their eyes were opened and god wanted to reveal a little more of himself i am more than just a creator you know there's a lot of scholarly men that have lived and that are living that believe in god but they believe in an impersonal god they believe in a god who simply created you and i and created the earth like an inventor would a toy and then just leave it out there he just created it and he just leaves it out there to thin on its own and of course god wanted to show you and i tonight oh bless his holy name god wanted to show us tonight that he is more than just a creator and that he is more than just a lawgiver and that he is more than just a god that there will be consequences he comes down and in chapter 3 and verse 16 god spoke to the woman and god said unto the woman i will greatly multiply thy sorrow there's those consequences i will greatly multiply your sorrow there's going to be consequences to your decision i will multiply your sorrow and thy conception in sorrow shalt thou bring false children and thy desires shall be to thy husband and he shall rule over you god said now the consequences of your decision is sorrow you are going to have sorrow he then turns to the man in verse 17 and unto adam he said because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife and hast eaten of the tree of which i commanded thee saying thou shalt not eat of it cursed is the ground for thy sake here's another consequence there's a consequence to this the ground which would bring forth abundantly is now cursed i have cursed the ground i have cursed the ground for thy sake in sorrow hear not only the woman's consequence is sorrow but now the man in sorrow thou shalt eat of it all the days of thy life in other words i have cursed the ground it's a consequence and i have caused you to work the ground with sorrow it's a consequence thorns also thistles shall it bring forth to thee and thou shall eat the herb of the field in the sweat of thy face here is the thorns and god says you're going to work the ground and the ground's going to produce thorns and thistles you're going to eat the herb of the field it's a consequence in the sweat of your face thou shall eat bread till thou return into the ground for out of it wast thou taken and from dust thou art and until dust shalt thou return he speaks about consequences the ground is cursed thorns sweat sorrow it seems to be that which will follow the man and the woman they will become known as a woman of sorrow and adam will become known as a man of sorrow as a sweet fragrance of a candle lit will fill your home with a pleasant aroma adam and eve's home was filled with the sourness of sorrow it was their consequence but to add to the consequence in genesis chapter 3 and verse 23 god said therefore the lord god sent him from the garden of eden because god said if i leave adam and eve here in the garden they may put forth their hand to the tree of life and so a consequence was they're not going to eat of the fruit that would produce life and so god sent him forth from the garden god sent him forth from the garden to till the ground from which he was taken verse 24 so he drove out the man kind of feels like to me that god told adam to leave it seems like god said to adam and eve now you need to leave this garden because you you may put your hand and try to eat of the fruit of the tree of life and you need to leave this garden it sounds like to me that the personality of sin had already began to blow up on them because it would appear that they didn't leave on their own that god would have to drive them out of the garden as you would drive cattle god would have to drive them from the garden but after he drove man out of the garden which was a consequence i know i'm using that word a lot tonight and it's on purpose a lot of consequences oh there's a lot of consequences to sin a lot of consequences to live in your own way there's a lot of consequences when you do things your own way and go about life as if you are god of your life so he drove man out and then he knew that i have driven man out of the garden and then he placed at the east of the garden of eden cherubims and a flaming sword which turned every way to keep the way of the tree of life a cherubim a cherubim is a created angelic being it seems through scripture to be a certain being that god created to guard precious things it is a cherubim it has been created as a guard to protect precious things god ordered cherubims to stand at the garden with a flaming sword that went in every direction just in case man would try to come back to the garden just in case man tries to get back in and eat of this tree i have got some guards here they're cherubims and they're guarding the way of the tree of life and they've got a sword in their hand a flaming sword and it turns every direction and it'll cut any man down that tries to go get that tree because there would be consequences to the decisions of man but tucked back in verse number 15 is a conversation that's being held between god and satan god and the serpent in verse 15 of chapter 3 god has a conversation with satan and he says i will put enmity between thee and the woman he said i am i'm going to put enmity hatred that's what that word means it means a wall a partition of hatred you are going to hate the woman and the woman is going to hate you i'm going to put enmity verse 15 between thee and the woman between thy seed and her seed it shall bruise thy head and thou shalt bruise his heel brothers and sisters tonight this is the first promise of a messiah