god bless you this evening wherever you are at if you're standing you can be seated we're so thankful that you have joined us not just tonight but throughout this entire process I know pastor has already mentioned them but there are so many people working behind the scenes not just on Wednesday night and Sunday but throughout the entire week there are plenty of nights where brother Darrin brother Dale are here almost every single night of the week brother chase Condon is working hours and hours to make sure that everything you are seeing and hearing and it's being spoken minister to you is first-class so I give them honor and applaud this evening I don't know if there's any other way I could say thank you to all of them but you are working so hard and in an honor to the the Lord with your excellence of what you're doing I give honor to pass her sister carpenter this evening brother and sister pastor sister Eriksson and for the Noll and I give honor to my wife we've been married eight years on Monday and she told me yeah she told me this evening I was on the way here that she said that I think I don't know if she knew the number of the past five or six times that I preached pastor she's not been here so I think we had Beckham in the hospital and all that beginning of some sort and so I love you tonight - my wife and I give you honor to my two sons Beckham and Hampton we found that Hampton is ticklish today during this quarantine so he's been cackling all day because I've been wearing him out so he's been fun to watch laughs so you know it's it's a great time to bring your family close and you you you've got moments that maybe follow their mother you haven't normally been having some extra hours and I pray that you're taking advantage advantage of that saw something funny today I know I'm not not really the funniest person but the old song says brother Josh that he's a known time God yes he is well somebody put a little thing on there today said he's an online God yes he is so we we know this is a little different and but I want to say thank you as well to this great praise and worship team band that just transcended through the lens and right into wherever you're at I hope you could feel what they brought with them this evening under the power of the Holy Ghost the scripture says for the sheep will know my voice that when the feeling the emotion maybe what you're used to in a service is no longer here that you'll know my voice when he's not there to touch you when he's maybe not even there to prod you you to feel his rod he said you'll know my voice and how prudent and wise I think it is of our pastor to continue every single night that no matter how dark or dim it gets that we will hear something from the word of the Lord each night we're going to first Timothy chapter 2 and verse number seven and then to John chapter 15 and verse number one where we will read our opening text I have spoke and met with sister Alicia tonight who is back running my lyrics I'm not lyrics they're so long I've given her so many scriptures this evening I've told her just to be ready to go from one to the other in fact there are so many of them I wouldn't usually tell you to get your Bible out and follow along but I have put a PDF there that's downloadable - a link right below where you're watching and so it would probably be in your best interest this evening and this is no exaggeration just to download that after the fact and just try to stay with me as we move through scripture this evening but first Timothy chapter 2 verse number seven says we're unto I am ordained a preacher and apostle I speak the truth in Christ wherever you're at right now won't you say in Christ and I lie not a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and Verity John chapter 15 verse number one you've heard it before probably I am The True Vine and my father is the husbandman and every branch in me that beareth NOT fruit he taketh away in every branch that beareth fruit he purges it that it may bring forth more fruit now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you abide in me and I in you as the branch cannot bear fruit of itself except it abide in the vine no more can ye except ye abide me I am the vine you are the branches he that abides in me and I in him the same bringeth forth much fruit for without me you can do nothing if a man abide not in me he's cast forth as a branch and is withered and men gather them and cast them into the fire and they are burned if you abide in me and my words abide in you you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you herein is the father glorified that you bear much fruit so shall you be my disciples two words where we will take our title for this evening in Christ in Christ once you lay your Bibles down lift your hands to heaven wherever you're at this evening unless asked that God would speak to us lo we love you we honor and bless your name god I thank you so much for what we've already felt in this service god I thank you for God the prayer that pastor prayed over so I'm believing with faith God that you're going to do abundantly God of beyond what we've even thought God that we're going to see unprecedented revival God miracles signs and wonders that's going to come God from what you're doing in our world through the church during this time God speak to us tonight Lord in the name of Jesus we pray in Jesus name a man in Christ I happen to hear a comedian last night and I never listen to comedians just so happened to hear this last night and he was a comedian from New York and he was kind of making fun of the culture and as you begin to listen to him and think about it's very odd sometimes how we just automatically speak things or say things he was talking about how they they go and they get on the train but they never actually get on it they get in it but they get on and off the train it doesn't make any sense it he says then we go out to get a cab and we get in the cab but we don't get in the Train we get on the train he says but you get in the cab so you can get out of the cab and you get on the train however you're not actually you're in it right and he says now we have a thing called uber for all of our our younger people because you wouldn't call it a cab you would take an uber and you you're