amen what a privilege it it is to be here on this beautiful Sunday morning in East Tennessee this is truly God's country I felt better when I drove into Knoxville and uh before I leave tomorrow I'll make sure I make my way around the university and I'll feel much better amen I've realized as I was standing there just a moment ago that I've got the wrong color orange on I'm not sure what I was thinking uh but you'll have to forgive me today but it is what it is what an honor it is to be here at this great church church and thank you again uh for the wonderful invitation this is just first class second to none and your pastoral staff and the muls and the Whitley are just some of the best and uh we're just so thankful I won't you give them a hand today how awesome they are and uh I know sometimes when you you've been around people for a long time and and you've been pastored by a same group of people for a long time you you kind of forget how good you have it let me just remind you today that you have it very good and we're just so thankful and honored and this morning in the in the hotel room I was telling my wife I said babe I said I I said I don't normally get nervous I said but I am so nervous this morning and she said what's up with that you know she begin to make fun of me and and I said it's not every day that you preach when Bishop mul is sitting in the room and so Bishop is my hero sister mul uh you guys are just the topnotch for us and we love and appreciate you so much and so grateful and thankful man what great singing and music here today why don't you give your your team just a great hand just awesome Amen all of the Saints of the most high god thank you for being in church and uh we were we were in prison last night to be honest with you I broke out of prison to be here this morning and uh we had prison service at the Tennessee ladies prison last night and uh we walked into that place and and the very first thing well there was two things said to me last night that I did not appreciate very much and I walked in the chapel there and and a young lady looked up at me and she said they called me Pastor Nathan she said you need to go to the gym I said well you need to shut up I didn't say that back I wanted to I wanted to say much worse but I was trying to hold myself together and then the second thing that someone said to me last night she said is that your daughter I said no that's not my daughter that's my wife what is up with that so I'm glad to have my wife with me today and uh she is uh the most amazing person and just grateful that she could be here and so glad to have our friend Sarah heel with us here today uh she was in New Life in Nashville for a long time and made her way back to East Tennessee and we're just so grateful to be able to see her her in the house of the Lord today amen if you'll stand with me I know that it's Sunday morning and I'm the only thing standing between you and Taco Bell or whatever it is uh that you're going to make your way to and uh we we're just expecting God to do something great in this house amen well don't you lift your hands one more time all over this place and just begin to thank the Lord just begin to worship him he is so worthy to be lifted up Hallelujah he's so wor worthy to be praised and magnified and exalted today come on I think we can do better than that right now Hallelujah God you're worthy Hallelujah God you're so mighty and so powerful we bless you today we bless you today if you turn with me to Luke chapter 7 and verses 19- 22 Luke 7 19 through 22 the Bible says and John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus saying art thou he that should come or look we for another when the men were come unto him they saith John Baptist hath sent us unto thee saying art thou he that should come or look we for another verse 21 and in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues and of evil spirits and unto many that were blind he gave sight then Jesus answering said unto them go your way and tell John what things ye have seen and heard how the blind see the lame walk the lepers are cleansed the deaf here and the dead are raised to the poor the gospel is preached I would like to try to minister this morning on this subject we still believe in the miraculous we still believe in the miraculous if you lay your Bibles down lift your hands toward Heaven would you pray that God would anoint in this house today Lord we're so grateful and thankful to be here again God we pray that you'd anoint every heart every soul every mind every Spirit God I pray Lord let signs and wonders and miracles be released in this atmosphere oh Lord God I believe today is the day that someone is going to walk out of this building different oh God they're going to leave this house today Lord realizing that you have come in that you have touched them and you have moved upon them and God we're going to give you play praise for that in Jesus name would you clap your hands as you're seated this [Applause] morning God bless you what is a miracle according to the scripture a miracle is something that transcends the common occurrence of nature an unusual occurrence something remarkable a Wonder of God according to the dictionary the word miracle means an effect or extraordinary event in the physical world that surpasses all known or natural powers and is subscribed to a supernatural cause such an effect or event manifesting or considered as a work of God a Wonder or a Marvel I think it can