Summary
Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.
One Certain Thing in a Changing World: God's Word Cannot Return Void
- The preacher opens on a world of change, confusion, and a thickening fog in which fact and fiction are hard to discern, but says one thing remains certain and will never change
- From Matthew, heaven and earth shall pass away, but God's words shall not pass away, and the word of the Lord is settled in heaven
- From Isaiah, God's word that goes forth out of His mouth shall not return void, but shall accomplish what He pleases and prosper in the thing whereto He sent it
- The word void is explained: it is impossible for God's word to be empty, to go forth without effect, or to go forth and not succeed or cause something to happen
Scriptures: Matthew 24:35; Isaiah 55:11
The Enemy's Plan and the Shift from God Can to God Will
- The plan of the enemy in this hour is to make believers lose confidence in the prophetic word of God, to get them to negotiate and settle for less, and to kill, steal, and destroy their faith in what God has spoken
- Believers must settle not only that God can, but that God will, and that He will do it through them personally, not simply through somebody else
- From Isaiah, when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord lifts up a standard against him, and the preacher says the Lord has sent him to stand against the enemy's broken strategy
Scriptures: Isaiah 59
It Shall Come to Pass: The Prophetic Word for the Last Days
- The prophetic word is declared over the hearers regardless of what the enemy does or says, how society changes, what laws and governments establish, or what persecution comes: it shall come to pass
- The hearers are urged to shout the refrain, to let the prophetic word seed their hearts with faith, and to believe it will come to pass through every one of them, not just through somebody else
- From Haggai, the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the glory of the former
- Signs are declared to follow them that believe, and the outpouring of the Spirit in the last days is proclaimed, when sons and daughters prophesy and whosoever calls on the name of the Lord is saved
- These prophetic words will not be watered down or made more palatable in the last hour of the church; the word does not need help, only believers who will believe it, and it will not fall short
Scriptures: Haggai 2:9
No Weapon Formed and None Who Can Hinder God's Work
- The prophetic word of God must be believed as certain: when it hits the atmosphere it ends debates, interference, circumstances, insufficiency, chaos, and fear, and stops every enemy
- The hearers are called to pray militantly in the Holy Ghost like an army that believes the word, letting out a war cry, since everything must bow to the power of the prophetic word
- From Isaiah, no weapon formed against God's servants shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment they shall condemn, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord
- From Isaiah, the Lord asks who can hinder or reverse His work, and the answer is obvious: no one can hinder or reverse the prophetic words spoken over a believer's life or over the last-days church
Scriptures: Isaiah 54; Isaiah 43
Abraham Fully Persuaded: Lot's Choice Could Not Move the Promise
- Abraham's confidence in the prophetic word is shown in his words to Lot: let there be no strife, the whole land is before them, and Abraham would go the opposite way from whichever direction Lot chose
- Abraham was not leaving his destiny in the hands of a carnal man, his future to chance, or taking a risk by giving Lot first choice; the location and even Lot's contentious herdsmen were irrelevant to God's prophetic word
- Abraham was fully persuaded that the word he received in Ur of the Chaldees, that God would make a great nation of him, bless him, make his name great, and give him the land, would be accomplished regardless of what Lot decided, and would not move to another person or generation
- Believers in the last and greatest hour of the church should be fully persuaded as well, because God is not a man that He should lie, nor will He fail to do what He has said and spoken
- After Lot lifted up his eyes toward the well-watered plains of Jordan and pitched his tent toward Sodom, the Lord revisited Abraham and told him to lift up his eyes northward, southward, eastward, and westward, for all the land he saw would be given to him and to his seed forever, as the dust of the earth that cannot be numbered
Scriptures: Genesis 13:14-17
The Promise Obtained Through Patient Endurance
- The writer of Hebrews sums up Abraham's situation: when God made promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no greater, He swore by Himself, saying, surely blessing I will bless thee and multiplying I will multiply thee
- After Abraham had patiently endured, he obtained the promise
- The preacher declares the hearers will obtain every single promise: not one word will fall short, not one word will be lost in this generation, and not one promise of God will fail
