A Message for Humpty Dumpty | Taylor Fish

Book of Acts chapter number 20 book of Acts chapter number 20 starting with verse number seven want to say how honored I am to be here with you um I've definitely felt the burden of this meeting today I've been in prayer in uh about 3:00 till just a few minutes ago me and my boy were locked up in the hotel room and I I really uh I really feel like God wants to do something special these next two nights I'm so honored to be here uh for this District this tri-state area as youth retreat I've come here tonight for the young people and I believe in young people I cannot tell you how many meetings I set in uh as a young person uh my I didn't have any Ministry in my family uh my father crack cocaine addict uh can't tell you how many times I made a big mess of my life and then came to a meeting just like this and God chose to dig me out and uh I'm going to try to do some digging here tonight and I give honor I give honor to the leadership that is here I there there are so many names that I if if I just I start trying I met brother mcol tonight it was an honor to meet him and I honor him this whole youth team obviously brother Hammond and the carpenter and brother Carpenter I honor them this whole team so great to meet everyone and uh I really feel like God wants to do something special tonight if we will open up our spirit and uh I'm not I don't normally warm up I just preach so uh if you'll just just go with me I believe God's going to do something here tonight the Bible says in Acts 20 and 7 and upon the first day of the week when the disciples came together to break bed to break bread Paul preached unto them ready to depart on the tomorrow and continued his speech until midnight how many would like for me to preach till midnight tonight I didn't think so and there were many lights in the upper chamber where they were gathered together and there sat in a window a certain young man named udcus being fallen into a deep sleep and as Paul was long preaching he sunk down with sleep and fell down from the third Loft and was taken up dead somebody say dead dead they brought out the stretcher and they said it's over verse 10 and Paul went down and fell on him and embracing him said trouble not yourselves for his life is in him when he therefore was come up again and had broken bread and eaten and talked along long while even till break of day so he departed and they brought the young man alive and we not a little comforted tonight I'll I'm going to preach as simple of a message as youve probably ever heard preached not come to impress anybody here but I feel like God sent me here tonight to rescue somebody in this crowd tonight not about blowing anybody's Minds tonight tonight I believe is a it's a rescue mission God's getting ready to bring back to life a call that somebody thought was long gone there are Ministries in this room that have ended before they ever started in our own minds but tonight I want to preach about that extreme mercy of God and and tonight something's going to step in this room and God wants somebody here to believe in yourself again I want you to lift up your hands I want every intercessor right now to begin to pray we got more than just young people here tonight I want every intercessor in this room to cry out for the potential that's in this room here tonight for tonight we have come to fight for a future Ministry tonight we have come to fight for a future Ministry somebody let's pray Jesus I thank you Lord I Thank you for another opportunity to preach your word to your people oh god get a hold of somebody in this place tonight I want you to lift up your hands and really cry out to God come on lift your voice unto the Lord Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus there is power in your name Jesus somebody begin to say that name across this room come on get in the air Jesus Jesus come on somebody ought step out in the aisle and just begin to say Jesus come on I feel him here clap your hands to the Lord so tonight my subject will be a message to Humpty Dumpty a message to Humpty Dumpty be seated across the room here tonight Hallelujah Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall Humpty Dumpty had a great fall all the king's horses and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty together again this old nursery rhyme tells us that Humpty Dumpty had fallen so far so hard and was so broken that not one person in the entire Kingdom could fix him what a hopeless little rhyme that every single one of us know so well but tonight this is more than just a rhyme it's a real life that is in this room here tonight because some somebody has fallen and made a mess of your life and you are here today and you're wondering what in the world are you even doing here tonight Solomon he said it we see that King Solomon we see him write 18 different times about man both the righteous man and the wicked man falling Solomon said in Proverbs 4:16 for they sleep not except they have done mischief and their sleep is taken away unless they cause some to fall Solomon said that there are not only those that fall but there are also those who cause others to fall there are some in this room you have fallen and it was 100% your fault but there are other people in this room you were guilty by association you are here tonight there was something that got a hold of you there was an influence in your life and here you are you have been caused you have been caused to Fall by somebody else you were influenced by another person you made the biggest mistake that you ever made in your life and here you are tonight