dig your Bible out you'll need it tonight we've got a lot of verses to do thank you brother drawn for those of you don't know what rain sounds like this is an example is for you a little something I put together for you all right we are in the midst of December and uh we are talking about the gift this is for me it's pretty much an angel now I've changed up the lessons of course and try to find something else and it's a good word but you talk about the gift because at this time of year I think we can associate best with gift giving in the month of December it's either the month of December or the month of April either one of those is for gift giving since April is my birthday um I'm just saying but anyway December works that's fine right uh last week anybody remember our lesson what was it the what the plan God's plan that's why the gift was established and that's why that the gift keeps on giving you have a Bible tonight we're going to go back again to the Old Testament because tonight we're going to talk about the prophetic while you're turning to Isaiah 53 can somebody real quickly explain to us what is a prophecy what is a prophecy anybody at all what foretelling very good someone else prophecy what promise yeah we'll take it someone else what is a prophecy a prediction of the future we'll call that okay someone else what is a prophecy yeah that too yeah see somebody prophesied that would happen anyone else just to share you just keep that to yourself next time prophecy okay because I asked you if you know what prophecy is I think that that we can all wrap our minds around that because the Bible is full prophecies agreed you realize there's over 300 prophetic utterances concerning the birth of Jesus in various forms and shapes various ways that you study and you go through the Bible's full of that talking about the plan that we talked about last week and tonight we're going to go into Prophecy of the Isaiah 53 can y'all help me read now that the rain has kind of slowed down loud voice let's begin who's got it who's ready right on the front row go start reading one verse and then we'll keep on moving brother Dan verse two your voice sounds Siri my happy man with some inflection sister share it I'm picking on you very good eight number nine 10. 11. k12. foreign all right very good Dakota would you like to read one more for us I'm joking thank you guys Isaiah the old prophet prophetic word Isaiah was that guy he was that guy this was also known for those who study old Hebrew as the fourth course meaning they there were instructions that came through prophecies and instructions that came through Isaiah course one course two three and four this was the fourth course uh Isaiah 52 into 53 up to 54. as we look at the gift yeah we're going to refer to some of these verses here in just a moment um we understand that God's plan from last week we discovered his plan was to create and save Humanity he created and saved Humanity by the plan that he put together no human could have put this plan together because Humanity doesn't have holy enough blood to do so okay God knowing the ability to choose is strong and powerful connection that he gave us humans everyone here has the ability to make choices agreed how many like to make choices on what and sometimes you don't know if you turn right into traffic what's probably going to happen so you don't like that so you choose not to agree otherwise you become the blip on the maps you know there's an accident ahead you just became that now you might like that watch me watch me show up on maps yeah yeah that's me that's me right there I'm holding everybody up that's the red line call Mom and tell her to bring up my hat she can see me drawn said he's good at that anyway um in the DNA of the created you and I in our DNA we have the ability to breathe to survive to to grow to learn you and I have that ability if you back away from humanity and how we were created and you go to animals and you go to grass and herbs and herbs of the field and trees and fruits and vegetables and all that you find out that in everything God put the ability for that thing to multiply agreed now here's the interesting part about animals you do not teach them how to do things you don't you don't have to well I have a dog and I teach them how to sit and no you teach them how to respond to a treat and it just so happens that when the guy standing up here with the tree says sit and he goes you shove his backside down and he gets a tree he's like got it Association set boom that's what this means I don't know what this is but if I get the treat I'm in you realize that in the so what is that called The Savannah in Africa the fastest animal is the wildebeest baby that's born watch the documentaries Earth man that is the coolest thing this this little bitty wildebeest is born boom hits the ground jumps up let's run gotta survive watch it it's cool they say like in the first seven minutes if that baby or that little one doesn't learn how to get up and walk or run that guess what he's going to become Scooby Snack yeah man that's Survival you don't have to they don't have to teach anybody here ever bred dogs I did when I was a kid man my mom and my dad had this wild idea of breeding French poodles I don't know if there's like German poodles or and I don't know is they were called French poodles and these this litter would happen just there's like eight of them we're like wait a minute and all eight or nine of these little guys all the mom had to do was just kind of turn around a little bit and guess what here comes the pups and then the run of the leader his legs were the ones sticking up in the air because everybody else is laying flat and he's trying to get in that that was always my dog The Leftovers anyway you don't teach him you don't have to instruct him how to do that it's nature you all know my house I have occasional geese in the pond next to my house I would never invite them there they just show up that's nature huh I'm hopeful that the coyote out there makes friends with them I'm joking I'm joking for lying I'm just joking the fact is with nature you know you don't have to show a