Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.
Prepping for Perilous Times
- In the last days perilous times shall come: the list — lovers of self, covetous, boasters, proud, unthankful, unholy, having a form of godliness but denying the power — is already visible; from such, turn away.
- A prepper prepares before the emergency; survival begins with realizing something could happen and taking steps now.
- Jesus warned his own to watch and pray always, lest the day come upon them unawares — hearts overcharged with the cares of this life are unprepared hearts.
Scriptures: 2 Timothy 3:1-5; Luke 21:34-36
Get Your Mind Right
- Study to show yourself approved unto God, rightly dividing the word of truth — and shun whatever studying leads to ungodliness.
- God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind; do not be ashamed of the testimony of the Lord.
- Endure sound doctrine: preach the word in season and out, though the time comes when men heap up teachers with itching ears.
Scriptures: 2 Timothy 2:15; 2 Timothy 2:16; 2 Timothy 1:7-8; 2 Timothy 4:2-5
Shelter, Water, Food, and Fire
- Survival needs shelter: God himself is the shelter — and the psalmist's skewed view of the prospering ungodly was only corrected when he went into the sanctuary of God.
- Do not forsake the assembling: the house of God is a covering, a refuge from the storm to the poor and the needy in distress.
- Survival needs water and food: the water Jesus gives becomes a well springing up into everlasting life; blessed are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness; Jesus is the bread of life.
- Survival needs fire: he that cometh after John baptizes with the Holy Ghost and with fire — the devil does not mind churches on every corner, as long as there is no fire in them.
Scriptures: Psalm 73:12-17; Isaiah 25:4; Hebrews 10:24-25; John 4:13-15; Matthew 5:6; John 6:33-35; Matthew 3:10-11
Continue in What You Have Learned
- Evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, but continue in the things learned from childhood: all scripture is given by inspiration of God.
- The evidence of the last days is also good news: God pours out his Spirit on all flesh, and whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- To call on the name you must know the name: the Lord who answered Saul on the Damascus road said, I am Jesus.

Uh, thank you for being in service with us. Hope you can be in a service with us here at FAC Knoxville at your earliest opportunity. Calling your attention tonight to the book of Second Timothy the third chapter. Second Timothy the third chapter. We're going to read five verses. This is a familiar passage. Uh, a bit ominous if you will, but stay with me please. Second Timothy 3 beginning with verse number one. This know also in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affections, truth breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, gy, high-minded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof from such turn away. Notice that statement with verse number one, perilous time shall come. Verse five says, from such turn away. For a few moments tonight, I would speak to you on this subject, prepping for perilous times. Prepping for perilous times. Let's pray. Savior, I love you. I'm grateful that we have the opportunity to study your word. It's the guidepost. It's the lamp to our feet, the light to our path. Lord, it gives us guidance, direction, Lord. It gives us encouragement and strength. And Lord, most of all, it leads us to salvation, protection from the wilds of this world. And Lord, be with us in all that we say or do. We can say nothing and do nothing without you. But your word is anointed. Let it speak to our hearts this night. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Prepping for perilous times. The term prepping is a word that has been coined in the past several years for those who go to a lot of expense and pay a lot of attention to planning for survival. A prepper defined is a person who actively stores supplies, learns survival skills, and makes plans to stay safe during emergencies, natural disasters, or societal breakdowns. Survival planning is nothing more than realizing something could happen that would put you in a survival situation. And with that in mind, it means you're taking steps to increase your chances of survival. Thus, you're preparing. You're a prepper. To prepare just simply means that you're putting a plan together. Now, please know I'm not here tonight to give any directions or advice or even recommendations on how to prepare for a natural disaster or some type of uh emergency in the natural. But I am here to tell you that scripture said in the last days perilous times would come. And the last part of that Five verse passage that we read said from such turn away. In other words, you