at youth retreat and you can't even fully lift up up your hands because you have fallen my Lord is somebody going to preach with me here tonight there I'm preaching to people here tonight there's a number of reasons there's a number of things that you could have done but Solomon he said it in Proverbs 11 and14 where no counsel is the people fall Proverbs 11 and 28 he that trusteth in his riches shall fall he said again in Proverbs 16 and 18 Pride somebody say Pride goth Before Destruction and a hotty spirit before a fall Proverbs 22 and4 uh he said the mouth of a strange woman is a deep pit he that is uphor of the Lord shall fall therein Proverbs 28 and4 uh he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into Mischief uh Proverbs 28 and 18 uh he that is perverse in his ways uh shall fall at once H and then Solomon writes again in Ecclesiastes uh as he's looking back over his life as a dying man in Ecclesiastes 10 and 8 he that diggeth a pit shall fall into it h too many times it's nobody else else's fault uh but you had the shovel in your hand uh and you oh nobody else was there nobody else saw what you were digging but you were digging a hole and you were go oh you were digging deeper and deeper and you made such a mess over your life man I I look throughout all of Solomon's writings uh and he makes every excuse uh that there is uh but a at the end of his life uh he said you know I know it to be true uh too many times uh we're the ones that are holding the shovel and we dig the pit ourself and we make the mess uh ourself it's one thing to be a Joseph uh and be righteous uh and someone to throw you in a pit but it's another thing entirely uh when you dig the pit yourself uh and you have nobody else to blame uh I've been there and you and you've been there I've made so made m i remember being a young person saying oh oh at 15 years old my Ministry is over don't that sound so funny but we Snicker at that and somebody you have that that complex right now all right I made a mistake everybody knows my youth pastor knows what I did oh but and here I am right now oh I'm never going to have another opportunity uh to be used by God uh you know there are a thousand different ways to fall and make a mess out of your life uh and I've just come to preach to the one that is Fallen uh into the pit of sin tonight I've come to preach uh to the fallen in this house uh somebody here has failed to fear and it has ruled your every day uh and as far as you are concerned uh all of your dreams are on hold and most likely they've been cancelled by God somebody here faed a pornography and you've been lost in it for months now and you came to church tonight and you're part of youth group and nobody knows what you've been doing but you can't seem uh to find your way out of it lust is ruling your world right now and you feel so incredibly broken uh and used up H by that Spirit of perversion H that you don't know what to do H I'm preaching to somebody tonight you're the one uh who's been caught in a cycle of sin and it's happened so many times uh you don't even feel bad about what you've been doing uh until you get into the house of the Lord uh and the music starts uh and people begin to step out but you can't step out because what you've been doing uh you can't step you can't step out because where you have been uh I'm preaching to somebody You Feel So Unworthy even though God beckons you you you feel so unwanted even though the spirit's pulling at you that you can barely even muster up a response you know what I'm going preach to everybody that's clapping and moving their hands but I'm going to preach to people that can't that can't move anything here tonight you're scared to death oh I can't lift up my hands cuz they know come on now so what if they know you're going to go ahead and let yourself go on to hell no baby I've got to get in touch with God I'm preaching the somebody here tonight you I can feel the pull of a savior I can feel the pool of a savior here tonight somebody fell into vaping somebody was drinking somebody was dipping somebody's been smoking somebody has been in ungodly relationships and your saying how in the world did I even get here I never dreamed I'd be craving these kind of things my god I've dealt with young people I'm talking about young people that were used in the used in the gifts of the Spirit oh that played around with the world and the next thing you know they were coming to you service go through withdrawals hey I'm telling you it's real and I believe there's somebody in this room here today nobody knows really what's what's been happening in your life oh you're saying I've been warned about what the world calls fun my whole life uh and here I am now I'm so broken here I am now I'm such a mess here I am now I don't even know where to go from here I don't even know how to fix all this listen I spent a lot of time these last several years traveling from Camp to Camp from Retreat to retreat Revival to Revival City to City uh to and I've seen young people uh that should have been great sir they should have been so much greater I'm talking about young people that had such a burden for Missions that they went to school to learn another language God have mercy I'm talking about young people that were that that were turning turning things upside down but they got caught up I youth pastor at my home Church Bishop Doug white Pastor Ben White in Silsby Texas for 6 and a half years and I saw you know what I've seen some some World Changers and I still know some World Changers young people that I had the opportunity to youth pastor that today are even some