Many of our children were dedicated to the Lord and reared in a Pentecostal church and drifted away — but as David encouraged himself in the Lord, went after the enemy and brought his children back, the parents who dedicated the child have authority tonight to bind the devil in Jesus' name and command him to let them alone. Then the witch: a member brought to his office a woman born in Germany and reared in witchcraft, completely devil possessed, whose god talked back to her while his, she said, would not talk to her. She asked her demon by a swinging key whether she might come, and it swung right; she tried to move the big swinging light over his desk and could not move a thing, not even the curtains — there's a power here greater than the power you serve. She sent her spirits to keep him awake; he commanded them back on her before he lay down, slept in two minutes, and three days later she was about to climb the wall — the spirits had stood by her bed three days and nights. She had put a curse on her mother-in-law: stop hating her and love her, repent, and the spell will break. Satan's people are depressed and wretched, but where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom and life and power.

Now his text: words that worked wonders, words that will work wonders — wouldn't you like to speak some words that would work wonders? He has the congregation stand and reads: Peter, the eleventh chapter, the twenty-first verse — the fig tree withered from the roots that Jesus had cursed, and Jesus answering, Have faith in God; whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, shall have whatsoever he saith; what things soever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them. Don't get mental faith mixed up with Holy Ghost faith: mental faith is good to sell insurance and raise peas and popcorn, but this is real living faith that Jesus Christ placed in your heart when he saved you. There is a fourth dimension of vibration, like a telephone — poets and songwriters get their inspiration there, and the witches operate there too; but there is a dimension of stillness where the Spirit moves. Ministers cannot tell if they're a success because the church is growing — God will always give bread for the little starving lambs whether we're right or not; the only gauge is to get alone with God in a secret place and talk to him about yourself, not the church, not the organization — how long has it been since you felt the touch of God in your closet? That is what will tell you if you're ready for the rapture. Every human being on the face of the earth has the capacity to believe: Luke picked up his pen a long time ago in sin, and the power of the Lord was present — and it is present tonight, moving in every human being here; we live in it, we move in it, we have our being in it.
- Words that worked wonders are words of repentance. The old Pharisee prayed a beautiful prayer that never got higher than the ceiling, but the sinner beside him, not feeling worthy to lift his eyes to heaven, spoke words that worked wonders: God be merciful to me a sinner. The backslider in the far country spoke them — Father, I have sinned — and the old dad on the front porch, who had prayed a long time and could do nothing until the son spoke, ran to meet him and rolled out the red carpet. The centurion spoke them: I'm not worthy for you to come under my roof, but speak the word only and my servant shall be healed. Job spoke them — bankrupt, his children killed in a cyclone, boils from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet, his wife saying curse God and die: though he slay me, yet will I trust him; and God gave him his wealth and health back and another hundred and forty years. Don't ever let the devil come in and sit down and talk to you — when you begin to preach the blood of Jesus Christ he can't stand it. Here is a young fellow in First Samuel seventeen forty-six — what have you done with your lion and your bear, and what have you done with your Goliath: have you attacked his hide to the barn, or built a fence and fed him? There is a whole lot of difference in believing God can and believing God will. This day will the Lord deliver thee into my hand — God is the God of now; if you'd tried, you could have been saved ten years before you were. Paul said some were dying before their time because they had not discerned the Lord's body: unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood you'll have no life — that is divine healing, to believe the blood for the remission of your sins. The three Hebrew boys spoke words that got heaven's attention: our God is able to deliver us, but if not, we will not serve your gods — God is a God who meets us in crisis, as he did for Daniel, and for Paul and Silas singing at the midnight hour. And it works in deliverance: called to a preacher's house where his wife, come back devil possessed, was swinging a butcher knife, he could not sing well, his voice was worn out preaching — but he sang, "There is a fountain filled with blood drawn from Emmanuel's veins," and walked around and around that big living room, the preacher behind him joining in, a trio, until he laid hands on her, the tears streamed, the devil left, and the couple stood with their arms around one another and the little children hanging on. Learn the language of faith: here it is in Genesis twenty-two and five — I and the lad will go and come again to you; Abraham believed God would resurrect the lad from the ashes. Then Numbers thirteen and thirty — we are well able to overcome it: the words of Joshua and Caleb. The word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword; the words Jesus spoke are spirit and life, and there is no other book in the whole world like this one.