need to be prepared to know how to deal with perilous times. Jesus said it this way in Luke 21:34. Take heed to yourselves lest at any time your heart be overcharged with serpenting, drunkenness, and cares of this life. And so that day come upon you unaware. You're not prepared. For as a snare shall come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth, watch ye therefore. In other words, be prepared and pray always that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the son of man. Now there's a couple of words there that I would give us a little clearer definition of it. Mentioned not to let your heart be charged with surfetting. That term to surf it or surfing means excess too much overindulgence. We live in a day of overindulgence with those who live in excess. Uh they can never have enough. There's just too much going on. And then it mentioned drunkenness. And while we understand what it means to be intoxicated with drugs or alcohol or some foreign substance in the natural body, there are also those who be get who get drunk on power. They get intoxicated with success or fame. And then he mentioned the this was Jesus words, the cares of life. That's those daily worries, the material pursuits, our earthly responsibilities which can ultimately distract us from our spiritual growth and our mental peace. Jesus said, "You need to be ready." In another passage in second Timothy 2, we were told to prepare by studying. He said, "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed of rightly dividing the word of truth." To be prepared spiritually, we need to know the word of God. We need to study the word of God. In that same passage, he said, "But shun profane and vain babblings, for they will increase unto ungodliness." If you're studying something that leads you to ungodliness, that's vain babblings. I need to be studying his word so I would be prepared for perilous times because it said in the last days perilous times would come. Well, do we really live in the last days? Some would say, "Oh, nothing has changed. This is just a another time of society. So, let's examine the intricacies of what Timothy said would be the last days. It says, "For men shall be lovers of their own selves." There is a spirit of self adoration and agilation that pervades our very existence. It's all about me. It's all about myself. I submit to you we're living in perilous times now. Covetous. When the desire to have those things that others have, from mansions to missiles, from wages to wives, we live in a covetous age. It's called perilous times. Boasters and proud when boastful, proud attitudes, trash talkers, and self- argandizing actions are now viewed as admirable traits. Brag on yourself. BE BOISTEROUS. TALK trash and it's an admirable trait that too many are teaching their kids. We're living in perilous times. Blasphemers when the irreligious, the disrespectful and they impiously and irreverently are right down giving insults toward God and the holy rit. They even applaud those who would dare in the name of comedic relief laugh about God and laugh about the second coming and laughing about the authority of God. I'm here to tell you we're living in perilous times. Disobedient to parents when parental authority is replaced by governmental regulation. Sadly, because too many parents have absolved themselves of parental responsibility, we are living in perilous times. unthankful. He mentioned, you see, when Thanksgiving holiday has evolved into gluttony and self-indulgence followed by Black Friday extravagant expenditures, we are living in perilous time, unholy. When holiness is disdained and ungodliness is lauded and applauded, we live in perilous times. To speak of being holy nowadays, too much of our world is not an admirable attribute. Instead, it's thought of as the ignorant and the unlearned trying to make some kind of rules up for themselves. I'm here to tell you when holiness is disdained and an unholy lifestyle and manner is applauded. We live in perilous times without natural affections. When perverted agendas seek to give credibility and preferential standing to warped, twisted, depraved, unnatural lifestyles. When folks abandon their childrens and their mate as the rule and not the exception. When abortion and euthanasia is given moral acceptance in our society. We are living in perilous times. truce breakers, our news headlines and talking heads, our political leaders and supposed pundits argue and discuss broken treaties and broken promises by governments around the world. We live in perilous times. false accusers, incontinent, out of control, fierce violence in our streets, despisers of those that are good. Need I say more? For one other thing he added to that laundry list when he said, "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof." When our churches