rose bush cut a bloom I've never had that class never you don't have to teach a pear tree how to hold a partridge I'm sorry I had a how to bear fruit but you know what is a baby a human baby what does a human baby born knowing how to do what else soil himself herself cry sleep right I mean some of some of you can attest right now mine's still learning that he's 19. you know am I um Humanity you have how many no there's one for you where does he learn that he learns that from Mom and Dad right yeah here's the point but the difference between then humanity and that Natural Things animals and creatures that came out of soil or came out of water they have no choice you know y'all know I have a fuzzy guy right in my house sometimes and uh I don't understand I had this conversation yesterday with the little guy again it's like the umpteenth time toilet paper rolls are not for you and he just looks at me I'm probably ought to know this shouldn't I um remember the last time I back antigen three in your box that was pretty much what it was about Duron why won't he learn you know what that's what I'm going to do I'm gonna buy a camera so he didn't put it up there I want to watch him come in the bathroom toilet paper roll you know the little empty one that's in the in the anybody see that Meme today with Push Pops yeah I'm of that generation he used to eat ice cream out of a total paper roll loved it anyway um am I right Tim loved it didn't you orange yeah you know it you know everybody is freaking out now foreign watch my clock I'm gonna run out of time I'm gonna put a camera and watch him come into my bathroom I just I wonder brother vanity I'm sorry I'm getting sidetracked but I'm trying to teach you something here he's got to walk in there and go he has to you got a bowl of food over there and he's going over here I want I do I wonder I wonder if he goes near and goes I tried to wonder why does he do it so I come in yesterday there's this toilet paper roll on the floor I'm like I'm sorry I didn't teach him to do that he does it bro Stephen he does it I don't understand why because I had two kids take the toilet paper I want you to take it out of the do it now and they never touch them like you see I taught him that he was okay with it the traits that make up Humanity the characteristics of humanity is we learn and we adapt Our Lives according to what we learn you've all heard that saying you know that we are products of our surroundings right the way things are invested into US make us who we are at humans as humans we make choices in everything about life hang on to me for just a moment animals they follow the law that's governed by nature but humans do not do that humans make choices they're very different indeed then I noticed that in the writing of Isaiah that was written about 700 BC something that he is prophesying about that he knows in his lifetime he will never see it probably won't ever see it but yet he prophesies and he speaks of something that is to come something that would take place that would change all of humanity when you get into these verses for an example he was oppressed Afflicted opened on his mouth brought as a lamb to the slaughter why why is Isaiah prophesying about something that is to come way out there and he's using terminology that anybody of that day would understand when you get into the actual fulfillment of the prophecy did they understand the lamb to the slaughter when it was come to came to Jesus the concept would have been there of course because they made sacrifices still at that point but you don't take a human to a sacrificial altar so he's prophesying about things back here and he's looking to things there and in the eyes of this Prophet he's seeing things that do not make sin he was brought as a sheep to the slaughter he even said before the Shearer is dumb doesn't even say anything but just lets it happen he didn't even open his mouth I am certain that what Isaiah was prophesying about was something that literally blew his mind he was trying his best to understand the humanity something that was to happen but yet it was Supernatural here let me let me take you now if you will in the Book of Luke Chapter 22. I want to show you something here that that's mentioned Luke 22 37 38. can we put that up there can anybody tell me what color those letters are somebody read that out loud please 38. okay this is according to the red letter Edition this would have been words of Jesus he's talking about I say to you that this that's written has to be accomplished but it's going to be accomplished in me and he was Reckoning among the transgressors this is according to the words of Jesus things concerning things that only he could do jump from Isaiah's prophecy to the New Testament Look what Jesus is doing here he has gone backwards into Isaiah's prophecy and he has pulled up some of the meanings and the the the manner in which the prophet wrote and he's bringing them forward and he's saying this has to happen unto me it was written and it had to be accomplished prophetically in Jesus I am 100 convinced by the writings that we have in the Matthew Mark Luke and John the gospels of Jesus Christ that good new story that Jesus came fully aware of what his purpose was all of the things that you and I read in the scripture is the connection between Humanity and the supernatural as God In the Flesh he could literally have walked into any wall any place up anything down anything and around and through anything and had no problems at all we agree but his Humanity was with him throughout all of that why why was it important for God's word to be made flesh and dwell Among Us why was it necessary why though I'm trying to explain here if Isaiah would have lived another 700 years he could have watched the birth of Jesus and then in his mind perhaps he could have went back and went oh why was it necessary for God's word to become flesh and dwell Among Us you know the answer because there had to be Bloodshed we agree Isaiah would have understood that from the Old Law he is writing something about something out there Jesus then says I've got to accomplish these things they have to be