- Every believer is called to absolute confidence in the prophetic word of God in these last days
Scriptures: Hebrews 6
Fully Persuaded: Believers Will Thrive, Not Merely Survive
- From Romans, Paul declared of Abraham that he was fully persuaded that what God had promised, He was able also to perform
- The word persuaded is defined as being convinced beyond all reasonable doubt, assured beyond human reasoning, believing regardless of who or what challenges it, and being unwilling to back up, retreat, or surrender
- Believers persuaded by the prophetic word will not simply survive in the last hour of the church but will thrive, walk in the miraculous, move in demonstration and power, and see multitudes added to the church because they believe God will
- Those who believe God will are invited to push their way into the aisle and come close, with the declaration that they will thrive in the presence of enemies, opposition, storms, pain, and attack
Scriptures: Romans 4:21
Joseph: The Prophetic Word That Could Not Return Void, and the Closing Seal
- Joseph's story proves the certainty of the prophetic word: his brothers despised, rejected, and hated him, spoke lies about him, and conspired against him because the dreams and vision God gave him drove them to jealousy, yet the prophetic words spoken over Joseph's life could not return void
- Joseph was thrown into an empty pit with no water, but a company of Ishmaelites passed by, not by chance or human orchestration, and Joseph was saved by a dream and a vision laced with the prophetic word of God
- The prophetic word resisted the intent of wicked men and carried Joseph to Egypt, where he was sold to Potiphar, an officer and captain of Pharaoh's guard, and was positioned in the presence of a cupbearer and a baker
- From Genesis, Pharaoh asked whether such a one could be found, a man in whom the Spirit of God is, told Joseph there was none so discreet and wise as he, set him over his house, put his ring on Joseph's hand, arrayed him in fine linen with a gold chain, made him ride in the second chariot, and made him ruler over the land of Egypt
- The last-days church stands not on one word but on all of the word of God, which cannot fail and will not return void
- To seal it, the hearers are called to speak what is not as though it already is and to declare what the word of God says, as God baptizes them with the gift of faith, releases apostolic gifting and offices and real apostolic boldness, so they never again doubt or negotiate the spoken word of God

I know that everything in our world is changing. I realize there is an ever-thickening fog of war globally. I know it's tough sometimes to discern fact from fiction in this world. But in all the chaos and in all the confusion there is one thing that remains certain. There is one thing that will never change. The Bible said in Matthew 24 and 35 heaven and earth shall pass away. But my words shall not pass away. I wish somebody that has faith in the Word of God would lift up your voice and shout. David said forever, oh Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. The prophet Isaiah said in Isaiah 55 and verse 11, So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth. It shall not return unto me. It shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please. And it shall prosper in the thing where to.
God said the words that come out of my mouth they cannot return void. That word void literally means it's impossible for my word to be empty. It's impossible for my word to happen without effect. It's impossible for my word to go forth and not succeed. It's impossible for my word to go forth and not cause something to happen.
In this hour is to make you believers lose confidence in the prophetic word of God. Not just that God can, it's that he will. You have to believe with all of your heart, not just that God can, but that God will. And that he will do it through me, not simply. Come on somebody, we got a shift in this last hour to believe the Word of God. I wasted a lifetime simply believing that God could. That's why I love the partnership of faith because God put Bishop and I together today. So that one of us would remind you that God can and the other would remind you he will. I'd love for you to lose confidence in the prophetic word of God. Or to simply have confidence that God can through somebody else. The enemy has already won. But if you settle it today that God can and you settle it today that God will. And you settle it today that he will do it through me. Somebody needs to lift up your hands right now and begin to shout like you believe not only God can, but God will and he will do it through.
The plan of the enemy is to get you to negotiate, to settle for less, to believe somebody else can do it. And not me, to not believe everything that God has spoken is for me, myself and I. To kill, to steal and destroy your faith in the prophetic words of God.
But the Lord has sent me today to stand against the broken strategy of the enemy. The prophet Isaiah declared in Isaiah 59. So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood the spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard.