be said that a miracle is something done at the hands of something or somebody that is beyond human ability those that are in this room today that adhere to the word of God we still believe in miracles amen it is one of the foundational issues of the church that you and I are a part of that we still believe that God is able to heal all manner of sickness all manner of disease it doesn't matter what you're dealing with today we believe that God can still heal doesn't matter if it's a physical need doesn't matter if it's a spiritual need doesn't matter if it's a if it's a need of the mind we believe that God is able to reach down in his infinite power and touch your spirit touch your soul touch your mind touch your family touch your finances touch your marriage we believe that God is able to perform the miraculous is anybody in this house right now still believe that God is able Hallelujah in a room this size with this amount of people I know there's somebody here today that is in need of a miracle that you have exhausted every human effort you feel like you have went there you've went here you've went over there you you you've gone to that doctor you've went to that bank you've went to that therapist you've went to that counselor and you feel like the woman in Mark 5 that had the issue of blood the Bible says that 12 years she dealt with the same thing I I don't know about you but 12 years is a pretty good long time to be dealing with the same thing another Point she suffered many things of her Physicians the third thing was that she spent all the money that she had and unfortunately the scripture says that nothing got better but rather grew worse I know that some of you that I'm preaching to right now you're dealing with some things that's been around a long time some things that seem like every morning when you wake up it greets you every single day and you're wondering how in the world am I going to make it through another day when is this going to leave my spirit when is this going to leave my mind I've been to this doctor I've been to that doctor that doctor said try this this therapist said do this I feel like I'm at Rock Bottom I feel like I've spent everything I had and it only seems to be getting worse every single day listen there is not one thing I'm going to hit here for just a moment that God is not able to take care of it doesn't matter how many days you've been dealing with it it doesn't matter the pain in your body the pain in your spirit the pain in your mind God can instantaneously heal you and deliver you [Applause] today it's not on not only in our physical bodies but there are people in the room today that are struggling in your mind you're struggling with fear and worry and anxiety and depression and all kinds of crazy thoughts maybe you're struggling today Financial I don't know you looked at the bank account this morning and you just shook your head that baby I don't know how we're going to make it through the next few days I don't know what's your need of today but I know that your Miracle is in this house I don't know what you're feeling right now but there is something welling up on the inside of me that said they're going to leave today and be different when they get home something's going to happen but my God have mercy I feel the Holy Ghost in This House I don't know how the transition is going to happen but something is about to walk in the room and you're going to feel different you're going to think different the Bible says in verse 27 of Mark 5 says when she heard of Jesus when she heard of Jesus she came in the press or she came into the crowd behind him the scripture says touching His Garment verse 28 says if I may touch but his clothes I shall be made whole listen I love this verse I love the way this reads in Scripture she said if I can touch him there's way too many people in the room right now saying if he would touch me but I wonder what would happen if you would maybe get out of your seat when you don't feel like it or you would stand up on your feet when you don't feel like it if you would begin to clap your hands and worship my god with a loud voice and say he doesn't have to touch me today I believe if I can just get to him I believe if I can just get out my Lord have mercy I wonder if I could just press through for just a few moments if I I know there's a lot of people around right now but I'm not worried about the crowd if I can just get to the hym of His Garment if I could just Reach Out And Touch he doesn't have to touch me but if I could just touch him I believe that I can be made whole there's a writer the writer in the book of Acts says that he is not far from any of us if we would just feel after him if we might you may have to get out of your your seat right now you may have to get out of your comfort zone for just a few moments and say hey I'm not feeling anything over here on this side of the building I wonder if I could just walk over here for just I want to feel after him if I could just touch him my dad man I'm starting to feel a little too comfortable right now my dad used to say this he said if God's not moving in a particular part of the building he said you go find where he is moving amen if he's not moving on your Pew go find somebody where it is moving and get over and say hey I need what you got to rub off on me for just I'm in need of a miracle come on when you get desperate for something you don't care who's worshiping you don't care what song is being sang you