of our church leaders I thank God for those stories them stories are amazing but I want to tell you I've seen a whole lot more should have been than I did World Changers I said oh I'm telling you it's not the will of God for you to be a should have been somebody say it should have been you know what I'm talking about here tonight should have been the one who turned their High School upside down with Revival come on how many youth Retreats are we going to go to and talk about turning the schools upside down hey I've got to preach to you here today oh they should have turned their schools upside down uh but they let one bad decision uh become their Destiny uh they should have been a soul winner and win their friends but they let their friends win them they should have been a prayer Warrior but became the prey of a familiar adversary that they refused uh to cut off in their life uh they should have been a preacher that preached souls to the altar but they made a mistake and the mistake was so big to them that they never went to the altar again I'm preaching tonight should have been a missionary on now that reached the world but they got so CAU up reaching for sin that sin reached back and got a hold of them and convince them that their mistake was so great that they were Beyond repair as I sat in my hotel room this after afternoon I had this message on my heart and I knew that tonight wasn't about a special service but this night is about a rescue mission from God for the future Ministry of a young person who has found themselves completely and totally trapped in Failure you don't know how you're going to get out you don't know how you're going to come clean you don't know how you're going to get unaddicted and you're going to make it better but I've come to preach my Lord you don't have to stay there tonight you don't have to stay in that place you don't have to stay Fallen you don't have to stay broken you don't have to stay busted you don't have to stay in that place of fear and doubt and confusion and hurt oh you don't have to stay in dismay but you in oh my Lord you don't have to stay there tonight God has come to get involved in the story I is somebody will lift up your hands in this place and say God you know where every person is in this church right now you've got to get involved in the story I've come to preach tonight to a multitude about another multitude here tonight oh some of you you don't realize it you look around you look at the empty seats you say man we've got a we got a great crowd here tonight but no there is double the multitude in this house right here tonight yes sir what are you saying preacher hey I've got to ask you can can can you see them here tonight can you hear them here tonight can you feel them David knew about them more than anybody else David the greatest worshipper and one of the greatest sinners in all of the Bible one of the greatest warriors nobody won like David but nobody sinned like David either hey and David knew what it was like to call on the multitude he said in Psalm 51 And1 have mercy upon me oh God according to thy loving kindness according unto the multitude of thy Tender Mercies uh blot out my transgressions uh David wrote about the greatest multitude in all of the Bible come on it was not those that were on the day of Pentecost it was not the 5,000 that he fed oh it was not all of them but David knew when he was in a mess it wasn't time to hide when when he was in a mess it wasn't it wasn't time to hide among the multitudes but it was to reach for the multitudes that are that's available to us every time we fall David wrote about the greatest multitude in all of scripture and and that is the multitude of God's Tender Mercies I cannot number them hey there is no number to this I cannot tell you how big that multitude that there is but I'm telling you this multitude is visiting me this multitude has visited me so many times he should have threw me away he should have let me go come on nobody in my family ever preached I made a big mess of my life I was in relationships that I should have never been in as a young person but thank God for the multitude oh you ought to lift up your hands do you feel them they're here in this room right now they're walking these aisles you I know you made a mess I know youve been a addicted I know you've been strung out on pornography I know I know that you've been smoking and drinking and doing things you should never do but I'm preaching to a future preacher in oh I'm preaching to a future preacher God have mercy I'm preaching to young ladies and young men I come to tell you you keep saying you're alone and nobody knows where you're at let me tell you God's got a whole multitude for you baby God's got a whole Army for you You are not alone I'm preaching about the multitude of Tender Mercies it's the greatest multitude in all of the Bible and before you let hell before you let hell convince you that you're all by yourself and you might as well go commit suicide cuz you went too far you need to understand that Satan never knew what it was like to have access to the multitude of Tender Mercies I've come to preach here tonight that the multitude oh it was the multitude that was assigned to his people I'm preaching about extreme Mercy for an extreme mess my God if God has ever brought anybody out of anything you ought to lift up your hands and begin to talk in tongues right now you should have died you oh you did fail you did fail and you should have never got up again but thank God oh that a member of the multitude reach down and pick you up again I want to tell you there is no