Summary
Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.
The Master of the Marginalized
- The preacher, an evangelist home for the year-end Sunday revival, takes his text from 1 Corinthians 1: not many wise, mighty, or noble are called, but God has chosen the foolish, weak, base, and despised things of the world, and things which are not, that no flesh should glory in his presence.
- He announces his thought: Jesus is the Master of the marginalized — the master of those placed in a position of little importance, isolated, excluded, and on the fringe.
- He marvels at the Bible's roll of the used-but-marginalized: Joseph raised by a stepparent, Gideon hiding and least in his family, Esther raised by her uncle, Timothy with a mother in church and a father who was not, and Moses raised in a heathen household.
Scriptures: 1 Corinthians 1:26-29
Moses, David, and the Blemish Law
- Moses told God in Exodus 4:10 that he was slow of speech, yet Acts 7:22 says Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and mighty in words and deeds; forty years among sheep on the backside of the desert had worn down the eloquence — who you surround yourself with shapes what you become.
- David at the cave of Adullam gathered everyone in distress, in debt, and discontented — about four hundred men — and became captain over them; the next time Scripture names them, they are called the mighty men whom David had.
- Leviticus 21 barred any man with a blemish from approaching to offer the bread of his God; under the old law every person in the house — flawed, handicapped, or Gentile — would have been shut out of the presence of God.
Scriptures: Exodus 4:10; Acts 7:22; 1 Samuel 22:1-2; Leviticus 21:16-23
The Invitation Goes to the Hedges
- In Luke 14 the master of the great supper, refused by the invited with their excuses, sent his servant into the streets and lanes to bring in the poor, the maimed, the halt, and the blind, and then into the highways and hedges to compel them to come in, that his house may be filled.
- The church has grown good at going to the highways, where the wanted people are; the marginalized lie in the hedges, knocked off the highway by pain, addiction, and loss, and the preacher resolves to get his hands dirty there.
- Even the Messiah's own lineage in Matthew's first chapter is filled with broken branches — murderers, liars, adulterers, addicts, and rebels — and in Hebrews 11 Rahab stands as one of only two women named in the faith roll.
Scriptures: Luke 14:21-23; Matthew (book-only, as spoken); Hebrews 11
Jesus of Nazareth, Friend of Sinners
- In Matthew 9 Jesus sat at meat with publicans and sinners and answered the Pharisees: "They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick... I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."
- He was called Jesus of Nazareth — not of Bethlehem or Jerusalem — because Nazareth was the outlying place where the marginalized hid, fulfilling Isaiah 53:3, "despised and rejected of men"; and Paul says in Philippians that he made himself of no reputation and took the form of a servant.
- When Jesus said "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me" in Matthew 11:29, he used the words a rabbi used to choose an apprentice — and he chose rejected tradesmen, fishermen, tax collectors, and troublemakers as his twelve.
Scriptures: Matthew 9:10-13; Isaiah 53:3; Philippians 2:7; Matthew 11:29
The Faith Roll and the Open Altar
- He walks Hebrews 11 a second time as a roll of the flawed: Noah a drunk, Abraham who doubted, Sarah who laughed, Isaac a liar, Jacob a deceiver, Joseph a convict, Moses full of excuses, Rahab a prostitute, Gideon of low self-esteem, Samson a womanizer, David an adulterer and murderer — God has always used flawed people to perform his flawless purpose.
- He closes with Jesus' own invitations: "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest," and "If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink" — no qualification but need.
- The altar call invites the inadequate, insecure, overlooked, and broken — anyone who has never repented, been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, or been filled with the Holy Ghost — to bring their hurt, addiction, and heartache to the Master of the marginalized.