don't care who's here or who is not here I've got to push through I got to have a breakthrough I got to have a miracle God has got to touch me and I've got to touch God Hallelujah that's why you got to quit sitting by dead beats come on you got to quit sitting in the crowd that folds their arms all service long you got to find somebody that's leaping a little bit you got to find somebody that's worshiping a little bit I got to get around you because I need something I need God to take care of something and I believe if we can get his attention he'll come down and move upon [Applause] us hallelujah Matthew says it this way that she said within herself if I can touch the hym of His Garment Luke records it like this that she came behind him and touched the border of His Garment and this is the word and immediately something that she had been dealing with for 12 years something that her purse was empty because she didn't have any more money some of you are wondering if it's ever going to change I believe there could be an immediate miracle in this house today you don't have to wait another five years you don't have to wait till another church service today is the day for your miracle today is the day of your breakthrough today is the day when your marriage comes back together you get the sanity back into your mind all you need is a moment with Jesus Christ and everything can be turned around you say preacher I've heard it before that's all right hear it again well I heard this last week that's all right hear it again well you don't know what I'm going through listen I I've got all the sympathy and the empathy I can but I don't have to know what you're going through because I'm not the Christ I'm not the one that heals you I'm not the one that delivers you I'm not the one that puts the marriage back together but baby I know the one that can I know that my God have mercy and I feel him in this room right now if somebody would just reach for him if you would press for him there's an immediate miracle in your future that same Jesus that touched this woman in the gospels is the same Jesus that's in this room right now the only thing that I can preach to you this morning is that desperation leads to the miraculous when you get tired enough of being sick and tired when I told him in the prison last night I said you got to get up out of your seat and make a move towards God you can't sit there and want him to wait on you you no no no no you can't sit around say well if he wants to heal me he'll heal me come on that flies right in the face of the scripture she said Lord she didn't wait till he come by her house well if he wants to touch me he will you'll never get anything amen if you look throughout the scripture now brother Whitley is the Theologian here and Bishop MCU is the greatest preacher of all time they could probably point me in some different directions but what I've seen in scripture is very few times in scripture did Jesus go to people now there is where he was the 38 years he was laid there I understand that and some of you when you can't help yourself God's Mercy comes by and helps you but I believe about 95% of everybody that got a miracle in the scripture they press their way towards him it didn't matter if they was blind it didn't matter if they had leprosy it didn't matter if something was dead at home they said I got to get out and find Jesus I'm telling somebody at fac right now if you'll get out of your mindset for just a little bit if you'll get out of your comfort zone for just a little bit and say hey I got to go find him I've got to have a breakthrough I've got to have a miracle I don't know I don't know what the process was that day I don't know how long it took to find him I don't know she started texting her friends and said hey do you know where Jesus is today I don't know if she' done a Facebook update and said hey anybody seen Jesus anywhere do you know where I can find him I I don't know if they put an allout search in where in the world is Jesus but this I do know she got out of of her house that's the first step and some of you this morning got out of your house when you didn't feel like it you put your clothes on you put your Sunday V on you're taking one step towards a miracle she got out of her house and said I've heard about this man named Jesus I heard how he's raised to the dead he's opening blinded eyes if I can just get out of my house and get out in the street maybe I'll run into it H so you're already one step ahead of the game you got out of your house this morning some of you walk down the sidewalk got in your car and said I don't know how we're going to do it I don't know how we're going to make it but I believe if I can get in the confines of that church this morning that something's going to be said something's going to move well guess what honey you are right the Holy Ghost is in this room Jesus is in this room the miracle workers in this room but you got to be willing to push past your feelings push P oh Lord have mercy she heard of Jesus she made her way to him with one desire if I can touch him I can be made whole she pushed her way through the crowd but when she got within Arm's Reach one last push of Faith she was made whole I don't know about you right now but I believe that we're within Arms Reach come on somebody in this house is within Arms Reach if you're willing to just stretch forth your hands and say God I just believe as I lift my hands just one more time that something is going