expiration date on the multitude of Mercy if you are still breathing you still have access to Mercy preacher you don't know how bad it was you don't know how bad I hurt them I do not know but there are some things in his word that are very clear Hallelujah David he looks at his life he looks I'm talking about things that he had already been forgiven of he looked through his life somehow he finds himself in the presence of the king and he and the psalmist writes the words and Psalm 84 and10 for a day in thy courts is better than a thousand I can look at him oh he's writing under the divine inspiration of God every word that's pinned under the divine inspiration of God and I can see him he just got to stop for a minute and set the pin down because he's trembling with Thanksgiving and he realizes one day in the presence of God is greater than 2.74 calendar years preacher you don't know how long I've been dealing with it I don't know how long you've been dealing with it but I've come to tell you one day can change it all come on there are defining moments in min myeres if I went back and passed this mic around to Men of God they could say I was in such and such City at this Altar and that's where he changed me what is it better is one day baby one day can change your M preacher I've been I've been dealing with this it's been an ongoing relationship I should have cut it off a year ago yeah you should have but oh I'm going to talk about something that's better one day one day can change it all one day in the king's court can outweigh every mistake that you've had uh one day in the king's court can't change it all I'm preaching to somebody you've been trapped in your sin for as long as you can remember but I've come to pull you out I've come to pull you into the presence preacher why you so crazy why you all over the place why you so radical let me tell you I know if I can somehow get some I can if I can scream loud enough to get somebody sir into the king's court they get better somebody said there's no way that I can fix this oh you are so right but if you can get into the king's court you can get better tonight oh you don't understand who my mama was you don't understand who my daddy was hey let me tell you oh God still to this day my daddy he's an addict oh still to this day I've got Brothers I've got Brothers in and out of prison still hey let me tell you every every marriage that came before for me failed hey let me tell you I got every excuse in the world of why God couldn't use me but let me tell you what I learned to do I learned how to make a prayer closet and I learned how to get into his court when I closed that door and when nobody else was praying in my house when my parents were just new converts and we didn't have Bible study when my parents were just new converts and they were cussing each other other out I found myself a place of prayer and I learned that this place of prayer can transport me into the court of the king and it just gets better cuz when I get to the court of the king the divorce don't matter no more and when I get to the court of the king uh the mistakes don't matter no more and when I get to the court of the king the addiction surrounding me don't matter anymore cuz better is one day in the court of the king oh lift up your hands and pray there's something moving in this house oh you ought to really pray right now I'm preaching right to somebody your life is such a mess but it's going to be better by the end of the night that that service I can't imagine it that headline preacher that night the one that was kicked off the horse by the bright light nobody speaking up either they let him preach as long as he wanted to preach that service stopped with a thud the Apostle Paul's sermon had been interrupted Ed by loud gasps and flowing tears udcus had fought asleep through what most Scholars call a sixh hour sermon but the scripture says the flickering candles in the upper chamber could not keep uus awake verse n reads and there sat in a window a certain young man named ticus being fall being fallen into a deep sleep and as Paul was long preaching he sunk down with sleep and fell down from the third Loft and was taken up dead somebody say dead somebody scream dead udus fell three stories and everybody saw it three stories not one person doubted whether he was dead or not udus is fall was a very public fall everyone saw it everyone knew about it everyone gasp about it everyone cried about it every one's heart was broken it's one thing when you fall in secret it's another thing when everyone sees it and this is where udus was all saw him fall and all knew udus is dead what a sad story it is of a young man that slept through the preaching and sat where none should have sat in the window there's plenty to preach in this story why was he in the window why was he not in the middle of everything that God was doing why was he on The Fringe why was he on the outskirts why wasn't why wasn't he he he right in the middle of where the youth group set I don't know but all I know is that this young man whose name literally meant fortunate fell he fell and in the the eyes of everyone else he is dead and I read many translations that say absolutely he was dead but we see in verse 10 the Bible says can we put that up on the screen the Bible says and Paul went down and fell on him you know what bring me bring me that real quick the Bible says that Paul went down and fell on him I need I need some help here tonight I need come anybody named uus you okay come on we got to come on man come on uus come on I need you I need you I need you bro you got to you got to