Summary
Summary prepared by Acts 2:38 Life from the transcript below — the preacher’s words follow in full.
Of the Increase of His Government There Will Be No End
- He directs the young adults to Isaiah chapter 9, verse 6, and has them hold their Bible up in the air — leather-bound books, smartphones, and tablets.
- He reads the prophecy: unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government will be upon his shoulder; his name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
- He draws out the phrase that of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end — the coming Messiah's reign and kingdom are ordered and established with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever.
- From that text he announces his subject: No Limits.
- He leads the room in prayer that God's word would come forth with clarity, boldness, humility, and demonstration, then has everyone greet a neighbor with the words "no limits."
Scriptures: Isaiah 9:6-7
Seek Answers, Not Just Questions
- He opens with the questions of everyday life — asking Alexa or Siri, where to eat after church, where the single socks go — and Thanksgiving questions of traditional or deep-fried turkey and pumpkin or sweet potato pie.
- In this age people are used to simply asking questions and being told answers without having to think.
- Against that habit he sets Jesus' charge to search the scriptures, for they testify of him, and Paul's charge to study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
- We are not called simply to ask questions, but to seek answers that are embedded in God and his Word.
- He does not want this generation merely to get by, exist, or cruise through the rest of life after being saved; he wants them to spoil hell and populate heaven, sold out with everything inside them.
- This is not the time for cruise control; every restrictive limitation on kingdom expansion must be identified and resisted.
- Like the mandatory questions on his online health-insurance application — unanswered, you cannot go further or complete it — there are mandatory kingdom-expanding questions that must be asked tonight.
Kingdom Question One: Who Will I Marry?
- The first kingdom-expanding question is simply this: Who will I marry?
- It is not God's will for you to marry a loser; the proverb writer said he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord, and that a virtuous wife's worth is far above rubies — her husband's heart safely trusts her, and she does him good and not evil all the days of her life.
- Getting this right can open up an expansion of the kingdom far beyond your own power; marry the right person.
- He shows a picture from his wedding day almost 32 years ago and testifies that he cannot imagine what ministry would be like without his wife's support, or preaching this sermon without knowing she had been on her knees that day praying for God to anoint him.
- A godly spouse is not just a good thing but a great, kingdom-expanding thing; do not settle because of good looks — find the will of God.
- The Bible says in the book of Joshua that one of you can put a thousand to flight, but Deuteronomy says two of you can put ten thousand to flight — linked up with a godly spouse, you have exponential power far beyond either one of you to impact the kingdom of God.
- Find your spouse at the altar: he first saw his wife from a church balcony, one section over and three rows below, and what held him was that she was so locked in on worshiping God that she could not have cared less that a strange guy was looking at her.
- His interior thought at that first sight — that the blessing of the Lord makes one rich — gave way to the lesson: look for someone who is praying, worshiping, loving God, receiving the preaching, going on missions trips — kingdom minded.
- He tells a New York study of two families: Max Jukes, an unbeliever who married a girl of similar values, whose over 1,200 known descendants included 280 professional vagrants, 130 sent to prison, seven murderers, 100 alcoholics, and 128 prostitutes, costing the state of New York $1,308,000 in the early 1900s; Jonathan Edwards, from a Christian family who married a girl of similar values, whose descendants included scores of preachers, missionaries, professors, lawyers, judges, doctors, and authors, 75 army or navy officers, 13 university presidents, members of Congress, three senators, and a vice president of the United States. It matters who you marry.

Kingdom Question Two: Am I Living in Debt?
- The second question is: Am I living in debt? Both of his own kids got married five weeks apart, and he hopes that when his grandchildren grow up they will hear this same no-limits kingdom message preached in this conference.
- His proverb writer said the rich rules over the poor and the borrower is slave to the lender: foolish borrowing creates an obligation that puts the borrower under the lender's power and control, and the need to make payments dictates financial decisions and takes away the freedom to pursue other opportunities.
- There are times for wise borrowing, with godly counsel, but when God says go or move, he wants you free to respond to the call of God rather than the world.
- Jesus said no one can serve two masters — you cannot serve God and mammon, God and riches, God and treasure.