to overshadow me that something is going to move upon me I wonder if there's anybody that would take this preacher up on it right now and maybe you would stand up on your feet and you would stretch forth just one more time and say God I believe I'm lifting my hands in faith I'm lifting my hands in desperation I believe that I can have a [Music] miracle come on if somebody would just push for just a moment come on for just 30 seconds right now why don't you try it out come on for just a couple of moments right here why don't you try oh it's Sunday morning I I come on the Miracles can happen on this Sunday morning come I got somewhere to go that's all right how much is a miracle worth today is it worth just a few extra moments in the presence of the Lord is it worth a little pushing in the presence of God hallelujah is there anybody would get desperate for just a moment and say I'm willing if I got to get out of my seat to get a miracle then I'll get out of my seat if I have to cry a little bit then I'll cry a little bit if I have come on I'm telling somebody you're sitting there right now and the enemy is saying not today not today not today but I come back in the name of Jesus today is the day today is the day today is the day today is your day for a breakthrough and for a [Applause] miracle I bind every Spirit of doubt in the name of Jesus I come against every Spirit of unbelief in the name of Jesus I come against every demonic force that would tell people that they're never going to be different that their life is never going to be better I come against that in the name of Jesus we release the power of the Holy Ghost in this room God do a work right now do a work right now do a work right now do a work right now Hallelujah come on I see some desperate people walking to the front of this building saying I I'm going to take that preacher up on it I believe something's going to happen for me today I believe today oh [Music] Hallelujah come on you don't have to have somebody to pray for you you can get it for yourself you don't have to wait till somebody lays hands on you the miracle is here right now all you got to do is stretch forth your hands and say God I'm believing God I'm trusting God I know today come on God can heal cancer God can heal diabetes God can put your marriage back together he can heal your mind today he can take away fear and worry in the name of Jesus today is going to be the day of my Miracle come on there's a stiring the waters are being troubled right now come on somebody get in the waters for just a few moments somebody get in the waters for just a oh my God I feel you in this room God oh oh somebody get in the water right now come on somebody reach over and lay your hands on somebody don't stand there by yourself reach over and lay your hands on somebody and just begin to speak the name of Jesus just speak in the name of Jesus I believe a miracle is coming in the name of Jesus I believe a breakthrough is coming come on this is what the Holy Ghost is wan to do right now he's wan to prove himself to somebody he's wan to show somebody right now he's want to let you know that you have not been forsaken you have not been forgiven that I am here for you I'm ready to heal you come on I'm I'm going to speak to somebody's Faith right now I'm preaching to listen to me for just a half a second I'm preaching to somebody's weary Faith right now I'm preaching to somebody's damaged Faith right now I'm preaching to somebody's Faith that's tired right now and worn down and barely hanging on Paul said the word is nigh even in my mouth is the word of faith faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of the Lord put your faith out beside you and let it hear the word of the Lord right now that he can heal he can deliver he can save come on let your faith rise right now come on let your faith rise right now let your faith rise right now [Music] come on find somebody around you find somebody around you just begin to pray with them come on we're not in a hurry right now we got plenty Time come on just find somebody around you just lay your hands on them begin to pray in the name of Jesus come on let the work let the gifts of the Spirit be in operation right now if God tells you to go pray for somebody go find them go pray for them encourage them today if you know somebody in this building's been in the struggle go find somebody lay hands on them pray over them in the name of Jesus I feel never st stop never stop never stop even when I don't see it your work even when I don't feel it your work you never stop you never stop never stop never stop even when I don't see it you're even when I feel it work never stop never stop never stop never stop even even when I don't see it you're working even when I don't feel it you're working you never stop you never stop working you never stop never stop working even when I don't see it you're working even when I don't feel it you're working you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop working never stop never stop working never stop never stop working way maker Miracle Worker promise keeper light in the darkness my God that is who you are our women Mir work promise Keeper in the darkness my God that is who you are oh way make way [Applause] [Music] prise keep in the darkness my God that is who you just one second I want you to hear me for just a [Music] second one of the adversary's job is to cause us to doubt that's all he wants to do is just just cause a little bit