come up here when I tell you or we GNA I'll make you preach or something I don't know Hallelujah he sees ticus want you to fall out dead boom man you got your eyes open close your eyes the Bible says and Paul went down and fell on him and embracing him something happened he hears something church is crying everybody's weeping but the man of God there's something here I know it's supposed to be over but there's something here oh tears are still falling down people's faces but there's something on the inside of Paul he's got enough Faith to go for it his mama don't run to him his daddy don't run to him the youth group don't run to him but the man of God who's covered in the anointing of God runs to him and he says trouble not yourselves for this one come on get up he said this there is life in him oh I got to preach to somebody right now everybody around him knew that he was dead every hey and I want to tell you I believe that there was something in uus he begin to see the light I can't I if we interviewed him tonight I believe he he'd have said something like I could feel my my spirit coming out of my body I don't know maybe the Lord took him up over here I don't know all of that but what I do know is what everyone else said was dead the mouthpiece of God that day said we ain't having a funeral because this ministry is not over have got to preach to you here tonight that Paul got his hands on a dead boy and a miracle transpired scripture said he fell on him he got down in the floor with him I'm telling you people were crying and people were weeping but the man of God got in the floor and he had war in the floor Paul was the man of God dis playing the love of God to a child of God that fail three stories how many stories do you got how many times have you fa come on how many stories do you got well two years ago it was this and oh the year before that it was this and now this week I've been dealing with the I don't know how many times you f you had fought falling I don't know how many stories that you fail but I've come to preach tonight that there's a heartbeat in the room I've come to preach tonight uh that there's a heartbeat in this room and it doesn't matter it doesn't matter how far you have fallen Paul said wait a minute wait a minute put the stretcher up wait a minute there's a heartbeat here while everyone else had already seen the worst there goes the man of God looking for the best I don't care who seen the worst of you I'm preaching about a God that still has best for you I want you to lift up your hands and begin to pray right now I'm telling you there's a heartbeat to your ministry there's a heartbeat to your call it doesn't matter how far you feel like you have went I want you to know that just like that preacher this preacher has come to pra somebody back to life you ever came to a service and said I just wish somebody would put their hands on I just know if somebody would pray for me I could break through honey tonight your night cuz we are going to pray with everything in the building until you get where you need to be and you know that you've got the victory that preacher fell on the man that on that preacher fell on the young man that had fallen and God sent a preacher tell you I can still hear the heartbeat in your ministry and before this night is over just as Paul fell on him him something is about to fall on you something is about to fall on your life I want us to lift our hands across this room let's stand I believe God's getting ready to do something in this place music you can come God's getting ready to do something here tonight before the night is over uh something is going to get a hold of you before this night is over God is about to get a hold of you it does not matter what you've done there is a multitude here come on I challenge you don't walk out of this building right now don't go to the bathroom right now right now in this place God wants to restore a Ministry I've come come to preach about our kingdom tonight the kingdom of God Jesus we are a part of the kingdom of God Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall Humpty Dumpty had a great fall all the king's horses All the King's Men could not put Humpty together again the old nursery rhyme suggests that he had fallen so far so hard and was so broken that there was nobody in all the kingdom that could fix him Humpty Dumpty was an egg he was fragile but just because you were fragile and you have fallen don't mean you can't be fixed come on let's press in let's open up these aisles up we got people coming go ahead and shift this way we got people behind you I want you to lift up your hands and begin to pray God's getting ready to do something h tonight I want to tell you that that Nursery Ryme is not a part of our kingdom so I rewrote it for our kingdom I rewrote it for the Kingdom of Heaven hump hum Dumpty sat on a wall Humpty Dumpty had a great fall all the king's horses and All the King's Men came together and prayed Humpty through again you are one prayer meeting away from being delivered you are one prayer meeting away from being fixed from the mistake come on now it's not over we see oh preacher it's just one night listen to me we see acts 18 to 20 we see the Min Ministry of Paul from Acts 18- 20 2 years in Ephesus 3 months in Greece one night with uus there's no doubt that Ephesus was never the same after those two years there's no doubt that Greece still feels the effects today of the ministry of Paul but in one night one night the man of God got a hold of one of the deadest boys in Scripture it said I can bring this one back to life I don't know what mistake