My Doctrine Shall Drop as the Rain

He opens Deuteronomy chapter 32 and reads verses one through four aloud: give ear, O heavens, and hear, O earth; my doctrine shall drop as the rain and my speech distil as the dew; He is the Rock, His work is perfect, a God of truth and without iniquity.
From the second verse's water references — the small rain upon the tender herb and the showers upon the grass — he announces his subject: The Water Way.
This is the very first reference in the word of God to His doctrine, and it tells how doctrine reaches the earth: it drops like the rain.
Doctrine means teaching, but with a definiteness to it — it comes directly from the word of God, not from the commandments of men taught as doctrine, as Jesus charged the Pharisees.
Doctrine is nothing Jesus-name, one-God, apostolic Pentecostal people toy with or treat as flexible; it is cherished like the treasure it is.
It is specifically the apostles' doctrine: they continued steadfastly in it, and he prays that everyone hearing him, in person or online, would realize the importance of continuing steadfastly in it.
The apostles were eyewitnesses of His majesty, entrusted with the gospel, who guarded it and presented it so; we are people of the name and people of the Spirit.

The Children of the Wind

Brother J. T. Pugh preached to them and called them the children of the wind — those who descend from the people who received the Holy Ghost poured out afresh and anew at the turn of the twentieth century.
We are a people filled with the Holy Ghost, baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, who believe in one God — manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
We believe in repentance, a full turning away from sin; in baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and in the promise of the gift of the Holy Ghost.
In the book of Acts, when they received the Holy Ghost they spoke with tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance, and that bears witness even today.
Except a man be born of the water and of the Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God; the wind blows where it wills and you hear the sound of it, yet cannot tell where it comes from or where it goes — so is everyone born of the Spirit.
When the early receivers began baptizing in Jesus' name, religious people accused them of a new doctrine, a new trend, and called it the new issue; it was not a new issue but an ancient, original truth — what the apostles taught and practiced.
We do not have to answer for what other generations and centuries did with the Bible in their hands, but we must give account for what we do with the Bible God puts in ours.
The Holy Ghost fell on the United States in dramatic fashion; people tarried for the outpouring, and especially at Azusa Street hungry hearts came from all over the world, and the Holy Ghost message began to spread like wildfire.

Baptized in That Name

Jesus said the Holy Ghost is the Comforter whom the Father will send in His name, and He said He would not leave them comfortless but would come to them Himself.
When the Holy Ghost gets inside of you, He brings His words to your remembrance and leads and guides you into all truth.
Filled with the Holy Ghost, the disciples began to see they had been baptizing according to an incorrect formula; Jesus had commissioned them to go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost.
These were the disciples who, when others walked away confused by His parables, pressed in and asked Him to tell them what He meant — and they understood what that name is.
On the day of Pentecost they stood before devout Jews out of every nation and told them to repent and be baptized, every one of them, in the name of Jesus Christ — because that is the name of the Father, the name of the Son, and the name of the Holy Ghost.
That is the name above every name, at which every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
They began to understand what He meant by 'I and my Father are one,' and His answer to Philip, who asked to be shown the Father: have I been so long with you and you do not know Me? He that has seen Me has seen the Father.
This is no candy-stick message to excite one another; it is the bedrock truth by which the world consists, preached without fear or favor — and never snarky or sarcastic, but in love, with boldness, wisdom, and compassion.
Go tell it on the mountain and in the valley: Jesus lived the life of the perfect Lamb, died the death of the transgressor though He had no sin, was made sin for us and buried in a borrowed tomb — and He rose up out of that grave.