this is a first promise this is the first promise of the one and the only one who can reverse the curse in the midst of all the consequences in the midst of sorrow in the midst of thorns and in the midst of cherubims guarding the way back into the life god says i am going to tuck a promise away and i have come to tell you tonight that the promise will and has overcome the consequences i don't want anybody to leave here tonight thinking that the consequences of sin or are unable to recover from praise be to the lamb of god jesus christ because the promise is greater than the consequences if you want to live in the consequence if you want to live in the sorrow if you want to live in the thorns if you want to live in the separation that's your own choice but i choose tonight as a believer in jesus christ to say i for one am going to live in the promise because the promise will overcome the consequences you're not too far from saving you've not went too far for god to help the promises that god have are able to reach you can i get a good praise to the lord tonight the promise so although adam and eve are men and women of sorrow although adam and eve are men and women of thorns adam is a man that knows what sweat is he knows a man who's cut fingers from thorns but somewhere tucked away as they walk outside the garden of eden they say yes we have to live in consequence but adam god left us with a promise and i want to open our eyes tonight that god didn't have to come down to the garden god didn't come down to say i told you so but the reason a loving god left heaven and came back into an environment of rebellion was to give the likes of you and me a promise because it's consequences that causes us to be hopeless it's consequences that causes us to say what's the use but if somehow i can get my eyes open to the promise i'll begin to see that the promise has and will overcome all of the consequences for our lives well it so touched adam and eve it so touched adam and eve that when eve gave birth to their first son it's recorded this promise so touched them that in genesis chapter 4 verse number 1 and adam knew eve his wife and she conceived and bear came you know what she said when she bore him i have gotten a man from the lord you know what she's in hopes of this is the one that's going to crush the head of the serpent that serpent that brought all this pain you know one way of getting out of sin and staying out of sin is to understand the one that'll take you into sin and that is satan he is not your friend he will make friends with your flesh but he is not your friend he comes to bring death but the promise keeper the promise giver comes to bring life and life more abundantly let's get it let's get it settled tonight satan is not your friend all these people that have been deceived to try to reach out to the spirit world they have tried to reach out and uh there's even in america today it's hard to even fathom but there are satanic churches they are satan worshipers in in the united states today i i don't understand it because he is nobody's friend as a matter of fact look among some of some of the areas that satan has had inroads in music rock music and then then study the ages of those that get engrossed in that rock music that rock music that glorifies immorality that rock music that glorifies drug taking and belittles a woman that rock music if you'll notice something you don't really have a lot of elderly former rock band players because they become they become those that od'd very young in their life why would anybody want to make friends with him i make no bones about it tonight i know it's going to sound a little crude but i hate the devil i hate the devil now i know there's a generation coming on that's going to probably know how to say that a little better politically correct or whatever but i'm just simply telling you i hate the devil i hate everything about him and when i sniff out that the devil's behind it i like to identify it because if we can catch the devil early he doesn't get such a stronghold in our life well she she has this son she has his son by the name of kane and she's just so happy because this is king i've gotten a man from the lord this is going to be the one that's going to crush the head of the serpent this is going to be the one that's going to reverse the curse but we know that that soon was not true verse number 25 of the same chapter and adam knew his wife again and she bear a son and called his name seth for god said she hath appointed me another seed instead of abel whom cain slew so we understand that with each birth there is this anticipation that is this the seed of the woman is this the one that's going to reverse the curse is this the promise that's going to triumph the conf the consequences is this the promise and time goes on and it happened in genesis chapter 12 verse number 3 god calls abram out of the land and god gives abram a promise and in genesis 12 3 god says to abram i will bless thee and i will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee listen this promise and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed he said there is something in you abra abraham there's something in you and it's not going to bless some of the families it's going to bless all the families can i tell you that the gospel isn't for a certain income level can i tell you the power of god is not for some certain weak-minded group of people that can't get life together if you will let it the gospel will be a blessing to all families all families of the earth