done in me because I'm the one that is controlling what happened back there you cannot find in the Old Testament any mention of the name Jesus but what do you find everything that points to Jesus there last week Emmanuel God With Us next week we may talk a little bit more about the wonderful the counselor the Mighty God the Everlasting father the Prince of Peace and all those things were channeling themselves into the prophetic word that God had established I don't know about you when when I when I look at the birth of Jesus Christ and and I I I I I I myself this is me this is the weird me I have to unplug from all of the materialism and all the things that our world wants to make it and I have to back up and say okay I'm going to erase all of that all the cute snow globe movies all the hallmarky things and stuff my wife and I talk about that a lot that's a Hallmark movie it's got a snow globe somewhere in it and it's you know they look off in the distance they're good aren't they drawn okay all right we're not here to debate the snow globe movies but here's the thing I got to back away from all of that when I look at it if I find myself back into the Mosaic law and I go all the way back into what Moses wrote years after it transpired after it happened he went back and wrote the penta took the first five books he established these things I have to go back to that and say God why was it established that way certainly God you didn't stand at the at the roulette table and say spin the wheel let's see what happens surely God you didn't stand at the Heavenly dice table and say let's see what happens he didn't have to why he had the plan and because it was his plan the only way to keep Humanity connected to his plan was what prophesy about it he had to talk about it all the time look out there look out there look out there look out there look out keep looking out there you know can I can I tell somebody I'm going to be a prophet for the next 30 seconds listen to me carefully there is coming a day there is coming a day that you're going to a place where I hath not seen and ear hath not heard streets of gold Gates of pearl walls of Jasper there's no light there there's no suffering there's no pain anybody know what I'm talking about I can talk about the prophetic of Heaven because he established it from the beginning but nobody here has ever been there anybody no we haven't been there yet but we can look at the prophetic of it and we wrap our minds everything about it we wrap a hold of and we say God that's what I'm doing this for I am not doing this so that I can have something in my life that causes me grief sorrow and pain no I'm doing this God because there's something out there called heaven the writer Isaiah saw in the future the future of the children of Israel he was proclaiming to them that out of them Bethlehem Judah would come salvation the other prophetic verses from the Old Testament point out there there's something going to transpire God's the importance for us in 2022 with the prophetic word about the gift of God to us is the fact that God never missed a moment everything about it was right everything and for us to think for one moment that as we discover the beauty of the messiah's birth I've read it two Sundays in a row Luke two and I've talked about it how that the the Declaration came the heavens stood and and everybody declared glory to God in the highest he didn't leave it all up into the heavens he said but on Earth peace Good Will toward men he brought the two together and that connection point was who Jesus the gift we discover that it was all part of God's plan he didn't just haphazardly try something but instead God Knows Why do you think it's important it was important for God to make sure that a tree that came up out of the dirt that he had spoken into existence why was it important that that tree could have its own seed in itself why I can't hear you why does it need to reproduce four what else keep going why did the tree need to reproduce and provide why part of God's plan she's got it she's got it down and here's the bottom line to it is what God didn't make a tree to grow up and die it's going to go does a tree die certainly they do but he puts in it everything it needs to reproduce an apple tree grows it grows apples the apples fall on the ground what's inside the Apple corn plant grows ear corn comes out what do they do with ear corn put it in here I mean it goes into the ground everything needed is in that plant why because God was no oh God help me God was not only concerned about the day that he spoke it he was concerned about a hundred years down the road 500 years down the road he wanted that to continue blessing his creation anybody remember the tornado of 2019 is anybody there 2019 2017 20. it was another tornado was anybody around you may remember the day after that tornado we were all out there working on the grounds what is one thing you did not hear um you didn't hear birds first thing that I will come out that morning sun come up I'm looking at this disaster Brother Gibson and I'm standing there going quiet there's no birds and I look around at the trees and I go well duh they got nowhere to go about a month later guess what showed up Birds I'm like what how do they know to come back huh God put that in them there's people humans that still haven't shown up back over in aggregate Road because they made a choice not to Stay With Me God had the ability to make a plan you know what when tornadoes happen when hurricanes happen when earthquakes happen God still has a plan things change yeah the terrain might shift a little bit what was planted here might now be laying over here but in the dirt guess what's coming up The Offspring of those plants God did that he's the only one that could do that why because it was his plan before anything ever happened God had established how everything would happen God could only do that so the only way that he could help us in 2022 to know that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever that he's a Waymaker and a Healer that he's a deliverer and he's a Peace Speaker that he's a savior that he's all the