become a social order, when our churches will have their idioms and their doctrines, but they reject worship and praise unto God, we are having a form of godliness, but no power in the church. I submit to you, we are living in PERILOUS TIMES, AND WE need to be prepared. WE NEED TO BE SPIRITUALLY PREPPED AND PREPARED FOR THESE PERILOUS TIMES SO WE CAN SURVIVE THEM. >> You see, one passage of scripture said, "Lest the days be shortened that the very elect would be deceived." To be in peril means to be exposed, to risk, to be destroyed. Perilous times will destroy us. if we're not prepared with dealing with them. You see nowadays in the natural there are survivalists and preers who they have written books. They even have apps now that you can load on your phone that give the ways you can survive in certain situation. and they have certain things that they recommend. I'm glad to know that I also have the word of God to give me fine direction as how to survive perilous times. God's people and God's church has a guide and a plan that will keep us through all OF THAT LAUNDRY LIST OF things that I named from affecting us and our walk with God. One of the things I read, I did a little study and reading about what survivalists or preers believe. One of the number one things they always talk about is the psychology of survival. What do you get in your mind? And they read and they said and I'll read it says a key ingredient in any survival situation is the mental attitude of the individual. Having survival skills is important. Having the will to survive is essential. Do we HAVE THE SPIRITUAL WILL to survive in perilous times? 2 Timothy 1:7 said, "For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love AND OF A SOUND MIND." YOU SEE, THE SPIRIT OUGHT TO GIVE US SOME SMART THINKING instead of stinking thinking. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor me as his prisoner, but be ye thou partakers OF THE AFFLICTIONS OF THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO THE POWER OF GOD. I WILL NOT BE SWAYED FROM THE TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL, NO MATTER WHAT THE SOCIETAL SUPPOSED NORMS say is right. Too many want the gospel, but they don't want to be partakers of the afflictions of the gospel. You see, you got to get your mind right. There is an endurance factor involved to survive. Second Timothy 4:2 said, "Preach the word. Be instant in season, out of season, reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not ENDURE SOUND DOCTRINE, BUT AFTER their own lust shall they heap to themselves teachers having itching ears, and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned into fables. But watch thou in all things endure affliction. Do the work of evangelist. Make full proof of thy ministry. Let me talk to the church a minute. If we're going to endure perilous times, we're going to have to endure sound doctrine, not trying to recreate the meaning of the word of God. I said it in Bible study Wednesday night and I'll repeat it again. I want to be very positive in my preaching. I want to be very positive in my presentation. I want to be very positive to all that will hear that there is salvation for us all. But there is a point that we have to remind folks there is a heaven to gain and a hell to shun. Some churches anymore, THEY'RE AFRAID TO PREACH AGAINST SIN. >> I'LL GIVE YOU ANOTHER POSITIVE MESSAGE. I'M POSITIVE YOU'RE not going to make it to heaven if you disobey the word of God. >> THAT'S AS POSITIVE AS I CAN GET. AND I'M POSITIVE IF I'LL BE OBEDIENT TO HIS WORD, THERE'S A HEAVEN TO GAIN, HE HAS A WONDERFUL THING FOR ME THAT HE'S LAID OUT A PLAN THAT I CAN SURVIVE PERILOUS TIMES. Part of it's enduring sound doctrine. Oh, brother Mcool. Oh, I love doctrine as long as it's not stepping on my toes. I LOVE DOCTRINE AS LONG AS it's not condemning my lifestyle. You see, sometimes the doctrine will encourage us. The doctrine of who Jesus is, the doctrine of living a holy life, it will encourage us unless we're not living holy. And sometimes it'll line us up and say, "Hey, you need to change your ways." >> >> But let me let me continue on with this theme of preparing and being prepared to survive perilous times. I read that the survivor must remember the three essentials of survival after you get your mind right. The three most important or essential parts of survival are water, food, and shelter. Survivalists say, preers say that that's the most important things to have in the natural, water, food, and shelter. So, I began thinking about that just a bit. One of their statements said, "A shelter can protect you from the sun. insects, wind, rain, snow, hot and cold temperatures, the enemy's observation. It can give you a feeling of well-being. It can help you maintain your will to survive. The psalmist said this, "Hear my