come on he's worthy of my praise he's worthy of My Worship I love you Jesus I praise you mighty God you're so wonderful I'm overcome with emotion today just because I'm home and uh you'll never know what this place means to me and my family this church this school and all of you all and then to come in today and see brother Richard and sister Dana and sister Stephanie and Noah um some people would have used what's recently happened to them to skip church today but they know where their their source of strength comes from and I'm so thankful that they're here today and I love them and want them to know how much I love sister Darlene and I'm thankful uh selfishly I would wish she was still here but I'm thankful she's home and she's got her healing and uh thankful that they're here today I love them very very much and I I'm thoroughly convinced that when we all get to heaven one day that there's going to going to be a long line in heaven and at the front of that line is going to be bishop and sister mccole and all the people that want to shake their hand and H their neck because of them because they are in heaven and I believe it'll be a great testimony and I'm and I stand here today is that same uh same testimony if it wasn't for Bishop and sister mcool coming to Knoxville Tennessee I don't know where I'd be I don't know what grave I'd be in what cemetery plot what jail sale prison sale what rehab recovery I'd be in so I want to say I'm proud to be one of the sharecropper seed today and I'm thankful to be a part of this great church I give honor to pastor and sister mccole um they are two of the classiest sharpest people you'll ever meet uh he's the reason why I still wear Polo and uh and and I I wanted to be so much like him growing up that I broke my right wrist in fourth grade so I could write with my left hand and the teachers couldn't even read it so they just started giving me A's and checking me off so uh I love this family brother Nate sister Ashley I love and appreciate them very much brother Nate is a student of the word and uh I I uh he Des I desire to to be more like that and brother Anthony sister Kelly I love and appreciate brother anthy with a Godly Pride I'm proud of him and all he's done got to watch him literally from the day he was born I've watched him grow up at this church and God's doing great things with him and those beautiful grandchildren which I'm a grandpa now and it's a great life I promise you uh so I'm so glad to be here today give honor to all of you thank you for being here and speaking of those um those that we have lost as you're turning to 1 Corinthians the 1 chapter verse 26 I miss seeing brother Roger up here on the front row and uh the reason I bring him up today is because uh back in the spring when we lost him late late winter early spring uh one of the local or most of the local radio shows that he would call in Daily uh would do tributes to him and I was listening to one that lasted for hours blew my mind the people that were calling in and talking about Roger and how he touch their lives and I'll never forget one of the co-hosts said talking about Roger and the lives he had touched he said that's really the heart of the gospel because Jesus came for the marginalized and it touched me and I I I began working on a a thought from that and and that's what I want to preach to you today so if you have your Bibles 1 Corinthians the first chapter verse number 26 for you see your calling Brethren how that not many wise men after the flesh not many mighty not many noble are called but God had chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise and God had chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are Mighty and base things of the world and things which are despised hath God chosen yay and things which are not to bring to not things that are that no flesh should glory in his presence I want to preach today for a few moments on this thought the Master of the marginalized I'm so thankful that he's the master of the marginalized would you pray with me right now Lord we love you we thank you for your spirit God we're thankful for your anointing we're thankful for your power that we feel in this house God I'm thankful for everyone here today God I ask you Lord to anoint me to preach your anointed word god anoint your people God to hear your word to receive your word but most importantly God to respond to your word speak to to us today God let us leave here different than what we walked in God and we give you praise for it in Jesus mighty name we pray amen why don't we clap our hands to him one more time and let's shout un god with a voice of Triumph he's worthy hallelujah hallelujah thank you [Applause] Jesus the word marginalized means plac in a position of little or no importance significance relevance influence or power someone that is isolated or excluded people that are On The Fringe of a society or group Spurgeon said it best when he said if you were to take out of the scriptures all the stories that have to do with the poor Afflicted men and women what a very small book The Bible would become especially if together with the stories you removed all the Psalms of the sorrowful all the promises for the distressed all the passages which belong to the children of grief this book indeed for the most part is made up of the animals of the poor and the despised you can just look at story after Story in your Bible of Who the Master of the marginalized chose to use it wasn't who everyone else thought he used Joseph whose mother died and he was raised by a stepparent he was marginalized Gideon was when God called him he was hiding from the enemy he was insecure and he said my family is the least in all of Israel and I'm the least in all of my family Esther was raised by her relative her uncle Timothy had a mom who was in church and a dad that wasn't in church