Summary
Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.
The Love of Christ and the God Who Does Infinitely More
- She opens by reading that God's people would have the power to understand how wide, how long, how high, and how deep the love of Christ is.
- Though that love is too great to understand fully, she prays to experience it every day, and to be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
- She then reads that God is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.
- She declares that He would be doing infinitely more than asked or thought if people had not stopped asking Him — what is for you is for you, and there is victory with your name on it.
Scriptures: Ephesians 3:18-19; Ephesians 3:20-21
Keep Asking, Keep Seeking, Keep Knocking
- She names the discouragement honestly: it felt like He was not coming through, it felt like it took forever, and the asking that used to be so easy had started to hurt.
- Her charge is to keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking, and keep standing.
- She promises that the Lord will do what has been asked, will do what He said, and will do exceedingly and abundantly above and beyond that.
Scriptures: Ephesians 3:20-21
As Long as He Keeps Working, I'm Going to Keep Singing
- Riding in the back seat on a family vacation trip to Branson, she woke from sleep as the song 'Way Maker' came on her iTunes shuffle and had a visceral reaction — she woke up angry, upset, and disgruntled.
- She describes sensing a taunt in it: she had been singing for a long time about how He comes through and makes a way, and yet she was still standing at a crossroads, still feeling hopeless, and He had not done what she wanted Him to do.
- Something happened in her that day: she stood up in her spirit and answered, 'That's right' — and resolved that as long as He keeps working, she is going to keep on singing.
- She will stop singing the song only when He stops working things out, leaves her alone by herself, or stops making ways in the wilderness.
I Speak Victory in the Name of Jesus
- She gives the reason to celebrate: you have what you need because you have Him, and there is victory with your name on it.
- With the altars open, she invites everyone to stand, throw their hands up, open their mouths, and ask Him one more time, because He is good for His word and makes good on His word.
- It may not happen when she wanted or how she wanted, but she testifies that He comes through every single time and is always on time.
- She leads an extended declaration: victory in the name of Jesus, every enemy conquered, every stronghold brought down, rulers of darkness bowing, and every son and daughter brought home.
- The declaration speaks victory over every life, every family, every situation, and every nation, and proclaims that revival is here, the kingdom of God is moving forward, and there is nothing to fear.

Eeesians 3:18-19. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully, though I may never understand it, may I experience it every day. And then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Ephesians 3:20-21. Now all glory to God who is able through his mighty power at work within us to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. He would be doing infinitely more than you could ask or think if you hadn't stopped asking him. It's okay. I have to stop right here because I feel that so strongly in the room and it's been said over and over today. But what is for you is for you. There is victory with your name on it.
And I know it felt like he wasn't coming through. And I know it felt like it took forever. And I know that asking that used to be so easy started to hurt a little bit. But I am telling you, I am telling you, if you keep asking and you keep seeking and you keep knocking and you keep standing, the Lord is going to do what you have asked. He is going to do what he said and he is going to do exceedingly and abundantly above and beyond that. you guys come up. Thank you. I um was listening to my iTunes on shuffle and uh the song Way Maker came on when I was on family vacation. I was going to Branson, which is the mecca of Pentecost and um my um I was in the back seat. It was not the greatest time. And um I was asleep because I was like finally still and I was just like, "Lord, take me out in slumber." And um I was sleeping and I woke up. You know how sometimes you like know your alarm is ringing before you hear it? Well, I like knew this song was playing before I heard it. And I had this reaction to this song Way Maker that we all love hopefully. And um it was not a good reaction. It was a really visceral reaction that I had. I woke up angry. I woke up upset. I woke up really, really disgruntled. And I don't want to give more credit than is due, but I'm pretty sure it's because there was more than Leland singing through my headphones. And um it's just like I heard this voice say, "You have been singing this song, a really long time. You've been singing this song a really long time. And you've been singing about how he comes through. And you've been singing about how he makes a way. and you are still standing at a crossroads and you are still feeling hopeless and he has not done what you wanted him to do and you've been singing this song a really long time and something happened to me that day where I just stood up not in the car, okay, but in my spirit. I just stood up in my spirit and I said, "You know what? That's right. That's right. And I'll tell you something else. As long as he keeps working, I'm going to keep on singing.
As long as he keeps working, I'm going to keep on singing. When he stops working things out, I will stop singing this song. When he leaves me alone by myself, I will stop singing this song. When he stops making ways in the wilderness, then I will go ahead and I will stop singing this song. And as long as he keeps working, I'm going to keep on singing. You want something to celebrate today. How about this? You have what you need because you have him. You have what you need because you have him. There is victory up here with your name on it. Just stand up. These altars are open for you. They are open for you. Why don't you just come down here and stand and throw your hands up and open your mouth and just tell him one more time. Just ask him one more time. He is good for his word. He makes good on his word. And it may not be when I wanted it to happen. And it may not be how I wanted it to happen, but he comes through every single time. He is always on time. He is always on time. You have what you need because you have him. Just stand up. The enmy is conquered. Every stronghold is brought down. I speak victory. I speak victory. We're bringing home every son and daughter. Rulers of darkness have to bow. I speak victory.