not really taking it I mean no you're not still in the guy's car you're getting in it just like you got in the car but we have this vernacular that would this this this vocabulary that we use that sometimes if you were maybe learning the English language for the first time it don't even make any sense because I didn't get on top of that train I didn't get off that train I just got in it and and so I want to bring to you these two words and maybe open up your eyes a little bit to what the scripture says and through 75-plus times in your King James Version Bible that we hear the words in Christ now buckle up here for a minute I'm going to go as fast as I can to keep you as engaged in as possible but we're fixing to start in Ephesians move all the way through the epistles Ephesians chapter 3 verse number 11 says according to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord the purpose is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 3:24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that's where it's in Christ Jesus Romans 8 and verse number 1 there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit verse number 2 for the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death it already sounds like to me just a few verses in that it's a good place to be is in Christ Jesus Romans 8 verse number 39 nor height nor depth nor any creature shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is where in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 9 verse number 1 I say the truth how do you say it in Christ I lie not my conscience also bearing we witness in the Holy Ghost Romans chapter 12 verse number 4 for we as much as many members in one body are all members not the same office so we being many members are one in the body of Christ and everyone one of those members one of another Romans 16 to 7 salute whoever that is a Drona 'kiss and Junia and my kinsman and my fellow prisoners who are note among the apostles who were in Christ before me notice this they were in Christ before me so in Christ is a place where one person can be in somebody else can't be you're not just everybody's not just born in Christ so he says there was some prisoners that was some fellow kinsmen there was some apostles who were in Christ before me then he goes to first Corinthians chapter 1 verse number 29 that no flesh should glory in his presence but of him you are in Christ Jesus 1st Corinthians 3 chapter number versus number 1 and I brethren could not speak unto you as unto spiritual but as unto carnal even as unto babes in Christ now see this with me chapter 15 1st Corinthians Paul continues to write verse number 18 then they also which are asleep in Christ are perished if in this life only we have hope in Christ we are of all men most miserable but now is Christ risen from the dead and become the firstfruits of them that slept for since by man came death by man came also the resurrection of the Dead for as in Adam all die even so in Christ shall you be made alive again we're getting pretty far into the New Testament and it sounds even better to me now that being in Christ is where I want to be 2nd Corinthians chapter 2 verse number 14 now thanks to me unto God which always causes us to triumph in Christ you're in Christ you're always gonna triumph chapter number 5 verse number 17 the same book therefore if any man be in Christ he's a new creature old things are passed away behold all things are made we want some new things to start happening around here in the midst of Cova night team we want to we love talking about old things being put away and being a new creature but you can't have any of those things unless you're in Christ second Corinthians chapter 12 verse number two I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago whether in the body I couldn't tell I couldn't recognize really anything about him but I knew one thing he was in Christ I cannot tell you for God knows such a one caught up to the third heaven I knew such a man whether he was in the body or out of the body I don't know God knows brother Kirk but there's one thing I do know that if I seen him the way I saw him he is in Christ that's the only thing I can tell you above about 14 years ago I saw a man I couldn't tell you nothing about him but I know he was in Christ Galatians chapter 3 and verse number 28 there's neither Jew nor Greek there is neither bond nor free neither male nor female for you are all one in Christ Jesus no matter rich poor black white no matter what your your your your nationality may be no matter where you live or where you're joining us behind the way of the web we can all be together in one body and that is in Christ Jesus Ephesians chapter number one that in this dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ both which are in heaven and which are on earth even in him so we see that you can be in Christ and it's not just a heavenly thing it could happen here on earth in him Ephesians 2 verse number 6 and he has to raise us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus I hope this isn't getting old to you Philippians chapter 3 and verse number 14 I press toward the mark of the high calling of God how I can't press any other way but in Christ Jesus 1st Thessalonians 4 the law or himself chapter 4 verse number 16 shall descend from heaven with a shout with the voice of an archangel and with the Trump of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first first Timothy chapter number 1 in verse number 14 and the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus people are preaching the Hound out of it right now faith and love faith and love you don't get those things you aren't gonna get faith hope or love unless you've got it in Christ Jesus second Timothy 3 verse number 12 and we'll pause on the scripture my dad always said you read enough scripture nobody could ever say it's a bad sermon 2nd Timothy chapter 3 in verse number 12 yay and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution but evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse deceiving and being deceived but continue thou in the things which thou has learned and has been assured of knowing of whom has learned them and that from a child thou hast known the Holy Scriptures which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus but Luke oh do you care to bring me that box now that we have established and I didn't read them all but but we've established now that through Scripture and if you weren't able to stick close enough to that you can download that that PDF after and it has every scripture that we'll go through this evening but but being in Christ sounds like a great place to be so I'm going to use a little bit of a visual here so that you can understand what it means to be in Christ after reading all that I don't know about you but it's a good question to ask to say how do I get in Christ do I say a prayer pastor do I confess him as lord we must note that over seventy five times we see that the Bible tells us that there is hope love salvation triumph eternal salvation all these things we just read over 75 verses young people that we see and never once is the term in Christ mention until Acts chapter 24 where Felix calls Paul in and he says Paul could you speak to me about your faith in Christ because never once have we seen where we could get in Christ until after the book of Acts you say how do you get in Christ it seems like a great place to be it sounds like a wonderful place to be in fact if I want to live on earth if I want to have the best life on earth if I want all the promises of God if I want everything from Genesis to Revelation there's one place I gotta be and that is in Christ Jesus so if I won't get in him how do I get in him because there are some far-fetched ways that people are determining to get in him because you can't take all those verses in Romans and tell me how to get in Christ that's talking to people that are already in Christ it's talking to the church at Corinth the church at Ephesus or the church at Philippi already in Christ so you can't take those scriptures that are telling you the benefits and the great things of being in Christ we've got to go back to the first time it was mentioned and Acts chapter 2 tells us that then Peter said unto them repent can you bring me those other boxes real quick so first I must repent and I know I used you you say where do you come up with this stuff actually did this in kids quest and so you this is very elementary I understand but you you were born in sin Romans 3 and 23 says some of you may be asking what do I need to repent for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God in other words I was born in sin I was born in this world behold Psalms 51 David says I was shapen in iniquity I was formed in sin you can't shake it you can't dodge it you can't get away from it you work you came out of the womb in sin you came out of the womb with pride and anxiety and shame and bitterness and lust and anger and fear but things that want to hit you in the morning when you worry about your family when you worry about your job when you worry about the situation and all the things going over the news that's sin that's the world that we live in Romans 5:12 says wherefore as by one man sin entered the world and by the debt and death by sin and so death passed upon all men for all have sinned so we've got to see here that we've got a problem and this can't get in this look at this with me understand this with me Ephesians chapter 4 verse number 22 he says that you put off concerning the former conversation of the old man and the corrupt according to your deceitful lusts that sin and be renewed in the spirit of your mind that you would put on a new man which is after God is created in righteousness and true holiness so we see here in repentance and in coming to God we've got to take something off but we can't just take something off we've got to put something on so that new man we'd take off that old man and we put on Christ we see here Romans 12 verse number 1 I beseech you therefore brethren by the mercies of God which you you know it you could probably quote this that you present your bodies a living sacrifice holy acceptable unto God which is your reasonable service you can't present yourself under God like this you've got to put off these things you've got to repent of these things you've got to put those things away and say god I pray that you'll forgive me for not having faith I pray that you'd forgive me for waking up and act in that way and being angry and being lust for it and having the pride of life that that I wanted to walk around acting like I had it all together God forgive me and let me get in you let me put on something that I was created because he said you were maple and this is your reasonable service and I like that word reasonable because by all means of all that he's done for us it's just a reasonable service for us to think that we ought to get in him I don't know about you but it just it's beyond reasonable to think that people would want to live life and not live it in Christ after everything that we've read through this this evening to think that you would want to live a life outside of Christ outside of triumph outside of love outside of hope outside of why if you reason in your mind if you really think about it the best life I've got it's right there in Christ Jesus and be not conformed to the pattern of this world but be you transform how how do we put off the old man by the renewing of your mind how do we put on the new man by the renewing of your mind because when you pray you say well I don't see anything happening would you pray you renew that mind you get those things out because the biggest part of repentance is not God forgiving you but you forgiving yourself you're not going to forget them but God forgets them and God removes those things so how do you do that I get up every day and I ask God God I pray that you'd get those things out of my life god I know that I thought that God I know I had doubt yesterday God I know I had fear yesterday God I know I had pride in my heart yesterday God I know I should have witness to my co-worker yesterday but God I pray that you'd forgive me and that's how I renew my mind and get out of sin and get in Christ so we see here we got to put off some things in order to get off I got to take off sin I got to ask God to forgive me and he's faithful the word says faithful and just to forgive pray a prayer or forget her of repentance God forgive me of everything I've done you said that's so simple