but God said I'm going to use them Moses if you study Moses out he was raised by a heathen family and when God called him him he was hiding on the backside of a desert running from CSI Egypt because of he he was a murderer when God called him to deliver his people out of Egypt and and I find it amazing when God Called Moses Moses says unto God in Exodus 4:10 he says Lord I'm not eloquent neither here to for nor since hast thou spoken unto thy servant but I am slow of speech and of a slow tongue the reason I find that amazing is because if you flip over to the book of Acts the 7th chapter 22 it says and Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was mighty in words and deeds so Moses said God I'm not eloquent I'm slow of speech I'm slow of tongue but the book of Acts said when he was in Egypt he was eloquent in his speech so what happened to Moses well it's simple Moses had spent 50 years or 40 years on the backside of a desert with sheep and if you listen close enough sheep will tell you just how bad they talk the old saying is still true show me your friends and I'll show you your future because whoever you hang around with is what you'll become and Moses the reason why you're not eloquent anymore is because of who you're hanging around with but God is still looking for the marginalized and if you're here today let me tell you who you hang around with is very important because if you're hanging around with those that don't want to come to church it won't be long before you're backslid if you're hanging around with those that like to live in the world it won't be long before you're living in the world but let me surround myself today with people that know how to pray let me surround myself with people that know how to worship and know how to praise today maybe somebody here today feels unnoticed and unimportant David's own daddy didn't see the king inside the kid but David was a young man when he defeated Goliath and you know what David was David was the underdog and I love rooting for the underdog unless it's the Tennessee Volunteers but the master of the mariz also loves the underdog the master of the marelize is pulling and rooting for the underdog so if you came here today and you felt like you don't have much to offer and you felt like you're not much of anything God is looking for you you are exactly who he is looking for in this house today speaking of David 1st Samuel 22 David is running from King Saul and he Bible says that he escapes to a cave called adullam and when his Brethren and all his father's house heard it they went went down thither to him and the Bible says everyone that was in distress everyone that was in debt everyone that was discontented gathered themselves unto him and he became a captain over them and there were with him about 400 men now I'm sure the Bishop Pastor I'm sure you guys would Lov to have a 400 Soul Revival but these guys weren't 400 Souls that you had won the Bible says they were in distress so you know what that means that means they're going to cause Church problems the Bible says they were in debt so they can't pay their tithe and offerings the Bible says that they were discontented so that means they're going to be here one Sunday and another church next Sunday they're going to church hop but these 400 men these 400 distressed INB discontented marginalized men join themselves to David and can I tell you that is the material that God uses that is the material iial of the master of the marginalized today because God sends a prophet to the cave and the prophet Gad goes down to David and he says abide not in the hold but depart and get to the land of Judah the land of Praise because if you can get out of the cave today and you can mix your problems with praise the master of the marginalize can do something amazing in your life cuz you know what happened the next time we hear about these 400 men these 400 marginalized material the Bible does not call them in distress or discontented or in debt but the Bible says these be the names of the Mighty Men whom David had and so in 400 distressed discontented and indebted men God saw something inside of those marginalized men that he said I can take and use to do something in my kingdom and I've come to tell somebody today I don't care who you are I don't care what you're going through I don't care what you're struggling with you are the material that the master of the marginalized is looking for today Leviticus 21 I Don't Preach from Leviticus very often I don't read it when you're sleepy Pastor Whitley will have to do a deep dive into this sometime but not me Leviticus 21:16 says and the Lord spake unto Moses saying Speak unto Aaron saying whosoever he be of thy seed in thy Generations that have any blemish let him not approach to offer the bread of his God for whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish he shall not approach a blind man or a lame or he that has flat nose or anything deformed or a man that is broken footed or broken handed or a hunchback or a dwarf for he that hath a blemish in his eye or with a festering wound or rash or hath his Stones broken no man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offering of the Lord made by fire he hath a blemish he shall not come nigh to the offer the bread of his God he shall eat the bread of his God both of the most holy and of the Holy only he shall not go into the veil nor come nigh into the alt because he had the blemish that he profane Not My Sanctuary for I the Lord do sanctify them so when God was giving the levitical law to Moses he makes it very clear no one with a flaw or a handicap could come into the presence of God that pretty much sums up every single person in here today and for those that are perfect and Flawless and you know who you are let me remind you of this you also had to be an Israelite to enter into the