They Sang the Doctrine

Those elders preached it, taught it, and sang it; Bishop G. T. Haywood was one of the great songwriters.
Haywood sang of nations breaking and Israel's awakening, the signs the prophets foretold, the day of redemption near and men's hearts failing for fear — be filled with the Spirit, your lamps trimmed and clear, look up, your redemption is near.
He asked, 'Do you know Jesus, our Lord, our Savior?' and sang of being baptized into the body with the Holy Ghost just as they did on Pentecost — there is but one church, one bride, one way to enter in — urging, do not be ashamed of this gospel.
Sister Grimes, wife of Bishop Samuel Grimes, declared Him Elohim of the holy prophets, El Shaddai of the seers, Jehovah the coming King of glory, the great I AM, the everlasting Father, the King of Kings.
It was not only preachers, theologians, and scholars who knew the doctrine; the saints of God knew the Scriptures and could contend for the faith.
Madagascar's great revival — a quarter of a million people praising God across that nation, over thirty thousand ministered to in the amphitheater — traces back to Brother Denzel Richardson hearing the truth from a saint of God at his factory job: not a licensed preacher or even a Sunday school teacher, just a saint who loved the Lord and studied the word.
Don't let this world put you on the defensive about the apostolic doctrine; we are on the move. We hold it not self-righteously, as though better than anyone, but as a precious treasure — not to be hoarded, but to be shared, its quality and truth preserved.

Through the Waterway

He turns to the song Haywood made famous — many claim he wrote it, others that Sister Hattie Prior did — which tells of a maid drawing water long ago in the evening time and of Isaac's servant sent to meet Rebekah; you hear the scriptures dripping from its words.
Its refrain declares there shall be light in the evening time, and the path to glory is surely found through the waterway — it is the light today: baptized in Jesus' name, young and old repenting of all their sins, and the Holy Ghost will enter in.
'That is your heritage. That is your apostolic heritage. Don't you let this world deprive you of it.'
Don't let any man spoil you through vain philosophy and worldly deceit, or trip you up with the words of so-called historic church fathers: we are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone.
Jesus explained the relationship between the Holy Ghost and His word: the Holy Ghost brings the word to remembrance and leads and guides into all truth.

As One Having Authority

When people heard Jesus, they were astonished at His doctrine: the scribes could quote the scriptures inside and out, upside down, but recitation was not what appealed — Jesus spoke as one having authority.
The root of that word is author: He has the authority because He is the author and the finisher.
The scripture did not come by the will of man; holy men of old spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost — and when that Holy Ghost gets inside of us, He makes sense of the scriptures we are reading, because He is their author.
Paul had read for years that Hagar is Mount Sinai and Sarah is Jerusalem which is above, the mother of us all, without seeing it.
Hebrews 12 elaborates on it: we have not come to the mountain that burns with blackness, darkness, and tempest, but we have come to Mount Zion, to the city of our God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to the spirits of just men made perfect and an innumerable company of angels.
Paul had likewise read for years of the rock that was everywhere with Israel — Jacob's pillow, David's stone that killed Goliath, water flowing from the rock, the rock cut out of the mountain without hands — but it was not until he received the Holy Ghost that he saw that the Rock that followed them was Christ.
Don't mock us for receiving a revelation of the word, and don't worry about people mocking you for it: that is what Jesus said the Holy Ghost will do — it is the light today.

The Way of the Water

Water is essential to life on earth: about ninety-seven percent of earth's water is in the ocean, seventy percent of the surface is covered by it, only about two and a half percent is fresh water, and not even ten percent of the ocean has been navigated — it is the unfathomable deep.
The seas were there from the very beginning: in the creation account the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters, and God said, let there be light; He separated the sea from the dry land, and the dry land remains dependent upon the water.
He traces the cycle: the sun shines on the sea and the water gives up a vapor; the vapor rises and cools, forming and filling a cloud; the wind moves the cloud where God designs it to go; the saturated cloud bursts and empties itself on the earth; the water gathers into lakes, wells, and rivers, and the rivers run back to the sea, where the process begins again — evaporation, condensation, precipitation.
That is how the word of God and the Spirit of God work.
That endless, vast ocean is like the knowledge of the glory of God: the prophet Habakkuk said that the knowledge of the glory of God shall cover the earth like the waters cover the sea.
His knowledge is beyond our comprehension and His ways past finding out; you can live for Him all your days, praising and studying, and still only learn a little more — unsearchable are His riches.