cry, oh God. Attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the ROCK THAT IS HIGHER THAN I. FOR THOU HAST BEEN A SHELTER for me. I'm here to tell you THE THE CHURCH AND GOD HIMSELF IS MY SHELTER. YOU'VE BEEN A STRONG TOWER FROM the enemy. He said, "I WILL ABIDE IN THY TABERNACLE. I WILL TRUSTING IN THE cover of thy wings." >> Now, think about it just a minute. There are those that say, "Oh, I'm still serving God. I just don't need a a church anymore. I I I know enough. I I don't know uh uh that I need to find myself attending the house of God or getting in the covering of the church. Well, the psalmist gives a a narrative of what happens to one's mind when you stay out of the shelter of the church too long. Let me read that narrative for you. Psalm 73, behold, these are the ungodly who prosper in the world. They increase in riches. Now, the psalmist is already looking at the world. I he he he's already getting a skewed view of where he is. Verily, I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency. No, the things I've been doing and living right, they're not worth anything. FOR ALL the day long have I been plagued and chasened every morning. If I say I will SPEAK THUS, BEHOLD, I should offend against the generations of my of thy children. WHEN I THOUGHT TO know this, it was too painful for me. WHEN YOU STAY OUT OF THE SAFETY OF THE HOUSE OF GOD, YOUR mind gets messed up. You'll lose your will to survive in perilous times. you'll say, "I I'm going to give in to all of those things." He said, "When I thought on how successful the world is, I was having a pity party. I was about to put my shoulder out of place, trying to pat myself on the back." Verse 17, he says, "Until I went into the sanctuary of God." You see, there's something about it. you can suddenly get a a refocusing and a reunderstanding of where you need to be. He said, "When I went into the sanctuary of God, then understood I therein finding yourself in the house of God should give you a sense of well-being. IT'S A COVERING. IT'S A SHELTER. IT'S A SANCTUARY. >> A sanctuary is a consecrated place. It's a place of refuge, a place of protection. Isaiah 25:4 said, "For thou has been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm." Hebrews 10:24 said it this way, "Let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some." You need to be in the house OF THE LORD IF YOU'RE GOING TO SURVIVE perilous times. You need to find yourself in the house of the Lord in in in the protection of the fellowship of God's people. >> No wonder brother Lewis Hera pinned those words, God is my refuge, a strong and mighty tower that I can run into. But you see after a shelter it's important to have water. Very long without water dehydration sets in and the natural body will not survive. But you see in the spiritual sense during perilous times there's a different water you need. Jesus said in John 4:13, speaking to the woman at the well, "Whosoever drink of this water shall thirst again. But whosoever shall drink of THE WATER THAT I shall give him shall NEVER THIRST." MAN, YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT SURVIVAL. You're talking ABOUT HAVING THE SPIRITUAL WATER. HE SAID, "IF YOU DRINK OF THIS WATER, YE SHALL NEVER THIRST AGAIN. BUT THE WATER THAT I SHALL GIVE YOU, give him shall be in him as a well of water springing up into everlasting. The woman said to him, "Sir, give me this water that I may thirst not, neither come hither to draw." Oh, hallelujah. IN A SPIRITUAL SENSE, WHEN WE HAVE THE POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST POURED OUT ON US, THERE'S EVERLASTING WATER. THERE IS NOURISHMENT TO KEEP US STRONG DURING PERILOUS TIMES. YOU CAN SURVIVE ALL OF THOSE THINGS WE MENTIONED WHEN YOU GET FILLED UP >> with that spring of water that Jesus spoke of. >> But our survivalist also said that after water, man's most urgent requirement is food. Matthew said it this way, "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled." John said, "For the bread of God is he that cometh down from heaven and giveth life unto the world." Then said he unto them, Lord, ever give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life. He that cometh to me shall never hunger and he that believeth on me shall NEVER THIRST. MAN, YOU TALKING ABOUT SURVIVING PERILOUS TIMES. If you're not GOING TO GET HUNGRY and you're NOT GOING TO GET THIRSTY AND YOU'RE IN THE HOUSE OF GOD, YOU GOT A SHELTER. I'M HERE TO TELL YOU, YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE IT. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU'VE BEEN FACING IN PERILOUS TIMES. YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE IT. WHEN YOU GOT THE POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST DOWN INSIDE YOU WHEN YOU'RE IN THE HOUSE OF GOD, YOU GOT A SHELTER. YOU'VE GOT THE POWER OF THE WORD. HALLELUJAH. HALLELUJAH. >> But there was one other thing that I didn't mention earlier that the survivalist recommend. The preers said you need to know how to do in an emergency situation, IN A SOCIETAL BREAKDOWN. MAN, are we facing that? They said you need to know how to build a fire. You you, you know, you need to you need to Now, I I I have I've seen all of those uh uh folks that that know how to build a fire out of out of rubbing sticks together and they they'll make all kind of creations and the guys carrying around a a fereral rod and they'll make they'll make sparks and uh the lazy folks, they've got a big lighter handy, but it works. But you see, in a spiritual sense, we've got to know how to have fire. You see, Matthew said it this way. And now also as the axe, the axe is laid at the root of the tree. Therefore, every tree which cometh not forth good fruit is heuned down and cast into the fire. He said, "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoe I am shoes I am not worthy to bear, he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire." You see, the enemy does not mind there BEING A CHURCH ON EVERY corner as long as there not fire in the church. >> As long as IT'S MEETING SOCIETAL NORMS AND MAKING EVERYBODY FEEL GOOD ABOUT THE WAY THEY'RE LIVING. DEVIL DON'T MIND. THERE BEING CHURCHES EVERYWHERE. OH, BUT WHEN THE FIRE OF THE HOLY GHOST SHOWS UP, SUDDENLY SOMEBODY'S GOING TO COME AGAINST AND THEY'RE GOING TO SURVIVE perilous times. >> Hallelujah. Praise team. Get ready. I I didn't know they were going to sing it, but they did a song earlier. They said, "It feels like fire." IT FEELS LIKE FIRE. LET ME TELL YOU, WE'VE GOT TO STILL HAVE the fire of the Holy Ghost in THE CHURCH TODAY IF WE'RE GOING TO SURVIVE PERILOUS TIMES. If we're GOING TO KEEP THOSE THINGS AWAY FROM OUR DOOR, 2 Timothy 3:13 says, "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived." There is deceit in every corner. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and has been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them, and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures. I find myself almost every day drawing on things that I didn't just start learning when I became an adult. There's a reason we still have classes that our little ones go to that the word of the Lord is taught. Pastor Anthony mentioned this morning that Callaway four year old came home telling them the story of Jonah and the whale. I can only imagine as his embellishment made it quite graphic and that yellow whale that you said he colored. Well, let me tell you, sometimes they don't always get get the facts right. But if we keep teaching and keep reminding, if we keep letting our kids be in the shelter of the house of God, they'll get the story right. Uh, listen, for all you folks that's been around as long as I have, you got to hear a lot of those Bible stories in the days before, they had screens and graphics and and they had something called flannelraphph boards. Can I get a witness in the house? >> Man, I I learned a lot about what I know now about the word of the Lord before I knew all the doctrine. I I understood, you know, that they they had flannel graph boards. They had these little figures that had little little stripes on the back of them that was flannel and they they they would put uh cloth up on the board and they would stick those things up there and tell the story. Man, I I still remember a a great big blue uh cloth being put over a a board and them sticking that great big whale up there. And I remember seeing Jonah go boom. I remember that. Now you may say, "Preacher, you're a little bit crazy saying you draw on the things from the kids." I promise you, in perilous times, the enemy doesn't wait till folks get to adulthood before it starts trying to influence it. Our children are under attack every day. Our children are being taught unh wholesome, ungodly things. At the very tips of two thumbs and a device, some of the most horrible, horrendous things can come across a screen that will forever influence your children if we're not aware that we are living in perilous times. He said, "And thou from a child hath known the holy scripture, which are able to make thee wise UNTO SALVATION THROUGH FAITH, WHICH IN CHRIST JESUS ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD, AND IS PROFITABLE FOR DOCTRINE, FOR REPROOF, for correction, FOR INSTRUCTIONS, IN RIGHTEOUSNESS, RIGHTEOUSNESS, that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto good works. I've got good news. Yes, we are living in perilous times. We are living in the last days. Don't let that frighten you. Don't let that scare you because I have further evidence that it's the last days because Acts 2:16 said, "But this is that which was spoken of by the prophet Joel. IT SHALL COME TO PASS