come on pray with me right now before we go to the word lord god today we are thankful for the miraculous move of your spirit in our church we thank you lord for all that you have done and all that you plan to do in advance we thank you you have shown yourself strong lord god today in our assembly we have sung the songs of zion we have prayed god and called upon your name and now lord we look to your word for health and strength in our bodies the bread of life lord to lead us i make myself available to you jesus one more time that the anointing of the lord move in this place lord i pray let the glory of the lord reign down upon the congregation we come lord expecting today we come lord in faith believing god oh come on somebody the holy ghost can move on you right now that's right jesus family and as individual families there have been trials and challenges for sure somehow the mercy and the grace of god have allowed us to come to this place today and i will say it one more time from this sacred desk god has made a way god has made a way you saw the numbers moments ago how what seemed to be an impossible god began to put a little bit of light and shed some hope to it the giant question that we all face even right now is can we and can god will we and will god i say to you right now as a pastor and as a man i understand challenges i do i know that god has a purpose and a plan for all things that we go through on planet earth amen but i also know that a short time ago the lord began to move on our congregation and things begin to settle into our assembly give me just a moment if you would the spirit of god began to move therefore i realize the hand of the enemy begins to move because the entity would like nothing less than to try to distract you and destroy you and bring you to doubt and fear therefore i know when my phone rings or when the text message comes or when somebody broadcast online or on the app that i've got this problem devil's chasing me things are happening problems are at work things are going on in finances stuff's happening here and there i'm convinced nothing has changed except somebody is lifting your head towards jesus and if you'll ever get your eyes off of what's going on around you you're going to discover there's a whole lot of stumbling blocks that have been placed in your path some of them you put there but the lord has given somebody hope today and faith to say but i'm looking beyond i'm looking for a city whose builder and maker is not man i'm looking for the there and then and not the here and now i'm interested in streets of gold and gates of pearl i'm interested in seeing my grandparents my dad i'm interested in seeing loved ones that have gone on before me if anybody wonders today what i'm talking about allow me to remind you one more time heaven is still in view the gates of heaven i'm still marching toward i realize that it's straight and narrow but i'm making my way to heaven you can have what you want of this world but as for me give me jesus i rejoice with us today we are here this is our sabbath turn your neighbor say sabbath now i know that we're smack dab in the middle of part of the country where there's questions about is it saturday or sunday i come to tell you i had a sabbath last week on tuesday because by the definition of the word it's a reflection and remembering of what god has done and then loving him for it so i come today on this sabbath to tell somebody look what the lord has done he's making a way he's providing he's healing he's putting back together he's opening doors he's putting things into place i know that a hundred thousand dollars might be easy for you but i'm trusting that god knows what he's doing and the next that we need god's gonna make a way i believe that somebody can believe god for great miraculous things and if you'll trust him open your face up to believe god can do anything he will we ought to take some time every time we remember the goodness of the lord we ought to take time that's why if you don't pray every day shame on you if you were able to climb out of your bed in the morning you ought to pray you ought to talk to the lord i thank you one more time i believe you one more time listen to pastor if you've got some lost loved ones in your life you better pray come on you've done done all you can do now let god get in there and do what he can do you have seen the hand of god move i have witnessed with my own eyes the provision of the lord and now here we are where do we go from here i am encouraged about what god is doing but i am also still doing what god is encouraging us to do i am moving forward where do i go from here how do i do the next step who do i talk to next who has money to help us and who doesn't have money and who will and who won't and on and on it goes but i've come today to tell somebody that psalmist wrote it like this in psalm chapter 37 verse 23 the steps of a good man are ordered by the lord and he delighteth in his way though he falls he shall not be utterly cast down for the lord upholdeth him with his hand i'm encouraged today to tell somebody god will order our steps if we are seeking the righteous ways of god he will show us what to do next i know that he will encourage somebody to pray a prayer of faith that will lift your family above the doubt and fear i'm believing that god is demonstrating one more time he is still a healer he's still a waymaker he's still a deliverer god is still god so what is our church at cornerstone look like in the future well look around you some of you got mad i don't want them in heaven with me i don't know they're bothering me over there ain't no even worse and i'm joking i'm joking i'll tell you one thing i do know is i'm not really sure what it's going to look like i do know that we live in a world that's hurting and falling apart and crashing it appears to they have lost their minds so i have to stand here and i have to look at myself and say am i going to judge them or am i