Summary

Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.

Jesus' life: inspiration and revelation

  • Those who walked with Jesus experienced inspiration beyond improvement — miracles, deliverance, and Lazarus raised — and revelation about people and the kingdom.
  • After forty days teaching about the kingdom, the disciples were inspired to return to Jerusalem for the Acts 2 outpouring.

The profit of inspired Scripture

  • There is a spirit in man, and the inspiration of the Almighty gives understanding.
  • All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable — for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction — whether or not we yet understand it.
  • The full ministry of the word must be allowed to work: doctrine embraced, reproof accepted, correction and instruction received.

Scriptures: Job 32:8; 2 Timothy 3:16

Hearers only: the deception of the wow-cycle

  • Many become inspiration junkies or revelation junkies, cycling wow and ooh for decades without becoming fit for the kingdom.
  • Being hearers only while never doing deceives our own selves; self-deception can thrive in a fully stocked life with no activation.

Scriptures: James 1:22

The apostolic pattern: inspired, revealed, activated

  • Luke's account traces the forty days of kingdom teaching, the command to wait in Jerusalem, and the promise of the Holy Ghost.
  • On Pentecost they were filled and spoke with other tongues; the crowd asked what this meant and what they should do.
  • Peter's answer — repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost — was activation, and those who gladly received the word were born again.

Scriptures: Acts 1:1-5; Acts 2:1-4; Acts 2:38-41

The ongoing cycle in the early church

  • The new birth is not a new retirement: the believers continued steadfastly in doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer.
  • Once inspired, revealed, and activated, they lived it daily, and the Lord added to the church daily those being saved.

Scriptures: Acts 2:42-47

Elevate the King and live the kingdom life

  • The cycle applies to the kingdom: elevate King Jesus above every human, and the kingdom above everything, including the local church.
  • Entry into the kingdom is by water and spirit birth, not church membership; many are comfortable around the kingdom but not in it.
  • Activation means doing something with what was received — like the restored man making care bags for the homeless, or Larry's one decision that led thousands to new birth — rather than waiting until understanding is perfected.