Hear the word of the Lord today. Let this prophetic word sink into your spiritual systems. Let this prophetic word seed your hearts with faith no matter what the enemy does. No matter what the enemy says. No matter how society changes. No matter which direction the religious community goes. No matter what laws, politicians and governments establish in these last days. No matter what level of persecution we may face, free, single, prophetic word of God. It shall come to pass. Stop your voice and begin to shout. It shall come to pass. I feel something moving in this room right now. I feel the gift of faith being released into the atmosphere. You ought to grab a hold of somebody and shout. It shall come to pass. You need to hear the word of the Lord. This is the prophetic word of the Lord that can come to pass and will come to pass. Not just through somebody else, but through every one of you under the sound of my voice today. And you'll see in chapter 11 and verse 32, the people that do know their God shall be strong and do somebody shout. It shall come to pass. Haggai 2 and 9 said, the glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former. Somebody shout. It shall be signs shall follow them that believe. In my name shall they cast out devils. They shall speak with new tongues. They shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them. They shall lay heads on the sick and they shall recover it shall.
And it shall come to pass in the last days. Sayeth God, I will pour out of my spirit upon all flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy. And your young men shall see visions. Your old men shall dream. And all my servants on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my spirit and they shall prophesy. Verse 21, and it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
You hear me today. These prophetic words of God will not be watered down here in the last hour of the church. We're not going to make them more palatable, more user friendly. The prophetic word of God is still as powerful today as it's ever been. It don't need our help. It just needs us to be lead. Negotiating the prophetic word of God. Prophetic word of God. It will not fall short.
Now listen, you guys know I don't know how to preach. So you can stand or sit. I don't know what you're doing. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing. So y'all just do what you want. Okay? Prophetic words of God. They will not fall short in the greatest and last hour of the church. There's not a one of you young people. There's not a one of you adults that are going to let a single word of God fall by the wayside. You have made up your mind whatever it costs, whatever the price, I'm all in. You better believe that when it's all said and done, we will see the fulfillment of the prophetic words spoken by the apostle John and this I beheld and lo a great multitude which no man could. We're not going to water that down. We're not going to make it user friendly. We're not going to make the politicians comfortable when it's all said and done. There's going to be a crowd that no man can number of our nations, all kindreds and people and tongues standing before the throne. And yes my friends, there will be billions in that crowd that's innumerable.
You must believe that the prophetic word of God is certain. You must believe that the prophetic word of God will not return void. You must believe that God's prophetic words will never fall short in your generation. You must believe that when the prophetic word of God hits the atmosphere, it will end all debates. It will end all interference. It will put an end to all circumstances and issues. It will stop every enemy. It will end insufficiency. It will end the chaos, confusion, principalities and powers, sickness and disease, frustration and fear. The power of the prophetic word is all you need.
Lift up your hands and begin to pray militantly in the Holy Ghost like an army that believes the word. Come on, let your war cry out. Let your war cry out. You've got the word from your commander. You have heard the word. Feel that. Feel that. There's a certainty. There's a faith in the prophetic word that's filling the atmosphere. You want to grab a hold of somebody and say it shall come to pass out. Let a war cry out. Let a war cry out. Come on. Let a war cry out. Everything must bow down to the power of the prophetic word of God.
The prophet Isaiah said in chapter 54, no weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper. And every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. That's why in Isaiah 43 the Lord asked that rhetorical question. He said, I will work and who can hinder it? I will work and who can reverse it? The answer was obvious. No one can hinder or reverse the prophetic words of the Lord that have been spoken over your life. No one can hinder or reverse the prophetic words of the Lord that have been declared over this last day's church.