going to love them and if i love them am i going to be okay with how they turn out you see there's one thing about helping an apostolic stay apostolic that's a chore in and of itself but somebody who doesn't even know about the power of the blood of jesus you begin to demonstrate to them how the cross of calvary applies to their life and you watch the lights come on and their heart begin to swell there is nothing like a new baby born into the kingdom they wake up in the middle of the night crying and hungry they get up early in the morning eating their diaper change they come to church with all kind of issues and problems and we're either going to do one of two things we're either going to help them nurture them feed them allow them to grow or we're going to let them die on the vine i declare the whole counsel of the lord we're going to be a church that loves jesus and loves the folk that come through the doors we're not going to pass judgment we got no judgment to pass because such were some of you some of you were walking in drugs some of you were walking in alcoholism some of you were walking in lifestyles that would embarrass your parents but today you're under the blessings of an almighty god who says i'm coming to save your soul from a devil's hell i've come today to rejoice why because god is making a way god is opening doors it is time to activate your faith it is time to activate your story it's time to tell your testimony it's time for you to consider what are the possibilities with god i'm on cold water and ice and leave it there as long as he can stand it i don't know what else to do that's what my mom did i bruised my nose one time and i questioned that no your head needs to be in the bucket it's something i'm joking nine minutes in it's done it's i'm joking i'm joking he's gonna go get an x-ray what'd i say of course he is he needs to confirm and then for whatever reason his poor little wife says i don't know what but god touched him and he's not broken now the reason that that excites me is because in the midst of all the stuff going on in his faith saying god there's more god there's something else listen to pastor in him what feeling is like a stagnant state i know god's there and i know god can but step after step wondering just saying god is there something now god simply steps in and says watch what i can do in this pain and as the miraculous happen and the miracle begins to unfold there is only one thing that is undeniable the hand of the lord god came and the voice of god spoke and the healing virtue of the cross of calvary flowed therefore today that's a different man he's going to stand here now and say look what the lord has done i don't know how else to claim it but god's done it now y'all hear this preacher right now some of you sitting under the sound of my voice or you're watching online you're wondering where are the miracles of god why is all this bad stuff happening to me could it be that the lord god is positioning you are in a place so that the miraculous can begin to unfold and you too can stand and say look what the lord has done he's the lord and say yes huh time to activate time to allow god to be victorious in your life listen to this listen sometimes i have moments you may know what a moment is the moment could be a lot of things for a lot of folk it's kind of like when you when you figure out something man i should ought another run in front of that car that's a moment or as you get older i get lots of moments now but can confuse things i can blow things apart i can get things so out of whack that i can't even see god in the midst of it because my humanity is so frail and fragile but i have also noticed this jesus spoke in matthew listen to this chapter 11 he wrote it down so that we as a church would not forget it matthew 11 and 12 and from the days of john the baptist until now hear this the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence the violent take it by force jesus is giving reference here and we have seen this lotus and in your king james version the letters are in red this would have been spoken by the master that the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence he's referring to the word of god becoming flesh dwelling among us jesus through the story of how he was going to be born it was prophesied about years decades centuries before now comes to this place from the time hear this that the voice of almighty god for the generation began to be preached and spoken from that moment the kingdom of heaven begins to suffer violence i've looked at that often and i've wondered in my mind how can it be that you associate violence with the things of god how can it be that violence can be connected to the name of jesus and i looked at it and i prayed over and i saw it and i said god help me to understand it and this was the understanding i feel like that i've come to understand this the kingdom suffers violence because there are systems of the world that are fighting tooth and toenail against the plan of god there's the devil himself trying to do what he can do to thwart and to sidetrack the plan and the system of god there are things happening on your job in your family in your home in our culture that is fighting against the things of god and the bible says that the kingdom of heaven suffers violence there is a battle that's going on there's something that's trying to battle in war against what god is trying to do and things are coming against the things of god john the baptist being the chief of them how that everyone mocked him look at this guy coming wearing those clothes screaming about repentance and turning around and from that moment violence began to demonstrate itself in such a terrible hope looking way that it distracted people and folk began to die at the sword things begin to happen because they were trying to stop kingdom of heaven y'all hear the preacher today the violent take it by force now i have at that particular point begin to