I'm going to I'm going to share with you just a little bit. I'll give you a text and scripture a little bit later, but let me just let me just start sharing what I feel that the Lord spoke to me for this weekend. I always try to be very sensitive and many times the Lord has given me a word that I've not preached before and then there are other times that that the spirit directs me to a word I have preached before. I don't have a problem with that. I personally think that pastor Allan could preach the same message for a month and it would probably take that for it to really take hold and move because we live in a day and time where our attention spans are about like this. And so I know I know the power of repetition. At the same time, this is not repetition to you. It is to me, but I have felt led to go this direction. When we think about the life and the ministry of Jesus, his life and his ministry was both inspiration and revelation. The inspiration and revelation experienced by those who traveled with him and walked with him could not could not be improved. Things like this was said of him. Never a man spake like he spake. They would listen to him and it would be like haven't ever heard anybody talk like this. There would be conversations that he had with his disciples by the fire. Different things started happening. There were there were miracles and he started becoming famous and his fame spread abroad. And I really can't even imagine what it would be like. I try to put myself in those steps of people that were walking with him. And can you really imagine what it was like to be standing there and watching the miracles? I mean to see him start breaking bread and it just keep breaking to see what he did and then and then to hear the screeches and the screams of the those that were possessed by devils and see how wild it was and them running at him and falling at his feet and then by the time he was through speaking they were fine. To see that to stand and know that Lazarus has been dead. I mean, he's stinking now. That's what the Bible says. And Jesus calls him forth and here he comes. Well, when when you're looking at that, how in the world could you be more inspired by anybody? Because that was his life. That that was his life. But it wasn't it wasn't just the inspiration that they experienced. there was the revelation that he would give. He gave all kinds of revelation. He would give revelation about people individually. He would give revelation about the kingdom. He ascends back into the to the clouds after he had spent 40 days with them doing what? Teaching them about the kingdom. I wish those were recorded. I wish everything that he had taught in those 40 days we had access to that. we can see what it was by what the people that he taught what they went and did. That's the way we can gain the revelation of what he did. Well, at that point, they're inspired to go back to Jerusalem by two angels. They go back to Jerusalem and it was the Acts 2 outpouring. And this would go to a level of inspiration and revelation that they had never really experienced. Now I know this about about inspiration. It can be very encouraging. There have been times in my life when when people have inspired me. I have an advantage. And I the longer that I'm in ministry and the longer that I talk to people, the more I realize the advantage I had by being raised in the home that I was raised in because I was raised by two very inspiring people. My parents were very inspiring people. Now, I have three brothers and there were times, you know, growing up that we didn't feel like we were being too inspired by each other, but overall we really were. And today, thank God, we're all four still alive and we have an amazing relationship and there's a lot of inspiration that flows whenever I'm connecting with all three of my brothers. I was in blessed to marry Melanie and she is very inspiring and her family was very inspiring. And I look back at the pastors that I have been blessed to have and they were very inspiring and I have one of my closest friends really he's my best friend and that's Jeff Mallalerie and he and his wife are presently building an orphanage in the Philippines. We were just there a few months ago seeing the progress of all of that. It's absolutely amazing what God is doing through them. And every time we talk and I get an update, I'm just wow. I mean, this is this is amazing because what he's building, he's building a model for orphanages that we have a vision. He has a vision. and I've joined with him. But it's their vision of this model being built, you know, multiple places all over the world. And whenever I talk to Jeff Mallerie, I mean, I just need to have my phone out taking notes because this man is beyond amazing with his vision and how he talks. He's so inspiring. And I've told I've told people that that my life changed in a major way especially in the last 9 years 10 years I was connected with a lot of missionaries but in the last 9 10 years my connection with church planters and missionaries and underground pastors it's just gone to another level and I just cannot tell you how in inspire ired I am at times when I'm on the phone with an underground pastor talking in code and they when we were together in places they taught me how to talk in code and what to say and what not to say and what this word means and what that word means and you can't say this and you can't say that but and I'm getting pretty good at talking underground language. I'm kind of proud of myself on that. But I cannot tell you how inspiring these people are. The level of inspiration that that can come into our life is very important. And then there's revelation. This is when the unknown becomes known. And inspiration and revelation are lifechanging. both both of them are. And when it comes to biblical revelation, it's amazing what that does and how much power that biblical revelation has. I tell I tell people all the time, don't don't underestimate the power of one word. Don't don't come to church or to hear a preacher or a teacher. Don't let your mind wander. The enemy is going to try to hijack your mind anytime the word is going forth because the enemy knows the power of one word. One word. One thing spoken that you say that's my answer for the next step. We're not into quantum leaps. It's not about quantum leaps. It's not about winning the lottery the lottery emotionally. It's not about all that. It's like being in step with the King of Kings through his word. And whenever his spirit gives direction, gives revelation and you realize that's my answer for