things that we call him is somewhere way back there God said I'm going to put this in motion and there's going to come a day in Chattanooga Tennessee in a rainy night that people are going to be sitting in a room together and they're going to speak the name that's above every name and when they do the anointing of the Lord will rest in that place and they can speak that name and every devil in hell will run from it that was from the beginning the prophecies were spoken so that you and I could look backwards and say that's what was discussed and it hasn't stopped yet somebody have does anybody have a Bible here go to the last verse of the last chapter let's say of Matthew let's pick that one that's a gospel anybody got it what is the last word in that last verse and that last chapter what is it so let it be there the letter is done the Letter's finished all right let's try Mark anybody care two last one last one last one what's the last word what is it you may know now hang on a minute that means it's done try that in Acts you already know there's not a completion that's prophecy none of us are coming to to tonight to look for another Jesus his spoon done over finished when you get into the book of Acts what do you find out former treaties happen I'm not going to this is what happened Theophilus I'm trying to give you some update of what transpired in this time frame and what you read There is how that everything that transpired in Matthew Mark Luke and John took it to the place to where Jesus says I got to go but I'm going to prepare a place for you where I am I want you to come and be with me he even left this Angel standing what'd they say behold why are y'all standing out cheering this field they were Southern they were Southern Shepherds we know that they were they weren't Northerners so they would have said yeah hey all right Duron hey why are you standing here looking hey here's the thing Stay With Me God knew what he was doing they connected all of that guys in the month of December the reason we focus on the gift is because everywhere you turn in this culture in this Society is focusing on what what you can buy and give and receive as a gift so in this month I present to you the greatest gift ever Jesus let's go backwards to Isaiah anybody care to go for just a moment I'm watching my clock prophecy Isaiah chapter 9. verse number six and seven could somebody read that for me please Isaiah chapter 9. verse 6 and 7. somebody read loud please verse 7. keep going thank you of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end why was this necessary anybody it says it right here why it was necessary to order it to establish it to do what it had to do to put everything into its proper place so when Isaiah early in his writings first course the first song if you will established that in this wonderful counselor Mighty God Prince of Peace Everlasting father was going to be the establishment of governmental rule listen carefully every culture in every society that has ever been from the beginning of time has had what government rules Abraham Abram came out of Earth the chaldees do your homework what were they they claim through history best they can determine is er the Chaldeans they had their own vocabulary their own alphabet they had their own medical supplies and medical inventions they could do many many things their own Society that's what Abram came out of when you get to Babylon Lord don't get me started tonight my clock's running low when you get to Babylon what happened man all these smart guys are doing things anybody ever heard of King Nebuchadnezzar who was the Hebrew boys that he brought out and who else Daniel these guys came out they taught them languages they taught them all about their laws and religions and these guys said we believe in our God it cost Daniel what a what a vacation a night in the den of the day of the Lions oh this is good what did it cost the other three guys a what Walking With Jesus nobody else did now listen carefully I'm bringing the landing gear is coming out just a moment what Isaiah prophesies about in chapter number nine here is he talks about a child is born notice he did not go directly straight to the Palace of a king government that had all that all the funding all the money all the influence none of that they he would have known what that meant in their society and cultures he didn't go there child will be born this is going to go back to the very basics of infancy but when he talks about this child government will be upon him his ability to lead his ability to make laws can I get close to home his ability to allow mercy and Grace to work see only the law Giver can apply Mercy how many needs Mercy in your life you need Jesus you need the gift I mean any Grace to work in your life you need the gift one other verse they asked me in the back man you're going to throw them out yeah let's go to John 3 16. this will be a brand new one for everybody anybody is it up there oh it will be yeah for God so loved the world what's that it gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life if you'll notice friend 2022 culture this is the Crux of religion not relation I believe in this verse to you I certainly do but I believe the word believeth is bigger than a word the only way you're going to believe in him is if you receive the gift 2022 we stand with a lot of questions I don't know anybody uh of course again as I go through and I study and I pull these verses and I'm trying to wrap my brain around them there's something transpiring in our modern day theologians uh that was prophesied about it is the order of the day in in 2022 in this culture which we live to do the best you can do to erase anything that represents the God of all of creation it's questioned in schools it's questioned in churches it's questioned and and uh science it's questioned all over the place why because the Bible specifically says that there come a day when they were called good and they'll call evil there'll come a day when their wax worse and worse and things will enter their mind that was not supposed to be there ideas and thoughts and things that that should make