you made I don't know the mess you made but hear this preacher tonight if you'll lift up both hands and surrender and you'll say God I'll try again I'm telling you UD ticus you'll realize that there's a heartbeat in the house I want everybody to lift up their hands and begin to pray right now come on lift up your hands and begin to pray right now come on close your eyes don't you dare look around at everybody else I want you to begin to pray pray till you can feel that call again pray till something resurrects in your life again uh pray till you understand that God wants to use you again uh pray till you get rid of the excuses uh pray come on somebody in this house I don't know what you've done I don't know where you've been but tonight we're going to cancel hell's party oh so lift up our hands why don't you close your eyes and why don't you say God I failed too many stories I fa too many stories but tonight I'm going to let you get involved in my story again come on I challenge everybody to pray I'm done preaching saints of God youth workers get your hands on a young person there's extreme Mercy in this room right now there's extreme Mercy there's extreme Mercy for your ministry there's extreme Mercy Pro you me through the night and I he can fix it to save he can fix it if I knew would I know now I would be still and it out Jesus I was toss in the water I you Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus when he's here he's here you come on why don't you close your eyes there's a multitude of Mercy that's coming to this crowd there's a multitude of Mercy always on time you were always always on time yes you are and I remember how you car when I couldn't take a and I remember how you love me when I could love myself he's Ming he's moving Jesus I was the he's here he's here come on he can deliver you from self tonight he can deliver you from C yourself come on he can deliver you from whatever it is that's got a hold of your life always on time yes you you Jes you come on LIF your hands open up your heart here right now come on why don't you let yourself weep why don't you let yourself weep there never been a day let tear never been a moment that's your word this is time didn't see you back to life I you a day a minute M that's your word in it there never been a time that you didn't see me through God so I worship come on the eyes of the Lord are looking across this congregation he's here's here never been a time you didn't see it through go I never been a day never been a never been a moment I I you Jesus I was in the water but I never on you always on time when I through the I through the you were right there beside me you were always on time you were always always on time you are always always on time you are always on time you are always always never been a day day never been a minut never been a moment never been time see I worship you it's never been a day never been a never you come on let Mercy reach let Mercy reach let Mercy reach it's reaching right now it's reaching it's reaching it's reaching come on it don't matter what you're dealing with this is your moment I speak Deliverance I speak freedom I speak the love of God and the mercy of God over your life right now lift up your hands and know he has not let you lift up your hands and know he will perfect you come on cry out to him yeah yeah yeah there never been a minute never been a moment your worth never see through I wor you a a you never time you Dan through I wor you never a day never been a never been a moment that you were in it it's never been the time I worship you l in the midnight in the God's going to turn it God's going to turn it around it's going to work it's going to work your in the midnight in the midnight going to turn it around going to turn it around it's going to work it's going to work late in the Midnight Hour the midnight going to turn it around turn it around it's going to work it's going to work yourid hallelujah it's going to work Hallelujah come on why don't you just throw your hands up why don't you just reach for it come come on some of you even as you're praying right now all you can think of is the mistakes that you have made but I want want to speak a word over you right now if you feel like God's called you to something you ought to throw your hands up and surrender right now you feel like there's a calling on your life maybe you don't even know what it is come on you know God has something for you somebody needs to hear this the call is greater than the fall the call is greater than the fall God has a way of anointing broken people so whenever they run like a Jonah God could still somehow with that though he's falling though he's deep in the bottom of the sea if he would get to that place of prayer that call could pick him up again and bring him a one sentence message that would cause an entire nation to fall on their face I want you to lift your hands one more time I'm done I'm putting the mic down they can sing they can do whatever they want but God has come to reassure somebody there is Mercy Mercy for you and the call on your life has not left because of your last mistake the call is greater than the fall lift up your hands and get lost in the call some of you you have been lost in the fall you have been lost in the fall you've been lost in your mistake you've been lost in what you've done but I'm telling you to get lost in what he said about you come on find your place of repentance lift up your hands and let Mercy restore unto you what belongs to you these singers are going to sing but right now get lost in the call of God it is real it is yours