the next step because this is a journey and the power of one word. When we look at Job 32 and8, we see this. But there is a spirit in man, and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth him understanding. When we consider 2 Timothy 3:16, all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable. I'm sure in the last three or four times that I've preached here, I know I've said this because I say it so much, but if we would just stop there and own that that all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable. Just stop there. If it's in the Bible, it's profitable. It's profitable. Well, I don't understand it. Well, then there's some profitability that you don't understand. But our lack of understanding does not negate the profitability of everything that is in the word of God. But then it explains it. It's profitable for what? For doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction. For doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction. I challenge everybody, and this is not my message today, but I challenge everybody. Would you let the word do what it wants to do in your life? And the only way that it's going to do what what it desires to do is we're going to be after the doctrine of the word. The word is it in the word? Well, doctrine, I I've heard people lately say, you we need to move away from doctrine. They're nuts. Move away from doctrine. Are you kidding me? Doctrine is the teachings of the word of God. I'm not wanting to move away from doctrine. I'm wanting to understand it more. It's the teaching of the word of God. And then when it speaks of it dealing with reproof, that's where a lot of people shut it down. You don't going to tell me what I'm going to do. I ain't I ain't having it. Not Not in this day. Ain't nobody telling me what to do. Well Well, please don't put the word of God in the nobody category because we must embrace reproof. I don't know about you, but if I'm doing something wrong, if I've got something out of line that is not lined up with the word of God, I'm like, would somebody talk to would somebody speak to me? I want the full ministry of the word of God active in my life. And then correction and instruction. When you look at it, speaks of both inspiration and revelation. But here's now the introduction and I'm finally getting to my text and title. Don't don't be upset. I'm not going to be here all day. But unless we allow inspiration and revelation to be activated, then we will never see what God wants to do through our lives. As I'm speaking today on this topic from inspiration and revelation to activation, too many people today are satisfied with too little. Many have become inspiration junkies. And there are people that are hung up in an inspiration cycle. I'm talking about apostolics. I'm talking about people who have been born again. It's about inspiration. Have you heard anything lately inspiring? Well, here, listen to this podcast. Did you hear that message? Oh, that was inspiring, man. Our service the service. Wow. It was it was just something else. And then what happens is it's just inspiration, inspiration. And people become inspiration junkies. Inspire me, pastor. Inspire me. Inspire me. Somebody inspire me. I'm down. Inspire me. I've had a bad day. I need a little inspiration around here. Is anybody h how can we get it? And so what happens is then there's pressure that that gets put on pastors that come to pull pits every week on how can we inspire this week? Well, how can we inspire this week? What can I say that's inspiring this week? And it's like pump up, pump up, pump up, inspire, inspire. Come on, let's worship. Come on, let's get happy. Come on, it ain't God good. Blah blah blah blah blah blah. And it's just inspiration, inspiration, inspiration. And if we're not careful, we become inspiration junkies where it's just pump coming. I'm coming for my son to hit. And then there's revelation. And there's some people that just can't get enough knowledge and information. And what happens is, you know, just hear it. I got to hear more. I got, you know, that that topic's good. I got to hear more. I don't think I understand enough. I need a little more. And so what happens is then people become revelation junkies. And what happens and I honest I honestly don't mean to be ugly, but it's like we've really got to get this because here's what can happen to us. And we can be like this for decades after we've been born again. Is wow. Wow. What a service. Oh, what a revelation. Wow. What a service. Oo. Have you ever heard Have you ever heard one God presented like he presented it today? Oo. Wow. What a service. The move of God. Oo. And people can stay wow ooh wow ooh for years. And we can be wild and ooed and just live frustrated because we think that if we can just get inspired and if we can just get greater revelation and people spend their entire lives like that, never being what I refer to in the Bible as it talks about fit for the kingdom. We can stay in inspiration. We can stay in revelation and never truly become fit for the kingdom. And what I mean by that is understanding what what Jesus Christ did for us at the cross. What he did in us whenever we were born again. When when we allowed the spirit of God to work in our lives, when we allowed ourselves to be born again of water and spirit, but until we move to that tea of what the spirit wants to do through us, we can be frustrated for years moving from inspiration to revelation. I speak this to this church today because I know that that God is wanting to do more through this church. I feel it every time I come with this church having the DNA that it has, with it having the global vision that it has, with it having the desire to make disciplehip processes even better than they are now. I understand that that this business of inspiration junkies and revelation junkies is something that this church is trying to move beyond. What happens whenever we settle for inspiration and revelation? Then then we become comfortable companions of deception. I can prove this biblically with James 1:22. But be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. So we see that selfdeception can thrive in the cycle of wow ooh wow. We can be wild. We can enjoy services. We can be gaining greater revelation and the whole time be comfortable in deception. It's possible. I personally believe that that many individuals and many families and many churches are like like fully stocked Amazon centers all fenced up with no driveways or trucks. If you can break into it, man, there is there's a lot there. If you if you can just