what a great joy and honor it is to be with you again here today and I wanted to add to the people that I mentioned and honored last night my dear and precious friend brother Marcelli because as I was listening to sister all Britain this morning I couldn't help but think back to a time in my life you showed up for me I started to say you were one of the ones that showed up but that wouldn't describe it you were the primary one that showed up and I love you and I'm loyal to you and I thank God for you because you were there for my wife and I for about a year and a half we lived in their backyard in my motorhome and we had a lot of good times and I love you my dear and precious friend brother Marcelli amen God bless you today you allow me just a moment here to flow in the Holy Ghost brother and sister all Britain if you would lift your hands to the Lord I want to speak a word to you it's just as you were finishing ministry and walking all I turned around and hugged brother Greg all Britain and the Lord began to minister to my spirit I can't imagine the multiplied grief sorrow that the two of you if you would compounded together have experienced but the Lord says you have sown in tears but you shall reap enjoy and the joy shall be a double portion of your grief and of your sorrow and the victory will eclipse every defeat you have ever felt in the name of the Lord in the name of Jesus do you feel a witness of the Holy Ghost in this place I feel a witness of the Spirit praise God praise God now Bishop Bishop Huntley I love you and I honor you and I thank God for that little nugget you gave me about the father running after the son but as I listen to you minister this morning it's become very obvious to me you're holding back because you didn't share all that with me you're holding up I want the whole enchilada that he didn't tell me all that stuff wow what a message with such amazing application for all

of us amen powerful powerful powerful amazing ministry so wonderful let's just go directly into the Word of the Lord today all this morning we're going to Jeremiah 2329 this morning in the prayer chapel we had about 50 or 60 I didn't count I don't know 50 or 60 people it was full and when I walked in just right at 5 a.m. the prayer was going up there was a roar of prayer the power of the spirit with with us from five to six so if you want to if you didn't make it today and you want to join us tomorrow morning we'll be there at 5 a.m. and we pray about 40 minutes and then we have a little minor devotion and we go through our commanding the morning faith declarations and it was very powerful we had about 460 on the prayer call praying along with us and so join us if you can and if you're one that gets up and you're an early riser just come on down and pray with us Jeremiah 2329 one single verse I learned a phrase I had never heard before when I started preaching around Louisiana years ago I never even understood it I'd ask somebody this little phrase called land yop and so really that's just my message today just a little land yop from last night I'm just gonna maybe flow on a little bit and give a little practical application it's not my word like as a fire say at the Lord and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces I'll be preaching today the Warriors hammer the forgotten weapon of our spiritual warfare let's turn it into a prayer meeting for a few moments shall we would you lift your voices in prayer pour your heart out to the Lord pray for yourself pray to hear join me in this prayer Lord give me eyes to see give me ears to hear give me a heart to understand what the Spirit is saying to the church draw me in with understanding and knowledge let my heart be tender enough to receive your word challenge me and lift me and give me the blessing of your favor in your spirit now help me Lord of the next few minutes to bless this people with impartation and we'll give you all

the praise and all the glory how about one more hand clap to the Lord he's always worthy oh bless the Lord all my soul and all that is within me I will bless your holy name I will bless your holy name you may be seated in the presence of the Lord I wanted to just go back for a second I believe it or not left a lot out last night and this was one of the things I left out that I wanted to read to you something the Lord gave me it's called the warrior's creed simply says I am a warrior of righteousness and by the way sister all Britain you inspired me as I was listening to you to go ahead and read this today I thought of it as you were ministering I am a warrior of righteousness clothed in his divine covering not in my own strength I fight the good fight of faith not to prove my worth but to fulfill his purpose I am not defined by my past not silenced by my shame nor changed by guilt the robe I wear was given not earned woven by mercy fitted by grace secured by the blood I stand with faith as my shield truth as my sword and salvation as my helmet my prayer shake darkness my worship breaks change my identity is sealed in Christ I do not fight alone the Lord of host is with me his angels surround me his promises sustain me his righteousness goes before me when I fall I will rise again when I'm weak his strength prevails I have been called I have been clothed I have been commissioned I carry the authority of heaven because I wear the warriors robe you can identify with that shout hallelujah in the book atomic habits by James clear he gives the example of a hammer striking 100 times on a rock with no apparent change nothing you could visibly see that made a difference then mysteriously and majestically on that final strike of 101 the rock breaks in a thousand pieces I've been around penny cause long enough to know and I'm along with you and all this we all want that 101st strike we like the one that makes the difference we like the one that brings the breakthrough those breakthrough moments where things change dramatically they change