Listen, it was with confidence in the prophetic word of God that Abraham looked upon Lot and said these words. Let there be no strife between us. Is not the whole land before us? I will go to the right. If you go to the right, I will go to the left. Trust me, Abraham was not leaving his destiny in the hands of a carnal man. Abraham was not leaving his future to chance. Abraham was not taking a risk by giving Lot the first choice. Abraham didn't have his fingers crossed hoping for the best. The geographical location and even the contentious herdsmen of Lot were irrelevant to God's prophetic word. Was fully persuaded that this prophetic words of God that he received in Ur of the Caldees when God said, I will make a great nation out of you. Will bless you. I will make your name great. Now shall be a blessing. I will bless those that bless you. Curse you. Shall all the families of the earth be blessed. I will give you this land. Was certain that the prophetic word of God would be accomplished regardless what Lot decided. Abraham was fully persuaded that this prophetic word was not going to move to another person, to another generation, to another church, to another religion, to another body. Abraham knew no matter what Lot decides, God has already spoken. Was fully persuaded and you apostolic believers who are privileged to be living in the last and greatest hour of the church, you should be fully persuaded as well because God is not a man that he should lie. Neither the son of man that he should repent heth he said and shall he not do it. heth he spoken and shall he not make good. That's what you have to settle in your spirit right now. God is going to do exactly what he said. In me, in this generation, right now, I'm not leaving the Wins Conference the same way that I came. God is not jumping over me for somebody else, but God has decided that this is my moment.
That's why after Lot lifted his eyes towards the well water plains of Jordan and decided to face his tent towards Sodom, the certainty of the prophetic words of God revisited Abraham. And in Genesis 13 and verse 14, all of a sudden and the Lord said unto Abraham after that Lot was separated from him, lift up now thine eyes and look from this place where thou art northward and southward and eastward and westward for all the land which thou seest to thee will I give it and to thy seed forever. Somebody say forever and I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered. Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and the breadth of it, for I will give it unto thee. I've been sent by God to tell this generation it shall come to pass.
The leader of Hebrews sums up the situation of Abraham. He says in Hebrews chapter 6, for when God made promise to Abraham because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself saying surely, blessing I will bless thee and multiplying I will multiply thee. And so after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise. I've come to tell you we're going to obtain every single promise. Not one word is gonna fall short. Not one word will be lost in this generation. Not one promise of God will fail. I wish every soldier in this room would get on your feet and shout like an army that believes the prophetic shouts some more. Go ahead and shout some more. Go ahead and shout. Every believer under the sound of my voice must have absolute confidence in the prophetic word of God in these last days.
In Romans 4 and 21 the apostle Paul declared he said, I am fully persuaded what the Lord has promised he is able to perform. The word persuaded which the apostle Paul used ten times in his epistle. It literally means this, to be convinced beyond all reasonable doubt. No matter how reasonable your argument is, the prophetic word of God shall come to pass. To be assured beyond all human reasoning. To believe for or to believe in something regardless of who or what challenges it. To have faith in something even in the shadow of opposition. To be unwilling to back up. To be unwilling to retreat. To be unwilling to surrender. To know to be certain that God will keep his word.
It almost looks like I'm done. Persuaded by the prophetic word of what simply survive in this last hour of the church. But every one of you believers, you will thrive. You will be apostolic. You will see signs and wonders. You will walk in the miraculous. You will move in demonstration and power. You will lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. You will preach in stadiums. You will see thousands and millions and billions added to the church. Because you believe God will.
I want every person in this room that believes God will. In this room that believes God will. I want you to quickly push your way out into the aisle. And come and get as close up here as you can. If you have faith in the prophetic word of God. You will thrive in the presence of your enemies. You will thrive in the presence of opposition. You will thrive regardless of the choices of men. You will thrive in the storm. You will thrive in the pain. You will thrive under attack. You will thrive surround. Push your way in. Push your way in if you want to be up here. Push your way in. The word of God.
Listen to me. The word of God proves the certainty of the prophetic word. Because when Joseph's brothers despised him. When Joseph's brethren rejected him. When Joseph's brothers hated him. When Joseph's brothers spoke lies about him. When the dreams given to Joseph by God drove men to jealousy. The vision given to Joseph by God enraged his brethren. When brethren conspired against Joseph. When his brothers whispered in dark corners. False narrative about Joseph's motives, dreams, and visions. Joseph's brethren determined the dreamer and the visionary had to die. Prophetic words spoken over Joseph's life could not return void. The Bible said Joseph was thrown in an empty pit with no water. But God's prophetic words cannot return void. A company of Ishmaelites passed by not by chance, not by human orchestration, but by the prophetic word of God was saved not by Judah. Not by his brethren. Joseph was saved by a dream and a vision that was laced with the prophetic word of God that cannot return void.