- He prepared their minds to believe God for anything at a Texas healing service: an eight-year-old girl whose polio foot never grew, sixteen years old, prayed for after a blind boy's eyes opened and a lady's neck growth left her before she got back to her cabin — she sat down, pulled the packing out of her shoe, and the foot and leg grew out completely normal; that night he set her in front of the tabernacle and the ministers couldn't tell which foot had been healed; and a young lady whose baby finger grew to the same length as the others by the next day. Nothing is too hard for God: Moses' rod became a snake with flesh and bones any time God wanted; he fed five thousand without a fishing pole; the widow's barrel never emptied; faith can move atoms, and atoms are God's building blocks. A medical doctor, Dr. Hawthorne, testified he was at a Louisiana camp where a little girl whose broken leg had set short in gristle — surgery scheduled, the leg never to catch up — ran at Barnes's word toward the tabernacle and arrived the same length as the other, and got the Holy Ghost when she landed. He was called to Lois's daughter's bedside: a car accident, collarbone in her windpipe, six weeks unconscious, a vegetable for life by the doctors' word — they joined hands, nurses and all, and prayed in Jesus' name, and she woke asking her girlfriend what she was doing there and saying she was hungry; she's a schoolteacher today. A grandmother dying of emphysema and double pneumonia sat up at his word — breathe to the bottom of your lungs — and breathed, and relaxed. See it when you pray: make plans; the missing son telephoned his mother as Barnes had declared, and another woman's brother, unseen for eleven years, called the same way — God knows where we're at. He showed Barnes at a big tent revival the exact front seat, right behind the preacher, where he and his wife and daughter and her girlfriend would sit among ten thousand people: I wanted you to know that I know where you're going to sit next week, next year, and throughout all eternity — you are not lost in the crowd to him. So pray for your drunkard boy by seeing the devil get off his back and the boy coming home and coming to church: if you ask anything in my name, believing, it shall be done; in my name you shall cast out devils — why don't we do it? They brought him a devil-possessed woman whose lips the devil had sealed; he told the devil she is a free moral agent with a right to speak for herself, and the devil would wait on the front doorstep — and when she chose Jesus he laid hands on her and she began to speak with tongues. Plead the blood and the name of Jesus on every door and the devil stays outside: when I see the blood I will pass over you. It is time to lose people from demon power — they bind the demons that have hindered revival in California and turn this district upside down with Jesus-name, Holy Ghost, apostolic revival. Don't give up just before the great move breaks: the walls had to be marched around the full number of times, and Jonah got out of the belly by looking toward the temple, at things not seen. And in closing: every sinner and every backslider here can speak words this night that have worked wonders — Father, I've sinned — for God is a specialist who takes on big cases and loves the bigger the sin. He calls them to step out and head this way, all at one time, and show the Lord they mean business, while the congregation sings.

some way another if you take a bad cold if you take all the medications you can get a hold of so Reader's Digest then you'll get well for seven days if you don't take anything at all you'll get well in seven days and that's a natural healing that's in the body and of course we ate it sometime you know hard to take a few vitamins I never could tell or they helped me too much or not I have a hard time I've drank whole cans a pet milk trying to gain a few pounds just won't work then there's a a mental healing these all-natural do you think right and be positive you won't have near as many
officers and you'll be happier if you look for good good will come if you look for the devil he'll come do you look for God's angels they'll come if you look for the Devils they'll come whatever you look for is what you'll get now these are natural things and but they're the third one is divine healing there comes a time when disease will advance beyond nature medically vitamins mental powers and all that and then death will come unless we can touch God for divine healing now divine healing comes direct from the Almighty God and it's already taken care of and the mind of Jesus Christ ever center on earth is saved all he has to do is accept it the plan is complete totally 100% it will cost him a dime all he has to do is get on his prayer bones and accept God's plan by faith and this he is the mind of God it's already done He healed every sick person on the face of the earth when he stood in polyps Hall and was whipped far as he's concerned it's done all you've got to do is accept it it's yours it's at your fingertips right now amen everybody say bye stripes we were healed you see it's done all right let me explain faith now - yeah I want you to understand this if you