instantly and we believe in those things we believe in miracles oh you weren't ready to say amen I'll give you a second chance we believe in miracles we believe in the wondrous works of our mighty God divine interventions when God comes through when nobody else did I could go on for a while testifying of the miracles that I've seen the wondrous works of the Lord and we call these moments breakthroughs because it's like we break out of one situation into the next situation that is better but I've also observed as both pastor and evangelist and ministering through the years that all breakthroughs are not the same there are at least two primary kinds of breakthroughs there are instant breakthroughs that bring instant results and they seem to last most for the for the intermediate the immediate moment and just in that immediate timeframe but they fade away quite quickly and then there are life changing flows that change your life for weeks years to come and remember one time several years ago it's been five or six years ago I guess I was entering into the beginning stages of a stroke or something like that my speech was getting a little slurred and my blood pressure was highly elevated my wife observed it and rushed me over to the urgent care well by the time I got there I was feeling a little better and my blood pressure was up really super high and but I was feeling better so I told the nurse there that was attending to me I said I think I'm just gonna go home and lay down I'll be all right she just about put her finger on my nose as she said no you're gonna go home and die today I said well could we get a second opinion she rushed me over to the hospital she said I'm gonna call them you go right now they're gonna check you out because I don't know exactly what's going on you could be having a stroke you could be having a heart attack I don't really know and so they sent me over there when I walked into that hospital they were waiting on me and for about the next six minutes I was like the most important person in the place they were coming out of every door they were doing all kinds of stuff sticking stuff on me taking blood

pressure and my pulse and next thing you know is having all kinds of tests and they determined that you know my blood pressure was elevated but that I wasn't having the stroke or the or the heart attack and then I waited six hours to get a bed I didn't spend the night till they were able to get my blood pressure back under control and all of that good stuff but then the doctor talked to me and talked to me about blood pressure medications and I said well is there any other option other than me going on these medications what else could I do he said oh yes of course you could lose about 65 pounds and you could start walking and start eating better there's all kind of things you could do to not have to take these blood pressure medications he said but I've been doing this a while and he said I've answered that question many times and what I found out is about 6% of the people will do that the other 94% either take the meds or die he says so you decide if you'll do what I'm telling you to do you'll be alright but if you don't take these medications and so I decided I would take them until I got my life in order because I needed there's such a thing as trauma care and a lot of times our Pentecostal breakthroughs are trauma care from God we come in an emergency we come in an immediate crisis we need something and we need it now if I go out here and one of y'all run over me call the ambulance and pray for me while they're on the way because sometimes you need an immediate trauma care and a lot of older calls and a lot of breakthroughs we have in all this they are the emergency care of God coming down to help us in a moment but you pastors know that oftentimes they break through on Sunday night and it might last the week or two but sometimes those wear off pretty quick why we didn't change the underlying foundation of what the original problem was but if you can enter into some long-term care you can start getting your life in order and discipline yourself a little bit you can overcome that problem for

the long haul so I am preaching to you today about a breakthrough I'm gonna talk to you about breaking in and breaking through but I don't mean just an instantaneous breakthrough that lasts just for the trauma care moment I'm talking about breaking through into a new flow breaking through into a new dimension breaking through into the winds around you change and the context of your life takes on a new flavor until all things become new I like you to understand that many times when we have those kind of breakthroughs they are not a result of the singular prayer you're praying in desperation but they are a result of all the prayers that came before I have the wonderful advantage as an evangelist traveling through our movement of getting invited to churches at times when they are ready to read for all their hard labor and effort and I've been on both sides of this equation I've seen it from the pastoral side in the evangelistic side but then you can be in the local church you're preaching and ministering praying for folks and precious sister so-and-so she's been having some kind of problems in her body and she's in the prayer line every single week she's down at the altar every week we've emptied out a whole bottle of oil we've prayed the entire New Testament over and she'll be back next week and I don't blame her if you have a problem just keep coming to the altar and then in comes the evangelist or the prophet or the missionary whoever here she comes again walks over there lays hand prays the prayer and miraculously the whole thing is healed and man it's a testimony of an enormous and wondrous power of God and I don't know how you felt but I have gone to a few and said would you mind telling me what you prayed because I prayed everything I know I've spoken all kinds of dialects of other tongues we've done everything we're about running out of oil around here getting trying to get her healed and you prayed one prayer let me tell you what I figured out not to take away from gifting and anointing and people that are walking the power of God but to help you understand that sometimes it's just time for the miracle the faithfulness is about to pay off it's about to be and that's why