- He is not preaching that God does not want to prosper us; God is a blessing God, and he believes this generation will give the greatest offerings in the history of the apostolic church and fund entire missions efforts overseas — but not if they are so strapped to this world.
- Give generously and bountifully into the kingdom so that when the Spirit nudges you can respond; be okay with not acquiring until you can acquire — cars drive best when they are paid for.
Kingdom Question Three: What Is God Saying?
- The final kingdom-expansion question, echoed over and over in this conference, is: What is God saying?
- When we listen for the voice of God, we open ourselves to his word, which has no limits; Isaiah wrote it clearly — the grass withers and the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.
- It was told of Uzziah, the king of Judah, that he sought God in the days of Zachariah, and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him to prosper.
- God has not called us to create; he has called us to listen — and when the Creator speaks, creative things happen; he is looking for an ear, a young adult who will train his ear to hear the voice of the Lord.
- Hearing God is usually not angels, mist, and big declarative words; most of the time God deals with him in holy nudges, a little push of an impression.
- His wife Stacy felt such a nudge toward their neighbors across the street, Andre and Ellie from Brazil, and baked them banana bread; Ellie, whose English is still limited, was so grateful, and told her she had been praying for God to direct them to a church in Cabot.
- Ellie and her children showed up the next Sunday; Stacy built the friendship and offered a Bible study, using a Portuguese study alongside the English one, and when the side-by-side pointing plan did not work, they held up their phones to translate for each other.
- When they prayed together at the house, Ellie lifted her hands and God baptized her with the Holy Ghost, speaking with other tongues — God is speaking, and if you will hear his voice it will blow your mind what God will use you to do in his kingdom.
Scriptures: Isaiah (book-only, as spoken)
The Body Ministering to the Body
- He has everyone stand and repeats the refrain spoken seven times to seven different churches in seven different cities: he that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the church.
- Before Brother Bounds comes, he explains what he feels will happen: a witness of the Holy Ghost will settle in hearts across every section, and God will point someone out to each person; when released, they are to go to that person, pray for them, and speak what they sense God saying.
- The preachers cannot lay hands on every single person in this conference; the body must be activated to do the work of the ministry — God is looking for somebody to use tonight.
- He has them look around their sections, push past every bit of fear, anxiety, and trepidation, and lift their hands: "Lord, here I am — speak through me tonight."
- He releases them to turn, find that person, and step out in faith; it does not have to be polished or perfect — healing and deliverance are being loosed as young people pray what they feel in the Holy Ghost, and once you have prayed for somebody, find somebody else.
- The capture ends mid-appeal, the congregation still standing and ministering to one another as he exhorts them; no closing or benediction is captured.

At the close of my message tonight, God is going to speak to every willing young adult and give you an opportunity to step out and to minister right where you are. So if you will be willing, God will use you tonight. I want to direct you to the Old Testament book of Isaiah chapter 9. In verse number 6, Isaiah 9. In verse number 6, if you have a Bible, open it up. In fact, hold your Bible up. I want you to hold your Bible up. Now in a young adult conference, that's a little different. What you notice, there are leather bound books up in the air right now. There's a whole lot of smartphones up in the air. Some tablets. Some of you are just pointing to your brain and said, I've got it right here.
Isaiah said it like this in chapter 9 and verse 6, unto us a child is born. Unto us a son is given and the government will be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called wonderful, counselor, mighty God, everlasting father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase, would you say that with me? Of the increase of his government and peace. Note this next phrase. There will be no end. Upon the throne of David and over his kingdom, everyone say his kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice. From that time forward, even forever, the zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
We are given a sneak peek into Isaiah's prophecy about this coming Messiah, not simply who it would be and his characteristics, but everything that would encompass his reign. And it was Isaiah that said, of this government, of this reign, of this influence, there will be no end. So with that in mind, I simply want to preach on no limits. No limits.
Would you set your Bible down and lift your hands? I believe in your prayers. Pray out loud one more time. Come on, lift your voice with me. Lord Jesus, in this holy, sacred house, I pray that your perfect word will come forth with clarity boldness, humility, and demonstration. I pray, Lord, that you will silence every voice that would not be of God and let there be a singular word that would speak in this house. I pray it. I claim it. I need it tonight, Lord. We need your help. So speak at Wynn's conference on this Thursday night. For that, we're going to thank you and give you all the glory and all the praise in the name above every name, the name of Jesus Christ. All God's people clap your hands and shout unto the Lord with a great voice of triumph.