IN THE LAST DAYS, SAYAITH GOD, I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT UPON ALL FLESH. YOUR SONS AND YOUR DAUGHTERS SHALL PROPHESY, AND YOUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE VISIONS. YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS, AND ON MY SERVANTS, AND ON MY HANDMAIDAIDENS I WILL POUR OUT IN THOSE DAYS OF MY SPIRIT, AND THEY SHALL PROPHESY. I'M HERE TO TELL YOU, I KNOW WE'RE IN THE LAST DAYS BECAUSE THE HOLY GHOST IS STILL BEING POURED OUT. >> I'M HERE TO TELL YOU, IF YOU'RE IN THIS HOUSE TONIGHT AND YOU HAVEN'T HAD THE FIRE OF THE HOLY GHOST POURED OUT ON YOU, THERE'S AN ALTAR TONIGHT THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE THE HOLY GHOST. WE'RE LIVING IN THE LAST DAYS. >> He went on to say, he said, I'll show you. What's he going to show us? wonders in heaven above, signs in the earth, BLOOD AND FIRE AND VAPOR OF SMOKE, THE SUN SHALL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS, THE moon into blood before the great and notable day of the Lord. And it shall come, stand with me, and it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. I came to tell everybody in the house tonight, if you want to survive perilous times, you need to know how to call on the name of the Lord. What's the Lord's name? His name is Jesus, who was bore out on the road to Damascus when Saul was blinded by a great light. He said, Lord, who art thou? He said, I am Jesus who thou persecutest. I'm here to tell you if you're going to call on the name of the Lord, you got to know what it is. The name of the Lord is Jesus. Those who would call on the name of Jesus tonight, salvation is yours. Because when you call on the name of Jesus, there's something that goes along with it. There is a plan of salvation that the outpouring of the Holy Ghost is manifest. When you repent of your sins, when you take on that name of Jesus and water baptism, you are promised the gift of the Holy Ghost. What happened on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Ghost fell? It fell on them as tongues of fire. The Bible said, "AND IT SET upon each of them." They were all filled with the Holy Ghost. I wonder if there's anybody in the house tonight that wants to make sure you're surviving perilous times. Maybe you're needing to call on Jesus. Maybe some of those things that we itemized earlier in the text have been attacking you. I'm here to tell you, you have all authority and power. You have a shelter. You have water. You have bread. You have fire. You're prepared for perilous times. I wonder could we step out from our seats for a season of prayer right now? Would you gather around the altar? If you do not have the Holy Ghost, please come with them. Come repentant. Say, "God, I want to be filled with your spirit. I want the fire of the Holy Ghost to be inside me, Lord. I I need your touch. I need your power. Lord, there are perilous times that are attacking, God. I want to have the strength. I want to stay in the shelter of the church. I want to be filled. Would you lift your hands and your hearts unto the Lord as they sing right now? Let's pray. God, I love you. God, I bless your name. God, I bless your name. Lord, I thank you that you've equipped me, Lord. >> God, I thank you've equipped me, Lord, with every necessity to survive in perilous times. >> Lord, I thank you for your power and for your name. >> God, in your name I pray. will always be >> you Jesus. >> Always you. >> Hallelujah. >> Right where you are. Would you love him? >> You have his shelter. You have his breath. >> You have the water of life. You have the fire of God. Nothing in this world will. >> Nothing else. Nothing else. >> Jesus, you're the same. >> >> Everything revolves around you. Jesus, you nothing else matter. Nothing in this world will do. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. Would you let him speak to your heart right where you are? >> Jesus, you're the >> Lord. You're the center. >> And everything revolves around you, Jesus, you sing it now. And from my heart to the heavens, Jesus be the center all about you. Yes, it's all about you. From my heart to the heaven, >> Jesus be the center. It's all about you. Yes, it's all about you. From my heart to the heavens, Jesus be the center. It's all about you. Yes, it's all about you. From my heart to the heavens, Jesus be the center. It's all about you. Yes, it's all about you. >> Hallelujah. >> Center of it all. >> Is Jesus the center of your life? Hallelujah. Hallelujah. I want us to go from this place tonight prepared, equipped to face any trial, any test that the enemy would place in our way, knowing that we have the opportunity to win the lost, to keep our families safe in the shelter of his arms and in the safety of the sanctuary. go from this place excited to do all God would call you to do.