evangelists come they help you reap what you've been plowing and what you've been planning what you've been showing and this is just gonna be prayer number 101 that's gonna get the victory but that prayer would not have been as successful it wouldn't have brought the results if it hadn't been the 100 prayers that came before that allowed that moment to manifest when you think about a hammer you don't think about just one strike you think about repetition you think about it hitting over and over and over and over and over and over until you accomplish its task sometimes our breakthroughs are the result of a hundred little things we did that positioned us for that moment how many times pastor how many times saints of God your church goes into such an amazing revival season and people start saying man that's also what's happening what are you doing and the pastor say we're not doing anything different than we've been doing it just all started working you know why because you've just kept hitting it and you just kept praying and you just kept preaching and you just kept having faith until it finally became too much and it finally you didn't see all the hairline cracks you didn't see all the effects that were actually being done under the surface but then all of a sudden here comes one more Sunday here comes one more prayer here comes one more sermon I'm going to speak faith one more time and that's the time that brings the results of all the times that came before so I rise to tell you your labor is not in vain your faithfulness is not in vain it's all adding up and there will be a breakthrough you just keep praying you just keep believing you just keep worshiping you just keep shouting if this hallelujah doesn't do it put another hallelujah with it amen soon it will be the straw that breaks the devil's back one straw may not do it one older call may not do it but you just keep adding weight until it gets so heavy at the old devil's knees begin to wobble and the spirit realm has to give way to the power of your faithfulness somebody shout yes well we're having such a good time maybe we have ought to skip this next sentence I got down here sometimes our faith

writes checks our consecration can't cash we reach for things with no context we reach for things with no foundation we reach for things I so appreciated the sister's message she talked about falling on the foundation well you better have built one live a life that can catch you live a life that can hold you live the kind of Christian life that if everything goes crazy tomorrow it's something that will be there to stabilize you don't wait to pray to you're in trouble don't wait to pray till there's a crisis pray before the crisis comes pray while everything's okay go ahead like David said and said early will I seek the that's just not 5 a.m. that's before I needed to that's before I was in trouble that's before the wind began to blow and the devil began to rage so in mark 929 they were trying to cast out the devil and couldn't get him out and they brought him to Jesus he cast him out and then they asked the Lord why couldn't we do it he said this kind come if not but by prayer fasting there is there is a place in our life that we have just got to get serious enough that we pick up that forgotten weapon of repetition that forgotten weapon of our warfare that says I'm not a fly by nighter I'm not a one and done I'm not just a flash in the plan or a shooting star I'm in this thing for the long haul I'm gonna pray it today and I'm gonna pray it tomorrow and I'm gonna speak it next week and I'm gonna speak keep speaking it and I'm gonna keep doing it until I see the breakthrough and don't wait pray early pray before the situation arises I I preach a message about commanding the morning and tell a story about my my son Jeremiah who by the way has been my armor bearer here and my speakers so that's been a unique experience for the two of us we've had a lot of fun with that but when he was probably I don't remember 17 18 19 years old wasn't married living at home I got up one night late in the night to get myself some water went out to kitchen and I heard a voice as I was getting close pretty soon I kept hearing

some prayer and I recognized his voice and I eased around to where our garage door was and he was out in the garage and he was praying and he's praying for his future wife and he's praying for his future kids there's gonna be my grandkids I started praying with him amen I thought how wonderful it is because my wife and I we prayed for our grandkids for we had any we prayed God's blessing on him for they ever showed up he was out there and he was praying for a wife he didn't have and praying for kids that weren't even born now today they're here amen the wife she's a wonderful beautiful godly woman they have beautiful little children amen but that doesn't happen by accident didn't just magically appear out of nowhere somebody was speaking things into existence long before they ever materialized your prayers have got to be prayed in secret and the god that sees in secret will reward you in open prayed prayers nobody knows about prayed prayers that don't seem to be manifesting just keep swinging that hammer of prayer keep hitting that rock keep praying for those lost loved ones keep praying for that breakthrough in your city keep praying for that revival the hammer is not for display it's for impact just keep confronting it just keep impacting it the sword may cut but the hammer crushes the hammer is not delicate warfare the hammer is demolition thank you Bishop Huntley for reminding us about the power of saying it a second time because when god began to lead me in this revelation of his righteousness i began to seek him every day for his righteousness i ask him the same thing every morning lord i need more of your righteousness i must decrease you must increase every morning i begin to re-create the scripture seek ye first the kingdom of god and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you and you know when you get up in the morning and pray it is the first thing that means you've sought the kingdom first so everything that happens all day long no matter what it is it is automatically put in its place but i've already prayed i've already sought god i've already spoken to this day i have sought first the kingdom don't wait for the crisis i've already prayed