break in but somehow we have got to move to where we understand you know it's not just inspiration alone is not going to work and greater revelation is not going to work but true change happens through activation. I believe that this is the cycle that we should move in until we die. Inspiration, revelation, activation, inspiration, revelation, activation. I was inspired. I felt the presence of God. There was revelation that came. And I'm going to do something with what I felt today. When when I meet with God in the morning, I can be inspired by the word. There will be revelation. And whenever I get revelation, I'm going to do something with it quick. And I don't have to wait until I understand 10 levels of this. I don't I don't have to wait until it's so perfected in me that I can impress people with what I know. It's not It's not about that. It's about activating what we know. I've often said we need to understand about the book of Acts. It's the name of it is powerful. It's the book of Acts. It's not the book of intentions. It's actually the acts of the apostles, not the intentions of the apostles. And these men were inspired as they lived with Jesus and they gained untold revelation as they heard him teach especially those 40 days after his resurrection. We see that in Acts 1 1-5. It's speaking of how this was written. Verse two, until the day in which he was taken up after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles who he had chosen to whom also he showed himself alive after his passion with many infallible proofs being seen of them 40 days speaking of them pertaining the kingdom of God. It talks about how they were then assembled together. He commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem. Wait for the promise. for John truly baptized with water in verse 5, but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. And so then you see in Acts 2 1-4, when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And what happened? Suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, it filled all the house where they were sitting. There appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire. It set upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues as the spirit gave utterance. So here's what we see. People from all regions were amazed and they inquired, "What means this? And what shall we do?" And they were inspired. They had gained revelation, but they needed more. They needed to be activated. And so then we see in Acts 238-41, then Peter said unto them, repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For what? The promise is unto you to your children, all that are far off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words he testify, and say, "Save yourself from this untoward generation." Here it is. than they that gladly received his word. We have the inspiration and we have the revelation. But if they would have stopped there, if they would not have activated, so when they moved from inspiration and revelation to activation, then that's where the power came. That's when their life was changed and you follow it and I don't I don't have time to get into all of it but then it's like okay you've been inspired all right there has been revelation now will you activate and they did they activated they went they waited they received they understood it. But it's like you're not done at that point. And this is what we have to understand today that what I just read is the new birth. It's not the new retirement. And so at that point of inspiration, revelation, and I know this is kind of teachy today. I get that's okay. I'm very I'm very comfortable with however God wants me to share a word because I understand it's not about the rahrah or how emotional whatever it's like we've got to share some principles of the word of God that we've got to get to change. So now we're on one level. There's been inspiration. There's been revelation. They activated. Now they're born again. Now what are they going to do with it? So, it's now back to inspiration, revelation, and activation. And how powerful was that in Acts 2:42-47? And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship and breaking bread and in prayer. And fear came upon every soul. And many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. And all that believed were together, and had all things come and sold their possessions in good, and parted them as every man had need. And they continuing daily with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. When did the Lord get involved in adding to the church daily after they had been inspired, after they had revelation of how they were to live, and when they activated what he clearly said, this is what you do. Now we see massive life change. And so what we have to understand is we've got to get serious about individual inspiration and revelation to activation. I teach and preach a lot about the kingdom. A lot I've done it here. If we would look at inspiration, revelation, and activation, and if we would take it toward the kingdom, then we start with the king. You start with the king. It's time to elevate King Jesus above every human. Every human. It's not enough just to be inspired by him and to have revelation. We have to activate in our lives a life dedicated to the king. I'm talking about a level that we wouldn't even think about going through a day without connecting with the king. We wouldn't even think about it. What are you kidding me? Of course I'm going to connect with the king. Of course I am. I can't I can't live without that connection. There's the reason why I've challenged people for years. Train yourself for your first waking thought to be how how big God is. Get out of bed quoting a scripture in your head. Get it set right. Well, I don't have a habit of connecting with the king. I don't have a habit of elevating the king to that level. Then then take the seven seven7 challenge. Read seven red word verses a day. Seven. You can do that. Talk to the king for seven minutes a day. And do that for seven days and then get to the end of seven days and repeat. We're trying to complicate this thing. Well, if you're not praying an hour a day, you're going to hell. Well, let somebody else prove that. Why don't you just connect with the king? Why don't you just decide, I'm going to elevate the king above every human? So, King Jesus is going at the head. I've been inspired by him when I read about him. I have gained revelation of who he is. Many people have I love what Bishop Mark Morgan said. He said many people have a revelation of the mighty God in Christ. They