shall be blessed it will be a little later in genesis chapter 22 verse 16 he would begin to zero in on how this blessing would take place it says in genesis 22 verse 18 and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed because thou hast obeyed my voice now you've got to understand abraham had many sons abraham had many seeds plural but when god would specify there would be a seed singular that would bless all families there would be a seed singular that would bless all nations and i want to tell you tonight upon the authority of the word of god that that seed was god becoming flesh in the man christ jesus for colossians chapter 4 and verse number 4 says it this way but when the fullness of the time was come god sent forth his son made of a woman made under the law to redeem them that were under the law so god's seed would identify with adam and eve you see that's why we want to worship jesus tonight because he is as i have said he is the only true god that there is all other self-proclaimed religions that have a god are nothing but the figment of man's imagination but jesus christ is the only true and living god no other god can be touched and no other god can touch no other god can hear your prayer and no other god can answer your prayer no other god can see your need no other god can reach down to you but i've come on this sunday night to just proclaim the name of jesus christ i am proclaiming the name of jesus christ he identified he identified with adam and eve he identified with them what was the personality of adam and eve they were men of sorrow sorrow was the personality of their life thorns separation was the personality sorrow but jesus came and when he came the old prophet isaiah 53 and verse 3 the old prophet isaiah wanted to tell us a little bit about the personality of jesus and the old prophet isaiah 53 3 said these words he is despised and rejected of men a man of what sorrows and acquainted with grief we hid as it were our faces from him he was despised and we esteemed him not can i tell you brothers and sisters when the promise that overcomes the consequences came he said i'm going to take what you've been battling oh thank you jesus i'm going to take what you've been battling what you have battled has overcome you but there's nothing that will overcome me you have battled sorrow for thousands of years but i have come god robed in flesh and i'm gonna take on a little bit of that sorrow and i'm gonna show you how i can bring joy out of sorrow i'm gonna show you that i can put a song back in your mouth and i can put a smile on your face i can cause you to want to wake up before the alarm clock goes off in the morning and say good god almighty it's a brand new day because this is the day the lord hath made i wish somebody helped me preach tonight well praise me to the name of jesus he's a man of sorrow did i did i did i identify that good for you he is a man of sorrow the seed has come and the seed became a man of sorrow i can see adam out there trying to to tear up the ground i can see adam out there trying to get the ground to cooperate with him i can see adam out there in the hot sun sister carpenter and i watch adam as beads of sweat drip down his face i watch him as he takes a rag and clings the sweat out of his eyes because sweat is stinging his eyes and because after all that's a consequence right after all that's consequence with what you've done you're going to earn your bread by the sweat of your brow adam but oh this savior of ours came he not only became a man of sorrow in luke chapter 22 and verse 44 he was not only a man of sorrow but when he came to purchase our great salvation that bible tells us that the night before calvary that he being in agony he prayed more earnestly are you watching this tonight and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling to the ground he said if that first adam has to go out and sweat to get some bread this second adam's going to come and i'm going to sweat not to get you some bread but i'm going to sweat to get you everlasting eternal life anybody here tonight thankful that you serve a god whose name is jesus that can identify with your sorrow and he can identify with your sweat and watch them watch them once them cuts on your hands darling adam honey what's those cuts on your hand well honey i was eve i was reaching in today to try to prune some of the vines and i was trying to i was trying to work the ground and when i reached up there was a thorn there the thorn ripped my skin but this savior called jesus i hope i hope this is not boring tonight is a matter of fact the bible doesn't say positive preaching is the power of the gospel of jesus christ but the bible says the gospel is the power of jesus christ the gospel the preaching of the gospel we we don't want to fall into this groove this religious group that churches are filled with self-help coaches and you go to church for a little pick them up you go to church to find out what your destiny is i already know what my destiny was i got a destination change my destiny was hell my destiny was misery my destiny was sorrow my destiny was i was a piece of trash but a man called jesus walked into my life turned me around and now my destiny is home my destiny is heaven churches that are being nothing more than positive mental attitude groups that go and preach to people that you have it all in you to do it all i've got to rebuke that tonight you don't have it in you if you had it in you you wouldn't be where you're at tonight but the fact is you're a person of sorrow