i've already spoken the hedge i've already reached for the help of the lord i didn't wait for the day to speak to me i spoke to it i was interested in deepening the flow and developing a flow in a new dimension i didn't want to touch i wanted a breakthrough ezekiel's river and 47th chapter is one of the greatest illustrations of the breakthrough and the flow that comes from it and that flow begins at an altar of prayer and sometimes it just begins ankle deep you go to the altar you pray you touch god you felt the lord but this whole situation didn't change but you just keep praying because once it gets flowing everything with god has a tendency to just get better and better and stronger and i prophesy to you this morning that pretty soon ankle deep will become knee deep and then knee deep will become waist deep and it'll be waters to swim in and it'll get over your head it'll be beyond your mind it'll be beyond your understanding and pretty soon the flow will begin to carry you so many years ago my wife and i invited to go down to caiman islands and preach a meeting and it's our anniversary and the good pastor there put us up in this beautiful hotel right out on the beautiful waters and we got to observing that there were certain times early in the morning or late in the evening when nobody out there so we snuck down and got off to a side and we were able to i snorkel and scuba dived and stuff my wife is not too keen about water and uh she just gets her face in the water and she's had enough but you know how us husbands are i got you come on let's wait on out here it's all good and uh reluctantly me dragging her leaving ruts in the sand i got her in ankle deep we were okay knee deep everything was all right protesting the entire time and me just keep urging her forward everything was manageable until we got up there just deep enough until that first little wave came in and her toes left the sand she about drowned us both i should have listened to her when she told me and while that's a little humorous story i'm afraid that's the

way we are sometimes i think we like the spiritual flow as long as we're still in control as long as we've still got it but you get out there where the spirit starts to carry you where all of a sudden i don't i can't control which way i'm rolling here the lord is carrying me but i'm telling you there's a hunger in my heart i want out there in the deep waters i want out there where it's not me in control but it's god in control i've said things i never meant to say god put words in my mouth and most of the miracles the profound dramatic notable miracles i've seen they happen spontaneously they happened in a moment that seems so magical and so miraculous they were there's all the prayer and fasting and faith but they just show up and you're just glad to be there when they happen why because you're out there in the deep flow and you're just letting the lord carry you but a lot of times it starts it's just a simple prayer in an altar with a little ankle deep flow before it ever gets to that it all begins with fresh consecration hungering for god in an altar prayer not just a general sense but focusing on receiving his gift of righteousness and his character because i remind you so it can be established that righteousness is not received achieved it is received and the hammer is going to keep striking i know i preached last night about being more like jesus and i'm trying but just give me a little rope because i'm not entirely there yet so i'm gonna try to be climbed in 2.0 until i can be jesus 1.0 hey man give me a little break from matthew 7 7 says ask and it shall be given you seek and you shall find knock it shall be opened and then the king james english really helps here for everyone that asketh receiveeth he that seeketh findeth to him that knocketh it shall be opened that little eth on the end of it is continuing it's like we use the ing word it's not just a one prayer but asketh means to ask and continue to ask to seek and continue to seek to knock and continue to knock i wonder how many times we gave up just right before it was ready to happen

just right there when the miracle was about to unfold what if daniel would have said i can't fast anymore on the 20th day when the angel was already on the way the answer was already being delivered i don't want to miss out i don't want to walk away i don't want to become weary and well-doing i want to stay faithful and the lord will help you stay faithful so i'm telling you today to ask and keep asking seek and keep seeking knock and keep knocking pray and keep praying worship and keep worshiping be faithful and continue being faithful give and keep giving because here's the good news he that asketh receiveeth he that seeketh findeth so if asking is the ask and continue to ask then receiving is to receive and continuing to receive and find and continue to find and it opens and continues to open what am i saying i'm saying it's not just something you do it's a flow that is released in your life you're creating a rhythm you're creating habits you're creating found you're building your foundation you're putting things in place that are going to hold you when the wind blows you're putting in a flow and that flow will soon carry you no matter what's going on in the world around you i've got a flow that is carrying me through it and pushing me through it you can create a momentum through repetition you can create a flow through doing it again and again and again and again i feel and i know that's what's so powerful about this camp meeting it's not the first time we've been here it's 111 years it's been message after message prayer after prayer we're service after service we're building on everything that's ever been said or done your church can reap at any time from anything that's ever been prayed ever been preached ever been prophesied we have become so event oriented that we think you can't get healed unless it's a healing service can't get the holy ghost unless the holy ghost service go we believe these things preach on the melchizedek priesthood if you want to hang the pomegranates in the bells and get everything in place and then close your bible and pray people through to the holy ghost it doesn't have to be what was just preached about that particular message or sermon