Turn to a couple of people, shake their hand and say no limits. Then you may be seated. A lot of questions today. Alexa, what will the weather be tomorrow? Hey, Siri, what day of the week is Christmas this year? Questions. Where will we go to eat after church tonight? Are there so many single socks in my sock drawer at home? Where do they go? Is there a sock rapture?
Thanksgiving is quickly approaching and that holiday is full of questions. Preditional or deep fried turkey, white meat or dark meat or cornbread dressing. Oh, some of y'all got all balled up right there. Pumpkin or sweet potato pie or no nap or two naps. In this age, we get used to simply asking questions. Don't have to think about answers anymore. We are told answers. But Jesus told us to search the scriptures. For these, the scriptures are they which testify of me. Please hear me tonight. We are not called to simply ask questions, but rather we are challenged to seek answers to our questions which are embedded in God and His Word. That's why Paul said study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth. We have many questions, but we must seek the right answers.
Now please hear me. Here is why this is so important to me tonight, because I do not want your generation to simply get by. I want you to listen to what I'm preaching tonight. I do not want your generation to simply exist. I do not want the tale of your life to be told and you just simply got saved and cruised through the rest of your life. Can I just level with us tonight? I do not even just want you to get saved. I want you to spoil hell, and I want you to populate heaven. I want you to be so fired up for God that nothing but sold out consecration will be your passion every day of your life. You will be in it with everything inside of you. Come on young man, I want you to reach further than my generation has ever reached. I want you to give more than my generation has ever given. I want you to preach with more anointing than any past generation. Your time demands it. I want you to get a fire in your belly tonight. I want you to get something in your spirit that won't leave you alone until you are red hot sold out for the power of God living with everything inside of you. This is not the time to put it on cruise control.
This is the time to rid ourselves of any restrictive limitation that would keep us from kingdom expansion. This kingdom that we are a part of has no limits. It has no end and it is incumbent upon us tonight to identify limiting factors and resist them. There are some mandatory questions that we must ask tonight. A few days ago I was filling out a new health insurance application online. That was as pleasurable as a root canal. When I would get to the bottom of the page, I would click submit and it would take me all the way to the front and tell me there are more than one mandatory questions that you have failed to answer. And until you answer them, you cannot go further. Until you answer them, you will not complete this application. So I had to scroll all the way up and all the way down finding the mandatory questions. So we must ask kingdom expanding questions tonight.
If we are going to go any further in this kingdom that has no limits, slap your neighbor nicely and say here we go. Number one, the first kingdom expanding question that we must be asking is simply this. Who will I marry? Some of you are saying, Brother Gatti, if you would just give revelation on that right now, we could take care of it tonight. You'd save me a lot of time and a lot of heartache. You'd answer a lot of questions. I wouldn't have to pray about it any longer.
Let me ask you a question. Who are you going to marry? Let me just tell you, everybody look right up here. It is not God's will for you to marry a loser. The proverb writer said, he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. He went on to say who can find a virtuous wife for her worth is far above rubies. The heart of her husband safely trusts her so he will have no lack of gain. There will be no limits. She does him good and not evil all the days of her life. Can I tell you if you will get this right? It can open up an expansion of the kingdom like you would not believe. It can open up something that goes far beyond your power. Marry the right person.
I want to show you a picture of me on my wedding day. This was almost 32 years ago. We have that picture. This is brother and sister Gatti 32 years ago. We have that picture. It is so old. It's still coming in Canada on a Monday night in December. It was so romantic and it was so cold at Dashing young man. I want to tell you something. I've been married for 32 years and I cannot imagine what ministry would be like without the support of that woman right there. I cannot imagine what it would be like to preach this sermon tonight without the knowledge that that woman right there has been down on her knees today praying for me and asking God to anoint me. Can I tell you when you find a godly spouse you don't find just a good thing. You find a great thing. You find a kingdom expanding thing. Come on honey don't settle just because he's good looking. Don't settle just because she's good looking. Find the will of God.