say well there's the church we stand up and we violently go in and we violently fight for it man was i ever wrong understand the preacher today we're going to rejoice the devil and the systems of our world are fighting against the plan of god what john the baptist brought into this world was a word of faith to tell people repent turn from your wicked ways i know that today listen to this preacher i know in 2022 this message is unpopular you see there's a lot of religions hear this religious systems in our world that are drawing battle lines against the church the true church of the living god they're deciding you hear this preacher that if you can shake a hand and you can wave something and you can read a prayer that everything's going to be all right that you're going to have prosperity and you're going to have this and that because that's what god does for his people and there's all kind of lies in our world that's rumbling even through the church age telling folk listen you just need to believe you just need to shake a hand you don't have to get all excited you don't need to be all caught up in that you don't need to understand and do all that the holy ghost outpouring speaking in tongues for them it's not for us today you simply got to believe you simply just gotta walk into it and i begin to look at this and i'm trying to figure out if the violin are going to take it by force then help me god to understand the systems of our world in 2022 there is a messenger that is weaving itself into the culture of where you and i live and in a simple beliefism god's gonna wash it all away heaven is still out there the devil can't do nothing to you just simply stand up you want saved you're going to be saved it don't matter what you do i've come to tell somebody that the violence that was happening against heaven is still happening today and the violence are trying to take it by force but i stand and i declare devil you're not going to get cornerstone apostolic church up you're not going to get the true believers you're not going to get those who still believe in the word of god there are some that are violently coming against i have no reason to be violent against anyone some in this room even some watching online would declare where we're just supposed to love everyone we are we're just supposed to embrace everyone true but i come to tell you my granny taught me when i was little not everybody's going to heaven well why not because you didn't make heaven foreign there weren't 15 crosses there weren't 35 places there weren't 15 000 religions or thoughts there was simply the word of god became flesh dwelt among us hear me and as that was established john the baptist began to scream and preach coming out of the wilderness repent you better turn around from that stuff it's a lie from that moment the kingdom of heaven suffered violence we better stop the church we better stop that message we better keep them from doing that it was even our spoke to the last week about it come on when the miracles happen with peter and john going in the temple only thing they could tell to that man was this you go home and don't say nothing about it we don't know what to do with this stuff we don't know how to handle this stuff we don't know we don't understand the true power of the name of jesus oh but honey i do why because in the midnight hour when my wife's laying on her bed sick and doesn't know what to do i know the power of the name of jesus i declare it over her daily when i pray over my children lord i don't know where they'll go today but i know the name of jesus can go before them come after them and go beside them therefore the violent are trying to stop the true message of the word of god but i've come to declare chattanooga there's still a church that believes in the whole council of god it is going to be by the blood of jesus christ it is going to be by the name that's above every name there is no no other name like the name jesus there's none other given among men whereby you must be saved only the name of jesus stay with me a minute jesus was walking in shoe leather people have attempted so many times to make their own way their own place in heaven the world its systems have attempted to tell everyone else listen heaven is just about you're eternal therefore peace love dove let's all just hooky juki into the heavens hear me there has been an onslaught in the last several years against the word of god and onslaught even from religious sects about the word of god pastor how do you know that because i see a lot of folk today in our culture and in our world are white sepulchers full of nothing they deny the power in the name of jesus pastor then why is it that other churches and other denominations are growing and they have the miraculous happen because miracles don't depend on man come on the voice of god spoke into a world it repents me that i made this i need you to build an ark for the saving of your family in the midst of all the chaos the negative and the junk god spoke to somebody and noah began to work and he began to work in the midst of all the junk and the trash and all the things and the sin that was going on this man knew who was working and the day came when noah went into that ship oh here's somebody into that ark and the waters begin to fall the animals began to come and here's noah standing or saying okay here we go back it in elephant you're a big dude where am i going to put the mouse i'm i don't know all this stuff happening in god's plan you tell me that god is not going to move in the midst of darkness and chaos i've come to tell you right now today in this house was a clear demonstration that you've had a week from hell in your life you're confused you're concerned you wonder it don't make sense but when you got into the presence of the lord somebody began to lift her voice someone begin to praise god and rejoice and in the midst of all of that the angels of the lord come in and they encamp round about those