it's been preached about it's in the atmosphere it's part of the flow anything that's ever been established anything that's in the foundation you can reach down at any time reach in at any time and you can reap from it and receive from it so i wanted a new flow and i began to look at the significance of 40 days in the scripture there's quite a number of examples of 40 days 40 day time frame the flood was 40 days god judged evil and cleansed the earth 40 days of cleansing rain and the fountains of the deep breaking open then no awaited 40 days to open the window waiting on god with patience to bring forth what he has preserved moses spent 40 days on sinai and revelation and consecration did it a skin the second time after the calf situation spies went into canaan for 40 days goliath taunted israel for 40 days Elijah 40 day journey to horib Ezekiel bore Judas iniquity 40 days Jonah 40 days to Ninevah Jesus 40 day fast then he appeared to the disciples after the resurrection for 40 days opening their understanding so there's some kind of significance to this unique little time frame of 40 days i got to do a little study and there was a philistine god named belzebub it's a unique little comical name but it's originally thought that his name i read this at the hebrus scholars believed or say that his original name was belzebul not belzebub belzebul belzebul that the god of the philistines was wanting to go by was high and exalted one highly lifted up one sound just like the devil but the hebrus scholars and rabbis unwilling to call him belzebul unwilling to confess he's the high and lifted one changed their expression of his name to belzebub lord of the flies if you don't like the devil's name make up a different one for him belzebub they said you're not a high and exalted one you're a nuisance if you're the lord over anything you're the lord over the flies

flies gather where there's corruption flies feed on the decay it's why we must 111 years in we must revive and restore and refresh our worship and our passion thank you bishop amen in defense of the dance we've got to keep our dance we've got to keep our prayer we've got to maintain our passion let's don't dumb down penny costs now amen if we let it decay if we let our faith decay if it begins to spoil on the vine it will attract the flies you let your prayer life decay it will attract flies flies appear where there once was life but now it's dead and decaying spiritually this suggests that demonic influence appears where spiritual decay is present when your consecration weakens your holiness lifestyle weakens here come the flies where there's doctrinal truth compromised or minimized here comes the flies where sin is tolerated justified or getting worse now in our generation sin is celebrated no wonder the flies trying to have church trying to live for god trying to get a word from the lord compromise your moral integrity and your corruption will attract flies they feed on the decay and they spread that decay and they spread that disease when the fourth plague came upon Egypt it was a swarm of flies one fly might be a nuisance but a swarm of flies is destructive and when god sent a swarm of flies into Egypt it was god's way of telling them you're dead there's no purity here you're unclean and your uncleanness is attracting flies they land on and are attracted to the uncleanness they land on the decay the problem is they fly away from that and they land on something clean why is it if you're eating a beautiful big old giant salad and a fly lands on one tomato on that salad you dump the whole bowl because i don't know where that thing's been i don't know what it landed on before it landed on my salad you better be careful who you listen to what voices you let into your ear that little fly you don't know where it's been you don't know what else it said you don't know what it's connected to hey man i'm dumping the whole thing out hey man a little leaven leaven's the whole lump flies enter in one carelessly left open door it's one thing we're learning about living out in

the country over there in lake charles out in moss bluff we got us the acre and a half way the little country setting but you get out in the country there's some critters out there i figured out can't leave the following we go we're going in and out of our doors on a split second man because we don't know what's coming in behind us and my wife she's old school penny costs for years and years this has been one of her little sayings little something's going on in our lives something don't feel quite right you know we're fighting a little battle she said there's a door open i said what do you mean what what door got a door open that means we're connected to something we're involved in something we're allowing something that is giving the enemy an opportunity here and as much as comical as it's been to me through the years i've just learned and found out she's absolutely right about it because you leave a door open in comes a fly and pretty soon you leave a door open in the living room and the next thing you know you got flies in the bedroom ain't even no door in there to the outside but i let it in and once it gets in it has access to everything i'm telling you we have got to live a godly clean and holy life with the help of the lord because corruption is contagious i said the corruption is contagious i was talking to a fellow the other day and he said talking about something that was said about him and he said before he even had a chance to fix it it was just all over the place i said that reminds me of what brother tenney used to say he'd say a lie i can get from here to california and over to singapore by the time the truth gets its boots on corruption is contagious you let it a little bit here and a little bit there pretty soon it's a full-fledged viral epidemic but if corruption is contagious consecration is the cure if you don't like what's going on in your household fresh consecration if a door is open and there's flies everywhere consecration go to prayer and start swatting flies put on some good worship music in your