you're a person of thorns you're a person of all but praise be to jesus christ have i told you that he's the only true god that there is i praise his name i worship his name i don't have it in me oh sweet jesus can i get a witness tonight i wish god had opened somebody's eyes tonight i wish somebody would open some of us are drowning in the consequences and god wants to open your eyes he doesn't have you down to say i told you so he doesn't have you down to beat you up he's got you down to say i'm here to pick you up i'm here to turn you around i'm here to put you well adam honey where did you get those cuts on your hands i got in a thorn bush and but oh our savior came and they led him to calvary and they were in the midst of crucifying him in john chapter 19 verse number two and they're in the midst of crucifying our savior i don't think any of this tonight i don't think i don't think that any of this tonight is just a coincidence i don't think he became a man of sorrow just to become a man of sorrow i don't think that he went to the garden and he sweat when he was praying that prayer for our salvation i don't think that's a coincidence that the consequence of adam's sin was sweat and when he prayed in the garden his sweat was as if it were great drops of blood and i don't think this is a coincidence tonight john 19 2 and the soldiers platted a crown of thorns and put it on his head and they put on him a purple robe and said hell king of the jews they smote him with their hands pilate therefore went out again and saith unto them behold i bring him forth unto you that you may know that i find no fault in them then then came jesus forth wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe and pilate saith unto them behold the man i don't believe this is coincidental tonight man of sorrow thorns and sweat but you follow with me he put at the east end of the garden he put these angelic beings called cherubims they are there to guard the way so that man can never get back into the garden because the cherubim is there with a sword that turns both ways there was no way over it there was no way under it and there was no way around it if you try to go back and get life i will cut you down in death these cherubims become images of guardian angels when god would build the tabernacle of the old testament and if you have never done an in-depth study of the old testament tabernacle you need to find somebody to teach you a bible study on the tabernacle the tabernacle was god's old testament schoolhouse to show us the way of salvation it was god's way of getting sinful man into his presence and in this tabernacle over what has been called the ark of the covenant where the glory of god would abide over the top of the ark of the covenant on each end of the ark of the covenant was cherubims and they were facing one another looking down upon the mercy seat as if god was saying i'm going to protect mercy i am going to have these beings there to protect mercy not only were there golden cherubims that were on top of the ark of the covenant but there was a veil there was a veil that divided the holiest of holies where god dwelt above the ark of the covenant and the holy place where was a candlestick a table of shoe bread and an altar of incense there was a veil that separated the presence of god and ladies and gentlemen would it surprise you tonight if i told you that when god told them to make that veil that god said when you make the veil brother ben lee i want you to embroider cherubims on this veil when you walked up to that veil you saw this thick cloth they tell me historians tell me that why that horse is tied end to end to that veil could not rip that veil the veil had never been torn on this veil once again our embroidered cherubims as if to speak to anyone there that god was guarding the way and if you got by the veil you opened up the veil and there were golden cherubims on top of the altar the ark excuse me of the covenant there but it is no coincidence tonight that in mark chapter 15 and verse 37 as jesus hung on the cross the bible said and jesus cried with a loud voice and gave up the ghost verse 38 look at what happened and the veil of the temple was rent into from the top to the bottom you know why that veil was rent because that veil typified his flesh because what happened there the man christ jesus walked up to the where the tree of life was no man that had ever lived could have ever got on the other side and death cut him down and death thought i have won i have cut the messiah down i cut him down and they've got him laid over here in a tomb over here but what the devil didn't know if he would just look behind him i cut him down on this side of the garden but three days later he shows up on the other side victorious over death hell and the grave friend i don't have anything to preach tonight that can change your life like jesus christ he's a man of sorrow he's a man of sweat he's a man of thorns and praise me to god he's the only one that can cause the cherubs to be unemployed the road is open the way is there you don't have to wait any longer somebody praise him tonight somebody praise jesus tonight oh would your eyes get open tonight and wonder the writer of the book of hebrews in hebrews chapter 10 verse number 19. listen to the writer listen to the writer of the book of hebrews 10 and 19 having therefore brethren boldness i wish somebody said that word i wish you'd say it like you meant it what what are you bonus how are you both you've been hyped up on some positive mental attitude