temple and the presence of God you couldn't be a Samaritan you couldn't be a moabit an Edomite or any other Gentile so that tells every single person in here we in Old Testament times we could not do what we are doing strict Old Testament levitical law rules and regulations would prevent us from being a part of what we're doing right now but if you flip over to the New Testament we see a parable about him and his kingdom in Luke 14 Jesus said a certain man made a great supper and bade many and he sent his servant at supper time to say that them that were bid come for all things are now ready and when they would with one consent began to make excuse they started doing what we do when God calls us same thing Moses did I can't do it because this I one of them said one of them said well I can't I I I bought some land and I got to go look at it you don't buy land without looking at it that was an excuse another one said I bought some oxen and I got to go try them out you don't buy a car without test driving at first that was just an excuse the other one said well I just got married and I got to go see my wife maybe he was being honest maybe he was telling the truth I don't know but they all began making excuses for why they wouldn't come and so the servant comes and he tells the Master of the House that all these excuses that were being made and the house the Master of the House gets angry and he says to his servant go out quickly into the streets and the lanes of the city and bring in hither notice who he says the poor the M the Halt and the blind in other words words the master of the marginalized said the Old Testament says you can't be used but I'm starting a new testament I'm starting a new way and I don't care what you're struggling with I don't care what you brought in here today we're not going to shut the doors on you we're not going to prevent you from coming into his presence and God made a way that you and I don't have to stay outside you and I don't have to stay out of his presence uh but the master of the marginalize has changed us today and the servant said to the Lord it is done as thou Hast commanded and yet there is still room and the Lord said to the servant go out into the highways and the hedges and compel them to come in that my house may be filled I you know what I I believe the apostolic church I'm not just talking about this chur I'm talking about the church over the world we've gotten real good at going to the highways the highways are where everybody the people that everybody wants are at you know the the teachers and the lawyers and the the educated the the policemen the firemen the uh the the ones with good jobs the ones uh you know they've not been married 16 times that we don't have to disciple them very much and and they got get jobs they can they can be a blessing to the king kingdom of God we've gotten real good at going to the highway but God didn't say to only go to the highway cuz on the side of the highways are the hedges and lying in the hedges are the marginalized lying in the hedges are those that once were On Life's Highway and pain and addiction and loss and heartache and problems have knocked them off of the highway and they lie blooded and and bruised and neglected in the high Hedges and you know what I've come to tell somebody I believe in Holiness yes I do but every once in a while I need to get off my Holiness Highway and I need to get into the hedges and I need to get my hands dirty because that's where those that God loves are that's where the addict is that's where the broken are that's where God loves his people so this parable about God and His Kingdom it lets us in on a little secret when he decided to come in the likeness of flawed flesh he came as the master of the marginalized he wasn't born to a king and queen in a royal castle but a teenage girl pregnant out of wedlock by somebody other than her fiance who was just a lowly ordinary Carpenter and when he was born he wasn't born in some spotless uh hospital room but he he was surrounded by stinky farm animals as a matter of fact Matthew the first chapter once again don't read this when you're sleepy at night it's the baguette chapter it'll make your eyes cross but it tells the genealogical lineage of Jesus Christ the Messiah this master of the marginalized that I'm preaching about today and as a matter of fact his family tree would make a great episode of Jerry Springer his family tree was filled with broken branches Twisted Limbs and lwh hanging rotten fruit that nobody would pick ancestry that was filled with murderers liars cheaters adulterers fornicators womanizer lust abuse rape incest drunks addicts manipulators thieves rule Breakers Rebels insecurities and the list could go on and on and you think your family has trouble but when God decided to come to this earth robed in flesh as Jesus Christ the master of the marginalized could have came any way he wanted to but he said I'm coming to the marginalized I'm coming to those that nobody believes in he saw something in these rejects that he wanted in his royalty he saw something in these Misfits that he wanted in his majesty he saw in Jacob God saw his limp in his lies in Judah God saw praise inside of a problem in Rahab God saw the potential in a prostitute a matter of fact if you look at Hebrews the 11th chapter what we call Face Hall of Fame rahab's only one she's only one of two women specifically mentioned by name so that means that Rahab literally went from being a harlot to a Hall of Famer and David God saw a king and a kid he even saw his heart and his hor mry and Solomon God saw his wisdom in his womanizing and God could have came any way he wanted to any family to any lineage but the master of the marginalize he chose The Outsiders he chose the outliers those that no one believed in to make his grand entrance into Humanity as a matter of