forget everything else your faith is not supposed to be in me or in the wisdom of men Paul said there are four great foundational doctrines the word the blood the name and the Holy Ghost all these are one your faith must be anchored your spiritual actor must be anchored in these four foundational truths or your waiver but let's put our faith where it belongs in his plan and in his words a man now if you do these things you're right foundation things are going to happen praise God now don't want anyone to feel if you don't get what you came here looking for I hope you do but Amara night that you missed it I want you to know one thing if you take this name that I preached about tonight and the faith that I'm going to talk about tonight with you it can happen anywhere anyplace the Lord has a way of doing these things I know I prayed for preacher a whole bunch of people one night growths on their bodies and they disappeared but he had one on his foot and he said his didn't disappear but all the way home he reached down to struts the place and he said hey it's gone then a fellow walked up to me one day and he said I used to be an unbeliever but he said I'm a believer now I said oh yeah I said what tell me about it he said well my wife was a hopeless she came to your meeting and he prayed for us I came in that night she was in the bed and said I like to malt make fun of Pentecostals in Hell so I said well did you get to healing tonight she said oh yes I had really told her you know it's done if you faith in the right place it's done just I don't know when it'll happen but it's done she said Oh said I'm healed but I can't walk yet but I am going to walk and he said all that's what they say he said the pastor book - that's one way to get rid of them you know you know gone said he went to bed and he said about four o'clock he heard - all this noise he jumped up out of the bed and there was his wife out on the floor jumping straight up and down
screaming I'm healed I'm healed him heal praise God so you see you never know when it's going to happen you just know what's going to happen it's up to the Lord except to the Lord he does it you know in his own time in his own way but we love to see it happen especially if you're hurting I never didn't like pains you all right let me tell you this now
to let you understand we were going to go and deal with some devils tonight it may be out summer outside of these four walls I believe firmly with all of our heart that many of our children that was dedicated to the Lord reared in a Pentecostal church grew up and then drifted away does the scripture said train him up in the whither should go when they're old I'll not depart from it now in the Old Testament when David came back and he found the enemy had stole his all of their wives and their children brother he encouraged himself in the Lord and he went after the enemy and he slew him and he brought his children back well that's the way to did it then but today the devil perhaps somewhere tonight has your boy or your girl's mind and you that dedicated the child and put the word in it have the authority tonight to command that devil to let them alone they're still a free moral agent but you can this night bind the devil in Jesus name everybody said if you ask anything in my name I'll do it where is God so we're going to try to reach somebody out yonder you know way out Jim tonight but I want to tell you this so we can get rid of fear here
tonight oh you just never know how much the name and the blood means to us you know not too long ago one of my members brought a witch to my office she was born in Germany reared in witchcraft her parents before her were witches they dealt in black magic they could move objects and put curses on people and all that kind of stuff and she had come to our city and one of our members ran into her and pleaded and begged her to come to my office when she came in I could see she was completely totally devil possessed and she said to me she said your God don't answer prayer mine does when I talk to my god he talks back to me I tried to talk to your garden he wouldn't talk to me I said you didn't talk right a man she said I don't know why I'm here she said I have a key I hang on the wall and she said if I'm going to go somewhere I ask Satan he said I worship Satan I asked him to move the key one way or the other he said tonight I asked him would it be all right for me to come over go with that preacher talk to him and said if it is swing the key to the right and she said he went to the right but I said I don't know who swung the key but I know the devil don't make a habit of sending in his clients over to me she said I'm going to prove to you that my god can move and I had some big swinging life hanging up over my desk she leaped to her feet with her eyes dancing like Snake Eyes and she began to swing I said just a minute you'll never be able to move a thing in this office I said the Lord Jesus Christ the one that you say don't answer prayer is right here in this office and you'll never move a thing she said oh yes she leveled
off and she tried but she failed she couldn't even move the curtains she couldn't move nothing she finally backed up and look at me with that surprised look she said I can't move a thing in here I said no there's a power here greater than the power your service hallelujah she said all right he said have you ever had the spirit Stan be a bed at night I said oh yeah had a few she said alright she left she told my remember she said that preacher won't sleep tonight said I'm sending my spirits over to his bed keep him awake tonight she said you don't know my pastor said if he don't sleep he'll leave because he's out trying to help somebody before I lay my head on the pillow that night I said now Lord I know what she's planning to do so I take authority to dominion over every demon she sends over here and I command him to go back and do to her what she told him to do to me I went to sleep in two minutes and look like I was ever going