Go Down into the Deep

The psalmist said that they that go down to the sea in ships, that go down into great waters, see the wonders of the deep.
When you enter the word of God, that word is the ocean he is talking about — the knowledge of the glory of God.
He honors Bishop Myers, a great Bible teacher: listening to him teach just a few weeks ago, Myers shared something he had come across in the word that he had never seen before — a teacher and scholar still hungry to go down into the deep and see its wonders.
Melanie Elms spoke at the Heart of Worship conference of Ezekiel walking out into the rivers — waters to the ankle, then to the knee, then to the waist, then to the shoulders, finally waters to swim in: get out of the ankle-deep waters and into the deep end with God.
You don't have to be a speaker at the Winds Conference to open your Bible and expound the word: you ought to be able to talk about God manifest in the flesh, about the infilling of the Holy Ghost with speaking in other tongues, so that His knowledge comes through the way you speak.
In the deep, the sunlight of His illumination shines on the word as the light shone on the table of showbread, and a vapor rises off the knowledge of God — and as evaporation draws the salt out and makes the water fresh, so the Spirit makes the word palatable for what you need to grow in grace and in knowledge.
You need to know the whole counsel: the major prophets, the books of poetry, the acts of the apostles, the Pauline epistles and the general epistles, the books of the law — study to show yourself approved unto God, rightly dividing the word of truth, because His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
The Sadducees erred because they did not know the scriptures or the power of God; know the scriptures and you will know the power of God. Know the truth, and the truth shall make you free; His word is a lamp to the feet and a light to the path, forever settled in heaven, quick and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword.

Let the Doctrine Fall

Let the word of God get in your heart: let the sunlight of His Spirit pull up a vapor from His knowledge and let the wind of His Spirit move that cloud of knowledge around, accumulating and condensing until it is about to precipitate.
When you get in the word and let the wind blow you and move you, it precipitates revival, the miraculous, breakthrough, and deliverance, moving it right where He wants it to be.
Then the cloud pours out what is inside it: His doctrine drops as the rain, His speech distills as the dew, small rain upon the tender herb and showers upon the grass — falling exactly as it is supposed to fall, and upon whom it will fall.
Don't be afraid of offending the tender herbs: dropped gently, they receive it in the way it is to be given, and you do not have to compromise to minister to them.
Don't give them a fake gospel or a fake experience; don't deprive them of the new birth experience, the remission of sins, or the Holy Ghost; don't buy the lie that because everybody else looks at it another way, you should too.
You will never evangelize a world that has converted you; we are not here to be liked or praised by men — beware when all men speak well of you, as they spoke of the false prophets — we are here to please God and preach His gospel. Doctrine, fall; let the rain fall.

The Sound of an Abundance of Rain

What if there is a famine? Elijah prayed, and the heavens were shut up for the space of three and a half years; he prayed again, and it started raining.
When he faced down the false prophets of Baal and the fire fell, Elijah told Ahab he heard the sound of an abundance of rain — there were no clouds, nothing was going on yet, but he knew what was about to happen: it is the waterway, the way of the water.
There is something interesting about vapor: transpiration — plants release a vapor, and we are the plantings of the Lord. You may not be as vast as the ocean wide, but you can release a vapor of praise and of prayer.
Brother Robert Hinson, at their district conference in Ohio, gave this instruction: pray that the Lord will send the revelation of His name to your city — the revelation of His Spirit, His blood, His power, His salvation.
Elijah prayed and sent his servant to look: nothing the first time, nothing the second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth — don't stop praying.
Brother Martin, the church kept on praying while Peter was in prison; the church never stopped praying — just keep on praying.
Finally the servant said he saw a vapor coming up out of the water, a little cloud like a man's hand — and that was all Elijah needed to know: go tell Ahab to get down before the rain stops him, for I hear the sound of an abundance of rain.

You Will Have to Wrestle with God

The winds blowing at this conference are not relegated to it or locked in this building; they are moving clouds all across this world, with a great accumulation of the knowledge of His word — and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of everything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.
He preaches this truth because God has revealed it to him, and he thanks God for his Urshan family heritage.
His great-grandfather was willing to give his life for this truth: he went into the teeth of genocidal territories preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, stood before firing squads, and the Lord delivered him through one terrible danger after another.
His grandfather preached this gospel to presidents and world leaders and faced down false doctrine with holy boldness and divine wisdom.
His father went through the fire and through the flood, but planted his feet upon the bedrock of truth and said, I will not let this go — I will hold on to this treasure for my family.
For all those heroes of the faith who poured into him, he personally still had to wrestle with God and learn His truth for himself.
Esau looked for a place of repentance and found none, though he sought it carefully with tears — not because God would not forgive him, but because he would cry and never turn from his wicked ways.
Jacob was different: he wanted it — but made the mistake of believing he could pretend his way into the blessing. Brother Gregory Myers gave him this nugget: the birthright Jacob wanted was the spiritual blessing, while the blessing Esau fought and hunted for was the material one. Which one are you?
A godly man like Isaac might bless you, but if you really want the blessing of the Lord and the name change, you will have to wrestle with God — get in that book and fight for the truth to the break of day rather than pretend your way into the blessing of man.
Jacob went to the Jabbok River to get his name changed: he went down to the water, and while he was in the water his name was changed. Moses, too, got his name from the water. It is the waterway.