I don't care how many enemies you have. I don't care what your enemies are saying. I don't care how many failures you've racked up. If God said it, it shall come to pass. The prophetic word of God resisted the intent of wicked men. The prophetic words of God carried Joseph to Egypt where he sold the potipher, an officer of Pharaoh, and a captain of Pharaoh's guard. In one moment a prophetic word sewn by the mouth of God brought Joseph out of a pit and delivered Joseph from false narrative. Positioned Joseph, positioning Joseph to be in the presence of a cupbearer and a baker. And after 13 years of what seemed like chaos for the paper, look what the Bible said of Joseph in Genesis 41 and verse 38. The Bible said in Pharaoh, said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this one, a man in whom the spirit of God is? And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, For as much as God has showed thee all of this, There is none so discreet and wise as thou art. Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word, Shall all my people be ruled, only in the throne will I be greater than you. Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in a vesture of fine linen and put a gold chain about his neck. And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had, and they cried before him, bow the knee, and he made him ruler over the land of Egypt. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I am Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or foot in all the land.
This last day's church has been baptized with a litany of prophetic words. We're not just standing on one word. We are standing on all of the word. Every ounce of the word of God that can not fail and will not return void. And if you believe that, you ought to clap your hands and shout, it shall come to pass.
Really done. Here we are. Gathered at Wynn's conference. Just a few moments shy of the coming of the Lord. To seal it in our hearts, to seal it in our spirits, to seal it in our mouth. I said it's time to seal it with your words, to start speaking that which is not as if it already is, to start declaring, to start declaring what thus saith the Word of God. Just a few moments, this place is going to be baptized with the gift of faith so that you never doubt again what thus saith the Word of the Lord. So that you never negotiate the spoken word of God again. God is going to baptize you with the gift of faith. He's going to cause you to have faith in every prophetic word. If that's what you desire, you ought to shout, yes! The gift of faith hits the atmosphere. God is going to release apostolic gifting and apostolic offices upon every single one of you. Why? Because what we are going to see in these last days cannot be done by a religious community. It can only be accomplished by a body of apostolic believers, apostles and prophets and evangelists and pastors and teachers that believe and declare the prophetic word of God and somebody ought to shout, yes! Then God is going to baptize every single one of you with boldness, with real apostolic boldness so that everywhere that you set down your foot you're not going to just believe God can do this, but you're going to be certain He will do it.
Here's what we're going to do. Just a moment, all of these great apostolic elders, you just tell which ones. Just a moment, we're going to lift up our hands high up into the air. We're going to close our eyes. We're going to lift up our heads and every single one of you that have faith in the prophetic word of God that believe God can and He will right now through you. Every single one of you are going to lift up your heads and begin to shout unto the Lord as loud, not yet. You're going to lift up your heads and begin to shout with a great shout of victory as loud as you can. Like you are expecting God to do it right now. You're going to shout like you believe the gift of faith is coming on you right now. You're going to shout like you believe the gifts of the Spirit. Not yet, not yet, not yet. You're going to shout like you believe apostolic offices are going to fall upon you today. You're going to shout like you believe boldness is going to overtake you and you're going to do exploits. Begin to shout. We're going to speak the word of faith. You hear me shout hallelujah. I want everybody in this room to shout hallelujah as loud as you can. But the moment you shout hallelujah, I don't want you to stand still. I want you to get a hold of another soldier and you begin to pray militantly in the Holy Ghost like you've got exactly what God said you've got. Are you ready? Are you ready? Every hand up raised, every eye closed, every head up lifted. I want you to lift up your voices and begin to shout unto God.
In the name of Jesus, I release the gift of faith, gifts of the Spirit, apostolic offices. The gift of boldness, I release it upon you in the name of Jesus.