to wake up the next morning I slept good two three days I gotta cause she was just about she said richer she said I'm about to climb the wall she said I gotta have half I said what in the world tomorrow oh she said them spirits I sent over there come back and they have stood by my bed for three days and nights and I'm about to climb the wall what am I going to do I said first of all don't ever send trying to send your spirits over to a Jesus name one God tongue talking safe I said get on your knees and repent she said I put a curse on my mother-in-law and a lot of folks who'd like to do that you know I always loved mine but she said she's dying and I can't get it off of her said I'm feeling bad now I said you wishes always send your spirits with hate if you'll stop hating your mother-in-law and love her and repent the spell will break she said you've told her the truth Pritchard the first time she said I've been to doctors and psychiatrists I've been everywhere but said you've told me things about myself and I had told talk to her about other things that no one else knew I said you need to talk to my Lord you need to talk to Jesus because your God Satan is making you miserable and wretched and I'm done however Satan is people are depressed they've got the blues they're down and out but thank God what the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom and there's liberty and there's life power Oh hallelujah hallelujah I never want to happen in my life for the name of Jesus Christ is powering it everybody see this power in the name I believe it now Jesus Christ is the same yesterday

and I and he said father I've sinned they got me started home an old dad cept somewhere on that old front porch as looked down that long dusty road been praying a long time for his return but nothing he could do until he spoke those words he had the weight he had the wait for him to speak words that would work wonders in his life finally he saw him and he got a fit he started running and they ran to meet one another and he threw his arms around that son that said father I've sinned against thee and heaven I'm the war that longer whether they be : I guess your son but just a servant the father turned and he said go get the pate an amen in other words roll out the red carpet he spoke the right words words that work wonders father I've sinned I'm coming home don't tell me the father won't hear you back cider Haim and amen and don't tell me you can't speak these words you can do it and you will do it because the Holy Ghost is talking to you tonight another poet said Lord my servant is sick the Lord said I'll come and heat him he said no I'm not order for you to come under my roof but just speak the word only and my servant will be healed and it happened why he spoke words that worked wonders he's the words that move Jesus words like this always move him he has never changed he's the same tonight you can speak words little work wonders right or you're setting tonight I'll go back to the Old Testament I find a man you know it's easy to say I'll trust him you know a lot of folks say when you didn't talk about trusting lord they think it means somebody that never has took any mess I need to talk about that there's a thousand ways to trust the Lord it's easy with the sun shining it's easier when you got money in the bank and all your children are well but of all of a sudden you went bankrupt nothing left and then they come running in and all your children has been killed in a cyclone and he drags the last from out from under all that rubbish and berries he last young nun that now he's sick his friends are gone his wife is back slaves that curse God and die but here's a man the spoke some words that's you can it's you held all the power of words of praise he lifted this tear-stained face with
balls from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet 10 he says all he saving yet I'll touch them and God refused to hear him ever angel in heaven would have weapon ever devil in hell were shouted but God could not refuse this this kind of pain touch him these words touch him and they sell touch him I'll never give up hallelujah well you know the story he got all his wealth back he got his health back I'm paying something on top of that he guy he's already old man when this happened to him feller have ten kids and accumulate all of wealth he was no young fella he's like me getting old ready to
die in a year - a few years you know what God didn't because he spoke words there weren't wonders he gave him another 140 years he lived a hundred forty years and he had the best-looking girls in all the land devil I'm going to show you something he didn't help maybe for ten years left but I'm gonna give him a hundred and forty him to walk around here let you know oh boy that you messed up you lied you lied on Java he never has been known to do anything but lie don't wanna Pentecostal people ever listen eighty showing the door don't ever let him come in and sit down talk to you yeah I celebrate shut up let me talk to you oh boy a man in Jesus name just shut up I said just hold on a minute there's a little china 13 now to wrap it around your neck come back devil come back here it away come on oh I'm a fool when you get the picture chains hail foreign brimstone do you think he's going to hang around when you begin to preach the blood of Jesus Christ and that's the wonderful thing about us if we're cleansed by his blood covered by his blood and we run in the devil somewhere he don't know what he's met Jesus we're his sons and daughters covered with the blood and he can't stand the blood