who are called as children and they begin to set up oh hear this they set up in bushments in encampments and they begin to say come on devil get on in here if you want to i'm taking care of the church of the living god there's nothing that can be formed against them that will prosper there's even some today who would say there's no place called heaven heaven's a state of mind oh lord help us all my mind can't conceive it the best i can come up with is meatloaf day at my house oh now here you go come on said hang on to me huh y'all you listen to this just a moment more than ever before now more than ever before the church must be the church we must show his plan and his love we must live according to his will now some of you sitting here are somewhat uncomfortable at this point because you're looking at me saying well yeah but can't we just love everybody and everybody get along i'm all for that but it's not going to happen you know why i know that because humans have gotten involved in the plan and from the beginning god knew that that's why jesus even told the church in the new testament they're going to hate you for my name's sake they're gonna take you like sheep to the slaughter and want to kill you there for my name's sake you're going to do things and they're going to question and wonder why and i'm going to be there with you why because they will hate you for it i'm standing reading this in the word and i'm saying ain't nothing like being hated until i get it closer to the name jesus and then i realize you know what take this whole world but give me jesus i'm not turning back right now what our city needs is jesus come on we're all very aware of what's going on downtown in our city of the gangs that are busting out things that are happening shots fired and we hear it every weekend you get your paper out you listen to the news somebody else shot somebody drove through a crowd somebody says he got a gang with that that and i'm sitting here going lord help us can we just trust you for things all the while i am reminded there is violence in the spirit world that's happening and if the world could ever get the church to a position to where we stop believing that it is still the name of jesus then the church has lost and the world has won but i've come to tell somebody paul wrote it this way to the ephesians and chapter 4 verse 1 i therefore the prisoner of the lord beseech ye that you walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called with all lowliness and meekness with long-suffering forbearing one another in love endeavoring to keep the unity of the spirit and the bomb the peace there is one body and one spirit even as you are called in one hope of your calling one lord one faith one baptism one god and father of all who is above all through you all and in you all one is the key here that was being presented to the church understand that if the one true living god has established it it will last through all the generations it doesn't matter who tries to stop it it doesn't matter what they say or what they throw against it today i've come to rejoice with you for the simple fact that god is exercising the faith of the saints to say i'm going to sacrificially give into the kingdom and therefore the battle is going to be on but i'm going to stand victorious in the name of jesus christ you cannot walk away at this hour you cannot throw in the towel at this moment but church it is time to be praying like you've never prayed it is time to believe like you've ever believed it is time to trust that every step you take god is going to move faith is working faith is working if we truly understood faith hear this there would be no reason to have faith brother herb would you come helped iran out he needs it come on if you understood everything you wouldn't have to have faith would you you would just simply will it and it would be but faith says what evidence but things it's what i hope for but i don't see it i wish i could but i can't count it out i can't shake transpired over the last two sundays in a one hundred thousand dollar offering and sixty two thousand dollars throughout the year to help support a building that is a miracle and some would say well if it were a real miracle then it would be enough to cover everything i've come to tell somebody again let me remind you the story is not over story's not over pastor where's it coming from i don't know i didn't know where this was but god began to work on folk foreign church i don't know i don't know that ain't up to me that's not up to me i'm closing today we celebrate and rejoice with the many of you over the last several weeks and months about the future and what god is doing and some of you are being stirred in your sleep you don't know what to do with things you've been unctioned and you've been pushed into things of prayer and times of fasting or maybe sacrifice that doesn't make a whole lot of sense because in your life you haven't done that you know what that is somebody's asking god to work and god always works with work man i fell from heaven did it not and fed the children of israel those poor souls had to get up walk outside and pick it up if they didn't pick it up guess what they didn't do that day and if they thought they was going to be smart and carry double for this so the next day they could have a break guess what happened to the stuff they took in that they didn't eat that day it rotted god's gonna bless but you're gonna have to move you're going to have to do you're going to have to function so stand with me please all over this room if you're let's try to find somebody pray come on we are united in prayer we are gathered together in faith we are trusting by the word of the lord and the word of our customers there is anointing right now i simply walking trusting god and then if you know that person or it might be you that will financially help because it's going to take more money i don't know how to say that come see me come see me