When It Descends

He calls for the clouds to billow now — let the vapors of praise and of hunger rise until the clouds are packed and can hold no more, and have to release the water, the dew, the rain, the showers upon the green grass.
When it descends, something happens: Moses, what is that in your hand? That rod will turn into something miraculous when you let it drop upon the earth. Bible quizzers, what is that you have been memorizing? What happens when you let it descend like doctrine?
Jesus spat, and when that water descended and was mixed with the earth and put in the man's eyes, it had power to open the eyes of the blind; the bread that fell from heaven made them ask, 'What is this?' — the same thing they said on the day of Pentecost.
When it starts descending, it will feed the hungry, fill the upper room, turn your city upside down, heal your marriage, and put your family back together.
The capture ends there, at the climax of his closing appeal: hands lifted to the Lord, the clouds accumulating with the presence of God, and his cry that there is a revival to come — miracle after miracle, deliverance after deliverance to come — with the appeal still in progress and no closing captured.

And so I look to the word of the Lord this evening from the book of Deuteronomy chapter 32 And I want to read just four verses verses one through four Deuteronomy chapter 32 verses one through four Thank you to all that have come here tonight I'm always humbled to be able to stand in the winds pulpit when asked and there is something so special about this conference Something very special about this conference and we give honor to all who have made the effort to be here Deuteronomy 32 Beginning with verse one the scripture says this give ear O ye heavens and I will speak and hear O earth the words of my mouth my doctrine Shall drop as the rain My speech shall distil as the dew as the small rain upon the tender herb and as the showers upon the grass Because I will publish the name of the Lord Ascribe ye greatness unto our God He is the rock His work is perfect For all his ways are judgment a God of truth and without iniquity Just and right is he

I Want to speak to you a little bit about that second verse My doctrine shall drop as the rain my speech shall distil as the dew the small rain upon the tender herb the showers upon the grass and from Those references to to water. I would like to speak to you on this subject the waterway The waterway, thank you Jesus could we lift up our voices unto God and ask his blessing Upon the preaching of his word Lord. I thank you For your word it is truly life to our soul. It is breath to us God to whom shall we go? For thou hast the words of eternal life We humble ourselves before your holy word tonight God let it come forth with love with wisdom with boldness with accuracy God let it change and challenge let it deliver to the uttermost Help us to know you in a greater way. Oh God we pray And we give you thanks for it in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray and everybody said in Jesus name Everybody said amen Could you clap your hands once again unto the Lord and give him praise? Hallelujah go ahead and lift up a shout of victory unto God. I bless you in Jesus name You may be seated

that very first reference in the word of God to his doctrine It's the first time he speaks of it and he lets us know how it reaches the earth He says that it drops like the rain that his speech distills as the dew it describes that that it is like small rain upon the tender herb and that that it is like showers of rain upon the grass and Doctrine is something that is very important. It means teaching, but it's it's a little more substantive than just the act of teaching it is It is important that we remember that that's what it is it is teaching but but it is a it is a definitive teaching of the word of God and and there is a definiteness to it and and it's important that we recognize its significance in the scriptures Jesus said of the Pharisees that they they They teach the commandments of men as doctrine and he was saying that's not okay to do that The doctrine is something that comes from the word of God It does not come from the commandment of men now the commandment of man You know there's room for a man to give Guidance and instruction and what have you but it's important that doctrine Be placed in this very Significant role of having come directly from the word of the Lord and I want to tell you that doctrine is important to us as Jesus name one God apostolic Pentecostal people Doctrine is very important to us it is it is not something that we toy with or play with or or Look at as being flexible or no doctrine is very Significant to us and we cherish it like the treasure that it is and We we seek to be well versed in it And it is not just any old doctrine that I'm talking to you about I'm speaking specifically of the Apostles doctrine This is what they followed in the word of the Lord the Bible says that they continued steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine and I would to God that every person under the sound of my voice whether you're listening here in person or online Or sometime a year from now or longer later should the Lord tarry I would to God that you would figure and realize the importance of Continuing steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine

These Apostles of the Lamb these eyewitnesses of his majesty these to whom his gospel was this gospel was entrusted into their hands and They they they were careful that they guarded it and presented it so and we follow that and we continue in that and And and so we are people of the name and we are people of the Spirit

I remember brother JT Pugh preaching to us and calling us the children of the wind We are those that descend from the people who received the Holy Ghost That was poured out a fresh and anew at the turn of the 20th century And we must never forget that we are people who have been filled with the Holy Ghost That we are people who have been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ That we are people who believe in one God that he is man of he was manifest in the flesh Justified in the Spirit believed on in the world seen of angels preached unto the Gentiles Received up into glory. We must understand that we are a people who are set apart We are sanctified Justified we have been made holy for he is holy We believe in this we believe in repentance from sin a Full turning away from sin and we believe that we are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins And we believe that there is a promise that we will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost Hallelujah, and we know that in the book of Acts when they receive the Holy Ghost They spake with tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance and we have seen that bear witness even today that when people receive the Holy Ghost They speak with other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance and we know that except a man be born of the water Born of the Spirit. He cannot enter into the kingdom of God Hallelujah the Bible says the wind blows where it lists and you can hear the sound thereof There's a sound when the wind is blowing There's a sound that you're looking for and and you don't know where it comes from and you don't know where it's going It's an unknown sound even an unknown tongue if you please so is everyone that is born of the Spirit It's you don't know where it's coming from or when where it's going, but we believe this We were we were brought up by people who were freshly filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost And and and it's not it's not something that they that was done in a corner In fact when they received this Holy Spirit and they began to baptize in Jesus name They were criticized by religious people Because they were accused of finding some new doctrine Some new trend and they called it the new issue. It was not a new issue It is an ancient truth It is an ancient truth. It is the original truth It is not a new issue or a new truth It's not something that we have said oh there's some kind of a new revelation that is come No, no, this is what the apostles taught in practice Hallelujah Hallelujah, I want I want you to know today that we believe this because it is in the Bible and We do not have to answer for what others of other generations and other Centuries decided to do with the Bible that they had in their hand But we do have a responsibility to do what God calls us to do with the Bible. He puts in our hand I do not have to answer I do not have to give account for what they did 500 years ago, but I do have to give account for what we do right now

And the Holy Ghost fell on the United States of America in dramatic fashion at the turn of the 20th century People were tarrying for the Holy Ghost to be poured out as it was in the book of Acts And when the Holy Ghost began to be poured out They began speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gave them the utterance and it caught fire all across this nation and around the world and Especially at Azusa Street as you may be familiar with that that term Azusa Street People began receiving the Holy Ghost and they came from all over the world to this little spot on the map and God Just picked it out set it apart poured out his spirit upon those hungry hearts and and and that that Holy Ghost power that Holy Ghost message began to spread like a wild fire and

And here's what Jesus said about when the Holy Ghost comes He said the Holy Ghost is the comforter whom the father will send in my name and then he told us that he was the comforter He said I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you And he said when that Holy Ghost gets inside of you the Holy Ghost will bring to your Remembrance whatsoever I have said unto you and when the Holy Ghost gets inside of you the Holy Ghost shall lead you and God will guide you into all truth and So when the Holy Ghost filled them the Holy Ghost began to lead them into all truth and And the and the thing that they started seeing was that they were baptizing according to an Incorrect formula that they were to baptize the way the apostles Baptized because Jesus commissioned the apostles to go to Jerusalem and to tarry until they be endued with power from on high Matthew 28 19 he said to go and teach all nations Baptizing them in the name of the father and of the son and of the Holy Ghost these disciples Understood what that name is these are the same disciples who would hear his parables And when others would walk away confused by the words he spoke and by the metaphors that he used These are the disciples who pressed in a little bit and said okay. Tell us what you mean by that Tell us what you're talking about there. Don't let us believe anything, but what you're absolutely saying