fact in Matthew 9:10 says it came to pass as Jesus said at meat in the house behold many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples and when the Pharisees a so-called spiritual Elite of the day when they saw it they said to his disciples why eateth your master with publicans and sinners but when Jesus heard it he said they that be whole need not a physician he didn't come today for those that are that got it all figured out he didn't come today for those that don't have any problems he said he didn't come for those but they that are sick go you and learn what it meth I will have mercy and not sacrif sacrifice for I have not come to call the righteous but Sinners to repentance Jesus would later be called a friend to publicans and Sinners and I'm thankful that he is today I'm thankful the master of the marginalized loves the lowest and The Sinner because I wouldn't be standing here today if it wasn't for his love you know what else this master the marginalizes was often called in scripture he was called Jesus of Nazareth here was thought about that why wasn't he called Jesus of Bethlehem that's where he was born at why wasn't he reference Jesus of Egypt that's where he spent the first two years of his life but the Bible calls him Jesus of Nazareth and the reason is because if you study it out Nazareth was a outling community in Galilee it was kind of Po dunan country it was kind of like well I better not say name some of the regions around here because somebody may be from there it was like Blunt County I'm from Blunt County I can say that it was the area where the marginalized lived it was a Melting Pot of different races of people it was a place where marginalized people went to hide that's why when Philip said he had found him of whom Moses and the law and the prophets did write this Jesus of Nazareth the son of Joseph that Nathaniel responds with his words can there any good thing come out of Nazareth cuz nothing Good's ever come out of Nazareth Nazareth is where people go that don't have a life Nazareth is where people go that don't have anything to offer that's where people run and hide can any good thing come out of Nazareth what they didn't realize was it was prophecy fulfilled because Isaiah 53 and3 said he is despised and rejected Ed of men a Man of Sorrows and acquainted with grief and we hid as it were our faces from him he was despised and we esteemed him not Paul would say in Philippians that he made himself of no reputation and took upon him the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men that's what Jesus said I'll come to Earth and don't don't say I'm Jesus of Galilee don't say I'm Jesus of the Jews don't say I'm Jes Jesus of the temple don't say I'm Jesus of Jerusalem say I'm Jesus of Nazareth cuz that's who I'm looking for I'm looking for Outsiders uh I'm looking for the hurting I'm looking for the broken I'm looking for those that Society has given up on as a matter of fact he handpicked his disciples no one chose them for him he chose them he could have very easily chosen the cream of the crop Israel's very best and finest he could have chosen from the temple or from the educated but when the master of the marginalized chose the 12 he chose 12 stinky cursing fishermen Tax Collectors religious Rebels and Temple troublemakers in other words he chose the marginalize and Jesus would say this in Matthew 11:29 he said take my yoke upon you and learn of me there's something very interesting about this scripture because rabbis in Messianic and premian times really didn't have a formal school for them it was all done like an apprenticeship program all Jewish boys would attend school from ages 5 to 17 or 18 and it was honorable to be chosen by a rabbi and when they would finish school a rabbi would either choose them to be an apprentice but if they weren't chosen they would go to work in their father's trade and when a rabbi would choose his student he would use the same words that Jesus Jesus would use take my yoke upon you and learn of me this is an ancient rabinal phrase used to choose potential students into rabinal apprenticeship and when Jesus called the 12 guess what he found them doing they were doing their father's trade that means that at some point in their lives a rabbi had rejected them because he thought they weren't good enough to be a student Rabbi but when Jesus the Messiah came and he found them he essentially said I don't care who has rejected you in the past I don't care who has said you're not good enough I'm calling you and I wonder if perhaps if Peter and the other disciples didn't long to hear a rabbi say follow me but was was was rejected time and time again what a dream come true to be handpicked and hand chosen by the Jesus the Messiah and I've come to tell somebody you may have come here today feeling overlooked looked down upon rejected you may feel inadequate family members and maybe even your parents have said you're a mistake and failure their words of I wish I'd never had you sting deeply teachers and classmates have made you feel inadequate you've been ridiculed you've been made fun of you've been bullied into thinking you're not good enough and that you'll never amount to anything and God forbid not one of these men but maybe a pastor in your life or a youth pastor in life has told you that God would never use someone like you if you came here this morning feeling that way haunted by those words you've come to the right place at the right time I want to introduce you to the master of the marginalized you are exactly what he is looking for today you are why he stopped by this service this morning he loves you and he wants you even if nobody else does he believes in you and wants to use you even if nobody else does spoke of face Hall of Fame a few minutes ago Hebrews 11 this iconic chapter of faith that we call Face Hall of Fame