just do not have a revelation of the mighty God in them. We have to understand this. I have a revelation of the king. I understand he was God in the flesh. I'm not I'm not trying to be offensive to anybody whatsoever, but I understand that that he did not say I God did not say I love them so much, son. You go get slaughtered. There is no way that I could even fathom saying to my son Braden, "Braden, I love those people so much that you go get slaughtered." My son Braden could not say, "When you've seen me, you've seen Terry." There's no way that could be. There is There is no way that Jesus was not God. I'm talking about elevating the king. There is no way that New Testament salvation can be based on Old Testament abomination. There's no way. Child sacrifice was an abomination. There is no way. So when we're talking about the elevation of the king, it's understanding who the king is. And it's not enough just to be inspired by Jesus or have revelation of who he is. We've got to activate living the way he lived, acting the way he acted, understanding that the power that he had, he said we could have. And then it's time for us to move to the kingdom and understand that is the greatest government. It's the king's domain. That's what it is. I'm about the kingdom. Listen, you elevate the king above every human. You elevate the kingdom above everything. And the world, the church world will change when we elevate in our mind when we elevate the king above the pastor and the kingdom above the local church. I want to tell you why a lot of the pastors are under so much pressure is because people are thinking first when they have a problem to call 1800 pastor instead of calling 1800 king. It is time for us to align for advancement. We must have kingdom alignment for kingdom advancement. And it's going to be how we understand the king and the kingdom. And then how do you get in the kingdom? By water and spirit birth, not for church membership, for being born into the kingdom. And there are a lot of people in the religious world right now that are very comfortable around the kingdom but not in the kingdom. Close to the kingdom is still out. And I want people to understand that you you can be born again into the kingdom and you must be born again into the kingdom, but that's going to be by water and by spirit. If you have not given your heart to God, if you have not been baptized in the name of the king to be born into the kingdom, if you have never experience the king's language as the spirit of the king comes through you, don't stop short. And it's not about being a member of this church. And then there's a kingdom life. And this is where we have to activate. We must activate. There is a life that we can be living that many of us are not. I have seen people's I have seen people's lives absolutely changed by giving their life to the king and allowing a kingdom life to flow through them. I I've told stories of my parents. I won't I won't tell any of any of those stories today. Had a neat neat neat thing happen to me several months ago. A young man that had been away from God for years and years in central Louisiana. He emailed our ministry website and wanted me to call him and I did. And he said, "Man, I've been away from God. I've got to get my life straight. And he said, "I've been reading the prophets." And I said, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Let's Let's adjust. Let's adjust. Let's Let's get out of the prophets. Go to the red words. Let's Let's go to Jesus." Yeah. I'm glad that you have a passion, but you know, you don't need to be calling fire down on anybody's head right now. Let's, you know, reenter. It's, you know, it's kind of like GPS every now and it's got that recenter button, you know. Okay, every time you see that reenter button again on your phone, think Jesus. Just think Jesus. It's let's let's recenter. Let's let's get it on Jesus. One thing led to another and the young man he's got he's got some children. he is in a horrible financial situation right now healthwise. He's off work. But something got into him that he knew he had to give. And so he goes and goes to Dollar General or wherever he went and bought, you know, he just started thinking about, man, there's homeless people that that probably need some hand sanitizer. And so he started making these little these little bags for this is what men need, this is what women need. He bought some Bibles. He got some money and bought some Bibles. And him and his family, I don't I don't think that his pastor even knows that they're doing this. I haven't I haven't told them. And that's their ministry. That's his ministry. They're praying that God will provide their month their monthly needs and doing this talking about a kingdom life. I'm talking about not not waiting. I see it's so good to see Amber Brousard here. it's kind of a wakeup call for me for her to introduce me to her granddaughter when I was her youth pastor. do the math there. That's scary on my side. But I remember I remember hearing the story about what happened to her dad when he was 30. And Pastor Mangan preached a message about something about my generation. Some I forget the title of that that message. and so Larry, her father, comes to the altar and everybody else left and went to lunch and all that and he didn't go anywhere. He stayed in the altar that whole day and at that point he was a major sportsman was had a membership at the golf at the at the golf club I believe I remember. and just you know all that he was he was Pastor Anthony Manga's best friend. They're the same age. They've they've just been raised together. And Larry made a decision that day and he and he still played ball every now and then. He still played golf every now and then, but canceled his membership and did all that stuff and started teaching Bible studies. U listen, I'm not exaggerating. I I've been gone from there for almost 10 years. I know back then that the domino effect of the people that had been born again by that one decision was over 3,000 people. Am I lying, Amber? I'm I can't even tell you. And just one just one of the men one he and Bruce Meldder is in Illinois right now. He's an executive pastor at a church and he was the one that started our internship. And I mean Bruce Melder is just a major Bible study teacher. And Bruce said, "Man, I'd look out the window on Sunday afternoon." He said, "I'd be sitting there watching football, drinking a beer." He said, "And I'd see Larry pull up and get out and carry his chart into my house." And he said, I would think, "What drives that man?" I'm talking about