Let me tell you why this is so important because the Bible says in the book of Joshua that one of you can put a thousand to flight. But Deuteronomy says two of you can put 10,000 to flight. That means when you are linked up with a godly spouse you have exponential power that goes far beyond either one of you to impact the kingdom of God. If we want to get it right at the marriage altar we need to find our spouse at the altar. I first saw my wife. I was a senior in college and she was a freshman. I fell for a freshman. Brother Boyd when I first saw her by the way let me help you out. Sweetheart if he ever looks at you and says the first thing I noticed about you was your beautiful spirit. He's lying. Don't fall for that. First time I saw my wife I was in the balcony of a church and she was sitting about one section over from me about three rows below where I was and I was sitting up with my buddies and we were on Sunday night church and it was jamming on Sunday night. That balcony was shaking. Worshiping God, praising God. And I looked over and there she was and I thought to myself well well well the blessing of the Lord maketh one rich. I thought to myself I need to lock eyes with her. And so I just worshiped but every once while I look over and go and I kept looking over and she could care less about me because she was so locked in in worshiping God. It didn't matter that the strange guy was looking at her. It didn't matter that I was making eyes at her. She had come for one reason and that was to lift up the name of Jesus Christ and worship with everything that is inside of her. Can I tell you when you find a spouse look for someone that is praying, that is worshiping, that is loving God, that is getting with the preaching, that is participating, that's going on missions trips, that's kingdom minded. There is nothing that can touch your life so deeply as a godly spouse.
New York State sociologist studied two families, the Max Juke's family and the family of Jonathan Edwards, the head of the Juke's family was an unbeliever. He was a man with no obvious sense of morals. He married a girl with similar values. Among the known descendants of the Max Juke's family were over 1200 people of which 280 were professional vagrants. 130 were sent to prison for an average of 13 years. Seven of them were murderers, 100 were alcoholics, 128 were prostitutes. Of the 20 who learned to trade, 10 of them learned it while they were in state prison and they cost the state of New York $1,308,000 in early 1900s. Alongside the study was a man by the name of Jonathan Edwards. He came from a Christian family and married a girl with similar values and among his descendants, 100 of them became preachers, missionaries, theological professors. Over 100 became college professors, over 100 became lawyers, 30 of them judges. Over 60 were doctors and over 60 were authors. There were 75 army or navy officers, 13 presidents of universities. There were numerous giants of several industries, several members of Congress, three senators and one became the vice president of the United States. It matters.
Limit your kingdom impact by settling in the arena of who you marry. Not your neighbor and say get ready. I must ask the kingdom expanding question. Am I living in debt? You got to understand something. Both of my kids just got married five weeks apart. So I'd like to put a go fund me link up on the screen right now, but I hope by the grace of God in a few years I'll have some grandkids. And when those grandkids grow up, the Lord tearing his coming and they walk in wins conference. Some of you are going to be preaching in this conference and I want you to preach a no limits kingdom message. I want you to preach a message that God can do anything. God can work in anybody's life. God can work in my life. God can work in your life. Oh, I want you to get this.
My proverb writer said the rich rules over the poor and the borrower a slave to the lender. This proverb highlights the financial and personal bondage that can result from debt where the borrower is subject to the lender's power and control. I'm talking about living and functioning in this kingdom that has no end and no limits. Are there times for wise borrowing? Yes, seek Godly counsel on that. But borrowing foolishly creates an obligation to repay putting the borrower in a position where their financial decisions are dictated by their debt obligations to the lender. The need to make payments can lead to a lack of freedom, making it difficult to pursue other opportunities. When God says, go, I want you free to go. When God says, move, I want you free to be able to respond to the call of God, not the world. Neither the things in the world. He's talking about the arrangement of the world that gives no mind. Just live today. Don't think about tomorrow, but in a kingdom that has no end and in a kingdom that has no limits, we do not have that liberty. Jesus said no one can serve two masters for either he will hate the one and love the other or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. You cannot serve God and riches. You cannot serve God and treasure.