household i'm telling you how to build a foundation amen get get some good worship music on amen we play we play worship music all day long in our household amen it's always an atmosphere amen and we pray in our home and we read bible verse as a matter of fact if you're troubling in your sleep i feel like it's a word for somebody you have trouble sleeping and you wake up exhausted and it is your restless through the night then why don't you start putting on your ipod or your ipod or your tablet or whatever put the bible on there and let it play through the night i do this in hotel sometimes i put it on and just let it speak the word i've went to bed in matthew and woke up in revelaceous that i've read the whole bible but while i'm laying there getting some sleep and the devil comes crawling in so i'm gonna get him while he's sleeping but as he walks in he's hearing hero israel the lord our god is one when he's walking in he's hitting early well i seek thee he's hearing the good word of the lord the angels of the lord the word reminds him the angel of the lord are camped around about the righteous i had swat some flies for a minute here hallelujah go ahead and wave your hands and praise the lord a little interesting nugget i found the lifespan of a fly remember belzebub the lord of the flies a house fly about 15 to 30 days a fruit fly 14 to 40 days a blow fly 14 to 28 days so i was looking at that and i said oh i like that that means if i can just sustain my spiritual surge my spiritual consecration my spiritual passion and my focus and create an atmosphere just for 40 days all these flies are gonna die they're dying one by one every morning i'm getting up to pray there's another one just dropped over there's another one just fell come on somebody get in this thing for the long haul i can give the lord a 40 day surge of consecration i can give him a 40 day season of fasting and prayer and word and devotion to the word of the lord and i can give myself to him and in full out passion and i prophesy to you today the

battles you're fighting in the flies that are swarming they will die off one by one and the new ones won't be able to get in because the atmosphere you've created

when that fourth plague came upon egypt it was the first one that didn't happen to israel the first three that came they all suffered it but on the fourth one when the flies came the lord made a difference between egypt and israel between the clean and the unclean amen and that's why we talk about gosin and the gosin blessing because they were over in gosin and they were swatting flies in egypt but they weren't swatting them over in gosin because they had cleaned things up and the flies were swarming around that which was unclean and impure you can't outlast the devil if nothing else one of the signs of the antichrist is he's going to seek to wear out the saints well why don't we just beat him at his own game and wear him out let's just wear him out i've always i've always been intrigued by and appreciated the old prophet brother barnes somebody asked him one time when you go into a hotel room do you cast all the devils out before you go to bed no the devil wants to lay under my bed and tremble all night it's up to him i'm a one god preacher amen if a devil shows up in your house then let him just show up to a house of prayer let him just show up to a place of worship let him just show up and tremble because in this house we believe that the lord is one the mighty god is in christ reconciling the world to himself if he wants to show up let him show up but let him show if he comes to church let him hear us sing let him hear us elevate the name of Jesus if he wants to swarm around you let him have to dodge your praise instead of you dodging his attack oh i feel like we ought to lift up a high praise here i've got to wrap up so in this season we were in seeking righteousness my wife god bless her she's way more spiritual than me i'm trying she decided we need to go on a 40 day fast and i said baby you do know that in the bible there's only three of her did that moses elijah and jesus now moses 240 day fast for supernatural he didn't eat bread or water don't try that you'll die he was in the president lord 24 7 so that's moses

he did it supernaturally jesus well he's jesus i'm trying to be like jesus but i am well aware i am not jesus and so them two are out of the way right away that only leaves elijah and god blessing we're building up and it was moses elijah and jesus on the mount of transfiguration and so i said there's got to be a way we can do this but i'm not even going to attend to or attempt to and i don't recommend anybody does attend to a 40 day absolute fast and so and some people i've seen do it get so exalted in pride after they've done it they'd have been better off not to fast sorry that little bishop coles left out there down bishop down go back to sleep i don't want to meet the board when i get done here there's got to be a way we could participate in this and the lord led us to what they call intermittent fasting it led us to this idea of fasting for a time period every day so medically and scientifically they can prove that somewhere around 12 hours or so and i'm talking absolute fasting i'm talking about you know not eating anything at all just drinking water maybe like black coffee black tea that's it and uh somewhere around 12 hours your body goes into ketosis starts burning fat instead of carbs calories and sugars and let me tell you something i've said it for years didn't know what i was saying if you're in a fog just fast you'll wake up i'm in it kind of physically and spiritually but medically they'll tell you that your that when your brain starts burning fat food it is brings clarity to your mind it's the best fuel for your brain you get to about 16 hours and you reach the peak of what's called autophagy it's a greek word that means self-eating or self-repair your body starts eating itself but it does it so skillfully and so wondrously because we're made by god that it literally starts consuming rogue cells pre cancer cells and those cells that are either not producing or causing damage that the body either consumes it for energy or expels it to get it out of the way because the body starts getting efficient so a good 16 hour fast every day you're getting a