thousands of people that have been born again because one individual, her father, I'm not making any of this up. It's her father. You'll probably see him sometime coming up here visiting, but if that man walks in, don't don't look at that man like any common man. That man is one of the most prized individuals I've ever met in my life. One decision of saying been in a lot of wow services heard a lot of revelation. Bishop GA, Pastor Vang, Sister Mangan, blah blah blah blah who all came through there. just a lot of wow, a lot of ooh, a lot of wow, and a lot of ooh. But at one point, he finally decided, I will move from inspiration and revelation and inspiration and revelation and man, that was a great service in a conference and camp meeting. And wow, isn't that something the way they preached? and I'm going to come back and get some more of it. Man, what a great service. And what a great L. And he finally went, I think I'll move over here into activation. I want to tell you what I'm going for now. And I'm landing it because I'm even later than I should have been. But I want to tell you where I'm going for now. Whenever I am ministering, doing what I'm doing right now, I know I will not impress a lot of people, I have already dealt with that. But I know I know in my spirit that every audience that I look at, I know that the spirit of God has been knocking on doors in a multi-generational way. And I know there are young people that are hearing me talk that God has been speaking to. And I know there are teenagers that God has been speaking to. And I know there are hyphen kids. There are young marriage. There are people of all. There are elders in churches that you know there is more. You know good and well that the spirit that you feel within you. You know there's more to living than what you're doing. You know that there is more for you. You know that God has more for you. You know, the spirit is directing you. And I'm not trying I'm not trying to emotionally manipulate anybody because I'll tell you what I do. I speak the word and I give an opportunity for the spirit to confirm the word in somebody's life. And whoever gets it gets it and whoever doesn't doesn't. Maybe you'll get it from another minister at another time. But I'm telling some people today that God is just waiting for you to go from wow ooh wow ooh to an activation that will lead you into a life that you cannot even imagine right now. And that is the word of God for this church today as we stand together right now. If something in your spirit has ignited, if not, fine. Please come back. If you're here and you have never given yourself to the King and you've never repented, you've never been baptized, you've never received the gift of the Holy Ghost, please don't put it off. You cannot even imagine what God will do in your life. But if you're somebody in here that you want a little more activation instead of a lot of inspiration and revelation, would you just step out right now and walk as close as you can to the front? Because I believe that God is going to speak and there are going to be people that their lives are going to be changed and that they are going to move into a more powerful kingdom life. Come as close as you can. And when you make a step like like you're making right now, the enemy will immediately try, you've tried this before. You you've made this step before. Don't don't buy any of that. Don't buy any of it. Know that when the spirit of God, the spirit of God is not a tormentor. The spirit of God doesn't play with us. When the spirit of God is speaking to us, the spirit of God is wanting to take us deeper, take us further. And the spirit of God never guides where it will not provide. This is not about you figuring out how you are going to do it better because you are not going to figure out how to do it better because we can't do this on our own. But when we yield, but when we yield. So, can we all right now just ask God to forgive us of anything in our life that does not please him? Let's start there. I'm going to lead you in a couple of directed prayers. Let's just start right there. Lord Jesus, anything in our life that does not please you. Anything in our life that does not please you, we ask that you would forgive us. We ask that you would forgive us. We want to be clean before you. We do not want to be bogged down and stopped with sin and shame. And we acknowledge to you that you're the only one that can help us. And you're the only one that can forgive. You're the only one that can direct. And we recommmit our life to you. If you feel like you've said that, can we can we pray another repentant prayer? And that is forgive us for putting limitations on you. You say, "How in the world can we limit the sovereign God?" Well, the Bible clearly says they limited the Holy One of Israel. Forgive us for the limitations. There's all kinds of reasons, God, why we limited you. Lot of hurt, a lot of this, a lot of that. But it really doesn't matter right now. It's I am asking you to forgive me for limiting you. The times you've spoken to me, the times that you've said, "Do this or call that one or do this act or forgive us, God. forgive us. And if you're at a place to where you really want to hear from God and you really want to say, "Lead me," and you won't over complicate it, could be the simplest thing. It could be a major when when the spirit moves like this in a congregation through a church. Some people are being moved on to take some small steps and maybe some medium steps. But there but there are people here today that you know enough about this and you've got enough history to know that that there there's some big steps. I'll say it like this that there's some Larry Clark size steps that need to be taken. Not trying to frustrate anybody that's not at that point, but I'm just saying if you want that, then would you just close your eyes and lift your hands to heaven? And would you expect the spirit to minister to you in a confirming way? In a confirming way. I'm talking about in our lives right now with what we have with the resources we have with the time. I'm not talking about any of this if I had this or I could get this. No, no, no, no, no. Just right now what I have God is yours. my kingdom resources right now of my gifting, my time, my emotion, my f my kingdom resources. I'm recommitting them into your hand right now and I am moving out of the cycle of inspiration and revelation. I will activate what you have put into my life. As we worship right now, would you please just let the spirit of God speak to you? And would you please not hold it back?