Hear me. I'm not preaching that God does not want to prosper us, brother Harvey. I absolutely believe that. He is a blessing God and I believe your generation is going to give the greatest offerings in the history of the apostolic church. I believe there are going to be men and women that have such wonderful jobs that you help fund entire missions, efforts overseas. But if we are so strapped to this world, we cannot do it. I want you to give generously into the kingdom. I want you to give bountifully into the kingdom. I want you to find the joy of investing in the kingdom of God with great generosity. When the spirit nudges, I want you to be able to respond and not be so tied to this world investing in a kingdom with no limits. Listen to me. Be okay with not acquiring until you can acquire. Cars drive best when they are paid for.
I believe perhaps I am here tonight for this final kingdom expansion question that we must ask. That is something that I have heard echoed over and over again in this conference. It is simply this. What is God saying? This speaks to the connection issue of living for God. When we listen for the voice of God, we open ourselves up to His word, which has no limits. Isaiah wrote it clearly, the grass withers and the flower fades. But the word of our God stands forever. It was told of Uzziah, the king of Judah. He sought God. In the days of Zachariah and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him to prosper.
Listen to me as apostolics. I don't want you to miss this. God has not called us to create. God has called us to listen. And if we will listen, the great creator will speak. And when the creator speaks, creative things happen. He's looking for an ear. He's looking for a young adult. He's looking for a millennial that will train his ear to hear the voice of the Lord. Thank you, Brother Morgan, for helping us the last couple of days.
I bet people say, boy, Brother Gatti, when you say God spoke to you, that sounds awfully dramatic. Surely that involves angels and mist and big declarative words. No, most of the time, that's going to help somebody right now, most of the time God deals with me in holy nudges. It just kind of pushed on me a little bit.
My wife's the same way a few weeks ago. She told me she got up one morning. She said, Tim, have you met the neighbors across the street? I said, yeah, I met them just outside of pulling the garbage cans in. I met them outside. She said, they are the sweetest couple. They are from Brazil. Did you know that, Tim? I said, yeah, I heard that. They are from Brazil. Andre and Ellie, [name redacted], [name redacted], [name redacted]. And she said, you know, I got up this morning, Tim, and she said, I just kind of felt a little nudge. I need to take something over to them. So I just baked them a little banana bread. My wife makes a killer banana bread. Ooh, I feel my help coming on, just saying that right now. She brought that banana bread over there, and she went to the door and she started talking. She told me later on she could say, I could tell that Ellie is very poor with her English still. She hasn't learned English real well. But she was so grateful for the banana bread. She invited me in and introduced me to the rest of the family. Then Ellie said this. She said, Miss Stacy, I have been praying for God to direct us to a church here in Cabot. Do you know one? As a matter of fact, we do.
Ellie and her kids showed up the next Sunday. And a few weeks went by and Stacy just really developed this friendship. And she said, Ellie, how would you like a Bible study? Let's learn the word of God together. And Ellie said, oh, that would be wonderful. I don't know English real well. And so I got a hold of multicultural ministries and they helped me print out a Portuguese exploring God's word Bible study. So we've got the exploring God's word Bible study in Portuguese and the English exploring God's word. And I'm looking at it one day and I'm thinking, now it looks almost identical because I wanted my wife to be able to point to the Portuguese and say, now right there it says and read it from English. And just wow, Ellie. So my wife invited Ellie over to the house and she told me, I called my wife that afternoon and I said, hey babe, how'd the Bible study go? And she said, just get off the phone. I'm in the midst of prayer right now. Yeah, okay. So I hung up the phone. I called back later. I said, how'd the Bible study go? She said, Tim, it was so marvelous. She said, I was teaching her the Bible study and I could see real quick that that what you told me to do wasn't working. That'll always build your faith. And so she said, I decided I would just take my phone out and she would rattle off something in Portuguese. And a half. And I had the spiritual perception to call in the middle of that.
They got worn out from holding up their phones. And Stacy said, Ellie, let's pray. Ellie said, okay, let's pray. Ellie lifted up her hands and God baptized her with the Holy Ghost, speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gave the honor. Young adults, God is speaking. God is speaking. God is speaking. Come on, if you will hear the voice of God, it'll blow your mind what God will use you to do in his kingdom. His word has no limit.