could have easily been turned flesh as Hall of shame because by faith Noah prepared an AR but by flesh Noah was a drunk by faith Abraham believed God obeyed God but by flesh Abraham doubted God by faith Sarah rece received strength to conceive but by flesh Sarah laughed at God when he told her she would conceive by faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau but by flesh Isaac was a liar by faith Jacob blessed the sons of Joseph in worship but by flesh Jacob was a manipulator and a deceiver by faith Joseph prophesied about his people leaving Egypt but by flesh Joseph was sold by his own Brothers into slavery and was a convict I guess you could say Satan had Joseph right where God wanted him because the enemy was trying to destroy the dream and the dreamer but the Lord used the destruction of the dreamer for the construction of the dream by faith Moses LED God's people to the promised land but by flesh Moses made excuses for why he could couldn't lead God's people to the promised land by faith Rahab perished not with the others in Jericho but by flesh Rahab was a prostitute by faith Gideon was a mighty man of Valor but by flesh Gideon had low self-esteem by faith baric was a deliverer but by flesh baric was a coward by faith Samson delivered God's people but by flesh Samson was a long-haired womanizer by faith jeffa was a mighty man of Valor by flesh JEA was a son of a harlot by faith David was a man after God's Own Heart but by flesh David committed adultery and murder so don't you think for one moment here today that God can't use you Time After Time scripture after scripture chapter after chapter book after book story after Story character after character God has chosen the marginalized and stop listening to the lies of the adversary that God can't and God won't use you you are exactly what he is looking for today [Applause] you might be flawed but the master of the marginalize is Flawless you might be imperfect but the master of the marginalized is perfect you might be incomplete but the master of the marginalized is complete you might be incapable but the master of the marginalized is capable you might be incompetent but the master of the marginalized is competent you might be impaired but the master of the marginalize is impeccable you might be handicapped but the master of the marginalize is Holy you might be lacking but the master of the marginalize is lacking nothing you might be broken but the master of the marginalize is beautiful today and the master of the marginalized doesn't see statistics waiting to happen in here today the master of the marginalized doesn't see you as messed up but he sees you as a messenger he doesn't see drug addicts he sees dreamers he doesn't see pill poppers he sees preachers he doesn't see alcoholics he sees apostolics he doesn't see po smokers he sees Prayer Warriors and it doesn't matter who you are it doesn't matter what you've done God wants to use you if you may be messed up but you're not used up he still wants you for his kingdom as a matter of fact his blood is greater than your blunder his forgiveness is greater than your failure his grace is greater than your your your guilt his Mercy is greater than your mistakes and I've come to tell somebody today the master of the marginalized has all always and let me repeat always use flawed people to perform his Flawless purpose and you might be flawed but you're still called today and he doesn't call the qualify but he does qualify the call and the master marginalized has always used imperfect people to perform his perfect will and just because everything isn't perfect in your life doesn't mean you're not in his perfect will as we stand the master of the marginalize is here right now and he wants you if you feel inadequate if you feel insecure if you feel overlooked undervalued underappreciated like you have nothing to offer I've got good news for you today you are exactly what he's looking for this morning Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest then he says in John 7:37 If any man thirst let him come into me and drink we we put a lot of emphasis on what he says and I'm thankful for that we need to but every once in all we need to look at what he doesn't say because he didn't say everybody that's perfect come to me he didn't say if you got Pentecostal pedigree come to me he didn't say if you have a nice suit on this morning come to me he didn't say if you have a nice vehicle come he didn't say if you got a bunch of money in the bank or you got a good education coming to me he simply said if you're burdened and you're heavy laden if you're thirsty come unto me if you're broken come unto me if you're hurting come unto me if your heart has been shattered coming to me if you've got addictions in your life if you've got problems in your life life if you came here searching for answers come unto me there's no other qualification but just that you need to come to him today it doesn't matter who you are it doesn't matter what you're going through it doesn't matter what you've done in the past what you thought you were going to do tonight or what you were planning for 2024 all that matters is that you are in the presence of the master of the marginalized and he is looking for someone just like you yeah so as every head is bowed every eyes closed and they get ready to play and sing this altar is open today if you're here and you've never repented of your sins he's looking for you you can come and you can repent if you're here today and you've never been baptized in the only name under Heaven given among men whereby we must be saved the saving name of Jesus Christ he's here for you today if you're here and you never been filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost he's here for you today all you've got to do is make a step well I'm not worthy none of us are I'm broken good I'm