little healing it'll heal your stomach it'll heal your body it'll help your brain get clear and if you're in a good a good three day fast there's a deep reset and medically they'll tell you that and you can outlast the manifestation and so so these 40 days we we went on 40 days of intermittent fasting 16 hours every day prayer every morning word every morning and what i like about it when we wake up for 5 a.m prayer because we've usually stopped eating somewhere around four or five in the afternoon we are well into our 16 hour fast so when i'm awake at that beautiful hour of the morning i'm in prayer i'm in the ending hours of my fast and now i'm getting in the word folks that's as foundational as it gets right there and it's every day it's every day it's just one more strike of the hammer it's just one more day in prayer and fasting now i've been around a while i remember many back in the 90s they were pushing six a.m prayer and i was in a different place in life in those days i was staying up to about two in the morning sleep until 10 and i said well i'm praying with the Ethiopians and i am not trying to portray or produce or promote a gimmick and you might think 40 days is a gimmick or a fad but it's not and the fact that we'll have on you is absolutely profound in my studies i found out something that is absolutely amazing science calls it neuroplasticity it's your brain's god given ability to literally rewire itself to facilitate a demonstrated desire not just a desire a demonstrated desire you start trying to do something and you do it enough times your brain catches on and begins to facilitate that action i know you think it's just science but you're missing the spiritual application it comes from romans 12 to be transformed changed over a distance be transformed by the renewing of your mind if i can just start something and keep doing until my mind catches on till my body gets the message my my brain because god wired it this way we'll start forming neuro pathways to help me my sons are both better readers than me i like the right books not read books my oldest son zack he'll read about 160 170 books a year i said

son how do you read that many books i said i start reading i get about a page in and i'm just thinking about something else i'm reading the words and i even i'm thinking about something else while i'm reading i don't have a tension span he said dad here's what you don't understand he said if you'll just start reading and you'll just keep just press through if you have to just push on just do the press he said you read a book or two he said by that time your brain is already figured out this is something you want to do and it'll start creating neuro pathways to facilitate reading he said you'll start reading your comprehension will be greater your attention stand will be enlarged and he said the more you read the deeper those neuro pathways go and they get insulated and pretty soon you will have a greater desire to read daily repetition strengthens neuro synapses as you use and it's called long-term potentiation it's possibility it's potential can i tell you it makes no difference what you've done your whole life up till now you start something different god's given you a physical ability along with his spiritual help that if you want to be rewired you can be rewired you can be renewed something new and fresh will happen in your life i went to a chiropractor a few years ago i didn't know i needed any chiropractor but i met one and he said he'd work on me for free and freeze my love language and so i went over to get me some free chiropractor and i went in and he told me my one leg was shorter than the other because my hip was out of joint and he put me down there and i said oh hallelujah i feel good went back a week or two later same adjustment went back a week or two later same adjustment somewhere around the fourth or fifth one i said docket ain't working i'm glad this is free he said you don't understand i said evidently not he said he said what we're working on here is muscle memory he said the way the chiropractor works is if i just keep adjusting you back to where it's supposed to be your brain and your muscles will catch on and pretty soon they'll take care of it themselves

that's why you need midweek bible study every week because you gotta come back and just get adjusted one more time last adjustment got me there but i need another one and another one another one until what until i catch on that this is the way it's supposed to be i remember being it because of the times and i've listened to sister vesta mangan so many times and she say every day every day every day every day every day every day every day hey man i'm telling you there's a there's a miracle in every day every day every day every day pretty soon everything starts catching on everything starts lining up your whole body comes into alignment here's how the here's how the scientific process works so you know but before i get to that you think about an athlete an athlete a basketball player will stand on a foul line and shoot 10 000 foul shots with no lights on nobody watching no scoreboard to rack up the numbers a baseball player the same a golfer the same how about musicians that will practice for hours and hours and hours and hours and then when we hear them this just smooth the silk they're just flowing like i said eat why because they've done it so much it becomes part of them it becomes intuitive to them they don't even have to think about it you you look at those extraordinary plays that are made in the sports world they didn't pre-plan that they had just done the basics so many times that they just intuitively started in the direction they just without even thought they were just moving in the right direction here's how this process works it starts in what's called the prefrontal cortex of your mind you make a decision it makes no difference how contradictory to your life that decision is you make a decision and then you make it again and again and again and if you make that decision enough times the decision-making process moves from the prefrontal cortex to what's called the basal ganglia that's a different part of the brain and in that part of the brain it becomes more intuitive and it's you get urges your brain actually reminds you this is what you want to do you need to do it it's time to do this it's time to do that your brain is called on to