well it is and then Peter says after you repent to be baptized every one of you not just the disciples not just mama not just grandma not this the people in Rome not just the church at Ephesus not just the Jews but every one of you every single person listening on the other side of the web streamed this evening every person under the sound of my voice he says everyone must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins in order to get in Christ which tells us that without baptism there is no remission of sins you say that's very simple well it's it's it's it's taken out of context nowadays Galatians 3 and verse number 26 for you're all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus for as many of you has been baptized where when how are we baptized in Jesus name but we don't baptized into Christ because now I've taken off sin and I've done what I've put on Christ and when I put on Christ there's neither Jew nor Greek there's no other bond nor free no male or female we go back here if ye be in Christ then where do you get you get in the lineage you get into Abraham's seed and your heirs according to every promise Oh pastor read it in the beginning that every promise is yes and amen if I'm in Christ Romans 6 in verse number 3 no you not know ye not that so many of us that were baptized in Jesus Christ were baptized into his death you want to get in Christ it's through baptism repentance baptism it remits it's for the remission it's for the removal of sin just as far as the East is from the West the scripture says just like they did it in the book of Acts through the rest of the book of Acts you'll see that they they they received the gift of the Holy Ghost now we see their repentance and through baptism in Jesus name for the remission of sins and then he says you're gonna hit receive a promise and you're going to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost by the evidence of speaking in other tongues go through the rest of the book of Acts go through it chapter by chapter and read when they receive the Holy Ghost James says from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks that little that little bitty tongue that that's just a spark that that Kindles a fire it's like the rudder that turns the boat it tells the tale of knowing whether or not just I've got in Christ but now that Christ has got in me so three things three steps here have now done something you can't get in Christ with something else so we put away these things we're baptized to remit these things and now we get in him and now we receive the gift of the Holy Ghost by the evidence of speaking in other tongues and he gets in us the Holy Ghost gets in me second Timothy chapter number one and verse number seven for God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord nor of me his prisoner but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the Gospel according to the power of God who has saved us and called us with a holy calling not according to our works but according to his own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the world even began though you were shapen in iniquity though you were formed in sin you were born in sin now he has made manifest by the appearing of Jesus Christ who is abolished death thank God for the death burial and resurrection and has brought life in immorality to the light through the gospel where on - I am appointed to preach as an apostle and a teacher to the Gentiles tonight but they which were lost which cause I also suffer these things nevertheless I am not ashamed for I know whom I have believed and persuaded that he is able to keep that's what she is committed unto again against that day hold fast st. of God this evening hold fast from the form of sound words not the form of this world but the form of sound words which thou has heard of me this evening that in faith and in love which is in Christ Jesus that good thing which was committed unto thee kept how do you keep it you say how do I stay in Christ how in the world am I supposed to stay out of the world and in Christ if I'm born in this if I wake up in this if I can't shake this if it seems like he follows me around he's like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour how do I stay in Christ the Holy Ghost he says the Holy Ghost which dwells in you allows you to stay in him so you can put you can forget the benefits of being in Christ if you don't get the Holy Ghost in you so an order here in order to see this Galatians chapter two I'm crucified with Christ nevertheless I live yet not i but Christ liveth where in me and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me second Corinthians 13:5 so therefore examine yourself whether you be in the faith prove your own self know ye not your own selves how that Jesus Christ is in you except you be a reprobate if he's not in you if he is not in you you can forget being in him there are doctrines being taught there is a church on every corner in the middle part of this area that we live in that's preaching that you can be in Christ without Christ being in you or vice versa that you can get it Christ in you without getting in him it is absolutely impossible to get in Christ without having Christ in you or vice versa we've got to have his protection but we gotta have his power see this with me because when you understand this seemingly childlike concept of getting in him and him getting in me everything in your black possibly dusty book on the nightstand that we call the Bible the thing that will be placed in the balance of your and my life when we stand before our God so many other things begin to makes that when I get in him that he gets in me everything else starts to add up and I hope that you could see this with me this evening because there might be some questions that you've been asked on your workplace there might be some things that you've been wondering there's those is that really essential do I really have to do that what does that really apply to in my life if you can get this concept I think you can understand just about everything that he's telling you through the gospel of Jesus Christ all other things start to add up and what he's been trying to tell you about a hundred other different ways because if if we could see it in the natural he