juice or what are you got some kind of some kind of big motivational speech you went to and made you believe in yourself no that's that's not my boldness therefore brethren having boldness to enter into the holiest of holies by the blood of jesus by a new and living way which he hath consecrated for us through the veil that is to say his flesh when they tore him on calvary he tore that down he tore the partition you couldn't get to him adam couldn't get to him abraham couldn't get to him noah couldn't get to him nobody could get to him isaiah jeremiah hosea joel nobody could ever get to him esther hannah name all the holy women you want to nobody could ever get to him but praise be to god the seed of the woman the one that god said i'm telling you that the promise will be greater than the consequences if you'll just hold on i've got promises i've got promises oh brother should you hear us tonight we've got promises that are greater than the consequences i want to tell anybody here tonight don't beat yourself up i want to tell anybody here tonight nobody's perfect no not one if you had some issues in your life don't allow the enemy to keep you down it's time to get up how am i going to get up by the blood of jesus christ oh if you could get your eyes open i wish you could get your eyes open i'm going to close here in just a second i wish you'd get your eyes open and read second chronicles 16-19 i wish you could get your eyes open some of you that are saying i just don't know if the lord sees me or not i just don't know if the lord knows where i'm at i just don't know if the lord i i just don't know what the lord really i just don't know will you believe the word those of you that feel like you don't know if you don't really believe god knows who you are will you believe the word tonight for the eyes of the lord run to and fro throughout the earth the whole earth to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him herein and he tells the man you've done foolish now the eyes of the lord what are they doing i want you to see this the eyes of the lord are running the eyes of the lord are running to and fro throughout the whole earth so i don't know if god knows where i'm at are you living anywhere on the whole earth got any martians in the house tonight come on are you living anywhere on the whole earth by the authority of the word of god i preach to you tonight that the eyes of the lord are not strolling the eyes of the lord are not saundering around god don't wear no loafers god wears running shoes he's running he's just running all over the earth is there anybody oh he's he's running around his church tonight looking up down the piece could i be strong for you should i help you should i deliver you could i help you the eyes of the lord well i gotta praise i gotta praise and i gotta get it out i gotta praise i said i i've gotta praise i've got to praise and i gotta let it out brother will say i'm not making this stuff up the eyes of the lord run run run to and fro throughout north america they have some church over the philippines brother and amy you better believe they're having church in the philippines been there holy ghost move god power god power god moving in the philippines i don't know what my good church from chile's watching a night they're normally watching how about all my good chilean brothers and sisters is the holy ghost moving you sent me a text said you baptized some folk you sent me a text said some folk got the holy ghost you know why because the eyes of the lord are running to i wish we'd get our eyes open i wish we'd get our eyes open well just remain standing i'm gonna stop here noah found grace in the eyes of the lord god's not gonna let noah and his family die in the flood because god sees something in them lot god saw something you you see lot wasn't the most spiritual being in the he he wasn't the most spiritual banana on all right but you know something here tonight i'm so glad that god still looks out over us when we don't have sense to look at over ourselves lots done got too politically correct he's done sitting in the gate that's where he was at in the gate with all the political leaders he's done he's done arrived he's done got him a how he doesn't got a position in the town but god says i love you too much to let you be lost in this city david king david has a momentary lapse of who he is and commits adultery with a woman but thank god god loved him enough to send him nathan the prophet jesus put disciples in a boat one night it's night he puts the disciples in a boat pushes them out and goes spins at least four hours in prayer now i'd say that those men in that boat could have got a pretty good distance in four hours wouldn't you and they ran into a storm and the bible plainly told tells us in mark 6 and 47 and when even was come he's already sent them out the ship was in the midst of the sea and jesus he alone on the land i don't care how good your eyesight is it's night they've been gone for four hours and no humans gonna be able to see that far they're in the midst of a storm they're thinking they're going to capsize at any moment but the bible says he saw them can i tell you tonight some of you have cried this very week you have hid your feelings from your loved ones you're hiding how you feeling but i gotta tell you by the word of the lord the lord sees you the lord sees you you're trying to keep it from everybody you're trying to maintain your mancho image can i tell you tonight brother the lord sees you the lord sees you take courage tonight the lord