your desire and so it actually gives you an umpion and an urge for you to do those things it creates a desire and causes you to want to flow in that direction it finally moves to the final place of your brain called the cerebellum where it becomes so intuitive it's automatic you do it without even thinking we started our first 40 days we were about 10 days into it or whatever i got up a little extra early because i was having a hard time with the morning and i was up about four 15 or so and the prayer call didn't start till five and i fell asleep and i fell into a deep sleep and i woke up and i woke up in a startle oh no the prayer call i forgot the prayer call and i reached over and picked up my phone and my phone said 459 you know what i you believe however you want to i felt like the lord said i see what you're trying to do i see what your desire let me help you a little bit i'm telling you if you'll try god will help you just get the process started it will become a foundational part of your being it won't be what you do it'll be what you become and the sister showed us how valuable that was because there's going to come a day that you're going to need it there's going to come a time when life throws you such a traumatic experience that you're not going to be thinking straight your brain not going to be be thinking properly you're not going to understand you don't wait till then you put something in process why because right in the middle of your greatest trauma right in the middle of your most grief that you've ever experienced when you're in confusion and and the enemy has come in hard and you're not even sure what to do and you're not thinking right but sunday morning comes and you're up and in a daze you're combing your hair in a fog you're getting dressed in delusion you're getting in your car and driving over to church going to the house of god why because this is just what i do i'm not even really thinking about it wasn't really a conscious decision i've just done it so much this is what we do on sunday we go to the

house of the lord we just get up and we go to prayer what's happening my foundation is catching me what's happening the flow is carrying me i've done this so many times that now while i'm weak now while i'm not thinking straight my previous decisions are defining my chaos that i'm in right now get to the house of god too traumatized to even worship but they start singing them songs you say i'm just gonna sit here i can't worship i have no strength but the song starts and before you even have chance to think about it you're on your feet worshiping god why muscle memory

my brothers and sisters the more you pray the more you'll want to pray the easier it becomes to pray you don't want to hear this but i'm gonna say the more you fast the more your body conforms to fasting and the more you'll want to fast and the more you're able to fast i'll just confess to you you go back a number of years i'd done a lot of fasting in my early days but then as i got older and stuff it just seemed like it was getting harder and harder and harder and i just decided i guess those days are behind me and uh i made a lot of excuses to just i try to get through one day and man it was just excruciating since i've gone on these 40-day intermittent fasting and we're in our third one right now some days i fast 28 29 hours accidentally i hope i'm getting credit for it i meant to eat and then i felt so good and decided not to and then just went on the time got away from me you can do more without even trying than you were doing with all your effort why because he's carrying me into it i might pause to warn you that the opposite is equally true those things that you do not demonstrate your brain will slowly close off they will say unneeded energy unneeded and it closes it off and so then it becomes the less you pray the more you can pray the more you want to pray the less you worship say everything you're doing is building you a foundation that will carry you in your weakest moments it's a foundation such a beautiful testimony sister albrighton that will catch you you've got to protect yourself from yourself sometimes and i applied to put into my life rhythms and habits you know a stronghold is a house build of thoughts a stronghold is a systematic way of thinking but you can flip that around and i've determined that habits create hedges habits will create a boundary and a buffer zone between me and the hostility of this world the atmosphere has shifted in this auditorium the ministering angels of the lord are here would you stand with me right here i feel a holy stillness in the presence of the lord

hiya colto would you just lift your hands and pray in tongues as the spirit moves us into the depth of his presence you've opened your hearts to the word now let the spirit begin to flow through to empower this word you're trying to make a decision and every carnal part of your humanity is justifying and trying to reason against it but let that real spiritual desire you have deep down inside overwhelm right now

i make a decision today in contradiction to everything my flesh is screaming right now there's a thousand voices from the beds of ease from the lips of skepticism telling you it's not necessary it's too much you can't do it but you have this but you have that make a decision right in the face of all of it say no i'm not living in the flesh i'm going to walk in the spirit i can at least make a decision i'm going to do that much all i'm asking you to do today is confess your hunger lord if you'd help me i'll do it if you'll assist me i'll do it if you'll be with me i'll make an effort and don't condemn yourself it takes a while children don't learn to walk overnight they fall down many times just keep getting back up and keep going on until it becomes a rhythm until you enter into a flow until something starts carrying you to where you've always wanted to be i leave you with this scripture this i say then Galatians 5 16 walk in the spirit and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh it's not a command it's a promise it's how you do it if we will walk in the spirit you will not walk in the flesh you will overcome it i release you right now into the spirit i'm telling you there's something in this atmosphere right here i'm ready to close and be gone but i just feel like we need to reach up and touch it i feel like there are miracles about the manifest if you need one of them instant deliverances they're here in the house and then your instant deliverance can become a lifestyle and become a flow let your habits create some hedges i really i just really feel right here we need praying in the holy ghost for the next few minutes just a few minutes i'm not going to press it too far with every voice that can pray in the power of other times yeah yeah prayer warriors really help us here help everybody else tap him there's something here that will help you if you desire it come on there's a hammer in your hand and if you'll just do it enough times why don't you just try saying hallelujah four five or

eight times until that flesh breaks open and your hallelujahs become tongues come on let it begin as a little ankle deep flow but something's gonna happen here in the next few minutes i'm telling you by friday night we're gonna be in waters to swim in in this camp meeting