starts telling you some things in the natural that if you could see in the natural then you begin to see the supernatural some of you can't understand this so he tells you he says oh I want to use an example as light see this with me he says I want to take you and put a light inside pretty god this works I don't know if there's anybody back there delights but hopefully you can understand and see this see this woman he says but if you walk in the light first John 1:7 as he is in the light we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sins now understand this see this with me when we get all kind of junk all over us and we get try to get in Christ and then we try to put a light in us because he says he's a lamp and the light in other words he holds the light and he is the light so that verse makes all the more sense when you understand that I'm in Christ and he's in me because the light is in me but I'm also in the light so he's given me direction of where I'm going and the power to be able to walk in it so we see now that there's concepts in the natural that he's trying to show us some supernatural things but died what we saw I don't know about you but I've seen some folks like this right here they try to get in Christ like this hide it under a bushel no I see folks like this for the Kirk all the time they got us so they got more messed up revelation I don't know how in God's name you came with that but all of a sudden you got stuff shooting over here you got a ray of light coming out of here you got him as the third person of the Godhead you got him stuck over here but you got a bunch of mess and you tried to put the light inside and all of a sudden the light it's got a filter and the lights got some things that you put on it and you're trying to tell people and you're trying to win people with a light that's got some kind of false fake so some of some kind of kind of messed up broken light a bad revelation to it you got to see that everything here has got to be pure and clean he's not put that light on you see if I make this look halfway decent yeah he's not put that light on you for them to see anything but him so when I get in him it needs to be clear that what's on the inside is what's on the outside that it's not filtered by some bad image we've got now what people claim as we've got hypocrites all over the place yeah we've got a bad image being filtered the top down loaded thing on the phone today is a filter anything else download an app to get a filter to make them look like something they have they're not if it's a filtering society that we live in so we've got to understand that we can't filter the light if there's ever been a day in Christ that we need to let it shine he's put you on the occassion he's put you on your job he's put you at your workplace he's put you Father in your home for a time such as this that you could be the priest of your house mother that you can be the covering of your home there right now it's not about pastor it's not about brother Hammond it's about right now you grabbing the hands of your son you grabbing the hand of your wife husband you gather together as a family and alight you can't depend on brother Bruce's shout you can't depend on sister Sutton stepping out and interceding and moving this place and all of a sudden you begin to feel the spillover from the anointed power of preacher and their knowing that's singing you know brother Troy after and then we get to move through this place and you start to step out of your pew because all of a sudden you start feeling something that you didn't start if there's anything right now that I hope is shaking every household that's shaking every fold that it would vibrate with the power the Holy Ghost and you have to create the light the move on your own you've got to make it happen there god only knows at this point god only knows how long it's gonna be before we're able to get back to what we consider the normal of having church and we can't come back in here and some kind of backs in slave state and be awkward in the presence of God because we've said and been in a relaxed state and for that perhaps now we become so comfortable on a Wednesday night then we've not come here then maybe you're just waiting till later to watch the archive yo don't let the devil slip into your home don't let the devil distract you and put you in a place to where you haven't spoke in tongues in weeks and you haven't felt the presence of the Almighty God god forbid that he lawless he lawless to sleep during a time where we have more time than we've had in years Oh what you can understand when you get Christ inside of you and you get in him John 14 and 9 and Jesus said unto Him have I been so long time with you that yes hast thou not known me Philip he had said you've seen me you've seen the father and how sayeth thou then show us the father what are you talking about Philip what are you trying to say where's the father believe us now not that I am in the father and the father in me the word that I speak unto you I speak not of myself but the father that dwelleth in me he doeth the works it's not by my flesh it's the power that's in me believe me that I am in the father and the father in me or else believe me for every works sake verily verily I say unto you he that believeth on me the works that I do shall he do also and greater works than these shall he do because I go unto my father if you can grasp getting in Christ and Christ getting in you to the Trinitarian doctrine as we discussed last night in the panel wants to get this all out of whack we understand that just as much as I stand here before you this evening as baptized in Christ that standing right here before you in Christ and Christ in me just like Jesus stood before Philip and said I stand here in the father and the father in me you understand the Godhead if you can understand repentance and baptism in Jesus name and the infilling of the Holy Ghost in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily you say how do I explain the Trinity to my friends how do I explain the Trinity to those at work oh here's how we explain it you know how I was baptized into Christ and how Christ got in me through the evidence of the Holy Ghost there you go because there's not three of me standing here it's