It was these disciples who stood up on the day of Pentecost and to devout Jews out of every nation under heaven Begin to teach all nations and said to them that you are to repent And you are to be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ Because brother and sister that's the name of the father That's the name of the son. That's the name of the Holy Ghost. Oh, yes, it is There's something that happens when you're baptized in the saving name of Jesus Christ Hallelujah Hallelujah go Hallelujah Yes, yes, yes, and they began to see this Shortly after they received the Holy Ghost and they began to baptize in the name of Jesus Christ They began to realize that this is the name. Hallelujah. That is above every name That at this name every knee shall bow that at this name every tongue shall confess That Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father

They began to understand what Jesus meant when he said I and my father are one They began to understand what Jesus meant when he looked at Philip and Philip said if you would show us the father It would suffice us Jesus said oh Philip Have you been so long time with me and you still don't know who I am he that has seen me Have seen the father How says thou then show us the father Hallelujah Glory to God. Oh We rejoice in it. Yes, we do we shout about it. Yes, we do It is not some kind of a little candy stick message that we preach in order to get one another Excited or shouting no this is the bedrock truth by which the world Consists and we will preach it without fear or favor and we will preach it with love And we will preach it with boldness and we will preach it with wisdom and we will preach it with compassion We should not be snarky about it. We don't need to be sarcastic about it We don't need to make little snide remarks about it It's the truth that is to be spoken in love and we declare it my goodness. We declare it We're gonna shout it from the mountaintops go Tell it on the mountain Tell it in the valley low that Jesus Christ is born That Jesus Christ is alive and well that Jesus Christ lived the life of the perfect lamb Then he died the death of the transgressor He had no sin, but he was made to be sinned for us He was numbered with the transgressors, but I'm glad to tell you that when he was buried in that borrowed tomb He came up out of that grave Hallelujah, he came up out of that grave. You see water is essential to life on earth Water is essential to life on earth and and and 97% of the water we have on earth is in the ocean 70% of the earth's surface is covered by the ocean Only two and a half percent of water that we have on earth is fresh water 97 and a half of the water we have on earth is found in the seas

The seas have been there from the very beginning in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth and the earth was without form and void And darkness was upon the face of the deep and the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters I mean that's some of the first thing first things we see in the creation account is that the waters The spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters and God said let there be light Hallelujah and and and so this water system this water way the way of the water It's how God began to build up this earth that he created and and he separated the sea from the land The dry land appeared and he gathered the waters together and called them seas and the dry land that he allowed to emerge He he allowed that dry land to emerge But the dry land is still dependent upon the water and it's this beautiful process. It's a it's a way of the water It's a cycle of the water those waters upon the sea are just it's this vast vast Endless seems seemingly endless depth of water. And and and yet the Sun will shine upon that water and the heat of that Sun will Shine upon that water and that water will give up a vapor to the heat of the Sun and the the vapor will rise up out Of the water and that vapor will continue to rise and cool and rise and cool and as it rises It cools and it continues to rise and it continues to cool until it forms a cloud And that that cloud begins to accumulate and and and it condenses it is condensed the vapor is Condensed into a cloud and and and the wind begins to move upon that cloud and push that cloud around and as that cloud moves It just continues to accumulate and and and it condenses that vapor condenses until finally that cloud becomes so Saturated that it can no longer hold what it contains and wherever it is and God designs The wind to just move the cloud wherever the cloud is needed to go and wherever God designs it to go And then all of a sudden there's a cloud burst and that that that cloud empties its contents upon the earth And everything upon the earth that needs water to live it receives the water from that cloud That came up out of the sea that ascended into the heavens that was moved out across the land and that water falls to the ground and it falls and forms lakes and it forms pools and it it finds Ground and it goes into the ground and becomes an underground well if you please and it finds rivers and the rivers Flow through crevices of the land and the rivers are looking for the sea so they can be Reposited back into the sea and that process is going to start all over again There is an evaporation and there is a condensation and there is a Precipitation and then it just continues and continues and continues