Stay standing if you would. Everybody stand. Seven times to seven different churches in seven different cities and regions. Seven different demographics of individuals. Jesus said the same thing. He that has an ear let him hear what the Spirit says to the church. Here we go. I want you without talking right now. In just a moment, don't do it yet. Let me explain first. In just a moment, I'm going to have you turn and look to the people around you. And let me tell you what I felt impressed strongly of the Holy Ghost was going to happen in this house before the bounds comes. There's going to be a witness of the Holy Ghost in some of your hearts. And God is literally going to point someone out to you. And then when we release you, you're going to pray for them and God is going to speak through you as you hear God's voice and you pray what you hear God say.
Brother Gaddy, oh, it's easier if we just flood up to the front. We'll probably do that again many times in this conference. But there is a word from the Lord coming on this generation right now. There is a word from the Lord that's going to settle in somebody's heart in the next few moments. The gifts of the Holy Ghosts are going to operate through every spirit filled millennial in this congregation tonight. There's going to be something happen in every section of this sanctuary as the word of God comes to the people of God. And you lift your voice and you speak it. But you freaked out. Come to someone honestly. I've done this so many times and say, Brother Bounds, I'm just trying to be obedient to what I feel the Lord impressing me right now. And what I sense God saying is, and I'll just tell him what I say, listen to me. God is looking for somebody to use tonight. We don't have enough time for these preachers to lay hands on every single person in this conference. We need the body to be activated to do the work of the ministry.
What is God saying to you without talking? I want you to look around and God's going to point somebody out to you. Just look around your section right now. Just look around. There's going to be a witness in your spirit. And I want you to push past every bit of fear and every bit of anxiety and every bit of trepidation. And now I want you just to lift your hands, every willing heart in this house to lift up your hands and say, Lord, here I am. Speak through me tonight. Here I am. Speak through me tonight. Come on. There's a witness of the Holy Ghost in this room that's settling across every section right now. In just a moment, I'm going to have you turn and I want you to go to that person that you felt a little nudge. You feel a little nudge. It's just a little impression. It's a holy nudge from the Lord that you feel. I want you to turn right now and I want you to step in faith. I want you to step out in faith and say, I'm going to pray with you right now. I'm going to give you what I sense from the Lord right now. It doesn't have to be hookie spooky. It doesn't have to be mystical, but there is a nudge of the spirit that is in this house on this Thursday night. I want you to lift your faith right now. Come on, young adults. I want you to turn and find that person.
I want you to turn and find those people moving all across this room right now. I want you to hear the voice of the Lord. And I want you to let your faith loose and say, I'm praying for you and I'm giving you what I feel from God. Come on, that's it. There's a word from the Lord coming through you, sis. Come on, gentlemen. There's a word coming from the Lord through you tonight. There's a word coming from the Lord through you tonight, my brother. Come on, somebody needs to be mobilized in the army of the Lord. Somebody needs to get ready and not just wait for everybody to pray for you. You are a child of God. You are a vessel. You are a channel that the spirit of God can flow through. Come on, that's it. It's happening right now in this room. There's healing being loosed in this room right now. There's deliverance being loosed in this room right now. Come on, young people, pray what you feel in the Holy Ghost right now. You don't have to have it all polished. You don't have to have it all perfect. Just say what you feel in the Holy Ghost right now. Let God use you. Let God speak through you.
Come on, what is he saying to you? What is he saying to you? What is he saying to you? What is he saying to you? What is he speaking to you? What is he declaring through you? Come on, Brother Bounds is gonna come in just a few minutes, but we've got time to let the body minister to the body right now Come on my brother Come on my sister go ahead step out and let the Lord speak through you right now Come on, let the Holy Ghost speak that the gifts of the Holy Ghost operate right now Come on once you pray that I wish you'd find somebody else Come on once you prayed for somebody you're in the flow of the Holy Ghost
You're in the flow of the Spirit come on. What is God saying to you? What is God speaking to you? Come on, that's it the word of the Lord is in this house the word of the Lord is in this house The word of the Lord is in this house the word of the Lord is in this house Use your right now that God touch you right now