Jesus on the outside it's Jesus on the inside I've got him on a power by the evidence of the Holy Ghost on the inside and just as much as Jesus stood there in the Father and the father in him if you don't want to take the doctrine of the Godhead then don't tell me that I need to be baptized in Jesus name don't tell me that I need the Holy Ghost if you're not gonna believe if he can't get in me or you believe it can get in me and he didn't get in him it's that simple if we're going to take the plan of salvation and we believe that the church is birthed in acts and all of a sudden after the book of Acts we see people getting in Christ and we see the three steps of salvation if we see three and one here how can we not see three and one in the Godhead because when you start understanding this concept you start making sense of so many other things if you've seen me you've seen the father in him and he's in me but there's only one that's standing there and there will be only one of you and me and there'll be only one of him when we get to heaven because I'm in Christ and Christ is in me he says be holy because I am holy we get into holiness he says come out from among them and be ye separate you can't be separate out here you've got to get in there you say what get when I get in Christ I get in something that separates me I get into to sanctification I get in to holiness Jesus is on that outside and you can't have him in you and you and not be in him so we can't look like the world we can't be conformed to the pattern I've got to look like Jesus inside and out don't give me the stuff that man looketh on the outside but God look at that the heart has some kind of excuse because that's your commandment you say what's everybody see it sees me in Christ that's my explanation I'm in Christ go ye unto all the world and preach the gospel go out to the highways to the hedges and compel them to come in they're going to see what me in Christ it's a powerful thing when we begin to see the concept of being in him and he in us because pastor he opened the service with it that when we is it's yes and amen for all the promises of God we're in him are yay and in him a man unto the glory of God by us you say what's the scripture say for no weapon formed against me shall prosper why because it can't come and get me because I'm in Christ I've got to protect around me it's got to go through something to get to me greater is He that's in me than he that's in the world so I got something in me that's greater than what's out here but I've also got something that says no weapon formed against me shall prosper so all the promises become yes and a man I've got them on both sides you're not coming against me and you're not coming inside because I've got the power to withstand what he's already doing on the outside of me I can do all things how through Christ who strengtheneth me through Christ he powers and protects me Philippians four and seven and the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds how through Christ Jesus how can he get through me the only way he can get through me is to be on both sides of me he can't get through me unless I'm in between him he's gonna go from here to here we think in a sense of God working through me he's operating inside and outside and when he gets me right this disguised the limit he says I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me this peace of God all the things that that I don't understand it'll pass my understanding it'll outrun my understanding which means my faith will increase because I may not understand some things but there's a peace that will get out in front of what I can even comprehend that I is Abraham the father of faith can walk up a mountain not knowing what's on the other side not knowing if there's a ram in a thicket or not but I can move and walk but thanks be to God Paul writes in first Corinthians 15:57 which giveth us a victory how do we get victory through our Lord Jesus Christ it's through him if we can understand this simple concept then all of a sudden Romans 8 verse number 10 9 in closing as the musicians come but ye are not in the flesh but in the spirit if so be that the Spirit of God dwells in you now if any man be not the Spirit of Christ he is none of his and if Christ be in you the body is dead because of sin but the Spirit that dwelleth inside of you in closing this evening I don't know if any of you have ever flown in an airplane before but as I begin to think of anything that's able to leave the ground it takes two things what good is that airplane without something powering it or propelling it what good is that engine in the airplane without something to carry the people what good is that big massive air balloon without the hot air you've got simply just a vessel with no velocity but I'm here to tell somebody and I pray that a prodigal I pray that something backslidden I pray that somebody this may be just gotten cold on God they would hear the voice of the Lord that he's coming back after the church as his a vessel and as it was in the days of Noah you've got to have a spirit that's going to quicken the mortal body once you get in that vessel you've got to have that spirit that's going to pull and pick you up you've got to have both the engine and the chassis you've got to have both things you've got to have that thing that's going to quicken you but you've also got to have that thing that's going to carry you and I'm here to tell somebody under the power of the Holy Ghost that when we get in Christ we've got a carrier but when Christ gets in us we've got a quickening spirit so the only way when he comes back and picks up the church we can't see where he's doing this he's not coming no no no no individualistic thing going on it's not me mine I know he's coming back he's gonna pick up those the dead in Christ who's going to pick us up together the church is going to call us out and so I challenge you this evening if you would pastors already made mention if you would turn your couch into an altar if you would turn your living room and to that place where his glory could dwell for just a few minutes because I would challenge you this evening to make sure that there's something that's going to quicken you and there's something that's going to carry you on