anybody blush and so here the church is smack in the middle of all of this and as far as we're concerned we could be the church if I may have Shadrach Meshach and Abednego we are strangers in a Strange Land headed somewhere and Jesus is walking with us uh anybody here full of the Holy Ghost listen carefully there is an anointing because of that gift that is in your life really really convinced that that's why Luke when he penned the words of Acts that he penned it the gift of the Holy Ghost the gift why because he knew that it would have to be accepted by each creation so in December we talk about the plan of God God had this from the beginning tonight we've gone over several verses of prophetic meaning pointing to this Jesus and that's the reason that this time of year is so important for us there's got to be something more than just a few days off from work or cold weather that might be coming in or rainy messy days or stuff like it's got to be more than than that it's got to be more than just uh a decorated room or lights or some of my favorite music got to it's got to be something that moves me changes my intention rightfully tonight brother John would you come back drawing lettuce tonight in a worship course that so simply says that he's worthy of it all because we understand the power of the one that's Worthy from you and to you you deserve it you're worthy of it the gift that we're talking about is that power that only God could have established in his plan from the very beginning he didn't have to come to this point in in in in humanity and say wow didn't expect none of this to happen I guess ought to come up with it another way it was all part of the plan when Peter stood that day would you stand with me tonight when Peter stood that day with the 11 on that day of Pentecost the Bible says that one of the first things that he says to them is hey hey whoa whoa whoa whoa these these guys are not drunk because you suppose they are evidently heard them he could overhear their stuff they were saying out in the streets watching these guys just acting like they were drunk notice the time the time of festivities has not begin it's the third hour of the day you can't do that until the sixth hour so we got it no it's not that but this is that that was prophesied spoken of by the Prophet Joel I mean you're thankful for the prophetic I'm thankful for the prophetic word it's what put us here tonight it's what puts us in an understanding of a relationship with God the gift guys the best most super duper super deduper as handy dandy says gift that's ever been made that is Jesus I wish tonight we have just a couple of minutes left or would you just talk to him come on tell him how much you appreciate what he's done what he's doing what he's accomplishing in your life Come on talk to him Lord I I am so indebted to you I am so so thankful to know you come on somebody I'm thankful that truth prevails I'm thankful your word Lord is established I'm thankful that I can have a relationship with you Jesus you're worthy I thank you for the gift I thank you for the prophetic Lord that established things and put it all into order I thank you for that God you you make a way you make a way Jesus only you make a way Lord it's all you it's all you Jesus come on somebody love him would you come on you're in the house of God love him you got nowhere to be in the next minute just love the Lord Jesus you're good Jesus you're wonderful Jesus you're holy Jesus you're holy Jesus I love you you're worthy of it all from you are all things and to you are all things you deserve the glory come on could you sing this unto him like your prayer you're worthy of it all you're worthy of it all beautiful from you are all things to you are all things you deserve the glory feel like doing it again you're worthy of it all you're worthy of it all from you are all things you deserve the glory I feel like somebody's making it your prayer one more time lift your voice you're worthy of it all you're worthy of it all for from you are all things and to you are all things you deserve the glory once again would you sing it lift your voice loud and clear you're worthy of it all Hallelujah worthy of it all that for from you are all things and two you are all things you deserve the glory I believe somebody feels it tonight once again we'll just sing it unto him loud and clear you're worthy of it all I give it to you Lord you're worthy of it all tore from you are all things and to you are all things you deserve the glory Lord we are thankful tonight for your power your presence that's in this room your glory is real lord Everlasting to Everlasting from the beginning Lord it is your plan prophesied about it will be your end everything in between Lord is from you everything is from you it's from you it's from your hand oh come on somebody it's a Wednesday night but you can run right on into his presence and just love him I believe you Lord for the miracle I believe you for healing oh I believe you for restoration I'll believe you Lord God that you can put it all back together Lord I believe in you Jesus from you are all things to you all please oh that's right that's right come on run into his house come to Love You Lord I come to Love You Lord oh I come to love you Jesus you're worthy it is your prophetic word it is your plan God yes Lord it unfolds within us it is in this room right now Hallelujah to the Lamb of God honor and Glory unto you o God yes Jesus yes Jesus yes sweet Jesus we love you Jesus we bless your name O God oh come on let's ride we love you Jesus thank you Hallelujah how many are thankful for the gift come on are you thankful for the gift I'm so thankful for the gift knowing him knowing him knowing his name oh praise God forever turn to your neighbor Sam sure glad you came tonight yeah I'm glad you're here and don't forget this weekend guys I think there's program practice on Saturday right Sam what time is it three four o'clock on Saturday for those involved in the program Sunday be here for our Christmas program let's support these kids these adults these young adults have done a great job we're going to love them amen I love