of doubt in your mind I'm preaching to some people right here right now that the devil has crept in and said you're never going to be healed you just keep going to church keep doing your thing but nothing's ever going to get better come on I come against the spirit of doubt in the name of Jesus because the Bible said this without faith it is impossible to please God here's what doubt is doubt is when you come to your own conclusion come on doubt is when you walk in and say I don't think it's going to happen there's a tremendous difference between doubt and unbelief doubt is when you come to your own conclusion saying I don't see how it's ever going to happen I don't see how I'm ever going to get better you've done made up your mind this is the way I'm going to leave this world I just doubt anything is going to happen but I want you to look with me in Mark chapter n the man with a son that was a lunatic he brought him to Jesus he said Jesus said if thou count us believe he said all things are possible to him that believeth I'm preaching to somebody right now that this is your testimony the father of the boy cried out with tears Lord I believe but help thou my unbelief your belief is just a little damaged but if you're not careful your unbelief will turn into full grown doubt God can work with unbelief but doubt stops [Music] him let me prove that to you real fast in Matthew chapter 918 while he spake those things unto them behold there came a certain ruler notice what happened and worshiped him the example of what I gave earlier someone came to him with worship my Lord how Mercy he said my daughter is now even dead but come and lay thy hand on her and she shall live he was speaking fact and faith in the same sentence that my daughter is more than likely even dead right now but I know if you can get there that everything's going to be made well come on I'm preaching to somebody right now you it it is possible to look at your situation and say there's no way I I don't know how this is going to get better but if Jesus would get here you looking like Mary and Martha Lord if you would have been here if you would have been here something could have happened but I do know that since you are here something good could happen you might as well just take him up on it you're already here you've already taken the time and energy and effort to come to this beautiful facility today why would you walk out just a little bit short of a miracle why would you leave just a few minutes early before the Holy Ghost comes in and says I'm going to take care of that one second this certain ruler Not only was he a ruler brother Whitley but he was also a worshipper he was a ruler but he was also a worshipper and when he be to speak faith into Jesus verse 19 said and Jesus arose and followed him if you want to make Jesus follow you home you start worshiping him start magnifying him start lifting him up he'll get up from where he's sitting and say I can't help but follow them out the doors of that church building if they came worshiping and believing I've got to go with them I'll be finished in two minutes pick up in verse 23 Jesus finally got to the ruler's house and he saw the minstrels and the people making a noise they had not brought in musicians as poor old pitiful little me all sad face and rightfully so somebody in the house and died but I want you to look at what happens in verse 20 the worshipper said unto them give place for the maid is not dead but sleepeth this is Jesus speaking and they laughed him to scorn but notice what had to happen when the people were put forth he went in Jesus will not come in your house as long as doubt is in the living room he said if you want me to come in you got to get the doubt out I'm telling you if you for just two minutes can Usher the doubt out of your mind and the unbelief and fear out of your spirit and give room for Jesus to Walk In the Bible said when he walked in get the doubt out and get the worshippers in get the doubt out of the house and get the worshippers in I'm telling you right now under the unction of the Holy Ghost I know it's bad right now I know it's terrible right now I know you don't know how in the world you're going to survive but if you can somehow push the doubt and bring the worship in bring the praise in bring the magnifying God in I believe that your dead situation will be turned around even when I don't see it come on lift up your hands all over this house feel LIF up your hands let the holy ghost touch you let the holy ghost touch you right now Mir is here your Miracle is here your breakr is here Deliverance is here the never you never stop working you never stop you never stop working even when I don't see it you're working even when I don't feel it you're working you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop working even when I don't see it you're even when I don't feel it you're work you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop stop working you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop working you never stop you never stop working the way maker Miracle work promise keep light in the darkness my God that is who you are way maker Miracle Worker promise keeper light in the darkness my God that is who you are oh you are a way maker maker Miracle Worker humanity [Music] is but I've got news for you in the spirit world the sign for victory is I claim victory today I claim victory today doubt is defeated unbelief is destroyed I claim victory brother
